I showed up to Lithia Ford in Roseburg on a Thursday night right at closing. I was interested in a F-150 pickup, not realizing they where about to close for the night. Scott Maze grabbed the keys, and asked me if I would want to go for a test drive, I was not about to say no. Scott was very knowledgeable as well as thorough on explaining about the pickup I was looking at. I had a very busy work day on Friday and was not able to make it in to Lithia until Friday night. During this time, what impressed me, was not being bothered and or harassed about buying a vehicle. When I arrived Friday night, the team at Lithia was very pleasant and helpful, as I walked in at closing again. I was there long enough to exchange some information. Upon Saturday morning, the Lithia team was once again very helpful in working with me on my new purchase of a F-150, and was able to meet my needs and expectations. I was in the market for a roadster and found a BMW Z4 with very low miles at Lithia Ford Roseburg. Living in Corvallis and trading in my BMW 535i GT, I wanted to make sure that we did much of the negotiations up front. I didn't want to drive about 120 miles for nothing. Jim promptly and professionally responded to all my emails and texts. He received all my photos that I sent to help the Sales department firm up the trade-in value. With good correspondence between The Sales Manager, Jim and I, and after a few tweaks in the final sales price, we pretty much struck a deal. Now all that had to be done was to drive to Roseburg and test drive the Z4. When I arrived, my wife and I were warmly greeted by Jim who then introduced us to Mike who took care of the rest. Mike set us up for our test drive and just tossed us the keys to the Z4. My wife and I then took it for a spin through Roseburg and enjoyed the car. When we returned, we were ready to rock and roll, and so was Mike. There was no haggling, no head games, or any harsh negotiating. Just smiles and laughs. It was already done previously! And lastly, we signed papers with Finance. He too was very pleasant and cordial. He offered us an extended warranty through Lithia. Once we learned that BMW of Salem was affiliated with Lithia, it was a no brainier (we recently paid $1500 to replace an electro water pump). Thanks Lithia Ford Team for making this purchase painless and enjoyable! We would be happy to do business with you all again! By the way, we are loving the car!

I would really like to thank Woody, for being a great sales person. He really made us feel at home and helped make our car buying very pleasant. We had a very unique situation but the sales manager and F&I manager was able to get us 1.9% interest. The day after my wife and I brought our new car home to Springfield with us I got a call from Woody saying we needed to re-sign the contract. Normally when I have heard this in the past it meant my payment was going up. In this case it was the opposite my payment was going down significantly. Jesse worked me in to get our F150 rear brakes rebuilt late in the day when we were in the area. This is the second time we have been in Roseburg that we have needed work and Lithia has worked us into their schedule both times. The first time was for a transmission rebuild. Both times have been a first rate experience. We were towing a trailer this visit and the brakes worked perfect on the trip back home. I only wish that you had a dealership in the Hillsboro area that I could use. Thanks again for your help.

My family and I were driving in Roseburg, OR and had an electrical problem with our F150 truck. It had happened previously and I knew of the problem. I just had it in for repairs for this problem and they could not find the problem. It had blown the #33 fuse. This other repair shop installed a new fuse and the truck was back running but they could not find the problem.When the truck died this time in Roseburg I checked the #33 fuse and it was burnt again. I replaced the fuse in the Home Depot parking lot and it burnt again. I had it towed to Lithia Ford in Roseburg. Who better to work on a short then the Ford dealer. I might pay a little more but I want it fixed right by the dealer. I was working with Trisha at the dealer and told her that I have been having this problem with the #33 fuse and please have someone good work on it. I live in the Los Angeles area and have a second home in Roseburg, OR and I don't want this to happen on my way back.What better way to have your Ford vehicle repaired than by a Ford dealer. They also have Assured Service. It's 3 year/50,000 mile repair warranty, if it breaks, we fix it... FREE. That sounded great to me!Trisha called and said they need more diagnosing time to find the problem. I said no problem. I just want it fixed right. They charge $130.00 per hour which is fine with me for something GOOD. It's the dealer. She called again and said they found the problem. It's a shorted wire on the engine at the #5 coil wire and one at the #2 ignition transformer capacitor. Trisha said the cost to repair is approximatly $380.00 and I told her to go ahead and do the work.Trisha called me later that day and told me my truck is ready for pick up. That's great. I went in to pick up my truck and asked to speak with the mechanic that had fixed my electrical problem. I have been an commercial air conditioning mechanic for 35 years and I like to understand what had happened. He told me that the two wires has rubbed on the engine and shorted through the insulation. That sounds about right on what a short should be.So we left for home in the Los Angeles area. Guess what happened! My truck stopped and the #33 fuse was bad again. So I had it towed again to another Ford dealer, Super Ford in Puente Hills, CA. I will have them work it out dealer to dealer. Super Ford found the problem. The wiring harness was burnt at the exhaust manifold. I told them that I want pictures of the problem and they gave me pictures and you could see the burnt wires. I ask them about the repairs that the other dealer had done. He said that no wiring repairs were done at the areas described on there invoice and they would not get involved with the other dealer. You would think that the Ford dealers would work together and that Ford would request that as part of a dealership that they would work together. BUT NO. I also called Ford for help. NOTHING. Thanks Ford for nothing.Super Ford said the repair would cost $800.00. So I had it done and it was $725.31. I called Trisha about the problem and told her about the #33 fuse again and showed her all of the paperwork, report, and pictures from Super Ford. All I asked her for was my $364.73 for there repair returned to me. No towing and nothing extra. She talked with her manager and they said no. I asked about the warranty and they said that it's not covered. I also tried to call and e-mail the manager with no return call or e-mail. I will never use them again. What a joke.This was all back in June of 2015 and my truck is running fine as of January 2016. Litha Ford did have on there website multiple review sites to post reviews and were asking for reviews. I see that it was removed. You need to do good work and stand behind it if you are going to ask for reviews.

