Went to LIA on August 3rd fo explore leasing a vehicle - expected to have to visit several dealerships to compare offer, but Marcell Thomas did a good enough job of working with my requirements that I happily concluded the process successfully in under an hour and drove away with the car the next day - very satisfied

My husband and I have been looking to purchase a Newer vehicle! I did my research on what my husband was looking for and came to a decision that Lia Honda of Enfield is where we can go to! WELL WRONG DECISION! I texted back and forth with the internet specialist Mike getting ahead of everything by filling a pre qualified application, explained the situation, a day later Recieved a letter stating what he had to bring for an approval ! We go in with this letter on Sunday 7/10 ...We get there Wait about 45-50 minutes for A RANDOM Sales person!! We get John ! He rushes through ALLLLLL OF OUR QUESTIONS leaving our questions unanswered, Doesn't give him many options !we then proceed to tell john that we were looking into trading our current vehicle during this visit. he then Tells us to wait for A DAY SO THAT HIS MANAGER can contact Infiniti dealer so he can get our trade appraised BY MOUTH and not by the actual appraiser looking at the vehicle to give us some numbers!! Two days after I have YET TO HEAR BACK ! I have yet to get a call from the sales person !! I have YET TO GET A CALL BACK FROM THE MANAGER !!! And mind you !!!! I THOUGHT THAT FILLING OUT THE PRE APP WOULD HELP THEM TIME WISE !!! I WILL NEVERRRR EVERRRR RECOMMEND ANYONE WHO IS looking for A CAR AS SOON AS POSSIBLE TO GO TO LIA HONDA OF ENFIELD !!! BADTIMING! BAD RUSHED SALES REP!!BAD COMMUNICATION LEVELS!!!

When my 2003 Civic unexpectedly needed more repair than it was worth, John advised me in choosing a reasonably priced replacement which I am very happy with. I have purchased from this dealership before and have come here for service on my two previous Hondas. I give high marks to John, as well as to Greg and Jon in the Service Department, for their attention to all of my vehicle needs.

This was our first time purchasing a vehicle from Lia of Enfield. In the past, we had dealt with another nearby Honda dealer. Our overall experience was FANTASTIC!!! David DeMontigny could not have been more helpful. When we hit a snag with trying to contact the insurance company, because it was Memorial Day, he persisted in getting us the insurance cards. Everyone at the facility was so pleasant and helpful. The end result is that we now have another great Honda. Our last Odyssey lasted 317,000 miles. Hopefully our new Honda can equal those miles.

Recently I had the pleasure of working with Edwin Guzman in terminating my 3 year lease on a 2013 CRV and negotiating a new lease on a 2016 CRV. With Edwin's expertise and his focus on customer satisfaction, the process has never been easier. He was professional, personable and knowledgeable on all aspects of the business. I have purchased two Hondas from this location in the past (2007 Civic and 2011 Insight) and while car buying still is not high on my list of exciting things to go through, it has been a relatively painless and quick process with Lia. I recently have had servicing with them and it has been a great experience. Greg Palm was great to work with, personable, and told me things as they were without trying to seem like services were being pushed that I didn't need. He went over everything in great detail including issues with the current airbag concerns that will be getting fixed within the next few months. I was even more amazed that when inquiring about new tires for my Insight that he was able to pull options that were cheaper than 3 other tire locations I had shipped around at and thus I ended up getting set up with great new tires that I feel comfortable with and saved money on...from a dealer no less! Big thanks to Greg and the team and I continue to look forward to using them for car needs including a new Honda down the line when I get to that point!

Service was rather quick. The gentleman in service went over everything about my car thoroughly and also recommended what else will soon need to be serviced. The place was quite clean for a service department and the customer waiting area is very nice. Over all everyone was great and entirely nice. This is why I come back for service every time.

This has got to be my worst dealership experience ever. The lady there, Mary Butova was probably one of the most unhelpful people ive ever met. I brought to her the car I wanted specifically, and she ended up showing me others. She kept telling us that she couldnt lower the price, and within 5 minutes of the manager coming down he instantly dropped it 700 dollars. I wouldve bought it too, but my horrible customer experience told me otherwise. I was displeased with her unprofessionalism and her attitude. I wouldve bought a car there if it was ANY other dealer. I've told everyone about my horrible experience and everyone I know has agreed not to go back to lia honda because of her. I would avoid her, or go to another dealership. Ended up buying the exact same car, with lower millage, cheaper at curry honda in chicopee.

I was looking for a new Honda Civic and visited the dealership and met with John B and he provided a quote. After a few days we went back to the dealership to make the payment and buy the car. When we went there, John wasn't available and the receptionist said that someone else would be able to help us out and they assigned us Marcell Thomas. We told him that we were looking to buy the car. He brought a paper with the final quote scribbled on it. It was the same quote provided to us by John. However, when we added the sales tax it, the value that they provided us wasn't matching the one we calculated. We politely asked him to give us a proper breakup as to how that arrived at that value. He got angry and spoke very rudely to us saying that that's the deal and we can come back the next day when John would be available. I explained to him that we were looking to make the payment that day itself and had no issues with the quote provided by John but had a question about the final charge as it looked incorrect. He got up and threw the paper on the desk and said that he doesn't have time to go and check with the manager. When I insisted that the value is incorrect, he came back and said that they had included an optional charge of 200 for wind screen. Even after deducting 200 the value still didn't match. That is when we asked him to give a proper breakup and he started shouting at us. Lia Honda Enfield won't even bother to give a proper quote and breakup of the quote and is very rude with its customers. Lia Honda should learn how to treat its customers with respect.

