Great experience! Greg was friendly and went out of his way to be helpful. Work was done correctly, and my Jeep was returned with the driver's seat where I like it. I'm pretty sure they don't have any techs as short as I am, so this was a very nice touch. And they even washed my Jeep! I will definitely be back.

The vehicle I bought (a 2019 Chrysler 300) was not prepped to be sold or delivered. Obvious deep marring in the paint on both door mirrors (down to plastic) was present and I brought this to their attention. I was told, in writing, the dealership’s body shop would call to set an appointment to repaint those. So far, nothing. Meanwhile, my salesman, Dewayne Gaston, sends me emails about how much it would mean if I could give them (or him) a good rating. In fact, he emailed me two days after I bought the car (on a.Sunday) asking me to give him a good rating. I made him aware of over $20.00 in loose change that I absentmindedly left in a dashboard compartment of the Impala I traded. Haven’t heard a word about it, but he was sure as hell interested in getting a good rating. I’m certain that money is gone now. Probably bought a good lunch for someone, I’m sure.

Allan Main was our salesman and he was most wonderful. We have been searching for months for a mid-size SUV. After being at several other dealerships and being hounded we never made a purchase as we felt we couldn't feel free to look around on our own without being harassed and followed. Also no other dealership had such good pricing. Allan wasn't pushy or hounded us but was there if we had any questions. It was a nice experience at the Lou Fusz dealership in Ofallon MO. We made our purchase and I couldn't be more excited about my new SUV!!! He took the time to explain all the features of our new car and stayed extra late to make sure I had basic understanding of the touchscreen and how to work most of the stuff on the vehicle !!! Joe Jordan was prompt and thorough in providing us with the requested information through the internet. Had all the purchasing decisions in hand prior to arrival at the dealership. At the time of vehicle pickup, Joe went through the paperwork quickly and spent a lot of time going through all the new car features. Appreciate this level of service since it is rarely experienced these days.Overall, great purchasing experience and pricing at Lou Fusz.

My boyfriend and I both bought cars a few months ago and could not be any happier. Joe Liebmann was hands down the best, most personable sales person we could have asked for. He made the process super easy and didn't try to sell us something that we could not afford. He was very patient with us (even stayed late) to help us get exactly what we wanted, and making the lengthy process seem quick and easy. I was impressed with the service I received when we traded our 2007 Corvette for a new vehicle. I was pressed for time due to a previous commitment. Both Joe Jordan & Nathan (Finance Manager) completed the sale/contract on time. That following Monday, I dropped off the title for the 2007 Corvette & the Sales Manager took care of detailing the 2016 Jeep Wrangler one more time when I mentioned a few minor items that need attention & answered my question.

Been dealing with Lou Fusz simce 1999. They have been the most honest and upstanding dealer in the region that I have ever dealt with. I have had several grey area service issues that they could have not backed me on but they did. All the vehicles that I have puchased were all great dealings. Bery fair. Their honesty and integrity are topshelf. I have dealt with other Lou Fusz dealerahips ( Lou Fusz Subaru) and had the same experience. So im closing, I will not deal with any car dealership other than Lou Fusz. You guys have it figured out. .

I absolutely will not use this service department again for the following reasons:(1) I received no initial greeting from the service staff nor acknowledgement of my presence(2) Lacking a greeting, I waited in my car for 10 minutes. Then, I attempted to ask a service coordinator a few questions. Ken Komorek ignored me for approximately another 10 minutes(3) He finally asked if he could help. Yet, he gave no further instructions other than to ask for my keys(4) He proceeded with typing on his computer. I stood there for another 15 mins, no instructions. Seemed to me that this "coordinator" was entering my service information for the 1st time since it was taking so long(5) I asked politely ,"Would you please tell me how much longer do I need to wait?" (As if I was a bother)(6) His response can only be kindly described as verbally disrespectful. Because of the delay I asked him if my appointment was entered into the system and in an angry tone, he said yes. (Another 15 mins) (7) Other service staff saw me waiting, but ignored me(8) As a result of my own shock/ frustration at his verbal disrespect & nastiness, I walked away from him to find the Sales Manager (Steve Kabbaz) who had already planned my visit(9) I told the Sales Manager what occurred within the Service Department(10) The service coordinator found me speaking with the manager within the showroom while I was detailing his verbal disrespect. He was even verbally disrespectful toward me in front of the manager!!My appointment with this service department had been pre-arranged by the Sales Manager to provide me with equipment for my new car. I was very happy to enter the service department because of the install of this equipment. There was no reason for the mistreatment by this "coordinator" other than his own biases & prejudices; just a mean man. Although my car issues were fixed and the Sales Manager was comforting, going forward I will use another Lou Fusz dealership.

I'm on the fence regarding recommending this dealership. Prior to purchasing my car, Jody was responsive & nice although I bought my car through Fuad, another Salesman. Fuad, although not overly friendly, was good at being patient & keeping my focus. Enter Nathan, to detail on behalf of Fuad, the reason for the low ball trade-in value for my SUV; however, I must admit that Nathan had pleasant customer service skills. Enter Finance, very attentive to my financial needs and thus, I bought my car. My dissonance in reference to recommending this dealership first lies with incorrect information given to me about my automobile from my Salesman. Then, my left speakers blew in my brand new car with no return call from the service department. Understand my frustration? To make matters worse, I was no longer receiving any answers to my questions, at all from sales regarding the misinformation and speaker replacement from the service department. Once my questions remained unanswered, I went into the dealership because some Sales Manager was going to answer my questions regarding the misinformation. Enter George; unprofessional & he displayed a total lack of empathy & disregard for my post-new car buying needs. After a heated discussion with George, I asked Montez Boyle to help me with a TRADE on my NEW CAR! And, help me HE DID! Through a weeks worth of stress, Montez's HONESTY, clear communication, patience, support, & understanding is the reason that not only do I recommend HIM for your car purchase, but this dealership. Not to mention, the service department did call me back once Montez became involved. I DID contact corporate to file a complaint & Steve Kabbaz, New Cars Sales Manager, called me to not only apologize for my experience, but to rectify the problems; and he did. Mr. Kabbaz was a pleasure to work with, as was Montez. Even after my positive experience with my trade with Nathan, and Finance, Steve & Montez are the TWO reasons why I do recommend this dealership.As a result of these two gentlemen positively intervening to fix my new car challenges, I am confident that if you are in the market to buy a new car, that they will make sure that your experience is a good one. Of note, the behaviors of the aforementioned sales staff is NO reflection upon the rest of the sales staff. Some of the sales staff who witnessed my heated discussion reported the poor customer service toward me to Mr. Kabbaz as well.

