Today I leased my first Lexus after having a Mazda 3 for the past 3 years. I had the pleasure of working with Angela who was absolutely AMAZING. She is so knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. She made sure I had the most positive experience by settling most of the heavy paperwork beforehand to cut the amount of time in the dealership. I’m particular, apprehensive, and maybe a bit paranoid when buying a used car. I waited until my mechanic had checked everything out before writing this. Best car buying experience of my life. Really easy sales experience, Duke Snyder is awesome, in and out in a few hours. Got a great price, and a great trade in price. Everything Duke said about the care and quality of the car was on point. It’s the closest to new that a used car can be. Couldn’t ask for more.

Well, I see that most of these reviews are for car sale and they may be good at selling cars to you. However, I have had several sour experiences with service at this location. Although I did not purchase my car from them, I have been giving my car (RX350) for service at this location since last two years and what I have experienced so far is they always try to up-sell something. Whenever I give my car to them for regular service, I was told that there is something wrong and you need to fix it. I followed their advice since they have good reviews but I felt there was something wrong as how is it possible to go wrong if car runs great. When I was visiting NC, I had my car checked up there and found no issues. After coming back, I decided to create a fake issue and have it checked (since my car was under warrantee). I was told that I had a problem. I ignored it and gave them benefit of doubt. During my latest visit, again, I was told that my car had an issue which might cost several hundreds of dollars to fix it. This time I decided not to go for the repairs right away and went to local mechanic to get it checked. I found out that there was no issue at all. I was deeply saddened and beyond frustrated. My honest advice to you guys who go there for service, please get the second opinion before you decide to go for repairs unless it is obvious to you. They might be doing a good vehicle services but honest advice to loyal customers is equally important especially to those who do not have technical knowledge of cars. Update*** after posting this review. I got a call from the dealership and the representative was extremely rude to me. He/she was emphasizing the good things that they have done but not the issue which I had. Also, he/she was trying to intimidate me not to post such reviews before consulting them. Please be careful out there!! if you had a good experience, it is good for you. I would say, I had the worst experience especially after the phone call.

First time in a Lexus. My experience was as close to ideal as it gets. Worth noting that my circumstances are not really comparable to most car shoppers, let alone most Lexus shoppers, as I am not the kind of customer car dealers are clamoring after.The overall process was much smother that I would have expected. More importantly, I never got under the impression that I was being misguided or treated dishonestly. I would go back there in a heartbeat.Sales: Lenny Debonis - Finance: Amanda Silva - Delivery: AdamCPO Lease: 2014 GS 350Pet peeve: For some undefined reason I had the expectation that the car would be detailed on the outside as well. The interior is impeccable, missing only the new car smell, but claying the exterior would have increased my bragging by a considerable factor. Emphatically not a complain though; only a pet peeve. PS. STRONGLY recommending CPO lease. Better warranty than new and free services included. I speculate, mostly due to the extremely high initial quality of the Lexus cars. My lease payments will total approximately twice the depreciation of the car during the lease period so everyone makes out well, myself included. PPS A special, heartfelt "Thank you" to Julia for taking this experience clear over the top.

Took my lexus rx350 in this saturday for 75000 mile service and for flashing AFS light (Adaptive Front lighting System) on dashboard. I had just replaced my headlight bulbs on my lexus myself and thought the light just had to be reset. The service advisor then comes out and says the AFS light is blinking because my headlight motor is broken but they are willing to replace the headlight for me..."it will only cost $2100 for parts and labor" he said. I declined immediately. This is completely insane. Bear in mind my car is a 2009 model and the whole car is worth about $14000. An exact OEM headlight anywhere on the internet runs from $150 to $300. It is also about 15 minutes of labor to replace a headlight. How did they come up with a ridiculous number of $2100? Complete crooks.But thats not even the end of it. I knew my lights were working just fine before i changed the light bulbs. When i got home i opened up the hood, disconnected the light wire and reconnected it again and everything was fine again and NO blinking AFS light on dashboard. I went out after dark and drove it and the AFS motor works perfectly and the light adjusts normally around corners. Were they going to charge me all that money and only do as i did and then pretend they changed the light? Crooks. Did they even check wiring connections before twlling me i must spend $2100 for new light? Probably not. I am not even sure they did the maintwnance properly. When i checked under the hood, it was as dusty as ever and all the fluid caps were dusty and undisturbed. They said they tooped off all my fluids but i doubt it. My power steering fluid container is almost completely empty. Did they forget that one? Also near my right headlight there was a big fuel pump resistor disconnected and dangling off some wires. They either forgot or did not care to reconnect the resistor to the body of the car as before. I am very familiar with everything under the hood and this resistor was not freely hanging in my engine bay before.Well they still managed to get an extra $600 out of me twlling me they are NOT willing to replace the brake pads on my car unless i also pay for new rotors. I never had a problem with my rotors. But i had no choice as i really needed breaks and had no time to find another place on the weekend before a roadtrip i have to take.They also gave me a list of about $9000 worth of other issues that i should pay to take care of even though i have had no other problems with my car. I politely refused.I will never take my car to any Lexus dealership ever again. They quadruple charge for everything, if not more. Very dissapointed.

I have had terrible experiences with BMW which is why I switched to Lexus and I recommend them to everyone and I have referred people to the Lexus Route 10 Whipany dealership! In addition Adam Walton and Alec Bartro, Delivery Specialists were both very nice and helpful and Amanda Silva got me in and out very quickly and was lovely during our interaction! Overall a great experience!!!

Lets face it, no one really enjoys buying a new car. Typically it's a long drawn out day of shopping and negotiating. Few of us have the time or patience to deal with it. NOT the case when using Lexus of Route 10 in Whippany. Stephanie Lopez was extremely professional. What really impressed my wife and I most was her product knowledge and efficiency. What started out as a simple phone inquiry requesting some lease quotations on the RX 350, ended up the easiest car buying experience we've ever had. Stephanie even came with us on the test drive. I cant remember the last time a salesperson actually spent the time to do that. She had answers for every question we asked. Very Impressive! The no nonsense negotiating with sales manger Pete Postorino was short and simple. We agreed on the lease payment with-in minutes. The entire team over at Lexus of Route 10 put their customers first. Amanda Silva from the finance department and Mike Murphy who explained how to use all the great new electronics both were excellent making the transition into our new car a pleasure. We were looking for a second car and our first Lexus and were undecided between a new and pre owned certified. Reached out to multiple dealership close to our place via internet and got random quotes from all but one. Nick Manzi of Lexus of Route 10 gave a realistic quote which took us to this dealership which was the farthest from where we stay. Once there, the amazing Angela took over. The overall experience was absolutely stress free and at no point were we asked / forced to make a decision. She patiently showed us multiple preowned and new car before we finally decided on a new RX 350. She was even patient and understanding when we asked to defer the signing the paper n taking the delivery after the quarter end due to our religious beliefs. She worked out with the dealership to accommodate our request despite it being unusual without we foregoing any of or qusrter ending benefits. I have been looking for a car for a while and have been to different types of dealership but this by far is the best team I have got to work with. While they provide you with the right set information never do you feel pressured to pull the trigger. And to top it all they had the best pricing on the car and were very transparent. Thanks a lot Angela and team. Anyone in NJ looking for a Lexus, should certainly visit this dealership.