I was car shopping this week, and visited Lia Honda. I had a very complicated situation and Rudy made it seem like it all would work the first night we were there. So my friend assisted me with a $500 deposit so they could do the paperwork and let me know if the Honda i had picked would work for me. Unfortunately, it did not, so I thought we parted ways amicably, and I continued my search. I went to the car dealership next door, it was Lia Hyundai. At the same time I am there, my friend goes over to Lia Honda to get a credit for her $500 deposit. Rudy begins to harass my friend about why I didnt take the Honda, and he even went as far as to tell my friend my credit score!!! BIG NO NO!!! Then she leaves and comes over to meet me next store, and as I am signing paperwork for a new car, I get a call from Rudy on his personal cell phone, since he apparently watched my friend come next store to Lia Hyndai, which in itself is very creepy, and started to harrass me on the phone asking me why am I buying a Hyundai as they are terrible cars. Keep in mind, both dealerships are owned by Lia. The people at Hyundai were appauled as was I. I have NEVER been stalked/harassed by a car salesman before, and the fact he gave my credit score out to someone other than myself is dispicable at best. This is NOT the end of this situation, but wanted to make future customers aware to stay away from Rudy at Lia Honda!!!

I chose Lia Honda for service repairs due to an extended warranty/recall notice I received for my 2008 Honda Accord. This was my very first experience with this dealer. I recently purchased a Honda CR-V and my salesperson, John Bycenski was awesome! After explaining my situation, he was very understanding and accommodated my immediate need for a reliable vehicle. John is very knowledgeable and patiently went through every item in the car to make sure I was comfortable before I drove it off the lot. In addition, he gave me step-by-step instructions and directions on returning by old plates to the DMV. His followup call wasn't just a routine call, after making sure I was satisfied we spent some 10 minutes chatting about where the cheapest gas stations and good restaurants are in the area. I purchased a used 2012 Honda CIvic on April 29th and took it to my mechanic(30 plus years certified) , for an oil change and to check the car out on August 25th. My mechanic stated that the rear brakes needed to be replaced as they were almost worn out. I called Lia to find out why I would need brakes after a little less than 4 months and only 4600 miles put on since I purchased it. It was inferred that maybe the assesment by my mechanic was incorrect and they stated that when I received the car that there was a sufficient level of brakes left. That was the bottom line that someone had checked the brakes and that was it. No attempt was made to work with me in the interest of customer satisfaction or goodwill. I even offered to bring in the old brakes but that wasn't going to make a difference. Replacing brakes that soon seems unbelievable at best especially when my grandchildren are often with us. I accept the responsibility for not having had the vehicle checked out prior to purchase, my bad. I won't be doing business with them again will YOU!j

I stopped in on a whim and happened to get Jon Alaimo in the Service Dept. I said you are probably busy because of the airbag recalls but is there anyway you can fit me in to have my key programmed, he said absolutely! I was in and out in under an hour, I was very surprised and excited. I can think of a dozen different dealers that could learn from Jon's soft/social skills. Great job Jon, LIA is lucky to have a guy like you. BTW, while I was there, a guy came in with his family and mini van from NJ, he was on his way to NH but was having car trouble, he asked if there was anyway they could take a quick look and possibly repair if needed. Didn't hear what was wrong, but they took him in immediately. Him and his family were very grateful! Thank you LIA Honda!

Hanna Pasha was really great to work with in scheduling a service appt. This was my first visit to Lia and I truly appreciated Hanna verifying that the shuttle would bring me to and from work while my car was being serviced. She also checked into a recall and ordered the necessary part so that it was also able to be replaced at the same service appt.

My husband is a retired car salesman so we know what to look for in a dealership and are very savy buyers. Rudy at Lia was fabulous to work with. He was willing to schedule our pick-up time for the car even on his day off! I got a small scratch on the car after a couple of days and he told me to stop by right away to have it fixed and I headed right over and he fixed it immediately. We had an excellent experience.

E-mailed dealership for e-price on 2015 CR-V EXL AWD. Already had a lower price from out of stae dealer. LIA Honda was gratious to earn my business by matching the price. Made appointment to close the deal and met sales consultant David DeMontigny who did an outstanding job from start to fininsh. When car was delivered he sat down with my wife who will be the principal driver and explained everything she needed to know about the vehicle and also set-up three phones to the bluetooth system. I would recommend That anyone in the market for a Honda contact him at the dealership.

I was very happy with my overall experience with Lia Honda today, 5/26/2015. I would definitely return, however, probably on a Saturday morning, so not to fight the week-day traffic. The only thing I would change regarding my civic is that the right turn signal is on my dashboard, however, I believe that there should also be a left turn signal indicator on the dashboard. People like me that have had spinal surgery cannot turn their heads to look at oncoming cars from the left side. I know that other car dealers have both of these and that is something Honda should think about.

I visited LIA Honda of Enfield on a whim as I was headed to another NON-HONDA dealership. Needless to say, I never made it to the other dealership. To say the least, I had one of the best experiences I have ever had with any dealership of any kind. Having driven for over 50 years and only purchasing new cars every two to three years, I have visited a lot of dealerships. I walked in the door to a smile and was very fortunate to be directed to David Demontigny. David was professional, answered all of my questions (I always have a lot), was patient with answering them, never made me feel pressured to purchase anything, and finally showed me he knew as much about the Honda Pilot as the design engineers!! I purchased the Touring Pilot at a price that beat all other dealerships, hands down!! Go there, visit David, You will be very happy you did.

