My front end alignment showed just barely out of alignment on the equipment at check-in, when she came in and told me about it I decided I wanted to go ahead and have it aligned even though it was slight as I have already had to put 2 new tires on my car because of an encounter with a large curb so I don't want to have to buy any new ones soon. My faith in Lou Fusz's technicians and employees was validated when she came in and told me that when they put it on the machine that does the actual alignment my car came up within the 'normal' alignment parameters so the technician did not do the alignment. I was thrilled that they were so honest as I only receive disability which is 1/4th of what I was making when I was working so my budget is tight. I love honest repair shops and will continue to recommend Lou Fusz. Thank you to my technician!

On two occasions now I have attempted to purchase a vehicle from them, after both occasions I was told that I woukd receive a follow up call the next day for my approval, to which I know I was approv2d due to my bank calling me to discuss rates. I heard back from the finance manager John Whitaker 6 weeks later after my first experience to which I told him I was so no longer interested due to the lack of communication and to the fact that after I placed many follow up phone calls to him and the sales manager, nobody would return my phone calls at all ! The second experience just occurred last week as again I completed credit app and again was contacted by my back with rates ad approval, I never heard back from John again and placed many phone calls to him and his sales manager. This is about the most horrible customer service I have ever encountered with a car dealership and have diligently steered people away from doing business with them. I look forward to my phone call from John in about 2 months to try to sell me a new car when he feels like giving the time of day. FYI my family and I have purchased over 6 vehicles from them and I have always taken all of my card in there for repair. I can now honestly say that I will never give them another dime of my money ever again.

What good is a warranty if I have to bring my truck up there every 2 months to fix because they can't seem to fix the problem the first 3 times?What good is calling to make an appointment if every time I get there they have no record? I went to purchase a new Equinox today & the saleman whom I spoke with hardly let me get a word in. All he did was talk about all the GREAT things Lou Fusz has to offer. I spent way too much time at this dealership and was ultimately dissatisfied with this particular salesman. He insulted me and refused to negotiate a good deal. NEVER again will I return to this dealership.

The service department is full of liars and the service manager is a joke. I purchased a car in March of 2014 and I started having problems TWO months after that. I have a stack of papers on how many times I've brought my car in to them complaining about different things! My car locked up on the highway and started to decelerate, and no matter what I did I couldn't accelerate. Trying to get over to the side of the road I was almost hit by a semi. Before this I had complained that my car was having trouble accelerating, that I had leaks of some sort, and that I was going through gas like I was driving a hummer. They kept telling me that nothing was wrong. It took my car being completely broken down for them to listen and realize I wasn't just Taking off of work early to hang around there!! They had it for THREE weeks!! They towed my car and told me it was on them free of charge, and that all I'll have to pay in service is my deductible. This was NOT the case. They wanted my deductible plus $100! I fought and argued with them only to end up paying for what I was told was FREE. It had an oil leak, a power steering leak, a broken throttle sensor, and a tracking problem. My husband picked it up for me and we noticed the headlights were very dim. We got home and opened the door and the radio and headlights would not turn off. Took the keys out of the ignition and they were both still on. We started the car up and and drive around the block, took the keys out of the ignition, got out, locked it, the radio and headlights were still on!! I called the service department and had to leave a message because they were closed, I expressed my frustration and asked for a phone call in the morning leaving my name and number. I called the sales department and explained to the sales manager and he knew exactly what car I was talking about, even said "you know it's bad when the sales department knows about your car troubles." The sales manager got me into a rental and I left my car again. The next morning I did not receive a phone call like I asked, it was 3 days later when my car was done. I talked to the service manager and I told him I did not feel safe in this car, and all he could say was "the problems have been fixed." And "we made it so you didn't have to pay for the repairs." And "that's unfortunate you were on the highway, but it's fixed." He also said he "knew nothing about my car and would have to go through the history at a later date." I get my car home and the lights flicker when I roll down my windows and they also go dim for no reason every so often. I've placed calls AGAIN to the service department with no answers. They should put me on the payroll, I'm there so much. Once again I have to take off of work early and take my car in, where they won't fix a thing! So with that being said, unless you like rip off artists in the service department, don't do business with these people.

I got a oil change with 21 point inspection and tire rotation. I had a check from Castrol for $20 from my last oil change. I had to ask for the coupon from Castrol this time when I checked out. Last time I got it when I checked in. I noticed that they took my tires off the wheels and rotated them like that. Who, does that? When, I got home and looked at my inspection sheet my air filter was marked in the RED. But, no one asked me about it or asked to change it. Now, I will have to do this on my own. Just because I'm a woman doesn't mean I'm stupid.

