This was the second Dealership I visited. The first one not only didn't fix it, but had a hard time getting home. Larry Miller dealership not only fixed it, but I had a rental car in under 10 min, The Jeep came back to me fixed, washed and interior cleaned. Plus I had left many valuables, fuzz buster, rolls of coins, auto code reader, hydraulic drill for the wench air compressor and the ion battery charger, all were there, Talk about trust! Many Thanks to all! The problem was ESC and engine warning light going on and cruse control and accelerator going off. No small issue.

I did not purchase a car here, I was trying to get a "dealer only" part. They had me prepay for it and said it would be here in a week. A week later they said two more days. I called and they said it arrived. I went to get it and surprise! It wasn't there... They said four more days. Which brings us to today. They don't have it. They told me it was ordered overnight shipping. I have never heard of overnight shipping taking two weeks. The only thing they have done to make this "right" is said sorry. That doesn't cut it. My vehicle is down and now I have to take my wife's can, so now she and the kids are getting cabin fever. Do yourself a favor and get your parts somewhere else. This is a one star review because I expect more from a place that is the only place you can go to get something. We shall see if the dealership responds to this to try to make it right, however it seems they only respond to good reviews.

A very pleasant buying experience. Our sales representative, Neal Cuddy, was friendly, knowledgeable, efficient courteous and all around very helpful. He provided us with exactly what we wanted and sent us home in our new car with no hassle. Financials and paperwork were handled by Joseph Villerot who explained in detail everything we needed to know about the transaction and got us signed, sealed and delivered in no time at all. I 've been buying and servicing vehicles at this location since 2007. LHM is the third owner. Each successive owner has been better that the previous one and LHM is undoubtedly the best.There has been no pressure to sway a purchase only an attempt to find a vehicle that suits my needs and wants. The service department always seems to be fair and honest with it's assessment of the situation needing attention. Suggestions are made about the needs of the vehicle but choices are left up to you.

Our sales person Ed Barry, was very professional from the minute he greeted us. We told him we were interested in the Jeep Wrangle Unlimited. He showed us the different types of Wranglers and thoroughly explained the different options that are available. His calm and pesonal manner let me think without being pressured. So I took the jeep into the dealer and it was a bad battery one day out of warranty. After convincing the service manager it was in everyone's best interest to make me happy, he stepped up and installed a new updated battery with a full non-prorated 3 year warranty and only charged me $25. I said that will do. First experience with this dealer was so good, we have no need to ever go elsewhere, for jeep service and maintenance. Took our 2006 Jeep in for " safety recall notice". We were lucky to work with Eric M. After providing us with the 'recall' service information, he took the time to inquire and investigate two other issues per our request. Shortly thereafter, we were informed by Eric and Shawn (who was working on our Jeep), of the completion of the recall 'fix' and at no cost to us. They then told us what the other issues were, what it would take to fix them and of course, the approximate cost. Being late in the day, the Jeep needed to stay overnight for the additional work. While not an issue for us, they offered courtesy transportation to our home. When we picked up the vehicle the next day, both Eric and Shawn discussed the details of the service performed. Our Jeep was ready to go and they had given it a bath. Our experience at this dealership was great. Neither of us felt like "we were being sold" unwarranted goods. No pressure, no scary 'what if' and no intimidation tactic was used on us. We were treated with dignity and respect in a very friendly environment. Carol and Lee

Service was great. I only downgraded the repair because the new ignition is poorly designed by Chrysler.....they certainly could have done better....the ignition switch is difficult to operate and will ultimately result in a broken key. Service and courtesy at Larry Miller were top notch.

I had my charging light on the dash come on Sunday 12/27/15. I called Monday and talked to Adrian in service. He told me that they were booked solid until 12/31, but since it was a charging problem, if I could drop the car off and leave it, Marcus would try to get me in. since I live in Sahuarita, I could not get the car up there until Tue afternoon. They got a alternator which fixed the problem, and I was back on the road on New Year's Eve. Great job guys, you all deserve a six star ratingO

It is hard to get flowery over taking a car in for a periodic oil change. I prefer this dealership over the corner quick lube places. I have more confidence in Larry H. Miller Chrysler. My engine light was comming on now and then. Turns out it was caused by intermitant transmission issues. It is my way of thinking, important systems should be looked at by the manufacturer/dealership because the have the best technical resources and carry the factory correct parts. Anyway Larry H. Miller Jeep of Tucson corrected the problem, and my Service Advisor, Eric McGraw left a nice impression on me because he treated me with great respect and was very polite. When I collected my 2000 Grand Cherokee I left with a feeling that I had made the right decision.

