I bought my used Tahoe a couple of weeks ago at Land Rover Roaring Fork in Glenwood Springs. I called first about the car I had found on cars.com. Tyler Barnett immediately helped me over the phone and was quick to answer all my questions and suggested coming in for a test drive the next day. I only test drove the one car I was interested in and Tyler helped me determine the financing options along with my trade in. All in all, Tyler went above and beyond, made it a fun experience and I will absolutely return again. As well as refer all of my friends ! A big gigantic thank you to Tyler and Dave Toro for helping me get my truck! Land Rover Roaring Fork give excellent service, no matter what type of vehicle they are selling.

Tyler (Kenith) Barnett was the best car sales person I've ever dealt with! From being the first person that greeted us outside, to being the one that walked us out the door - it was an unparalleled experience. Tyler sat with us for 5 hours while we worked out the details of the car purchase - and at the end of the day - couldn't have driven away - in our new car!!- a happier customer. He made us feel important, taken care of, and like we weren't just some people looking for a car, more like we were friends. I will never purchase a car anywhere else and hopefully only with Tyler as our guy!

I have been very pleased with the service I have received from Land Rover Roaring Fork. This is the third Land Rover that I have purchased, all in this valley. I recently very reluctantly (because I loved the car) traded in my eight year old LR3 for a newer, but pre-owned, Land Rover. Since I rarely have passengers in the back seat, I always remove the head rests soon after purchase in order to increase my visibility. When the car was appraised, I had forgotten to put the head rests back in. I knew they were somewhere in the garage. So they based my trade-in value on my providing those head rests. I spent hours looking for them, but never could find them. They must have been lost during a move. I had been informed that replacing the head rests would cost about $1,000 and I would be responsible for their replacement. When I told them that I could not find them, they ended up choosing to replace them themselves. I have had my Land Rovers serviced at Land Rover Roaring Fork and have been happy with their service and would highly recommend dealing with them

Sometime biggest is not always the best. After interacting with another dealer (because of my location at the time), I simply went back to LR Roaring Fork because of their attentiveness and interest in being my LR Dealer. I've purchased 3 LRs at LRRF through the years and appreciate their friendliness and making the customer experience a good one! Tyler, Dave and Vincent were all very friendly, knowledgable, and able to find the vehicle I was interested in in a very timely manner and made the car buying experience a pleasant one. I will continue to go back.

Robert (Bob) Penland, Vince, Dave and the LR Roaring Fork staff were great and very welcoming on our trip to Glenwood Springs, CO. We did not have any problems or hang up in the purchasing process. We found ourselves loving the dealership, mountains and the city because of how well we were received at the dealership. I must give it two thumbs up with an additional five stars for service and being able to close the deal with any flaws. We are seriously looking to purchase from this dealership again soon. Simply ... Mark Murray is the BEST! He makes owning a car effortless ... letting me know when service on my vehicle is due or when it's time to schedule putting the snow tires on. He organizes everything with the service department ... and then delivers my car. The best!

Mark is one of those truly rare individuals who possesses an in depth knowledge of the Land Rover vehicle line, and an obvious loyalty to Land Rover as well. My recent purchase of a pre owned Landrover from Roaring Fork was a very satisfying experience. I was looking for a specific year, model, and color vehicle. I found it at Roaring Fork. The salesperson, Bob, was very helpful to make the transaction easy and smooth. This might have been challenging because I was purchasing from california and only had Bob's representations, pictures, and Carfax reports to rely on. The vehicle was shipped to me in california. All was as represented. I would recomend this dealership as being honest and reliable.

We walked in the without an appointment Wayne Goren got up and met us immediately. We had an efficient selling process, got the 2015 Range Rover Sport ordered in March to pick up in June on the date we asked. Did the entire process over e mail and phone and day of pickup between Wayne and Dave Toro the process couldn't have been easier. Wayne spend over an hour with my wife showing her how to work everything in the vehicle, hooked up the phones to the blue tooth, made the whole process easy and is always available to any follow up calls. Overall a perfect execution of selling a new vehicle.

I was extraordinarily anxious headed into purchasing a new vehicle on my own. Wayne Goren took my initial call and from there, it was such a fluid and thorough experience that I truly believed I was having an honest experience with this dealership. Dropped me straight in the grease the sale. Agreed to register the vehicle out of state--then decided it was too much trouble, even though they agreed in writing to do it and even charged me a fee. Sent the papers to me without a cover noted---nothing. Since they had already sold the car and cashed my check, what did they care about living up to their agreement! Zip. Don't believe them. I would normally recommend that you get everthing in writing---but even THAT doesn't make a difference to them.

Wayne Goren helped me our from start to finish. I spoke to Wayne first thing on a Saturday morning driving from Denver to Gleenwood Springs regarding a specific Land Rover I was interested in driving. By the time I arrived in Gleenwood Springs, Wayne had the car ready to drive and in no time at all I had test driven and purchased the car. Wayne was very knowledgable about the car he sold me -- a 2011 Range Rover -- showing me all the features before my drive back to Denver. Roaring Fork was easy to deal with and fair. I would recommend the dealership without hesitation.

i recently purchased a car from Wayne at Roaring Fork Land Rover that i found on cars.com. Wayne went out of his way to make sure i had what i needed to make an informed decision about the vehicle. The car i purchased was as nice as it looked and seemed online. Even after the deal was done they still made sure everything was perfect and i was satisfied even when they didn't have to. I'm not the guy that leaves reviews...generally i say i'm too busy or whatever, but these guys deserve a 5 star rating and good review. I will definitely be a repeat customer and i live thousands of miles away!
