Everything was fine as far as we know. We dropped the vehicle off and the service dept. called to let us know what needed to be done. The service was done and we picked it up at the end of the day. I had originally asked for a loaner vehicle, but this was not mentioned when I dropped it off. Luckily, my husband could not work that day because of the cold, so he was able to pick me up and bring me back for pick up. I did have to remind them that they had promised to wash the outside for me. This had not been done when they called to let the know the service had been done and it was ready for pick up. It had been done by the time we picked it up. Thanks so much.

If you need a Veh, I recommend checking these guys out. Matt was a GREAT sales person. Never felt pressure, just tried to get me the best deal on the Veh I wanted. Not the Veh they needed to move off the lot. Not the "usual" pushy sales people you deal with at most lots. Thanks again to all the guys at Lewis that helped get me into my new Jeep.

Written up fast and friendly by Andrew.. Left Car for LOF, Trans service, Noise in PS.. Let car went home , Andrew call car would be ready next day.. Except for a trim part that had to be ordered be in in 3 days.. Picked car up next day fast check out.. Lailani called 2 days later parts were in stop by to have it installed.. Stopped by and Andrew worked me in to get trim installed gone in 1/2 hour.. Good service all round, coffee wasn't to bad either.. George Schmitt479-444-8617

Our salesman was rude and disrespectful after the deal was made while we waited to take delivery of the vehicle. Felt as if we were an inconvience instead of a customer. Despite speaking with the owner we feel as if there was no resolve due to comments made by the sales person after the fact on a social network while referring to our situation and the management. Now because of this we do not even feel comfortable taking our new vehicle to this dealership for service. Another classic case of mixing business and personal.

Buying a used vehicle from a dealer of this size/scope I was extremely disappointed to find out my vehicle had some important, but very easy to fix issues that should have been found in their 32 point inspection. I was either intentionally lied to, or they did not bother to inspect vehicle before reselling. Problems: engine fault code (possibly hidden during test drive due to battery change out/reset the ECM), parking brake not even hooked up and missing linkage, and pneumatic line clogged or cracked on locking differential that I was told had been inspected. So far, even with a 'drivetrain' warranty, I am getting the runaround. The remedies are actually very inexpensive, I can do them myself, however, a reputable dealership should step up and admit a mistake.Update1/27: After several calls and posting complaints online, I am getting some results. They have ordered parts and will be repairing the Jeep. I also finally got an apology. They admit the parking brake issue should have been caught during the 32 point inspection (duh), but maintain there was no fault code prior to purchase and that the rear locker was working. Maybe so, but what am I supposed to think? I will post another update after repairs.