We came in to have the Town and Country checked has a antifreeze smell after driving. Had Marcus look under the hood and diagnosed with a leaky heater hose assembly. We had just moved here from South Dakota good thing it had not leaked on the road. I told Marcus about the chattering when applying the brakes. We got the van in the next day.When they had checked it out the brakes were bad in the back. Marcus was very good about getting back with us on what they had found.

I managed to get a Saturday appointment at the last minute for an ignition switch problem on my Jeep Liberty. It was discovered that even though they had one in stock, they did not have the housing for the switch (which was cracked). They attempted to put it back together so I could drive it until my part arrived but it didn't work. At 4:00, closing time, Eric McGraw, was still trying to get customers to their vehicles all the while trying to get me a vehicle I could drive until my vehicle could be repaired. He got me a loaner Jeep to use and I was on my way. Great customer service!

I had a simple request; a no frills car with great gas mileage I could use to commute back and forth from Sierra Vista to Tucson for work. All I required was that it have A/C, a radio, that it be able to handle putting tons of miles on it and be within my price range. I was hoping for a newer vehicle over an older one. My experience at Larry H. Miller was more than I could have hoped for. Not only did I find a car that met my needs, but it exceeded them and the price was very fair. I love the little Kia Forte that I bought and my salesman was one of the best ever. It helps that I know him personally outside of his work (for nearly 30 years). Tom Ingram treated me with respect. Working with their finance office was just as easy. Bo was a good person to work with and got me a better financing rate than I could have hoped for. I don't heave exemplary credit, and we still managed to get my rate to 4.5% (I was expecting around 10%). I am very happy with my purchase and I as long as Tom Ingram is working there I will always work with him to buy my cars.

Took my car in around noon on a Monday, explained that we were trying to drive from Arizona to North Carolina by Thursday night. They took the car right away, first said the car would not be ready until noon the next day but later found out the mechanic stayed late Monday working on the car and it was ready at 7am the next day! Eric McGraw was my service advisor for my July 3rd visit. I came in for routine oil change and asked Eric to service the air conditioning. The servicing was accomplished within a reasonable time-frame and as I drove off, the A/C was working great. However, later that Friday afternoon the A/C began blowing hot air. Of course by that time your service department was closed and you would be closed on 7/4 as well.I emailed, then called Eric on Monday morning and made arrangements to bring my Jeep back in on Monday afternoon. I must admit that I was a bit unhappy that I had to take time off of work on Monday and drive back to you from my work location on I-10 and Cortaro. However, Eric made a splendid recovery with me, your service tech found the problem rather quickly, and I was on my way after an hour of so.I dont know if the secondary problem should have been caught on my first visit, but I do appreciate Erics graciousness and skill in recovering my confidence in your service department.

I had a issue with my 2014 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk. I called early in the morning. I was told to bring it in right away. By the afternoon it was fixed. They did three updates and it now runs very smooth. It was nice having it fixed right the first time and in a timely manor. Robert Mercer kept me updated throughout the day with several emails. Overall it was a very pleasant experience. Everyone I came into contact with in the service department was very curtious and helpful, especially Robert. It's nice working with a dealer that's in the 21st century.

