This dealership was great. Customer service was good. Although I wasn't able to purchase a vehicle, they let me know that i wasn't going to be able to do so before even running my credit. They informed on other options and what I should do in the meantime. Dwayne is the guy who helped me.

I have enjoyed being a customer of Lehmers since I purchases my 2012 GMC Sierra.I am there for my annual 5000 mile oil change and your staff is very customer friendly.I do have to say though,and I do not want to sound offensive.But my question is,How do you pay 49 dollars for an oil change and pay the same amount to have your wind shield blades replaced.There is something wrong with that picture.Something to think about?Thank you,Gary Baesa

Our company's cargo van was due for a smog check, so we dropped it off the day before the long Thanksgiving weekend and picked it up the following Monday. It is safer with them, than parked out on the street, and we appreciate this convenience since many other smog check stations did not want to keep the van over the weekend.The smog check was done, and it looks like they washed our cargo van. We are very happy with the service, convenience, and hours open. The location is also great. Easy to find because they are on the corner of Market and Willow Pass. We applied our preferred owner service rewards towards the cost, which was very helpful. It brought the price lower than what the other smog check stations were charging for a full size van.All in all, we are very satisfied with the service department of Lehmer's GMC. Excellent job!

My oil change was very convenient. I called thinking I would have to make an appointment and have to leave my truck. Lehmers told me I could bring my truck in that afternoon and no need to leave it. When I took my Buick Encore in for Service the service adviser, Tom Mimiaga wrote up what I needed and told me it would be a little over an hour. An hour later Tom came into the waiting area and told me my car was ready to go. It was washed and serviced promptly. I will return to Lehmer's for service.

This transaction took a longer amount of time because inventory was very low for 2015's. Ron decided to wait for the 2016's.Through it all Rick Weaver kept us informed every step of the way with a tremendous amount of patience, phone calls and updates. We knew we would have to wait quite awhile because they quit making the 2015's and stock was very low. Rick did everything he could do to keep us informed - which was the only thing he could do. He was knowledgable, dependable, professional and most of all never pushy. It was a great experience and he is a wonderful spokesperson representing your company as well as Costco. I like going to the dealership to get my oil changed because they do a full inspection of the car. The only I don't like is that they don't explain the inspection. You do get a paper that has green,yellow or red dots to let you know what's safe and what needs changing. But someone who doesn't know that much about cars I have questions and I don't ever get the chance to ask them.

Was called at 10am to let me know it was complete and also was told that there was a recall (which i was unaware of) and that they completed that as well. I found a truck I was interested on their website. I called and spoke with Allen in the sales department. He had the truck waiting for us when we arrived at the dealership. We purchased the truck that evening for the price we wanted. My wife brought the truck back two days later to have a bed liner installed. Our sales rep Allan was there, and even helped my wife take the car seats out of the truck and into the courtesy vehicle. From start to finish, a tremendous experience.

The people that work for Lehmers are very friendly.The only drawback in the facility that I have experienced is the service department.1st, my feeling is if you have to make an appointment for an oil change and you show up on time.They tell me it should be done in an hour which how long it would take me to do it at home and I end up sitting their for two hours.This cost me time and money from work.Second, It is very hard to swallow 1600.00 to pay for a fluid change in the transmission and oil change and just to check all other fluids.Who comes up with a figure like that?Though I like the folks that work for Lehmers, your prices will affect my return to your facility.Thank you

Lehmer's has always provided good service on my 2005 GMC Envoy, and I stand behind them for making sure my car is in good running condition. However, I have nothing nice to say about GM in general, having filed a complaint about the many issues I've had with this car with GMC and then GM when I got no response from GMC. I finally received $100 from GM off my next service which was a whopping $1053.23 to replace the idler pulley for a SECOND time and the alternator. This car has had the ignition switch go out yet in spite of GMC having a recall on ignition switches, I was told my car wasn't on the recall list! The water pump disintegrated and was about to go through the radiator; that "car wash" cost me over $1200! It has had all lighting go out, in the dark, of course, at another huge expense, as well as a short in the electrical system which disabled the back hatch door. This was scary being a pet-sitter, thankfully I had just dropped off 2 Great Danes at their home before it locked down. The right brake light had a short repaired after the 4th light bulb failure in just a few short months. All the molding is disintegrating around the four doors and hatch door. And more. The car has been stalling at lights for several months, and a "decarb" was performed, but it kept stalling. I will never buy a GM automobile again. This car still only has 75,000 miles on it, and much of this happened when it had very low mileage. Again, my gripe is not with Lehmer's, but with GM in general.