He was courteous, personable, knowledgeable, answered all our questions - and we are in a new vehicle in less than 24 hours. We had never experienced so thorough a job done by the sales rep prior to driving off.

Absolutely dreadful experience. I simply wanted to get an idea as to how much my monthly payments would be and I was pressured and dragged around for an hour and a half. After an hour and a half I still had no number from the salesman. He then implied that I wasn't serious so he therefore didn't want to continue on. How am I supposed to be serious when I don't even have an idea as to what my monthly payment would be? I was literally insulted. To make matters worse, the entire hour and a half was filled with the salesman asking frivolous questions that really didn't seem to be relevant to what I had been asking for. After wasting an hour and a half of my time and still not having a number to work with, I left and bought my car from another dealership where I had the complete opposite experience. I then was called numerous times from the salesman at this dealership asking why I wasn't coming back. I was literally shocked at the fact that he still could not comprehend why I was frustrated. I cannot emphasize enough how miserable this experience was.

I am physically handicapped, and Travis went out of his way to make my wait at the dealership as comfortable as possible with a minimum amount of physical effort on my part. Having had less than enjoyable car-buying experiences in the past, I was pleasantly surprised by the low-key, no pressure sales environment at Lia Honda. John B was warm, relaxed, and personable, and went out of his way to make sure everything was in order on the used Honda CIvic we bought, and also made sure we understood all of the controls before letting us drive away. Several days after the purchase we received a check in the mail from them for $40. It seems we had overpaid on the car registration. We never would have known, but I think it says somnething that they refunded the money unsolicited.

Phil Bologna sold me a 2015 Honda Civic on December 22, 2014 and I love it!! Merry Christmas to me. I couldn't have asked for a better buying experience. I have owned many Honda's in the past, but the last vehicle I purchased was a Hyundai Elantra. It was a good car so I was trying to decide if I wanted another Hyundai or a Honda. Phil was very patient and professional. He wasn't pushy, but just stated facts about the Honda Civic. He let me come to my own conclusion. Phil is very knowledgeable. He explained the mechanics and features vehicle in depth and answered all my questions patiently. You can tell that he really cares about people and wants them to be happy with their new vehicle. Phil also makes it very clear that he is not only there for the sale, but is also there for you after the sale. He wants you to have a pleasant experience as a Honda owner. The Finance Department was wonderful as well in helping me make decisions about protecting my new investment. When it was time to receive my new car, Phil went over every possible operation of the car from how to start it (push button start) to how to make phone calls on blue tooth (paired my phone to blue tooth). He also said that I could call him at any time with questions. He checked in with me by e-mail two days after I drove it off the lot. I haven't experienced the service department yet but with the Civic needing infrequent oil changes, that may be awhile. I would highly recommend Phil and all the staff at Lia Honda of Enfield.

Phil did an outstanding job with the entire sales process when we recently purchased our new 2014 Honda CRV EX. Purchasing a new car can be stressful but Phil went way out of his way to make the process easier for us and also did his best to meet our needs. Phil also came in and worked a full day on his day off just to accommodate our schedule. My husband drive an hour drive with the kids to buy my used honda crv (looks brand new by the way). Mary was an excellent sales person-never overbearing and always looking for our best interests. This particular dealership in comparison to a few others I have been to had the best customer service. The whole experience was quick and easy. I will always recommend this dealership to friends and family looking for cars.

We traveled for 150 miles for this purchase because the advertised car had the right combination of mileage and age. Very flexible dealer, met our requirements and accommodated our request to certify the car. It was a pleasant experience with little to no unnecessary sales gimmicks, the options and service offered were presented professionally without being pushy. I felt the features of the car were represented correctly and we did get the needed information to reach a decision. Fast service both from the sales rep and from the business office. One small issue related to financing where the information about a prequalified loan offer was not considered as an alternative. Overall they did gain our trust, we'll certainly buy again.

My husband and I had been car shopping for two and half weeks - jumping from dealer to dealer until he finally settled on his car. When it was my turn, I found the car I knew I just had to test drive right at Lia Honda in Enfield. With my first email, I knew this was no ordinary car dealership. Phil Bologna was on the ball! His knowledge of Honda cars was beyond impressive. I call him a "Honda Aficionado." Having had some really bad experiences prior to coming in, I was really nervous and on my guard, but Phils friendliness, professionalism and patience made us feel very comfortable not only with the car I wanted to test drive, but with the whole process itself. I came to realize that we were not just customers to him we were potential life-long patrons. After the test drive, I fell in love with that Honda Civic and I knew I didnt want to lose it. Considering we didn't go in to buy that night, we really didnt have all of our ducks in a row, but we gave them our bottom line and I was impressed that regardless of how many curve balls we threw at them, they patiently worked with us. By the end of the evening, they were holding the car for me. And, Phil was there from start to finish. We werent shuffled off to someone else once he made the deal. What happened next BLEW my mind. Lia Honda went beyond anything I had ever experienced with any business. Having to depend on my husband for the car loan, Mike in Finance, got us a loan with both of our names on it so that one day I could get my own car without having to depend on my husband. In other words, Mike was helping my credit score. And, although I didnt see it at the time, he set up a deal with the bank to keep the interest rate low by hooking in the extended warranty. What that means is that if the vehicle I just purchased ever needed any major repairs, it would be covered. I wouldnt have to decide between fixing the car or paying the car loan. (My apologies for not recognizing that before, Mike). And, he worked the loan so that my payments would be exactly where I needed them to be, which would give me some wiggle room to pay extra on the principle. Oh, and Phil was still there - like I said, from start to finish. By the time I left, I felt as though I not only made two new friends, but two new allies. The whole experience at Lia was exceptional. They now have a life-long, forever grateful, patron. You both really touched my heart. Thank you. And, as for the car it looks great, it runs great, it's fun to drive, and I haven't been this excited to own a car since my Nissan Maxima. We went to Lia Honda to explore the inventory they had on their lot. We had no intention of purchasing a vehicle that day. We knew we wanted a Honda CRV. We were exploring the possibility of purchasing a certified used with low mileage. As we walked around the lot, we were approached by Rudy Hytmiah. He walked around the lot with us answering all the questions we had. He was very pleasant and certainly more then patient. We did let him know we were only looking and told him what amenities we were looking for. We proceeded to go inside to look at a floor model. Rudy spent a great amount of time with us. As we talked we also engaged in small talk in the course of our conversation. We mentioned to him that our son-in-law had purchased a CRV there about a month before, which was one of the reasons we went there. It turned out Rudy was the Salesman. We loved the floor model he showed and after quite a lot of deliberation on our part and the fact that Rudy applied no pressure we decided to go ahead and make the purchase. We are very happy with the car. It is all he said it would be and more. I would highly recommend Lia Honda and Rudy Hytmiah.