I got a new job that was far enough away i needed a newer vehicle. This dealership was so accommodating and friendly. When I explained I was looking for a used car with $0 down and low monthly payments due to no credit, knowing I would end up with a POS they showed me all new and helped me get new. It was so easy. As soon as I got comfy at home with my jeep, they let me know they had jacked my cost up $100.00, and that was after I borrowed money I couldn't afford for $1000.00 down. My bad.When I was leaving the dealership the first time i asked if all was well with the banks. They said they had 2 different banks they belonged to. Of course it's okay. They then told me it wasn't okay a week later. After I had taken it home. After the $100.00 hike they wanted to raise it more or come get it. My new jeep went from $351.32 per month to 469.72 per month. And they somehow dropped the insurance coverages promised. Then I had to have a cosigner. The jeep I fell in love with is something I regret. I thought they understood from the beginning I was unable to go the route I was roped into. Now I feel I am hanging by the noose of that rope.

Made appointment, in one day, for 50,000 mile service to my Chrysler Town & Country Van. Received an early show up time at my request, and reviewed with my Service Advisor, Marcus Reif,what I expected, and my time frame. He made good suggestions, and offered cost estimates for the work required. He was able to schedule and complete the work in time for me to make my other commitments for later on that day. Took my 2008 Grand Cherokee to Service Department for noise in rear power train. Service Rep, Eric McGraw soon informed me that the ring and pinion were bad. Because this failure is rare the parts for this repair are not readily available. The dealership did an outstanding job of locating the necessary parts and got my Jeep running again. Had I not kept my Chrysler Lifetime Limited PowerTrain warranty in force, this would have cost me in excess of $2000.00. Take care of your maintenance items. It pays off!!!

The only issue I have is that when I tried to start the vehicle the next day, it would not show any power in the battery. I initially thought perhaps an interior light had been on but that was not the case. I had to have the car "jumped" and it worked fine (with a couple of alarm "beeps" when on the road) and I had to jump it again after stopping and shutting down the engine. What I finally determined was that the negative terminal connection to the battery was loose. I had to bend the double hook for the cinching part of the terminal connector to get it to tighten up the connection. All is good now. I think the terminal connector design is very poor. The tightening device on the connector does not work well.

I can not believe how angry this dealership made me and my family. I went in with my grand daughter because a remote control for the car had broke and I of course wanted a new remote. I went into the dealership and they started a argument with me and would not give me a new remote. I have noticed that after they make a sale they forget about costumer service right away. They take advantage of poor and innocent customers. Please save an argument and do not buy here.

As a walk in customer from out of town, we were served quickly and with the utmost curtesy. The service men we dealt with were both friendly and helpful and even though, after the diagnosis, we declined to have the servicing of our vehicle completed there, we were not hounded to have the work done. Over all we were very pleased with our treatment by this dealership. They even had a courtesy shuttle take us to the golf course where we had prepaid tee times so that we would not lose our money.

It always seems to be an ordeal when shopping for a new vehicle. Our recent experience with Larry H Miller Chrysler Jeep was the opposite. Our experience was above and beyond out expectations. We've been wanting a Jeep for a long time but didn't know much about them. Our sales associate was very nice and easy to talk to. He had just been working at the dealership for a month but was able to answer every question we posed. He did not rush us with anything, the visit was a leisurely/casual experience. Once we sat down to talk about numbers and paperwork that was also a smooth process. Every one worked together to bring our transaction to a close. They made sure we had everything we needed and fully disclosed all pertinent information concerning our loan paperwork. I would go back to Larry H Miller in a heartbeat and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new or used Jeep.

I received excellent service from this dealership after being treated very poorly from the last dealership ( Jim Click Jeep Service at Auto Mall). Eric McGraw was very friendly & worked with me on the time I could get my Jeep in for service. My Jeep had been in for service at the other dealership( Jim Click) for 3 times on the same problem. The last time Click had it for over a week to fix the problem in the door. When I got it back I had it for two days, I tried to open door from the inside & it was broke. I could say more about this place but I want to write about the service at Larry Miller.I first called on the phone to discuss my problem & schedule a appointment. I was treated very politely as she listened to my problem. She set me up with a service appointment with Eric McGraw. When I took my Jeep in Eric was aware of who I was & handled the situation with professionalism. Eric updated me as the work was done. A part had to be ordered for the door, but in the meantime the mechanic fixed it temporary so I could open the door. The part arrived about a week later, sooner than expected. I made another appointment, which they worked very well with me cause of my work schedule. The door was fixed in a very timely manner while I waited. ( The waiting room is so much nicer than the claustrophobic room at Jim Click Auto Mall)They made this a pleasant experience & I feel they have knowledge of service in all aspects.I will recommend to anyone to have service done here. I took our 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee into Larry Miller Jeep in Tucson to have a recall repair completed. I was told it would take about an hour when I scheduled the service. The recall notice stated 30 minutes. When I got there the service rep said 2 hours. I objected. They got it done in just over an hour. I was able to talk to the technician working on my car and he took the time to explain what he had done to correct the cause of the recall (new computer software). Nice guy and it was interesting to see what he had done. Also talked to Ray in Parts. He has got to be one of the most knowledgeable service people I have interacted with at a Jeep dealer (Mt. Vernon, WA, LaGrand, OR, Scottsdale, AZ). So it was a positive experience. I will return for more service when it is needed.