Wish I could give -5 stars. Needed a car and gave the salesman the specified details he'd asked for. Was informed that the information needed to be viewed by one of the sales managers to get a list of available vehicles in the budget. Ok understood and no problem, right? Not exactly he left us in his office to believe he was checking with his sales managers. Upon leaving the office momentarily it was soon discovered he was helping another customer. There were 3 others standing at the customer service desk talking and telling jokes. Horrible customer service. Tired of waiting (2 hours after walking inside the door) we left. The salesman gave us a promise to contact us within 24 hours with a list of cars available in our budget. [Didn't care at this point we were done. ] 3 days later received a call asking about the experience. Truth is it was the worst. Nothing like walking into a place looking for help and received none. Don't patronize and avoid me. If you cannot help me then admit it and tell me you cannot help me. Don't waste my time!

Joe Troia did a great job in communicating with me and setting up an appointment. Joe, Alexis, and Kevin all did a great job with being patient and working with my budget. I do wish that Joe would have communicated to Kevin that my budget was $200/month. I got excited when Kevin came and said I'd be going home with my car. When he presented my financing with extended warranties was over $300! I was stunned. I told him I'm sorry but I had told Joe several times that my budget at most was $200/month. Kevin had to work a little magic and got it down to $227. I reiterated that my budget was $200/mo. I then spoke with both Kevin and Joe and said that I really liked the extended warranty but can't afford it. If I went over my $200 budget I would need to speak with Jason (my boyfriend with whom I live with). Kevin asked me who would be making the payments, me or Jason. I was taken aback. Of course it is my car so I'm making the payments but it affects our household budget if I pay more than we agreed on. I explained I didnt feel comfortable making this decision without speaking with Jas. Kevin asked if he were to go to Alexis and able to get the monthly payment to $200 if we'd have a deal. I shook his hand and said yes keeping in mind I wanted the GAP coverage. He went to Alexis and got it down to $200.72. It was over my budget but completely doable. I was very happy. Then we began going over the extended warranty and it didnt include the GAP coverage. Kevin said to add it on would be $7 more. I still felt it was over my budget but they've worked so hard to get within my budget I Would feel horrible saying no again. I said ok to the $7 increase. I appreciate all of their flexability and help but when I first came to Joe I had stated I hadnt intended to buy a car right away. I just wanted another car by winter. Looking back on the experience I felt pressured into buying the car. Regardless, I got the car I wanted and very close to my budget. In the future all I ask is not to push the sale. If they had just waited for Jason to call me back, which he did an hour after leaving the lot, I would have been much less nervous about the purchase and have had a better experience overall. So my constructive critisism is listen to your client, if they say they need to talk to someone then trust them and they'll come back.

Took my 2010 chevy there for the recall and it sat there for well over 2 months which is understandable but when the service manager called to have my come pick it up he said it wouldn't start and thought it had a bad battery and they made me pay for a new battery and bring it there to put in myself or else they would charge 200 dollars when I got there the car started fine with one try with the new battery not even put in yet, they didn't want to deal with it so assumed it was bad instead of messing with it to figure out the problem. When I got there my window which are power, didn't roll down like it did when I dropped it off. I dropped my car off in perfect condition and picked it up with grease and mud all over the inside, a window that now doesn't work and paid for a battery I didn't need. I will NEVER take my car back there the service people were the most unhelpful and rude people I have ever dealt with at a car dealership. TERRIBLE.

Everyone I talked to was very nice and informative. I did not feel pressured into any decision and every request I made about the specifications of the vehicle were fulfilled to 100% satisfaction. When picking up the vehicle I noticed a few chips in the paint that were taken care of the next day. I was very satisfied with how quickly they were in fixing this issue. I purchased a 2008 trailblazer with 53000 miles last year plus the bumper to bumper warranty with free inspections the truck will not pass the safety emissions because someone altered the seat belt I feel like that should have been replaced before I purchased the vehicle but now I can't tag the truck because I can't afford 400 seatbelt. 3rd time I have had vehicle in the body shop. As usual the work is very good and much appreciated. The only issue I have had is this time with the speed of the repair. When I had it estimated I was told 3 days. Called on the 4th day and it was in the service dept waiting on an alignment and was scheduled to be done on Thursday. Did not happen and I had to scramble to get a vehicle to drive for the 5th day. I only asked that whoever I deal with they are up front. It may not be what I want to hear but planning for the absence of my vehicle would have been much cleaner

