Lincoln of Wayne is extremely professional and the service was impeccable. I was offered a loaner car but chose to wait and the wait was not long at all! Lincoln of Wayne has served my family for over 10 years. The service is next to none. Our salesperson Dorothy goes above and beyond to make sure we are completely satisfied. Dennis in the service department goes over every detail before the car is returned back to us. The car is always cleaned to perfection. The receptionist is friendly and always goes out of her way to make sure you are comfortable. Great experience from across the country! I dealt with Curtis in purchasing a used Tesla model X and having it shipped to California. Although the process sounds a bit scary, Curtis always answered the phone and responded via text very promptly. Vehicle arrived looking great as advertised. No issues with the car we love it! Curtis And staff very honest and down to earth. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Great service . I had excellent communication with Steven my service advisor. I've been to several Lincoln dealerships and Steven certainly rates #1. He was very knowledgeable and caring of all issues pertaining to my vehicle. The repairs performed by the service department mechanic were spot on without any further issues. I purchased my Navigator from this dealership and have always had it serviced here. I would not consider bringing it anywhere else.

I Love Love Love this car. After 2 weeks I can’t find anything I would had different in it. Lincoln is known for its smooth ride, and even though this is a SUV it’s suspension is tight and still has a fabulous glide. People have stopped to ask me how I like it because it’s so beautiful. This is the best dealership I've ever been in. The salespeople are incredible and the service department is even better. This dealership stands behind the new and USED cars they sell. My husband and I have leased vehicles for over 25 years. This is our first used car purchase for our 17 year old son. We had a problem after our 90 days were up. Brought my MKC in for service, "the Works". Everyone at Lincoln of Wayne was courteous and friendly.The service was quick and the waiting area was comfortable. The service manager explained what was done to the vehicle and showed me the check off list and condition the vehicle was in. The car was washed before it was returned to me - a nice courtesy. I brought my car in for routine service. It was reported to me that my car's axle was cracked in two places. The parts had to be ordered, and they were replaced the next day. So, it took two trips to the service center for the actual work to be done. I'm also waiting for a replacement hub cap to come in. Cindy offered me a replacement car for the day, but I didn't need it. Cindy helped make the experience as painless as possible.

I have a 2015 Lincoln Navigator. This was a regular service call but the service department went over and beyond the call of duty. They made me feel as though I was their only customer and their best customer--and I know I'm not. I have been driving a long time, I have owned a lot of cars, I have had my cars serviced but NOTHING compared to the level of service provided by Lincoln of Wayne. Just top notch in every way.

Took my car 2013 MKX in for service. The molding around the panoramic roof became detached; my door panel was out of line; and my brakes were pulsing. Cindy and the rest of customer service is "AWESOME", top rate!! They are concerned about your issues, they go above and beyond to make sure things are done right! And when I said I'd stick around, they insisted I take a loaner car, which worked out because my car had to be held overnight because they had to get a part. So I'm so glad that they looked out for me. Always happy and make you feel very comfortable. I drive an hour and pass 2 other dealerships to come here because they really treat you right!! They really are a class act!

Cindy in the service area is always exceptional. I stopped in unannounced because I was in the area and knew I needed an oil change. She squeezed me in on a busy day and even threw in a complimentary car wash and had the service guys vacuum the inside. It was a very nice surprise and just another prime example why Lincoln of Wayne continues to set the bar on excellent customer service. I always say that buying my MKZ from Lincoln of Wayne was the first great car decision I've ever made. The Spina family is running first-class operation and it shows in their first-class staff.

My service was good. The salesperson was very excellent. During the time of day, I was very surprise that there was no wait time, which made me very happy. Do not get me wrong, I had to wait but in the past, my wait time was extremely long. The only problem that I encounter was the callback to come in for a better offer and I was not able to come in due to work and school. Time is truly of essence in my life. So whatever the deal was to be offered to me, I was not able to receive it. I wish that would have been offered on the day of my purchase.