We recently purchased a 2014 Honda Accord. Phil is an excellent salesman. He answered all of our questions quickly and made us feel very comfortable. We are not very well versed on computers and he was more than patient dealing with us and showing us all of the features of the car. He is not pushy and gave us plenty of time to decide. He is the kind of salesperson I would like to have in all situations. The only thing I wish had been different is that I would have liked to speak to the finance person about payments etc. before we signed for the car. Also we did not ask to talk to the finance person and if we had I'm sure we could have done so. But I think that is probably company policy and not the fault of Phil. I would tell everyone to ask for Phil when they go to Lia Honda. The car is great and we love it.

Buying decision is yours, take your time but he is going to tell you both the positive and negative side of your purchase. This is my sixth car purchase, but I have never seen a sales person like him. He is not there for sales but help you to take the right decision. Frankly speaking, I did this purchase in a day. One day I send him an email for the quote and next day dropped there at dealership and signed the papers. All the credit goes to Philip. You can blindly trust him. If someone wants to give him the rating on a 1- 10 point scale the I will give him the minimum as 10. As a 30+ year Honda owner, we knew what we wanted. We felt we had done our homework, but it was Phil Bologna's attention to detail that provided the information we needed. He was very informative on explaining new features, other benefits, and the purchase process. This can be a very stressful process, but Phil made things very simple, up front, and had us in the new Civic we were looking for without frustrations. (We had previously taken a test drive from another dealership a few months prior, but never received the attention nor the level of detail on all the features that Phil provided to us.) Overall, very satisfied with our purchase and the process.

I very rarely write reviews online, but ironically I am always going online to check reviews before making a purchase. This is a review I simply have to write because it was such a stellar experience at Lia Honda. Recently my wife and I have had the pleasure of leasing two Honda's with Lia, making these our 3rd and 4th purchases with them within the last 5 years. Our sales person this time was Phil Bologna. Phil without a doubt has provided us with the best experience we have ever had when purchasing a car. With Phil, you do not get any high pressure sales (you have to close this deal tonight). With Phil it was "all about us". Honestly, it was like buying a car from a close friend. Phil was incredibly patient with us in our decision making process, he never tried to hurry us along and he always went above and beyond in every aspect of both our most recent purchases. I have interacted with many car salesmen over the years and never have I worked with someone who came across as genuine. Usually you can tell, they are being nice and cordial, but they want your money and the most of it they can get from you. Phil helped us make the best decisions for us, not the best decisions for him. I have been to nearly every Honda dealer in a 30 mi radius over the years and there is a reason we keep coming back to Lia. If you are heading to Lia to purchase a vehicle, you absolutely have to ask for Phil Bologna. He is a 10 out of 10.