Before I decided to visit your dealership, I had narrowed my choices between you and Bommarito. Something within me told me to come to you. Then I spoke with a good friend (Letitia Williams), she convinced me I had made the right choice. From the moment we walked through your doors, we were treated with the upmost respect and courtesy. I really appreciated a loaner car while my son's truck was worked on and was very surprised at how nice the Imapala was. I drive a Lexus and I was very surprised with the quality. My son's truck was showing it needed a sensor. They were able to reset it so I didn't have to buy a new one. Very happy with the service, the could have just made me pay for a sensor I didn't need.

This dealership was the third dealership we had gone to that day and found that the young salesman that helped us was very nice and most importantly not pushy at all. He asked us a few questions and was able to sit at his computer and find the exact car and price that we were looking for. I drove the car, loved it and it is now in my garage. This is the kind of salesperson anyone would find as an asset to their company. We felt almost like friends when we left - not like he was a salesman at all. The dealership was quite busy that day and the manager took his time (without making it too long) explaining all the paperwork and made sure that when we left, we were not only happy with our purchase. but he made sure our payment was exactly how we asked it to be. Jeff & Tammy at the Express Service shop were wonderful to work with. They went above and beyond great customer service. Jeff was very courteous from the moment I pulled into the garage. He was friendly and seemed to really care about providing excellent customer service. He offered me the shuttle home but I had already scheduled a ride. I was not aware there was a shuttle service, no one before had offered it. I called Jeff the next morning and asked if the shuttle could come pick me up. Unfortunately the shuttle was out on another pick up and wouldnt be back for another 30 minutes. A few minutes later Tammy called me and said she was coming to pick me up. Tammy arrived within minutes and was very friendly on our ride to the dealership. Once we arrived she processed my paperwork quickly and sent me on my way. An appointment was set up for a "We Owe" for Splash Guards on our new Cruze. The parts were ordered. I brought the car in at the appointment time and figured it would take about 1 to 1 1/2 hrs to complete the job. I wasn't able to leave the dealership until after 11:30am, 3 hrs. I wasn't told about the problem with the parts that were ordered until 2 hrs later when I asked the service advisor what the hold up was. The splash guards were finally installed off another car in stock. I think I should have been notified earlier about the problem with the ordered parts mix up. I had my 88yr.old Mother-in-law at home alone for way to long. I've had this problem before with this service department. It's the reason I bought my last five cars from another dealer ship.

I have a 2011 GM Terrain that at 55,000 miles the engine blew up. GM replaced the engine and after two more attempts to work out the bugs (replaced battery and the starter).....I could not be happier with Lou Fusz!!!!! On Thurs, Feb. 27th, my wife & I went to Lou Fusz to look at and test drive a Malibu. It was the first step in our plan of researching for a new car. We had rented a 2013 Malibu last Summer on vacation and we had done a little research on the internet, but with all the new 2014 features, it was still a brand new experience. When we first arrived, Mark was assigned to educate us about the car, and he did a super job. We felt no pressure of any kind. He was so patient and knowledgeable about everything Malibu. Hes a very friendly person and we decided that we liked the product very much and mostly had only to decide on any add-ons that we wanted and of course, the color. We put down a small deposit and came back the next day to pick up our automobile. Mark really impressed us when he paired both of our cellphones to the car, as well as our garage door opener. We are two happy senior citizens with a beautiful Atlantis Blue Metallic Malibu in our garage.

When I pulled into the garage he knew me/my name before I even got out of my car. He immediately asked if I had remembered to bring my coupon for the oil change that had been mailed to me months ago. I really appreciate the attention to customers that he provides and feel like I am appreciated as well. It's nice to be known! I drive to Lou Fusz even though several other dealerships are closer to my home and even though I have cash coupons for other dealers. I don't feel like I am appreciated at the other dealers or that I am given the attention to my needs that I feel I deserve. This is why I choose Lou Fusz!!