On a road trip and some black thing came off of my car from under the front bumper. Fortunately I got out of my car, got it from being stuck in my front wheel, ugh, and put it in my car. Once I got home, I simply stopped by the lincoln auto repair shop and they quickly put my navigator up and reattached the plastic strip, checked my tires for me, asked if I wanted to wait for a car wash (I was in too big of a hurry) and I was on my way. They were very attentive, kind, and one guy always remembers my name. Very sweet.

We leased a 2016 MKZ in October, 2015. Our first service was scheduled at that time for April, 2016. We were pleased to get reminders beforehand. Service began at scheduled time and was completed in less time than expected. Minimal service was expected to be done (e.g., oil change, fluid checks). Instead a very complete service was done (e.g., rotation of tires, etc.). Lincoln of Wayne continues to pleasantly surprise us with the overall excellence of its staff and service. And we love our MKZ and all of its features.

My MKX needed to be serviced it was pulling to the right. After inspection it was decided that it was not safe for me to drive and I was immediately given a loaner car which was quite a comfort knowing that rather than rush to fix it they would take their time and properly diagnose the problem. I love the way all of the employees work together for customer satisfaction. My father used to say never take your vehicle pack to the dealer after you buy the car Times have changed. Not only does the dealer keep records of the maintenance schedule but also what recalls and other situations that may have arisen. Other service centers don't even come close. I have to give a huge thumbs up and "THANK YOU" to the ladies in the service department at Wayne Lincoln. When my car broke down and had to be towed at 5:30pm to their repair department, I had to get a ride to the dealership before they closed to get a loaner vehicle. Sitting in traffic, I arrived 10 minutes after their closing time, and they waited for me to arrive with smiles. They made me feel so comforted that everything would be fine and had me in the loaner in 5 minutes.. The entire experience from when I walked in and was greeted by the receptionist to the moment I drove away with my new MKX was outstanding. Curtis was great and the sales support team was great. Other than some Champaign and chocolates there is nothing more than I can think of that would make the overall experience any better. By the way I love the car!! I recently leased a 2016 Lincoln MKC from Lincoln of Wayne and I made the best decision of my life for my first car purchase. The car has everything I could have ever wanted and then some. The staff at the Wayne dealership were very friendly and accommodating. The only thing I would have changed was having the salesman/shop department check to make sure the car was "ready" to be given to me the customer. I drove the car away after an extensive "how to guide" by Matt the Lincoln car tutorial manager. And then heard a noise as I was driving home. I quickly found out that the rim/wheel protectors were left on each wheel to protect it from dust and debris getting into the braking system. Long story short I returned to the dealership, they removed the plastic pieces and I was on my way. I didn't let this ruin the lovely, immaculate Lincoln MKC. I absolutely love it.

Unlike my experience with other dealers, these folks did not waste my time with the salesman making back and forth trips to the sales manager, and they didn't start off with a ludicrous offer to see if I would spend several thousand dollars above what the car was worth. I purchased 2016 MKC.My expirence was terrific, my Salesman answered all my questions, made my purchase a pleasant experience.The Staff was very helpful in explaining all the options on the Vehicle. They explained and showed us how the Equpment operators . Often to help review at anytime, which we did come back for addition instructions. They never made us feel we where a issue.

My problem was with the loaner car, when checking the car out the valet didn't note any existing damage to the car even though it had 3 previous/existing scratches. When I pointed them out he said "They are too small to worry about or note." Needless to say, any scratch on a car with less then 4K miles registers with me when I might be held responsible. After I insisted he note them he refused. I had to go to the service manager to make my point. I took my own pictures for the record and the rest of my experience was great. Lincoln of Wayne sent me and my wife a couple of boxes of chocolate covered fruit, very nice of them.Thank you.

I have a Lincoln MKZ that I had to bring in for service. They said it would take a few hours and offered me a complimentary loaner vehicle right away. They asked if I wanted the same car or a different model. Very nice! Nick was great as always. Stephanie and Barbara did my loaner contract very quickly. Hector pulled around the car and showed me how to use it! I love Lincoln of Wayne! That's why we keep buying vehicles from here. Absolutely love them!!!!!!!!

