William Kane was awesome to work with! He went out of his way to get us the car I wanted. He made sure my delivery was on time and a good experience (the bow on top of the car was so cute!). He was extremely knowledgeable on the Q50 T3, as well as being patient with all of my questions. William took his time showing me all of the features of the car. He has contacted me several times since the purchase 3 days ago to see if I needed further assistance (much appreciated). The whole staff at Lia was great - so courteous and accommodating. This was my 2nd car I've gotten from Lia Infiniti and I will definitely be back for a 3rd! I'm only hoping that William Kane is still there to serve me! I give him a rating of 10 out of 10!!!

There is no better dealership than Lia Infiniti. Everyone there is friendly, accommodating and very professional. We were so lucky to have Tim and Isaac help us out when we bought our second Infiniti last week. Matt also stands out as an all star. I never ran in to anyone at this dealership who wasn't extremely nice and helpful. Thanks Lia!

My G coupe would not start after exiting a restaurant in Delmar. I had purchased an extended warranty and with that I was able to get roadside assistance. My car was towed to Lia at about 9pm. At 7am I met with Steve Basile in person. He had already been working for a while. He asked what had happened and he had a good idea of the issue before I left. As usual picking up a loaner was a non issue. It was almost new, clean and full of fuel-that is certainly a Lia benefit. Steve called me to tell me they were replacing the starter under warranty and that I could pick it up anytime after 5p that day. When I got there they had replaced the battery and the key fob battery also. I am extremely pleased with both the service and attention I received and this is not the first time. I bought my car there and will again. I only go there for service and I will continue to. I highly recommend the Lia team.

Lisa takes extra special care to make sure nothing is missed on your vehicle. I travel for a living and she takes the time to make sure my car runs safe and secure all the time. I will not buy a car unless Lisa is my service advisor !

I have bought two cars at this dealership, because I find them to be completely honest and fair. Everyone is helpful and nice. However, it is Lisa who is wonderful and the main reason that I enjoy doing business here. She is trustworthy, and I have never had a reason to disagree with her recommendations.

I'm very happy with the sales people, but after driving 60 miles for service I was told NO LONER AVAILABLE! My sales oerson took care of it. After returning home the LOW PRESSURE warning came on. You would think checking air pressure would be part of the six month service. My tires were down to 25 lbs. I'm very shocked and wonder what else was ignored.

Kevin Graham was great and got us set up to buy our Volvo. Matt kept us entertained while all of our needs were being met. It is unfortunate that we had to wait for the car to be detailed because no one had the insite to have it done the day before. Spectacular that Iasac ( sorry I'm unsure how he spelled his name)was able to beat my credit union on interest rate. As always with buying a car, everyone wants the new car for nothing and wants maximum plus for a trade. These men at Lia did their job, did it well, and I left with what I wanted for a price I could deal with. Thank you. Easy scheduling. Friendly customer service. Good explanations of what needs to be done. Loaner car availability. Work always performed correctly. When I drove Nissan Maximas, Lia Nissan service was excellent. Now that I am driving Infinitis, Lia Infinity has continued in that tradition including having some of the same excellent people who I dealt with at their Nissan dealership. Steve Bastille and Lisa Dugan are the best and make sure everything goes smoothly. Definitely 5 star service.

I was looking for weeks to get a nice Certified Pre-owned Car and went to all the nice car Dealerships around Albany, NY. I was fortunate to meet Timothy Naccarato at Lia Infiniti. Lia is all about making money, not making the customer happy . I purchased a 2009 Infiniti from Lia, very happy. Went to lease car in 2012 with 2009 G37X sedan for exchange, had a horrible experience with Lia Infiniti from every level. Now 2015 called to give them a chance to be fair and nothing has changed, stay clear of Lia, you will save yourself a headache and lots of money.

Let's start with, I drove 3 hours to this dealer because I heard nothing but great things on their service and prices; and wow was I more than satisfied. I knew it wasn't going to be easy getting me approved but Isaac bent over backwards to get it done. Tim though was beyond amazing. Was in communication with him through emails, text, and phone calls. He answered all my questions, was patient, and was patient with my decision making. I had even asked him if he can park my top 3 cars in which I was in between with and he did it with absolutely no problems nor attitude. Funny part is that I ended up with the car I first came to see even after test driving 6 other cars. Love my G37 and my girlfriend and I will be back later on this year when it's her turn to get a car. This place was worth driving from Philly and I wouldn't go anywhere else.

