We always receive great service with the people at Lee’s Summit Honda. Michelle has assisted us many times over the years of service on our Honda. She shows interest and concern for our vehicle needs. She’s very knowledgeable and is always able to answer my questions or find the answer if needed. Early on she gave me information about what and when different services are needed through the life of our CR-V. This has been very helpful to know as we plan and budget for the care and maintenance of our car. I feel like we have a friend in the service department, which is always a good feeling when we’re dealing with high ticket purchases. Back again, same great service. Also, very comfortable waiting area while the necessary services were completed.

I love this place. The guy Always remembers me and gives me that personal touch. Today I took my son, he has his permit and will need to do this stuff himself, so it was a life lesson, learning situation for him. They took the time to explain stuff to him.Explained what the warranty covered and stuff like that. I just love this place. While we waited we looked at cars and even though we have no intention of buying another one, they still got the keys and let us check out one on the lot. Always super friendly. I’ll never go to another Honda dealership for anything.

MICHELLE is always very good about answering my questions and giving extra tips for better mileage, etc. My only complaint wasn’t her fault as I noticed 2 people driving my car up separately without wearing masks in my car. I’m leaving on a trip in a few days and just hope and pray I don’t get a breakthrough infection. When I told Michelle what I saw, she quickly asked if she could wipe down my interior which I appreciated. This 5 star rating is for MICHELLE and I’m sure she will be discussing my only concern with the necessary people. Oh, also shout out to KEVIN for helping me with an audio question Michelle hadn’t known.

Went there to test drive a Honda Accord Sport, expecting to purchase somewhere else. Test drove a 2017, got to talking "what if?" in a very easygoing manner, and wound up buying a car. Austen is great to work with, highly recommended. Only gripe is the lack of parking space (which LS Honda is working on) and not completely cool with the push to sell the extended warranty, but that's what Finance Managers are paid to do.

Hi, my name is Daniel Unander. I meet Justin through online gaming about one year ago. When I found out he was a car salesman in Lee Summit, I told my cousin who was looking for a Honda CRV who lives out there to meet him. The next day, he called me, and told me his experience with him was amazing. His personality was very respectful, polite, and down to earth. He didn't tell him about the most top of the line car on the lot, but listend to what his needs were, and what he wanted to get the most out of his car for his wife and daughters. He was so happy to meet not a salesman, but a person. To anyone reading this review, if you need a honda, look no farther than Justin Garth.

I bought a used Honda 2014 Accord. This was the 4th dealership I went to. The staff at Lee's Summit Honda was more knowledgeable about their product then the others, and they were competitive on the pricing being able to match their competitors. Jim was the sales representative whom I bought the car from. He not only sold me the car but helped me pair my phone to the Bluetooth and walked me through all the digital settings and all the ins and outs of the car that he hadn't already shown me before I left the dealership.

I bought a Honda from Lees Summit a month ago. Since, I have called about service multiple times and received in my estimate a discourteous response. First sent from one person to next, put on hold and disconnected, change in price, attempt to charge me for warranty service. I have taken my vehicle to another delearship who provides the services and customer appreciation. My advice, avoid Lees Summit Honda.

I have bought several cars over the years, and this was probably the best experience I've had. Low pressure, Martin really listened to what I needed in a car, and was helpful to the end. I kept waiting for the trick, for the bait and switch, but it never came. I appreciate when salespeople and finance departments listen when you refuse a service or extended warrantee. They may not have bundled a bunch of extra items into my sale, but they have guaranteed that I will buy my next vehicle from them. Thanks for everything!