My service advisor was Stephanie and she kept me informed and was friendly as she always is. You were not able to duplicate the noise issue from my seats which is understandable. I received a oil change and one of the reasons i like to do those at the dealer is the car wash i receive as well. Unfortunately this time it looks like whomever washed the car then drove through dirt right after so my car was actually dirtier when i got it back then when i brought it in.

After receiving an email asking me to contact the GM, I was passed off to Gary Fox, the Service Manager to get the problem with my drivers side door resolved. Gary made an appointment for me to bring the truck in for work. He was very cordial and helpful. The truck was brought in and left for the day. I was called just after noon and informed tha tthe repair was completed. The wind noise through the door was reduced to an acceptable level.

Friendly greeting important when coming in the door and they "usually" do that. Otherwise, you stand awkwardly while service people are busy on the phone or on the computer and you are not sure who to approach.This trip my online confirmation was NOT on file. While the service attendant was nonplussed, it registered with me TO CALL PERSONALLY NEXT TIME. Obviously, the online prod not very effective.Oil change and tire rotation took the usual time so I didn't have to wait too long. I WAS MOST APPRECIATIVE OF THE SERVICE AGENT NOT PRESSURING ME TO DO THE 30,000-MILE CHECK UP THAT HAS A REDICULOUSLY HIGH COST FOR WHAT I CONSIDER FOOLISH MAINTENANCE (simple items that I can check myself).

I always am treated well, Joe did a great job addressing my issues. The only comment I have is, if the dealership changes a policy like you don't need an appointment for service to now you do need an appointment, you should notify your customers that have purchased a vehicle at least in the last year. I didn't feel real good when I showed up and was told in so many words I should have known about the policy change.

I contacted Lehmer's Buick through the internet. Ron Kaell contacted me soon after. I went out to Lehmer's, talked to Ron, and took a ride in a 2015 Canyon. Ron was very professional. He didn't push and let me decide how I wanted the negotiation to proceed. He made me feel very comfortable. I ordered a 2015 Canyon. Through the process, everyone at Lehmer's was courteous and I felt very comfortable with all of them.

I am a frequent customer at Lehmers GMC, the staff are all friendly and you see the same faces each time you go, I've been coming to Lehmer's for over 8 years between 2 new vehicles. I have always received trustworthy service. My last experience was just as all the others, with just an oil change and collecting on a couple of free coupons I received for an inspection and rotation. The only thing that was lacking on this visit was no one went over the inspection list with me to point out things that are approaching to be done. They are super busy as always but they generally always make sure you are handled. No harm no foul, just a small oversight. As a female, I entrust that they will always keep my safety in mind so just having someone be sure to go over the reports would be great. Otherwise- great job everyone.

I took my 2014 Buick Lacrosse, 6,000 mi, to Lehmer's to resolve a problem with the fuel gauge. It was a pleasure dealing with Gary Cox and his staff. They fixed the problem, gave me a loaner, washed the car, and made me feel like I was their only customer. I would recommend Lehmer's very highly.

One of the items that needed to be fixed was covered by a recall, so that was about a $1,500.00 savings. We did have to pay for a leaking power steering unit and brakes, so we were still into it for $2,200.00 which was still under the estimated cost. The problems still needed to be fixed and we were glad we brought our GMC to your service department and the advisor was the greatest!

Lehmer's staff was wonderful. From making my appointment to the actual appointment time, all went great. My car was brought in for a Chevy recall, and because I don't care for the Chevy Dealership in Concord, I called Lehmer's (where I purchased the car) to see if they could do it. Thankfully, they did, and their customer service was exceptional. The only problem I have is that I have a crack in my windshield and nothing was said about having it fixed. But, besides the recall problem, I needed a turn signal light replaced, and there was no problem with them doing it. All in all, they were great!!!