I'm not surprised by how much I love my new Lexus ES-hybrid. But in my first time shopping for a car in about 7 years, I was pleasantly surprised by how easy and pleasant the purchase experience was. Sales rep Bill Devine was knowledgable and helpful, effortlessly shifting from the showroom to communicating via email to accommodate my schedule, ultimately presenting us with a great deal. My teenaged kids were with me for the test drive, and Bill truly engaged them in all parts of the discussion, understanding that this was a family purchase. I want to give a huge shout out to Phil Meola at Lexus of Rt. 10 in Whippany New Jersey. I was recently shopping for a Certified Pre Owned Gs350, and my search led me to this dealership. They had the car I was looking for, with super low miles. Being from Long Island, it was not easy for me to get to the dealership, but that did not stop us from working very well. Phil took the time to understand what I was looking for, and them went the extra mile by emailing me ALL of the details of the car I was going to lease, including photos (Car had just come in, had not been even photographed yet). He actually knew the history of the car (outside of the Carfax) and was a true joy to work with. When it came down to pricing, Phil could also not be beat. He worked quickly to give me a very fair price on the car, and even went back to negotiate on my behalf when I continued to push. Not once did he try to push me around, pressure me, or anything of the sort. A true craftsman in his profession. We actually started the process of putting the deal together, trading all required information so delivery would be swift and easy. The next day, I actually decided NOT to purchase the car. I decided to keep my perfectly fine car for a while longer. Now, it had nothing to do with Phil, the actual car or anything from the dealer, it had to do with personal circumstance. When I called Phil to tell him, He was EXTREMELY understanding, and did NOT ONCE try to convince me to take the car anyway. THIS is what puts Phil Meola of Rt. 10 Lexus OVER THE TOP. I recently visited the Route 10 service department for several major repairs and Service Consultant, Andrew Tirpack, handled my service repairs with an outstanding level of professionalism that reflected a gold standard in customer service for which he and his team should be recognized and rewarded. Andrew demonstrated a unwavering work ethic that was reassuring and it was clear he was focused on exceeding customer expectations. My vehicle's repairs were not typical (CV boot replacement, frozen rear calipers, spark plugs) yet Andrew delivered the car on the date promised, made himself available at all times throughout the service process to address any questions/concerns and finally, he exceeded my expectations. From the cheerful receptionist who greets arriving customers, to the speedy technicians transitioning customers to their loaner cars, everything was a delightful and flawless experience. My recent leasing experience with Steve Manin and Angela Malanga was, in a word, seamless. I came out of a 2014 Lexus ES 300h into a new 2016 Lexus ES 300h, with all the bells and whistles I wanted. I started the search on-line on Wednesday. Steve called me in reponse to the inquiry and we discussed what i was looking for and what I currently was driving. After reviewing my current lease Steve quickly assessed my situation and made the recommendation that I roll into a new lease now rather than waiting for the end of my current lease.I had a long wish list of packages, options and a short list of colors- black!Within a day Steve found the car, completed my credit application over the phone and had Angela following up to be sure that when I pulled in on the following Monday the car was prepped, insured and ready to drive .The car was ready when promised. I took my Lexus to this dealer for a routine maintenance. I have a bunch of quarters in the car, and all the quarters were stolen! There's clearly ethics issue at this dealer and the service representatives are not professional at all. I would not trust this dealer to work on my car.

My wife`s lease was up and we went in to look at a new car. We were helped by Christine Festa and she was wonderful taking us thru the process. My wife like the NX and I liked the RX. After a couple of visits Christine recommend that she drive a loaner NX for the day. That was it she agreed to go with the RX. The whole process was done quickly and very professionally. Lexus of Route 10 is the only place I shall ever shop. My experience in leasing a 2016 RX350 couldn't have gone smoother, or been any less stressful. They were knowledgeable, professional, courteous and, most importantly, very honest. My salesman, Michael Lioi, always listened to my needs and always returned my calls and answered my questions in a timely manner. I would recommend him to anyone interested in perfection. Even after the deal was done, the courtesy didn't end. Mike Murphy, a car specialist, sat with me and explained, very patiently, the details inside my car. He never made me feel I was taking up too much of his time and repeated things I was not familiar with. Mike Lioi and Mike Murphy were wonderful. Even Jason, the Financial man, made me feel comfortable. He had all the necessary documents ready and explained each and every one to me.

We had the most pleasant and comfortable car shopping experience at the Lexus of Route 10! While browsing around the showroom, Pete Postorino, the Sales Manager, approached and welcomed us and called for and introduced us to Jon Crawford, a Sales Consultant, who any car buyer would desire to deal with when interested in buying or leasing a car. Both Pete and Jon were not only welcoming but had warm personalities that puts a client at ease.......no aggressive or intimidating tactics. Jon answered all our questions and was knowledgeable and honest at all times, and very accommodating as well. Jon went beyond expectations, when we went for a test drive that late Saturday afternoon, and it would be past business hours when we came back. He never made us feel that we should get out of there because it was time for him to go home, even if the office was already closed and we were the only people left, he continued to answer our questions with ease and comfort. Jason Wagner, the Finance and Insurance Mgr. did a great job as well, with his efficiency in handling all the pertinent paperwork, which were impeccably done. Adam was our human tutorial on the tech and electronic features of the car. I'm on my second Lexus, and first time dealing with Lexus of Rt 10. After my experience here, I realize what a terrible deal I got the first time at another dealership. I will never go back there or recommend to anyone. At Lexus of Rt 10, Joe Yusufov was very professional and straightforward in terms of all the lease options available to me. He took the time to explain these options and the benefits of each. I'm very pleased with my deal. The entire process was so easy, especially taking delivery of the car. Adam was terrific with the review of the car features, and Sean took care of all the paperwork professionally and with speed. I was in and out of there over my lunch period. If you want piece of mind, go to any two Lexus dealerships and get their offers. Or you can save a step and go straight to Lexus of Rt 10. This was our third Lexus lease and the second one from Lexus of Route 10. They far and away proved again why we went back to them for a new lease and why we go their for service. Steven Lapidus was our sales person and Sean Byrne our Finance person. Both did a great job, were friendly and my favorite, not pushy at all. I have visited a few Lexus dealers over the years and this one is by far the best one. It might be out of the way for some people but it is worth the trip. Fair and good deals, they treat you well, service is excellent and most importantly we do not regret any visits to the dealership, be it sales or service. I highly recommend this place for a Lexus.

After shopping around for couple of weeks, we went to Lexus of Route 10, in East Hanover. What a dealership! It was buzzing with customers at the showroom. We were greeted by a team of receptionist politely suggested to wait in a cafe. No sooner we sat in the cafe, Phil Meola, the Master Certified Pre-Owned Manager greeted us. We told him what type of car we want and our budget. Mr. Pete Postorino, Sales Manager joined us to work out a deal within our budget. He described all the pros and cons about leasing and buying the car. We purchased ES 350 on Feb 6th 2016 for the price which was thousands of dollars below anybody else. Pete made the process of purchasing a vehicle, extremely pleasant. We had the pleasure of working with him and the rest of their team. I needed to check my car, determine the problem and fix it: the car was making a whistling noise when you make turns in the beginning of a trip. When I called today at 8 a.m. Lisa responded that for a problem like this one I have to come on a weekday and, besides, today's service is booked. I explained that we are working people and can do it on a weekend only. She said she would try to help me and went to check with the service manager for a minute (asking me to wait every few seconds) and gave me good news: to bring the car at 11:30 a m. The car was ready and washed within one hour (I expected at least one and a half hours). My experience with the service department is definitely positive and very pleasant.