I dealt with Allan Main in pursuing my new Ram. He was proffessional and helpful in making my purchase a success. He not only knew how to set up my phone with the features on the truck, but actually did it for me (would have taken me forever). I purchased the vehicle over the phone. When I arrived there were no hidden costs and he had it filled up and ready to go. I would highly recommend him to anyone in the market for a new vehicle.

I pulled in for service on my Chrysler 300 and met by your service advisor Brian Lemmons. He was friendly and ask how he could help! I need and oil change and maybe tire rotation. We had two great experiences recently with the O'Fallon, MO Lou Fusz Service Department. They performed recall work and some minor repairs to my Charger in June. Last week they resolved two major problems, one with the air conditioner, and the other with a faulty battery we bought elsewhere. My car is in top notch condition now. We very much appreciate the courtesy, efficiency, friendliness, expert workmanship and follow-up we received from the Service Advisor Amy both times, the Mechanic Norm Bousquet, Shelby Parker, and Dave Verity. A very nice and helpful man helped us both times when we first arrived, and I apologize if I don't have his name listed. We didn't even have an appointment last week, but he let us drop it off anyway because the battery kept discharging and we were concerned we would have to have it towed. 5-Star Service was received from everyone we dealt with at Lou Fusz O'Fallon!

I recently went on vacation and was overdue on my oil change. I pulled in the service lane and Ken Komorek greeted me. He told me, we'll get you done as quickly as possible. From the time I showed up, till the time I left was just under an hour. Impressive, considering the shop was full and there were other people ahead of me. I was completely satisfied with my service.

I found the perfect Jeep Compass that I had been looking for at Lou Fusz, and Joe Liebmann helped me every step of the way! There was not a good selection of these in my state of Wyoming, and since I was coming out to the Missouri area, I was happy to find the exact car I wanted. Joe Liebmann provided professional customer service and excellent communication! Working with him from out of state was easy, and he took care of all of my concerns. When I arrived, he had everything ready to go and the purchase went smoothly! I highly recommend him, as Joe was a friendly, down to earth guy, unlike the typical car salesman! Finally a car dealership that does it right. Dave Verity our sale person was incredible and didn't use high pressure techniques. Nathan in finance along with Dave maneuvered me through the financing portion of the sale and it was quick and painless. At the end of the sale before driving off , two other employees that were not even part of the buying process came over and thank us for the sale......great customer service that wasn't faked. I will definitely be back for my next vehicle purchase.

I visited the Lou Fusz dealership Saturday July 16, I was hoping to find a used truck with low miles and at a reasonable price, which I was successful. After I found the truck that I was hoping to find, I was introduced to David Verity who not only was able to get the deal that I was hoping for, he made the trading more pleasant than I have encountered in the past. He stayed past closing to help me transfer all of my belongs to the truck to answer any questions that i had. If you are looking to purchased a new or used vehicle, I would recommend that you give Lou Fusz a look. David Verity is a straightforward salesman who is honest.

The dealership has a huge selection of vehicles. They really want you to be happy with your purchase. Our salesman, David, stuck with us as we searched for the right vehicle for us. He was very knowledgeable about all the vehicles we were looking at. If he didn't know the answer to our question off of the top of his head, he quickly looked it up on his phone. After we purchased our vehicle, he thoroughly went over all the features of our new Jeep Grand Cherokee. We absolutely love it!

June 2016. Applied for sales position and was hired. At least i thought so, until day 2 of "training" when I was told that I had to pay $200 for the "class" and then had to interview with the managers (never disclosed in initial interview that he was not directly related with Lou Fouz or a fee was expected) Interview with Justin Jones (pre-own sales manager) told him I didn't feel comfortable LYING to customers (like with my prior job) and he through up a red flag and stopped me in my tracks... And attempted to JUSTIFY LYING TO CUSTOMERS!!!Run FAST AND FAR!!!

Using Consumer Reports, I knew exactly what I was looking for. When I saw that you had that car, I went to your dealership half expecting to have to put up with a pushy salesman trying to steer me to a more expensive car. But I was handed over to Donelle Canada, who although has only been doing this for four months, was very professional. He went along with my wishes and treated me as the same as if I had bought the most expensive car on the lot. Your finance manager was equally helpful and I am sorry I can't remember his name.

I began my purchase with Nathan Long at Lou Fusz and he was very up front with every element of the process. I drove more than 200 miles one way because I was so impressed with my first impressions of Nathan. Once I arrived Lou Fusz understood the time I took to drive to STL and expedited every process from Finance, to evaluating my trade, and even detailing post purchase to get me back on the road home. Every promise was kept and the facility was very impressive. My only regret is I live too far away to take advantage of their service department.

I drove over 200 miles one way to do business with Nathan Long. He was up front and clearly listened to all of my concerns. He was in constant communication, but was at the same time patient with me. Nathan kept every promise he made, and helped me get back to KC quickly by working several steps of the process in parallel. It meant a lot to see such personal attention. My only regret is I live too far away to use the Lou Fusz service department, because if they are as good at Nathan - I am missing out. Nathan is top notch!