My husband and I bought our 2014 Buick Enclave in August 2013. We got a fair deal and love the vehicle. We live in El Centro, ca., but spend time in the Bay Area visiting my Mom. I have been back to Lehmers several times when I am in town for oil change, tire rotation, or GM recall issues. Each time, employees have been prompt with service and extremely courteous. I never thought I'd give any car dealership anything but a bad review. But this dealership deserves an excellent review! When we are ready to purchase a new vehicle again, it will be worth the 600 mile drive to go to Concord Lehmers.

Because it's too hard to do the routine oil change on our Cadillac ourselves (very difficult to reach the filter), we have someone else do it. But it's less expensive to buy the synthetic oil and filter ourselves and just pay for labor. Lehmer's offers this service charging $22 for labor, and throws in a car wash afterwards.

I brought my new car in for the 3 month inspection. I've had a problem with the navagation system since I bought the car. It was determined that it would be fixed or replaced and that the company that put in in would be contacting me.(Classic Soft Trim) It's now been over 7 days and I have not been contacted. That's not a good way to create good customer relations. I would hope this is not a on going problem with this company.Perhaps this should be looked onto. I will now be calling back the service dept. which by the way has been most professional in the brief time I have used them. I hope this matter will be resolved shortly.

Other then the long wait, 3 hours, I am satisfied with service provided with the Lehmers' staff. However, I feel a more personal touch would be nice if customers that need to stay and wait for their vehicle, due to where they live. be advised status of service completion. No one came me to tell Mr anything. Finally, after 2+ hours of waiting I had to go ask when would my vehicle be ready I received info that should have been provided.

The staff and Joe in particular were very helpful and listened to my needs. They worked well with the sales department to replace items on the car with entirely new parts when the damages were not fixable. However, when I cam to pick up my car there were a number of scratches on the car that was supposed to be fixed, so I had to leave my car another day. Also the steering wheel cover was put on incorrectly by the manufacturer which Lehmers was supposed to fix. When I came back however, it had been put on wrong again in a different way so I had to fix it myself.

When I went in during the morning for the service I was quoted several hours for the time of service but when I asked for a shuttle they said they could get it done in an hour if I would wait. Not sure how their schedule works. Also, I did not get one of the sheets showing what they checked and what condition everything is in, usually they give one of the Green, Yellow & Red sheets to show fluids air pressure, etc.

Entire expierence was great. From first visit to final purchase. Was able to test drive vehicle and ask questions without any stress or presure from sales people. Email communication from Rick was clear, concise, honest and straight forward. Buying expierence was also stress free. No one tried to push us to purchase anything extra and everything I discussed with Rick on the phone and via email beforehand was exactly how it was once we arrived at the dealer. They even followed up to see if we needed anything else and that everything was working fine.

I arrived a little before the service department opened. I was greeted by Tom who offered me a cup of hot coffee while he finished opening. Within a few minutes I explained the trouble, a check engine light, and Tom had the truck logged in the system. I was offered and accepted a ride home. Nelson the shuttle driver was also excellent. I could not have asked for any better service than what I received.

Overall, a very pleasant experience. They fixed the radio problem by swapping it out and the service writer personally re-calibrated the nav system using GM's complicated driving instructions. And they returned it washed!

How wonderful it is doing business with Lemer's! You had me back on the road in record time. Brian is terrific and never tries to sell me something I don't need. He explains the problem and lets me decide what route to take. He even took me in the back and showed me where my battery was located--under the backseat! I was amazed. How would I have known that? If you are a woman who doesn't want to be flim-flammed by auto double talk, Brian at Lemer's is your guy. Your customer reward points are great too.

If you need a vehicle or just have questions about anything and everything, this is the place to go. I was in contact with Peter Benjamin for over a month via telephone and was dealing with a few other places in person but always found myself back on the phone with Peter. He was so helpful with EVERYTHING!! So my wife and I decided to just make the drive out from San Francisco to Concord and deal with him. We walked in, asked for Peter and the rest is history. He introduced us to Lea Guida who simply asked what we were looking for and a few hours later we left in our Brand New Yukon. Certain models had certain things we didn't need but after a little bit of juggling this and that.....we were COMPLETELY SATISFIED!! Thanks to Peter, Lea and the rest of Team Lehmer's for all of their help!!
