This could have been a 4 or 5 star review but it’s a 2 until I get my car back. Took my 15 Buick Regal turbo in for a check engine light along with running issues and intermittent traction control light. All was great I received news that all the work would be covered and that I would have the use of a dealership car as a loaner until the work was completed. I dropped it off on a Tuesday it is now ten days later, three extra days from when I was supposed to receive my car. I’ve called several times spoke with my service writer only once he stated that he was going away and that his co worker was going to inform me when I could get my car back either late Thursday or Friday some time. This was Thursday early So I called again in the afternoon I was told service writer 2 was with a customer so I left a message to please call with an updated, and waited the rest of the day nothing. Called at 11:am the next morning on Friday same story, he the service writer 2 is with a customer and would call me with an update, I’ve been waiting all day and now I’ve called back it’s after 4:pm to get some information about it and I was told again that service writer 2 was going into the shop to get an update we shall see if I get a call back tonight. it is now 5:54 I am hoping for a great outcome. More to come.... UPDATE 4/2021: Got car back didn’t have to pay out of pocket for anything. They have become my regular oil change location ever since.

I just bought my Chevy Tahoe from them yesterday and I have to say it was one of the best experiences I've had buying a vehicle. I was in and out in under 3 hours (probably would have been quicker, but I was really playing with the numbers with the finance manager). When I pulled up, my truck was right there in the front ready for me to see it. George (sales manager), Diego (salesman), and Justin (finance manager) were an absolute pleasure to work with. They took their time to answer any and all of my questions, and most importantly, I didn't feel rushed. If you're looking for quality people and an excellent dealership in South Florida, please go and see the team at Lou Bachrodt in Coconut Creek as you will not be disappointed.

Had an oil change which comes with tire rotation. Service agent was fine and all went well. When I went to leave I noticed tires were not rotated. I went back and told a service manager the tires were not rotated. He said he would check with mechanic to confirm they were rotated. The mechanic said he did. I know they were not rotated. The lock for the wheels was still in glove box. So I needed to wait a little longer for them to really rotate the tires. They made it right but the mechanic definitely did rotate initially.

After researching where this Mazda dealership was, I was greeted with the delightful sight of seeing good reviews via google reviews. Upon arriving, I was greeted by a sales rep, Jason. I found the car I wanted, things were going smooth. I had my sights on a Mazda 3HB & planned to trade in my car if the numbers were right. We started talking numbers & that's where it went south. I was low balled on the trade in value on my car, which is understandable; this is a business. After denying their first offer on the Mazda 3 & the trade in value of my car, I countered with my offer. After Jason saw my offer, he grabbed the manger or ~owner~ as he says: Les Nunez. Les came out and said "Where'd you guys get this crazy number." After a light exchange of words, !!!!!! Les then introduced himself & told told us to have a great night!!!! Totally thrown off by that & feeling disrespected, we left. I then walked back in to get his name.. When I asked Les his name he said "here's my business card, I own the place. So whatever review or email you're going to send, I own this place." If Les Nunez really owns this place, I can see why this place has bad reviews.. I would never recommend anyone to buy a car here. Never. You might be denied just like I was. I can't believe I was kicked out of a car dealership based on my offer. Simply just wont bring business here, or recommend business here. & if your reading this Mazda, A response is not needed.

I have to take a moment from my life and give great praise to all the gents at Mazda. For the past 3 leases my husband and I have only been dealing with Chrysler/Jeep back in Staten Island, NY. Our last lease was a Grand Cherokee fully loaded, it was with great pain that we had to say goodbye. My husband visited every car dealer in the Coral Springs, Coconut Creek and Pompano radius. As he's a New Yorker and this is our 6th lease suffice it to say he strikes a hard bargain. Last and final stop was to your shop and Matt Mandra. Matt was a true professional, his integrity, knowledge of the vehicle and true compassion on this stressful endeavor was beyond excellence. After 9 years of owning Jeep vehicles to now make the transition to a totally different dealer and closing that deal in one day (we normally like to think about it for awhile) took extreme salesmanship. This guy Matt is a gem and hats off to him! I am 58 and my husband is 60 so we've been around and know honesty and quality in a person when we see it. I also want to make a huge shout out to Anthony Segreto the Finance Manager (an ex new Yorker) for getting the numbers at our fixed income level and getting us out as quickly as possible. Another gem in the bunch, everyone at your facility was wonderful and I recommend them whole heartedly. I could go on and on but then I'd have to start my own blog!! The new baby is a Titanium Flash CX-5..........this is the start of a truly great relationship, sorry CHRYSLER/JEEP parting is such sweet sorrow.............Thank you Matt and Anthony............