From start to finish, everything at Lexus of Route 10 was top notch. I was greeted professionally upon my arrival to the dealership, and the wait for the salesmen was extremely short. The waiting area is furnished with a host of beverages and other various snacks. After a few minutes the salesmen, Mr. Christopher Tracy, came to speak with me. I provided him with a general idea of what I was looking for, and without hesitation he knew exactly where to lead me. Within minutes I was filling out the paperwork on my certified pre-owned vehicle. The process went smoothly and the deal was better than any dealership in the area. To me, the best part of the purchase was the fact it came with a full warranty for the length of the lease, complete with the availability of loaner cars. Simply amazing. Thus far, I am exceptionally happy not only with my purchase, but with joining the Lexus family, especially at this dealership. My salesman name is Michael Lioi, an older gentleman that knows the car business. It's good to know that Lexus values professionals regardless of age. Lexus of Route 10 has the best service department I've ever brought my car to! The entire experience is 10 star! From the receptionist to the technicians, everyone is so nice. You feel welcomed the minute you walk into the service counter, even if you didn't buy your car from them. The attention and concern I received from Brad Vail, Tom Higgins and Gary the technician working on my car was amazing. They told me they had my back and wouldn't abandon me, which simply blew me away, because I didn't purchase my car from them. My first mistake,My fraudulently certified pre-owned ES 350 that I leased from a horrible dealership on Long Island, continued to have yet even more problems. It was not only one lemon, it was an entire case of lemons. I had been struggling with the dealership I got the car from to fix everything that was wrong with the car, the things that should've been fixed before I took delivery of the car. The team at Lexus of Route 10 were able to finally diagnose what was wrong with my car. The horrible dealership on Long Island put defective tires on my car not once, but twice. They just threw on the bad ones lying in some corner. The car was completely out of alignment and the bad tires weren't even balance properly. Tom Higgins and the technician Gary finally figured out that the tires were bad and needed to be replaced.Brad, Tom and Gary put in so much time and attention to finally get my car right. And, I'm happy to report that for the first time since I leased my car, it's riding amazing, and I can finally drive with a huge smile on face. The one mistake I made besides not purchasing my car from Lexus of Route 10 was not taking my car to them when all of the problems started to arise with my car. If you want to get your Lexus serviced properly with the best service department in the New York/New Jersey area, don't hesitate to take your car to Lexus of Route 10. They go out of their way to make sure that every customer has a 10 star experience.

Our great sales rep, Humberto Cruz, walked me through every option there was for the NX200t base and F-Sport. After, Humberto took me on my favorite of all time test drives where he showed me even more things this vehicle has to offer.Once we got back Humberto worked with me and later that day I was a new proud owner of a NX200t F-Sport! When the car was ready, Eric Lilienthal, their vehicle specialist, went through all the features with me and got my cell, garage door opener, etc....hooked up in no time. And I also have to say this, Out of all the previous pick ups I did at other dealers when we went over options and how to's, none were as fun as this one, Eric made it awesome! I worked with Phil Meola - he was a good consultant. I purchased the vehicle remotely and had it shipped to me. The process was as smooth as can be expected. Phil and the dealership provided me with clear pricing (no hidden fee/price based on financing etc.). Since I was purchasing L/CPO, they provided me with the repair order that listed all the things that they had done to the vehicle. I can't believe how difficult it was to get the same information from other dealers. The pricing was fair.I contacted a third party carrier to ship my car - Phil went over and above in helping be get the vehicle loaded.PS: I never saw the actual vehicle or stepped foot in the dealership since I had previously owned another RX350 and was comfortable with Lexus certification.

Most people dread walking into a car dealership, usually to be accosted by pushy and obnoxious salespeople. Obviously, if they suffer from anxiety when it it's time to get a car- they haven't been to this dealership. What a classy place! The ladies who greet you, whether it be on the phone or when you walk into the door, are most polite and courteous! Our salesman, Michael, is a true gentleman. He is honest, helpful and most of all, a pleasure to deal with. Michael has always taken time to explain a vehicle and the equipment, making certain that what we are looking for, both in options and price range, is shown to us. Today, we picked up our 4th car that we have leased from Michael and Lexus of Rt. 10. (Three RX350's and now an IS250) My husband has now joined the Lexus family and couldn't be happier. He was pleased with the price as well as the options on the car which he got. From past experience: The service department is top notch- if I need a loaner car while my car is being serviced, it is not a problem... even if it is for an hour or two. The waiting room is very comfy, with plenty of seats, be they at a table or in nice, cushy chairs. There is a play room for children, and an upstairs waiting room for a quieter wait- if you need to get some work done, etc. You get a coupon book for a monthly free car wash! Oh- I almost forgot- the great candy bar with bins of candy- the coffee/hot drink dispenser... cookies, hot pretzels, various snacks (granola bars, breakfast bars, bagels, muffins, etc) and of course cold drinks- soda, waters,and juice packs for the kids.... make waiting for your car to be serviced quite pleasurable. Top notch personnel, service and detail to making their customers happy- is what you will experience at this dealership! Very, very satisfied with every aspect of our shopping experiences as well as the value they place on customer satisfaction. Kudos to Lexis of Rt. 10!!

We purchased a certified GS 350 last month and it has been one nightmare after another nightmare.Their detail department is so bad that when i was suppose to pick up the car nothing was done to it.Even the sales person admitted their detail department is horrible and had too many complaints and issues.Knowing that this is an ongoing problem. You would think they would correct the matter quickly. Don't be fooled by the extravagant show room. What really counts is what you get at the end. You're not buying the showroom. You're buying a lexus car, hopefully.To make the long story short. When the dealership certifies the car as a certified lexus car. You would think they would correct any recall matters relating to the car I purchased.To find out it was not even corrected and they signed it off as certified!Since this was done, how do I know rest of the vehicle was really inspected and corrected?It took more than two weeks to get my car because the dealership couldn't get my car detail correctly. Even a mom and pop car dealership could have it done in one day. It took them more than two weeks and on top of that the recalls issue for this car was not taken care and signed it off as certified!I would give a zero star but had to give at least one star for the guy who kept the refreshments full and clean. I could tell by his ACTION and work ethics that he really cared about his job. Maybe they should hire him in the detail department. At least it would not take him two weeks to do.

I was not quite ready for a new car, but I could not resist. There was no pressure. I hope to have a lasting relationship with this dealership. I have been to others and certified new was not really and one dealership actually added $2500 to the price for certified. That did not happen here. I think this is the best Lexus dealer within 50 miles.

From the moment I entered Lexus of Route 10, I was greeted with the outmost respect. My shopping experience was pleasant and hassle free. I did not feel pressured to make a purchase at any moment. From purchasing a car to getting it serviced, the staff there is always courteous and professional in how they conduct business. Every time we get our Lexus serviced it's always easy and a positive experience. We typically spend no more than 5 minutes at the dealership for an oil change since they always have a loaner vehicle waiting and my wife and I go run errands or get some lunch. I've even asked for a specific model and they've always come through. They genuinely do pay attention to detail as well. My car was due to get spark plugs changed which would've been over $600. However, since my car was getting serviced for a recall, the engine was already going to be opened up with access to the spark plugs. So they asked me if I wanted to get the plugs replaced since I wouldn't have to pay for the labor saving me about $400. That's definitely a unique circumstance but they will always go the extra mile in paying attention to details instead of trying to price gouge you on unnecessary service. Good cars + great dealership is a very valuable combination.

From our first step into the dealership, we were treated extremely well. My daughter purchased a car a month ago and the service was great. The sales consultant, Humberto Cruz was very patient and understanding as she had many questions and test drove about 5 vehicle to make sure she would choose her dream car. She just graduated college, landed a great job in her field and wanted to reward herself. She was willing to settle for an older model car, but they worked with her to get her the model she really wanted and at a great price - 2014 Lexus IS fully loaded. I called Humberto on his cell after hours on Memorial Day and told him exactly what I was looking for in the Lexus RX350 and the two days later I brought the car home with better terms in addition to super low miles than I had expected with a great great price. They worked with me on my Lexus ES trade in and gave me the exactly what I wanted for it and to make the deal happen. I truly experienced the red carpet treatment. We came to the dealership to look at both new and used cars. We didn't have a specific target in mind at first, but decided on a used car.We were very satisfied with the professional attention that Humberto gave to us. He is an extremely attentive and responsive sales person, and made buying a car very pleasant in spite of a glitch that we ran into. We test drove a 2014 ES350 and the car drifted to the right on the highway. My first concern is how does a car pass the 160-plus CPO inspection points and still drift to the right. Humberto then had the service department correct the alignment, and we came back the next day to drive the car again with high hopes. There was definitely an improvement, but it still drifted somewhat to the right on a level highway and we had to give up on that car. That is my second concern. How could the alignment check out on a car but it still drifts to the right. If the alignment is on target but the car still drifts one way or the other, doesn't it suggest that there is something wrong somewhere? Yet it still carried the CPO certification. We were disappointed and had to give up on that car even though otherwise it was perfect for us. Humberto took our concerns very seriously. He was able to show us a 2013 car that drove beautifully with no drifting on the highway, and we purchased it.