I bought a like-new used Jeep at another dealership. When I got it home I wanted to install wheel locks, but couldn't budge the lug nuts. Someone at sometime had used a big air gun on the lug nuts and over-torqued them. I took the Jeep to the Larry Miller Jeep service center to have the lug nuts properly torqued. (I had this happen with another vehicle in the past and the lug bolts broke off and had to be replaced. Eric, the Service Director, promptly had one of the mechanics loosen every lug nut on the Jeep and apply the proper torque and he did not charge me for that service.Where else would you get that kind of service.? I highly recommend Larry H. Miller Chrysler/Jeepto anyone.

This is the worst service department I have ever dealt with. I have bought over 25 new cars over the past 30 years and never had service like this. I went to the dealership to schedule an appointment. I told them the issues with the Jeep Grand Cherokee of weld slag on the door under the paint, the cell phone will not sync (even though it is on the approved list), spot on the dashboard, GPS not working correctly and an error the dealer in California made that he was willing to pay for and asked that I have the dealership where I was going to call them and they would give them an credit card number to bill with. I showed up on time and left the car for 6 hours. When I came back they said I would have to go to an auto body shop since they did not have one then they would have to contact Jeep to have it approved. By this time the body shop was closed so that lent I would have to come back from Green Valley at least two more times. Why should I have to run around town to get an estimate when it was a Jeep poor quality problem.I was then told that Jeep would not cover the dash, my wife, son and I all saw the dash problem when we bought the car and was told that it would be fixed under warranty.The cell issue was not fixed and the GPS still does not work correctly. After four weeks of a problem I do not see why Jeep would not come up with a fix.The service manager said he did not want to call the other dealership and get in the middle of us. It was two weeks after I talked to the service manager the first time and he said he was going to personally take care of the problems when I went back in to find out nothing was done. After over four weeks of trying to get service I was very upset and all the service manager had to say was if I didn't like their service I should go somewhere else. If a customer is upset because of quality of service that is a simple fix GIVE THE CUSTOMER WHAT THEY PAID FOR.I would never of bought the Jeep if I would of known service was going to be this bad.

Not told to drive the vehicle to reset the computer prior to emissions testing that failed of course. Oil pressure gauge problem was addressed with service Rep. and written up on work order and was not fixed on first visit. Second visit reset computer and eventually changed the Oil Pressure Sending Unit. Drove Vehicle over weekend as advised And passed emissions testing on Monday afternoon. PCM not in stock and was ordered in.

I was able to wait in the lobby for the repair.I have received another recall "important safety recall" notice "Sun Visor Wiring: P36/NHTSA 14V-391". Went there to have our oil changed, When we bought the car we also got the server plan on it as well. When we got there we were greeted and everything was explained to us. Told us it would take about an hour and a half. 55 minutes later they were done and we were on our way. I would rather them over estimate and over deliver then them tell me it will be an hour and then us be there much longer then that. No complaints at all. I would go there even with out our service agreement.