At about 2PM, I had an emergency engine power reduction and barely managed to get my Tahoe to my home. I called Randy Westrich in service. He instructed me how to get my vehicle towed to Lou Fusz Chevrolet. When I got there, at about 3:30PM, there was already an understanding of the nature of the problem. The good news is that I will be a return customer. I asked Jim if he could replace my valve stem caps but he said he didn't have any and added they only come in the "kit."(my valve stem caps are green, which in Michigan signifies that my tires are filled with nitrogen. My previous visit, I paid to have the air purged from my tires and refilled with nitrogen at Lou Fusz. In my opinion, they should have been changed to the silver caps at that time.) My alignment was checked and I would have had it corrected, but nobody brought it to my attention. I found out about it when I went through my 27 point inspection once I got home. Lastly, the status of my tire tread went from yellow, my previous visit, to green this time, and I didn't change my tires. I rely on the experts at Lou Fusz Chevy to provide me with data I can use to make informed maintenance decisions about my beloved 2011 Silverado pickup truck.

I called and talked to Michelle in service because I've had nothing but poor experiences at Jim Trenary from the purchase of my car to services. She told me that you would be able to honor the GM Certified warranty and take a look at my issue. Bill and your service team got my car in the same day I called and fixed the issue. A week later, same issue, and again Bill fit me in right away and when he found out that I needed to continue my work day, got me one of your vehicles to drive. He took extra time to drive it himself over a couple days so I didn't have the same problem for a third time and he communicated regularly with me. The only problem I have is that he let me drive the new Impala, and now I'd like to trade my Malibu for it. I'll come back to your dealership when I do decide to upgrade my car and will look to you for any warranty service in the future. Thank you.

We came in to test drive a Chevy Cruze. The receptionist greeted us promptly and set us up with Joey. We let Joey know what car we were interested in test driving. He located the vehicle and sent us on our test drive. When we came back from the test drive Joey promptly met us and asked how it went. While we were waiting for some paperwork to be completed the receptionist came over and gave our 4 yr old paper and crayons to paper. The entire purchase process was smooth. Kevin was the finance guy. He did a good job getting us a great rate. On the car we purchased there was an issue with the reveal molding on the left rear door. Joey put in a work order for it and we were able to bring it in the the next day to have part of it fixed. It is still not quite right but we have been told we can bring it in again.

It was better than I expected.I Dropped my car off for the service and did not pick it up untill the day after the service was performed. It had snowed quite a bit that night and when arrived to pick it up it was so clean and all of the snow was removed from it. It looked just like a brand new car. My wifes suburban had an intermitten issue of loosing power. I had previously taken the car to another repair shop who could not 100% confirm they new what was wrong. They recomended a fuel pump replacement and said it was a guess since the car was running fine. I did not have the fuel pump replaced. The issue occured again and I took it to the other shop who turned me away saying they could not evaluate the issue because the car was running fine. I even told them the issue was repeatable by forcing open the valve body air flow by removing the air cleaner. The Fusz team listened and noted the history of the issue and properly evaluated the issue and repair recomendation. They said the car would be ready on Monday. I let them know we were down to one car and could they complete the repairs by end of the day. Two hours later they called to let me know the car was ready. I did not expect such great service. We had purchased the car new from another dealer in another state. Fusz treated us as if we had purchased the car from them.

Kenny, The service manager...Most Rude...Lies about everything.. Had to speak to the District rep and the zone rep about the situation. Bought A truck and the crank broke at the end of the warranty.. They have never seen one break like the one in my truck.. They said they called GM but they didn't all lies. Not only did my truck sit there on their lot but my Radiator was stolen and they don't want to replace it.. They told me not there problem... BS.... This is just the beginning. NEVER BUY A VEHICLE FROM THEM OR HAVE THEM DO ANY WORK ON YOUR VEHICLE.... GUARANTEED TO HAVE A PROBLEM.... This Truck we bought has been in the shop more than on the road.... I had an intermitent issue with the stereo in my car (speakers would go out) that was hard to replicate. The service department did a lot of testing and analysis trying to determine the cause of the issue. Although they were unable to replicate the problem their testing allowed them to determine the most likely cause was the amp. They replaced the amp and it indeed fixed the issue. Most dealers would have done nothing if they could not replicate the problem. Lou Fusz listened to what the customer had to say. They stepped up and stayed with it until the issue was fixed. This is exactly the kind of service anyone buying a new car should want. I am one very satisfied customer.

Overall, my recent experience was great. The service department staff, John K. especially, are always pleasant to work with and go out of their way to make things right. Only one relatively minor glitch occurred during my new tire installation - the machine suffered a mechanical fault that nicked the paint on one of the wheels. John made me aware of the issue right away, and scheduled a repair service on the spot, and offered to replace the wheel if the repair was unsatisfactory. Throughout, he was very apologetic and explained everything in detail. I understand mechanical equipment can and does break on occasion, and I very much appreciate the fact that John was forthcoming on the problem, and didn't try to hide the paint nick for me to discover later, as many lesser facilities have been know to try. I will continue to use Lou Fusz Chevrolet for any service requirements as long as this level of service continues.