Went in to look at the Honda Insight was greated by Jon Pace who was very friendly and asked if he could help us with anything. it was around time for him to leave but he took the time to answer all of my questions and let me take the vehicle for a test drive. I ended up buying the car from him because of his outstanding customer service, his friendlyness and not like others was not so pushey for the sale that i would have left. I went into going to the car dealership with stories from everyone I knew about horrible experiences, so naturally, this is what I was expecting. My experience with Lia Honda of Enfield started online with Sarah Bewsee. She provided me with excellent customer service. Not only was she able to answer my questions but she also made her own inquiries, and was able to set up an appointment for me to come in and test drive at a time that was convenient for me. It couldn't have gotten easier than the service she provided. The day of my test drive I was helped by Edwin Guzman who showed me the car I was interested in, gave me the details and had me on the road driving it within a few minutes of me getting to the dealership. He wasn't pushy, or a shark like I had expected from a car salesmen. He was knowledgable, polite and I felt valued as a woman car shopper. I fell in love with the car I test drove and as I learned the day I went in to pick up the vehicle, Edwin had even come in on his day off to make sure he could get me in that specific car for a good price. Since my transportation was limited, Edwin was able to graciously work around that and keep me posted on his progress through phone (again, I want to stress, on his day off!) When I finally got my Congratulations call, I was pretty excited and went in the next day where I test drove the car again and filled out all the necessary paperwork. The minute I walked through the doors I was greeted by smiling faces eager to help me. Though this was a long process, I still felt right at ease because Edwin made it a point to tell me exactly what was going on throughout each step. We talked, we laughed, we shared stories and by the time I left (this time with my car) I was so overjoyed about how easy the process had been I wanted to cry (Even the finance guy I spoke to was amazing!). Edwin Guzman, and Lia Honda of Enfield turned a very stressful situation into an incredible, painless learning experience. (He also made a point to let me know he was available through phone or email if I had any questions whatsoever in the future. Based on my experience with him I feel confident in knowing that months down the line if I ever have a question about how something works, he will be more than willing to help me again.) I feel as though I went from a customer to a cherished member of the Lia Honda family. Ive been into Lia Honda of Enfield a total of three times, and each time I have had the same experience from the entire staff. If you are looking for knowledge, good people, this is the place to go. I promise you wont be disappointed. Edwin was so much more than a car salesman, and you can see that the minute you meet him with how personable he is. His customer service was absolutely exemplary, he is willing to go above and beyond for his customers. I am so thankful to him and everyone else at Lia Honda of Enfield for giving me such an incredible experience. If you are in the market for a new car, this is the only place you will have to go. I have been taking my 1998 Honda Accord to Lia for oil changes and big tune-ups for a few years now, and they have been great. Most recently I took my car in for a quick service but mentioned that my car was having issues with acceleration. My husband and I, reluctant to have it repaired at a dealership where we feared the price to fix it would be astronomical, had been taking it to other repair shops. We had literally spent $2,000 and the problem still wasn't fixed! Then our service supervisor, Melissa (who is the BEST!) said that she thought they could fix it. It took a week to figure it all out, but she provided me with a great loaner car and when I got my car back it WORKED! And, it was about a quarter of the cost because they did it right the first time. That was several weeks ago, and it's still running beautifully. We could not be happier with our experiences with Lia Honda and with Melissa! Highly recommend!!!

I have purchased many new cars through the years and was hoping for a good experience becuase of the favorable location of Lia Honda in Enfield and was most impressed with Sarah Bewsee on the e-mails and with Wes on the face to face. My pet peeve with car buying is a pushy salesman or dealer. At Lia Honda I was treated with respect and dignity like anyone would want to be treated. Wes was very patient and did not push even though my first visit I was not ready to buy. I will recommend Lia Honda to my friends. My Honda Civic is everything i had hoped for too.

I went to Enfield Honda dealer after I been in other dealership of Honda. The experience in Enfield Honda was much better than any other dealership I visited thanks to the saleswoman Mary Butova. She explain me every detail about the car that I choose and more. She is defiantly knows these cars and made it really easy for me to choose the right one for my needs. As background, my wife and I were looking to replace a 2006 Pontiac Rendezvous and were undecided on next steps...SUV or mid-size truck. Like all buyers, we had a practical list and a wish list, and were hoping to check off as many of the items as possible. So we entered the buying process with a lot to learn and no pressing time commitments, so a knowledgeable and patient sales assistant was key. Through the weeks that followed, we encountered the full gamut of salesmanship ranging from "lets get this done tonight" to how can we help you make a good decision...one that is best for you. The latter best describes Phil Bologna. We visited Phil at the dealership three times and had daily conversations with him as well. In each instance, even with the initial visit, we sensed he had our best interest at heart. He listened, he explained, and he educated us all of which led us to a decision to purchase from Lia Honda. When it came to the financial aspect of the sale, he understood our targets and worked with us on that as well. So, overall we are very pleased...not only with the vehicle (a Ridgeline) but also with the respect and courtesy Phil showed me and my wife. If Phil is representative of the sales assistants at Lia Honda in Enfield (which I would assume he is), then they have made the car purchasing experience back to what it should be...pleasurable and exciting.

My husband needed a vehicle and I went along for the ride. Everybody was friendly, knowledgeable and within an hour he picked out his truck. Aaron & David and Mike made the entire process painless. Two days later, we went back and I picked out a Pilot. It took me longer to pick out a color than it did to decide to purchase it, but they kept telling me to take my time! Ha!! I have been back a couple of times since I purchased my new pilot and David has been so patient showing me all the things that my pilot has that I needed help with! So patient. I have never driven a Honda, but I am hooked!! I will definitely encourage friends & family to go there.

Thought I knew which car I wanted when I emailed Sarah Bewsee (Internet Specialist), but she sent me a link to a better option with fewer miles that had just been reduced in price. When I saw it at the dealership, I immediately arranged to purchase the vehicle- it was exactly what I wanted. Wes LaValley was my sales rep and he was very good about showing me the car and all of its features. I knew I wanted to finance through my Credit Union and Wes didn't try to pressure me into using their financing, which was very refreshing after the negative experiences I had had with other dealerships. I have had my shiny blue 2012 Honda Civic for almost a week now and I love it!

I haven't had a car payment in over 10 years and under some obscene circumstances, I found myself looking for another car. The car shopping experience was something I dreaded doing the most. Nonetheless, I needed to find a car I truly wanted. I searched cars.com for about a week and found a 2013 honda accord at Lia Honda Enfield. It was a pretty nice car and after meeting Phil Bologna, I took it for a test drive. The car was in great condition and I felt great driving it. Phil was a great salesperson. He really seemed genuine in trying to match me with the right car. He didn't pressure me into anything and really allowed me to take my time in deciding. I know car buying can be painful and i experienced a little bit of it at Lia when it came down to the finance portion but with the help of Mike the finance manager and Phil, I was in my new 2014 Honda Accord. I know that people say that all salespeople and car dealerships are there to sell you a car, but I have come to appreciate the fact that the right salesperson will help make the buying experience less strenuous and less fearful. Thanks Phil for understanding and being so patient with me through the process. Also thanks Mike, for your willingness to provide me a better finance for my new car than I was originally approved for. You both made my car buying experience better than expected.