Last Monday morning,when I left my apartment to go to work, and tried to start my Jeep it wouldn't turn over! The dash lit up like a Christmas Tree, but it would not start. I called AAA - hoping it was something simple, but after the mechanic checked a few things, he was unable to diagnose the problem.We towed my Jeep to LHM, and without an appointment, they checked it out and I had my diagnosis in 30- 40 minutes. We talked about options, a part was ordered, and I had my Jeep back on the road that afternoon.LHM is keeping the quality that the previous owners established and even going above and beyond, in my opinion. I would recommend LHM to anyone who drives a vehicle year round in Tucson. Desert driving is rough on most vehicles and having excellent, reliable service available all day even Saturdays is important- LHM will keep you on the road.

Since it took a week to finally "pinpoint" the origin of my overheating problem, I felt a complimentary rental would have been appropriate. The best I could do was $35 per day. The total cost of the repair was well over $1,000.00. It involved a new radiator cap, new fan system, having the cylinder head re-shaped, and a new radiator. I did appreciate having a shuttle to take me home when I dropped the car off and then when it was finished, the shuttle took me back to the service department.

I drove my 2005 Dodge Magnum R/T AWD in for a check engine light and the LHM team got me right in and found out the failed part was covered by warranty since it had been worked on about 8 months earlier. They put a rush order on getting the repair part transferred from a sister dealership and had me out of there by the end of the day. They were very nice and answered all my questions. They handled filing all the warranty paperwork for me.

My engine check light came on (less than 1200 miles) and I became very concerned. I called Larry H. Miller Jeep Service Dept. and they said I could bring it by and they would take a look at it. I brought it by late in the afternoon and they checked the code. They said that they would need to replace a defective part and it would take a few hours. I arranged to bring it in first thing the next morning.I received a call at work that it was ready to go at around 1:30 p.m. When I got there after work it was washed and ready to go. Great service for a vehicle that was not purchased here.They do need to have the local phone book printers update their advertisement !!!

Originally, we fell in love with a dark blue Jeep Patriot--with a stick shift and a five speed. Almost took us back to the early days when we were stick shift and drag race compatible!After three days, we decided that an automatic with power windows and mirrors was really more to our liking! When we walked into the dealership, I was expecting a really hard time from our salesman Mike Harbst. It NEVER happened! He could not have been any nicer. I scheduled an appointment online to which I got a response and an appointment in two weeks. In the online appointment, I explained what I'd like to have done, including my 5 year inspection for lifetime warranty. I even offered to leave it for a few days. I assumed someone read these. I assumed wrong. I dropped the vehicle of to the individual from whom I received the confirmation email for service (i realize it was an automated response, but I assumed they, at least, read the information provided. And it had Marcus' name, not a generic service account). I had to explain again everything I wanted. I asked for a recall issue to be addressed specifically, in addition to some other work. I found it curious I had to explain this all again, but assumed he was just making sure I didn't have other things to look at. I was told I would have it by 2:00. i said fine, but mentioned they could have it, if needed for a few days. He said he didn't think that was necessary. I waited for a two hours, with a family member who also had an appointment. We had to approach Marcus to find out their car wouldn't be ready and mine would still be ready at 2:00. They did find out a TSB on the transmission that the folks didn't find the last time. So, that was good news. Marcus should have approached as soon as he knew things had changed for the person I was with. So, we took the shuttle home. I got a call at 1:15 to come by. I was then told that one of the main reasons I had my vehicle in wasn't truly on recall. I was told that I only wanted recall work done and that I had only "mentioned" the issue. Wrong. That was the primary reason the vehicle was brought in. If it wasn't under recall, he should have told me immediately, not 5 hours later. In fact, it was documented in a service appointment request that they didn't read. If it's an issue and not a recall, I'll take it up with Chrysler. To find this out hours later is unacceptable. And, they hadn't even started on the transmission issue that they said was warranty and the part was in stock. Marcus told me he had the part and would have it ready. It wasn't until I got there at 1:30 that he told me it wouldn't be until Monday. Yet, they hadn't even started the repair. Something is not right. No follow-up. He then admitted that they "don't get the emails" that are sent for service appointments online. Then why is that an option? I asked to speak to his supervisor, John. Marcus said he would get him. I waited 15 minutes outside and he never showed. I watched through the window as John approached Marcus minutes after I made the request (although, at the time I didn't know who he was). He never came outside. I walked in and put my number on the desk and asked Marcus to have John call me. He said, "this is him here, he'll be with you shortly". Absolutely a stone wall tactic. If these guys had been upfront and provided information this could have been a positive experience. Instead, they were only interested in getting the vehicle in the shop. Poor communication. I had to spend an entire day (8:00-3:00) there for work that wasn't done....or even started...other than an inspection and a bracket replacement. I'm heading to BBB, as it's been hours and I still haven't received a call from John. I'm beginning to think I won't. Hopefully, this is a one-off experience. I have a feeling it isn't. Guys, going forward, how about reading your emails and providing feedback to your customers immediately. Don't wait for them to contact you. I expected more. I'll have the warranty work performed at a competitor and I will write a letter to Chrysler and file a complaint with the BBB.***Update: 4:40. After filing this review and making the general manager aware of this issue, I got a call from John. Hardly customer service. You have to force their hand to get a response or information. But, full disclosure, they called and I told them I'd wait to hear from someone higher. I tried twice to talk to John and was ignored. I think I'll wait to see what his supervisor says.***