I bought a certified preowned Mazda at Lou Fusz Chrysler. I love my new car and Brittney Warner was grey to work with. She really wanted to help me. She was pleasant, honest and knew what she was doing. The whole process was easy for me and so quick. The finance guy, Nathan, was great too. He is newer I think but he did a really good job and had me out of there quickly. Id definitely go back! Everyone was nice and Brittany was just the best. She's the only one I want to work with in the future.

Buying a car can be a nerve-racking experience, but I was treated with promptness, assurance, and respect through the whole process. I would recommend this particular dealership for your buying and financing a new or used car. My salesman, Joe Liebmann, is not just a salesman, he is also a trained expert vehicle expert. Everyone was exceptionally friendly, from the minute I walked in, picked out my car, and worked with John in the finance department.

Basically, went in to test drive a car that I had looked at the day before. The day before I had a guy named Todd helping me. He was super nice, he was very informative. Well the next day when I went to drive the car, Todd was off. I was given to a guy named Dave. I kid you not, he was trying to get me to buy other cars instead. There were also discounts including Veterans he kept saying "I don't know if you get those", he was not helpful. Sooooo we are sitting there and I'm getting ready to leave he said he'd go get pricing from his boss.....I WANTED A DODGE CHARGER THATS ALL I TALKED ABOUT. AND THEN BOOM!!! We sat down and he pushes to me a pricing work up on a CHRYSLER 300s!!!!!! He said his boss thought I'd like it better. Anyway we went back to Bareth dealership in Washington, mo that's where we got our jeep last year. They give the lowest prices!!!!!

Lou fusz has got customer service figured out. I went to this dealer looking for one specific vehicle I found online. I went in for diagnosis on engine light issue. Basically I paid $200 to tell them that I thought it was a camshaft issue and they verified it after spending a whole day not figuring out what the problem was. Then quoted $3500 to replace it. What a joke. Not to mention I've purchased this truck 4 months ago from your dealership. Avoid Lou Fusz Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Ofallon at all costs for service and repair.

This was my very first experience buying a new car. Chris Henry was very helpful searching for exactly what I wanted (and I was being very picky). Chris' knowledge in what I was looking for really made this experience easy. At no time did I feel pressured into looking at anything that wasn't exactly what I was looking for. This is the second truck I have bought here in the last 6 months and the fourth vehicle that I have had and hand in, in that same time frame. All four of the purchases we used the same sales representative. Robyn Hendrix is my go to person. She is kind and very professional. She makes you feel that she is out to get you the best deal and does a tremendous job and making you feel important. She is the sole reason that I have continued to do business with Lou Fusz. I have also dealt with Montez on two of my deals and while we may not always agree on things we have a give and take relationship that has allowed us to get a deal completed. My criticism of Lou Fusz is the Sales Managers. Everyone I have dealt with has taken and extremely long time to respond to deals, which is clearly a sales tactic. On my most recent purchase I was told that we were only ten dollars apart on the monthly payment and that Lou Fusz would make this deal happen, so come on in. Three hours later the same sales manager that said we would make it happen gave me an insulting offer that was over 28 dollars from the monthly payment and his "final offer" was the same offer that brought me into the door. It was a wasted three hours. I came back again, because Robyn felt that she could get the deal done and did eventually, but only after getting a different Sales Manager involved. I will never do business with George again. He is arrogant and not customer centered at all. The man was standing ten feet from me and didn't even bother to shake my hand or introduce himself even though I was trying to purchase a 50,000 dollar truck from him, however he could hug and shake hands with other customers. I watched him make deals for others while I sat there for a total of 6 hours and yet Robyn nor Montez could figure out why the deal that was being offered was not being accepted. If he has a problem with another employee that should not come out on the customer and it did. Thank goodness I was able to speak with the GM Mark who took the time to hear my story and ensure that I was able to get a deal done.

Bought a Allstate extended warranty a little over a year ago now after 3 days and over 10 phone calls no one will talk to me about refund. Allstate said to call dealership and talk to finance person, they will not take or return calls. They're very insistent to sell but not helpful afterwards!

This was the most pleasant car buying experience I have ever had! My daughter and I purchased a Nissan Sentra yesterday. Nathan Long was an excellent sales person! We told him up front what type of car we were looking for and the price range we could afford. He went out of his way to do the research and find the perfect car for us! I purchased my new 2016 Jeep Cherokee this weekend and so far have been very pleased with the purchase. Overall my impressions of the dealership were positive. I started the process on Thursday afternoon working with Robin and when I narrowed down what car model I wanted came back in on Friday. Nathan ended up helping me with the buying process and was very patient and helpful with trying to narrow my vehicles down to 2 and then 1. The whole process was pretty seamless and I was very happy with purchasing my vehicle at Lou Fusz. Nathan did a great job of managing the sales process.The only drawbacks in my mind were the final pricing and the need for accepting the "pin-striping and interior/exterior clear coating" added to the price of the vehicle. These are NOT required and only add to distrust...This has been an age old car sales tactic to get more money and should not be a part of the sales process...I also realize that the extended warranty is a part of the sales process and was somewhat surprised when my finance options did not list the stripped down version without the extended warranty. I had to ask for that option.I am familiar with sales processes and accept that dealers are a business and businesses need to make money, but I believe that even more sales would be gained with less "tactics".

