I have been a loyal customer to Arlington Lexus. I traded in my 2011 RX for a 2015 NX. The vehicle is wonderful the "new facility" disorganized and not at all as it appears. I had a refund coming on my extended coverage and GAP insurance. I was told 4 weeks 6 weeks maximum. Here I am 7 weeks later. Nothing but a run around, no refund of my money with many excuses, change in staff, new office manager, office manager out sick so the place is at a stand still, Really?! Promised returned telephone calls and they never happen. Today after calling and asking for a manager since Jesse never followed through and Eric is no longer employed at this facility, I have been told one of my refunds is in, but they don't know which one or for how much? 7 weeks and NO ANSWERS, NO REFUNDS and endless promises. Ridiculous! Then, I was able to get much better financing on my own than what Lexus provided. Told them I need the GAP refunded on the NX since I went with the better rate I obtained. Well, I was told they won't even process that until they refund my warranty trade in. Seriously?! That has nothing to do with this transaction. Go to any other dealer who will value your business AFTER the sale closes. Clearly this "new" facility has changed and not for the better.

I went to Arlingtion Lexus dealer to buy a pre-owned rx350, after spent 3 hours in store and finally got a car. I went home and found out the price that dealer gave to me is $1,000 more than their internet price for same car. Even though I negotiated to pay the price lower than Internet price, I still feel not happy about the way they do the business. If you buy a car from a dealer like this one, make sure to check the Internet price before you deal with them.

They had a used car for sale. Upfront we told them what we were willing to pay. The sales person comes back and saysomething this is the lowest we could go and we agreed. We came back to sign the papers and we were told we were going be paying more than the sticker price on the vehicle because that's how they have to word it for financing. When I said. I had never heard of paying more than the sticker price. Then they told us the car wouldn't have a warranty when they told us different and the window said there was a warranty. Needless to say we walked away and no deal was made. We found another dealer who didn't try to get over on us because we wereally young. I would never go here again nor would I recommend them. Who makes a deal on a price after your down payment that is above the sticker price not us. I see why they didn't sell the car to the people before us. They are not honest!

Emailed interest on Sunday evening, called them on Wednesday to schedule a test drive of the vehicle I was interested in. I was told to come down and take it for a drive. When I got there in the afternoon, I was told the vehicle had been taken to auction that morning. I bought a similar vehicle from Stasek Chevrolet in Wheeling the same afternoon. Stasek is a solid "10" in my book when it comes to customer service. Arlington Lexus Palatine could take a page from their play book.

Tom and Juan were great to my wife (the buyer) and my self Tom paid great to our needs both personal and car buying he got us the car we asked for within the price range we needed he did everything needed to make the sale without selling. Juan who se asked for but was busy with another customer was there too always helping. We were in and out in about two hours plus. We arrived about a hour before closing they never rushed us this includes everyone sales service jerry and even the porters. Thanks guys you just made two new customers for life and I really wanted an Audi, I see a LS 460 in my life in 24mos.

Peter was very knowledgeable about the 2014 RX350. He went over the "5 pounds" of manuals. He cut to the chase and talked about the Quick Reference guide. During the hands-on portion of orientation, Peter was very good at explaining the features of the RX350. I purchased the nav system and Peter helped a lot with showing me the features of the system. Great experience.

Our salesman was amiable, and cooperative, although not totally knowledgable in regard to this particular vehicle. We came within an eyelash, however, of walking out of the dealership, due to the high pressure tactics of the "finance manager." The car was shown, on the lot, with a check mark on the "warranty" sticker in the window. When it came time to sign the papers, however, the "finance manager" switched that sticker with a "no warranty" sticker. We purchased the car anyway, due to our past experience with the Lexus brand, even though the "finance manager" warned that the car was going to burn down, due to electrical problems, if we did not purchase an extended warranty package.

I traveled 3 hours to buy a used Toyota Sequoia. Tom Franz was rude and obnoxious. He was screaming from the backseat telling me how to drive! The vehicle needed rotors, two tires, brakes, leather was torn, scratches on the interior and exterior, and the carpet was stained. They would not budge of their price a bit! I think they felt that since I drove all that way that I was committed to the vehicle. I left and will never get that wasted day back! If this review discourages even 1 person not to buy a vehicle from them, I will have been vindicated!

While I'm typically not a fan of any Bob Rohrhman dealership (several bad experiences) this dealership was the exception. As a "younger" shopper looking for a luxury vehicle, I typically get treated poorly. The typical misconception of "spending dad's $" or "looking to play make-believe and drive cars I cant afford," neither of which is the case. The guys (I wish I remember my salesman's name) here treated me with respect and they were very honest with the prices and what they were able to do for me. While I didn't end up purchasing this particular vehicle I would definitely go back.