They allowed me the time i needed to make my decision, and to ensure I would be happy. Recently bought a used GS350 - the car is great but the process was awful and the customer service is worse. They failed to perform outstanding recall work (or even inform us of it) prior to our purchase. The actual purchase took all day. They promised all-weather mats and failed to provide them. They collected an excess amount for registration fees, promised to send a refund, and failed to do so for weeks. Worst of all, while negotiating the price, they upped their price online as we were speaking with them, which we later found was a tactic used over and over. Bottom line: a luxury dealership in the 21st century that does little more than uphold what I thought were only outdated stereotypes of used car salespeople. Find another Lexus dealership or be prepared!

i just finalized my very first Certified-Lexus purchase this week. I had the pleasure of randomly contacting Julia Roldan when I called to Lexus of Rt. 10. I shared with her that I was planning to purchase an RX-350 by year-end, and have been searching over the internet for "the right" vehicle. I also told her that I contacted several other Lexus dealerships and gave them all the specific parameters that I was looking for in my upcoming purchase. Julia listened attentively and was confident that she could locate some vehicles to show me. Julia kept me informed during her search, and notified me of several SUV's that were "Certified" and within my budget. Our last phone call was Christmas week, and Julia said that she believed that she "found my RX-350". The SUV had just come into the dealership and had everything I was looking for. I thought with all of the options that she mentioned, it would surely be out of my price range. Julia said she would work with her team and try to make it happen.SHE DID ! He was so nice on the phone, without being pushy, that I said I would think about it. Well I ended up going and was impressed by the calibre of the event. It was well organized: the DJ, the delicious food and drinks, the girl who presented the cars, the umbrella gift - who would have thought that a car dealership would have such a classy event! Thank you.I reserved an NX in exchange of my RX. The car came in before my lease was due so I gave the RX back. Jason took care of every imaginable detail and more. As a joke, he gave me a little stepping stool because I had mentioned that some cars were too tall to get into with a dress on!Marc Berger, your very professional "techie" took his time to show me all the gadgets. Some were so new that even he had to figure things out - which he did. Very polite and well educated.Wayne Liebeskind, the "closer" who drew up the papers was super efficient. He made it a painless experience.After a long day at work, 8pm, Jason was still smiling and efficient and had a surprise for me. I was given a snowglobe of a Lexus with a bow on top! I've chosen to go to Lexus of Route 10 (since they are big dealership in the Northern NJ area) for professional service but was very disappointed. Carl Braunschweiger is by far the worst salesman I've ever dealt with. He did not not return any of my multiple phone calls regarding issues with my newly purchased certified IS250 regarding the windshield rock erosion. This "certified" car also had other issues such as minor grazes on the bumper which we were told would be taken care of with the purchase. Bottom line - Once the purchase was final, the "customer service" was no longer a priority as he had already made his commission.

I just leased my second Lexus and this one is incredible. Got the GS350 AWD F-Sport and my Salesman, Michael Lioi went out of his way to take care of me. I did not want any car that wason the lot and was considering another brand(German) but Michael searched for the specific one I wanted and got it for me. Came right off the ship and was delivered exactly to my specifications. Actually it was more than I expected. The technology and options are incredible! I'm glad I went with a Lexus again. The entire process went smooth and it couldn't have been any better if not for Michael. He is cool as a cucumber. I would recommend him to anyone and the dealership really takes good care of you! I used to be a loyal Route 10 Lexus customer but after this incident I may think twice about getting service here. This is my second Lexus Rx and I had an issue with the daytime driving lights. The car is 7 years old so it was about time I guess for them to burn out. So drove through and asked them to look at the car since no indicator light went on just to see if it was a bulb problem or a fuse. It was indeed the bulb but they also checked out the rest of the car as courtesy. The tech service person tells me that I have a leak in the water pump and that should be replaced and that a bearing on the suspension is cracked and showing some wear. The cost approx $800 for the water pump and $1600 to do the suspension. Well here is the crux of my issue. I've been having my car serviced by my family's mechanic who has taken care of my Lexus (oil changes, filters, tire rotation, the works). The water pump was replaced 2 years ago because it was cracked at the time. I told them just to replace the bulbs and I will bring the car back to have my mechanic look at it. Brought it to my mechanic...lo and behold. No leak in the water pump. Dry as a bone even with the car running on the lift. The suspension? NO CRACK or WEAR that would be concerning. I'm really disappointed with Lexus of Route 10 service and doubt I will return

Went in to return my lease and discussed my displeasure with how I was treated last year trying to replace one of my lexus' and was taking business elsewhere at 3:46pm. bought a preowned car from them and more than 2 month later didn't receive my registration and plates . called them many times. spoke to my salesman which always told me it takes time though i bought many cars in the past and never had to wait longer than 3 weeks for the plates. finally he tells me that they never asked me for my social security number. a month and half later still no registration or plates. i called the GM and sales manager and gotten only promises for fix and nothing happens..meanwhile i am driving with an expired temporary license plate.very unhappy

The salesman, Christopher Tracy, made the experience of purchasing a car for my son one of the most exciting, professional, and just plain old fashion good customer service, an experience never to be forgotten or compared to any other dealership I purchased cars from. My son, and only child, is a fine young man. As his mother, I wanted him to have this car, and "sacrificed" my own 328I and traded it in towards the purchase of the M3. He loves cars, specifically BMW's. This is his third one. He had been looking and looking for an M3. We communicated with another dealership online, and they were nice, but once I spoke with Chris, we knew this was the dealership we wanted to purchase a car from. Chris worked with us, there was frequent communication and reassurance from Chris that the car was being held for my son. What a pleasant and professional experience. This was the 4th Lexus dealership I visited with... The first two dealerships made me feel irrelevant- and uncomfortable- the 3rd was very pushy. I'm military and buying a car is something I've done many times (internationally)- but this dealership and Julia were phenomenal. Even other customers I chatted with were great... Julia called me enroute to another dealership- I drove over an hour (just to look)- I was treated like a Queen. My children were entertained by other employees and the customer service setup they have (very family friendly). I left with a 2015 RX350 loaded! I'm ecstatic about my investment, the dealership, my sales person, the employees, finance, EVERYthing. The best experience I've ever had! Grateful!

My first purchase at Star Lexus of route 10. This dealer is one of the best with excellent services. They're polite and friendly. I wasn't ready to purchase any car after the test drive. But Natalia is so patience and helpful with full of knowledge on cars. She have me change my mind and purchased my RX350 the same day. She also delivered all the things that she promised. The service here is excellent, you scheduled appointment, you drop car off and you leave with loaner (same and newer model), all in a flash! No time wasted! AND must of all I love their car wash for life service.

My first visit to Lexus of Route 10 i was easily capable of going on a test drive. In a short period of time, I obtained all the information necessary to make the decision of wanting to lease an IS 250 or the IS 250 F Sport. This is the second poor review I've written about this dealership, and apparently the first wasn't liked so it was removed. This dealership does more damage than repairs. I went in for a simple car wash and left with a damaged mirror that they refuse to take responsibility for. And I only went to get a car wash as I work close by.I was treated as if I was driving less than a Lexus. Actually, I went there when looking to trade in my ES for an IS, and was NEVER approached by one single salesperson, when there were few if any other customers! Lexus of Route 10 is not worthy of selling these cars!