My experience with this dealer was amazing. They were very low pressure, and my salesman, Nathan Long was patient, professional, and very friendly. He was efficient in every way, and answered all of my questions quickly. I actually went to this dealership, to replace a fog light on my Ford Mustang. While I was waiting, I went into the showroom, and found my new car ! They gave me a great trade-in amount, plus a rebate. I could not pass up what they were offering. After all of the paperwork was done, Nathan helped me with everything. He helped me clean out my old car, and fixed the plates on the old car. Then, he explained every part of the car to me, with extreme patience. The entire team at this dealership was very impressive. I was very impressed by the service I received at my recent oil change. The estimated turnaround time I was given was right on, and the waiting area was very clean and comfortable. Contacted Nathan Long he gave me great information and based on this I arranged to visit the following day. Was met by Travis who showed us many vehicles, we finally agreed on a green Jeep Wrangler Unlimited for my sons first car. After some discussions and some great help the deal was done. I just bought my second vehicle from Lou Fusz in just over a year, a new Jeep Grand Cherokee, that fits all my needs, and it was a nice experience and pleased how Chris Zulauf and Dave Verity worked with me throughout the process to find the one I wanted and at a reasonable price, including trade in. They both were diligent about educating me on the features of the vehicle and making sure it was a partnership versus a one-time sell. For my next vehicle for the family, Lou Fusz will definitely get the first shot.

If i could give negative stars i would. WORST and i mean WORST car buying experience ever. And best of all, after the sale no one will return your phone calls if you are in need of something !! They ran my credit thru 6 different banks, so thanks to all the inquiries i have on my credit report now. Salesperson was very rude, did not care about satisfying his customer at all. Finance guy was rude as well when i didnt want to sign up for any additional extended warranties. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE !!!

I brought my truck by there for check engine light on. I waited a little while to be acknowledged, which is nothing new there. The guy I talked to turned out to be the oil change rep. He obviously didn't know much. I explained I wanted the code read and cleared. He finally read the code and told me what they were,I asked him to clear them and he said he couldn't and it would be a week before he could get it in. I said to clear a code it takes one minute. He said again it would take a week. He had told another customer he will change his oil but won't be able to get to the check engine light. This guys advice was to drive it for a week and maybe it will clear it's self. When the check engine light is on the remote start will not work. I'm going to call Chrysler and ask them if that is what they recommend.I disconnected the battery and the code stayed off for a day. Century dodge in Wentzville cleared the code in 2 min no appointment, just called and drove up there. The guys name is Dave and he wants your business unlike lou fuze.He ran the code and cleared it. We agreed if it came on again to call and set up a appointment. Light came back on, I called he verified he had the part and we set a appointment. I would of waisted 2 weeks at fuze. They have also worked on my Durango 3 times. I take it in at 7:30 for simple repairs and it sits there over half the day and they can't get it done by 4:00. That's everytime with them and once they were supposed to fix the air and told me it was good to go. I started it up and air still wasn't working. They did nothing to it ,then I had to wait on them while they pulled it back in to actually work on it. Lou fuze Chevy was good for me ,but not dodge.

I went to Lou Fusz to look at a used car, and thanks to salesman Mike Gerber I left with a 2015 that was within my budget! This is my 3rd experience at a car dealer and by far the best. Not only did they have the best prices in the area, but their warrantees and membership perks blew the other dealers out of the water! Going forward, I will ONLY buy my cars at Lou Fusz. I am more than pleased with the service they provided and will recommend them to everyone I know!

Have purchased from Fusz before and have dealt with Sales Team Leader Montez Boyle at another dealership and now the two are together, which makes a great experience for the customer. Montez handles everything in a professional manner but also has a good sense of humor and a good rapport with his team. Apologized profusely when they could not give us numbers from the bank because it was a bank holiday, but had everything read to go the next morning when we got there. They still owe us a minor repair but the part is on order and is expected tomorrow. Love working with Fusz.

I live in Kansas City, MO and was looking to purchase a specific car Lou Fusz had. I have purchased 10 cars in my lifetime and this was the best experience of all of them. I e-mailed the sales department Thursday evening. I received an e-mail soon after from Evan Crader that he got my message but was at home and would call me in the morning, I received a call from Evan on Friday morning and was given a great deal on the car I wanted. I put $500 down and immediately drove to Lou Fusz from KC. The dealership was extremely fun and friendly. They made the whole process so easy and I felt welcome there the whole time. I had found decent financing before I left KC but the finance department got me an even better deal. I saved thousands of dollars and had the best buying experience. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone.

My journey to purchasing my new car started over three months ago and I knew going into it that I needed that time frame to do the research since it has been thirty or so years since I purchased a car on my own. As a single woman, I appreciate that Jimmy treated me respectfully and also was very patient with my many questions and requests for information. My emails were always promptly addressed. Jimmy respected my space and I never felt any pressure to make the purchase. He would touch base periodically but never once did I feel that I was under his time frame to purchase the car. The dealership was very flexible with the delivery date of the car and everyone was very thorough with whatever information that they needed to share with me. I originally dreaded the whole process but it ended up being a very positive and rewarding experience for me. He took his time, was very patient and explained and answered all our questions. The pricing was very fair, he even checked for as many rebates as possible, like the veteran's discount during November. After we finished the deal, he went over all the features and options. I recently purchased a pre-owned car from Lou Fusz Chrysler Jeep Dodge. I traded in my Jeep and got a good deal, much better than I expected. Todd Hale, my salesman, was great. He helped out tremendously with a couple of cars I was looking at. When I settled on the one I really wanted, Todd did an awesome job with the entire process. I was in and out quick. Todd has followed up with me several times since the sell. That shows he actually cares about what he's donig and his clients. He could easily have sold me car and forgotten about me afterwards.I had a couple issues with the car a few days later. The Service Manager and the Pre-Owned Manager were both great. They took care of my issues with no cost to me even though I had driven the car off their lot with just a 90 day 505/50 warranty. They could have easily told me I needed to pay half of the bill, but they did the right thing since it was only 4 days later.

