I asked to stay in a price range and they got really close and told me 607 in payments. I asked if that included everything and they said yes, everything even GAP. So I was happy it was only 25$ over my highest price. When I got back to start doing the paperwork it is 644. So now I am 75$ over. Plus they told me my insurance would be less due to the type of car ect and it was NOT. It was 20$ more. so thats around 100$ more than what I planned. I was fuming but my daughter held my hand and told me that I would be saving a TON in gas. Turns out she was the only one being up front with me. This is why I will not recommend this place to anyone. While the lady in financing was SUPER kind and very up front, the sales men were just there to be sharks. I felt like they would say anything to get me to buy regardless if it was true.

The staff and sales department are friendly and helpful. Process went smoothly but be prepared for typical dealership behavior when it comes to financing and negotiating price. They have excuses for why one financing option is "preferred" and they lied about the mileage on my new vehicle. If you are prepared to pay full price even after "promotional discounts" then this dealer is for you.

I already explained my dissatisfaction with elements of the transaction. This is my 4th Hyundai from this dealership and one Honda Pilot I bought from them. Lots of issues. The salesperson thought the bluelink was finished when I bought the car, but the new car was not put in BlueLink and the Sonata I traded in was still in my system,. When I tried to make the changes on the internet my ownself, it would not let me. Said the dealer had to do it. I called the BlueLink number and finally got help to remove the previously owned vehicle and replace it with the new vehicle. A lot of time to fix a problem that should have been easy. 3 weeks after the sale, they still had not sent out lien holder notices to two Hyundai trade in's that meant I had to make two payments even though I would get reimbursed. They assured me that would not happen. Paperwork had not been sent for vehicle registration either.

My wife and I had a strange problem with a Hyundai tucson where the master window switches stopped working correctly. The individual door switches were working fine after we dropped the vehicle off for repair, but after the repair, the rear passenger and driver side switches would no longer work. Initially service stated that we would need an additional service related repair to be performed to resolve the issue that "seemed" to result from the initial repair. From a service perspective, the service staff all agreed that there was no mechanical reason that would create a problem in the rear passenger and driver side window switches following a repair of the the master control switch. As a customer, I was unsatisfied with this response as I brought a vehicle in for one repair and and following that repair I needed two more. I brought this to the attention of the Hyundai leadership. Leadership agreed with the assessment of their service representatives; however, they also agreed with this being an unusual case. Based on the circumstances the end result was that the additional repairs were performed at no extra cost. In the end, I feel that Hyundai made it right and lived up to their service reputation.

Dealership was very professional, however, the only reservation I have is with management not paying attention to the amount of time I wished to finance my vehicle. I expressed more than once that I would like financing for 48 months and when final paperwork was drawn up for an acceptable monthly payment, it was for 75 months. When I brought this to his attention, he said that he was not made aware of that which I did not believe. The car is great, good quality, sales person was excellent but management takes a back seat in my purchasing book.

I was very weary about shopping for a new car from the bad stories I had heard from friends/family. We visited a few dealerships to get a look at the new sedans within the price range I needed, and when we visited Hyundai I realized the car within my budget wasn't what I was looking for...it wasn't big enough. Right before we left Christy introduced us to her manager and he asked what we were looking for. After telling him I wanted my payment to be within a certain range he pointed out a particular car...a 2013 Hyundai Elantra. Asked if we had looked at it b/c he could work the numbers to make it fit my budget. Considering the overall price of the car was a few thousand off, we didn't even consider it to begin with. But im VERY glad he pointed it out!! The car sold itself...as soon as Christy opened the doors and I saw the interior I knew it was mine. After test driving it once that day and the next afternoon we began the paperwork process. Long & drawn out yes...but Christy and the other sales rep made sure we were comfortable...got us water and kept us entertained while we signed the papers. I could not have asked for a better experience with purchasing my new car. And the service afterwards has been excellent as well, Christy has called to see how everything has been with the car and to make sure im still enjoying it (which I am). I have recommended everyone I talk to, to visit the dealership if and when they decide to purchase a new vehicle.