We bought a new jeep cherokee recently and have issues ever since. The dealership said that they couldn't do anything and that it's just the way the car drives. We contacted Chrysler who then had Gary Silvey (sales manager at Larry H Miller) contact us promising to help get us into something else. We showed up that day and got attitude from Silvey from the very beginning. He was deceitful and at one point told me that if I didn't want to work with him then fine. This was of course only due to him not wanting him to show me the invoice for the vehicle we were wanting to purchase. His demeanor was very unprofessional. I will NEVER buy from Larry H Miller ever again. I'm stuck with my piece of crap car for now...

I have worked next door to this dealership for a year now. I had a tire on my car that was losing air. I usually take my car to the Chevy dealership for most work, but just didn't have the time to commit to waiting there for it. The gentleman at Larry Miller took my info, had my car repaired in an hour (I was in no rush since I work next door) and had my car washed etc...for plugging a TIRE! Worth paying more somewhere else,. Management gives you the impression that they do not need or want your business and that we were lucky to be buying a car from their dealership. I'm not one to write a poor review but after our experience with Tommy I have never been so upset about poor customer service. Of course we would like to get the best deal when buying a car but comments from the management on whether I negotiated the size of my ring and that my father would be ashamed of me being such a hard-baller were rude and unnecessary, especially over $500-$1000. Although we loved the car and almost turned around to pay THEIR price, the rude management would make me want to drive to Phoenix to buy a car or pay more from a dealership that values their customers.

I have been a loyal customer since 1992. Galloway Motors/Steve Christy/Tucson Chrysler now Larry H. Miller Chrysler Jeep. This is my third Chrysler product. I have seen staff come and go and still receive the highest customer service ever. John Brown, Service Manager has been and maintained the up most professional courtesy throughout the years. My new 300 S (5 months) had a oil switch pressure sensor circuit fail. My service advisor, Ben Kary, was outstanding, including my mechanic. Great job everyone!

I had the unfortunate luck to get a flat on my '14 jeep and it was not repairable. John Brown got me a new tire right away and had back on the road no fuss no muss and the price was a good deal also. John took the time to look over my paperwork to see if I was covered by road hazard and even though I wasn't he took great care of me. My wife and I stopped in to test drive a Jeep Compass and met salesman Gerry Hamilton. Gerry was very friendly and helpful, and a font of information. Not only did we test drive the Compass, but we also drove a Chrysler 200. We told Gerry we were just interested in test driving cars at that time and he was fine with that. Should we decide to buy either of the vehicles, we'll be sure to look up Gerry to complete the sale!

I bought a 2013 Chrysler 200 on May 14, 2013. In the last 6 months, the dealer has replaced the water pump four times. This is no fault of Larry H. Miller, Chrysler. This time the Service Manager, John Brown, talked to Chrysler engineers. They came up with a solution that may take care of the problem. Mr. Brown took the time to explain to me what the solution was. I hope this water pump will be the last one that has to be replaced.