The purchase went fine with the exception of the first uninterested sales person Oliver Campos who couldn't even remember my name! Also thank you Lithia Ford for selling our Nissan Sentra. The delivery didn't go quite as well with paint peeled off the rear bumper and holes drilled in the wrong place for the license plate frame, on a new car special ordered was a little disappointing. Lithia made good on the mistake by striping the car at no cost to me, and the extra holes will be covered by the license plate. All in all we were treated quite well and would return to this dealership.

Everything went as expected. Service was good. I asked if they washed the vehicles when they were done working on the vehicle. The employee who checked me in said, "they used to but not anymore". I was shown the color of the brake fluid which shown that it needs to be changed. I was told of several other items that needed fixed. I asked how much it would cost me to have them fixed. It took probably 5 or 10 minutes to get an estimate. $4,000 was completely outrageous! The cost was $82.50 which is a good price. I live several hundred miles north of Roseburg and the dealership in Newport, OR charges $125 which includes tire rotation and that price is with a coupon. I used to live in Medford, OR and bought 6 or 7 Chevrolet, GMC autos in 9 years! No matter what I had done to the vehicles it was always returned washed, dried and vacuumed! I always appreciated it and it felt like I was more than just dollars. Roseburg needs to give better customer service. By the way, Newport doesn't wash the vehicles either. I suggest the Roseburg dealership figures out where to cut corners without cutting service to their customers. When a customer is told everything is ready to go then everything should be ready to go which in my world means if there are things that need fixed, filled and changed then the cost estimate to have additional work done should be on the invoice broken down so the customer doesn't feel they are being taken by another "Car Dealer". If you charge $100 or $200 per hour then put it down in writing. If a customer feels like they are special and cost are explained then we feel like the dealership is being open and honest to us.... One last thing, I was born and raised in Roseburg then left for the Army and haven't lived there since. I have a lot of family that live in the area. My wife and I plan on moving to Roseburg in thee next couple of months

I stopped in to make an appt. for my first car service and was told me they could get me in if I came back in 45minuttes. When i came back they immeditatly took my car, showed me to the waiting room, with coffee and popcorn, comfortable chairs. My car was ready for me very quickly and the people were great! I tell everyone about the wonderful experience I have at Lithia in Roseburg.Scott was wonderful went we first came in to only "look" at new cars... and all the way through the buying process. I've stopped several times to ask him questions and he is stopped what he is doing to answer my question and is always so pleasant.The service people were great also. Everyone is helpful, cheerful and friendly... even with all my questions and concerns.Thank you ALL...

I took my vehicle in the oil change I get as part of the lfe time package when I bought the vehicle. the staff was courtious and the service was completed in timely fashion.as always they have recommendations for other service or work that needs to be completed. the recommended three services ( fuel filter replacement, spark plugs replacement, and a rear diffential service. they also told me I had a rear pinion leak that should be repaired.I brought the vehilce back today to get the rear pinion seal replaced. I will point out that I could have had the seal replaced for less than $100. the Ford shop is doing it for $136.the other services I will get done at a different shop due to lower prices.I could recommend this dealer to folks but I will not because I think the price of ther work is too expensive. if I had not gotten the oil service as part of the deal on my vehicle I probably would be taking it elsewhere as well.bottom line, good service overlal, just too expensive.

We drove our new motorhome to Roseburg, took a chance and stopped by Lithia Ford to see if they could install our new dash. The original dash had some blemishes so the company sent us a new one. The chasis is a 2013 Ford E-350 with a 2015 Phoenix Cruiser 2350 body.The staff at Lithia were accomodating; a service rep came out, checked our rig and the dash, and informed us he could probably do it that afternoon. We received a call later saying they could fit us in.In just a couple of hours, we were on our way with a new dash.We will recommend Lithia Ford to our friends and will definitely consider taking our four Fords there for service. We live about three hours away in Gold Beach and are willing to make the drive for quality, friendly service.

I took my 2005 ford super duty 6.0 liter lariot crew cab in because the engine was acting up. When it was bought the sales man really pushed the extended warranty so i figured i would use it. Not only was NOTHING COVERED BY THE WARRANTY but they did the out of pocket repairs without even getting approval to do so. Then when i told them i didnt give them approval to do the repair they made me wait and put the broken parts back on. To top it off someone stole my ipod touch that had tons of personal info on it . The pickup barely runs and im out the cost of an ipod touch. I went to the manager and was told basicly sorry about your bad luck, now get out. Ive bought fords my entire life and after my experience with LITHIA FORD IN ROSEBURG OREGON I WILL NEVER BUY OR OWN ANOTHER FORD PRODUCT AS LONG AS I LIVE. Im completely disgusted with the entire un thoughtful un professional staff at lithia. The local Chevrolet dealer can thank lithia for making a few new car sales. Did i mention im a business owner that has company vehicle's? Im POSITIVE THEY WILL ALL BE CHEVROLET FROM THIS DATE FORWARD.