I went in with the goal of purchasing a New car without needing a trade or down payment and still being able to finance the vehilce within the monthly payment range I had accounted for. From the start, I met with Edward. He showcased me a few vehicles even knowing that I was not planning on buying until a few months later. That was very important to me because other dealers had treated me very different and gave me a horrible experience to not even want to return when I was ready to buy. The second time I went, I had met with Josh, gave him my requirements for purchasing, and told him I wanted to look at the Hyundai Elantra. Josh could have wasted my time and let me test drvie the Elantra and go over the finances, but he told me that with what I was looking for was not possible to finance in the range I wanted. I respected that a great deal. I test drove the 2013 Hyundai Accent, size, price, and fuel efficency were all good in my eyes. However, the looks of the base model did not really appeal to my eyes. I knew if I were to buy a car that day I would have to be 100% sure. Even though I liked the model, and that it could meet my needs, I did not like the base looks. I went inside to dicuss financing, and I saw a Red Accent GLS Sedan, Premium Pkg. and the Dealer preferred pgk. It was 100% better than the base model. I told Josh that if the numbers work for that vehicle, then I would purchase it. Needless to say, the numbers worked and I even have the extended warranty to cover everything for 10years 100k miles all within the monthly payment I desired. All of the staff were friendly and respectful. They listened to my needs and responded with a solution. They are on top of things when it comes to handling business!

I began looking for a car that got better gas mileage than my 2012 Nissan Altima. Keep in mind that buying a car was not a must for me, so basically my looking was a fact finding mission. After visiting several different dealerships, I arrived at Langdale Hyundai of South GA. I was greeted by Mr. Edward Carter. Not only was he polite, he LISTENED to me about my objectives and goals for trading a car. He was not pushy, answered ALL my questions, understood that I was NOT buying a car that afternoon, but that I was looking to make an informed decision. We looked at several and then test drove my choice. Upon arriving back at the dealership, I wanted to discuss numbers. This is where Mike Markham entered the picture. Again, a person that listened, was patience, knowledge, and truly wanted to do what was best for me as the customer. I switched gears totally and asked for numbers on a completely different car. Both Edward and Mike were just as nice as they could be and answered all my questions on this car. I left to do some research. I returned on Monday to discuss options on the sports car. Both men were concerned that I had not driven that car. Being short visibility was a concern. And no, I couldnt see out of the back. We moved yet to a third car. The 2013 Hyundai Sonata Limited 2.0T fully loaded was made for me!! Making the deal on my new car was effortless. Mike and Edward went out of their way to find exactly what I wanted in options and color. A team was sent to FL and I took delivery on Wednesday afternoon. Carol Drew in the office is a dream. Signing paperwork on a car deal has never been so easy. The other members of the Langdale Hyundai Family that I saw around the dealership were nice, polite, and spoke to me. As I type this, it is Friday evening and my car is awesome!! I drive 150 miles a day round trip, so I have already spent a good bit of time in the car. my Shimmering White with Black interior and tinted windows :) I have driven Nissans since 2008. Never again! Anyone looking for a car needs to call Langdale Hyundai and visit Mr. Edward Carter. You will not be sorry!!!

Went there to get an oil change. Touched all around engines that they don't needed to and some screws could be unscrewed by hand easily. Went back to the dealer explain what happened to my car but the manager was so rude. Don't go there or check your car after services from them

had been looking for a particular minivan for my wife for the last two years, while constantly doing research. they had the Honda odyssey we gad been looking for. when I told them that we were interested in the vehicle was reluctant at first, thinking that they were goingt o try to push the sell. during the whole purchasing process they answered every question I had, never trying to be pushy. they even stayed after hours to make sure that I was comfortable with everything. I've been to other places before where if you ask to many questions they really make you feel like your wasting their time. they held the car for 4 days, not letting anyone else look at it until I made my decision. when I finally had them run the credit check, I got a very good interest rate. when we came back the next day to sign all the papers they told me that they and stayed late that day to try other lending agencies and found that I could get an even better interest rate through another agency. I was very impressed that they would take their own time to do that. my credit is just a little above average, so they really didn't have to do that. when they told that I was blown away and knew that I was dealing with the right people.