Customer service unbelievable. All made the special effort to make me feel important and that I was satisfied with my purchase. Chris was great, found out what I wanted, my budget, and worked until I was sold. He did not "over sell" or push, I had absolutely no intention of purchasing until he did everything I needed to buy. After I left, I realized that I had left some personal items in the old car, called the dealership the next day and they immediately got them and called me back within 30 minutes. Again, they went the extra mile in customer service. My son was with me and he is not easy to impress and he was also pleased and will be checking with the Lou Fusz dealership when he trades as well. (That is saying something as he is very picky) I feel the the customer service is as important as the car and this is the place for that. This truly is the place to buy

With three kids in the car, and a 2010 Dodge Caravan that was shaking so badly that I wasn't sure if I could get home, I stopped at the closest Dodge Dealer. When I explained the situation, I was coldly told that they were "pretty full" today. After I asked if I could bring it up for tomorrow, I got the same response. Guys, I am a mom who needs to make sure her family gets home safe. Offer up some suggestion or even an apology. Don't send me out with no help to solve the problem. Luckily, Century was able to get to my car right away. I will never waste my time with this service department, and I will make sure my friends don't either.

When I had my old car (2006 300) in for service several weeks ago I started looking at new cars in the show room. I talked with Mark Cain & he discussed some of the upgrades in the new 300's. Mark was very curtious. I later came in and looked at a few new stock models & also began looking at other brands. The experience here was best and Mark answered all questions but was not at all pushy. He gave me some initial budgetary figures. About a week later, Saturday 11/12/11, I went in a we made a deal. The overall experience was very good & I hope this car (2011 300 limited) is as good as my old one.

We liked the 'feel' of the dealership and the folks that work there, so we were comfortable buying new since we'll be bringing the vehicle back for oil changes and service. Not pleased with our most recent service visit. We went in for a minor repair and an oil change, and left with a bill much greater than the price quoted to us. The price given to us was supposed to include all taxes and fees. We got our bill at the end, and it was at least $25 more than the quoted price. A big chunk of that was some charge for "Miscellaneous Shop Supplies". I guess that price did not include a rag for cleaning up the grease that the mechanic left all over the inside of our car.This dealership is notorious for taking advantage of customers with a legitimate service need....alot like a poker player who was dealt a royal flush, they really want to cash in big time. No matter what reason you've gone in for, they will always have at least 2 or 3 additional items that must be done immediately. Apparently, the service advisors get reprimaned if a customer walks out of there for less than $400 (or if the customer is satisfied). Stay away from this dealership service department if you can.....their location is about the only thing keeping them in business right now.

My husband and I are not easily impressed. However, our experience at O'Fallon, Lou Fusz and the sales staff far exceeded our expectations. Don Johnson was our sales man at Lou Fusz, he went over all of the car features in detail with us. He was extremely knowledgeable regarding the car and features. He also walked me to the service manager introducing me to him for any future service my vehicle may need.Also, we were impressed with how each and every sales man working the day we picked up our new car lined up and said thank you for the business and shook my hand. We would definitely recommend using this dealership to anyone purchasing a vehicle! In addition to all of this Lou Fusz offers free oil changes for as long as I own my vehicle, as well as free state inspections for not only my new car, but for my husband's vehicle.

I have dealt with Lou Fusz Dodge service department for a few years now on my 2001 Dodge Dakota. They have been GREAT. I love these guys. Because of that my wife and I thought to try them out for a new car purchase. We stopped by to see if we were interested in adding the Chrysler 200 to our short list. We were planning to buy a sedan in January. It turns out they had a new '11 for a unbelievable price, so We decided to see if we could trade our old Pontiac. Bill really worked with us to get the deal we needed for us to buy at this time. There was no hassle, just facts. We found the jeep we were looking for at this dealership's website on October 1st, and were able to pick it up on October 7th. Not only did they detail the vehicle, but found after their certification checklist that it needed brakes front & rear, and had a rear axle seal leaking. The service Dept did all the repairs at no extra charge to us. Also, after driving almost 6 hours each way to take possession of jeep we purchased exclusively on Merritt's recommendation, we found him to have been completely truthful about everything he told us. The jeep even had brand new tires & wheels on it. We were thrilled with our experience at Lou Fusz.

On top of the lowest price that we could find, we found a true gentleman in Merrit and we would definately recommend this dealership to anyone who wants to be taken care of, and treated fairly, in the car world!!!

I recently purchased a Chrysler 200 from your store. I will say that without a shadow of a doubt, Mrs. Donna Garrison shined throughout the whole viewing car process and even deciding process and then even through the well I changed my mind let me try this one instead process and then can I drive it again process!! She truly made my experience with the dealership very professional. She truly demonstrates excellent customer service skills. She didn't pressure me as many salesmen seem to do and was concerned about meeting my needs. Even after deciding which vehicle to purchase she helped me to get dropped off so that leather could be put in my car. She didn't rush the sale nor did she ever seem anxious. She truly has a gift not one that can be bought, but a natural "people personal" personality. Her office was very welcoming, although I had to joke with her that it appeared that she might work for the police department!! I have been researching vans for awhile. I need a larger car due to my job as a sales representative. I have had a terrific experience with Lou Fusz Subaru in Creve Coeur, so when I was considering a van, I looked for a Fusz dealership in hopes of the same experience. Merritt Reid was very knowledgeable and was willing to help me find the best van for my needs. I am very pleased with this experience. I only wish that the dealership was closer to my home or that I could use any Fusz dealership for service.

I recently went into Lou Fusz and was treated like they didn't want my business. After standing around waiting for the salesman to make the usual trips back and forth between him and the sales manager.... I finally realized they are not coming down on the price of the vehicle (which was way over priced). I can't believe I spent several hours in this heat without a drink while I waited for them to do the manager/salesman dance. Oh yeah... They have cars on the lot with a price on them that is not the real price. I asked about a really nice Jeep and they told me the sticker on the window didn't reflect the cost of tires/rims and they would have to be added to the "sticker price".. I will never step foot on that lot again due to the high make believe cost of the vehicles and horrible customer service..

