LeBrun Nissan was not the first place I decided to do business. I had tried other places before, and if you have ever done any car shopping, you feel like chum in a sea of sharks. When I went to LeBrun I was not attacked, I was approached, and welcomed and being a little gun shy was surprised to find that the person I was dealing with was not the typical Car Salesman. Phil asked me a few questions and pointed me towards a few vehicles. My wife and I looked them over and went back to him when we felt ready to test drive and discuss price and what we wanted to do. Phil LeBrun was so easy to work with we went back a month later for another vehicle. Since then our family has purchased a third vehicle from LeBrun. The service and professional manner were above and beyond my expectations. I could have not asked for a better experience. Thank you, Phil LeBrun and the rest of the organization for everything.

About a year ago I bought a Rogue from Alex McIntyre at LeBrun Nissan. When I decided to test drive a Rogue I wanted my dogs along for the ride. I wanted to make sure they could easily get into the vehicle & wanted to make sure they had enough room. Alex understood my concerns so, my dogs & I took a test drive and we LOVED the vehicle. Thanks Alex for understanding that my dogs are part of my family (my kids thought you wouldn't go for it). We still love the vehicle. We had been a Toyota family now we're a Nissan family too. The wife and I were in the long process finding a car . Went to a few dealerships , search the internet endlessy needless to say its not what you want to do on days off or at night . So decided to drive to a dealer to check out a car and wasn't what it was advertised . So we left going down the road we saw LeBrun Nissan and decided to stop in since we are never out in their area. We were greeted by a sales rep Alex Mcintyre, it was late and both my wife were tired but he understood that and really did a great job showing what cars he had , explaining all the programs Nissan had to offer. Needless to say we walked out buying a car and can not been more happier with that decision .The whole process was as professional as I ever experienced ,from buying to signing the paperwork and showing me all the features of the car before we left . Being a good 45 minutes from the dealer and year later I am still taking my car their for service . Which by the way is top notch. I will keep buying from LeBraun Nissan ! We found a vehicle on LeBrun's Website. I called and made an appointment to see the car. Alex was great. He had the vehicle ready when we arrived. We liked the vehicle and the price was fair. There was no pressure to buy this particular vehicle - there was no need to be pressured - it was exactly what we were looking for. Alex walked us through the whole process and his friendly demeanor and outstanding customer service really showed. After purchasing the vehicle, I called Alex back (a few months later) when we were looking for another vehicle. He found one - it wasn't quite what I had been thinking of, but it got me thinking in another direction. Even though I didn't but the second car - there was still no pressure. (Other dealerships tried to pressure me to buy what I really didn't want, or to pay more than I wanted.) I appreciate the time Alex took finding both vehicles. Next time I am looking for a vehicle, I will definitely call Alex at LeBrun.

My Nissan Juke story: I had been shopping around in NY, PA and NJ, for the last 4 years for the perfect Nissan Juke at the right price. After a TON of internet searches, I found it at LeBrun Nissan in Auburn for an unbelievable price. Eager to see this car, I made an appointment to see it. When I called, I had a lovely conversation with the receptionist, which put me at ease right away. [She is quite an asset to this company] However, I live about 1/2 hour to 45 minutes away, so I didn't want to waste anyone's time. Alex McIntyre suggested that I fill out the online credit app, and to my surprise, I was pre-approved! When I came in to sign the paperwork at terms that weren't great, but, I could live with. When we arrived, Alex and Ralph in finance had a huge surprise for me. He found me a phenomenal interest rate, and a more than ideal monthly payment. They have just given me my dream car at terms I couldn't refuse. I also was able to get a top notch warranty for 4 years or 48,000 mile, and a great price on oil changes. Living so far away, they were so happy that I would bring my car back there to get serviced. After all of this, I feel as if they are all family to me, and I hope, I to them. If you are shopping for a car, new or used, Please!!! Take my advice and see Alex, or any one of the salesmen at LeBrun Nissan in Auburn! I know I will never go anywhere else to buy a car. I always recommend this dealership to everyone!

I recently purchased my first Nissan (Sentra), and so far I love it. 1st the building is beautiful and when you walk in the door, you don't get run over by salemen as at previous car dealerships. The buying process was quick and easy. Alex McIntrye was my salesman. He was very knowledgeable and I did not feel any pressure from him at all. He took me out and went over everything in the car, then took me through the building, and explained what I need to do when I bring my car in for service. The fact that you get out of your car inside the buillding versus getting out in the heat and cold is a nice plus.. I will be looking forward to taking my car in for it's first service next week.

Good Morning, I am not one to write a review but LeBrun Nissan has changed my thought process. In July of 2015 I purchased my first new car. The experience was wonderful and I will visit the service department next Saturday, seriously where can you get an oil change and tire rotation for 24.95 NO WHERE. This would not be happening if I did not encounter sales individual Alex McIntyre his professional demeanor does not represent the pressure of the car sales person Thank U Alex. Again, my Nissan Rouge is great!!!

We worked with Alex M. who was a pleasure to work with. He found us the perfect car and we absolutely love our Pathfinder. The experience was simple and re laxing. We live in Watertown and started the process online. Everyone at LeBrun was great. Everything was taken care of before we arrived at the dealership. Alex took his time to explain the operations of the vehicle and even connected our phones to the hands-free system. Great experience! Alex McIntyre was our sales associate for the purchase of my 2016 Rogue. Alex was very knowledgeable of the Nissan products. He was very friendly & easy to talk to. I would recommend Alex and the dealership to my friends & relatives. The service department was also very good, I took my Rogue in for blind spot mirrors to be installed. Love that car wash after service. Ralph Sinicropi the Business and Marketing Manager was also very good. The entire dealership is great! A year ago we also purchased a Altima.