Just in the past year I have bought a brand new Chevy Silverado & a A small Chevy car from the Phil smith Chevy dealership! I was told that I could go to the coconut creek location for service. Last year I had my seat on truck recalled I had really great service at this location. But recently I had a problem with my Chevy Cruz, the door seems to close on your leg when trying to get out of the car. It seems it could be loose. So I sent my sett other and my daughter to get this looked at yesterday. Chris the service guy was extremely rude to my mom and daughter. I couldn't believe the poor service that was provided. First of all he acted as if my mom was not even a customer. He made her feel as if she doesn't know how a car door should be opened, she explained to me that he was rude and didn't seem to care about our concerned, he van said I told your daughter which is me on the phone that the door is fine. Which he did tell me that maybe it's the way we open the door. This car is less than 6 months old. There should not be a problem with opening the door and this falling on your leg! I have sent other referrals to your Chevy dealerships and as well as my husband has been in contact with one of your salesman since he wants to buy himself a Silverado too! I need someone to call me and explain what is wrong with your service department.

They are always so rude. I've been here many times because my parents leases a Chevy from them. Everything I'm here I notice they don't bother to pay attention to you unless they think they can convince you that something wrong with the car and you should pay hundreds of dollars in maintenance fees. Or, like today, my parents were returning their leased car and for one hour we were ignored, even though there were no other customers around, mainly because they weren't going to make any money off of us after we returned the car. I love Chevys, and I hope one day to have my own but I never want to deal with the cold, rude and condescending people who work at Lou Bachrodt of Coconut Creek.

What a great experience I ever had. I have dealt with the best professional sales person by the name of Judy Perry. I first met her years ago and thought she will make it big time, defeating others with her own conclusions technique. She never followed the typical sales person ways. Judy comes across as the real deal. I bought a Mazda about four to five years ago and never forgot her. I kept her number and decided to buy my daughter her first vehicle last week. Without knowing, I called her number and Judy answered her cell phone. I knew she would help me with no stress what so ever. I went to the dealership and within less then one hour I walked out buying a 2015 Mazda 3. Today I made a phone call to her requesting to buy another Mazda from her and it took 15min and I ended up getting another Mazda 3. The deals were fun, quick and smooth all at once. Judy has a great personality and will not mislead or take advantage. Thank you Judy for all your help, honesty and assistance... I went today to return a battery that I purchased on March 2013 for a 2010 Chevy Equinox. I personally brought in the battery since it was dead and the car would not start. I was told that I had to come back with the car. It didn't make sense since. Eventually the service manager decided to see me. He told me that my AC Delco battery was past its 18 month free replacement. I explained to him that the battery sticker says it has a 30 month free replacement. The paper work that I had a presented to him says 6 year warranty. I was told that AC Delco changed their system. They did not honor any warranty. I had to go to an auto store and purchase a new battery. I am so disgusted with Lou Bachrodt Chevy in Coconut Creek, FL. I will never buy anything from them again.

The worse experience ever in trying to purchase a new car. The dealer and sales person was very quick in taking a deposit for a car and then never once contacted me on where we were on the process. I repeatedly called the sales person and she only answered after repeated attempts on my part and calls to the dealership GM (who never bothered to contact me either) I ended up cancelling the order and as a result will not even buy a Chevy. Horrible service lies and delay tactics. Was told the car would be ordered in one month and four months later only excuses and no communication. Do not bother with them, I have never seen a business working so hard to lose a sale and a customer.

During some torrential rain on the Wrest Coast of Florida, I backed my 2009 Impala into a post and damaged the left rear end. I went to one of the service techs in the last booth (Neal, maybe), and he looked at the car and walked me over to talk to Danny in the Collision Center. Within ten minutes, I had an estimate that I believed was fair, and asked when the work could be done. Danny said, right now, and I could have the car back the next day! I was amazed, and pleased. Danny promised to call me if there was any additional damage that would be revealed when they started working on the car. He called me anyhow that afternoon to say no additional damage, and reviewed the estimate. He found there was one process that did not need to be done, and the bill was lowered by more than $100. The next day, as promised, I had my car back, good as new. The collision center at Lou Bachrodt not only met my expectations; they far exceeded them! Thank you, Danny, from a grateful customer. I went there with the possibility of spending 30K - 40K on a new vehicle and no one even said hello to us. We looked at the vehicle in the showroom for quite sometime and no one offered to help us. Finally someone asked if we had an appointment, of course we didn't. She said ok good, I don't have any salesmen available. My thought, why can't you help us. We were there twice and no one ever helped us. There are other Chevy dealers to go to, but I don't know if I would recommend Chevy if your looking for navigation in your car. My thoughts.....If someone is willing to spend 40K, then they don't need an appointment.