I never mind bringing my car for service at Wayne Lincoln. When you drive your car in everyone says hello and is very friendly and happy. It so nice to be greeted by happy people. So many places you go the people you see, deal with and talk to seem miserable and unhappy. That can really affect how you feel the rest of your day. Im always asked if I'll need a loaner call when I make an appointment which is great. They call me when my car is done which is usually doesn't take long. This is my 2nd MKZ I've leased through Wayne Lincoln Mercury and I would highly recommend them to everyone!

The staff was courteous and attentive and it gave me a feeling of confidence in their ability to help me. Yet one of my reasons for being there was that I felt the draft coming from the driver and passenger side was not what I expected,that a vehicle whose quality was beyond this flaw. Your staff did not find the draft was abnormal. I told them that this is not the car I've owned and that the draft was more then I have experienced with previous cars. They also accidentally put a scratch on my new Lincoln, MKX. I hope that my future visits to your dealership are good ones.

I brought my 2016 Lincoln MKZ into service for two issues. The first was there was wind noise coming thru the window on drivers door. The tech ordered a new moulding & installed it & that solved the problem. The second problem is After owning the car a couple months I stared to hear & feel a vibration noise under the car were the transmission sits at centen times. The tech said it should go away once the car is broken in. That seems odd to me so after questioning further with my advisers at the dealer they said that all tha MKZ with the Eco engine sound like that. When I test drove the car it did not sound like this & the first 2 months with the car it also did not make this noise. I feel that maybe the tech didn't hear what I am hearing as it doesn't make this noise all the time. I have owned many Lincoln products & never had an issue like this. If this is how the car should be I probably wouldn't have brought this model.

I left and they called back in a few hours explianing my car was ready. Overall it was just great when everything goes like it has always done at Wayne Lincoln.

I have a 2011 Suzuki SX4 Crossover AWD that I bought at your dealership when Suzuki existed in the United States. I had my 50,000 mile checkup and all went well, getting clear information about what is needed for the car. The service people are polite as are the intake and secretarial staff. The waiting area is very nice and very clean, with wonderful snacks. Thank you for changing the TV station to something less controversial. The bathroom is exceptionally nice. My only complaint is that during the last service I was told that I needed a brake job and what was actually needed was $3 worth of brake fluid, which I obtained, and had no more problems. I did not appreciate being misled in this way and it is the reason why I give the service an 8/10 instead of a 10/10. This is the only problem that I've ever had with this dealership.

Rain was coming in my car on the ceiling and I took it to the service department without an appointment. The technicians figured out there was a leak around the sun roof. While the car was being examined, it was a hectic day for me running errands and they gave me a loaner car right at the garage. I am currently leasing a 2014 Lincoln MKZ, AWD. I bring my car in for service 2X's a year for maintenance. They treat you royally from the time you pull in for service till the time you leave. Once you finish with the brief paperwork you are free to visit the waiting area or to walk around the showroom or the beautiful grounds. If you are a bit hungry they have fresh bagels assorted cakes and bottles of water and coffee, tea and hot chocolate for you to drink. There is a computer area with free Wi Fi for you to use. They usually complete your routine service in about an hour and you get your car fully cleaned and washed. ( they did not clean my inside back window last time, but I will let them know next time I visit for more service).You are notified by a service manager to come and pick up your vehicle and you are on your way. They are SUPER ACCOMMODATING and I recommend their service dept. highly. This is the second Lincoln I have leased from this dealership and I will probably lease another when this lease expires, as a matter of fact I really like Vinnie the salesman, he is down to earth low pressure and puts you in the car you can afford and are comfortable driving. If you go visit let Vinnie know you were sent by Sam with the 2014 MKZ from Bayonne, then when I visit again in a couple of months I can ask Vinnie how many people read my review, Thanks in advance.

I can't say enough about the good service I receive each time I visit Lincoln of Wayne. It doesn't matter if it's the service dept., the autobody dept. or the salesroom, everyone is always pleasant and helpful. The prices are the lowest I've ever paid and without having to haggle to bring the price down. No one has ever suggested work I didn't need (a common practice at many of the dealers I used in the past). I travel a distance to Lincoln of Wayne, but it is well worth the trip.

