I had been looking for a Ram 1500 for the last 6 months and found this dealership by chance. First impressions were beyond expectations. The dealership was very clean and modern. The entire staff was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I worked with Will Andre for the sale of my vehicle. Will went above and beyond to ensure my time and experience there exceeded my expectations. He was extremely friendly and even offered to personally deliver the truck to my house. This has been the best buying experience I have had purchasing a car, really! I used to sell cars and know how the game works. I am so impressed with Sadie and Lindsay Chrysler Jeep. It’s my second car purchased here and I will definitely be back. I have had great service visits, free coffee and sodas In the waiting room is a nice touch. They’ve picked me up from work etc. lastly the finance department specifically Yev was great. He made me feel comfortable and confident that I knew exactly what I was getting. November 2020: My third experience with Lindsay again followed in the footsteps of my previous two. We were looking for a new Wrangler for my wife, and chose Lindsay based upon my previous experiences with them. They will always be my first choice to buy a vehicle. Our salesman,, Randall Waters was a pleasure to deal with. We were able to cut through some of the typical car sales red tape and haggling based upon my history with the dealership, and we got a great deal. I am very satisfied with Lindsay and encourage everyone to pay them a visit if you are in the market for a new vehicle. October 2018: My second experience purchasing a Ram 2500 from Lindsay was even better than my first. The entire staff was friendly, courteous, and professional, especially my sales consultant, Erick Scott. Erick was knowledgable and thorough when showing me the new vehicle and answering all my questions. He was patient and helpful during the negotiation and in the end presented a deal that was very agreeable to me. Went through Robert Anderson, who was patient and upfront. Purchased a new 2017 Grand Cherokee for online advertised price and was out the door paying less than every other dealer quote in the area. No pressure by Robert, who is pleasant and easy-going. Best car buying experience so far. I'd recommend to anyone I know.

I buy about one new car a year (large family) so I am well aware of the purchasing process. After finding a vehicle I was interested in I inquired about pricing including some arbitrary discounts noted on the website. I also inquired about the calculation of the delivery fee and where it fell into the internet price. A "customer service" rep, James Rose, at that point asked me to leave the dealership. Never seen this kind of behavior anywhere!! Note: I am an older, cash buyer, no trade to complicate things, calm guy who just likes explanations about pricing. They were clearly trying a fast one and didn't like being questioned about it. Stay away!! Find a legitimate dealer who will take the time to explain their pricing.

***This is a service review***I took my son's car to here for a recall. The recall was related to the transmission control module. Ironically, the car had been "jumpy" with the transmission in stop and go traffic so I reported that as well...thought the two would coincide as anybody else I would think. I dropped the car off in to their fancy drive thru service lane and was greeted by the service representative holding an ipad/tablet of sorts. He and I walked around the vehicle noting any body damage or anything out of sort so there wouldn't be any disputes when I picked up the car. He then typed out his narrative of what I said was wrong as well as the recall notice. He flipped his finger and scrolled the ipad/tablet page to the bottom so that I could sign with my finger. Thought to myself...that was easy and good for them for looking out for themselves.I get a phone call the following day from the same service rep stating that the tech had to jump start the car to get it in to the garage. He further stated it needed a new battery. So he told me 180 bucks for a battery ! I of course was in a position where I couldn't do anything myself as I was at work so I swallowed it and said to replace it. The day goes on and I don't hear a thing.I get a phone call the NEXT day stating that the recall had been performed and the "jumpy" transmission was due to the same part that was under recall (the transmission control module)....pretty important part of the vehicle if you ask me. Luckily it was covered under powertrain warranty. He then proceeded to tell me my final bill was 344 dollars !! Where's the extra cost do you ask? They charge 129 bucks to diagnose problems ! So yes, the part that was recalled, was replaced, and fixed the transmission jump issue as well, was all the same thing ... the transmission control module. Since I reported the problem, they had to "diagnose", and charged me. I was livid ! Remember that ipad/tablet in their fancy service drive thru? Yeah, on the same page that he scrolled down and had me sign with my finger...it states they charge a flat rate of 129 bucks to diagnose....not once did the service rep tell me that when I dropped off the vehicle. I went around and around with him and his manager to no avail. They even tried to tell me that the "bad battery"...which I now question...could have caused the transmission to jump. REALLY ?Bottom line, after such a simple item that was recalled and replaced AND corrected a pre existing condition related to the recall ... and was covered under warranty !!! Cost me over 300 bucks. I will never take any of my cars to this place again and advise you not to as well. If you are forced to...I suggest you get all the facts and fees up front.

They are selling for MSRP not internet prices so if your looking at their website that is not what you will get tell them about internet prices first get it in writing I bought a 2017 ram November 12 Beware l told the manager 3 times he kept avoiding to look at the internet prices it is a bait and switch tactic

We purchased a 2016 Chrysler 200 , we had I saturn view 08 , didn't think we would be able to trade out of it . Our sale man was Robert Jays , we talked for about 3 days before we even went to the dealer , we had a appointment at 2:00 PM but my husband was late getting off work ..we were 2 hours late .. let me tell you , everybody at the dealership said no problem glad you made it ..Now Robert Jays was with another customer , so he asked the other salesman to help us out till he was finished .. long story short , our sales team was Robert jaye , Parker ( he was so patient with us , and was not pushy . We test drove 3 cars ) Mr. Bryan . And our finance person Victor. .. the whole team was great !!!!!!!

We purchased a 2016 Ram 1500 on October 4 2016. There was some confusion on where the vehicle was when we got there and we too were told by a Manager it was Sold. I must say they tried their BEST to help us find the perfect truck with more options for same price but we wanted this certain color. The person that bought the truck decided to purchase another vehicle so we were able to get the one we came for. We was very happy with the price but we ended up paying for the freight in the MSRP and also added on extra. I mentioned to the Manager we shouldn't have to pay for the freight and I couldn't argue cause it was still a very good price. Chad Lynch made sure we knew everything about the truck and worked way over his quitting time to help us. He contacted me numerous times to answer my questions days before we arrived He was very honest, kind and very helpful. When the Dealership hired Chad they found a Jewel ! There was another guy I believe his name was Bo he was very helpful in trying to make sure we wasn't missing any rebates that we qualified for. Our Credit score was 869 and still didn't qualify for low interest rate through Chrysler (4.99%)so we didn't get 500.00 rebate for financing under Chrysler. 2.99% interest was what we got through another Bank. Overall we was very satisfied with our experience and everyone was very nice ,helpful and respectful to us and we are enjoying our Ram Truck. I had priced many Dealership before hand and they definetly had the Best prices on the Ram Trucks! I would definetly recommend this Dealership!

We went yesterday to see if we would like the Dodge Durango or the Chrysler Pacifica as we are in the market for a new vehicle. We had stopped for lunch since we had been out all morning. We were going to eat in the car and then walk the lot. Literally pulled in, got our lunch out and one of the vultures came right up to our window and asked what we wanted to see! Are you kidding me? So terrible that if I do decided to buy Dodge, I will never consider going here to get it. Ugh! everyone there just felt slimy. And although we stated several times we were at the research phase the guy just kept going at it. Not the case at any of the other ones we visited, they were all helpful and no pressure.

10/29/16 Advertised on Autotrader.com (2015 Jeep GC Summit Eco-Diesel). Negotiated deal over phone as dealership was over an hour away. Went to dealership next day and was told a mistake was made and the pricing was for another vehicle. Dealership did not honor the price quoted and I never saw the vehicle which they claimed had been prepped for the sale. Very shady. Bait and switch tactic wasted my time and energy.

I visited this dealership on October 22nd 2016 to buy a used Toyota prius v , I agreed the price and I signed and finished all the process including the finance. By the time when I was waiting for to receive the car key,finally they informed me that the car was sold to another customer just a moment ago while I was in the process of the paper work.( I drove one hour to get there and wasted three hours with them because they are very slow). I tried to talk with the head manager to find out the reason, he is very rude and a very disrespectful person, he doesn't have any clue about how to handle a customer and has no ethics. I'm really sorry for that huge dealership managed by that rude and ignorant person . I have saved some of the documents and I'm talking with lawyers to sue the company. Please whoever has a plan to go there to buy a car, don't give your personal information specially social security number unless you are sure the purchase.

Shopping for a new car in this day and age of technology and multiple dealers is not easy! However, after looking on line at prices for Jeeps, Lindsay was my first and last stop. I was contacted immediately by a sales person who did a fantastic job with being patient as I racked up the most cars to look at in the history of automotive sales ( haha...seriously, I had a lot!) After test driving and looking at numerous ones I was exhausted and informed both the Manager and sales man Agan I needed to go home and think about it. They were great! Not pushy at all and told me to take my time and they hoped I would come back. they also said that buying a car when tired is never a good idea. I loved the honesty! This was after 5 hours of my test driving and looking at cars. Both of them had a good attitude which I appreciated. I came back on Sunday and purchased a gorgeous Grand Jeep Cherokee from my sales guy Agan Duzel who was fantastic throughout the whole process. They gave me a good deal and because of good credit we got the sales incentives from Chrysler Jeep. I highly recommend this dealership and Agan in particular is wonderful. I am having custom leather seats put in as well which is wonderful and more reasonable than you would expect. They gave me a loaner car while i wait to have them put in....how awesome is this? Overall, a great experience at Linday! Thank you Agan Duzel! You all are wonderful! PS- As an added bonus Agan who has a great sense of humor saved the piece of paper with my multiple car numbers on it and had it framed for me. Priceless and hilarious and a personal touch!

Terry Fant was an awesome salesperson from the moment we talked to him at 9:45a.m. Saturday. We saw the 2012 Jeep on Auto Trader and our brother stopped in drove and put down some cash, we rented a car from Lansing, MI, drove on a Saturday at 4:00 in the afternoon to arrive at 12:15p.m. Sunday and drove away at 2:15pm with our dream jeep we had spent 5 months looking for. Terry was a fun great guy to work with and would strongly recommend him. Thank you again Terry, we are having so much fun with our Jeep, we love it!!

My wife and I recently went to Lindsay Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram to look at a Jeep Wrangler that the salesman stated was in stock as of Friday evening 9/23/2016. It is a 4 hour drive from Ghent WV to Manassas VA. When we arrived there Saturday afternoon a salesman greeted us and asked if he could help us with anything. I stated that we were looking for a Jeep and told him which one we wanted to see. At that time he laughed and said he had sold that vehicle two days prior. We looked at a Chrysler 300s that the salesman stated was reduced to $29,000.00, new, in great condition, no problems with it, listed under their sales promotion and even our military rebate would apply. It was All Wheel Drive and new, this was a good car for us at that price. While negotiating over the value of our trade in and the price of their car, we were unable to come to what seemed like a fair trade for us and decided to go to a different car dealership. As we decided to leave, the sales manager, John Melber, asked what it would take for us to purchase the Chrysler 300, I told him I would purchase it if he would accept my trade and keep my payments at $625 per month for 60 months. He agreed and we shook hands. Then we waited for the opportunity to meet with the finance manager. Once she was available and we met with her in her office, as we were talking with her and giving her information the computers at the dealership went down. it was now after 8pm and we had already been there approximately 4 hours. It was dark already and we asked if the car was being cleaned and ready for us to look over, it had not been cleaned at that time and the salesman said he would ask them to get it into the cleaning area. It was about 30 min later when the finance manager said their computer were back up and she could meet with us. It was after 9pm by this time and she stated she had 5 other customers still waiting to meet with her and the dealership closes at 8. We were rushed through because she had so much to do and it was already late, she just printed our paperwork and said I will show you where to sign. We trusted that the price agreed upon with John was the price we were getting, and with feeling guilty about her needing to stay so late, we did sign the papersThe finance department had not spoken to the sales manager about his final price or anything concerning the car, the finance manager just stated he worked it out and managed to get the $625 per month we had asked for. We were in such a rush due to the network being out, was already past 9, the finance manager was rushed and us...we had been told by John we were paying 625 a month for 60 months. But in fact we didn't even get the price of 29000 for the car after both Harold and Bo, the salesman's supervisor, both stated that was the selling price with the rebates and sales. Maybe to some degree this is was our fault since we were totally too rushed and were under the impression that the 625 per month was not an issue when you even stated John had set that price for us and then the finance manager explained the payment would be $708 per month with extended warranty. I do believe it was also on our part too since we did not question the contract and signed before asking, but we both feel we were kinda pushed through being it was so late. And then after the car was ready they wanted me to sign that the car had no problems or scratches while unable to even see it in the dark, I refused to sign. Then after driving home and the next day discover the contract they provided us was stated at an 84 month payback and not the 60 they had agreed to and furthermore above that, the car had been repaired and repainted, and not properly repaired, sags and runs in the paint, over spray all over the car, and not told anything about it. Once getting in touch with the dealership about this, they confirmed the car was repainted and repaired. This constitutes a fraudulent sale of the car to us. And the dealership will not return my calls concerning this matter. We have called several times and ask to speak with management with them refusing to return my call.

The people I worked with were very nice and they worked with me to get a lower interest rate that what I had with my bank. They also worked with me based on the fact that my co-signer and I work opposite schedules and could not be there at the same time. The time spent there felt a little lengthy since I was only there for one vehicle that I had already researched. Good experience and I have already recommended them.

