I just want to thank Jim Collins, he was an extremely helpful and knowledgeable salesman, I would recommend asking for him when looking for a vehicle! He went above and beyond to make my truck buying experience a true pleasure. The whole team at Lansdale Chrysler-Dodge-Jeep was fantastic!

Avoid the service center at all cost. I dropped my vehicle off for optional cosmetic work. Myself and my driver took off early from work, as it was a birthday gift and should have been an awesome and quick experience. I was told to come around 1pm and it would be ready in about 2hrs. I was even asked if we were going to wait for the work to be completed. We said we would come back and was told we would get a call. The website states the hours of operation differently from what they really are so when 5 o'clock rolled around and my calls where going to voice-mail I became concerned. I went in first thing in the next morning to find out what was going on and who dropped the ball and was greeted with blank stares from staff who truly could care less. A simple courtesy call saying you are short staffed would have been too easy. I would have happily rescheduled my appt if given the truth but instead I get blamed saying my appointment time was different then when I showed up yet I have reminder texts stating otherwise and confirms what I was told over the phone when the appt was made. No attempt to correct the issue just one staff member staring blankly and the other leaning back in a chair as if he's on break at 7:30 am and couldn't be bothered. Never again. If I could give zero stars I would.

I edited my review and reduced the rating to 1 star, solely based on the service department. The service advisors are rude and know very little about current model Challengers. The deal breaker for me was when one of their employees broke the clips on my passenger seat backing while trying to fix the seat release lever and tucked it away to see if I wouldn't notice. Needless to say I noticed as the back would slide off periodically and I went to Fred Beans Dodge who fixed the seat without charge. If you value your car, do not go to Lansdale CDJR. I drive 30 minutes to avoid them. Step it up service department, your customers deserve better.

Had a wonderful experience here. Recieved a prompt phonecall and was in the next day to test drive and purchase the car. Both Matthew and Andrew were extremely professional, personable, and made it an enjoyable, stress free experience. I would most definitely recommend to any looking for a vehicle.

Decent car buying experience. Vehicle had a minor cosmetic issue and the team did their best at a complimentary fix!