This is my 3rd leased CRV from Lees Summit Honda, and I couldn't be happier. Since 2012 when I leased my first to my recent 2016, I have enjoyed 4 years of peace of mind driving these cars. The sales staff are excellent, and have worked with me to be able to afford what I am wanting. I especially recognize and appreciate everyone's attitude and respect that is shown to a woman buyer. Let me say that with the exception of the finance guy, all of the staff at LSH were nice. Austin, Hector and Jason were friendly and helpful. But after signing all the paperwork, I realize that purchasing a certified pre-owned (CPO) vehicle is a business transaction--and "nice" gets left at the door. I had three critical issues with my experience. I shared them with the dealer and am happy to share with would-be buyers.FIRST, I asked, but did not receive full disclosure about the previous owner when I initially asked. I should have insisted I have a chance to review the past title, 182-point checklist and a copy of any repair orders PRIOR to negotiating the purchase price.SECOND, there was too much emphasis placed on the dealers cost of the CPO warranty during pricing discussion. There was limited room in price negotiations because of their costs. In reality, the CPO warranty essentially replaced the 10-month of the "new car" warranty that had expired. This may be one reason to avoid buying a CPO Honda--it adds extra cost to the vehicle. THIRD, the CPO 182-point checklist was obviously done in a hurry. There were items that indicated they met the standards for CPO vehicles, but they did not relate to our vehicle. For example, Seat Heaters, Sunroof and Navigation System all checked as meeting standards for CPO. Problem is, none of these were on our vehicle. Clutch was "crossed out" on the list, so I know the protocol for items that are not present. I lost faith in the entire checklist and should have made time to have the car inspected by my own mechanic.ADDITIONALLY, regarding the buying process, I found the price negotiations prototypical for used car sales with the man behind the curtain. The pressure tactics to sell the additional extended warranty after we had settled on a final sales price left me wanting a shower. We planned to come back in 2 days to make payment and take delivery, yet if we did not agree to the special purchase price of the extended warranty at that very moment, we were told the price would go up. I couldn't believe it, so I asked for clarification. Yes, two days delay in agreeing to the warranty and the cost would go up. When I declined to pay for the extra coverage, I got a dose of attitude. And this soured the entire purchase process for me. I lost any sort of trust in this dealer. On the POSITIVE side, the car is beautiful. The detailers at LSH made this car look brand new -- inside and out! Hector knows about Honda engines and the inner-workings of the Honda Accord Sport. He actually opened the hood and pointed out several features of the mechanics. He also explained variations of the different models. And gave my wife and I time alone to discuss the car. I found these lacking from other dealers.

Visited Lee Summit Honda just to check out a Honda Civic Hybrid and possibly do a test drive. I was not at the point I wanted to buy, still sitting in the research phase on what I wanted to purchase. At Lee Summit I met Ms. Kayla Wolff and she was more than helpful and accommodating. I explained to her that I was a military member who drives on average 900 to 1000 miles per week. I told her what I was interested in and she instantly grabbed the keys and we went for a test drive. I was impressed with the Civic and Ms. Wolff answered all my wife and I's questions, and if she didn't know she was very prompt in finding out the answers. She was not pushy like most sales people are and she did not try and sell me something I was not interested in. After the test drive, I wanted to speak to my wife about it and get her take and Ms. Wolff gladly gave us some time. After a short discussion the choice was made to purchase one of the three Civics advertised. When we sat down and started talking bottom line dollars the finance manager came out and thanked us for our service and gave us a heck of a deal on the Civic we wanted. He explained what he had in the car and what kind of military discount they offered. After a simple hand shake the deal was sealed and we started doing paperwork. In addition to the fantastic dealings with Ms. Wolff, my wife and I had great dealing with the finance person who offered us an extended warranty price that we could not refuse. Ms. Wolff again was very helpful with further questions we had and had no issue grabbing subject matter experts on questions about tires and service. It was a very informative car buying experience for both my wife and I as well as Ms. Wolff. I am over all very pleased with the buying experience I had with Lee Summit Honda and with Ms. Wolff. I will return to Ms. Wolff if I ever am in the market for another vehicle or if anyone I know is looking.

Eric Kuligowski was instrumental in my purchase of a pre-owned 2016 HR-V since he was able to negotiate to fit my budget and needs. Austen helped me with the initial process of buying the car and he was extremely helpful. I would definitely recommend him to others looking for a car. However, my experience took a downturn once I started working with Michael in financing. Not only was he extremely rude and condescending, but he also insulted me and the person that recommend me to this dealership throughout the paperwork signing. I would recommend Lee's Summit Honda to others, but if that entailed having to sit down with Michael to sign papers I would ask to work with someone else.