I went to the Manassas Dodge dealership today to purchase a 2016 Dodge Dart at the price listed on the website, that's where the problems start. When the sales people sales managers, and the website state that they will pay 125% of KBB and then offer you 10% below KBB that's BS. Also when you're told that you can't give KBB value on a car because it's too new, seriously xxx. You're also told that you sell the car car for the listed price on the website but all of a sudden that exact car isn't in inventory when I'm holding the keys and the price is $2000 more, and contradict yourself by saying you can't sell the car for the price listed on the same website, I really need explanation for that line. The best part is when your sale manager was trying to explain that a 2015 car with 30k miles was worth $6000 more than a 2016 with 1397 miles, yes that's correct less than 1400 miles and $6000. I called ahead and gave the trade in year, make, model, and amount owed to make sure no issues and that I could get the price with in a certain range but apparently that was a COMPLETE waste of my time along with the 1 1/2 I spent there. If your employees think this is an acceptable business practice someone should explain to that I will now tell everyone I can about how your people tried to completely screw me over and to stay away. I was willing to lose $2k to $2.5k but $6k . Never in my life have I felt like an idiot for wanting to purchase a car. Better luck in the future.

Okay, this is quite the story so brace yourself. I approached my car buying experience here with an open mind and positiveness but that didn't seem to work out. I bought a BRAND NEW 2016 charger here and man was I in for a rude awakening. I saved for years for this and my mother and I were disrespected from the start. The moment I took the car onto the highway on my way home I noticed the speakers were blown. (I didn't listen to them before hand) so I therefore brought the car back the next day. They told me someone must've been tampering with the volume levels when they pulled it on the lot. So I had to wait and drive a rental for a little over week. I got the car back and after driving it a day or so I realize there's this very loud rattle coming from the dashboard area. So I had to take it back again.. They told me they could not locate a rattle and brushed me off. So I then proceeded to take it to a different dealership so they could take a look. They told me they located the problem and all the insulation had come apart in the dash and said they sealed it somehow. (Funny how Lindsay said they couldn't locate it) so as I'm driving the next day the rattle is right back again. At this point I'm so discouraged I wish I never bought the car. So I take it back to Lindsay again, mind you at this point I've taken like 8 trips an hour and half away. I tell them I'm done I don't want the car I'm over it, they said give us one more chance to find it. I agree. Cause at this point I didn't care. But now I've been in a rental for 2 weeks WAITING BEGGING for answers!! I call multiple times a day, can't get answers from any managers, my sales associate NOTHING. At one point a manager told me someone took my car home to test drive it and could not locate my car. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!! I'm currently in talks with corporate where they told me there's nothing they can do to help me. They can only make sure it gets repaired. Which is what I've been doing for over a month. Not to mention they've put over 200 miles on it from test driving it on this go around. I didn't think that asking for a brand new car that functioned properly was so much to ask for.. So here I am still currently not driving MY CAR. This whole experience has put my mother in tears and me at a stand still. What do you do when the dealership and corporate doesn't help you? If there's any advice I can give is stay FAR FAR AWAY from this place. The utter stress I've endured from this is more than words can say. The lack of professionalism here speaks volumes. I work in customer service myself and this IS NOT how you do business. YOUVE BEEN WARNED!!!! (Added at later date) I finally got my car back after 17 days and I am informed that while it was in their possession there was a crack put in the windshield extending across the entire thing. They are stating I have to pay for it. There is also a white spray that is on the driver side door panel and pieces of the panel itself MISSING. My problems still aren't fixed, still a loud rattle from the dash (which I just recorded again). I have to do a payment on a car I haven't even been driving and is defective. I'm still in talks with corporate. CON ARTISTS WILL GET YOU HERE STAY FAR FAR AWAY!! Save the heartache you will endure.

well, after searching the internet I found that the Dodge dealer in manassas, va was the cheapest on what i was looking for. the site is very easy to understand with the discounts and rebates. that said, my experience with the Sales(wo)man was the best i have ever had. I picked out 2 cars, changed my mind twice on selected cars....and Klara was extremely patient and most helpful. If your looking for a crysler dodge jeep or ram in manassas, PLEASE find Klara for the salesman. shes the kindest, most patient salesperson i have EVER dealt with! she has an extensive knowledge about the cars as well...and will put you in the car your looking for. oh! and shes very bubbly and in the cheeriest mood at all times....the best quality of all :)

Idid a trade-in in the process of buying my new truck dealership was very fair on the amount given for the trade. Hidden fees, dishonest salesman!!!! Internet price 31,400 + tax and tags right? At the end of the deal they tried to tell me there was a "clean up" charge on all used vehicles.....$1400 to be exact. Rob refused to itemize the deal and tell me what the final cost of the car was. He wasn't even going to tell me about the clean up charge at all. He wouldn't answer my questions and was being very evasive. He just kept telling me what my payment would be. I know dealerships want to make their money but Lindsay is just trying to scam people. To top it all off, when I finally got the key to my car back after they gave me a trade in quote they had parked my car behind the building. Not out front where they picked it up but like a 1/4 mile away. I got very loud when I complained about this to Rob and a manager just walked right by and said nothing when he could clearly see I was not happy with the service I received. Completely unprofessional people here at Lindsay. I would never buy a car from Lindsay and I would never let anyone I know but from here either.

I can't say enough good things about this dealership! Let's face it . . . buying a new vehicle is usually NOT something we look forward to. However, at Lindsey the buying experience was easy, friendly, and quick. After looking at local dealership inventories and online searches, I found the EXACT Jeep Wrangler that I was looking for . . . and at the BEST PRICE I ever found in my two months of seeking my 'dream ride'! I live about 2 1/2 hours northeast of Manasses but the trip was most certainly well worth it, folks! Because of the distance from my residence, I couldn't get to Lindsey until nearly 8pm but the sales rep (Sam Rosa), the appraiser (for my trade-in), and Ashlee Martinez (in finance) stayed after hours to see that we got the deal done!!! I looked at this dealer because they were the largest selection of RAM trucks in my area of Prince William County, Virginia. My salesman, Rob Jay, listened to what I wanted and when I was ready to visit the lot, he nailed it! All I can say is I'm on cloud nine with my new Dodge Ram 1500 Laramie with Eco Diesel engine! I'm sure Rob got every markdown on the sales price and I am very satisfied. Rob also went out of the way to drive my new Laramie home some 10 miles away because I had just came out of the hospital with cervical spinal surgery and was not supposed drive, OK, I cheated and did test drive it around the Manassas,Virginia dealership. Uriey was by far easily the coolest dealer I've ever dealt with. He didn't push me into a car, he didn't try to hassle me and he didn't try to con me or act shady. He worked harder than anyone ever has to get me not only approved, but with affordable payments in a brand new car! We did the back and forth negotiation and he negotiated calmly and stress-free, like Trump lol. There's a few issues with the exterior of the car, even ones I noticed after I took it home and he's promised to take care of everything worry free. The finance lady, forgot her name, she's the Asian girl, made the paper work flawless easy and question free. They even moved all my stuff from my old car to my new car while I did paperwork. Bottom line, these people truly go above and beyond and care more than just selling cars. I would refer anyone here. I will also be back in a few years to get my next car and I'll be looking for the same sales rep.

Great sales staff and management as well. I travelled all the way from NJ to purchase a leftover 2015 Grand Cherokee SRT. They wanted to move it so they priced it like a leftover model should be. Dealers up my way priced their 2015's like they just rolled off the truck in 2016. My salesperson (Parker) was the most accommodating rep I ever dealt with. He even rode with me to fill the tank (their treat) before I headed home. Before I left I spotted a TINY chip in the paint. Two days later a package arrived at my house with a full bottle of factory touch-up paint. I would purchase a vehicle again from them even though we are 5 hours apart.

I felt a little better about my experience when I found out that USAA has an online pricing tool that makes things less complicated. I found a car that I was interested in and it gave me a guaranteed price I can take to Lindsay Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Dealership. Perfect! No hassle! I spoke to Urey Hohney on the phone and set up a time for me to arrive and see the car. Urey wasn't there and someone else helped (I can't remember the name, maybe a Luis?) and he was very friendly specially when he found out that I'm a Veteran and that I'm using USAA and he said, "Oh, well, you can trust us, it's like you're dealing directly with USAA". I came prepare NOT to deal with any of the things that I hate about dealerships. I knew the car I wanted, I had the price I wanted to pay and it should have been a very quick and painless experience. However, I was wrong. The whole experience took over 3 hours. The Price they sold me the car for was over $2,000 what USAA had priced the car for. They changed my finance company from USAA to another company. They didn't do a walk around on the car. I left there not knowing anything about the car - how to connect bluetooth to the car or anything about the car.Now, I understand that the dealership didn't do anything I didn't agreed to. However, just because they didn't do anything wrong or illegal doesn't mean they did anything good. I told them it has been 18 years since I bought a car and I really dislike the process of buying a car. I know that they did with me as they pleased and now I'm stuck with a car that I really don't like but one that I need. I bought this car at the beginning of April 2016 and I was willing to just move on and add this experience to the many reasons I really dislike buying a car. The people and staff are friendly and welcoming. I appreciated how they did not overly pressure me to buy the car. My sales rep was Gerry Hebron and we bought from him before. He was really good and tried to make the process as simple as possible considering how strenuous car buying can be. I would definitely recommend asking for him.

We were in a rush to buy our daughter a car as her Ford Escape broke down on I95 traveling from her home in Williamsburg to Northern Va. Turned out it was going to need a new engine & not worth the expense. She then needed another car to get back home with our 2 grandchildren. This was by far the best experience I had buying a car in a very long time. Gina Askew was my sales professional, and that's exactly what she is - a professional. She was very helpful, knowledgeable and available while I was searching for my Jeep Cherokee and even after I bought the car and drove it back home. I am 250 miles away from the dealership, but I would go back there for my next car purchase in a heart beat. Well worth the trip. They have the biggest inventory and the best prices in 300 miles radius. I am recommending Gina and Lindsay to everyone I know!

I live in Rockville, MD. Drove out of my way to VA to Lindsay CDJR based on their selection & price. I worked with John (sales manager) via phone & email, finding me the match of what I was looking for and price of where I wanted to be. Becuase of the drive, I got to the dealership around 7pm. I worked with Phil on the test drive, my trade, and the deal jacket. A little background on myself, I come from the dealer world & now work in automotive marketing & software. So I'm familer with how the dealership should function, how the customer experience is expected to be, & how a deal should come together for devilry. Phil and John both stayed late (after closing) for me, my wife, & my 2 year old could take soberly of our new jeep. They even had another salesman run to neighboring McDondalds for us & gave great attention to my son & wife, making them feel comfortable as we completed admin paperwork. Phil then walked us thru all features of our new car and acted as the 10pm approaching hour wasn't a concern of his. The General Manager, Paul is a very approachable GM, was very appreactive of our business and asked how his staff treated us. Just an overall, great experience. One I can say is somewhat rare at other dealerships. Now 3mths later I am having my 1st service completed on this new jeep at another dealership and I can say it makes me appreicate the great service I experienced with Paul & his team at Lindsay. After my service experience with this more local dealership, I may start commuting back to VA to have Lindsay service my Jeep. All & all, worth the drive to feel valued, comfortable, & and respected at Lindsay. Not to mention the rockin' deal I got on my new veichle, and great trade value they worked with me on. I got an agreed price with the internet sales team - and was told to come in and they would further reduce the prices to meet my needs. Not so. In fact, when closing the deal on a Durango, Sam came back from the manager $1500 higher than the internet offer! Sure they have goofy rebates - but this was a pure price hike- the internet team was clear we weren't working the rebate game.. Don't waste your time with these guys. I had high hopes they'd be no-nonsense, but it's the same sales schtick you get at most places. Lure the customer in and jack up the price. Also - two vehicles listed in stock the night before were not on the lot the next morning... hmmm.We'll see if they come back and honor the other offer they made to order an RT at a comparable price.

Chris Lamb made the process effortless for me. I can honestly say I'm happy I came back to a new car dealership to find my truck. Purchased a Cherokee from Gerry and he was by far the best salesman I have worked with. He was low key but still appoachable; my three year old even loved him. The prices were competitive, facility was clean, and the finance team got you in and out without feeling rushed so you did not overlook anything during the paperwork phase. Everyone from Gina Askew who worked diligently to make sure I got what I wanted in a Jeep and helped get everything together to John Melber who made sure I got the best deal they could offer, just a great experience. I have never experienced the friendly, honest, and exceptional customer service I received at Lindsay at any other dealership in my life. Once I made a choice on the Jeep Patriot, the finance crew came onto my purchase. The Sales Manager came in and met me, the Manager of the location came in and offered me some food as it was lunch time, and my finance person came in a few times to tell me she was happy with the deal, but knew I could get better and wanted a few more minutes to get something a little better for me. She was not wrong, she was able to get my payment lower, add in extended warranty, and was so excited for me as well. When I got outside to "Delivery Lane" Gina was outside with me taking selfies, took a picture of me with my new car and helped me program all the wireless functions. She made sure I knew every feature and button in my car before I left the lot! All of this to say that each person in my experience was TOP NOTCH, and each person was professional, caring, and wanted to see my goal of a new car happen in a way that worked for me. I have never went to there service department only appointment I could get after trying 5 times was a week out and not a friendly service staff. After talking to the service manager Kyrin and service director Mike, i realize that my frustration with my service issue resulted in a premature poor service rating. After understanding their processes and procedures and their willingness to correct any of the issues, I know they work hard to resolve customer complaints. Where to begin. WARNING ALERT!!!! Give your business to someone else. I am so disgusted by this dealership and will never buy from again. Ridiculous low ball offer on the trade in. Then was told I could not negotiate the buyout cost because it was a one time lease payment. Was also told it would show up on my credit report that I did not have a payment. (At the time, this was most important since I was buying a house and did not want it showing I had additional payments that would affect my buying power). However both were lies. #1 Now that the lease is up, I am being told the buy out can not be negotiated. It could have during the lease deal. No now I'm out 13K and have to either pay 58% of the sticker and I can not negotiate that. #2 It showed a $507 a month lease payment on my credit report, negatively affecting my buying power of a house. Who would lease a Patriot for $507 a month. I could lease a BMW for that price. Regardless we talked to people at the dealership and Chrysler and everyone passes the buck. "Nothing we can do". YES THERE IS!!!! But they got away with ripping someone off and they're OK with that. I would be real careful dealing with this business. They will not be truthful.