The service manager is the worst i have ever dealt with, this guy does not follow up, never returns phone calls, does not like to hear that he does not follow up, he waits to disrespect you in private when none of his witnesses are around. Also the General Manager Stacy F does not return phone calls and is also part of the problem. I purchased over 4 cars from this dealership but never again. If you have a problem with your GM car and it needs some type of repair, trust me DO NOT TAKE IT HERE

I found one of their certified vehicles online, and couldn't have been more happy with the process. In fact, everything went so smooth that I was warily looking for the catch! Everything from the price, to Renee our salesperson, to the finance team, was very professional and straightforward. I was coming in from about 2 hours away, and they were quite accomodating. Will absolutely consider making the drive for my wife's next car ('14 Impala).

Tried on several occasions to purchase vehicles from dealer. Camaro SS and Corvette. They were requiring several thousand over msrp non refundable deposit when other dealers in area were selling at msrp. Would have preferred to deal with them since they were closer to my house than other dealers. Also expected some consideration since I had bought from them previously. In the end their loss since I change out of my cars frequently. Will be giving my business to other dealers. As an aside, a number o f years ago attempted to buy a vehicle from their coconut creek store. When I was ready to sign the contract, I noticed additional added charges. Was told that this was included as a charge for dealer prep with all sales. Walked out of dealership and placed order through their interment sales with no additional charges. Apparently their required prep charge was untrue as stated by first salesman.

I truly wish Lou Bachrodt Chevy would advertise weekly in local newspapers. Many of us older customers in the car buying process still check the Saturday and Sunday newspapers such as the PB Post and Sun Sentinel. It seems as though Lou Bachrodt stopped marketing in print advertisements and that is sad to see, especially in south Florida where the average resident is an old demographic. Hopefully they advertise weekly specials in the newspapers again.

Lou Bachrodt is the WORST dealership!!!!!!!!! I literally waited outside the service department for 20 minutes before someone asked me why I was here. I ended up waiting an additional 15 minutes before anyone came. There where about 5service people standing in the office laughing and carrying on, while me and a very nice old man waited for service. I have never dealt with this at any other car dealership!!!!!!! Ever since I signed the papers in the sales department and walked out of the door, it has been hell!!!!!!!3 or 4 days after purchasing my car, the engine began smoking while i was driving. They never called me to tell me my car was ready. I had to call and get the run around. After 30 minutes of back and forth holds and run around, I finally gave up and just went to the dealer. To find out they had my car ready since 9:30 am. No one ever apologized or provided a reason why they didn't call me. I would NEVER recommend this dealership to ANYONE!!! NOT even my worst enemy!!!!!!!!

I bought a Equinox from the coconut creek dealer in Sept 2011, At the end of the sale when we were wrapping things up. I heard the salesman mention a 4 yr lease. I never agreed to this and it was never discussed, I went with it as I had spend two days on the sale, however, knowing that the salesman definitely added a year to make the sale and the price. It was dishonest, I let it go but I did not want a 4 yr lease.During the sale we discussed numerous times that I needed a 15,000/yr lease due to driving a long way to work. Just assumed, that it was fully understood and trusted it would be written up correctly. One month later I was sending the lease to my bank and noticed it said 12,000 mi. I immediately went to the dealership and spoke to the sales manager, first thing he said is " it's too late, should have read the lease". After I became irate, and starting yelling, he called the sales associate in and he was nice enough to verify that I had asked for a 15,000 lease. It was corrected.Last week I took my car in for service, oil change, tire rotation, and new wipers. (wipers only last one year these days). I was talked into an air filter change with a special for 33.95 installed. I had coupons for the oil change which they said they would accept, but turns out they didnt.He tried to talk me into a 139.00 fuel something cleaning service which I declined. I got another phone call at home while the car was being worked on and the service man again tried to convince me of the 139.00 service. Again I declined. Standard, I guess, but one no should be enough. The written quote from the service person was $100.00 clearly written on the invoice. I went to pick up the car and the bill was over $150.00, I asked why and no one could offer any explanation. After pushing the issue the service man said it was a mistake and discounted the bill $15.00. Still being $28.08 over charged and unexplainable. I paid it and I was told the service manager would call me. A week later, no call. I called to speak to the service manager twice so he could explain what I was charged for. He was apparently unavailable, although I was told he was there. I ended up with costumer service who investigated the invoice and called me back and could not offer an explanation of the charges but offered me a credit on my next visit. Now why would I want to go back there? I told her I did not want a credit, what I wanted was for someone to just admit I was overcharged. They offered every explanation except the truth. Fuel Handling charges, shop supplies, tax. They said I just didnt understand their invoices. Apparently neither do they. Finally, she said ok, you were over charged. THANK YOU!Lou Bachrodt, three strikes youre out. As far as I am concerned you are running a dishonest dealership and sometimes its just the principle not the refund. I know times are tough, but keep in mind its also tough for the consumers as well. To blatantly overcharge someone even if its only $10.00 and to not be able to offer a valid explanation until pushed on three separate occasion is dishonest, cut and dry. Customers, check your invoices.

