Just bought a car this past Saturday at Largo Honda. My sales representative, Deon Sugrim, was excellent. He made the whole process go very smoothly. He was very informative, not pushy at all; not a shark. We drove out of the dealership in less than two hours! This was the best experience I ever had purchasing a car by far.

Very easy, I traveled 3 hours to do this deal so that should be the tell. I was treated well and everything I was told was put in writing and no hidden cost. It was actually enjoyable. Victor Kyrr spent a lot of time showing me the operation of the vehicle and the accessories. I could not be more comfortable with Victor and the dealer in general.

I went my the dealership at night to view a collector car (chevy SSR) Super Sport Roadster and was surprised to find a staff member ready to take a test drive. Lindsay Barrett was great and let us see the truck, take the top down and take a tour on the open road.I've owned this exact model car before; so, I knew as soon as I heard the engine growl and the wheels spin out, that this was (again) the truck for me (and that was just with Lindsay driving). I hadn't even taken my test drive, yet.I wasn't planning to buy a car that night but I'm glad I did. I just took a weekend trip to the Florida Keys with the top down and it was amazing.

The build your own option is not readily available at any dealership, even though it seems to be on the Honda website. Had to change my requirements based on unavailability of my desired vehicle.

Everyone here is really nice. The only problem is it takes way too long for an oil change. I came a week before it took 2 hours. They came and told me that the bolt was stripped. I told them I needed to leave and I would come back another day since they hadn't even changed the oil yet. Well I've been here today for 1 1/2 hours so far and they just started changing the oil .... don't get your oil changed here. Unless you have all day to sit here and wait.

Anthony Ruiz followed up quickly my online inquiry, we arranged a time to show me the vehicle, went up met with him, looked at inventory, arrived at a deal quickly, he got the red tape moving along,and I was out in a couple of hours with a new ridge line truck. I've been using Largo Honda's service center since 2012 after purchasing my first Honda. I've never had anyone try to sell me something or repair something that wasn't needed. Most of my visits are for oil changes and tire rotations only, as I have not had many mechanical problems with my vehicles. All of the service technicians that I've dealt with have been amazing and helpful, but my favorites are Melissa Patrick and James Le. They both go above and beyond to help you out!

I am extremely pleased with my Honda sport . This dealership was excellent from start to finish . Terry was my first contact .She was working with me for a few days and always tried to meet my needs. I did not feel rushed at all not only was she very pleasant and easy to work with she is very professional and knowledgeable .After my first visit at Largo I went to a different dealer to check things out but I had such a horrible experience that I walked out , so that's when I decided to go back to Largo and see Terry . She told me everything I needed to know about the car gave me all the options and worked with me .The best thing that I liked is that she made me feel very relaxed comfortable. This was truly one of the best car-buying experiences I've ever had. I had called on a specific Honda Accord that I saw online. I drove to Florida City (passing another Honda dealer on the way) and asked for Deon Sugrim, who I had previously spoken with on the phone. Deon had the car ready for me to inspect and drive. This was a very low mileage pre-owned car that was exactly as described. After my test drive I sat down with Deon to discuss numbers. As we spoke, both the Sales Manager (Marty Bean) and the GM/Owner (Rick LeMaire) stopped by to introduce themselves. I made an offer on the car and it was accepted. Just two hours after arriving at the dealership I was on my way home. It was a very pleasant and very quick transaction. Too bad every dealership can't be like this one!

My Husband and I were looking for a car that was reliable and would fit within our budget. Terry helped us find a car that we liked and was honest with her recommendations. After finding the car we liked Jose sat down with us and after a few minutes of discussing what was important to us, he delivered on what he promised and came back with the numbers we discussed. We were in a hurry that day and Terry even helped wiping down the car after it was detailed so that we can make it on time to our event. She exceeded my expectations and delivered excellent customer service. Let it not go unnoticed that BOTH times, Sheena helped us with our extended warranty options and GAP insurance. While the Salesman and Finance Manager were very nice and helpful, the purchase took over five hours. We were left on the hot roof for too long a time to see the vehicle, while the salesman left to finish a transaction. The salesman kept leaving to work with other potential clients, while we were in his office waiting to complete the paperwork. Because it took so long, I had to leave before the instructions about the use of the vehicle was complete and have to drive back down to Florida City to learn more about this computerized car.