We went looking for a new 2016 Chrysler 200. I don't know if it was xxxxxx or why the sales person just would not want to help us. He refused to show us the cars or let us test drive them. His excuse was because we only had a VALID out of state driver license instead of one from Virginia. Other dealerships said it's never been a problem, at least not to do test drive. We told the sales rep that it was ok to register the car (if we decide to buy it) under the state of our driver license and he said if we did not own a house there, he could not show us any cars. He seemed to do everything he could to get us out of there.

Historically, the whole car buying process for my wife and I has been more painful than pleasurable. However, when we went to Lindsay to look at used Jeeps our whole perception of car buying and dealerships changed. John Choi met us on the lot and was very articulate, friendly, and knowledgable. John was not at all pushy or overbearing and gave us the space to look while he remained steadfast to answer any questions we had. The total experience at Lindsay was probably the best experience we have ever had when buying a car. The entire place was full of smiling and happy employees and they treated us the upmost respect which truly made buying a car from them a wonderful experience. What a great group of people and a great experience.

I had been looking for a good "certified used" car for about 2 months. Besides online research, I travelled from Alexandria to Chantilly to Leesburg to Manassas looking at various makes & models. Being a large-framed, 6ft 6in guy, the "sit and drive" test was very important to me.Long story short, I found a certified-used 2014 Dodge Grand Caravan that I liked online at the end of August 2015, so I called and spoke with Ren Panlaqui. He couldn't have been nicer on the initial call. I drove from Herndon to Manassas to meet him and he had the car ready for me to test drive. Ren was pleasant and easy with which to work. No pressure.Jim Rubin in the contracting office had the same, no-pressure mentality. Being in the hospitality business for more than 25 years, it was nice and refreshing to find a dealership that seemed to value me and not just my money. After looking for over a year for a Nissan frontier truck, I finally found one on the internet located at Lindsay dealership. Located 1 1/2 hours from our home we called and made an appointment with Sam Rosa. Sam met us at the door with a smile and it was all uphill from there. Sam was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and time and time again he made sure we checked everything to make sure it was right. I experienced great customer service from the moment I stepped on the lot. I knew what type of car I wanted and Vafalay Massaquoi lead me directly to the car I was looking for. It was my first car buying experience but Vafalay was thorough on the details of the car and made me very comfortable that I would be satisfied. He did not lie because I love my car and had a wonderful first time experience.Another sales guy, actually, tried to take the car keys in an unprofessional manner, soon as I finished my test drive. However, Vafalay and his team worked eagerly to expedite my process and made sure I drove away satisfied in my Infinity G37. I just recently purchased a Mazda 6 i Touring from Lindsay last week Friday. Being a bit apprehensive for I searched this vehicle online and I from Virginia Beach, Ren Panlaqui and the sales team made me feel more than welcome and comfortable through the process. Ren completely communicated with me days prior to my trip up North. We arranged a time to meet, he was punctual and there to greet me upon arrival. He was very courteous and knowledgeable of the vehicle, just genuine in his actions. The sales team was awesome. Fino was more than hospitable, introduced me to many sales team members who shared a common interest. The sales team had my best interest at hand and worked as a team for the common goal. I never write reviews, even when the service is great because to me it is part of the sales persons job to do well. Im making an exception in this case, because this was truly one of the best experiences Ive ever had. On Friday, I stopped at a dealership on my way home to check out the new Renegade. I had seen the commercials, reviewed the car online, done my homework. Now, keep in mind, this is only the 2nd car Ive ever bought from a dealership, and I was a little lost in the process. I arrived at that dealership and wandered around the lot for almost 5 minutes before someone finally came over to see if they could help me. While he was talking to me, leading me around the lot and facilities, he had very little knowledge about the vehicles on the lot he didnt know what features were loaded in the different models. I actually knew more about the car than he did. The only thing he was really knowledgeable about was the power seat which is great, but not what is going to sell me on the car. The whole process was incredible disjointed and discouraging. I learned more about the salesmans birthday, family and where he was from than I did about the car. He actually even solicited me for a job with the company I work for. Needless to say, the whole ordeal fit the stereo-type that I had built in my head.dealers are not to be trusted and dont care about meeting my needs. Its all about the money and whats best for them.The next day, after doing some more online shopping, I headed down to Lindsay (driving past the other dealership). I arrived at 10am, and Browne (unknown last name) was right there to greet me at my car. He had a pleasant smile that didnt appear forced or false. Within a moment, Sam Rosa was right there with him. Between the two of them, within a couple of minutes, knew exactly what I was looking for and we were on our way. They asked the right questions, knew what was on the lot and where, knew the features loaded in the vehicles and not once did the conversation of money come up. Sam & Browne took their time to review EVERYTHING with me. Not just the power seat. I later found out that this was actually Brownes first day, which is why he and Sam were working together. I have to give Browne credit. For it being his first day on the job, he had a very healthy depth of knowledge of the Renegade.It was incredible evident that Sams main concern was ensuring that I was happy. He was not just worried about making the sale or closing the deal. He was patient with all my questions and the whole process was (long) but smooth. I was his priority and that was obvious. Not once did he answer his phone when the calls were coming in, check his email or anything else. I felt like the most important person in the entire dealership that day! The only interruption was from a prior client letting Sam know that she was referring some of her friends to him because he took such good care of her. I knew I was with the right salesman at that point.Once the sale was complete, Sam & Browne went over the entire car with me, helping me find additional items that needed to be detailed a little more and made sure it got done. They truly wanted me to drive away with a smile on my face.Even the finance process was enjoyable (as it could be anyway). I came to the dealership with a preapproved loan from my bank, but between Jimmy (Finance) and Sam, they worked to get me an even better deal. In further evidence of a phenomenal experience, once the purchase was complete and it was time to drive away, I ran into a little problem. I now had 2 vehicles at the dealership with only me to drive both of them. Sam offered to have a couple of guys follow me the almost 30 miles back to where I needed to be. I dont know if this is normal practice or not, but it floored me. I was taking 2 of their sales reps away from the potential of making another sale. This was not something I had to ask for, they offered to do this service for me when they could have easily offered to let me leave my old car there and come back with a second drive on my own. Simply amazing!Im only 2 days into owning my first Chrysler and I dont know if I will purchase another one in the future. What I can say is that the next time I am in the market for a new car I will definitely be paying Sam and the folks at Lindsay a visit before I go anywhere else!!!!

We recently purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited from Lustine Jeep. We met with the sales manager (Matt) as we arrived and he had us work with a sales professional (Basil) who was a great guy from the very start. He was very knowledgeable about the products and helped us find the vehicle that matched our very picky wants and needs. Once we found our car, we began the process of negotiation, which is usually like a bad trip to the dentist. It actually wasn't bad and we all (including the closer) laughed through the entire process. They all are very knowledgeable about their product and they all have a great sense of humor. The paperwork process went smoothly and we were out the door. I can't say enough good things about Basil. He was great through the sales process, then followed it up the next morning with a phone call and a text thanking us for our business. We are happy with the deal we got and the experience. I don't give out 5 Stars easily, but they earned it!

I went to Lindsay Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram on 7/25/15 to look at a couple of cars that I saw online. We were immediately greeted by Sam Rosa who helped us find what we were looking for right away. He then gave us some space in order to look around. I didn't set out to buy a car that day, my current car was old and started to give me problems so I decided to shop around. It was a bit of a difficult, nerve-wrecking decision for me as I was a first-time buyer. I was so pleased with the help that I received that I ended up getting my car appraised and weighing my options while I was there.Again, I didn't go with the intention of buying a car so I didn't get one that day. I was a little nervous about the whole process so I left that Saturday evening without a car but knowing all the information I needed to make a decision. Sam was extremely helpful regardless of me not accepting the deal right away. Because of Sam's exceptional service and the fact that he went through a lot to get me the information I needed to feel comfortable during this process, I returned the very next day prepared and I purchased a 2013 Dodge Dart. I'm very happy with my car and I felt at ease making such a heavy first time decision.

I have to give this dealership a sterling review because you can just feel the positive energy upon entering the showroom. All the employees in there are willing to help and are all friendly and accommodating. My husband and I had been to a few dealerships in the last several days before he suggested we go to Lindsay and see what they had in stock. We walked in and were greeted by Mr. Sam Rosa, who was enthusiastic and friendly and wanted to show us what we came to see--the Ram 1500 and he was eager to share all the technical features of this vehicle. Sam found the vehicle, color, and package for us right on the lot there. I must say he went through everything in the car, patiently sharing his vast knowledge and asking if we had any questions on any aspect of the vehicle or the vehicle buying process. It was clear that he had studied the product he is selling and truly believed in its integrity himself. Sam was more than a salesman in our eyes. He made us feel totally comfortable and more importantly, he is a trustworthy, caring, intelligent, individual. We experienced great customer service with no pressure whatsoever and ended up purchasing a Dodge Ram 1500 Laramie. Hands down the best customer service I have dealt with not just from vehicle buying aspect either. Moe Couch and Fino Saladini are awesome to deal with. Would have left them more than a 5 star rating. Quick answers and no pressure into buying... These two fixed me right up after waiting for my local dealer to call me back a week earlier. Even after the purchase any question was important to them. I would recommend anyone looking for a great dealership to stop by you wont be disappointed. I don't usually write reviews, unless the service provided is exceptional, and this has been my recent experience with Lindsay dealership in Manassas as I was in the process of buying a new Jeep Wrangler. The sales person I was working with was Rome, and from the very first day he was very professional, friendly, honest, showed great care for the customer's needs, and was committed in helping me get the car I wanted. Since they didn't have the car in the inventory, he continued to work with me on finding the one. He was very professional in giving me regular updates on the search, so I didn't have to worry with follow-up and reminder calls. He did gain my trust and made me discontinue my search with other dealers, which was a right decision to make. He did deliver! He found a car with exact features I wanted, including the color. I left the dealership very happy. I would strongly recommend them and Rome in particular. While I didn't work directly with management, Fino Saladini came to great me while I was in the process of purchasing the car, and he followed up with a call next day. I really appreciated this and their overall customer care.

I have given the dealership such great ratings because I was given the best experiance! The employees that worked with me truly went about in multiple ways to help me out in any way that they could. The salesperson I worked with, Samuel Rosa, was phenomenal! His dedication to making me, the customer as happy as I could be was definitely reached. He was not only great at his work but just as excellent with customer service! As soon as we had greeted him, he had approached us with perhaps the most friendliest manner. I am truly happy with my experiance and now here I am with my car and I say a million thank you's to Hank Sprouse in finance, my sales person, Samuel Rosa, Edwin in service, and those who finished my car up. Conjure up your most minimal expectations and slimy stereotypes of car dealers and have them prepared to be fulfilled. Lindsay Jeep is the embodiment of those things that make car buying the miserable experience that it is.Things started off so well. They found the car I wanted, offered me a competitive price all without making me come to the dealership which is a some distance from my home. Helpful, yes. Friendly, yes. Nice, eh?THEN, I had to come in and do the paperwork. Addition "errors", exorbitant registrations fees, and miscalculation of the sales tax (did on car price plus their "service" fee instead of car alone). Got that all straightened out. Car to arrive at dealership in 3 weeks as anticipated. Wrote the deposit check and headed home. Left wondering if these errors were mistakes or rather a calculated attempt to collect more than the agreed price.The big day comes. First thing on arrival the Jeep is out front, "let's go for a drive" says the sales rep. Do you see what's coming? Get 'em in that car, make 'em want that car. Sit down to do the paperwork. Not all of the promised corrections were made, and they go off to fix them. The rep comes back and says they cannot honor the price they had committed to 3 weeks earlier (it was now July after all - that price was for June). Another $700 please. Really?No way we were playing these BS games. We walked.I echo Mark S's comments.To those who claim to have a had a good experience I am reminded of the old saying about poker - "If you sit down at the table and in 5 minutes you cannot tell who is the sucker that is there to get fleeced, then it is you". If you must shop here, be careful with these people, be very careful.

From the time I pulled up to the dealership, it was a great experience. My salesman, Sam Rosa, was honest, straight forward, and determined to get me the exact Jeep that I wanted. I told him about a horrible occurrence that happened at another dealership and he guaranteed that I would not have to worry about going through it again...he kept his word! I told him what I wanted and my price points and him and Hank (Finance) made it happen effortlessly! Even in the waiting period of my vehicle being delivered, Sam called and updated me every step of the way. On the day I picked up my new "baby", he went through the workings of the truck and set my UConnect and XM radio stuff up for me! After the first ordeal I had, I never thought that this process could be made easy and stress free and this dealership proved me wrong. I usually never do reviews but I will be sure to refer all of my colleagues and friends here because Sam and the staff really went above and beyond! Thank you!

