ABSOLUTELY amazing people! I love the friendliest and amazing environment. I’ve seen my fair share of car lots. They do treat you as family and that they’ve known you your whole life. They say Hi when you come threw the door. When you all sit down and get to know each other a little better they ask you if you want any drinks or candy. Rana is the finance lady and boy did she really work with the numbers to get my husband his dream truck. They didn’t push or demand they was patient and kind with us. They really do try to work with you on the down payment of the vehicle you are getting. Over all just amazing people. I can honestly go on and on but go try them out for your own experience with them. Thank you all at Landen Motors it truly was a great day spent with you all!

Great place to buy a top end car at a great price! Andy was a great to work with from the get go. Not like a traditional large car dealership with pushy salesmen. Very easy and friendly process. Very fair prices and service...would highly recommend them!

Hi,Always check the KBB value while buying. they tried to sell me a 2000 Nissan Altima of 137k miles in $3700. where as its KBB value with dealers is around 2300 for a very good. When I tried to explain to them they behaved very arrogant and told me they are not KBB, I should call KBB and ask whether they have any CAR. Also they gave me a false Car Fax. So please keep distance from this seller.

I purchased a car from this dealership probably 6 weeks ago at this point. I wanted to wait a little while to share a review though. I wanted to own the car for a bit and make sure I was happy with my purchase. After about 600 miles of driving, I've experienced nothing that was not disclosed, and I'm very happy I chose to make a purchase from Pat and his team. (From my experience) these guys keep copies of the carfax in the cars at all times, and they do a lot of diligence on their inventory. I learned that they don't participate much in auto auctions (which I found very encouraging) because you can't inspect the cars at an auction the way you can buying directly. From my perspective, they should do a better job of making this known. To me, what this meant was Pat was able to make a decision not only on the state of the car prior to taking it, but he also able to size up the owner selling... which let's all be honest, that can be as telling as the carfax. The downside to this lot, and their strategy for inventory, obviously, is the selection. There won't be as much to choose from as other dealers. But if there's something on this lot that's comparable to a car you're looking at somewhere else, I find it very valuable knowing that Landen had met / spoken with the prior owner, and had a more thorough inspection than other dealers typically do. Their strategy assures (at least to me) there's less likelihood the dealer is upside down in the car, and is attempting to push something off the lot to get a lemon out of its hands. I'm rating 4 stars, with the only negative being the limit of the inventory on the lot at any given time.

I went to this dealer with a car already in mind. I found it to be very low pressure. The sales people had a personal knowledge of the cars on the lot and what repairs had been done or were in the process of being fixed. All of their cars were well detailed and reasonably priced for the used car market. I did buy the car after test driving it. If you want the big dealer auto mall experience, more power to you but if you want to have a more personal and friendly sale, check out Landen Motors.