I stopped in Lexus of Route 10 ( the closest Lexus dealership to my home) just to ask about the difference between the 2012 and 2013 models. I had no intention of purchasing my car there. From a past experience 5 years ago, I found this dealership rather pricey and inflexible around pricing. I was pleasantly surprised to find out while I was there that in the last 5 years the ownership has changed. It was quite apparent as soon as I walked in the door. Everyone was incredibly polite, helpful and accommodating. My salesman, Pete Postorino, could not have been better. He was very knowledgeable, never pushy, and a pleasure to work with. Because of his patience and lay back style, I wound up making an excellent purchase that very day. I could not be happier. Everyone at Lexus of Route 10 (financing and tech support) could not have been nicer or more helpful I would definitely recommend this dealership based on my experience. .

Two years ago I got my wife a CT200RH; she loves the car but moreover, the experience with the dealership from "thinking" about buying, to buying; to owning, was so great, I wanted to buy my car there too. I think its the totally professional, no-nonsense approach that everyone exhibited. Its like visiting a nice hotel. The salesperson was very demeaning. He didn't ask the questions needed in order to find the best solution. Instead he pre-judged and basically suggested I keep my current vehicle until it's paid off entirely. I was completely dissatisfied with the service. I left and went to another Lexus dealership and bought my car from there that same day with a totally opposite service. I learned more about his life and his personal family than he asked about my car situation and my wants and needs.

I could not be happier with my purchase of a CPO Lexus RX 350 from Lexus of Route 10. The experience was positive from start to finish. Initially I was nervous because I had to negotiate the price without first seeing the vehicle. Also, this is not my usual Lexus dealership, but the dealership close to where I live did not have the exact CPO vehicle I wanted. So I was a little stressed because of these two factors. However Pete Postorino set my fears to rest. He is an absolute gem and really worked with me on the price so that we could make the deal happen. He was never pushy or overbearing, and there were no typical salesperson tactics or shenanigans. Do yourself a favor and ask for Pete. Lara Blanar made the financial process completely stress free even emailing me on HER DAY OFF to answer a question I had about interest rates. Now thats service! After getting 2 very different prices from two dealerships in NYC I decided to send an email over to Lexus of Route 10 and see what they could do. Natalia answered my email and was helpful and informative. She even emailed me pictures of certain things I had questions about. So my wife and I drove out to Lexus of route 10 to see Natalia and we were able to make a deal. We traded in our current car and they made the process go super smooth. Not only were we able to get a better price on our new RX than we were quoted in NY but they were able to give us more on our trade in. Chris Laurenzi from internet sales was courteous enough to show us the new IS250 as well as 2013 CT (in which we had expressed the interest earlier). but he had no clue about any of the car features. While test driving, whenever i asked him any questions about car features or even which gas is recommended for the new IS, his standard answer was - "I'll have to check on that". Sales person should at least know all the basic features that a car has before taking a prospective customer on a test drive. I tested his knowledge on couple of more occasions but he had no clue about any of the features or package options that i was asking about!I had done a lot of research on the fair trad-in value I should get for my ES which was brought from these guys only 18 months ago and serviced regularly (again) at this dealership. After giving me really crappy trade-in numbers, Joe DeFrancesco (sales manager) came and started talking some weird non-sense about vehicle trade-in values. The trade-in value that they offered me was shocking (more than 3K less than what I should have got for my car in excellent condition) as my car was in mint condition and even Joe appreciated the condition of the vehicle when he appraised it. Joe tried to justify the low trade-in value by some 20 mins of BS and we walked out of the dealership feeling disappointed as well as frustrated because we never thought that we would walk out of there without our new vehicle.I bought 2014 Lexus IS 250 AWD from another Lexus dealership a day after this incident and they paid exactly the same trade-in number I was expecting for my car. Joe DeFrancesco from Lexus of Route 10 was adamant on his low appraisal of my car and was absolutely non-willing to negotiate at all!! I wanted to write this review on this forum to let Joe know that a customer who has done his homework is NEVER wrong! I had done my research and knew what I should get for my trade-in (a fair value).You couldn't retain a loyal customer in me and potentially lost more business because i was thinking of getting one more Lexus in near future. Too bad for Lexus of Route 10 as I had such high expectations from them.

My concern with this dealership is with their service pricing. I called the dealership for a price on the 90,000 mile timing belt service for a 2005 Lexus LS430. Their quote was $300.00 more than two Lexus dealerships within 25 miles. They agreed to do it for less but did not much another dealership.I thought I would give them a second chance since they are a more convenient dealership. I called for a quote on a wheel bearing. They quoted $376.00 for the part and 2.5 hours of labor. I called other dealerships and this was in line albeit a little higher than others. The total cost was quoted at $600.00 I brought the car in Tuesday morning and was greeted cordially by a service representative and the loaner facilitator. One hour later my service rep confirmed the diagnosis of the wheel bearing but told me the cost would be $847.00. The parts price stayed the same but the labor went from 2.5 to 4.5 hours. I explained that other dealers do the work for between 2-2.5 hours. He called another dealer in the area and confirmed my findings. He said they could not do any better and for me to come and pick up my car.For all of you who get your car serviced at this dealership, please be aware that the charges are considerably more for service than ALL the other Lexus dealers within driving distance. This dealership is your typical example of the bait and switch.

Brought my wife's Lexus in for service for the first time. 30K service. They had emailed a coupon for 15% off just as the car got to 30K. 1. Scheduling process over the phone was easy and courteous2. Day of arrive pull into nice indoor receiving area. Guy standing there waiting for me. Takes the car from me, escorts me to my service agent Chris.3. Chris is quick and courteous getting me set up, walks me to the guy who handles loaners. I was asked if I wanted an SUV or sedan. I chose Sedan, got a brand new GS. He walked me to it, gave me a quick tutorial, and I was on my way.The whole process from arrival to departure with my loaner seemed like 5 minutes max.Chris called a while longer. Tires getting close but not quite ready to be replaced. I opted to replace them anyway. While I was out in my own car, Chris called, car was ready. My wife took the loaner back to get her car. Of course I failed to tell he I had the 15% off coupon. When I got home later and realized this, I called but Chris had gone for the day (after 5pm on a Friday). However the guy who I talked to took the info needed and promised he'd get it taken care of for me. Very very easy conversation, especially given that it wasn't even the same guy as I had been dealing with. I logged in to see my cc statement online and to my pleasant surprise, they credited back the 15% not only for the 30K service (which is all the coupon was for), but also the tires. The credit came in the same day as the car was there. I have been to many dealers in multiple dealers in multiple states, including BMW, Acura and Audi. None come close to Lexus of Route 10.

I just picked up my 6h possibly 7th RX and clearly I LOVE MY RX! Joe Fass IS my "car guy." I have been working with Joe for close to 20 years now, and he has been such a gift for me. I have been truly blessed to have him as my "car guy" and friend! I did not enjoy the car buying process AT ALL! I dreaded the thought of having to get a car. The waiting game and "sales pressure" you usually endure is like poking my eyes with toothpicks! I find this quite amusing because I am also in sales and from what I have experienced in the past and what I have observed "car salesman" are a different breed, except for Joe Fass. When you meet with Joe he will make you feel at home and make the buying process simple and painless. He knows his cars and he will give you the best deal possible. I have trusted Joe so much to the point that when it is time to renew my lease I call Joe, tell him my colors, schedule the day for my pick up and I am done, quick, painless and simple. Joe recently moved to Lexus of Rt.10 and I was a little hesitant not because of Joe, but because if I did purchase my car from Lexus of Rt.10 I would not know any of the service people. Remember I had been going to the same Lexus dealership and their service department for close to 20 years. I had built relationships with most of the Service Managers and personnel, they all knew me and I was well taken care of. So you could understand my hesitancy to change. I had told Joe of my hesitancy of the service department so he took me for a tour of the service department and I was pleasantly surprised to see some of the Service Managers I knew in the past had also moved to Lexus of Rt.10. I cannot give the service department any rating as of yet, but I will say I am quite optimistic since I know some of the Service Managers, and from what I saw of the operations I am hoping to be pleasantly surprised. As for the whole car buying process at Lexus of Rt. 10 I WAS pleasantly surprised. The showroom was clean, waiting area for the Sales Representatives looked comfortable and inviting, they even had a play area for the kids (I did not have to use any of it since I made an appointment, which I highly recommend) the waiting area for the service department was impressive and looked very comfortable with I believe 5 flat screens and a coffee bar/internet cafe area. I was acknowledged by everyone who walked by me, and the finance process was quick and painless with Lara Blaner. She took the time to go over only the new changes I may not have been aware of. She was astute to know I was not knew to this process and did not make me sit through a whole presentation. Upon delivery of my car I was pleasantly greeted by Eric Lilienthal who was also just as astute as Lara that this was not new to me and took the time to go over the newest features of my car first instead of just going through his usual routine, he asked me if I had any questions about the new features, set up my Bluetooth for my phone (which was a great time saver for me), helped me program my radio stations (another time saver), took the time to clean a dirty spot on my door, and even made me laugh! The whole process was a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend Joe Fass and the team at Lexus of Rt.10! Why put yourself through car buying torture? There is a better option...Joe Fass and Lexus of Rt.10!