I was completely satisfied with my lease purchase of my 2016 Honda Accord. I was referred by a friend and he gave me the number to Rick Lemaire. I spoke to Rick by phone. I expressed to him what I was looking for and we squared away a price in what seemed like two minutes and then spoke for another 20 minutes getting to know one another. The atmosphere of the sales room is welcoming. Normally a car buyer is steam-rollered by salesmen and suffocated. At Largo Honda you can "look", feel comfortable and welcomed. You are given information on what "you" want, not what they want to sell you. All personnel from sales to administration are warm, informative and friendly. Our salesperson was never pushy. After our purchase she took the time to explain the "extras" in the vehicle and how to use them. He was able to answer all of my questions and then some. I received my Honda Civic in pristine condition. After several days I had some questions regarding the interactive system. Overall Largo Honda is a great firm with superb customer service. The selection of vehicles and 'red carpet' service creates a positive atmosphere for both the used and new car buyer. My only issue was with my used-car quality of delivery. The car's driver and passenger seats were dirty from previous owners and Largo Honda offered to clean and detail the seats to "remove the stains". Well the stains were not removed and when I picked up the car from detailing there was a 2-inch long mark of epoxy that they placed on the drivers seat. The detailers tried to pass it off as they painted the seat to cover the stain :|

Anthony,My wife and I had visited several dealerships in the Miami area and endured some of the most unprofessional salesmanship and customer service any one person should endure. One dealership had sold the car we found online and tried to put us in a more expensive car and another tried to sell us a certified pre owned that smelled like a bar.Then we found Anthony through our USAA car buying service and he promised us the vehicle we were interested in was in fact still there and he would put it aside for us until we arrived. It was such a great feeling to see the car we found online and literally come to an out the door price in minutes (about 45 mins no kidding). We were looking for the new Honda Civic. We tried to get a quote online instead of waste money traveling to the different dealers. After received a joke quotes were they offered a "big" discounts, and then there were a HUGE dealer fee +service fee + other fee (that couldn't been explained what was for ), finally we received a CLEARLY and DISCLOSED quote from Jorge Santiesteban. The quote beat the other, but was the confidence when we saw everything disclosed and when he told us that it was the final price, no hiding fees... I have to mention that besides the 2 fees already disclosed with Jorge, the only extra fee paid, was the 50.00 $ for the electronic title (Talahaasse fee), but no just that, the estimated cost for tag transfer ended been half of the estimated in the quote... !!! that was AMAZING !!! ... Thanks Jorge, you really are a Honest Person !!!.

After an accident and my car being totaled, I needed a new auto and found Largo, which sticks out if you are in Homestead, Florida City or most anywhere in South Florida, due to its location next to the turnpike and its four stories of cars. I was helped first by Julio Casanova and then Paul Lozano; both were very professional and helpful without being pushy. It didn't take me long to pick out a certified 2014 Honda and Paul explained the benefits of the extended warranty and what the Honda certification means. It was a bit of a headache for the buy, since I had just moved to the Miami area that week and had to secure the loan through my credit union in another city, but Paul and Julio and Largo were very patient as I moved through the process. The team was very experienced and knowledgeable and I felt very comfortable talking to both Paul and Julio. Paul was extremely patient as I dealt with all of the paperwork and the red tape that came with moving to a new location, and offered to help any way he could. While I was waiting for the loan paperwork to be sent to me, he called every other day to make sure that things were progressing and offered any help he could.Overall it was a very easy buying experience. I would come back to Largo in the future.

The easiest thing I did today was get a new car from Largo Honda. Every last person at the dealership was friendly, helpful and efficient. The paperwork was well organized and explained and the salesman (Victor) walked me through the many features of the vehicle and helped me set up the phone, audio, etc. This was by far the smoothest and most enjoyable new car transaction I've ever had (in more than a dozen experiences). If only this was my first stop. After searching for over a month and a half, from as far as west palm all the way down to the keys, for a good deal from a honest and trustworthy dealer, it was not only comforting but refreshing, to sit down with the experts at largo Honda. Before my purchase I actually came in 3 different times just to look around and ask questions. super friendly staff, very welcoming, knowledgeable, and attentive to my needs. never once did I feel the "shark" vibes or feel like a inconvenience to anyone, which is always a deal breaker for me. In the end, I finalized the deal with Manuel Santos and Jose Perez. It felt as if the staff were placing themselves in my shoes when giving me advice or pointing me in the right direction. (even Steve W. from finance) very straight forward with out empty promises or half truths, unlike a lot of other dealers. The experience made me feel as if I bought a car from a friend. Saying that the service here was excellent would be an understatement. If you ever want a car and don't want to be hustled by strangers who care less about your personal life and obligations I would highly recommend this dealership. My only regret was not going sooner.

I researched the car price, cost to dealer, fees, and market, and made a reasonable offer. Where other dealers rejected, balked, or tried to convince me to "come to the dealer," Largo Honda accepted immediately, and we were able to do the whole deal over SMS, email and phone. Perfect! Total time spent IN the dealer was 60 minutes - and they even offered to drive the car to my home to complete the purchase to spend 0 minutes in dealer instead. I went to the dealer because I had a flight to catch in the afternoon and needed to complete the sale in the morning - but my sales associate was absolutely brilliant with me. If I ever buy a Honda in South Florida, it's Largo Honda all the way.

