My truck was in for an oil change and everything went fine with that. However one of the service guys left a tube of weather strip adhesive on the edge of the engine compartment and closed the hood on that.When I got home, the adhesive had run down over the left headlight and front of the bumper. I was able to peel the adhesive off the bumper, but on the headlight it had dissolved or etched into the plastic and some of it had dried and could not be removed.. I went back to the dealership and they replaced the headlight and re-aimed the headlights for me, soeverything turned out okay.

Was looking for a F150 and that was what I got. Package had everything that I needed and the price seemed reasonable. Sales people were helpful and so was the final=nice person (Dale). He explained everything as we went along and answered all our questions to our satisfaction.

I had a family emergency in Missoula and had to drive over from Portland, OR at a moments notice. I realized I would be quite a bit overdue on my scheduled maintenance upon return to Portland, so stopped in to see if I could get my oil changed. No problem. They even let me receive a fax through their business office. Everyone was friendly and nice. :-)

I drove to this dealership (70 miles from home) to view a car that I was interested in purchasing. After talking with a salesman before going to the dealership I was given a lot of information and felt very helped. So I made the drive thinking that I would purchase this vehicle. After getting there and seeing the car, i realized some things were not accurate to the advertising done on their website. For example, the car was a manual, not automatic as it was advertised. Also, the video on the website that gave you a full view of the car and showed the interior was not accurate to the vehicle. I was positive I would purchase this vehicle prior to coming in to the dealership, but left empty handed. Andy was a huge help, though, and apologized for the inconvenience. I understood it was not his fault, but was disappointed in something like this from a Ford dealership.

We totaled our 14 year old Mazda Tribute to a deer. We were looking for a similar replacement vehicle. We'd looked at Nissan and at Mazda and came over to look at the Escape. My wife and I don't have a lot of time and came by after work. Our intention was just to look and head home. We were impressed with the Escape and with Richard Shubert the sales rep who was very friendly and helpful. We decided to make and offer at about the time all the staff were heading home. Richard stayed and Chris who did the financing stayed with us until about 9PM when we finally got done. And they were super the whole time, even as we were getting tired and our 12 year old son was starting to bounce off the walls. Thanks to the whole team there. I thought we got a great price, a great car and a great deal on the financing. It was a very good experience!!!!!!

We worked with really great people and are very happy with our "new" vehicle. The only issue was having to bring it back in to fix the windshield to find out the one they were supposed to put in was cracked. Would be helpful for that to be checked prior to making the long trip into town.

First oil change under the lifetime oil change purchase. Was impressed they took me at exactly my appointment time and were very hospitable and friendly. Service seemed great and they did go over a checklist of many things as this was the first time my new truck has been brought in but wondered about any not getting any extra service like window washing or vacuuming like you get at the independent oil change places. Also got an invoice to pay $25.00 but was told not to worry about it? Still am confident with service and would recommend.

I came to Lithia Ford of Missoula to look for a new F150 pickup. Upon arrival we were greeted by Richard. After introductions, he proceeded to show us what we were looking for and the differences between the different options. We test drove two different trucks, had all the differences explained. When we made our choice as to what it was we wanted, they quickly found one in a neighboring state and the deal was done. When it came to the financing, every option was explained and talked about. He was very thorough and patient with our questions. I just can't remember his name but has been there for many years. Overall a very good experience.

It was a cold, snowy and messy day when I visited this dealership. I started my initial research "online". Shortly thereafter I received a courtesy call. I told the individual(Jamie Kaufman) that I was interested but I had limited time to talk. I told her exactly what my price range was and the type of vehicles I was interested in. She arranged to have the cars "pulled up" to the front door and parked directly next to my car. I had family with small children in the car and did not want to get them out. Byron Vranes was the salesmen who assisted me and did exactly as I requested explaining the features of the vehicles twice, first to me and then to my wife. Due to time constraints I did not stay long. The follow day I found exactly what I wanted to buy "online", printed off the window sticker, called Byron and he arranged to have the car again "pulled up" to the door for review. He also introduced me to Joe Lecoure who assisted us with the final transaction. Exceptional service, no pressure other than the pressure "I placed upon them".

Good people to work with. They appeared to be interested in working with me to make a sale. I shopped several Ford and Chevy dealers in my home area, then went back to where I purchased my 2010 Ford and put together a deal in an hour. I'm very pleased and would recommend them to anyone. My only compliant is with FORD. I wanted a third key for my truck, so I went to my local Ford dealer, not Lithia. It cost $149 from my local Ford dealer! Come on Ford, $149 for a key! That cost is outrageous.

I bought a used SUV on Friday after being in a really bad accident two weeks ago with my family in the car. My car was totaled and family all got whiplash from the impact. It's been a stressful two weeks of doctors, insurance companies, and trying to find a good new replacement car for the family. Ended my surch at lithia Ford Friday. There were some issues and service engine light on that made me skeptical about buying the car and leaving the lot with it. This morning I went back in there after picking up the car yesterday because the service engine light came back on. The general manager Sean was very helpful and honest and assured me the problem would be fixed and he would take care of it, and he did. New part on and no light. I highly recommend to anyone this dealership due to Sean the GM and the internet sales ladies Jamie, they were both very nice and very helpful and took care of me from the beginning to the end. It's been a very stressful two weeks and I appreciate there help and reassurance so much words can't explain. A huge thank you to the both of them and I promise you they will take care of you, thanks again!!