My wife and I decided to stop by on a Friday night just to size up the Dodge Dart & Chrysler 200. Louis Onate promptly met us on our way to the showroom door and assisted us to the Dodge Dart fully loaded, Louis was extremely knowledgeable on all the Standard and Optional features on the car and insisted we take it for a spin-We did and I am glad he suggested it because it made me realize that the Chrysler 200 was really what I wanted to see. Once back at the dealership he selected a 200 Limited for me to test drive and I loved it. All of us went back to the showroom where we insisted we were not ready to purchase till this fall......then Louis & Fino tossed down a price that seemed unreal. There was no pressure, I told them we would not be buying tonight and home we went. On Saturday after some research I realized it was a great deal but was missing an option I would have liked.I called Louis, he was occupied so I ended up with Sam Rosa who hunted down the car I preferred but because it was not in Lindsay stock we couldn't quite make the deal happen, so I accepted the Friday night price on the test drove model and picked up Monday night June 29th. Everyone at Lindsay Autos was great including the speed of the finance department. Great Great establishment that still knows how to make a customer feel welcome in every way!

Had the privilege of meeting Sam on my first visit to Lindsay to look at a Jeep Liberty. From the beginning Sam showed outstanding customer service. We drove the truck around for a good 15-20 mins and there was never any pressure. Needless to say I purchased the truck and am very happy. To this day he still checks in to see how things are going. This has been my worst car buying experience ever. I went to trade in my 2014 Dodge Avenger for the new 2015 Dodge Charger. They told me that within 10 days I would receive a payoff letter from the trade in and that I would be receiving checks from the cancelled warranties. The guy that helped me in financing called his boss and they said that usually they don't use warranty money as down payment for a new car, but in this case they would to try and get me a better deal with a financing company. $4500 was the amount that I was told I would get back and $3000 was for the down payment and the other $1500 was to be ahead on payments just in case something were to happen. So, I drove off ecstatic thinking everything was going to be taken care of. A few weeks pass by and I hadn't received the payoff letter and I just thought maybe the car company was taking its time getting it to me. Now almost a month since I purchased the new car, I decided to call Lindsay and see what was going on. They kept giving me the run around saying their computers were down and that I had to call back to talk to this person and this person. Finally I was able to get ahold of somebody who took a look into the account for me only to find out they hadn't even sent the payoff check to the car financing company. At this point, the finance company is calling me almost everyday because their records show that I am past due on my car payments, so then they get involved and say that they haven't received anything and that payment needs to be made. At this point, I am really upset because they have now MESSED MY CREDIT up and it has gone down almost 100 points. The guy I spoke with told me that they do not send payoff checks until down payment has been made which was not the deal that was made, so I start yelling at the guy because I am fed up with all of the calls and the bs. Over the next couple of weeks I was repeatedly told that the check has been overnighted, yet every time I call the financing company they say they have not received anything. So I call Lindsay back again and finally have to go up there because things aren't being resolved. At this point, it's almost two months after the purchase of the Charger and the financing company is saying I owe almost $1000 in past due payments on a car that I have not been in possession of for two months. I was told that I would receive close to $4500 back from the cancelled warranties on the trade in, but when I receive all three checks back they only equal about $2500 which isn't even enough for the $3000 agreed upon down payment on the car. Because they decided to wait to send the payoff on the car, the warranties could not be cancelled and therefore the checks were less and less each day they didn't pay it off which is why after two months and countless lies I only received back $2500 instead of $4500 like he said. They took their time paying off the trade in, but they were on top of calling me every single week about getting their money which to this day they have not received because of all the bs they put me through. I intend to send this letter to the manager of the business as well and see what they have to say for the horrible service and many lies they told me.

I purchased a new Grand Cherokee SRT..From almost the first week after driving I noticed a dull "thumping" noise coming from the rear of the vehicle present during downshifting. Then it started to do it more and more and now it was present during upshifting in lower gears mostly present after I have been driving it for an extended period of time. I dropped it off at the shop at 1,000K miles..The tech said he did'nt hear anything. I contacted the higher up in the shop and made arrangements to do a test drive with him...Immediately he acknowlded the noise and said it was'nt right but they would make it right. Now we are at 2K miles and the noise is getting worse as more miles go by. I explained it did not effect the performance but the noise was extremly aggrivating, to the point I don't even want to drive it for a long period of time. And it was not what I signed up for. The noise sounds like the rear and/or trans are not in sync nor are they operating properly together..Like there is a delay in the reaction between the 2 and it needs to catch up, hence the thump. They kept the vehilce for a week as they were baffled, but kept acknowldeing it was'nt right..They told me they were opeing a case with Engineering. No one has heard of this noise before and no one knew what to do. They told me they were going to keep it until the following week and by process of elimination, start replacing the trans valve body, etc. I told them I would be patient because I needed it fixed..It was again not what I signed up for and ruining my driving experience which is the entire reason I picked this vehicle..to drive it and to enjoy it. I explained that at 2K miles, if they could not find a solution, then we would have to talk about them getting me in another vehicle to replace it sooner rather then later. He understood. Needless to say, within 24 hours they called me to say that they decided this noise was "normal" and they were not going to do anything about it. Well that baffles me..for a week they told me it was not normal. Now all of the sudden it is...But its funny how no one has ever complained about this before and no one has heard this noise before..Not in service nor not from engineering..It was only deemed normal once I said we needed to talk about a buy back and/or getting another in to trade it out for....So BUYER BEWARE. If you do not want to spend 70K on a vehicle that has a continuous thumping noise from the trans/rear as you are driving. A noise that you have to explain to yourself and all your passengers that nothing is wrong, then DONT buy this vehicle because according to this service dept. it is "normal". This is only the beginning of my complaint process. My next step is Depart of Consumer Affairs. In the meantime, I will drive with the radio loud so I don't have to hear it!

One of the other salesman was kind enough to offer my daughter a snack (bought a snack from the vending machine for her) while my husband went on the test drive. The process was relatively easy, despite my little one running around the whole time! Everyone was very understanding, and most people stopped what they were doing to entertain her for a few minutes! When it was time to move the car seat into the new car, David helped to make sure it was secure! We will definitely be going back when it's time to buy our next new car!!

My wife and I were searching for a new truck for myself. After visiting two or three lots before stopping at Lindsay's my wife and I were almost ready to give up because of the bad customer service we received at all three lots. When we pulled up into the Lindsay dealer lot we were greeted by an awesome sales person by the name of Urey Hohney. Mr. Hohney made us feel very welcome and he did not push/rush us into buying anything. Mr. Hohney was very knowledgeable on ever vehicle we had questions about. After being on the lot for about an hour, my wife and I finally found the vehicle that met our needs. Mr. Hohney and his co-workers made our experience the best ever! before leaving the lot Myself and Mr. Hohney notice paint chipped on two different areas of the vehicle. Mr. Hohney advised me he will get the problem fixed. He set up a date and time for me to bring the vehicle in to be repaired. Mr. Hohney went as far as to coming in on his day off to make sure I was taken care of and even brought me and my son home afterwards, now that's what I call custom care. We had been to several other dealers and had one bad experience after another, our confidence in their honesty was dropping and frustration levels growing. At Lindsay our sales person Kyle actually listened to us and didn't try to force us into something we didn't want or need. Even thought we didn't initially come to an agreement on a vehicle we still had a very positive experience with Kyle and the staff and when they called back with an option that worked out for us jumped at the opportunity. I have never before written a positive write-up on a car dealership but I can honestly recommend Kyle and Lindsay Jeep.

EXCELLENT DEALERSHIP! Worked to find exactly what I wanted in a truck and fit my budget. Fino & Kyle are the go to people for your new Ram truck purchase. We had gone to several other dealerships and ran into numerous obstacles, salespeople not knowing their trucks, pretending to know more than they did, making offers I knew they could follow through on, etc. I admit I am very picky (you should be when you're shelling out 40K+) but I had done my research. Save yourself a lot of wasted time, headaches, and heartburn - GO SEE THESE GUYS FIRST!

Buyer beware. after we settled on a price we were hit with an 895 charge. salesman said it was for gas inspection cleaning etc. Was not pleased this wasnt explained until after everything was done. Between the 499 processing fee and the 895 extra charge i wont be going back. so any price you settle on you can expect to add 1400 to it. very displeased!!!!!

I drove 140 miles from PA to Lindsay. Why? I just did not trust my local Jeep dealer. I went with my gut. the prices were more than fair as was the financing. I saved so much money on one car I bought 2 brand new Renegades. I wish they were closer by to do my service work. Thereally was no car salesman bs. Between the 2 cars and finance savings it was close to 10k. My local dealer called. I told him what I was offered and he laughed at me. Well guess who is laughing now. I bought a brand new car on Sunday night and came out on Monday morning to find no power steering. The car had to be towed to Safford Dodge in Fredericksburg. The power steering problem was supposedly fixed but they found "cosmetic" damage under the car that should have been found during the inspection of the car before it was sold. They suggested I bring the car back to Lindsay Chevrolet. I left Fredericksburg and before I got to the Falmouth exit, I was having the same problem again. I left messages at Safford Dodge on Monday and have yet to receive a call from them. I took the car back to Lindsay. I received a call today telling me that parts for my "new" car would not be in till Friday. I was given a loaner car and sent on my way. I am very disappointed in the customer service since I was never offered a replacement for the car. I have tried to make them understand that I do not feel comfortable with this car but I have been made to feel like I am unreasonable and causing the dealership issues. I do not feel that I should have to accept a $20,000.00 car after it needing such extensive repairs. I had a wonderful experience with Chris Lamb who sold me the car but unfortunately I have attempted to reach the general manager through phone calls and email and have received no response. I need a new car! I am not trying to be unreasonable but I don't want a car that is already having major issues. I paid for a car and I expect to be driving a new car that has not already been in the shop twice, I feel like a dealership that offers good customer service would attempt to make the customer happy! I am hoping this is resolved quickly and I can write a review telling everyone about how nice I have been treated!

I came in hoping to get a new Dodge Charger. Well, needless to say, the banks said no. I still want to review this team. From the start Urey Hohney was amazing! I was treated with respect, and Urey was very professional. My situation was explained to me up front. And Urey still decided to take time and try to work with me. Everybody I ran into while trying to get a deal done was very polite. Urey showed me a range of vehicles, and we found the one I loved. Because of my trade being so upside down, it killed the deal. I have to say, one day I will be ready to get the vehicle I want, and I will 100% come to lindsay.I would rate everything 100% if we got a more competitive offer on the trade. Marcus DeJesus was very nice welcoming and took great care in showing me the car and talking to me about all the costs. John Choi was also key in helping me buy this car. Just left and I'm horrified. We initially met with Kyle, who was wonderful. Very friendly and open to hear our wants and needs when purchasing a vehicle. When we met with James Rose, we were immediately turned off by his insulting comments and demeanor when speaking with us. Not only was he insulting, he continually talked down to us and was incredibly pushy for us to make an immediate decision on a price. While negotiating a price, he asked if he could "wrap this up" and his "are you kidding me?" Statements were about as ignorant as it could get. While we were open to negotiate, this man felt that he should make us feel stupid rather than give us realistic options in our car buying appointment. We understand that Lindsay Chrysler does well with business, which is why we came here. But we left feeling like our needs and wants didn't matter because they'll make the sale anyway with someone else. Lindsay Chrysler, please take a look at James Rose's tone and demeanor when speaking with clients. I certainly will not be recommending this dealership to anyone.

I've bought a number of cars at various dealerships in MD over the last 15 years but none seemed more honest and forthright than the Lindsay team. I first placed an internet search and was immediately contacted by Tony Trapal. I identified a vehicle and Rommel Bernardo immediately followed up. I was close to closing on a deal in MD on a similar vehicle but couldn't locate the interior color that met my liking. Within hours, Rommel called back with a perfect fit to my requirements as described. That's not all... Lindsay also has the resources and customize my interior according to specs. Now I have the vehicle I want exactly the way I want it; I'm completely satisfied! Many dealerships were in competition for my business, but couldn't meet all my criterion but the Lindsay team was 100% in sync. The total experience, price and financing were "on-the-money" too.

After spending many hours at dealerships in my area (N. E. PA.) I started looking on line and again spending a lot of time. I came across Lindsay web site. After finding a vehicle (a Ram 1500 Laramie) I was interested in i filled out the information needed. The next day i got a call from internet sales manager Bahram Shakeri. He was very professional and informative. After thinking about it for a few day I decided to stop buy their dealership on my way home from Roanoke VA. (a 3/12 hour detour) to look at the truck and to make a long story short I purchased the truck and around 6 Hours later i was driving my new Ram home (a 4/12 drive) I can't say enough about everyone I had contact with. Bahram even helped me transfer all my tools and cross box in his suit and all the rest of the things i had in the cab which I appreciated. My wife is now thinking of buying a new vehicle and even though Lindsay is well out of our way we will definitely give Bahram a call to see if he can help us.