After the worst experience ever with Johnson City Honda we decided to try again. When we got back home to Miami we contacted Largo Honda and placed a factory order for the Honda Pilot that we wanted (Color combination and AWD). The vehicle took about 2 month to arrive but since we weren't in a hurry we found that to be acceptable. The vehicle arrived last week so we pick it up over the weekend. I can tell you without hesitation that it was one of the best new car purchase that we have ever had. Deon Sugrim Internet Sales Manager whom we had been dealing with from the beginning to the Finance guy Tony Fernandez were absolutely fantastic. Everything was upfront and without any drama, which is extremely rare in the car business. Great place to buy a car. We will be returning customers for future purchases.

We had James Lopez as sales associate and he was great. He was very knowledgeable and if he didn't know the answer he made sure we got the accurate answer quickly. We went in to test drive the Honda Pilot and after the test drive there was no pressure to try to make a deal at. We went home after the test drive but wanted to go back the next day to just discuss numbers and leave, James got the price lower then what Truecar.com stated was Fair Market Value and great financing.

If anyone is interested in buying a Honda in South Florida, I'd recommend buying from Largo Honda of Florida City. My experience: I had done a lot of research on used Honda Fits in the region and saw that Largo Honda had a car that was the best combination of trim and price available locally. I took care to arrive right as the dealership opened on a Saturday and was pleased to be greeted by Paul Lozano as soon as I entered the showroom. He guided me through the test drive and proved knowledgeable on Honda Fits - and when he didn't know details about that specific used car, he found one of his colleagues who did. I was soon confident that I had found a car worth buying, so we moved to his desk to negotiate. He was professional and fair throughout the process - as was sales manager Peter Cabrera, who was brought over for the final stages of the negotiation. (Tips: Know your options in advance, ask for clarifications whenever you need them, be firm, push for the package that you want and know that you can always walk away.) Once we agreed on a price on the car and the trade-in (Thanks to Tim Turton for assessing my trade-in), I was then introduced to Sheena Sanchez in Finance. She walked me through my options with good humor and ran through multiple scenarios with me so that I'd fully understand the various costs associated with the options - and with choosing a warranty. (I did not take the extended warranty but I was comfortable with the dealership's financing packages offered and chose the best available rate through Capital One.) In the end, the whole process took about 5 hours and I left with a great car at a price that I was happy with. The Largo Honda team was a good partner in this process. They were friendly and focused on being professional and on building an opportunity for a good relationship - and they also have been very good about follow-up communications afterward. He listened to my requests and needs very well, and showed me only what I was looking for, not selling me anything I did not want or need. Ive been a customer of largo Honda for many many years. I've bought at least 10 cars from them. I've always came back to them because of the amazing service I would get from a former manager William. This week I've been looking to trade in my daughters car to see what deals are available. I called Monday 1/25/16 and spoke with Rick the GM/owner. I gave him all my information and vehicle information he said he will call me at noon once his used sales manager comes in. He called around 1 and gave me some information about what they are attempting to do and he will call back at 5:30 . I never got a call so I called to see the status. He told me he is still working on it and will call me tomorrow. I never received a call again. I've been going back and forth for four days with a sales man and been given nothing but a run around. They tell me they will call me back and never calls. I would have to call them. Wednesday I spoke with a salesman and they told me sorry we are busy here with customers as if I have not been a customer for years and I'm not trying to purchase yet ANOTHER vehicle. So today 1/28/16 I drove to largo Honda to speak with rick when I saw him I introduced myself and asked if he had a minute and very rudely said no I don't have time I have Honda association coming come back at 1. I left . At 1 I called to speak to rick and again got another run around. Im so disgusted by the service I have been given . After all the money I have spent on cars only going to largo Honda and recommending to other friends and family.I will never recommend or purchase from them again! they treated me as if I was nobody as if my purchase did not matter and me as a customer didn't matter. Like if they did not want my business. Largo Honda you lost a loyal customer!

The Service agent was very helpful, my only complaint is I asked about a Recall I was sent, he did look it up and say I had it changed with in the Warranty time however he did not put that on my summary, so now I do not have proof if there is a problem in the future. The repair is a very costly one, if it needs to be done. so I want proof that the work was done prior- and he did not give me any.

After visiting a few dealers and after many phone calls, I was about to quit my search. When I called Largo honda and asked Jorge to check on the make and model of the car I wanted, he said he had it and was going to physically check on it. He called back after about 10 minutes and confirmed it was in stock. I then asked him if he would be willing to match a TrueCar estimate for another dealer that did not have the color I preferred and he said yes. When I got to the dealer ship, he asked to see the certificate,. I showed him and we then went to the manager and the manager approved it.There was no hassle and no haggling, no hidden fees. The process was simple and pleasant.