I came into the dealership from a friends recommendation and left with a new MKZ. My sales representative Carlos Colon was a gentleman. At no point did I feel as if I was being "sold" something. He was gracious as well as accommodating. The support staff upon picking up my car was also top notch. I am in the hospitality business and it's very nice to see an operation such as Wayne Lincoln pride themselves on customer satisfaction.

The vehicle i bought was a 2014 ford fusion used. I love!! this car, it was a great price the condition of the car was in good shape and the mileage was not bad either. The service was great they weren't pushy they were very nice and let me ask as many questions as i wanted,they were very on top of things and let me look at the car i liked and didnt tell me how great the car was which was nice unlike other car dealerships and they showed me how to use my car and every thing i can do in my car when i got it. The Staff was very helpful too i really enjoyed buying my car here and when i need another car i would 100% go back there for my next one. over all great place! and buying a car was very enjoyable there!

I just purchased a 2016 Lincoln MKZ. When I walked into Wayne Lincoln I was a bit skeptical because I never know if someone is going to try to help or whether they just wanted to make a quick deal without spending time to understand my situation. The reception desk was very friendly which was the 1st thing I liked. I was then introduced to a salesman that took the time to listen to me, understand the complexity of my current car situation, and help me eventually drive out with a new 2016 Lincoln MKZ. I will absolutely refer Wayne Lincoln because their interest was in me and making my purchase a truly enjoyable experience.

Have had my 2013 MKS for a year and my Battery just up and died on me without any warning -- Brought it into Wayne Lincoln and was taken right after lunch and they not only checked it out and found it needed to be replaced but they were able to do the 30,000 mile servicing while I was there so I could cancel my upcoming service appointment. They just seem so pleasant and happy that they can help with whatever needs to be done.. I purchased a 2013 MKX on 10/9/15. I had a 2011 Ford Edge SEL that I loved driving, however I always wanted a MKX. I was scoping out the lot and looking at the inventory when Carlos approached me. He was very professional, polite and greeted me with a warm smile. He took his time showing me the cars. When I decided to move forward with negotiations, it was painless and a very non-pressure environment. To my surprise, we reached a settlement rather quickly. The process went rather quickly, and the following day I had my car on the road. Now all I'm waiting for is my other key (the system went down and there was a problem matching keys to vehicles), and my vehicle registration documents. The good news is that Carlos is mailing me my information so I don't have to drive an hour to get it. Top notch service here at Wayne Lincoln.

Came in to bring husband's car passenger seat airbag sensor recall. There is also a check engine light that's been on for months -- he'd been told catalytic converter. I appreciated we were not pressed to pursue converter repair at this time. The airbag sensor replacement was made in less than half the time. All staff were most courteous and helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to return with future repair needs.

The buying experience was professional and smooth. The service department, which we have used for years for our Mercuries, is excellent. The only unpleasant part was at the end when the business person took over from the salesman and tried to sell me $2000+ of extra insurance. When he dropped the price of the tire/rim insurance from $895 to $595, that was particularly sleezy and not worthy of Wayne Lincoln. The fair price should be the price. I did not buy any of the insurances.

Service representative was extremely cordial and professional, and she kept me up to date on the progress of my service while I was waiting. After diagnosing my vehicle I was told the repair would code $800+. I stated that my drivetrain was still under warranty and that it would be reviewed by the warranty manager. I was called back ten minutes later and was informed that because the part was internal to the engine that it would be repaired under warranty. Understanding the what needed to be done for the repair, my vehicle was returned in a timely manner considering the part was not in stock. The complimentary wash is always a nice thing. Everyone I dealt with was very professional and courteous.

I needed a tire replacement on a one-year-old MKZ and the staff at first was not all that helpful but then one of the staff members was very cooperative and helpful And thoughtful which renewed my faith in the dealership.

My car was in the body shop and they fixed it beatifully! You could not tell my car was in the accident. I called them up to have my car serviced as well since my car was already there. They tooK care of that for me. Yesterday, when I picked up my car I crunched up the paper floor mat that was in the car with the service tag number. The nice man from the shop came over to me and asked me if he could throw it away and if there is any problem to call and let then know! Great service to me! That's why I always come back!