Sean R was my first point of contact even before entering the showroom. He was persistent about me getting in their for their Summer Clearance but wasn't a 'jerk' about it. I recently purchased a new vehicle from Lees Summit, Honda. The process was fast, friendly and the staff worked with me to get me a great deal that I know no other dealer in town could have touched. My experience with other Honda dealers in the Kansas City area has not been nearly as good and I've visited every one of them over the past few years. I've also had some of my previous Honda vehicles serviced at Lees Summit Honda and their service department is excellent; so good in fact, that I've taken some non-Honda cars to them for minor service as well! All in all, the current ownership and management of Lees Summit Honda is doing a great job -- they have great people and they care about their customers. Don't waste your time with the other dealers in town, start at Lees Summit and you won't be disappointed.

I've never bought a car before. Prior to this experience I bought used vehicles privately. I was a bit afraid of buying new from a dealership. I thought I'd be pressured or uncomfortable in the dealership. I worried I'd be subjected to business tactics when all I wanted was to purchase a vehicle and leave. I have to hand it to Sean R. and his team. I had made an inquiry on their website (very user friendly) about trading in my then current vehicle and was put in touch with Sean in acquisitions. Not only was he so knowledgeable about cars in general, at one point was I really impressed about his very apparent enjoyment of his job. The entire process was very easy. They offered us water and answered all my questions. The lot was very easy to navigate. They were true to their word regarding the value of my trade in. They didn't try to pressure me into buying anything I didn't want or need, but they did make their upgrades and add on's very clear. They also got me into the vehicle I wanted while managing to stay within my financial parameters (monthly payment, overall number of payments, etc.). I feel so comfortable with my purchase that I have no buyers remorse and have been enjoying my new car and telling everyone about me great experience. I can't thank them enough.

If this review is a grade card, give Austen Malone an A+. This young man was personable and more than willing to find the answer to any question I had. He came in on his day off to make sure that I was taken care of properly. He walked me through the tech devices in the car and made sure that I had additional information I asked for before I left. Oh, I had left my Mizzou license plate frames on the car I traded and he had them waiting for me when I called the next day. People are the most important asset to a business. With people like Austen working for Lee's Summit Honda, they will continue to grow and prosper.

We bought our Accord back in October, and just wanted to say we are very happy w/ it. Especially happy w/ deal we got. Was thinking of what the salesman told us when we picked it up the next day. I made an offer that I was pretty sure was too low, but they took it. The next day when we picked it up, after all was done, and we were getting ready to pull out, he told us that he was surprised that his manager took my offer. He said we got a heck of a deal. This is our 3rd Honda and 2nd Accord from LS Honda, and have loved them all. Fact is, that when car shopping anymore, LS Honda is where we start, because we know we'll get a good deal.

As a first time buyer, I had no idea what to expect or how the process even worked. Thank God for Leslie Hodges and her assistant (goodness I wish I could remember his name at this time but I know I owe them both cupcakes)! From the very beginning, she was very friendly and open. Leslie made sure that I knew what was going on during each step of the buying process and she did not lie to me. It's very easy to get swept up in the glitz and glamour of buying a new car with unrealistic expectations. Leslie and the Lee's Summit Honda family worked with me in every way possible and I'm so thankful for that. My credit wasn't the best and as a recent college graduate I didn't want to get in over my head for a car I couldn't afford. I believe I received more than fair value for my trade in and the down payment I made was also affordable so that I could walk out with my car that same day. Needless to say, I am beyond impressed with the service I received and am thoroughly enjoying my new Honda Civic! Thanks once again for that A1 customer service. That is so hard to come across these days. Forever thankful and grateful to you all!