Largo Honda is by far one the best dealerships in the area (if not the very best). The staff is friendly, and unlike at many other dealerships, the staff at Largo doesn't put pressure on you to purchase something you are not 100% satisfied with. Most surprisingly, is that their willingness to keep you satisfied as a customer continues even AFTER the purchase. I've received several calls from them checking up on the vehicle and my satisfaction with the purchase. I even got offered another car wash because I didn't rate them a 10 on the cleanliness of the vehicle (which for the record was VERY clean). I'd definitely recommend this place to anyone, and hope to be back in summer once my mom's lease is up. Thanks for the great service!

He was respectful of the price range I shared and periodically sent me links to vehicles that fell in that range. When I went to the dealership to see the cars in person he already had the car that he felt would suit my needs best. He was candid about the benefits and limitations and gave helpful advice. From the sales department to the finance department, I was treated with great respect and never felt pressured throughout the entire transaction.. Went about as well as could be wished for. No pressure, no add ons, fair dealer fees and they killed the other Honda dealers offers. My new car has no pinstripes, scotch guard, nitrogen, mud-flaps ect.. and I believe them when they say they would only charge me for what I ask for if it did. Also, I got a new stick! Most dealers seem to avoid them like the plague. Our salesman Victor was a pleasure. He answered all questions with real answers , as well as Anthony over the phone, that alone is a huge plus to me. We passed many Honda dealers on our way south. Because its 45 minutes away, we may not ever bring our car back there for service, but Largo Honda will be by far my first choice Honda dealer from now on..

Dealing with Victor Kyrr was a gratifying experience. He went above and beyond his duty as a representative of Largo Honda. I challenged him with different vehicle choices and combinations of options and he asked the right questions and went right to the point of matching me with the right vehicle to fit not only my needs but also the financial parameters that I set for him. He is a no nonsense salesperson who always follows up not only in getting one the right vehicle but in making sure the customer is taken care of in the most professional manner. The same can be said of Peter Cabrera who finalized the deal and was a pleasure speaking to as well as Steve Weismann. My wife and I saw a used Honda Civic on the internet that we were interested in. Jorge Santiesteban followed up with additional information, pictures and some much appreciated follow-up calls. We flew into Miami, rented a car and Jorge stayed beyond his regular hours to show us the car, answer questions, assist in the closing agreement and to make sure the rental car would be picked up since the Leisure City point the rental company agreed to was closed and had no after hours drop point. Jorge kept a copy of the rental contract and keys and coordinated the specifics since we departed that same evening in the Honda we just purchased. Additionally since we were out of state buyers, it took a little bit of coordination to get the paperwork correct; along with registration, taxes, etc. so that when we left the dealership everything was taken care of. All we had to do was put on an old plate from a prior car! It was below freezing at home, so we enjoyed the warm weather, got to check out the air-conditioning and obtained a certified car that had not been operated on a lot of icy corrosive salt covered roads. This dealership went over the top in assisting us and making us feel special and welcome and in disclosing and answering questions related to prior maintenance history. This has been the best experience ever purchasing a new vehicle. My husband called in advance and spoke with Jose Perez. They discussed the vehicle, trading in my current vehicle, and cost of the Odyssey. Once they discussed the situation, my husband and I went to Largo Honda. We were there for approximately two hours and left in our new car. There were no gimmicks and no tricks. Jose Perez was very professional, honest, helpful, and did not waste our time. After, we continued with Steve Weissman, and he was equally helpful and pleasant. We plan to continue to do business with Jose Perez and Largo Honda in the future.

I just purchased a NEW 2016 Honda Accord Sport. I love everything about my car. What made the experience so memorable was the treatment I received from my salesgirl TERRY ROGERS. A great professional. He even came in early to work so that I could test drive the car that I wanted.All those that I dealt with at the dealership provided excellent and knowledgeable service in all areas of the transaction. They were very helpful and made things easy.I would recommend Tony and his colleagues--they really are professionals and know what they are doing. He was referred to me by my brother who recently purchased and although the dealer was a little far from where I live it was worth the drive. He was very helpful and patient with me. The Florida City location is inconvenient and much more challenging than the Key Largo location which greatly influenced the original purchase. Paul Lozano, Brett Dolar and Rick LeMaire worked really hard to find the SUV I wanted. Business Manager Steve Weismann processed my financial paperwork quickly, all were a pleasure to deal with. Title says it all. Victor was great to work with from our first Internet contact to keeping us informed of inventory. Our actual visit to the showroom was low pressure and informative. We were undecided if we wanted a new or used car. Victor helped us decide on which model and whether to buy new or used. No pressure with respect to either. He just laid out the facts. Price and trade in prices were both fair.