I worked with Rome over the course of three days. I consider myself a prudent consumer and I'm very particular about the things I want and what willing to pay. Rome was very patient with me, he took the time to fully understand my needs, he met with a variety of people within the dealership to provide me with accurate responses to my more technical questions, he provided excellent communication often calling me and texting me with updates after hours, and he was a fantastic liaison between me and the upper management folks making the call concerning pricing. However, Jim Rubin and his team at Lindsay Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram did a FANTASTIC job of not only locating the perfect car for me, but actually made it an exciting experience. There was no rush, no tacky sales tactics, just an honest effort to get me the car I wanted and needed. I bought a gorgeous 2015 Challenger that Jim located at a dealership somewhere in PA. His team went right to work, securing the vehicle, getting it to the Manassas dealership, and having it ready for me to drive home. When it came to talking money , Mike was great. He was very easy to work with, willing and able to discuss every line item of the contract to my satisfaction, and was even able to work some magic when numbers needed "massaging." I feel that I got a very good price for my car, and felt respected as a woman when it came to negotiating the deal. I picked up the car on Jim's day off, so Theresa was ready for me when I came in. She had the keys in hand, took me for a spin in the new car, then proceeded to explain the car's features. She was personable, fun, and so knowledgeable about the car. Between Jim, Theresa, and Mike, I felt like the only customer in the entire dealership. They were attentive, listened carefully to my wants and needs, and found me the PERFECT car. My hubby just bought me a 2015 Chrysler 200C for my bday. Unfortunately, we arrived 30 minutes before the dealership closed. However, the sales rep stayed and was very pleasant to work with. It was his son's bday that day as well and I felt horrible for holding him up. He worked efficiently and kept us informed on everything that was going on. I have been in the market for a new vehicle for the past month. After visiting several dealerships I became interested in a new Jeep Cherokee. I am not defined by my car and generally do not enjoy the process of purchasing automobiles. However, Lindsay Jeep, or to be more specific , Salesman Gerry Hebron has changed my entire outlook on the experience. His professionalism, low pressure and friendly personality was very rewarding. As a matter of fact, Mr. Hebron sets a standard that all dealerships should follow, which projects such a positive experience, I just don't see how I will be able to ever deal with another car salesperson again--I AM SERIOUS! The bottom line was the final price, and as one other dealership told me "I CANT TOUCH THAT DEAL" Thank you Mr. Hebron, I wish you the best ......

We went out for a drive yesterday to check out a Jeep Wrangler that was advertised at this Lindsay dealership. We really felt at ease after arriving on the lot and being greeted by one of their salesmen, Bahram. Bahram provided a great test drive that let us experience the vehicle in a lot of driving conditions, was very knowledgeable about the Wrangler, and worked with us to get a great deal on this used Wrangler. You could also tell that Bahram really believed in Lindsay and truly enjoyed his job. It was just a nice atmosphere compared to other dealerships we've visited. We had been to other dealers looking at similar Wranglers but Lindsay earned our business because of the professionalism of their staff. The entire car buying experience was great, from sales to financing, to delivery in probably less than a total of 2.5 hours from when we arrived. This isn't the closest Jeep dealership to my house but I'll come back to try their service department as well. I highly recommend Lindsay!

I had the best car buying experience ever!!!During my pregnancy with my third child, my husband and I decided that we needed a bigger vehicle to fit our growing family. We did our research and visited many other local dealerships around the Manassas, Woodbridge, and Fairfax area in search for the perfect VAN or SUV to fit our needs. Keep in mind that I was pregnant at the time, so I did not have any tolerance for my time being wasted with BS! And, I was not looking forward to getting a "VAN!"But, we decided to check out Lindsay CDJR in Manassas, after my bubble tea craving run with our little ones. Upon our arrival, we were greeted my Mr. John Choi. He showed us around the lot and helped us compare our options between the Jeep Cherokee, the Dodge Durango, the Chrysler Town and Country, and the Dodge Grand Caravan. He was very professional, very informative and knew a lot about the cars, and kept straight to the point. Well it was that time again for us, so after work my husband and I ventured out on our mission to buy. We went to several dealerships. One in Warrenton, never called back regarding a basic price information on a specific vehicle. The other at Tyson's Corner, was unfriendly and insulted us with an extremely low-ball offer on our trade-in. The third night out, we were tired and a bit discouraged as we drove into Lindsay located in Manassas. We were welcomed by David Chute a salesman that we had contacted earlier with questions. It was quite cold out, 13 degrees, but it didn't seem to slow David down. He walked my husband all around the lot, answering any question that was presented. He was friendly, NOT pushy, and very knowledgeable. We knew the vehicle we wanted and the price we had in mind. We understood it was a stretch so Fino Saladina the sales manager came in to assist. Fino and David were determined to help us out. Fino not only met us where we were, at but presented us with an offer that we couldn't refuse, Lifetime Bumper to Bumper! They were honest and upfront, no haggeling back and forth. No insulting low-ball offers on our trade-in. Next we quickly moved on to the finance manager, Michael Kim. This guy really knows his stuff. He found us a lower rate than even our credit union could offer. Again, no pressure on additional add-ons. We walked into his office at 10:05pm and were shaking hands and leaving at 10:32pm. What an amazing experience! We really appreciate being treated like a "client" rather than a quick sale. Thank you folks at Lindsay! We love our new RAM Truck and will be back!

By far the best customer service I experienced was with Samuel Rosa at Lindsay Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. The last thing I ever wanted to do was car shopping again, but after my car was totaled in a recent accident I found myself in the market once again for a new car. Lindsay Chrysler was actually the third dealership I went to in the span of a few days, but it should have been the first. Samuel Rosa spent hours with me going over everything on the 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited. In fact, the other dealerships I went to didn't even know where the battery was located. I'm so glad I took the time to visit Samuel Rosa at Lindsay Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram.

No one show have to take 5 hours to buy a car. The Manager quoted us a price on the phone three times and we asked if that would be the price we would pay when we got there we were told yes. Once we arrived he did not want to honor his quoted price after we drove for two hours to get there. Several hours later 11PM were started to walk out the door and then we were offered the price. Dont understand why the price could not have been honored before walking out. All said we left at 1AM with the car but was not happy with the wasted time.

The staff at Lidsay were the most polite and wonderful staff I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. especaly Diego Quintane thanks to his wounderfull aditude and superior service not to mention he had all the knowledge of the vehicles. I am now a proud owner of a very nice 2015 Dodge Durango I wouldn't trade that for anything I can't say how much Diego went out of his way to not only help me find the best vehical for me. he even took care of getting the vehical and bringing it to the lot earlier than I ever could have expected. Had a good experience with Lindsey buying my Jeep Rubican. Robert Anderson was the sales person and he owns a Jeep Wrangler. Nice to buy a Jeep Wrangler from someone who owns one. He was very helpful and never pushy about it. Some of the dealers around here flood your email, txt, and phone calls. Robert never did that and I really appreciated that. If your looking for new car especially a Jeep, I highly recommend Lindsey and Robert Anderson.

Cheap switch and bait tactics that destroy the experience of buying a new car.I looked up a specific car, and the corresponding stock number along with the quoted internet price on their own website. I called up the dealer, spoke with Chris Lamb and his manager Ronaldo. Both of them confirmed the availability and the internet quoted price for the car. They asked me to come in and assured me a 'no-haggle' experience. The real experience was the opposite. They wanted to add thousands more to the price that is quoted on their own website for the exact same car (specific stock number). Mind that these extra dollars are not the freight, tax, tag or the processing fee, which I was expecting anyways.. When I asked for the reason, they referred to the footnote on their website, which does not mention about any additional costs. On the contrary it talks about additional incentives that could be available to bring the price further down.On the whole, I felt cheated and wasted my time (several hours). The internet price is scam to just bring (bait) people in.

I drove 3 hours each way as I was told they have a van that I wanted for $10k under sticker. I got there and they increased the price by $4k, because "I did not qualify for certain incentives." Simply put, they did a bait-and-switch. When I inquired about their advertising and the lack of disclosure / disclaimers, I was told that they can get away with advertising a price that includes all incentives / rebates, because some customers do qualify for all of them. I asked how come this information was not relayed to me when I spoke with Gina on the phone, and Fino stated that "our sales staff do not know what incentives / rebates" are part of the advertised price. I was disgusted. I ended up leaving and going to their competitor and bought a van from a dealer who was upfront about their pricing. I also reported them to the VA Attorney General for illegal sales practices. Please check out this dealer's BBB rating (currently it is an"F" due to numerous complaints pertaining to their advertised pricing policies)

I only stopped by to test drive a Ram. Alex greeted me, introduced himself, and could not have been friendlier or more accommodating. He found the model Ram I wanted to test drive and had to move several other vehicles around to make it available. Alex answered all my questions and I took the Ram home that evening. My previous car buying experience, at another brand and dealer, made me less than eager to enter a dealership. I've never owned a Dodge or Ram before and had never visited a Lindsay showroom before. That was 2 weeks ago. I'm so pleased with my Ram and my Lindsay experience was very positive. I highly recommend Alex if you're in the market for a new car. He's much younger than me but his professionalism was quite impressive.

My wife and I decided to stop into Lindsay dodge at the last second. We were on our way to buy a nissan. Bahram helped us find the exact car we were looking for. When it came to price of the car they really put the lowest price on the table immediately. I called every dodge dealership in the area to see if they could beat the price. None of them could come within $500 of the cost that Bahram worked for us, several of them were well over $1000 higher. When it came time to finance we were originally offered a loan by a bank that was way off our price point. Bahram promised they would take care of it for us. Enter John Melber the finance manager, he not only managed to find someone to give us the loan we were hoping for but with a lower interest rate the we thought we could get. There is not a doubt in my mind that both Bahram and John went above and beyond to get us the car we wanted, with the payment we wanted, and a better interest rate than we wanted. My wife loves the car and when it's time for me to replace my truck my first call will be to Bahram and John. I can't say it enough if you want awesome service with a great price give them a call. Seriously.

Don't walk, RUN from this place. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Dealership has courteous staff and nice facilities, but....what they fail to mention in their online advertising or via phone consultation with sales / financing staff is that the online advertised price includes ALL of factory rebates / incentives, such as: lease buyback, military discount, customer cash, Chrysler employee pricing, etc. I drove 180 miles, spent 3.5 hours in traffic to get here and find out that the advertised price of $23,642 on a 2015 Dodge Grand Caravan RT is actually going to be $26,500 as I am not in military, I am not a Chrysler employee, I do not have a lease vehicle to trade in, nor am I a member of various fictitious organizations. Very upsetting that a dealer, such as this, is not forthcoming and that it engages in deceptive pricing!

I had warranty work done on my vehicle. The Service Department was very helpful. When I disagreed with Chrysler's assessment on some items, I asked to speak with the Service Manager, Dave Edwards. He was a true joy to work with and went to bat for me with Chrysler and was able to get some issues reversed. When there was an issue with some of the work done by a body shop that was not to my satisfaction, he was able to ensure that they addressed my concerns and the car wasn't returned until I was satisfied. He never lost his professional demeanor and I truly believe he cares about pleasing his customers, which you don't find everywhere these days. Having worked in automotive dealerships and shops when I was younger, I know the good, bad and the ugly. Because Dave was able to consistently assist me throughout everything, I was happy to take the time to write this. Lindsay picked the right Service Manager which means they have a good Service Department since their leadership is top notch. I highly recommend their Service Department.

I ordered a new Dodge Challenger back in mid October and got a fantastic price on it. Chris Lamb was very helpful, as was Ronaldo. I brought my other dealership OTD prices and they beat them by nearly 500 dollars. Chris Lamb kept me informed of the status changes on my vehicle and alerted me immediately when the vehicle arrived. Jimmy in Finance was great too. He found me a great rate and was very straighforward and friendly. He didnt try to upsell me stuff I didnt want/need which I impressed me the most, as this has always been a nuisance when car buying in the past.I highly recommend Lindsay CDJR for anybody looking for a great deal.

I didn't see it in person prior to buying it so the agent took the time to send me more photos and followed all my instructions to make my transaction smooth. I worked with Jim for a few weeks over phone and email, and had discussed my situation with him. I sent them pictures of my truck that I wanted to trade and was offered 30000 for it. So I drove 6 hours to the dealership to find out that the vehicle I wanted was sold the day before I came down there and was then told that they could only give me 29000 for my truck. I also had told them that I was not wanting to exceed 600 a month on my payment and was hit with an 848 a month payment. It was a big waste of time and money for me. I spent 6 hours on the road and was there for 5 hours just to turn around and drive 6 hours back home and spend 200 dollars in gas. Very disappointed in the dealership and the way everything was handled. Jim rubin was excellent to deal with and was very friendly. That was the only positive thing out of the whole situation.

Let me start by stating that my first experience with him was good. There were some things that needed to be fixed on the vehicle. They fixed some but not all. I was told that I had to go to another dealership (SUV was a luxury vehicle) to have the problem diagnosed and they would take care of the cost as long as the other dealership sent them the diagnostic. Well, the diagnostic was sent and now they don't want to pay. Now I have to drive over an hour away (back to Lindsay) to have them TRY to fix the issue when they initially told me they couldn't fix it. All of a sudden a magic wand was waved and they can fix my issue. I feel like he should honor his word and pay the other dealership as promised. I WOULD NEVER PURCHASE FROM THEM AGAIN NOR WOULD I RECOMMEND MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS.......i feel like I was LIED TO and that they had no intention on paying the other dealership.