I purchased a used 2008 Jeep. Although I love the vehicle I have to say that the overall experience at Lou Fusz Dodge so far has been very poor. My experience has been that there is a lot of miscommunication throughout the dealership including but not limited to the salesman, used car manager, finance guy, service/VIP company. (Note: I guess VIP is an aftermarket company Lou Fusz works with.) They all act independent from each other and this has led to delays and an overall bad experience. I felt/feel like Im getting dragged around and beat up and its not even over yet. I have been waiting over 3 weeks for items (side steps and spare tire with cover) that I was told would only take a few days.... As of today a tire cover has not been ordered and its been over 3 weeks. I understand it isn't something they can get from the parts department due to the size (35x12.50) but this should have been determined and ordered within days after the sale was final.I've had problems with the finance guy which had me come in and sign paperwork A WEEK AFTER THE SALE WAS FINAL so that he could file for a lost title on my trade-in. Later that day he called and told me that a lost title for MO costs around $20-30 and a lost title for IL was around $125. He also told me that if it was the MO then they would just pay it but because it was an IL title they wouldnt. He kept saying Youre responsible for the cost to file for the lost title. I said I would check to see if I could find the title but never agreed to pay the around $120. Today after I dropped off my Jeep to have the side steps installed I find out he charged me over $150 for the lost title on my trade-in (when IDOT charges $95). After I voiced my frustration the used car manager cut me a check so that I was only charged the $95. This doesnt change the fact that I was honest about the lack of a title and it wasn't an issue until after everything was completed....Also the fact that the finance guy was trying to charge me $150 for something I could have done for $95. If he had been honest and told me when we were doing the paperwork that I would be charged $150, then this wouldnt have been an issue because I would have filed the paperwork and paid the $95 myself.Below is a breakdown of "Why" I gave the ratings I did.Customer Service = 2 : Being told a few days for parts and then waiting over 3 weeks is not "OK" customer service. Also the additional charge and hassle of the title after the sale results in a rating of 2. Quality of Work = 3 : The only work I've had done so far (Note: I'm still waiting on spare tire and tire cover) is the installation of the side steps which was just OK.. This is a quick bolt-on part that could have been done while I waited. Unfortunately they contracted this out to "VIP" which had to take it to their shop and install the side steps. Gas used was also not put back into my Jeep. This is why I give them a rating of 3... or "OK".Friendliness = 4 : Everyone was friendly.... Note: The used car manager was very understanding as to why I was upset and helped with the issue of the title. I still feel like I got taken advantage of and that Lou Fusz could have done more to make the situation right (especially considering that I've been waiting for over 3 weeks on my sidesteps, spare tire and tire cover). Regardless... everyone was friendly even when I wasn't.Overall Experience = 2 : Refer to above issues. Price = 3 : Lou Fusz urges the use of "Realdeal.com" as a price estimator which had this Jeep marked as "Overpriced". After negotiations it was an OK deal. The price we agreed upon was acceptable but not one that made me walk away feeing like I got a great deal to brag about. If a different dealership had this jeep I feel I'd gotten about the same deal or better as I got here. This is why I gave a rating of 3 (OK). Unfortunately at this time I wouldnt recommend this dealer due to the way the $150 title issue was handled. I feel better communication could have made this a much better experience for both parties.

He listened to my needs and wants and met them rather that simply trying to sell me the first car I drove. We found the exact Jeep we wanted and the entire experience was very positive. I will visit Fusz and Merritt for my next car and I will recommend both to family and friends.

I came in to have the oil changed in my car and to inquire about a new key for the car I purchased at this same dealership a couple years ago. While sitting in the waiting area, a woman walked by me happy and seemed to be loving life! I stopped her and asked if she was a salesperson and she replied, yes can I help U! Well, after many laughs and excellent customer service my daughter is the proud owner of an Avenger! After 50 years of purchasing cars, never have I come across a salesperson who knew so much about everything on the lot! U go girl! This was one of the best car buying experiences I have experienced. My husband and I drove up from Westphalia, MO (2 1/2 hours) away just to see Donna Garrison, who had previously worked with my father. I researched thoroughly online and thought I knew what vehicle I wanted (Honda Pilot or Ford Explorer). I told her up front that I didn't necessarily love the Dodge/Chrysler "look", but she was fine with that and told us that she would show us what we wanted to see. We did however, come across a Chrysler Aspen on the lot, and LOVED it. It had everything we were looking for and more. I hadn't even considered a Chrysler before and am so thankful that Donna showed us our options. Even after we drove the Chrysler Aspen, I still wanted to see the Ford Explorer I had picked out online so that I was sure of my decision with the Aspen. Donna drove us several miles to the Lou Fusz Ford dealership to see the Explorer. She definitely went out of her way. Donna was also never pushy and listened to what we wanted. I will definitely come back to see Donna at Lou Fusz Chrysler Jeep Dodge when it is time for my next vehicle purchase. I also want to add how great Tony, the finance guy, was. I was dreading that part of the car buying experience, and he too was not pushy with the warranties, and was even able to get me a lower interest rate than my local credit union.

I stopped look at a couple of cars on the lot late in the day on one of the days the dealership closed early. Most everybody was gone and Donna was on her way out as well. But she took the time before she pulled off the lot to get out of her car and greet me. She explained some different features for the cars I was interested in and guided me to the cars I wanted to see. She asked me to come back to the dealership when I had time so she could take me on some test drives. She wasn't pushy and really seemed like she had fun at her job and really cared about the customer. Due to Donna, I felt comfortable coming back to take a Challenger RT for a test drive with her. She knew the car very well and wanted to show me everything about it. When we returned to the lot, we saw the SRT. She and I were excited about taking it for a test run and I just had to have it. Tom Baker was also a pleasure to work with. He made the financing so easy, I was surprised I was walking out with my first new car in 5 years. I almost fell over when Tom called me the next day to say he found a better interest rate for me. Totally not expected since I've never had great experience with the financing any cars from other dealerships. I would definitely come back and recommend Donna and Tom.