As always, I left there feeling satisfied knowing my car was thoroughly checked out. To me, it is worth the few extra dollars for the oil change knowing my tires were rotated, system was checked into, oil changed and, of course, a free car wash. I also liked the fact that I was told that my coolant was on the weak side and I was able to get that taken care of at that time before it got worse and caused engine problems. You have a very well run service department and the entire staff is very personable and obliging. NO COMPLAINTS!!!!

The staff at Lincoln of Wayne did an amazing job taking care of my needs. My car had a flashing check engine light. They took my car in the next day and provided me with a comparable loaner. Rather than trying for a quick fix, they took their time to get it right. When the cause could not be clearly determined, they put a brand new engine into the car. All of this covered under the extended warranty. Not only did they do this but they also gave my wife and I a gift card to Crystal Springs resort because I was so patient in waiting for my car (close to 2 months). It was totally unnecessary and unexpected. They were polite, professional, convenient and stood by their word. I will never by another car product or shop at another dealership. Simply the best.

I am leasing a 2014 Lincoln MKZ From Wayne Lincoln and received 2 recall notice from Lincoln Corporate. I made a reservation for a Thursday in July. I received an E-mail and reminder of my upcoming appointment which was very helpful in confirming and reminding me of my reservation. I arrived on Thursday A.M. and was quickly taken and my car was checked over for any issues like new dents or dings, by a courteous employee, who handed me a paper to take to the registration desk. A nice courteous gentleman looked up my records and confirmed the recalls and asked if there were any other issues I was concerned about, and of course I told him of some things that were not operating up to Lincoln standards. He assured me that they would be fixed today, and they were! He then directed me to a waiting area where there is a business center with free WiFi printers, fax machines and supplies to do any work I needed to accomplish while waiting. If I needed a loaner car that would have been available had I requested it. But I enjoy visiting the Lincoln dealership, they are so friendly to you the customer. I noticed that the bagels were all gone and there was still many people waiting for their cars to be serviced. I went to the lovely receptionist at the entrance to the dealership and voiced my concern, and how much I enjoy the bagels and cakes supplied by the dealership which I enjoy when there for service. She told me that she will make sure I have a bagel and cake before I leave. She ordered them and before I left, I and the people waiting for completed service enjoyed bagels and cake and small bottles of Poland Spring water or coffee and tea. I call that exceptional service by a Wayne Lincoln Employee who is truly concerned for the customers that visit and stay to wait for service at this wonderful dealership. I was called by the service dept. and told my car was repaired and it received a thorough car Wash/cleaning and was ready to drive home. What a great experience by the Wayne Lincoln Automobile dealership, I left totally satisfied.

Not only am I impressed with the service my wife and I received, i was also surprised to find they installed new tires on the certified per owned MKZ. Mind you, the original tires had close to 24,000 miles but they were in good condition. Stopped in at Lincoln of Wayne to get information on MKC and take a test drive. I was greeted by the friendly receptionist & requested a salesperson that was knowledgeable but laid back. She introduced me to Chuck Schoenfeld. I was immediately comfortable with Chuck as he explained the MKC & all it had to offer. Since he covered all bases I had very few questions to ask at that time. He took his time & provided me with a brochure. That same day I also visited a Lexus and Audi dealership. I test drove both vehicles & sat down with each salesperson. It was an entirely different experience. Both sales people seemed inexperienced & I had to ask all the questions. In fact the Audi dealership was out of brochures. (Does not inspire a lot of confidence in a dealership). After comparing the 3 vehicles it seemed apparent the MKC offered the most options & was the best value in its price range. I returned with my husband soon after & after seeing the Black Label edition ordered one. Chuck made purchasing a new vehicle a pleasurable "hassle free"experience.Matthew Georgatos, their Product Specialist has been terrific. He is patient & goes out of his way to make sure I understand all the "technology". He makes it fun & I look forward to working with him in the future.