The service staff knows what it's doing. Some of the work they've done were factory repairs I would never have known about. The friendliness and courtesy are welcome qualities. It's also great to have work done on time with no surprises.

Was in the market to lease a midsize SUV and stopped here first with many other luxury dealership stops planned for the rest of my day. Sales Consultant Jon and Sales Manager Jeremy promised me a great deal if I came back interested in the vehicle I test drove. After running around for another 6 hours dealing with other dealerships and seeing many other vehicles, I went back here and gave them my business. They kept their word and made me a nice deal on the car I was interested in.

Lia Infiniti is full of people that are happy to work there. I did everything from 200 miles away in Maine and Kevin Carhart was professional and helpful. I drove my trade from Maine to Lia Infiniti and there was no fuss of anything and the used car I bought was in unbelievable condition (better than pictures could describe). This dealership needs to be moved to Maine so I can buy all my cars from them! Well done!

I recently bought a used 2012 g37x at Lia Infiniti. This was my first car purchase and the GM, Steve Coons made my first experience, quick, easy and stress free. After test driving infinitis at several dealerships in the area, Steve Coons had the best price and quality which is why I chose to purchase my car from him. Steve and his team were professional, courteous and caring. After I bought the car I had a few questions and everyone at the dealership was helpful and responsive to me. At the end of November and after some extensive research to decide on which luxury car brand I wanted to go with, I leased a 2014 Q60 from Lia Infiniti. For starters, I was super impressed with the facility. The exterior of this building is awesome to look at and on the inside, the showroom is bright, clean and state-of-the-art. But more so than the facilities, I was really impressed with the team and their systematic approach to my sale along with their commitment to my overall satisfaction. I'd had 'rough' car buying experiences in the past (maybe because I'm a female and also not very knowledgeable about cars and so I always tend to feel like I'm not getting the best deal that I can) but with Lia Infiniti, I felt very comfortable and like the team's entire approach was all about making sure that I was happy with my purchase.

Our salesman, Mike Baker in addition to explaining the lease program in detail took his time showing us the vehicle inside and out, all the safety features and an extensive test drive. I was very pleased with the sales dept when buying my new car. They went above being help full with me. However when the car was delivered there was a problem with the key system. If this car was checked by the service department before delivery then why did this problem happen.I had to hang around for 2 extra hours for the service dept to find out what the problem was and fix it. I do not feel that this was at any time the sales dept but the blame is on the service dept. This is my second Infiniti and might be my last one. This should never have happened at all.

Overall experience at lia infinity was relaxing. Lia was one of the first dealerships I went to on my car buying experience and also the one I went back to after much research. I got the most for my money even with a negative trade value going into the deal. I purchased a vehicle which is 3 years old but also was in better shape than most used year old vehicles I looked at. My salesperson was Michael Baker, who I can not say enough about for not having a presure buy now attitude. He delivers information without pushing any sale on you. He also went in on his day off to complete my sale due to me being in area and living hours away. Will definitely be purchasing another vehicle from lia infinity.

My husband and I recently purchased a 2013 JX35 SUV from Infiniti in Latham. Our salesperson Dawn Owens was exceptional! We originally stopped by to look at the JX35 in the fall of 2012. We were merely in the exploratory stage as to what kind of SUV we were interested in to replace our 2004 Chevrolet Suburban. Dawn stood out among the Luxury SUV salespersons in the Capital District. When we were ready to purchase our new vehicle we remembered Dawn!! We returned to Lia Infiniti and took another look at the Jx 35. Dawn was professional, not "pushy" knowledgeable in the vehicle and really took the extra time on a Saturday at 4;00 pm to answer every question we had. It was truly a pleasure to do business with Dawn. I would highly recommend her to others and she stands out among her peers in the industry. If this is the typical level of salesperson Lia Infiniti has as part of their team you should be very proud as a dealership! Dawn is a gem!