I had been in for service on my '95 Lumina on Wednesday. On Friday the Low Coolant light came back on, but this time the coolant really was low. I decided to not spend any more money on getting the Lumina fixed. I returned the loaner car I had been put into for the day, picked up my car, and drove through the lot from the Express building to the main building. I was going over to see Dave Mayer and ask him to keep an eye out for a new car for me...it was finally time to trade the Lumina that I bought back in Dec. of 1996. I spotted the Malibu in the lot as I was driving over to see him and stopped to look in the car. I liked what I saw,,, it was blue, about the size of my Lumina, in fact the body style looked like my Lumina, and it was under $20,000. I parked in front of the main entrance, and walked in to find Dave. When I found him at his desk, I sat down and told him it was time for another car. We chatted, he pulled up the the carfax info on the 2012 Malibu I spotted on the lot, and we went for a test drive. I liked it....this car was like a modern version of my Lumina! I got $500 for trading in my Lumina and $1399 in Auto Rewards that I had accumulated over the years, bringing the price of the Malibu down to the same price I paid for my Lumina almost seventeen years ago. I loved my Lumina, but the time had come to trade it in for something newer. I love my Malibu! Thanks Dave and Lou Fusz Chevrolet for taking care of me and my car needs for all of these years. I went for a 30,000 mile scheduled maintenance. I scheduled the appointment online and received a confirmation email. The only problem is that I was not made aware that it would take 3 hours and cost almost $700!! That is REALLY Expensive. I may not ever do that again!

The experience was wonderful. Best car buying experience we have ever had. Mark was an excellent salesman. He was so helpful and patient. He never tried to push us into something we didn't want. He helped my husband and I both find the exact cars we wanted. Then we met with Eric, our business manager. He was the nicest, most efficient business manager we have ever dealt with in buying a car. He made sure we knew all of our options but never once tried to pursuade us or push us to take anything. When we went in to do all the paperwork, I had called my bank in the morning to get a loan offer from them to compare to what Eric could find. Well, I found out that there was a problem on my credit report and was not sure I was going to be able to get a car. Eric must have called in every favor anybody ever owed him and then begged because he got me an excellent loan percentage rate. I know it took him a lot of work to do that for me. Again, best car buying experience we have ever had.

My husband and I had a very positive experience on Feb 2 at Lou Fusz in St Peters, MO. Our Salesperson, Joe Troia, was very knowledgeable and pleasant. He was enthusiastic but not overbearing or pushy, which my husband and I both appreciated very much. Joe knows the product but also understands people and was able to relate very well with us. He spent a great deal of time with us that Saturday afternoon as we had many questions and were comparing 2 or 3 different makes. We loved having Joe Troia as our Salesperson. Joe also followed up with us after a couple of weeks just to see how we liked our new Equinox after driving it for a couple of weeks. Everyone at the St. Peters Lou Fusz location was very pleasant. When we were in the Financial Office, the gentleman was forthcoming, knowlegeable, and kind. Our Lou Fusz experience was extremely positive and we would recommend this dealership to friends and family.

I wrote one review but now I can wright about Finance Department after they get your money they don't need to talk to you anymore if you have a problem to bad! I canceled my extended warranty the day I traded off the truck I bought from them July 11 2012 and the warranty people have not heard from them yet now it's Aug 3 2012 when I call everybody is busy leave your number and we'll call you back when they get the time.Now the warranty people are going to send me a cancellation form so I can do it myself I should have done this from the start but I assumed Lou Fusz Finance Department would do it instead they dragging their feet it's upstairs it takes time.Buy there don't finance there.

Best experience ever with a dealership! Ashley was AMAZING! I was a little put back since I had previously visited Butler in Fenton, and it seemed they did everything they could to "screw" me. However, Ashley went above and beyond to get me the exact car at a great price. Not to mention she got me more than our trade than we were hoping. We went to a few dealers before coming to Lou Fusz. When we got there, one of the first things we noticed was all the smiles and courtesies. It was extremely laid back, no pushing to sell. Yet, at the same time they never gave up on me. My credit is less than perfect to put it mildly and I couldn't afford a bunch of money down or big car payments, yet I also wanted a car with lots of safety features that wasn't too big. These are things that all the other dealers were struggling with. My saleswoman Ashley was great and kept trying. I thought she would give up on me but she never did. I was able to get my very first brand new car...a 2012 Sonic!! My car only had 6 miles on her and I LOVE it!!! When my car was found in inventory Ashley even scoured the entire lot to find it hidden amongst some pick up trucks. I tell people God hid my car there for me and then found me a truly dedicated and passionate salesperson, and all that helped, to find it for me :) Everyone there was great and very helpful!!