If it was not for the employees at this dealership, this dealership would not have a foot to stand on! They are not only personable but they care beyond you signing the purchase agreement. Hank, Phil and Mr. Fino were the best salespeople I have ever encountered in all my years and all the cars. They made my experience so enjoyable. They even had me laughing because they are like an office full of family! All of their employees, not just them. I even have a cartoon character I look like too, lol! Apparently I'm a Bratz doll and my sales person looked like the man from CPT Kangaroo, LOL! So as you can tell, I am really happy. Walked in with the credit but had a trade in with negative equity. Still drove away with my dream truck! I love Dodge and have always wanted a Dodge Durango. Well I got a 2014' Dodge Durango! Mr. Hank even saw some money I was due back from when I purchased my trade in. He didn't have to but he went online and did the work. I have two checks coming in the mail! He didn't have to go beyond me signing the purchase agreement. He did! Mr. Phil called me the next day to follow-up, answer some questions I had the night before and to extend a courtesy for me to call him with any issues or questions or concerns. Mr. Fino... The non military BIGGEST MILITARY SUPPORTER!!! Made me feel like a celebrity! As a Service Member that is awesome! They gave me the APR that I was looking for. The deal that was good. A comfortable payment. A great Credit Union. I can go on and on... Not because they asked me to. I am doing this because I choose to. I want the world to know that this dealership is awesome and I would recommend anyone to go there. Go there! Let them take care of you! You deserve the best! They are absolutely the frickin best!!!!!

I am a first time owner and the staff members at Lindsay Chrysler Jeep Doge in Mansassas VA really made me feel like they cared about what I wanted, being able to make me a good deal, sitting with my first time buyer questions, and not rushing me. In particular, John Choi was very understanding of both my concerns and my parents concerns who were multiple states away at the time of my purchase. He explained everything clearly, did not rush me, and worked hard to get me the deal I was comfortable with. In the end, I walked away with a bran new Jeep Compass Latitude 4x4 that was beyond my expectations. I am so glad I chose this dealership and John to make my first purchase with. I found Lindsay Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram on the internet. I live in Ohio and I was searching for a new or used Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit. Lindsay had several of them listed online at fantastic prices. I spoke with David Chute by phone and email before I decided to book a flight to Virginia the next day to look at one. David made arrangements to have a salesman pick me up at the airport. Nice touch. My salesman, Jeff Kitts, was great. He went over the pricing and rebates that were available to me and some that weren't. He didn't pressure me at all. He was very patient and worked tirelessly for me.Fino Saldini, was on hand to make the numbers work for me and Mike Kim, worked his magic in finance. I was on my way back to Ohio within a few hours of my arrival. It was a long shot going to another state to purchase a vehicle, but at the end of the day, it was worth the trip. I have seen positive reviews regarding the dealership assisting customers through email and phone before they got to the dealer. I emailed them about a new truck, informed them that I am a cash buyer, even offered to put a deposit on the vehicle to show them I was truly interested. They told me that they don't do this and I would have to come into the dealer. I informed them that I would be coming from nearly 100 miles away to pick the vehicle up and simply wanted to have things worked out before I made the trip. They declined to talk to me about anything and told me they wouldn't help me unless I came into the dealership. I suppose they will work with some people this way as observed in other reviews but they won't with me??? This could have been a very easy transaction ($40000 vehicle). What ever happened to the days when customer service and earning someone's business existed? All I wanted to know through email was the true price of the vehicle that I wanted with the actual incentives that I would qualify for before making the trip. They sent me a text message and told me "they don't do business like that". Obviously they do as others have been helped this way. Arrogance is the equivalent to ignorance! While the vehicle still sits on their lot I am now left to find a comparable one elsewhere simply because they did not want to take the time to work with me.

He was understanding and didn't push me into a decision, which took a few days. I have never bought a car on my own before, and he made the process as easy as possible. Both John and Jimmy were straightforward which I really appreciated. I felt that I got a good deal without a lot of hassle. These are the guys to go to when looking for a new car. Because they going to bite you like sneaky snake, just don't know when and who going to bite you , and how poison is it. watch your back.I purchased a Jeep Cherokee latitude on the end of July. Financial manager said I have to buy all the warrantyand gap insurance cost me $ 6069 , cause the loaner "PNC bank" requires me to buy it. And salesman Walid Badawy offer me a price for 27k first, couple minutes after, he told me, he forgot add freight, price need to go up to 28k. When I got back to PA, I realized the price is not 27k or 28k, it is 30k. Maybe it is only happen to me, I sent complaints to General Manager Paul Smyth and Chrysler Group LLC Customer Assistance on Aug. 11. Until today, No one form Lindsay contact me. so disappoint and i cant even say poor customer service, cause you going to have none.

Just purchased a brand new 2015 Jeep Trailhawk from Lindsay, the customer service was first rate, right from the start beginning with the immediate greetings from Adiel to finalizing the paperwork with John Melber, Jr. Even the negotiating process, which can get sticky, with Fino went smoothly. The professionalism, the kindness and absolute attention to our needs was second to none - truly a wonderful experience doing business with this dealership. Our sales person David Chute was very attentive to my wife's needs and wants as we were presented the different vehicles on the lot that were in mind. Not once was he impatient with us or pushy as most sales rep's are but in fact showed a great deal of interest in getting what we wanted. My wife wasn't feeling well that day so he kindly offered to bring the vehicles to us which was a big help - again in a sincere effort to just help and not sell. We did not close on the deal on that same day and wanted to go home and really review everything that was talked about but a few days later, we returned and to my surprise, again we were met with the same courteous and kind demeanor we encountered the first time. What a great experience this has been. We got the vehicle we wanted, a 2014 Dodge Grand Caravan, sat down with John Melba (Finance Manager) was offered a maintenance package that was easily affordable and closed the deal. John was also very professional, and listened to what our needs were for a vehicle and also coordinated efforts with David to get a us a great deal. I went to a few other dealerships and test drive a few cars prior to ending up at Lindsay. The other dealership experiences were so bad or uneventful that I couldn't even remember the all of dealership names. All of the previous salesmen were extremely pushy and way too aggressive. Even completely attempting to destroy other brand names and purposely giving me old beaten up cars to test drive. This was done just to persuade me to buy the car THEY wanted to sell. Upon arrival at Lindsay, we were greeted by a nice gentlemen named John Choi. He was unbelievably professional and seemed give us his honest opinion on every question. When we asked about other brand cars, he was even will to take us to another dealership to test drive them. That's how confident in his product he was. When he said the car sells itself, he wasn't lying. John was willing to go above and beyond to accommodate my buying situation. I wanted to have my father see the car before buying and John was willing to take the vehicle to wherever my father was located. Thankfully, we didn't have to do that. I came back the next day and sealed the deal. Even after the purchase, John has checked in to make sure everything is still going smoothly. The finance employee, I think his name was Jimmy, was also nice and helpful.I couldn't have asked for a better car buying experience and have since shared my story and John's business cards with family and friends.

First time buying a new car. I did a lot of research and found the Lindsay dealership at Virginia to have the best price. I filled out an information request form and within minutes got a reply. Bahram Shakeri sent me an invite and the next day drove there. Everything went very smooth Bahram was very helpful and guided me through the buying process. I was very pleased with my purchase, I walked out the dealership with a new 2014 Dodge Journey at a great price all thanks to Bahram Shakeri. I am 43 and just bought my first new car. Sam Rosa was so helpful and friendly with helping me through the whole process. Everything from the price to all the extras's and the warranties was a deal I did not imagine before going in there. Sam and Fino Saladini helped me buy a brand new 2014 dodge avenger when I was looking at used cars in a certain price range. Finally found a Durango that I wanted asking price 38500 so I made my offer 3 times Sam would go to manager and come back with nope the price is 38500 even tried to tell me they was losing money on that price! Never heard of a dealer put a used car on the lot for less than they paid for it?Finally after 3 hours got him to 36500 then found out he would only give me $1000 for a 2005 Magnum in good condition. I am not sure what the managers name was because he just sat behind his desk and did not even bother to get up to talk to me. Sam Rosa was good and knowledgeable but the manager was just rude and arrogant. I have never been so insulted by a sales manager and would not go back. I walked out with my cash and will purchase a New RT Durango from another dealer.

Extremely frustrated. Bought my car in Dec 2013 - and experience was excellent, as was the first service following a few months later. However, learned this dealership is under new ownership within the last few months and customer service and experience is now below acceptable. Here is my experience: Called in May 2014 in response to a recall notice, was told the part would be available August 2014. Called back mid-July 2014, to check status, and service representative laughed and said it would be October. Also informed me that I was "13 on the list". Called back early August 2014 to check status again, was sent straight to voicemail. To this day (two weeks later) have not received a call back. Called two days after leaving the voicemail and was told the person was again not there. After a long discussion about my specific situation, with the poor service rep who had answered the call, was told 15-20 people were ahead of me on the "list". How is that even possible?!?!?! At first, he recommended I come by the next day in hopes they would have a part and to explain my situation, but then later stated that I was obviously upset and that the situation may not go well in person. I asked if he was insinuating that I was unable to have a professional discussion, to which he replied no - he was concerned about how the service rep whom I had left a voicemail for would react. How could a company employ service reps that cannot properly and professionally handle customer concerns?!?! Was also advised that they had a part available, but could not hold it. Apparently the only option was to take time off of work. On the day of the appointment, I called to confirm the appointment and service, and was told there may have been a "misunderstanding" and that they had the first recall piece, but if it needed a full replacement - that would have be ordered. What?!?! When I went for my appointment, I spoke with the service manager who admitted that if a customer came in for any repair and or simply showed up and asked if they had the part in stock - legally they were serviced immediately. He could not explain how I had "dropped on the list" or why the do not honestly explain to customers the list is not the only way recall parts are being matched to customers. So I recommend to all those patiently waiting their turn, to simply show up. Apparently no benefit to waiting your turn. I was displeased that I had to ask to speak with the service manager when I arrived for my appointment, would have thought that knowing my situation (which he confirmed he did), he would have made the effort to initiate a discussion with me upon arrival. The service manager expressed that they are experiencing "growing pains" during the transition - I replied that I do not believe that the customer should have to settle for a poor experience in the interim for an internal business problem. Also surprised that although the General Manager was on-site, he did not come at all. Upon completion of service, they charged me in full - was shocked they did not even attempt to discount a $30 oil change, which would have shown they were taking some action to mend the customer relationship. It's the little actions that speak volumes. I called the customer care line at 800-992-1997, and recommend you do the same if you have a poor experience like this. At least there is a record of the account, it goes on file and the owner is notified. Wish I could rate higher for some areas above, but if I have to fight for an appointment, be frustrated and annoyed the entire time, I am unable to separate the experience in this particular case - it all rolled into one unsatisfactory event. I am committed to finding a dealership that appreciates and values my business. No reason to give my hard earned money here, when there are clearly other Jeep dealerships in the immediate area. Go anywhere else!!!

Today, I purchased a new Ram from Lindsay Dodge. I initiated the process online via the USAA Car Buying Service. I exchanged several messages with Phil Rolfe over the course of a few days before narrowing down my selection to one vehicle that was in stock. I preferred to finalize the pricing via email, but learned that Lindsay's policy does not allow that. I was initially hesitant to proceed, but researched the dealer further and learned that several buyers had positive experiences with Lindsay, so I decided to give them a chance. Knowing the general range of the pricing I was looking at, I went to the dealership. Upon arrival, Phil was busy so he set me up with David Chute. David showed me the vehicle that was of interest and explained all the features. He was very professional, courteous, and most importantly - not pushy. We proceeded to close the deal and I was out of the dealership in less than two hours with a great new Ram at an excellent price.While I may have been a bit difficult with Phil during the online process, I am satisfied that I gave him and Lindsay the benefit of the doubt and went to the dealership. Phil was outstanding and always provided quick responses to my inquiries and even though he could not assist when we arrived, I was happy that he set up up with Dave, who was equally outstanding and provided great service.I would highly recommend Lindsay Dodge to others and would certainly consider returning there in the future if I need another vehicle.

Thank you so much to the GM who FINALLY heard us. They are NOW making things right with us and we are finally after next week to be able to enjoy our truck. I will now say I would recommend this dealer. I would still buy the extended warranty so that you know that you are covered. Mistakes are made the learning lesson to this story is that if you make a mistake you own up to it and make it right. I apologize for the negative reviews about this dealer and want to thank you for everything!

We purchased a 2014 Dodge 1500 4X4 on 9 August 2014 from Robert Anderson and James Rose at Lindsay of Manassas. We would highly recommend working with this team. James is a USAA certified dealer and was very knowledgeable about the program. Robert has a love of Ram trucks and Jeeps which shines through as he is highly knowledgeable about both types of vehicles. We plan to purchase a Jeep within a few years and plan to work with them again. They were not pushy and did not make us feel like running for the door. Great experience, thanks guys!

But when reading the good things others had written about John, who had reached out to me in response to my inquiry, I figured I'd give it a shot. I'm extremely happy I did. John is the kind of salesperson you cross your fingers and hope you get. He's extremely personable, straightforward and goes out of his way to make you comfortable through what can be a daunting experience in a lesser salesperson's hands. Considering this was my first Wrangler, John was very patient and honest with responses to my many questions. I never once got the feeling that he was trying to rush me out the door with something I didn't want. John Choi was fantastic. I was looking for a new Ram 1500; John had recently completed the sales training for that vehicle and gave me tons of detailed information about vehicle features and options during our test drive.Ultimately, I ordered the vehicle from factory with John's help, and he was with me the whole way, provided regular status updates until the truck arrived. I love the truck and the way I was treated throughout the entire process.This dealership has a lot going for it; I expect it to grow quickly. I highly recommend them!

I would like to thank Theresa Shepard for making me feel very welcome as a customer, and assisting me with the best car buying experience I have ever had. The test drive with the Challenger was a good combination of winding roads and straight highway allowing me to get a real feel for the car. It handles well, with a surprising amount of power under the hood. The financing officer got me through my paperwork quickly and was able to get me a lower APR than my credit union. I am very satisfied with my purchase.

