I bought my 2020 Silverado from here back in June. It was in immaculate condition and had super low miles. Their asking price was very fair as it was roughly 5-6k below the values I got for it on KBB, True car, and Edmonds. I also thought the 2800 I was given for my 2012 Fusion on trade in was pretty good too, considering the condition it was in. Rob, my salesman, made the process very quick and hassle free. I was expecting a bunch of back and forth mind games, BS addons, etc that you would expect when at a car dealer, but there was none of that here. He was also able to get me a good interest rate with a well known lender, despite my fairly short credit history. If you're in the East, TN area and are looking for an almost brand new used truck with super low miles, I'd go check them out.

My experience at L & M Motors was as good an experience as one could hope to have when going to an auto dealership, which most of the time is about as pleasant as a root canal. Gary in the service department was extremely courteous, helpful, straightforward and all the work was done at a very reasonable price I will be using them whenever I have a need for service on our vehicle

Had an 8 am appointment. Did not start work until 345 and vehicle wasn't ready until 5. Never called after telling me it would be ready by lunch! Not doing business with these folks. There reasoning was they just got busy.

Terrible service. Acted like they could care less about selling a car. Came in door salesman was on couch in show room and would not even get up to talk to me when I came in. Very disrespectful!

Me and my wife just purchased a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee from John and Jimmy Cain at L&M Motors in Athens Tn. From the time we pulled into the dealership we were treated well and was not pressured to by anything. John and Jimmy are real professionals. And they made everything so easy and explained every detail of not only the vehicle functions but the paperwork involved. If you want a vehicle affordable and a professional salesman to take care of all your needs then goto L&M motors and ask for John or Jimmy Cain.