I had been looking for a car for over 2 years. my son picked hyundai's up from the port and carried them to texas. he was always amazed at the quality of a hyundai. he even backed several off his truck so we could get inside and look and get the feel for the hyundai. I emailed langdale hyundai and told them what I wanted. after a few emails I visited langdale hyundai and found the perfect car. no hassle from these professionals. they went out of their way to please me. Josh Luke, Mike Markham are wonderful. I made a lifetime friendship with these 2 great people. I've had my car for about 3 weeks and I love driving it. I am sold on hyundais. no road noise, pure comfort, smooth ride, great stopping ability and will move when you step on the gas. I'm in love for the first time in ages...with my hyundai.

My husband and I have been looking for the right car for over a year. We must have visited at least ten dealerships and had yet to find the right car or the right dealership. However, one day we landed ourselves at Langdale Hyundai and had no intentions of buying a Hyundai. We were unexpectedly surprised by the car and the dealership. They exceeded all our expectations and we had a very pleasurable car buying experience. Our salesman Randy Mills was incredible and made our experience exceptional. There was no sales pressure and the atmosphere was incredibly friendly and relaxed. We have been recommending them to all our friends and family. We will definitely return to them when we need another car. We wished we had visited Langdale Hyundai first, as it would have saved us a great deal of time and trouble.

Hands down the best car buying experience I have ever had. They went out of their way to sell us a vehicle--even coming in on Sunday when they were closed so we could pick up the car. The price was great, the financing was low and the terms of our down payment was generous. Not only were the sales staff helpful and fun, they were straight with us. My experience with Langdale has not been positive. To be fair, they are not dreadful. They do lack in their overall customer experience. I purchased a Sonata, was told that there had been done a 250 pt inspection so that checking out the car with my personal mechanic was unnecessary. That alone is a giveaway that there is something to hide. Despite the overall 250 pt inspection, the following defects still existed:low coolant and windshield wiper fluids. Dangerous? Hardly. It simply suggests that the so-called inspection was bogus. In driving on the interstate, one of the tires blew out (this was only 5 months after purchasing a car that had had a 250 pt check). I found out the parts of the jack were missing and most importantly: there was no locknut adapter. Net result, I couldn't change my tire and had to hire a tow truck. An independent mechanic said that the tires were dangerous. He showed me the tread wear especially on the inside of the tire where it can't be easily seen. He was puzzled why a car that had been sold less than 6 months previously would have such dangerous tires. Disastrous? No, although, if my wife had been stranded, I would have been livid. The typical items were missing, no "instruction" book came with the car, there were no floor mats, and there was no extra keys to the car. I was told that receiving a fob was extraordinary. I asked about the floor mats and was told that Langdale only provides few cars with floormats. I asked about the missing parts and was told that the person doing the checkups was fired for incompetence. Unfortunately, the people who were told about the 250 pt inspection were out of luck. is Langdale terrible? It is however a dealership where their assurances should be accepted with caution. Are they trustworthy? Personally, I would not trust them. Between incompetent mechanics and shoddy merchandise, I would not go to Langdale.

EVERYONE I dealt with at Langdale was AWESOME. I began with Danielle, who was one of the hardest-working employees I have ever dealt with anywhere (and definitely at a car dealership). She was amazingly honest, and patient, and spent many, many hours searching for the specific car I was looking for (sorry, but I was picky). She was personable, a real person, who always began a conversation asking about me and my family. She checked in with me every day, either by phone or email with updates of her progress so I'd know she hadn't forgotten about me. She was always very respectful. When she had to take off a day for a family emergency, she still went above and beyond by calling Nick and telling him she'd been working with me. He then called me and searched further for the car I wanted, and was willing to go out of his way to get me a car from another state. Although I began with my local Tallahassee Hyundai dealership first (where I had already purchased 2 previous Hyundais), and spoke to the sales manager here, the Tallahassee man told me it was not worth his time and money to look for the car I wanted (because I wanted a manual transmission); in fact, that's how he ended the conversation and I never heard back from him. However, ALL the people at the Valdosta location made the hour and a half drive WELL worth the trip! I highly recommend them!