Found an ad online for a 2011 jeep patriot for my mother in law. Called the dealership and talked to salesman, Jeremy Gritter, who described the car in detail and we negotiated a price over the phone before we drove the 2 hours from Gilbert. When we got there the car was even better than described. They already had the car cleaned, serviced, and fueled up so after a quick test drive, we went in and had the paperwork done in less than an hour and we were out the door with a great car at a great price. Jeremy and the whole team there were great to deal with and I would definitely go back to this dealership for any future car needs. It was the best car buying experience I've ever had.

Best buying experience ever! Saw their ad on line for certified pre-owned 2011 jeep patriot and it was at a great price. I called and talked to the salesman who confirmed the details of the car and the price. I drove the 2 hours from Gilbert thinking that something probably wouldn't be right when we got there. Our saleman, Jeremy Gritter had the car all serviced, washed and fueled up when we got there, so after a quick test drive, we went in and did the paperwork and were out the door with the car in an hour. I have never had a car buying experience go so smoothly. I was totally impressed with the dealership, the salesman, and the whole team working there. I definitely give them 5 stars!

I went to Larry Miller on October 10 to just look at a few used Wrangler Unlimiteds not really sure I was ready to pirchase. My salesman, Carl was very helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicle. We just bought a new Town & Country. I can say that all-in-all this was the worst buying experience we have ever had. I will say that our sales person, Leon was very polite, not pushy and good for the most part We were promised many things that they never followed up with. They told us they would call with the information but never did. We paid cash for the vehicle so there was no financing paper work. After the paper work was completed, they said the vehicle was being cleaned and prepped. After 1 1/2 hours they brought the car around and nothing had been done. They took it back to wash and prep. After another hour they brought the vehicle around and informed us they had damaged it, a big gouge caused by screws. They said they would get it taken care right away. After three days I called and ask what was going on. They said they would get right back to me. Finally the service department called and I took the vehicle in for the body repairs. Took them a day and a half. We still never got the options promised and I don't expect we ever will. Many of the options that we like about the vehicle, the descriptions were totally wrong. I won't say that they lied about them, I would say they just didn't know the facts. We were also told that the vehicle had options that it doesn't. Would I buy another vehicle from them NO WAY!

I went to Larry Miller Chrysler Jeep Tucson after going to many other dealerships in getting very negative responses from some and mediocre from others. But I was totally surprised at Larry Miller when I had a terrific experience there and they were happy to see me happy to put me in a Jeep that was perfect for my needs. I have a large Service Dog that needs to have room in the vehicle so I ended up getting a Jeep Patriot. It's not the fanciest model of the lot but it's perfect for my needs. Between Jeremy and Chris in the Internet side of house they were able to make me a perfect deal to make sure that I had the perfect vehicle. "CDO" the finance manager spent a lot of time trying to make out what would be the the right financing for me. It was not easy, but he got it done. I arrived at 8:15 AM in the morning on Saturday by 11:30 AM I was driving home in my very own Jeep Patriot. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for a wonderful vehicle and terrific people to work with. You could not ask for better people. They will do anything for you to make it work out in your favor even if you're in a bad situation. It was a very clean facility and the cars are laid out very nicely so you can get in and out easily when you're going for test drive; it's not packed in like some lots are. I recommend that you go there and find the vehicle of your dreams and make a deal for it. The people at Larry Miller will make it happen for you.

My girlfriend took our 2011 jeep patriot in for repair because of overheating transmission light that came on during trips to phoenix. The service manager (Dave Rogers) Told her she needed to plan trips around the heat and drive when it was cooler out. The Jeep patriot is not designed for hot weather. We have a trail rated patriot designed for off road conditions with a low geared transmision for climbing, doesn't say unless it is hot out? Dave told us he talked to customer care at Crysler and they had no fix for the problem. I contacted customer care myself because my Girlfreind had to stop 3 times on the Way to New Mexico after Dave refused to acknowledge the problem. I was in contact with Rodney from customer care he called the dealer and told us that they arrived at a solution of changing the fluid because the factory fluid was not adiquate for the vehicle. Rodney was great and had us schedule an appointment and call him, then he contacted the dealer to make sure they understood what needed to be done. When my girlfriend took the vehicle to the dealer the first person tried to tell her it would cost $400. My girlfriend gave him the case number and had to make him verify with Dave Rodgers because he kept insisting it would cost $400. When Dave Rodgers was finally contacted and arrived he seemed to have attitude and said, "I see you contacted Rodney at customer care, I still don't think this will fix anything and you need to plan your driving around the heat". My question is does Larry H Miller teach his staff the importance of customer service? To think before they speak? Dave rogers asked my girlfriend to rate him a 10 after he was condisending and disrespectful to her. That didn't happen! IWe rate him 0 Just like his common sense!