Let me start off by saying that Christine Festa has been my sales person many times over the years that I have leased a Lexus vehicle. Why? It is very simple--she is professional, works tirelessly with her customer to get what he/she wants, closes a deal in a timely efficient manner, and she is a pleasure to deal with. You might be thinking that I really cannot give an opinion because I have only dealt with Christine. Well, at 62 years of age, I can assure you that I know the difference between an exceptional sales person, a good one an average one and a lousy one. Christine has been exceptional--always. Indeed, my wife drives a different vehicle, i.e. not a Lexus. I get to experience different dealerships every time she needs a new lease. This are always a pain because of the sales people at other car dealerships. Furthermore, once my wife gets her new car, the sales person has left for a different job; the service department changes every 6 months. One major plus about Lexus of Route 10 is that most of their employees have been there for many years. I cannot tell you how valuable that is to a new car customer. When I want a new vehicle, I know I can call or visit Christine and she will spring into action. For service, I always know Myles is there. This time I was introduces to Marc Berger by Christine to teach me about all the features of my new car. It was the absolute best instruction I have ever received about a new car in my life. He patiently showed me all the navigation features, music, air conditioning and heating, voice commands, etc. Everything in that car was covered before I left. The point I am making is that these are great people who truly know what service and customer satisfaction is about. There is a continuity in the staff that gives you the satisfaction of realizing that there is a group of employees who know you, have done business with you, and want you to be happy so you will continue to do business with them in the future. Now, if in the future, there is a big turnover at this dealership and they have a new staff that does not know what they are doing or who their customers are, then I may have to withdraw everything I have said. Based on their history and what they have done up to now, this is an exceptional dealership that has outstanding people who have remained there for many years.

What can you say about Joe Fass that his other customers haven't? He is excellent, friendly and knows his Lexus automobiles! He treated my wife and I (and our two dogs we snuck into the showroom) like family and found us an RX-350 that is perfect. Follow up visits to the dealership were a pleasure and Joe always was there to help us after the sale. I can't recommend him enough!The reason for not giving a "5" for Customer Service is that when it came time to handle the financial side of the transaction (I was not financing and paying in full) we had to wait hours for the Finance Manager to become available. This was after we were told we had to come in that night to complete the transaction, we couldn't wait until the next day. It seemed like it was a burden to give them money for a car and it turned out to be a very late night...And the reason for the "4" for Price, what car buyer doesn't want it cheaper than he/she paid?Except for the one glitch, best car buying experience I've had.

In 1999 my husband and I moved to Manhattan from Boston. We had a second home in Boca Raton with 2 Lexus cars in our garage. My husband of blessed memory did not feel we needed a car in New York City because of the unlimited modes of transportation here. What impressed me most was how everyone Joe introduced me to respected and appreciated him. This eminated from the people in Executive Office to the Service Department to Administrative Office and everyone in between. I found this dealerrater.com site while researching the Lexus RX350. And then I found great reviews about Christine Festa. It's been many years since I bought a car so I was a little nervous to go through the process, which isn't always enjoyable. I called Christine and emailed with her for a couple of weeks before visiting the dealership on a Saturday. I had planned on just looking. However, after driving the RX350 and spending time with Christine, I decided to move forward with leasing the car. The entire experience was very pleasant. Everyone in that dealership, including Mari in Finance and Marc in Delivery, were very friendly. It was a great day and I smiled the whole time. We have been back twice and each time we meet other people from the staff and they are also just as nice. I enjoy a great customer experience and this truly was one of the best I've ever had. I have no idea if all Lexus dealers are this gracious and friendly, but this one certainly is. I would recommend Christine to anyone and would definitely work with her again. Marc was the person who taught us how to do more than just drive the car - the navigation system and all the great features. We thought we got it after the one hour tutorial. After we left the dealership, we realized there were many buttons that we had no idea what to do with! So we went back to the dealership for our free car wash and asked for a second tutorial. Marc was happy to do it and very, very patient. Wonderful experience!

I remember my parents were, I believe Mike's first sale back years ago. To this day, we deal with him, and he is a no nonsense guy and is real informative about the cars. I've been to plenty other dealers where the 'older' salespersons don't know jack about the new technologies in the car, but Mike clearly does his research. I found out it was also Joe's birthday! While I was there, Joe's family came to the dealership to wish him a Happy Birthday. I made them work for the sale by asking many questions which each person had plausible answers. Marc was a great help wih explaining the finer points of operating my ES350. I have a better understanding of using the various features. He was patient and helpful. Marc's assistance is extremely valuable. Melissa is an excellent sales person. She applied the right amount of pressure that was not intrusive or wheeler/dealer, but helpful. The vehicle sells itself, but Melissa made the buying experience enjoyable and fun. Mari is an excellent financial services person. She spent hours explaining the financial aspects to me and was very patient with my deatailed questions. Mari provided detail information and gave great advise. You did not include Donovan Lau in the employee section. He also proved to be a grea help assisting in obtaining a great APR. My overwall experience was enjoyable once I was over the electric shock going through my brain a person experiences when spending large sums of cash. Thanks to all for your help and I look forward to a long and fun ride (pun intended). I will recommend this dealership for any Lexus lover.

Sean Byrne is true to his word - he said he wanted my business back to this dealership and he did it by offering me a lease which was $86/mon. less from his original offer, after I had shopped around at another dealership. He was not pushy and respected my time without having an entourage of "managers" trying to intimidate me for a higher price. Overall it was a pleasant experience (as far as car shopping can really be) which was completed in just two visits. Husband leased a new GS two months ago and had a good experience with the process. We wanted a second car did the whole deal over email and phone no need to waste time at dealer. We never go into a dealership to buy we know what we want and then email. David was prompt, responsive, took pictures of the car for me had paperwork all ready when we came into dealer and was out in 20 minutes. Most dealers tried to get us to come in which an take forever and be awful especially with a child. No pressure easy and enjoyable.

This was the classic bad car experience that you read about in the paper or see on television. Joseph Yusufov was condescending, rude and downright insulting. Not only did he suggest that I could not afford a Lexus...although I drove there in one....he got into an argument with a family member while negotiating a deal and then screamed at me out of nowhere... to the point where the business which was going to finance my car...reported him for being rude to them!!! I have yet to hear from the managers regarding my incident with this "sudo salesman". I would hope they would re-train this person...because he is not a man.....in the area of customer service....Women beware!!! They are NOT kind to us if we are alone and purchasing on our own!!!!