I bought my first Honda Accord EX L V6 13 years ago after losing my husband. It has always been taken care of by their excellent service department. The last several years I call Paul Carl and when I arrive he greets me with a smile and treats me like my car is his top priority. He explains everything so I understand it and tells me how long it should take. It's all such a pleasant yet professional experience. Then my granddaughter started to drive so I passed on my car. Now it was time for a new one so last April it was time for a new one. That's the day I met Master Salesman Dennis Bodenhamer.A gentle , patient yet professional man. He put me at easy right away. Now Dennis needed a knee replacement in early May so needing time to accomplish a few things I decided to wait for his return. We sent text back and forth. And upon his return I bought my new Honda Accord EX L V6. He patiently explained every detail of my car. Dennis is the kind of salesman everyone wishes for.and LS Honda is the best of dealerships. And considering my vintage age I've dealt with other dealerships. My sincere thanks for a great experience. and thanks to Paul Carl and Dennis Bodenhamer and the rest of the staff at LS Honda they will be the only one that will service my new Honda Accord. 5 stars all the way.

We especially appreciated working with a competent, knowledgable, candid and honest sales person. Eric Kuligowski listened to our wants and needs, and lead us to the vehicle which most suited our requests. He did not try to sell us a vehicle that was outside our parameters. He is attentive to detail and puts the customer first...an excellent sales person! We thank you, Eric, for such a good experience! The sales rep Martin Blanco was knowledgeable and gave my wife an excellent review of all the cars features and how they work. He showed great respect for his customers. I was greeted as I entered the showroom floor. Eric Kuligowski was the salesman who greeted me. I had not decided yet which vehicle I was buying. He patiently explained the benefits and drawbacks of my choices. He did not try to pressure me and was very knowledgeable about the product. I had a slight problem with the business office employee being pushy, but the manager stepped in and said he took care of it. I would definitely recommend Lees Summit Honda to anyone buying a new car.

I found a car online while at another dealer. I called and Adam Webster answered my questions, told me on the phone what he could do for me. I arrived at Lee's Summit Honda to a staff ready to serve. The car was pulled up, ready for a test drive. Adam had the paperwork ready to complete. That process was painless and quick. Waiting to talk to Cheng Yang in finance took a while because he was working hard to find the best rate possible for me (not-so-good credit score makes for high rates!). Cheng found a great rate, offered counsel on rebuilding my credit, and proceeded to guide me through the endless paperwork with ease. The facilities were good, atmosphere was professional, not a crazy flurry of action on the floor between sales managers and salesman. I had not had lunch and it was well past supper time by the time I finished. A choice of something a little more substantial than candy or chips in the vending machine would have been welcome, but I could have been prepared with a snack in my purse. Overall it was a fantastic experience and I'm very satisfied with the service I received!

We walked in for a pre-owned certified Honda Accord, and walked out with a Brand New Honda Accord 2016. Franklin did a tremendous job in getting us a great deal on new car, that we couldn't say no. The only time taking process is selecting the car and finalizing the figures, once that is done, paper work didn't last more than 30 min. And drive home with my dream car... Franklin did a great job in showing all the features in car and explaining all the details and enhancements that are built into new car. He helped us patiently by putting up all the figures that would cost for a new car and old car, which helped us to make our decision to purchase a new car. Am very happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend Lee's Summit Honda to my friends and Family.

Jarred McDaniel was the salesperson who helped my wife and I along with Jason, a used car manager on duty on 4/9/16. Both were very understanding with mine and my wife's frustration when our 05 Pilot lost its transmission. We needed to get into a reasonably priced car that we felt comfortable in for payments similar to what we were paying already. Jarred and Jason went above and beyond to work with us and make sure we had what we were looking for considering we had not planned on replacing the Pilot this year. I am pleased to say that because of the excellent customer service and understanding showed to my wife and I in our "crisis" situation, we will be Lee's Summit Honda customers for the foreseeable future.