I visited the dealership last night (7/22/14) with my daughter. She is a recent college graduate and was looking to purchase her first vehicle. She had decided on the Jeep Patriot. It had all the features she was looking for and the price was within her budget. When we entered the dealership we decided to walk around the lot to see the Patriot. We were there for 15 minutes and NOT ONE salesperson appeared. We decided to go into the building. We waited patiently as other salesmen walked around LOOKING busy. One salesperson had the nerve to ask another customer if she needed help. When she replied, NO. He walked passed us as if we were invisible. My daughter and I left, both disgusted and my daughter totally disappointed. My daughter decided to file a complaint, via internet. Within 15 minutes she received a response for a Sales Manager apologizing for the unpleasant experience. My daughter decided to go back to the dealership because her heart was really set on getting the Patriot. We arrived and met with a Sales Manager ( I can't remembter his name but he was very nice). He introduced my daughter and I to SAMMI ROSA! From that moment on the first time sales experience for my daughter was nothing but EXCELLENT. Mr Rosa took the time to explain the features of the vehicle and to show her where the "need to know" parts of the car are. He made sure she got the best deal possible at a monthly payment she could afford. He was patient, kind and HONEST! The happy ending was that my daughter walked away with a big smile on her face with the vehicle of her dreams. And a special thanks to the finance manager!

Purchase of 2014 Jeep Wrangler Sahara Unlimited Sales Reps I recently took possession of this Jeep after having it built for me through Theresa Shepard and Jim Rubin. I have to take a minute to thank Theresa for her constant an incredible professionalism and communication throughout this process. I was very forceful in requesting that we do 90 percent of this deal through email as I wished to have the negotiations of my purchase completely done before I would come in ,as I knew what I wanted ,and did not have time to go through the standard sales process. Being in sales myself I did not need to go through the normal procedures. She was completely accommodating to my wishes and ultimately earned my business because of her exceptional follow up and thorough understanding of everything that I told her we needed and wanted to achieve regarding this purchase. I was further more impressed by her connecting me with key people at Lindsay to help make sure that we did not make a mistake with this build. The assistance of Jim Rubin was crucial and he was vigilant and meticulous when putting together my order. The 4 of us, Theresa, Jim along with my husband and I went through the details more than 3 times to make sure it was correct. I received further help and felt extremely important as a customer from Fino Saladini. He welcomed me and made a point to meet me and made me feel like he wanted to earn my business. I was completely happy with the negotiations on the price of my vehicle with all of the options I was adding on. I also want to mention that I think Tim Lee had to deal my last minute change requests and constant follow up while the Jeep was being built and even when in the end there was one crucial option missing when it arrived, they all were willing to do whatever it took to make sure that I would be satisfied with outcome in the end. On Tuesday, I will be returning to have the Premium Sun Rider Soft Top installed to complete my build and I feel confident that that will go well as did everything else to date with Lindsay! The service department did an awesome job with the ECP and I now can't wait to see how they do with Soft Top install next week. Kerry Poindexter who is not listed on this site was very funny and professional. I came in when Dodge had this "promotion" going on, but as we all know everything is always to good to be true. It's always a way to get you in, but Kerry made me laugh and I got a good deal on the car. The pricing was not his fault so I didn't hold that against him. He was the selling point on the car. If you choose to go to this dealership ask for Kerry.

The reason why I gave this place and it's staff a 5, is because it was a smooth transaction. Everyone there was friendly and also honest, they never fluffed anything up and told it how it was. I have a lot of respect for people who are just straight forward and want to make an honest deal. They were wiling to work with me and also gave me a great deal on my very first new Jeep. I also like the fact that there were veterans such as myself working there and, for me, made it easier to work with.

I'll try and keep it short and simple; this dealership is absolutely phenomenal. Friendly staff, amazing customer service, crazy prices and a great selection; you just can't beat that combination. This dealership is fairly new and they are pulling all the stops to EARN their customer's business. Using a no-nonesense approach for business, they try their hardest to work with you (trust me, they are PATIENT), but at the same time they're actually kind of honest (I know, it's unheard of for car salesmen). I cringe at car-buying because of dealing with slick salesmen and lengthy processes, but these guys made it EASY. Had I had known that this dealership would make car buying this easy, I probably would have bought a new car way earlier. I would absolutely recommend this dealership to all my friends and when the time comes to purchase a new vehicle, I'll go back running to this place. I got an awesome fully-loaded 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit model for a STEAL. Other dealerships told me I was lying and that the dealer was crazy for offering that price for that specific model.My salesman Kodjo answered all my questions, was very knowledgeable and extremely patient. Most salesmen would have just stopped trying, but Kodjo and his sales manager Rinaldo literally wouldn't quit. I was literally at the dealership for 6 hours.......and they both worked with me the entire time. Just goes to show you how dedicated they are and these folks earned my business for sure. The sales manager Rinaldo is such a good dude; very good at what he does and he's really willing to work with you to make you happy. Can't tell you how content I am with my new purchase.Just check it out, you won't be disappointed and trust me, this dealership will earn your business and sell itself!

First, let me state that it is a VERY rare occasion that I take the time to write a review on ANYTHING! I feel very strongly, however, that a review is in order for this dealership! AND A GREAT REVIEW AT THAT! Kodjo is the sales associate and Fino Saladini is the sales manager who assisted me with the purchase of a gorgeous 2011 Dodge Ram 1500. I've owned many vehicles in my life and can't remember the purchase of a vehicle being as smooth and stress-free as Kodjo and Fino made it. I consider myself lucky to have found them. What makes these guys so good you ask? Well...they're real people! They do not come at you like vultures trying to convince you of ANYTHING! They are just good, honest, and straight-forward people who take pride in putting customers in good cars! These are the kind of people with good character and a respect for the people who walk through their doors hoping to improve their current needs without soaking them for every last dime they have. I could very easily write an entire book about the fantastic experience I had with these guys! I will absolutely buy from Kodjo and Fino (and Manassas) when it is time for me to buy again. There is no reason for me to look elsewhere.

after doing research on a Dodge Avenger for my Goddaughter and going to several dodge dealerships in the Metro Area. We decided to go to Lindsay in Manassas because we were not getting the right type of deals as advertised at several dealerships. We were matched up with Kerry as our sales rep. He was great as a person first and outstanding as a salesman. I have brought many cars but wanted my Goddaughter to experience buying her first car. Kerry matched her with the right price, car and payment. She was so excited and satisfied. Everyone we spoke with was courteous and cordial. I would like to inform you about recent unpleasant incident with Lindsay Dodge authorized Dealer located at 8100 Centerville rd., Manassas VA 20111. This dealership is mistreating its customers and they bait them with a false good price and pressure them to purchase more expensive vehicle instead.. I have made an appointment for Friday Morning 9am May 9th to pick up the car. On previous Day May 8th after 8pm I have spoken with Ronaldo, floor manager and Sales person from Afghanistan, I do not remember his name. I have confirmed the appointment for first thing of Friday morning. I was very specific and very clear about the vehicle I was coming for. Since the dealer is over 175 miles away from us I wanted Ronaldo to prepare all necessary documents for the purchase. I was told that the document can not be prepared over the phone and that I would have to be in person. When I raised concern of driving in vain I was told that this particular dealership is proud to have 10 vehicles in the color I need, so I should not worry abut empty trip. Dealer would not accept deposit toward the car as well, but reassured be at each phone conversation that they have multiple cars that I need and there will be no problem with purchasing it the next morning. The general manager (foreign) was not bothered by the whole scam that was done on us. We requested to talk to him multiple times . When conformted he said he proces the cars according to his wish. Please be aware of the scam this dealer pursues!

I bought Jeep Patriot about three weeks ago. I wasn't sure if I was going to buy the vehicle. As I got inside we were greeted with by an agent name Robert Anderson. He then greeted us and asked us the purpose of our visit. Robert offered us a test drive and educated us about the Jeep and listen to our concerns. Robert was knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. After being told I had equipment on my new Jeep Grand Cherokee that it did not have. I was told there where power seats in the front. Not . Because of I medical condition that was one option I had to have. I discussed it with the sales person. I was assured that it did have power front seats. After several weeks of phone calls and no return calls. I had the pleasure of talking to Tony. But only after I got corporate involved. Tony tried to tell me that it came with 8 way manual seat. No such thing. Also told me I didn't "understand" how power seats worked. This is my 3rd Jeep grand Cherokee. Not my first time at this rodeo. Hummmm. Told me they could not print the options this jeep came with, also not true. Does he really think people are that stupid? So I had to go to the dealer ship for the second time. First time so he could show me how power seats worked. A bit hard to do with a manual seat, but I went. This is not easy... it takes ever bit of strength I have to even walk to the car. I was also told to go to the junk yard to get a power seat. Really, I should put a junk seat into a brand new car. He did tell me I could put a after market kit in to move the seat forward ,at my expense, but to move the back it would still be manual. Again I don't have the strength to operate a manual seat. Not sure what part of I can not physically do it he did not understand . I was told that I could trade this car in and get a upgrade with power. Which is what I was told it had when I bought the car. This is the kind of sales manager Lindsey Chrysler jeep ram employes. Would not recommend him or the dealership to anyone that want to have a honest conversation or buy a vehicle. There is nothing much worst than being talked down to and know you are being lied too. How stupid does he think people are? Is this encouraged by the GM. Lie to your customers you may get away with it. Oh I did up grade to Jeep overland from a dealer in Chantilly VA who was willing to work with me and not bold face lie.. So thank you Tony and Lindsey Chrysler jeep ram of Manassas VA for opening my eyes to just how low this dealership would go to make a sale.

Mr. Poindexter was extremely kind and helpful in finding the right deal for our trade in. All of the staff that we encountered were friendly and knowledgeable, from opening doors, help with our stroller and making sure I had a warm cup of coffee to making sure we were happy with the channel on the TV. We were car shopping with a two year old (an lord knows that is not the easiest thing for ANYONE to deal with) and we felt very welcome the entire time. My boyfriend went to buy a truck that was advertised on the website. When we got there, the tag on the truck was 5K higher than the web site advertisement and 7K over blue book. When we told the sales manager [whom was extremely rude] he refused to drop the price telling us that the truck would be sold by the end of the weekend even if we didnt take it. The next day they called my boyfriend back saying they were going make the deal with him. He asked them what the economics of the deal would be, ie interest rate, trade in amount, sale price, monthly payment, etc. and they said that they didnt know because the bank needed to talk to him first in person, not over the phone or e-mail. WHAT??When he got to the dealership, they told him he needed to put $1,500 down but STILL didnt give him the economics of the deal. From reading everyone elses reviews I figured out the $1,500 they wanted him to put down is for the shady fees they want to charge because the bank wont cover in them with the financing. He wasnt willing to pay the $1,500 down considering he had a trade in that was more than 25% of the total price of the truck. After 2 days and countless hours haggling with these thieves, we still had no idea what the interest rate, trade in value, purchase price, closing costs or truck payment would be but the deal was dead in the water. Upon the numerous times we tried to ask to see something in writing, they kept saying things like they dont know, or the bank is going to cut the price, etc. Its been 3 weeks and the overpriced truck they were so sure they would sell by the end of the weekend is still there. They tried to call my boyfriend back to make a deal and he hung up on them.

My granddaughter was looking to trade-in her present vehicle. An appointment was set with this dealership. My granddaughter, her friend, twin grandsons, daughter, husband and myself appeared for this appointment. It was a very cold day and the dealership was very busy. Theresa Shepard assisted us and she was fantastic. The entire family was there all day and Theresa, who was suffering with a horrible cold, continued to be patient and work with us relentlessly to acquire a great trade-in deal for my granddaugher. She drove away in a 2014 Dodge Avenger that she loves. I was so impressed with Theresa's effort in securing such a terrific deal for my granddaugher coupled with the unbelievable prices on the used car section that caught my attention while waiting, that I ended up buying a 2012 Nissan Rogue with low mileage, still under manufacturer's warranty, for my twin grandsons, and I also received a great deal. The finance person worked very hard to find the best financing for both of the purchases. This does not represent my first experience with this dealership. We also purchased our 2007 Dodge Grand Caravan from this dealership. We have used their service department on a regular basis for several years. The personnel in the service department have always been quite helpful and honest as well as going out of their way to ensure we are taken care of. Lincoln in the service deparment has been outstanding!Our family would not hesitate to recommend this dealership to anyone. I brought my car in on a Friday evening after my husband had spoken to a service representative explaining our problem with our rear tailgate of our T&C. We had recently gotten our window shot out and when the glass people repaired the glass, the tailgate would not engage. After a few weeks of driving around with the door taped shut we brought it to our mechanic who was able to hook it to his computer and get the tailgate to close but only when hooked up to the computer. After another couple of weeks of not using the door but it staying shut because of the computer hook up by our mechanic we finally had the opportunity and time to bring it in to the dealer and see if they were able to figure out what was going on. When my husband spoke to the staff member in service he was told to bring it in and during the day on Saturday if they found time to take a look at it they would and let us know what was going on. On Saturday after we had to call around 3ish we found out they had taken a look at it and detected an issue with the assembly kit to the lift gate. He said that the gate was in the closed position at this time and we told him that we would pick up the car and decide if we wanted to pay the $500 bill to fix the problem. When I arrived with my husband and two children in the other car I paid my $110 bill for diagnosis and went out to my car. There I found the gate was not engaged. This was around 6. We were told we could pick up after the service center had closed and there would be someone there for payment and to give us our keys. I went back into the center and let them know that the car would not close. At first the receptionist politely told me that there was nothing that could be done because service was closed. I explained that I could not drive away with the car in its current state. She then got me the manager on duty from the sales department. At first this gentleman was not very willing to help until he realized the situation and went back in to talk to the receptionist and ask if she could contact someone from service and get authorization to give me a rental car until the car could be put back in the same state that it was prior to be bringing the car in. She began calling 3 people who were service managers trying to get someone to give authorization to give me a loaner car or figure out what had happened. After calling around for over 20 minutes she finally got in touch with Viktor. She attempted to explain the situation to him but it was obvious he was being difficult with her and not very professional. I was able to see this on her face as she spoke to him. I asked for the phone and began explaining my situation. Viktor began yelling into the phone "no, no, no, I am not giving you a loaner." He stated there was no loaner and that I just needed to drive away. I later found out he lied and there were plenty of loaners and all he had to do was give the authorization. I asked if he could at least give me some tape so that I could tape my door down. He said they had the tape but it was locked up and no one could get it for me. I ended the conversation letting him know I would put a dispute in with my credit card company and that I would write a review to let everyone know of the mistreatment I had received. I ended up having to have my husband go buy some rope and we had to tie my door down so that it didn't lift up while driving. We had to make a stop at Home Depot on the way home. When I restarted my car to leave it was dead and the battery had drained. We can only assume that during the diagnostics they drained my battery. We did not make it home until 1:30am with our two 7 year old daughters asleep in the back after waiting for a truck to come jump and possibly tow. On a side note, the receptionists stated that Mr. Lindsay had been there earlier in the day and if he had been there during this episode he would not have stood for it. Beware of this service department!!