We contacted Lia Honda of enfiled and got transferred to our salesman Wes.He did an exceptional job getting thr car transferred to the enfiled dealership and showed us every detail that the car had inside and out! I went to Lia Honda of Enfield intending to explore the difference between the Honda Accord and the Nissan Altima. I had the good fortune to be greeted by Rudy Hytmiah. He was very patient with me - apparently I am car stupid!!! He explained the differences, talked about what I wanted, offered suggestions...The dealership is very clean and pleasant. Rudy made me very comfortable and just talked about what I was looking for. He talked about the difference between new and used Hondas. He offered me a test drive. He is extremely personable and talked about the differences between the Altima and the Accord. Mixed in with this we talked about family, jobs...basic small talk. I NEVER felt pressured or that I was being talked into something I didn't want. I thought, when I started, that I'd be buying used. Rudy found me a new car that actually turned out costing me less than a used car! He and the finance guy offered me options and allowed me to choose what I was most comfortable with. Both kept saying, "Are you happy with this..." With the very fair trade-in offer and the money taken off the sticker, I feel I received a very fair price. Rudy handled all the details and made the entire process almost effortless. He called the following day to check and make sure I was still satisfied. I keep going to the window and looking out at my beautiful 2014 Honda Accord!!! My complete experience with Lia Honda of Enfield, and Rudy Hytmiah was extremely positive. All I can say is if you are looking, not sure, have questions stop at Lia Honda of Enfield and ASK FOR RUDY! My experience was a complete pleasure.

I initially contacted Lia Honda to see what I could get for my '08 Hyundai Sonata. I had my eye on a used 2012-2013 Honda CR-V for quite some time but my current car was running great; I was just curious to see what I could get for it while it was still worth something. Prior to my visit, I had corresponded via email with Phil Bologna for a few days. He suggested I come in for an appraisal and check out their inventory while I was waiting. I ended up test driving a 2014 Honda CR-V and loved it. I didn't feel any pressure at all from Phil and I made it clear to him that I didn't need a new car but if the numbers were right I would consider it. Never at any point did I think I would be purchasing a brand new car since I've only every bought used, but I got such a good deal that I couldn't say no. There was a little confusion on the day I went in to meet with the finance manager and sign the paperwork as far as financing and the rate I was told I would get versus the actual rate I was given, but that was quickly resolved and I left a very happy customer. Phil was great to work with and made the car buying experience much less daunting than I had anticipated.

I was very nervous making this decision on my own. It turned out to be a grand experience with the help of the salesman, David W. DeMontigny and the finance manager, Jean Biele. My husband and I came to look at Civics since we will be buying in the next few months and comparing to other models like Camry. Very nice dealership, clean, big selection, wasn't rushed while browsing the lot. Didn't get sighs or disappointment while just looking. I ran to use the restroom, an the only thing that did throw me off about the dealership was the young girl sitting at the front desk. She had a sleeveless shirt on and tattoos. She didn't look very professional. I believe I heard her day her name was Katie or Karri when she was speaking with someone. Otherwise a great environment and if we choose the Civic we will definitely be coming to Lia. Just have the girl put a shirt on. It was not attractive for such a nice dealership.

Lia Honda worked great for me, they were patient with my current situation. I was awaiting a check from the insurance company and the car I wanted was held for me. The sales woman Mary B. Was knowledgeable and easy to deal with. I walked in the doors and was immediately greeted and helped by Mary!

When I called in after calling several other Honda Dealers, getting the run-around on pricing and monthly payments, Aaron was very pleasant on the phone and straightforward with the best pricing and in answering all of my questions. We set up an appointment and when we arrived at the Dealership, everyone was all smiles and made us feel very welcomed. The paperwork was easy with no high pressure to buy anything that we weren't interested in, with Mike in the business office. And Ed Guzman took all the time necessary to explain every feature and button in the vehicle. We were in and out in just a couple of hours. One of the BEST experiences I've ever had purchasing a car!!!! I highly recommend driving the extra distance to do business with this Dealership again!

I am new to Honda and went with the same salesperson as my sister did in 2013. Wes L was very unassuming and nice, very low keyed and not ONCE did I feel pressured into buying or leasing the vehicle. He knew up front that I was shopping around (did my homework on other crossover suv's) and that essentially it was going to come down to the numbers. I gave him and the manager an almost impossible task with the number I needed to get to in order to walk away with a vehicle !! I can say they were the only dealership that came within $26 from my target figure with the exact car that I wanted. Other dealerships tried to talk me into lesser models without all the goodies. I've leased my last five vehicles from Lia Honda in Enfield. Each time I've done my due diligence and no one can beat their prices. Aaron Bocasile is a knowledgeable and responsive Sales Manager. I would describe myself as a very high maintenance buyer and I am accommodated fairly and kindly each time I lease a vehicle. I can always depend on quick and friendly service as well. My new 2013 CR-V is an awesome vehicle. I have a long commute to work and travel regionally. It gets great gas mileage, comfortable ride and enough room in back for just about anything I need to move. I recommend this dealership to all my friends.