My girlfriend and I have been trying to buy a Chevy Cobalt for months. We found a 2008 for under 9k. The salesman, Tim, ushered us in to his "office" where he had no phone, no computer, and couldn't look up our cars info without running to the back. He had asked us if we could bring up their website to find the info, but their site is very basic and could not be accessed from either of our phones. Going over the car details, we put a $100 deposit down. We were told by Tim on Monday afternoon, the car needed new tires and a new key, and that we could pick it up that evening. That evening we received a call stating they would not have a key until Tuesday morning, and that everything else was ready to go. Tuesday comes around and my girlfriend went up to take the car for its test drive. The car still does not have tires, and Tim tells us there is a recall on the struts and power steering pump. The car needs brakes, that they wont fix, Tim refused to budge on the price even though the car wasn't even ready as promised the day before, and then again the evening before. She asked to have to deposit refunded, and was told that I have to come up to have the deposit refunded. Inconvenienceing me when I'm at work. Now after 24 hours of lies, waiting, and shifty sales, we will not be buying this car, or any car ever, from Lou Fusz Chevrolet.

I contacted them to find out their options for financing a car with $0 downpayment and almost no credit history, being a qualified international worker. I came to them and explained to them an offer I got from Toyota with $0 down, 12,000mls per year and $219 per month and asked if they could beat that.They simply tried to make me suscpicious labout the Toyota dealer (Seeger) in saying that they checked and did not see Toyota had submitted an approval for me. This was incredible to me since they obviously thought I was faking the offer from Toyota in order to get a better one from them - unbelievable. An American brand just lost another customer!!!

Had coolant and thermostat replaced on our Chevy, thought it was safe to assume that the technician performed this task sufficantly and let my wife take the car on a road trip to Nashville, Tn. 5 hours of driving with no problem, then once on city streets, engine overheated and cracked engine block. Total loss. The chevy dealer in TN was very helpful, Lou Fusz, jr. was not. Jr. decided the problem was not related to the work his shop performed. My wife, in a polite and calm fasion, asked Mr. Fusz how this was not something that might possibly be related to his shops work and he stated, "I am not taking responsibility for this" and then hung up on my wife. Yes, he hung up on her. The OWNER of the Fusz Automotive Group. Unprofessional is an extreme understatement. My wife called Jr. back and appologized as she was on her cell phone and told him the called had been dropped. Jr. quickly corrected her and said "We were not disconnected, I ended the conversation" and hung up again. Let me also point out that Mr. Fusz did not look at our vehicle or even contact the dealer in TN to verify the situation. None of his workers did either. The dealer in TN was willing and anxious to talk with someone from the Fusz group to help us get our chevy repaired and back on the road, but no one called.Sad to think that the very fotune gained by the Fusz empire, through it's customers, is treating the customer in such an unprofessional and immature manner. We will never give another penny to the Fusz empire, and every friend, family memeber, church family, fellow workers and anyone else willing to listen will here of this sad event. I do not appreciate putting my trust in a business and then being treated like a rabid animal when that business failed to perform a duty they were paid for. This will end up costing us around $4500 more for a new engine, not including the cost of having to drive 10 hours rounds trip to rescue my wife and letting our now useless chevy sit in a lot far from home.Have already reported this to the BBB, Better Business Bureau. I recommend anyone else with a similar experience do the same. Sooner or later these complaints will add up and the future customer will know what to expect from this business.

This place SUCKS! Bought a car in 2008 and everything seemed great. Just a week ago, my intake gasket goes bad and I leak anti-freez everywhere (car is undrivable). Lou Fusz proudly represents their exclusive "Engines Forever" guarantee where "Your engine is guaranteed for as long as you own the vehicle". WRONG! Lou Fusz happily offered to tow my vehicle to their dealership knowing beforehand (since I had the professionally looked at prior) that the intake gasket was bad. Two hours later....Bill calls me to say "Yes, it is your intake gasket, however, that is NOT covered". WHAT?!
