I inquired online and right away I was contacted by the internet sales manager Chad. Chad went asked me what I was interested in and got to work right away on making it happen. I literally had my approval in minutes and went the next weekend to sign on my new Kia Optima. I have nothing but good things to say about Chad and the rest of his team at Lee Kia. Everyone was helpful from the first call with internet specialist Chad. When we got there we were greeted by James and he was the best. James was honest and up front from the beginning. We finished up with Brittain who was equally as nice. James showed us features before we left and gave us his personal number to contact him directly if we needed anything. Great guys to deal with!

Awesome customer service from the time we walked in to the time we left. Even the online application was easy to use. I had a recall for my Kia Sorento. I called about it, they ordered the part, and returned my call when they were ready for me. It was done in an hour, and I got free snacks, coffee, and a detail of my car and I didn't pay a penny. They also have wifi so I was able to work while they worked on my car. Great service and great SUV!

Happy with my choice of car but informed my sales specialist 6 times i do not lease and he told be they agreeed to me getting a new car but just got it friday and called him saturday he wouldnt answer but put his wife on his work phone therefor monday if this bad communication cant be resolved .i will be taking it back

I want to thank Samantha Brickhouse for being so kind and alert with my situation on 4/6/16.. I had a flat tire and to some it may be simple but to me with my 94 old aunt with me, it was major..All I did was go in and explain to Samantha what happen and she started typing and said hand over your key and we will get it fixed now and I will tell you what is going on has the guy finds the problem.. As we ALL get older we find some of the younger people get very ill and impatient with us.. But Samantha was wonderful and a great asset to your company.. I received my first oil change and fluids refills for free. I was asked if I wanted a free car wash and I complied. My only suggestion is if you are going to vacuum car mats, please do the two small ones in the backseat of the car as well. :-)

Stanley Whitaker is an awesome Kia salesman. He put no pressure on us whatsoever. He has a sparkling personality and I would purchase with him again. However, Jordan (the "sales manager") was totally rude and obnoxious...sort of the bad definition of a car salesman. He came into the office acting as if he was above us and like we were just tire kickers. We almost walked away from this dealership because of him and the way we were treated by him. We stay because Stanley was so welcoming and helped us so much to the best of his ability. I LOVE my new 2016 Sorento. Thanks LEE KIA!!

I cant understand why I purchased a vehicle from LEE KIA of Greenville, and after leaving I felt like I was played. I went into KIA because of a FORTE I saw on their website and when you navigate there website special coupons come up which was 500.00 off of used vehicle and after applying for that another came up saying additional 500.00 off if I set up a test drive. I liked the idea and was excited that I was going to get a good deal. HONESTLY I didnt.... I went in test drive the vehicle and decided I wanted it. I then showed them my coupons and after the salesman went to the manager he came back and said he couldnt honor any of them (basically a tool to get people in then not honor the coupon). I should have walked out at that point but I didnt (regret it now). I also got a low ball on my trade in even though it was worth more than I got and they wouldn't go any higher (Yes im not very good at negotiating apparently). I ended up buying the vehicle with negative equity on my trade in (which shouldn't have happen because other dealerships offer me more and NO COUPON was used). Looking back im not sure why I went through with the deal but it happens. BEWARE of there coupons they are lies to get you in the door and will not honor them also they will low ball your trade for no reason. Besides that everyone there is nice but the wait times are a little crazy when doing a deal. Also after I purchased the vehicle I noticed some heavy dent damage and scratches and only part of the damage was fixed and the salesman would never answer my call about fixing the other damage so im now stuck with the damage and a bad deal.

I was looking to buy a 2013 Kia sorento sx fully loaded and Ryan contacted me 10mins after I submitted the request!!!! I told him what I was looking and told him before I drove 1 1/2 hrs I wanted to know the out the door price. He called me back in 10mins and gave it to me and it was $3000 cheaper then what the Kia store here in Cary gave me.i went and got our New Kia Saturday and everything was just like to told me..... I wish more Dealers were like Lee Kia of Greenville and Ryan

We traveled from Raleigh after Ryan Carter emailed us a written price for the exact Kia we wanted and a range of values for our trade-in. He specifically quoted best and worse case scenario prices based on the value of our trade-in. Our trade-in was one owner, no accidents, no mechanical defects, perfect condition and all maintenance records. When we got there they told us that the best they could do was two thousand dollars higher than their highest number. When asked directly, the Sales Manager Brittian Brisette said they would not stand by the previous offer they had made. They would not give us any reason other than they "can't do that". We left and would never do business with them in the future.

I e-mailed Lee Kia about an New Kia and Mr Carter called me right back.I wasn't looking for anyone to call or e-mail me until the next day as it was after hours.He asked me if he could set me an appt to come to see him and I did for the next day. I ended up buying an New Kia optima that I love and got an lower price then I thought I could get on it.