We absolutely will recommend and have,the Lou Fusz dealership in Ofallon, Mo.. We originally visited the dealership on Friday night and briefly spoke with two salesmen about the Challenger.They were both very friendly,however my husband was not happy with certain aspects about the car.And left after taking a brief look on the lot.Liked the car but concerned about the cylinder displacement. My husband went home and did some online checking to find that he could get a six cylinder without the mandated displacement. We returned to the dealership on Saturday morning. The salesman that we briefly spoke to Friday night was with a client and suggested that he hand us off to a different salesman as he did not want to rush the customer he was assisting. We then were assisted by Allan Main. Alan was very professional,friendly and provided the information that was needed for my husband to decide to purchase the vehicle. Our original visit on Friday left Mike confused on the displacement system that is part of your product line. However when addressed with Allan , Mike was able to gain clarification and did in fact make the purchase of the vehicle based on Alan's ability to fully explain the vehicle. Mike originally was going to purchase one of the cars on the lot, and Allan was kind enough to work a deal for purchase, only to have to re-present a proposal for the vehicle Mike actually decided on in the show room. I want to say that Allan did not show any frustration even though we took forever . He showed a very pleasant attitude through out and treated us very professionally. He additionally went back and forth based on Mikes request in an attempt to secure the best purchase price available to us. We have actually recommended Allan to several family members whom were at a recent family gathering. They loved the car and Mike told him to check it out at Lou Fusz.The car as we told Allan is Mikes retirement gift after some thirty years of employment.Suffice to say that both my husband as well as our nineteen year old son are enjoying driving the vehicle. Thank you again to Allan for his professional assistance when purchasing as well as his assistance when picking up the car.We understand that he has been in sales with Lou Fusz for many years, and expect that he will be there for years to come. Today, Allan called to speak with my husband to check and see that he was happy with the vehicle, and offered to address any concerns that Mike may have. Mike greatly appreciated the call, and told me it was nice to have a followup call. In all the years we have purchased vehicles, this was the first time we had received a call. Usually we would get a card in the mail, but the call added a much appreciated personal touch . Thank You. My wife and I went to the auto show in St. Louis and looked at everything. We narrowed our search to a BMW, Toyota Avalon, Lincoln MKS and then we discovered the 2011 Chrysler 300C. We were in the market for a new car. Merritt was our salesman and he was excellent! He listened to my husband before we came in, knew exactly what we were looking for in the way of car/price and took us directly to those vehicles. The entire staff was warm and friendly. The exact car we wanted was not at this location. However, Merritt worked extra hard to ensure that we found and got the car we wanted. It was by far the easiest car buying experience we have ever had. Once we found the car and signed everything, Tony then worked to make sure all the financing was taken care of. Two days later, we came in, got the car, signed on the financing and it was a piece of cake. Tony also worked hard at finding the best rates for us. We absolutely love working with them and highly recommend Lou Fusz Chrysler O Fallon Mo. My husband has always purchased through this dealership and so far we will continue.

The sales person I dealt with (Cynthia Kaiser) was more than helpful. The first time I stopped by the dealership was in January, simply to look with no intention of purchasing. We looked at one Wrangler that they couldn't find the keys for. She literally crawled through the tailgate (only door that was unlocked), over the back seat, and between the front seats to unlock the front doors. All of this, knowing I had no intention of buying that day. Of course, a few months later when I came back looking to buy, she was the one I was looking for. Cynthia was extremely helpful, personable, and realistic. She understood what I was looking for, what I was expecting, and didn't try to sell me a bunch of non-sense. She was realistic about the price, trade-in, margin, etc., and I walked away feeling like we had come to a very fair deal. There were a few imperfections with the Jeep due to it being used and traded in only 2 days prior. They fixed literally every issue I could find (me and three friends looked it over VERY closely) and left it looking like a brand new vehicle. I am extremely happy with all aspects of my purchase and overall experience with this dealership. I would, and will, recommend any friends to look for Cynthia at Lou Fusz in O'fallon. Overall sales process was easy and fairly quick. The selection of preowned cars was extensive and had multiple price ranges to chose from. Our salesman (Merritt) was very helpful, and the financing manager was very quick and easy to work with. The whole process was very low stress and we did not feel pressured.

We like the color, the price was okay but learned later we could have had it lowered by not including little extras like personal property tax. would have been nice to see the difference in pricing with or without it.

Looking for a new vehicle went to Lou Fusz Dodge and met with Merritt Reid. Told him what I was trading in and what I wanted to buy. Gave me a fair price for my trade in, and ordered me out a new Dodge Charger RT. Merritt kept me informed as to the delivery of the vehicle and had everything ready for me when I picked it up. The service I received was far better then other dealerships I have dealt with in the past.When I picked up the vehicle Merritt went through all the new devices on the vehicle and explained how everything worked. All in all it was a no hassle, no problem experience and I will make sure I deal with them for future purchases and service.