The service and treatment I have gotten at LeBrun Nissan in Auburn is beyond outstanding. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Vic Tumbiolo goes above and beyond to make my shopping experience the best I have ever had. . There has been times when I have had a problem with working different things on my Rouge and he has gone out of his way to come to my place of employment to help me out and sometimes on his day off. When purchasing the car he made my husband and myself feel very comfortable with the car before leaving the dealership..I would highly recommend buying a car from Vic.

I leased my Nissan Juke three years ago and I went in to check out the Nissan Rogues. I talked to Phil Lebrun who was great at getting me started, wanted to know what I was looking for in the Rogue, what color I wanted and we went out for a test drive. I am very happy with their service and the sales people. They are always kind and so friendly to me when ever I go in and they always listen to any questions if I have any. I love how the Rogue handles and how comfortable they ride. Every time I go in for any kind of service I always talk to the sales guys and they are so happy to see me. Even Ralph was awesome who is in the Finance department. I recommend them for all of my friends. I am a Nissan fan and as long as Lebrun is in business that is where I am going when leasing a car.

When I found out the insurance company totaled my car from the accident I was in, I had to get another vehicle really fast. I knew of some friends and family who have used Vic Tumbiolo and needless to say I love Nissan Altima's. I called Vic on a Saturday Morning and told him I was in search for a car and he immediately took matters into his own hands and within minutes he called me back and said that he had the car for me. I went up after work and Vic and I took out the altima for a test drive and he was right, It was the car for me. It was priced right where I needed to be. I work long hours and I couldn't believe how Vic went out of his way to help me in any way that he could to get all my information to him.. He made some phone calls to get what he needed and I felt like I just picked out my car and Vic did the rest. I have never had this type of service when purchasing my other vehicles. I would compare it to taking a bubble bath, so refreshing, relaxing, no worries and well worth it. Thank you Vic for all that you did for me, I would never go any place else but to you..

I did not intend to purchase a vehicle when I stopped at the LeBrun dealership just to see what was on the lot. It was close to closing time, but Alex spent time with me, never checked his watch, and that day I decided to purchase from LeBrun. It was a no pressure sales approach. The deal was a good one. The service after the sale has been absolutely excellent. This dealership goes above and beyond what is necessary to make sure the customer is treated fairly. This is superior customer care. I am very glad that I purchased a vehicle from LeBrun.

We bought our Escape last summer from LeBrun. We went to "look" at the car we found online, but after viewing it, taking it for a test drive, and talking with our salesman, Alex McIntyre, we were convinced it was the car for us. The car was waiting outside the showroom when we arrived, and Alex told us everything we would ever want to know about the vehicle as well as answered any questions we had.. There was no pressure; the paperwork was quick and accurate; Ralph Sinicropi searched for the best interest rate and explained everything in detail; and it was an overall wonderful experience. It was time for me to get a new lease, and I wanted a change of scenery. Family and friends referred me to LeBrun Nissan and deal with Vic Tumbiolo. One thing that stood out about Vic that is very different from all the other salesmen, is that Vic is honest and leaves you alone. My busy work schedule did not allow me to stay at the dealership for hours on end to pick out a car. I told Vic a price I was comfortable paying and he was able to text me pictures of the car in that category, he also got the paper trail started. He called me up when it was ready to be taken off the lot, I came in and signed the papers, and drove off with my new Altima. Will definitely use LeBrun Nissan for future cars, and I will tell my friends and family to deal with Vic. Thanks again Vic!

In July I bought a used car here and they changed the oil sometime before that. In September I tried to change the oil again, myself but the oil drain plug was so tight that it could not be removed without the car being on a lift. I broke 3 tools in the process and showed the broken tools to the LeBrun service department. In addition the oil filter was on so tight that their own staff had to try 3 separate times with a wrench to remove it. Even though I already had the oil & filter in the trunk they wanted to charge me the FULL PRICE to change the oil. Most places give you the first oil change for free. This place just gave me grief. I drove from Syracuse to Auburn & back and called beforehand. All they did was loosen up the filter and drain plug so I could do the work myself. Then they said that neither item was over-tightened, as if not to accept any blame. I told the salesman that sold me the car that his service department just told me to go home, change the oil myself and replace my broken tools, but it made no difference.

From the time I purchased my Nissan, the sales and service are exceptional. The staff are friendly, helpful and go out of their way to make service on the vehicle as easy as possible. My car is always ready before the estimated wait time. It is always washed and dried before I go home. The wait is made comfortable with Wi Fi and television, and vending machines. The staff always stops and asks if there is anything they can do for you. No complaints!

Sent a request for more info on a vehicle via dealer website. got usual form letter thanking me for my interest and saying someone would contact me. that was 3 days ago and not a peep. vehicle still on website, but not going to make the hour + drive to this dealer if they can't be bothered to answer my questions via email, or give me a call

This is the first time I actually purchased from a dealer and let's say it was great. I was pleased at the price and how there was no negotiation needed. The finance manager was able to get me approved by a local bank after being turned down by about everyone else because I had NO credit. I'm happy with my 350z because it was hard to find and I have no issues with it. I had a small issue with the tires, but they took care of it. My salesperson Sheen didn't pressure me at all nor try to upsell me when I declined the extended warrenty. More of an old fashioned way to sell and I loved it. Normally I don't like sales consultants coming on a test drive but he pointed out the features of the car and it was helpful. Their showroom is modern and have a nice waiting area with TV and snacks.