My CR-V is affected by the Takata airbag recall. The dealership told me it could take a few months until a replacement part is available. In the meantime, I have been supplied with a rental vehicle from Enterprise.The indemnification agreement I signed states that I may choose to have the dealership tow my car to my garage without a fee. After taking possession of the rental, I contacted the dealership to arrange the tow. The sales manager, Coranne, transferred me to another service person who referred me to Honda's national call center. He told me that the dealership's role is to "put on a smilong face while angry people call and yell at them about the scary letter they received", referring to the recall notice. I had been and remained professional, so I found the language he chose to be inappropriate. I contacted Honda directly and they told me that the dealership should be arranging the tow for me, but since my experience was so poor they took my request. However, they did tell me that it would be resolved more quickly through the dealership. The next day (today, 4/6/16) I called the dealership again, hoping they could take care of towing my vehicle, as stated in the agreement I signed. I spoke with the service manager again and she said that I would need to personally deliver proof of ownership before providing a tow service. I asked her if I could e-mail proof of ownership and she said no. I asked her why and she said "just because". I then asked to speak with her manager, but I was transferred back to her own voicemail. I called the dealership again and left a voicemail with the sales manager an hour ago.I have been inconvenienced by this recall through no fault of my own. Additionally, I have had a terrible customer experience. Lee's Summit Honda should abide by the agreement I signed and tow the potentially dangerous vehicle to my home. The treatment I have received reflects poorly not only on the dealership, but the Honda brand as a whole.

We had a tremendous experience with Eric Kuligowski, our Sales/Lease Representative. He was most helpful in evaluating our needs in a new automobile and showing us what was available in an effort to match those needs which he did perfectly. We advised him of the amount that we could afford to spend and he found the vehicle that fit what we could afford. He went into great/wonderful detail in explaining the features of the car when we came in to take delivery and then took us to our new vehicle and spent a great deal of time with us explaining even more. The Finance Manager, Charbel Bichara, was also most helpful in taking care of and explaining all the documents to us at the time of signing. Both of these men are very knowledgeable in their field. This is the best experience we've ever had (and there have been many car purchases for us) with the purchase of a new vehicle. No pressure! Would highly recommend both of these gentlemen to our friends and family.

Don Franklin was very easy to work with, knows the product, and has a sense of humor, no pressure just helpful. After lots of research, I chose the Odssey van based on good service from 2 prior ones. I went to Lees Summit Honda as I was very satisfied with the prior buying process, and I can say the service department always treated me as a valued customer. Hondas are well engineered, and last a very long time if maintained. Lees Summit Honda follows busness practices that are hard to find at other dealers. I would definately recommend them to anyone looking for a good place to buy a Honda.

From the moment we stepped on the lot during the early stages of considering what was right, until the final walk through on the car, Dennis was phenomenal. He was easy to reach through both email and phone, answering whatever questions my wife or I had about the car. Best car buying experience I've ever had.

I called the service department before I took my car to the service for replacing timing belt and water pump. They told me a wrong price over the phone $100 less. My mechanic gave me a slightly less estimate but he had to order the parts from Honda and because of the waiting time I decided to go to Honda. If I knew they are going to charge me $100 more, I would have taken my car to my mechanic even if I had to wait a few more days. Honda found some issues while my car was being serviced and they charged me for the extra work for another $750. If I took it to my mechanic it was much less but I had no choice at that point. I don't belive it was a honest mistake that they gave me a lower estimate over the phone. The estimate was for Civic but not for Accord. I told them my model is Accord. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

I think it is a shame that if you are getting recall work done you are treated differently.I had an appointment time at 9 am arrived around 8:30 am at 3 pm still had not worked on my car. Then was told there is a difference between paying customers and people getting recall work done.Told the service writer i was waiting on car and they wrote 5 pm on paper work. So the way i see it is if you are paying for work done they get you right in and out ,if you are getting recall work done they don't care and will take their time.Needless to say i will never go back there

I have given Lees Summit Honda in Lees Summit the highest rating because they deserve it. It's been a LONG time since I have had the opportunity to work with a dealership that has a moral compass. My deal took approximately one week to complete, and during that time, all of the guys who were working with me, never gave up. I am particularly impressed with Charbel Bichara, one of the Finance Managers. He is one smart, hardworking, classy guy, who knows financing and how to treat customers. Men and women who walk into a dealership, are just more than numbers, and Lees Summit Honda never viewed me as a set of "numbers." To them, I was a real client. I also want to thank Don and Michael who worked jointly as a team to make me a HAPPY CUSTOMER. I LOVE MY NEW HONDA CIVIC Si. Service people were more than helpful, very professional to fix my navigation. I had to replace my battery in my Honda, radio & navigation would not operate after that they fixed it with the code required and also provided me the code for future reference.