Even though we didn't buy anything we went there looking for a Prius that they had online. When we got there it was sold so we weren't interested in anything else. The customer service was really good. We were greeted right off and he was friendly. The only problem was that he didn't know what the MPG were on a Prius so he couldn't figure out something comparable to them. Which my husband and I were really surprised, a lot of people know what MPG Prius's get.

Plus a great value on our trade in. Super service! We met Trever Nelson the sales director, Very helpful, eager to answer all our questions and help in any way possible. Trever helped make our buying experience very nice. The last part of the team we dealt with was Chad in finance. It was a great experience. He got us a great rate and walked us through the paper work like a seasoned pro. Every detail of our purchase was handle well. This was a great experience. As a single woman making a purchase on my own I did not feel as though I was taken advantage of as I had at another dealership in the past. Everybody was great and worked to get me the best deal and I truly appreciate that. The only complaint was that the bottom part of the bumper started to come undone while on a trip. I called and they got it repaired as soon as I brought it in. Which was surprising!I definitely recommend Tucson Jeep.

This was a pleasant change from the days of high pressure dealers. I was treated with respect right from the beginning until we drove our new Jeep away. Steve gave me a very competative price right up front and the deal was quick and easy. The finance department who prepared the paperwork was prepared for us and it only took about 30 minutes to complete everything and drive away. I had a great experience with this dealer.

Great Customer Service, Friendliness, Price & Overall Experience - I talked to Steve in Internet Sales about finding a small SUV type vehicle to use for Animal Rescue Transportation. I was interested in a 2002 Isuzu Rodeo that was on the Used Car list on the Tucson Jeep website. I went down to meet Steve and check out the Rodeo and when I got there someone was already in Finance purchasing the vehicle. Steve and Harry were determined to help me find a vehicle to meet my needs. They showed me a 2005 Jeep Liberty Renegade that had been taken in on trade. I really liked the Liberty and ended up purcshasing it. After all was said and done, I actually purchased the Liberty for less than I would have paid for the Isuzu Rodeo. I believe that the Jeep is a much better product than the Isuzu. Steve and Harry were always very professional, easy to get in touch with, and promply returned my calls. From start to finish, Steve's sales tactics were very low preasure. He wasn't pushy at all, I feel like he sincerely just wanted to make sure I got into a vehicle that best suited my needs at the best price possible. Mission Accomplished :)Quality of Work: As part of my deal there were some Mechanical things that needed attention. The vehicle was sent to the Service Department for repairs prior to delivery. The Service Department kept me well informed on where they were on the repairs. Parts were also ordered and were received in a timely manner. Service and Parts personel were very courtious and professional.

Does anyone know what they are doing at this place??!!! They are all clueless and never call you back. I have been there 3 times alrady and I have gotten nowhere!!!Also,when they pulled my Jeep around after looking at the soft top issue, it had a new scratch on the paint and I never got an apology or an offer to get it taken care of!! After complaining that my car was in for the 5th time for the same problem because they broke something new each time it was in (literally, dash, window crank, console, etc.) Steve Christy told me personally "We see over 100 people a day. We can't make everyone happy. I guess you're just one of those people." 5 times???? "I'm sure your situation is unique. We can't do that to everybody," he said. Funny Steve, on my way out I bumped into a lady complaining about a 3rd visit for the same problem! <br><br>I tried their parts department a couple years later (for the same car) after they moved locations and changed names - and it took them 2 tries to get the right part and over charge me for it. Some things never change I guess...<br>