After months of indecision about buying a new car, and after having test driven a few of the competition, I decide to stick with Honda...for the third time, and more specifically with the Honda Accord. Selecting the right dealership was the next major decision. When this process began I never thought that I would have made a purchse from Lia Honda in Enfield since there were other dealerships more convenient to my home. But I certainly went to other dealerships first, especially the ones that I had done business with before. None of them was able to satisfy my my most important expectations.i.e. treat the customer with respect; understand their needs; don't rush to sell them something; respect their time; understand and acknowledge an informed customer when you meet one; allow/encourage them to ask questions; being able to answer the customer's questions to their satisfaction; be "conversational" with the customer and soften the "business transaction" experience- it helps make the car buying experience more fluid and satisfying for the customer as well as the salesperson. Those are some of the important qualities I found when I met and discussed my car buying needs with Brian Scansaroli. No sweat, pure experience. Thank you, Brian.

I just purchased my second from Lia Honda of Enfield and again the experience was amazing. John B. Always goes above and beyond, no tricks, no BS, no stress. I have another Honda dealership less than 1 mile away from me, yet I drive almost 50 miles to buy from John at Lia. I think that says it all. Keep up the great work Lia and keep John happy, I'll be back in 3 years and you know who I'm asking for!

I purchased a SUV yesterday from Lia Honda of Enfield. I went there expecting to get a decent amount for my trade-a 2007 Honda Civic. When I was offered almost nothing after being the only owner. I was unsure I wanted to make the purchase. I didn't like how the sales lady treated me overall. I did end up making the purchase, however I do not feel based on my experience that I would ever go back there. She went back to talk the finance office and was saying they could adjust numbers to get my payment where I wanted it. She was really pushy and was asking me to sign the paperwork to get the car ready before I even spoke to the finance officer. Once I finally spoke to the gentleman doing the finance, I felt okay with the numbers and went ahead with my purchase. I went to purchase the car alone and didn't feel she treated me with the respect I deserved. Overall nice to my face, but too pushy in my opinion. I have purchased cars many times alone before and this was the first time I didn't like how the sales person was towards me. I work in retail as a manager and understand how difficult it can be. I still feel, looking back that her behavior was unacceptable. Given that I was uncertain, I felt she was trying to force me into purchasing the car. Asking for my title to my current car, again before I even talked to the finance office.I never complain about service, but in this instance I think it warrants the company to be aware. I would like you to know I will not come back to your location ever to purchase a car. I will note that the finance officer was very professional and nice to deal with. I think that if it hadn't been for him, I wouldn't have purchased a vehicle from your location. Out of all the car purchases I have made, this has truly been the first experience that I feel unhappy with. In the past I purchased a new car from Curry Honda, by myself and I didn't have any issue with the process. I have always serviced my Honda Civic at this location and everyone I have ever dealt with have been wonderful.

My wife and I were looking for a 3rd car since we have a teenage driver in the house. The car would be for my wife to get around town and to and from work. We found one in the Lia Honda inventory that fit our needs. The price was decent, not too expensive...so we took a look. The question was if it needed a new timing belt. The salesperson wasn't sure. This is an expensive repair that usually comes every 100k miles, and if you don't do it you can destroy the vehicle. The salesperson (Chris) got mechanics to look under the hood, and replace the timing belt at no additional charge, which was fair. You don't always get that from a dealership.

We went to Lia Honda of Enfield to look at the Honda Accord because of the rating Consumer reports gave them. I had a 2010 Ford Explorer currently and was looking for something more fuel efficient. I did not like the Accord because I was used to the SUV feel. We would have left the dealership if it had not been for John's calm demeanor. He suggested we look at the CRV. Took us for another test drive and explained the SUV thoroughly. We had a very good experience with him, not pushy but also did not dismiss us when we really could not decide what to do. We are happy with our decision to buy. I have only had the vehicle one day so I can't say anything about the CRV. But am looking forward to getting many great years and great gas mileage. The good rating for price is only because there weren't any real incentives to get the price down from sticker price. Other dealers have the cash back incentives etc. It makes you feel like you got a great deal. Thank you John for a godd car buying experience. You'll probably be answering questions from me soon! I liked the car but ended up not taking the deal due to the sales consultant's behaviour primarily. The sales consultant(Brian Scans) didn't answer any question properly and we need to ask from someone else in the dealership for all our questions. First, he didn't show us the car properly and hurried to go with finalising the deal once we suggested that we liked the car. We went back home to think if it is a good deal or not. It was an OK deal especially with the car model we were specifically looking for , so we suggested that we'll go with the deal. We suggested that we want to take a loan so he can check the credit history and let us know that what interest rates we'll be getting. After checking credit report, he suggested that we are good from bank perspective so deal can be finalised and we can travel the long distance. We need to call back to him twice to ask what documents were required for the process to go through. Once things were sorted out, we wanted to take a final look of the car but he was never interested. Again tried to hurry up the decision wiithout any due courtesy to show the car in and out. We asked some questions like warranty, interest rate for the loan but he didn't answer any question properly and we got to know complete different things from other members of the dealership about the same questions. After a certain limit, we decided to back out of the deal since we were scared that there are some more hidden things which we'll come to know about the car at a later point of time that too after shelling out 17-18K dollars over the car.

Bought a new car May 2011 and were quite pleased with the dealership. Dave were very pleasant and respectful. I think I got a fair deal and would definitely go back when I need another new car. The dealership is very easy to get to, a few minutes off of I91. Happy with the service I have received.