As usual the service department staff was very professional. When I called up to change my time from 10 am to a later time, they promptly accommodated my request. When I pulled up towards the service bay, I was 3rd in line and outside of the bay but somebody went out to take down the information needed to take to the service advisor. With pleasant demeanor, my service advisor attended to me immediately and she was right on the estimated time it will take for the service to be done. While waiting for the service to be done, I was able to do some work in one of the cubicles. No time wasted for me and it was a productive wait. Went out with a washed car.

Upon entering the parking lot we were welcomed by Mr. Carlos Colon in a very proffessional mannor. Carlos had a winning personality and was extremely knowledgable about all the inventory and statistics. After all the paperwork was completed he still went through all the operational features of our vehicle. Then another young man took over with more info and was very very thoro and also welcomed us to come back at any time to receive a "refresher course" since there was such a lot of info on features to digest. These two men were absolutely an asset for the completion of the sale of such a wonderful automobile.

I have only had one bad experience and that man does not work there anymore. It involved taking my car to buy food, which I happened to see while in another car. I then found remnants of that meal under my seat. The only downside this time is I had to leave car for 2 days to wait for parts and tires. Overall I would highly recommend this dealership who live up to their reputation.

When I went to service my a/c was blowing hot air so i ASSUMED it was the antifreeze and I told them to check and probably flush the system. Cindy came to me and told me the mechanic was going to check the antifreeze and I proceeded to tell her that it was blowing hot air, she then said that it wasn't the coolant and she was right. I have an MKZ made appointment for regular service arrived and went inside. I was told the service would take an hour and a half but they found a nail in tire and replaced it. I had coverage that paid for the tire. The people were great to deal with and i left happy with a clean car.

I ORIGINALLY HAD MY CORVETTE PAINTED AT LINCOLN OF WAYNE AND RECENTLY HAD A ROCK KICK OFF OF A TRUCK THAT CHIPPED THE PAINT ON THE REAR QUARTER. The staff was extremely helpful with setting up the appointment, arranging for a loaner car if it was needed and doing the repair in a timely manner. I have a MKT 2013In for scheduled maintenance. Oil change and check ups.-I also needed my windshield replaced.I reported that brakes seemed to shutter on heavy breaking. Techs tested and verified and resolved issue same day. I had a loaner vehicle and picked up my car the next day. Cleaned and ready to go. Only suggestions, Drop off was a little slow in getting my loaner car. Understand an employee did not show up that day- Suggest drafting another person to help in that department for the first few hours of rush time. Coming back to get my car was easy and quick.

Brought in car for regular service plus a couple of recalls. I was furnished with a loner car free of charge and was taken into service right on time. Car was taken care of in a very professional manner. When I picked it up it had been fixed and washed. It was clean inside and out. Very courteous staff, and no wasted time! I'll be back!

Brought in vehicle for fuel pump recieved vehicle back with with compressor problems. Brought back to dealer to fix swaybar links and address compressor issues. Suspenssion was up and compressor was working. Received vehicle back with compressor not working and rear suspension low to ground. I spoke to service rep he said it cost $2300.00 and he didn't want to hear my complaint. Too many coincidences I just wanted an answer. Rep didn't want to hear it. I have been a loyal customer for 11 yrs and now I question the integrity of this dealership does anybody have similar problems with this dealership. Now I have a vehicle I can't use and being forced to pay for repairs that is questionable.

As I was driving home from work, my tire pressure light came on and I stopped at Lincoln of Wayne. I was immediately greeted by Scott from Sales and he escorted me into service where I had my tire fixed. It was convenient, they were friendly, and they even washed my car. I have recommended Lincoln of Wayne to my family and friends. I will be going back soon for an oil change.

I brought my new MKT in for its first service, the experience was outstanding and weeded my expectations. I was greeted within the first 2 minutes by a friendly and knowledgable service representative who ask me some qualifying questions concerning my visit and then escorted me onto a service advisor who was also courteous and helpful. I was in a loaner car within no time and when I returned to pick up my car it was clean! I was also impressed with the emails keeping me abreast of the progress of my service.I LOVE my MKT....one of the most amazing cars I have ever known. It was Peter, jr that recommended that model for me and helped with all my questions, they have a greAt team there with Scott, Nicole, Robin and the entire sales and service team.