Received an email from the dealership saying I had been approved after I filled out an application online. Upon arriving at the dealership, I was told that they hadn't even ran my credit yet and needed to fill out a credit application. It was late, and the banks had closed, so I was told we'd have an answer tomorrow. I never heard back for about a week. Finally, I followed up with MD. He said I was approved, he was sorry he's just been busy. He said he was waiting for a car to be traded that would fit well for me. Three weeks have passed since then, and MD will not respond to e-mails or call me. I will absolutely never recommend this place to anyone. Very poor customer service. I use to work in car sales (GM Dealer); and this was a pathetic display.

Extremely slow, uncaring , and don't care about customers time. I brought my car in to be serviced on 2/29 at around 11am with rear tire damage needed to be replaced I hit a curb and the tire was damaged. They basically held my car prisoner for 2 days with no good follow ups as to what is going on. Kept trying to add additional work in an attempt to milk my warrenty plan , then when claim was denied , messed up my alignment replacing another rim on the front of my camaro they claimed was bent but i had been driving fine without any issue or tire wear. i had to get them to drive me down there at the end of the 2nd day as i had no follow up only to be told car isnt done alignment is off there is additional damage were the front rim was replaced and they need to drill out the struts and keep it another day. Mind you this is all stuff i did not bring the car in for. Then i was told car is together just alignment is not 100% and my tires will wear. Then have the nerve to still charge me for the alignment that wasnt done , my car is in worse shape now then when i brought it in all I wanted was a simple tire change and it turned into this nightmare if i had not gone there the end of the 2nd day who knows what would have been done. Terrible service department dont bring your car there. Oh yeah email address i was given to voice my complaint also is no good doesnt exisit.

Found a beautiful car with a clean carfax, looked at it, it was very well maintained, purchased it on a wednesday but could not take home that night, because it did not have a catalytic converter on it. I was asked if I wanted to keep the headers that were on the car at the time, I said I wanted everything the they take off the car. I told the sales man, Bob David,and the manager, Josh on a total of 4 ocasions, before I went to pick up the car I wanted the Headers, and anything else taken off the car. went to pick up the car on friday 2 days later and no headers,talked to Jean Paul who LIED and first said they already put the headers on another car,I said that was unacceptable, they were on the car when I bought the car and I should have them, then he LIED again and said they were just off road headers, and he could only give me 2-3 hundred $ for them, by now I'm extreamly upset and should have told him to shove the car, but it was a nice car and I wanted it, so I took the $ and the car but was very upset. Then I found the previous owner who confirmed what I already new,That they are LIARS and THEIVES the supposed off road headers were really Hooker super competition long tube ceramic headers, and thats not all they stole off the car after I bought it. plus while they were doing their theiving they bent the brakets behind both front wheels so now they doors don't line up smooth at the front. If you buy anything from these THEIVES make sure you can take it home that night, it is no telling what they'll steal off of your new car!!!!!

Just bought a 2010 certified chevy Aveo frol Lou Bachrodt Chevrolet in Coconut Creek . WOW, what a great deal and the warranty is actually longer than had I bought it brand new. The entire staff was fabulous and even went the extra mile to get me a very special finance rate. After reading someof the reviews, I had some concerns but the proof was in the pudding. I really think that people who are unhappy for whatever the reason are much more likley to publish scathing reviews and happy customers like me usually dont take the time to post the good news. I have nothing but praise for this place, their management and especially the great guys n the finance office. Unlike the other reviews here , i will gladly tell everyone I know to try them out.