They worked off the invoice price and were generous with the trade in, using upper end of blue book. Eric L is conversant with all aspects of the car. My husband and I first visited Lexus of Route 10 in early March; we were looking for a "new" car for me. My husband is a loyal Toyota owner and encouraged me to consider a Lexus. Not being very familiar with the options (I like smaller cars), we went to explore. We were quickly introduced to our salesperson, Joe Fass. (I actually recognized Joe from my on-line research! I had options for dealerships, but was impressed by Lexus of Route 10's feedback on sites like DealerRater.com. Joe comes right up on that site, so I had seen his picture!)Joe is a people person who truly loves what he does. He engaged us in conversation about the Certified Pre-Owned program, answered questions about the CT 200h and IS 250/350, and reveled us with many stories of his years of experience in the industry, his grandchildren, and fishing. Joe cares about people and insuring they have a positive experience is his primary goal. Unable to test drive on this busy Saturday, I made plans to return.I visited Lexus of Route 10 again on Good Friday in order to test drive the IS 250 AWD; I had completed a TON of research and felt it could potentially be my next car. The test drive worked as I decided the IS 250 AWD would be a great car for me! I briefly began to look at the CPO cars available, but time was not on my side. Coupled with hectic morning and leaving for vacation the next day, I had to promise Joe I would return after our spring break. I would definitely recomend this dealership, 5 star +++ experience. I was searching for a particular make, model, and color used vehicle which I have been saving for for a long tme and from an online search found 5 withinn 125 miles of home, 4 in NJ so I started the journey in that direction at 7AM the next day. When 9 AM finally rolled around and I was getting close to center ground I was able to call choice #1 only to find a deposit was placed on the vehicle 2 days prior and it was not available, it upset me allot, a real lot as it was a low miliage vehicle advertised as like new with pictures and a short video to support the claim, looked fabulous and just what I was looking for. Call #2 was to Lexus of Rt 10 and I was quickly connected with Joe Fass and I explained to him what I was looking for and my quest, he put the subject vehicle on hold for me while l I completed the 45 minute drive to get to the facility. I was impressed from first pulling into the parking lot to walking into the show room, WOW the selection of cars indoor to view, sit in, and admire as 2 of them were $375,000 LFA's of which I never saw one before, not 1 but 2, WOW what machines!! Any ways, only in my dreams one of those, the vehicle I drove there to look at was parked out front waiting for me, I was impressed from first glance but did not want to show such as I was here to deal, it was what I was looking for but in the back of my mind I was still bummed out by choice 1 which was advertised as having 1/2 the mileage of this one but this one was sharpe and pristine looking from first glance. Meeting with Joe from right off was a hit, very customer friendly and had the keys in hand waiting for me, I told him on the phone I was on a mission I had no time to waste and he was not wasting a moment of it right from the start. I had 5 other vehicles I wanted to look at and cash in hand to drive one of them home by the end of that day of which I told him right from the start on the phone, no time for bs or haggling, of which there was none of. We took the vehicle for a test ride, then being a mechanic myself and owning a few of these model vehicles over the last 20 years I knew what to look for and I looked it over with a fine tooth comb inside, outside, underneath, under the hood, every where and all I found was a detailed VERY well gone over and maintained vehicle. To make this getting long story short we struck a deal on the vehicle pretty quick, got a very fair trade in price on my very high mileage same type vehicle and after being treated while I waited to all kind of confections, refreshments, and a rest room cleaner then a kitchen at a best restaurant I left in about 3 hours total time with my vehicle tanked up and ready to go but I was still nixed on the one that I missed out on with half the mileage, I just had to see it and the 1 other that was close or it would have never left me alone, "did I realy get teh best deal" loomed in my head so another 30 and 40 mile drive but I just had to know, its just me. The first one I got to hands down, no question the one I bought from Lexus of Rt 10 was 5 times better and made me feel good but the #1 choice was still to be seen, so another 40 miles back the other way to that dealership. Now mind you, this vehicle had a online car fax report that said it was a 97 out of 100 score at a 5 star rated dealer advertised with very low miles for a 9 year old 4-Runner, a should be like new vehicle at that mileage for this type vehicle. When I did get to see this vehicle, even though it was on hold for another customer I was able to check it out fully just in case that deal feel through I could have a second in line shot at it (and them a second sucker). I was shocked when I saw it, a total hack compared to the vehicle I purcashed from Lexus of Rt 10, scratched, dents, scrapes, rusty underbody, dirty inside didn't even look vacuumed difenitly not shampood, not even the oil changed, it was black as tar, I coud not believe my eyes, this was the vehicle in pictures and video, no way but yes. After looking at this I became ever so more SOOOOOO elated with my purchase from Lexus of Rt 10 I could not stop smilling and I felt GREAT that I made the right choice, I gave the salesman some bs that yes, please call me if the deal falls thorogh, great car, blah, blah, and gave him my name and a wrong phone number!! The vehicle I bought from Lexus of Rt 10 did not have a scratch on it, really, 9 years old and like new, the interior tooth brush detailed, smelled like new, looked like it was never sat in, fully serviced including new brakes, not just pads, calipers and rotors all 4 wheels, all fluids clean, oil and filter freshly changed and tires like new, right down to a new Lexus high quality battery!! My wishes for finding the vehicle I have been dreaming of and more so saving my hard earned money for for 2 years could not have been more fully fullfilled, I am a very, VERY, VERY, happy customer, I can't stop gawking at my shinny like new used car in the garage, I couldn't even sleep waiting to drive it to work the next day!. Joe told me right from our first words on the phone, "come see us first, we sell nothing but high quality used cars and this 4-Runner we have is imaculate" he was not just giving me a used car salesman pitch to get me in the door, he and Lexus of Rt 10 were not pulling my leg, what I found was just that, an IMACULATE used new car and a price that ended up less then every other one I was wanting to check out and maybe purchase. Joe was a pleasure to work with. I have never been to a new car dealership looking for a used car, let alone a high end store like a Lexus dealership and received the treatment like a high roller new car customer with a fat wallet like I was treated at this place, by all who I interacted with from the top Manager knowing I was "just" there for a used car right down to the janitor polishing the marble in the mens room which was like a palace shiney fresh and clean. What a great experience, can;t say I ever have seen better and I'm close to 50!!I have never dealt with a dealership like this ever, new or used. Joe Fass my salesmen treated Me as if I had been a customer for years and was buying a 100k new car at list price. From the greetings of the receptionists at the Entrance to the showroom to the service waiting area to the parts guy I asked for a simple box to gather my belongins from my old car of 10 years this place screams customer service. in reality I was buying a used vehicle but you would never know from what sits in my driveway right now, it looks, smells, feels, and drives like brand new!! I could not be happier, really, today is my second day of ownership and I feel better today then yesterday about it.THANK YOU LEXUS OF RT 10, I LOVE YOU!! :) :) I will be back someday again for sure!!!

I have generally found automobile advertising, particularly about the wonderful deals available at "Sales Extravaganzas" to often be overstated and misleading. I recently received several emails from Lexus of Route 10 advising me of new models and new deals. My curiosity was stimulated and I called my regular salesperson, Christine Festa, to inquire. She advised that the company was eager to "make deals" and she indicated she would try to work up some numbers for me. Within a matter of two or three days, I received another email, this one from Sales Manager Eric Ruby advising of a "Command Performance" that I should not miss. I called Christine who asked me to come in and we would together look at what was available and what could be done. Unfortunately the numbers were higher than what I had hoped for. As my wife and I were about to leave, Christine spotted Sales Manager Eric Ruby . She called to him to come and say hello to us. Our last vehicle purchase less than a year ago had been facilitated by Eric's efforts in putting together a special deal on a 2012 RX350. Eric greeted us and asked if we had made another deal. When advised that we had not, he inquired as to what problems stood in the way. He then told us that we were loyal customers of long standing, (our recent purchase was our 9th Lexus in our long time dealings with Warnock and Lexus of Route 10) and he wanted to make a deal that would be satisfactory to us. He then told Christine to "make it happen". Within 15 minutes, the deal had been struck, I was able to sit in the selected car, approve the color and arrange for the pickup 2 days later. Delivery of the vehicle was a very pleasant experience with Christine, in her usual, efficient and personable way, taking care of all the details including contacting my insurance carrier to obtain my insurance ID card for the new vehicle.An especially pleasant part of the delivery process was the presentation made by Taylor Mathes, a charming and enthusiastic young women who clearly explained all of the nuances and operational improvements of the 2013 ES 350, paired my cell phone, transferred my data, and gave me a sense of confidence that exceeded that of any presentation I had received upon the delivery of my prior vehicles.What a wonderful customer experience!