Went in for a common relearning using their CONSULT2. It takes 2 minutes to do. I waited in the waiting room for an hour and a half so they can tell me they were unsuccessful with relearning my vehicles ECU. Which jad a code for high RPM, due to unplugging power. They end up charging me for ONE HOURS work for $112.00!! I end up paying so I can get my car to head out on my trip. I ended up looking it up online and did the MANUAL relearning to my vehicle, and it cleared up!!! So these incompetent service technicians and their so called retired buffet eating master awarding winning manager do NOT know what they are doing with easy work using computers to do their jobs!!! Stay clear from these crooks in bay shops. As far as I am concerned they had no clue what they were doing, had me sitting in their waiting room and my car parked in the bay shop, threw some darts in their office and figure it was good amount of time to call my name and pay them for NOTHING!!!

Stay clear from this dealership AKA Stealers!!! They charge you for work they do not do. They simply drive your car into their bay, have you sit in the waiting room, then 2 hours later come out and tell you "we could not do what you asked us to do, please pay us now for nothing". This dealership service is incompetent, they hire youngsters and pay them low wages, were a professional person would not except to work with their low pay!! If you love your car and wallet, please go ANYWHERE but this place!!!!!

Recently took my car in for a Oil Change and Tire Rotation. Being that I live about an hour away Lisa was great, she had me checked in quick and gave me a rental to be able to run some errands while the work was being completed. She then followed up with a email and a phone letting me know that the work was completed. When I arrived my car was parked out front, cleaned and ready to go!! I have bought other vehicles in the Albany area, when it was due for service it always turned into a long dreadful day!! But not at Lia Infiniti which I highly recommend in all departments!!

The experience at lia infinity was by far the best my wife and I have had whilst obtaining a vehicle for her. They had the best kept pre certified vehicles, with a knowledgeable and patient staff who fit us right into their busy day. The prices were competitive, the staff willing to negotiate, and no pressure was put on us to buy any specific vehicle. They rigorously kept within the budget we gave them and didn't try to push us into a more expensive vehicle. All in all, one of the best transactions we've had when purchasing a vehicle. The sales person, Jason, was very helpful. We were looking to purchase a convertible. We had visited other dealerships but fealt that the salespersons were trying to convince us to purchase vehicles that did not quite fit our needs. We were considering a new or used vehicle, depending upon the price. We decided to purchase a new vehicle because the price was only a little more than that of a used vehicle.We also were in the market for an SUV/Crossover vehicle. We were pleased with how Jason assisted us with the convertible that we asked him about the JX Crossover. We decided the purchases the JX and took delivery of the vehicle the same day as the convertible. We love the JX and have no regrets about leasing the vehicle.

I was looking for a new car as my old Infiniti lease was expiring April 2012. I looked at other AWD luxury cars and came back to Infiniti do to Dawn Owens. She sold my first car and honestly I would not have bought the 2012 Infiniti if it wasn't for Dawn's Sales Consultant service. She is not pushy and really cares to make sure you are happy with your decision. She goes out of her way to accomomdate your requests. The showroom and other staff members as the Finance Manager and Sales Manager were very easy to work with. I would recommend Dawn and Lia Infiniti to anyone of my family and friends to do their outstanding service.

I was looking to upgrade my Infiniti G35x with a newer style. I originally saw a car that interested me but it was a little higher priced then others. I visited 5 other dealers only to be insulted by my trade in value and was about to give up with Jeremy called me and was able to offer me a reasonable trade value which encouraged me to make the trip. He knew I had a long drive so he had all the paperwork ready and after a little negotiation I was very happy with the deal and glad to give money to a dealer I can trust.

Shopping for cars this past week we had the opportunity to test drive several cars at Lia infiniti. Although we ended up buying a Lexus over Infiniti the experience at Lia was great. Although very busy on a Sat. Were greeted and given wonderful attention. Would recommend this dealer to anyone car shopping. In the end our choice was strictly car preference but so close it could have gone either way with infiniti vs Lexus. Both of the final dealers were great as opposed to. Great price on my 2007 g37x and better price on my 2011 g37xs, My third infiniti with Lia and I wouldn't consider buy a car elsewhere. I am treated more like family than a customer form sales right down to the Techs. Great people to do business with.