This is my experience with the service department. I called to schedule an appointment to have the airbag inflators in my car replaced. After a week they had the parts and an appointment time for 10am the following week was set. I was given a nice loaner car for the 4 hours it took for them to perform the inflator swap and inspection on the drivers airbag. Upon getting my car back it had a gash on the dashboard from service tech 968 work. Now I have to drive another 2 hours back and leave the car for a week and drive another 2 hours to get the car when its done. Spending 6 hours today dealing with this was already pushing my patience. At this point they are going to attempt to have another dealership repair the scar rather than replace the dash. Working with Evan in service has been fine. He is professional and follows up well. The disappointment comes from the fact that a 10am appointment doesn't mean the car will even be seen until noon or later is misleading, as all of my appointments in life are within 15ish minutes of the appointment time. And the shoddy service work which is now hogging 3 weekends worth of my time.

I took my civic in for its 100,000 mile service and new brakes. The bill came to 1500. A couple of months later I took it to have oil changed because I was going on a long trip...they checked my transmission fluid and it was burnt, old and had not been changed. He took me to the car and showed it to me. I showed him the bill and he was appalled. The bill states it was changed.. WHAT ELSE DID THEY CHARGE ME FOR THAT WASNT DONE? Avoid them like the plague.

I have bought many cars during my lifetime. This was by far the best experience. I was treated well by their professional staff. From the moment I arrived at the dealer, until I bought my car. Even though I am a little old lady, I was treated like a princess! Was my chair comfortable, did I want something to drink...etc. I was not let alone for long periods of time while I waited and wondered where my sales person was and what was happening. I was made to feel like I was very important. I love my vehicle. It is very comfortable and with all the options. I feel very secure in it and I am sure it will take car of me this winter. I ran into another lady at the mall the other day while I was walking in and she was parking her Outback. I asked her how did it handle in the winter? She said she had it for two years so far and has not had any problem with it and it is a BEAST in the winter. Her comments made me smile. The car is great and so was the dealership! I plan on keeping it for a long time. I am very proud of it and also I am enjoying all the options that make it so comfortable and fun to drive. Importantly I also feel very safe in this vehicle.

Recently, I purchased a Honda Certified vehicle from Lee's Summit Honda. The initial thing that brought me to their Honda dealership, compared to the others in town, was location and price. I did purchase that Honda from them, but am left with a mixed feeling about the overall experience. 1) While the advertised prices were aggressive, they would not budge on the price of car I actually wanted (higher end and more expensive than what I initially came for). 2) During the negotiating process, the sales person left to speak to the "Service Manager" six times! Really??? I seriously considered walking into the Service Manager's office and asking if he wanted to complete the deal since the sales person clearly couldn't, or wasn't allowed to, make any decisions. 3) I offered a price for a specific car on the lot only to have the sales person turn it around and say that was the amount I was offering for a lower-end car. The sale person seemed almost offended when I corrected them and made a counter offer for the lower-end car. All in all, I do feel I got a good price for the car I purchased (I did research after the sale), but I really had to fight for it and did not really get the car I wanted. This was the first dealership I went to, so in the future I will do more shipping around before visiting Lee's Summit Honda. After the purchase I took the car in for service twice and received good, not great, service from the service department. Said another way, the service part of the experience was much better than the buying part of the experience. This was the first vehicle I purchased from Lee's Summit Honda. A few suggestions for Lee's Summit Honda to improve the buying and service experience: - Let the sales people do their job and stop micromanaging their selling to customers (you were literally within minutes and one more visit to the Sales Manager's office of losing this sale!). - Sales people need to be more courteous, polite, and less pushy. - Service department people should return customer calls 100% of the time. - When service is completed, the Service department people should call customers to say it is done. Have a nice day.

This is the 3rd car I have bought here, my salesman is Eric Zents, one of the very best I have bought from. Eric knows the product very well, is easy to work with, and has sense of humor.The financial part went well, Eric spent time going over features, and is always availble to answer any questions. The Pilot I bought was clean, and ready to go. The service department is very professional,and knows the car well, resulting in accurate repairs.I feel Hondas are very reliable because they are well engineered, and a good dealer will maintain the car for long service.