One 12/29/2012 we visited Lexus of Route 10 to inquire about a Lexus SUV. We were immediately greeted by the very friendly staff, and were asked to go help ourselves for some coffee/tea/etc. while the receptionist paged one of the sales associates. Within a few minutes we were greeted by Joe Fass. It was a match made in heaven! We expressed that we were looking for an SUV and weren't sure whether the hybrid was a route we'd prefer. His knowledge of the car and of our options was ASTOUNDING! Joe is not your typical car salesman. He presented factual evidence and was not in anyway overbearing as perhaps some car salesmen are. He takes the time to talk you through all of your options and doesn't force anything on you. Not only did we purchase the Lexus RX450H that same day, we made a life long friend. We first contacted the dealership via the Internet and worked with Steven Lapidus from Internet sales. He was FANTASTIC to deal with. We did all of our negotiations via email and we came in once we had arrived at a price we were comfortable. I had done extensive research and knew we were getting a great deal. Steve was straight forward, knowledgeable and friendly. The world would be a better place is all sales people were like him, but the professionalism and customer service did not stop there. The finance manager Donavan Lau was very professional and explained all of the aspects of our financing thoroughly and didn't try to sell us things we didn't need. finally our delivery specialist Taylor was awesome. She even setup my iPhone to link with the navigation system and apps suite in the car and literally walked me thought every feature. Taylor was really a delight and I know she has a very bright future ahead of her. All in all we had a wonderful experience and will be sending all of our friends and family to Lexus of Route 10 for their next car.

My car wouldnt start this morning and had to have it towed to the dealership. I also had no way of picking my car up when it was ready (it needed a new battery). They went above and beyond to accommodate my needs and were very understanding to my situation. Nick arranged for my car to be dropped back off to my house, which means that 2 employees had to leave the busy dealership in order to return my car. I have always had my car serviced at the dealership, but never had such outstanding service.

Very positive experience working with Nick as a consultant for my RX350's service last week. A couple issues were resolved where I felt the dealership went above and beyond what I expected in price negotiation and service. Went in with noisy brakes, vibration in front end, and loose driver side mirror. I was given a loaner car immediately and a couple days later I drove my car back home after getting new brake pads, tires, and front lower control arm bushings. I was back to loving my ride again. Funny thing though, when I got back home (a 45 minute drive from dealership on a good traffic day)I discovered that a roof run rubber trim strip was missing. I figured their car wash must have eaten it! I let Nick know right away and that same day a driver was sent out, picked up my car and left me a loaner - again! They replaced the strip and brought my car back out to me (N/C). That is the kind of service that will keep me going back.

His knowledge of Lexus cars was insightful when complaining my 2006 IS 250 to the new one I bought. I will be happy to go back and find Joe Fass when it is time for a new car.

Initial inquire was on line, the salesperson Scott promptly responded to my email with a phone call, he was not pushy, and I did not feel intimidated, he was very easy to speak with. My family & I made a trip from NYC to the dealership which is an hour away. Everyone in the dealer ship was extremely nice, scott worked on giving me what I wanted in a preowned vehicle. Scott Naft is the reason we drive over an hour to visit Lexus of Route 10. And we went home in the new RX350 with a smile on our faces.Scott is responsive and hard-working. I sent out an email request for information on Sunday to several dealerships in NJ. Scott was the first one to call me on early Monday morning while most others did not respond until in the afternoon. He was always quick in addressing my questions and followed up relentlessly without being pushy. He stayed in the office until 8PM every evening so my assumption/conclusion is he's able to be competitive in pricing since he's probably 50% more productive than others.Scott is open and candid. He showed us what cars he had, what he could do in pricing, and what detailed costs we would expect to see when we pay which he never deviated from.Scott is knowledgeable and trustworthy. We had also dealt with a couple other salespeople in another dealership whose assertion of their product was plainly wrong or misleading. Everything that Scott told us about his product was accurate and helpful towards our decision-making.Lexus of Route 10 is reinventing itself from Warnock Lexus by hiring more people like Scott. And that's what a successful business should do.

I have owned a Lexus RX350 for 5 years. After purchasing my first one the dealer called early and put me into a new car prior to my lease expiring. They went well. This time however, began as a disaster and ended better than I could have hoped for. I was duped in to the dealer by a sales rep, who i had previously used with a promise of again putting into a newer car prior to the expiration of my lease. I told him I needed to spend less and reminded him there was a year remaining on my lease. After wasting 90 minutes of my and my husbands time, he informed me they could not do the deal as there was to much time left on my lease. Enter Eric Ruby the manager. I talked to him two weeks later and relayed the story. He worked his magic, reprimanded the sales person, put me into a brand new car for less money than I had been paying and all with an outstanding sales person, Christine Festa. They were both so solicitous, helpful, and fair that I would have not problem returning to do business there once again. Unfortunately they had had some issues with sales people and others handling paperwork. Eric Ruby was on it in a heart beat to ensure that those issued never happend again. Christine truly bent over backward to ensure that I knew everything about the car and was able to answer every single question, and I had plenty.Lexus of route 10 is a winner.

I have owned 5 Lexus since 1993 and always had them serviced at Warnock Lexus (now Lexus of Route 10) because it was convenient to my home.. I had never purchased one at that location because the sales department was extremely hard to deal with and their prices were always waaaay above other dealers. I was in last week to have my wife's '08 ES350 serviced and wandered over to the sales dep't to waste some time. Joe came over to me, asking to help and I explained why I was there (service), but I was considering trading in my other, '05 ES330. I told him about my past experiences there but he assured me we could work out a deal Well, he was right, and I wound up buying MYSELF (my wife always got the new one and I got the hand me down) a new ES350. Joe bent over backwards to accommodate my requests and we eventually reached our agreement. The new management and sales force is now working very hard to build back the business and I couldn't be happier. Joe Fass handled everything from start to finish and even had more pretzels made for my wife when they ran out today while picking up my new car. I now have a dealership that I can go to from sales to service.Now I have to get him to take me fishing so I can tell if his "fish tales" are true or not.

I can't say enough about this dealership. This is my 3rd Lexus and my first time at this dealership. I live in Pennsylvania and it takes me over an hour to get to any Lexus dealer. I contacted Lara via the internet and immediately got a response. In less than 20 mins. we agreed on a deal. I couldn't believe it, no back and forth negotiations which seems to take hours at other dealerships and is simply exhausting. There were absolutely no hard sales tactics or quoting a lease price that doesn't include tax. Being out of state can sometimes be a problem with other dealerships when doing the paperwork - not here - they had everything ready and it was all correct. Christine went over everything on the car with me and took the time to make sure I was comfortable with the vehicle and all the controls. I will definitely recommend this dealership to anyone interested in buying or leasing a Lexus. If you are out of state like me, it's definitely worth the trip. Give Lara or Christine a call - you won't be disappointed.

The facilities are very nice as would be expected for a Lexus dealership. The buying process was improved by the lower than normal "extras" fee, e.g. not charging me to clean and prep car. There was little back and forth from the Manager to make the deal.

I began to shop locally for a new Lexus. Most dealerships wanted to overcharge so they could take advantage of the limited availability of the vehicle that I wanted to purchase.I also used the Costco Auto Buying program to try a pre-negotiated price but even this price more than I wanted to pay.