This was by far the best dealership visit I've had. I drove from Tallahassee because I wasn't thrilled with the local service and had heard the Valdosta dealers are so much better to work with. Not only did Josh greet us at the door with a smile (LOVE the bow tie!), a friendly attitude, he busted his rear to get the deal we needed and had me behind the wheel of my new car that day. The whole team at Langdale Hyundai was in credible, and thank you Nick for getting that price worked out for me!Oh - make sure you get Josh to sing for you! Yep - completely serious :)

This an incredible "little" dealership with a definate ability to inspire customer loyalty. I have bought a new vehicle (2008) and a used vehicle (2009) here and have never felt anything but comfortable and respected as a customer. Their service department is fast, responsive and very effective. The entire staff are friendly and professional with a unique ability to be there to answer your questions without crowding your shopping experience. I have never found a dealership that is this stellar in every aspect of the automotive experience. If I am living anywhere in the Southeastern U.S., I will only buy here.

This was my very first new car purchase and Nick was great to work with. I was scared of having to get a new car because car salesman are usually very pushy and hover a lot. Nick did none of these. He brought out the keys to two vehicles so I could take a look and let me test drive the one I wanted without him, which was nice; it gave me time to think and talk things over with my friend. He stayed faded in the background while I looked at both cars and talked things over with my friend. Once I told him I'd like to talk numbers, we went inside and he worked very well with me to get the price I wanted. I walked out of there with a great deal and very happy that Hyundai of Valdosta was able to dispel my fear of car salesmen. I was so pleased with them and with Nick in particular, that I have since sent three friends over to them to buy cars and all have been very pleased with their experiences.

We are from out of town so Mark agreed to quote us via email, sign and fax the sales agreement, and provide a credit card for deposit until we could arrive. We agreed to a price, gave Mark our email address expecting a quick sale.The email was slow arriving, but we figured he may have had a few customers buying cars, so no big deal. The email finally arrived, but was full of errors.The base price for the vehicle had been inflated higher than the sticker and higher than the Internet listed price and his telephone quote. Mark or the dealership added $2000 'dealer fees' and 'taxes' which we discussed did not apply since we are from out of state. Amazingly the total of the quote was only a little over $2000!!That would be a great deal for us, but it was obviously a mistake and we would never even dream of trying to force them to honor such. So, we emailed Mark and asked that he correct the errors and we would complete the sale. Only problem was, Mark never responded. We called for Mark, but he was never available again, and did not ruturn our the messages we left.We surmise that they probably sold the vehicle and could not be bothered with calling us back. If Hyundai of Valdosta only values people when they are immediate prospective customers, they won't like us much after the sale is done.

I came into the dealership after 5pm on a Thursday night and was greeted by 3 friendly salesmen. I proceeded to test drive several different makes of cars, both new and program SUV's. As I drove I went over different options with the salesman, like trading two cars versus selling them outright and using the money as down payment. It was a very pleasant experience and I never felt pressured or hurried even though it was getting late. We finished the paperwork around 9pm and I drove off with two new cars (my husband drove one :)) I look forward to working with the service department on the upkeep of my new Santa Fe and Tucson!!

Great experience at this dealership. The salesman, Nick DeJohn, was a pleasure to deal with. He was knowledgeable about Hyundai's vehicles, service, and available financing programs. He took considerable time to show us the features of the Genesis, even bringing his own personal vehicle so that we could see the technology package. The finance manager was also great to work with. He dealt with us fairly and was upfront about trade in values. They stayed late in order to find the car we wanted. The service we received was comparable to the experience we've had at "luxury" dealerships. The atmosphere at this dealership was laid back and pleasant.
