I recently purchased a used vehicle from this dealership; I am very pleased with vehicle except for a few certain minor details that were not disclosed and left to find on my own. The vehicle was supposed to be cleaned and washed before given to me it was not the inside was a mess and the outside still had dust all over it from sitting. Which is whatever, we are in the middle of the desert. The main thing that bothered me was the fact that when I went to leave after purchasing the vehicle the gas light was on. I told the sales manager and he said he would put $10 in it to get me to a gas station. I'm not sure if I'm expecting too much but I've always had my vehicles filled when I purchased them. That was also Texas and this is definitely not Texas.

We are in the process of buying a car, and immediately stepping on the lot we were not hunted down, but were able to walk around for a few minutes before they approached and asked if we needed help with anything. That was very pleasant . Even if we do not settle on something at the lot , I would return in the future because of the hassle free experience and how "unpushy" the sales people are and They have a great selection of vehicles to choose from .

Very easy transaction, not pushy, or over sold. Answered all my questions with simply and straight forward no sales talk. Every bit of information was fulfilled including the final interest rate, and preferred lender, even buying on a Sunday afternoon. Hats off to you at Lampe. Well Done!

Best experience ever!!! We drove 2hours to this dealership after hearing our friend tell us how great they were. The customer service was exceptional from the minuet we walked on the lot all the way through to the end. We are now proud new owners of a Dodge Durango! And will definitely return for all our auto needs!

Bought a 2012 Ram new and needs tow mirrors. The mirrors I ended up with did not have turn signal and puddle light. I was told they were heated but were not. The truck had what sounded like an air leak on the passenger door. The windshield seal was replaced but did not fix the problem. After several visits, the last one being overnight I was told it was fixed the best they could do. Went to Dinuba and they removed the inside door panel and drove the truck. I was given a ride and it was a harmonic noise from the mirror not an air leak. The original mirrors were reinstalled. When taking the original mirrors out of the box the tow mirrors came in the brackets for the mirrors that were supposed to be installed were in the box. Went with the parts man to the lot and found same model Ram with tow mirrors that flip up and have turn signal and puddle light, he looked up vin and ordered the mirrors and th noise went away. Lampe refunded the money on the mirrors but was half the cost of the correct mirrors. The service writer was great. Either the shop management does not care how many times you bring your vehicle back or they did not want to pay more for the correct mirrors. I wish I had not bought the truck at that time. Dinuba takes care of it now and I schedule my oil changes and they treat me well. The owner gave me a discount on the mirrors because of the situation.

The sales staff got us into a car and made the process very fast and simple. The service department is ran by clowns. Twice i have told them to please not wash my car after oil change.They still bring my car to me dripping wet. And the 10 minute oil changes actually take about 4 hours . I will purchase my next vehicle at manning dodge in dinuba.

Drove 40 miles to find out vehicle was sold after just being called by salesman Ray that it was sill available. Other sales people were also inepth regarding their own inventory of used cars.

I had a horrible experience in Hanford Dodge, as soon as I told Rick the sales agent the issues we had in Hanford he assured us that we would not have the same issues with them. They were really helpful on finding us the Jeep we wanted since they did not have the exact one we wanted on the sales floor. They ordered the Jeep we wanted and had it for us within 2 days. They gave us a great deal on the Jeep and they did negotiate with us, they were even able to get us a lower interest rate because we were hard negotiators. One thing they suprised us when we picked up our car was that it had remote start, this was a extra perk that we had no idea the car would come with. We really appreciate all of the help from Rick Salazar and his boss Artie. Thanks we love our 2013 Jeep Wrangler Sahara!!!!!!

The sales staff were nice. But when i clearly said the amount of money that I had to work with, I was fed the line, make an offer, then see the sales manager, etc.They wasted time and energy with me when i was very clear from from first contact thru the 4th contact. The bottom line.. no deal, the price was much higher on a vehicle that they still have not sold after 4 months. Avoid the sales manager, who i thought water would roll off the individual. I ended up going out of town and purchasing a similar vehicle for about 4k less

I purchased a new Challenger SRT-8 in Blue Streak and factory white stripes (Almost impossible to find anywhere else) from Lampe Dodge in late July 2012. The sales manager, Alex, and Sales person, Yvette are very knowlegeble,honest and forthright people. No added markup from the dealership (A very good sign of an honest dealership) and a discount of $4,510 off the Monroney sticker price was the best deal around, especially on the most desirable color and stripe combination of any SRT-8 ever made.

We bought a used Jeep from that was "certified" pre-owned, but it still had problems the day after we took it home. Despite this the dealer were very helpful about solving the problems and did a great job of keeping us happy. Although not all of the issues were solved immediately, they were very willing to work with us. I definitely recommend asking for Alli she has made this whole ordeal go much more smoothly and went above and beyond what a sales person should do.