Working with both Jim Rubin and Hank in financing was a great experience. They are very friendly and knowledgeable, presented multiple options and got me processed very quickly. If you are going in to buy, definitely ask for Jim (who BTW is retired Navy with a Ph.D in aeronautical engineering). He is the man.

I visited Lindsay Chrysler Dodge Jeep of Manassas after viewing an autotrader add for a 2013 Dodge Dart Limited. The vehicle was listed at an exceptionally low price so I assumed that something was wrong. I couldn't have been more wrong. After a few phone calls, I was ready to visit the dealership. I took a day off work and drove to Manassas (about 1.5 hours away from where I live) to view the vehicle and hammer out a deal. My experience was great! Samuel Rosa worked with his finance team to get us very close to our ideal vehicle price. Samuel went the extra mile by helping me to learn how to drive a stick shift before I left the lot (this was my first manual transmission vehicle). I'm nearly two months into my purchase and I have to say that I couldn't be happier. My wife will be needing a new car in the next couple of years and I'm sure that Lindsay will be our first stop!

Called in yesterday to buy a used car at 5 PM. I talked to a man who said he would save the car for me until tomorrow when I could get out there. Got there today 20 minutes after opening and the car has been sold. Avoid at all costs. Very very bad service. Find another dealership and save yourself the trip.

I visited Lindsay (Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram) dealership first online while looking for a family vehicle. I saw the perfect vehicle listed on their website and contacted them via e-mail. Within fifteen minutes, I received a phone call from their internet sales representative. I contacted him the next morning and scheduled a visit in order to view and test drive the vehicle I picked out. Once I arrived, the staff there were polite and very helpful. The entire process was rather quick and painless. I would definitely consider purchasing my next vehicle from the Lindsay dealership.

I purchased a car in January 2014 and my sales person was Samuel Rosa. From the beginning he showed the personality of a good sales person. He greeted me, and informed me on the car that i was looking at. He didn't waste no time after i said i wanted to test drive it. He did not try to pressure me into any other vehicle, and whatever i asked he made it happen to the best of his ability. He was patient, and did not misguide me in any way. He was very honest and a funny. I would recommend anyone to Samuel at anytime. i will give him a 10 in his service.

my experience was awesome. After being told one thing on the phone and then given a completely different price when I arrived at lustine jeep in woodbridge I called Lindsay Jeep and spoke with Robert Anderson. They were very informative and straight forward. I arrived at the dealership and received the same price I was told. Actually it was a better price on a 2014 jeep unlimited sahara polar edition with more options on it. When I purchase my next jeep (and I will) I definitely will be going back to Lindsay.

I went to this dealership thinking that it is like all the other dealerships i been to but, to my surprise I was greeted in a very professional way.Samuel Rosa was my salesperson and i am extremely happy that he didn't pressure me into doing anything i didn't want to do. Sam, was very informative on several cars i looked at. Sam showed me all the features and benefits of these vehicles. I would recommend Samuel Rosa to the whole world. Sam and Fino were good to work with, we were able to come to agreeable terms for pricing. The truck was detailed before delivery and was spotless. This was a used vehicle and there was a small amount of work to be done a few days after the sale and it was completed in a timley manner and work performed was acceptable.

We pulled into the lot and were immediately greeting by Dave Chute who was pleasant and friendly. We were standing in front of a "wish" vehicle that was priced out of our budget. Instead of Dave trying to push us into something we couldn't afford he began telling us about the improvements Jeep has made over the years and provided us a bit of history about the Lindsay dealership. Dave made a point to ask us our price point and if he could show us something he thought would fit us perfectly. He was absolutely correct... our Jeep Cherokee is perfect. Dave took the time to show us EVERYTHING on this vehicle. Not just the "bells and whistles" but all the small details that many salesman leave out. Many times a salesman will begin to focus and direct everything towards either the husband or the wife... to the person he feels he has to win over to make the sale. NOT DAVE, he made us both feel as if he truly cared about selling us a top notch vehicle that met both my husband's and mine's wish lists. The great experience didnt stop with Dave though, everyone from John who did our financing to a gentleman whose name I cannot remember but made a point, in the freezing cold and flurries, to come outside and thank us for our business and make sure we were absolutely treated with respect and satisfied. The excellent customer service hasn't ended yet either even though the ink is dry. Dave made sure to personally call me later in the week to check in a see how I was liking the car and if it had made my commute a little easier to bear. In addition, he promptly responded to an email I sent him shortly there after asking if an item we accidentally left in our old car could be retrieved. Not only did he go and retrieve it but also found and saved a CD we left in the car that I didn't even realize had been left behind. I simply cannot say enough how wonderful our interactions and experience with Lindsay Manassas was. I found the car I was looking for online, and decided to take the long trip to Lindsay Manassas from DC. I came back two additional times to test drive the same Jeep after visiting multiple dealerships in my area. From the moment I walked in, to the moment I drove-off the lot with my new vehicle, I received outstanding customer service. Not only from my sales-rep John C, but the sales manager, and even his boss Fino. The entire staff worked with me to get the best deal, and they didn't disappoint. They list cars on cars.com with a price that is not accurate. Was going to buy a car over 40K and couldn't get a deal done over the phone or email. Spoke to the assistant sales manager and asked why do we need to play games? He stated "That's what we do!" Find a product, get a fair price, close the deal and follow up with good customer service. It's not difficult. Should have known when I see the dealer ratings. Sad...

Lincoln and all the service staff at Lindsay Dodge (formerly Manassas Chrysler) have always been very thorough with the work they do on both my cars. I particularly like that they have perceived that the other driver (my son) has a comprehension challenge - they look ahead and anticipate the needs of the vehicle (Cruiser) that he drives so that he is as safe as can be.

Came to this dealer from out of state to purchase a VW i found listed for a great price. When i arrived at the dealer i found the car to still be there and still had the awesome price tag. Was immediately greeted by Jim Rubin and told him what i was here to look at, we then proceeded with the test drive. Came back to the dealer to due the paper work and walked out the door with the keys. Overall it was a very good experience and would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a good car.

Called the dealership in regard to one of their online vehicles. As I am out of state, I would have appreciated some sort of effort on behalf of the dealership to accommodate and earn my business. Instead it was a hasty "we don't deliver" and "our online price is final". Maybe even something as simple as "we can work something out" would have kept the phone conversation going. At least that worked with the dealership I called after these guys. Otherwise, it doesn't make me very enthusiastic about writing a $50k check to such a "customer-friendly" dealership as Lindsay.

I had an amazing experience buying a new Dodge Journey at Lindsay and Theresa was the reason. She helped me find the best SUV for me and my family and managed to negotiate a price that was affordable and fair from my research. I am usually underimpressed with dealers, having worked in the industry previously and knowing the way customers can be made to spend on useless costs, but Theresa worked with me, a stay at home mom, to find a great vehicle without making me feel like I got played. I don't normally review unless the experience is horrible, but this actually was a FUN car purchasing experience. I just wish I could have TWO new cars. I bought my Journey in December, and I'm STILL loving my new baby. Plus the kids are keeping it clean because THEY love it so much. I upgraded from an 08 Scion, and thought the Durango would be my choice. I didn't even know there was a Dodge Journey and it totally changed my mind from the Highlander I've been ogling in the carpool. All my mom friends are jealous and I didn't even have to wait hours upon hours for a sleazy car salesman. Thanks Theresa for your help. You're truly one of a kind!

What started as a good experience went the wrong direction between the time we agreed on price and the time I had to write the check. My son and I drove for 2 hours to get to the dealer as they had a good price on the SUV he was looking for. We agreed on a price with the sales rep and were feeling very good about the purchase. Unfortunately, close to $1000 of additional fees were added to the agreed to price and we did not catch it right away in the paperwork. When we went to settle, the price was higher because of these "fees". The sales person was clear he did not talk to us about these fees and the Finance/Purchasing leader did try on our behalf to get them removed or at least split the difference. However, the dealer leadership basically said look, you don't have to buy the car at the higher price, we have 2 people lined up to look at the car if you don't buy it. This says a lot about the mindset of the leadership not being customer focused or standing behind their own team. I would not be able to recommend this dealer to a friend. If you are looking at a car from Lindsay, please be sure to get everything in writing on a worksheet immediately - electronic versions on smart phone even if reviewed specifically with the sales rep at the time of price agreement won't be accepted. I give them two stars thanks only to the employees who tried on our behalf to make it right. Rich

I just received a call from a Sales Associate regarding my online offer for the 2014 Overland. I was told that I have to come into the Dealership to actually purchase the car. I informed the Sales Associate that I have already test driven this car and I am now looking for the best deal. I asked him again if I can purchase the car online/phone and he told me NO. I then informed him that I will never go into this dealership and I will take my business elsewhere. I will never recommend your dealership to anyone. Thank you and have a good evening, Greg

Let me start off by saying that I commend Manassas Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram for making my experience in buying a car pleasurable & quick. I had researched the type of car that I wanted to purchase and found that Manassas Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram had the car with the options and color I wanted. Sam Kang and the sales staff are to be commended with their friendliness, professionalism and knowledge of the brand of cars they are selling. Lindsey was kind enough to allow me to test drive a car for the afternoon to make sure it was truly a car I wanted to purchase. It was! After returning to the dealership I had only 15 minutes to wait before John in financing had my paper work ready to go. NICE! I was offered care packages and maintenance plans, but there was no high pressure tactics to purchase. The folks who prepped my car for delivery were fantastic. The car was a shining diamond! Sam also helped me retrieve my belongings from my trade in and made sure I had everything I needed before I left the lot. All in all The sales staff and financing folks are professional, knowledgeable and above all friendly. I highly recommend Manassas Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram and their staff if you're in the market for a new or used vehicle. Be expected to be treated GREAT!

Sam contacted us several times to come test drive the Longhorn Ram. Although we had already decided to purchase another vehicle, Sam was so persistent that we decided it wouldn't hurt to stop in for a test drive. When we arrived, we were told Sam was busy and another salesman took over that did not know everything we had told Sam. However, we decided to work with the new salesman. After test driving two vehicles, we entered the sales office and the games began. The salesman we had been dealing with during the test drives disappeared and another man appeared representing the sales manager. Over the past two weeks we have been to two other dealerships to decide between two models. Because the vehicle we had decided on purchasing had to be ordered, an 8 week delivery time, we decided to go with the Longhorn . . . Until we ran into the games with the sales department at Lindsay. Before we even filled out an application, we walked out the front door! We had asked for the owner's name and number, but the Sales Manager disappeared from his desk and no one could supply us with the information we requested. We will not return to this dealership and do not recommend it to anyone interested in buying a vehicle.

My wife and I have owned four Dodge/Chrysler products for ourselves or our children over the past 20+ years. We needed a new van after driving our Chrysler Town and Country Van for the past 11 years. We need to make this purchase over the Christmas Holiday.John Choi was able to match our car specifications with the inventory. This required John to know what cars were available within our price range and our personal needs. He knew the product and did not attempt to sell us more car than we needed. John was personable and professional.Sarah Burger completed the loan process and presented us with available options regarding extended coverage. As with John, Sarah was courteous and professional. She presented us with various options and listened carefully to our questions.I was impressed with the attitude these employees exhibited at work. They are pleasant and very engaged in their work.

Been to the dealership two times niether time when very well at all. The salesmanager did try to correct it a few days after I left but I didn't wish to go back. I will not be buying anything from this location nor will I visit this lot again. The first salemen I worked with didn't know much about the Jeep he was trying to sell, nor did he answer a couple of other question correctly.

Mr. Smyth quickly returned our telephone call, and very quickly and positively resolved our issue, although under the circumstances the dealership could have chosen to not intercede.