I have been going there twice a year to get $10 oil change service special on my 2009 FIT. Good looking dealership and pretty quick service each time since I always just drive-in instead of making an appointment. During those special service days, they provide breakfast and BBQ lunch, which is a bonus. At 30K miles, the service person tried to up-sell me by stating that I need to replace manual transmission fluid, which the Honda owner's manual does not state to do so. During my oil change, the tire inspection was rated yellow due to 4/32 remaining tread. At my next oil change the exact same tires were inspected and rated at green with 8/32 tread remaining. How could tire treads increase? I inspected them and the treads are near the low line. This makes me question if the mechanic is actually doing the inspection or simply checking off the multi-point inspection sheet. I am unsure if I should go back for even an oil change now.

I was greeted immediately when I arrived at the dealership. Tony was very patient with us. We had a specific kind of car we wanted to purchase and he did have one on the lot. We received a generous trade in allowance along with a very fair price on the new VW we purchased. He was very knowledgeable about the car and took the time to show me everything I needed to know before I left the dealership. I especially like the phone app I downloaded. It shows videos on any question you may have. I was also very happy with the financing went smoothly and was quick!

People are always friendly, work is done in a timely manner, and if by appointment taken on time. I like being able to schedule service on-line and the "menu" of options to choose from with a definite time frame for each type of service. Unlike independant auto shops, I've never been told during a service visit that something else (that will require more work & expense) needs to be done immediately. I like the availability of the shuttle service, and the available WiFi in the waiting area.

Hi guys, just wanted to share my awesome experience! I was both excited and fearful about buying a new car. About ten years ago I did purchase a used vehicle from Lia Honda, and it was not a very good experience. The love of my Honda brought me back to try it again and what a difference. From the moment I met the salesperson Gene, I knew this was going to be different. He was very patient and knowledgable about the many models of cars. Not only did I walk out with my dream car, but also recieved a great price, and a wonderful memory! The sales manager, Aaron worked with me to help me understand what I could afford, and the finance manger Mike Loper made sure it happened. I would absolutely recommend this dealership!

Very disappointed. Salesman (David) was ok. Used car manager was completely incompetent. He offered me a price. A week later he reneged and made me feel ashamed for actually shopping around instead of just accepting his offer. He was very condescending and smug. I will never go to a lia group dealer as long as that guy represents their sales approach. I'd recommend driving 15 minutes south to liberty honda in Hartford.

I had a problem with my car and I needed to get it towed and repaired in a hurry. I called Lia Honda and explained my situation. They sent a tow truck right away , got my car right into the shop and set me up with a rental without any hassle. My car was back on the roaid the next day. I would definitely recommend them and I have done so already. Thanks

When I decided my children were old enough to close the car doors by themselves, I went to look for an SUV that was "cooler" than my mini-van. I had been driving a Honda odyssey and LOVED it but was looking for a bit of a sweeter ride. I was incredibly happy with the service and my van from the Enfield Honda dealership but was looking for something a little higher end. After looking at Mercedes and Lexus, I ended right back where I should have started. My Honda Pilot is my favorite car I've ever driven. The third row folds super easily and the charging station in between the front seats can house up to 4 electronics at a time. I can easily carry 7 passengers and still have room for groceries. The running boards were a must for my youngest and even help Grandma in and out of the car. But it's not just the actual car that keeps me going back to Honda. The service is amazing! From pulling into a super clean garage bay, being greeted with a smile as I check my Pilot in, to the well appointed waiting room, I never mind waiting the 30 minutes to have my service done. I have only ever had one problem with my car. When I called the manager, Aaron, he told me to bring it right in, gave me a loaner set of wheels, and I was back to life as normal (turned out I needed a software update). Barely a hiccup. When I saw on the news that Honda had issued a recall for something I called Aaron right away. He informed me he had already taken care of it at my last service. That's why I keep going back to Lia Honda. I could be driving a Mercedes or Lexus but I choose to drive the Honda Pilot because it's an amazing car and I get amazing service. My 11 year old has asked if this will be his car when he turns sixteen. Nope, I said, I'm keeping this one for me.

My wife and I went to Lia Honda in Enfield in hopes of buying a brand new Accord. We would have bought the new 2011 Accord that we test drove if it was not for the bad sales games we were getting at Lia. Adam Fazzina quoted us monthly payments and would not talk about the msrp of the Accord. We specifically asked what the price of the car would be, and he basically refused. His answer was "it's six of one, half dozen of the other". What kind of answer is that? When we further questioned the price, he was rude and said if we can't afford it, we should be looking at Hyundai's. We left after having bad feelings about the dealership. When we got home, we calculated the "monthly payment" he was giving us and it worked out that we would be paying about $4000 more than the sticker price. Needless to say, we went to another dealership and bought the exact same car that we test drove at Lia for $3000 under the sticker price. We drove 2 hours to this other dealership and it was well worth it. The other dealership was very professional, honest, and wonderful to deal with, unlike Lia Honda. We will never buy anything from Lia Honda after this experience.

A very straight forward, responsive organization. I asked for an internet quote for a new Honda. Within 30 minutes I had a quote and a follow-up telephone call. The call was simply to say thanks for inquiring about a Honda at their dealer. They also wanted to know what kinds of questions I had about the model I was interested in and anything else that would help me make a decision. They seemed genuinely interested in that I had all the information I needed. I needed a week to make a decision for several reasons and in a week I received an email asking if there was anything else they could provide. The quote was very competitive and they were very clear about fees that would be charged, which were minimal. A very good price, not the lowest I was offered, but aggressive. When you look at the total package and coupled with their online credit app and straight forward approach they were an excellent choice.
