I recently went in to test drive a Mitsubishi Outlander. It's a really nice SUV, & will be seriously considered at my next time of purchase!Zane Thomas was my Sales Consultant & answered all my questions. I'm disabled & he showed courtesy for all my special needs. He was a delight to deal with & I would seek him out in the future!The most recent vehicle I purchased was a Mitsubishi Lancer. I had never considered this maker in the past--- but have been extremely pleased with the comfort & performance of this vehicle! I can easily recommend Mitsubishi to anyone & firmly believe in it! Trouble free easily describes this car--- as well as getting good gas mileage!From past experience, the service department has always been prompt & courteous. There is a quiet, comfortable lounge area to wait in. Vending machines are lower priced than most. Staff are friendly & welcoming!(I'm not related to anyone there & have no vested interest to be wanting to falsely recommend this place. I honestly have been impressed with them. My ex was too!)

As a younger female I've had several dealerships try to screw me over when looking for vehicles but never once did I feel like that here. Gerardo was helpful and courteous and went above and beyond all other dealership experiences I've had. They were willing to find the exact car I wanted and then work to get me the lowest rate possible. I would absolutely purchase another vehicle from Gerardo and Lewisville Autoplex again!

I feel lied to and tricked by my sales consultant, Lewis Gines. He is a friend of mine who knew i was looking for a car. He told me to come in and see him. Little did i know this was part of a trick to where i couldn't return the car. Apparently in texas if you approach the dealer they dont have to take your car back. Even though he brought a previous car to my house first that didn't count and the financing advisor, Ralph, was quick to tell me "you lost your money deal with it". That is unprofessional and just plain scummy. I will never go there for a car again.