I actually had a wonderful experience with the service department of this dealership several years back when another local dealership had done some horrible work to my car while still under warranty. Then, this past year when my husband's police car kept breaking down I suggested that he take it to Lou Fusz. He also had a wonderful experience, and began the process of talking to Donna about bringing his department's busness to their dealship, which has since occured. In our most recent visit, my husband and I went to Lou Fusz to simply look into getting a new vehicle. We did not have a need to purchase anything at this time; however, Donna was able to work with us to get a price and payment that we could not pass up on not only one vehicle, but on two new vehicles. I could not say enough nice things about Donna & Lou Fusz. You make your customer's feel like they've found a dealership for life, and that can be hard to do. My father is retired from Dodge, and for years has had a similar relationship with another local dealer, but I have only be raving about this dealership, which is making him consider coming to see you too. I had break issues with my used Jeep I purchased from local Toyota Dealership. I had also purchased an extended warranty with the Jeep as well. I originally went to Dobbs tire and auto but they would not work with my warranty program. I was discussing the issue with my boss and she referred me to Lou Fusz because she had always had positive experiences with the sales and service departments. When I called Lou Fusz and spoke to Kenny he was familiar with my warranty program and assured me that they could fix the problem. They where able to fix the problem in the time and for the cost promised, and the customer service was great. I look forward to returning to Lou Fusz for all future service needs.

The salesman, Don Johnson, I met was friendly and patient with me on the frist visit and was the reason I returned to this dealer. On our return visit we found the people at the dealership were very interested in what we had to say and paid attention to what we had to say. Don, our salesman was pleasant all the time and made sure we understood all about the vehicle. He dealt with us in a pleasant attitude at all times. Don and Tony Riggio made our buying experience a lot of fun. They took time to go over in detail all the details of the vehicle and the pricing and explain the additional warraties available to us. We were never hurried or pressured at any time. It was as though we were the only people that were there and we had their undivided attention. We look forward to sending our friends to them if they are looking for a car. Our experience was fun and Don and Tony were a pleasure to work with. Lou Fusz is a great place to buy a car. I just recently purchased my second and third cars from Donna Garrison at Lou Fusz(yes, things went so well, I bought two cars during the same visit). I first met Donna Labor Day weekend 2010 when she was closing things up. She stayed around well after close to talk to my wife and I about our interest in a new car. She spent a lot of time the next day showing me different cars and working with me on prices. She brought her boss, Aaron in to help us work out a deal. When we signed the paper work, I told her I would be back again for a new truck. Donna stayed in touch and because she was so friendly and the staff at Lou Fusz was so good to work with, I decided to stop by again two weekends ago. The prices were so good and Donna and the team were so good to work with, I decided to trade both of my cars in for new ones. I can't believe what a great job Donna did and how well she took care of my wife and myself. She even followed up after the sale to make sure everything was going well - you don't see that kind of service any more! I can not say enough good things about Donna, Aaron and the whole team at Lou Fusz Dodge. Donna was the reason that I came back to buy #2 and #3 and she, and the team are the reason we will be back again in a couple of years to upgrade. Good quality work on the car. They check the car out looking for potential problems, belts, hoses, tires. I never felt they push service you do not need on the car. Keep you informed on manufacture recommended service needs. They want return business so they treat you right.

Today, 3-9-11, I drove another vehicle off the Lou Fusz Dodge dealership lot. Previously I purchased a new 2004 Dodge Ram 1500 Laramie model from the Lou Fusz Dodge dealership. The vehicle was excellent, service performed on the vehicle was always to my expectations, the personnel I interfaced with were always helpful and extremely friendly, and purchased services were priced fairly. This is why I returned to Lou Fusz Dodge hoping to purchase a good used vehicle.I purchased on 3-8-11 a used 2004 Jeep Liberty from Lou Fusz Dodge. I have been looking for this type of vehicle to tow behind a recently purchased motorhome. I found this vehicle via AutoTrader on the Internet at the Lou Fusz Dodge dealership; I will add that I looked at the Lou Fusz automotive network first before I considered looking at any other dealerships. I test drove the vehicle and liked the look and feel. My salesman, Allan Main, answered all my questions and allowed me to drive the vehicle back to my home so my family could review it with me also. They agreed with my assessment that this vehicle would exceed our requirements.I drove back to the dealership, sat down with Allan, and negotiated a fair price for the vehicle. Allan called me mid-day on 3-9-11 and stated the vehicle had been cleaned, serviced, and was ready for me to pick up. I met Allan and Tom Baker, Internet Manager, a couple of hours later at the dealership, signed the paperwork, went over the vehicle again with Allan and was on the road in approximately an hour after I had arrived. The vehicle came with a 3 month or 3000 mile warranty and Tom explained some options available to me to purchase an extended warranty; which I will be doing in a couple of weeks.My final experience of the afternoon at the dealership was the handshake and congratulations from numerous Lou Fusz Dodge personnel on my purchased vehicle. I will recommend to everyone that I know thinking about an automotive purchase to first go visit a Lou Fusz dealership. I am retired and have purchased numerous vehicles over the years; none of those experiences even comes close to a Lou Fusz Dodge experience. If all the Lou Fusz Network dealerships are anything like Lou Fusz Dodge, you will enjoy a wonderful automotive experience.

Obtained tire to match the existing one's that had on vehiclein shorter time frame that I expected after having a unrepairabletire. Also completed an oil changes while unit was in shop waitingfor tire. Completed a oil change and state inspection on another vehicle ina matter of 2 hours while waiting for the other vehicle above. Totaloverall experience was excellent...

New truck purchase was just a great experience. Mark Cain was extremely helpful in getting us in the truck we wanted at a good price. When the dealership didn't have the vehicle color and appointments we wanted, Mark located a vehicle that was outfitted to our liking. When it was discovered that the located vehicle had slight damage, Mark went to great lengths to locate yet another vehicle. And when that vehicle was not outfitted to our liking, he coordinate with his own service department to modify the vehicle we purchased to meet our requirements.The rest of the lou Fusz staff were friendly, and genuinely worked to ensure our customer experience was top notch. When we actually picked up the vehicle, we were approached, congratulated, and thanked for purchasing the truck by numerous members of the staff. When we left with the truck, we were given a wonderful send off by any available staff members.I have also had my first service experience with Lou Fusz, and that was also top notch, from the induction of the vehicle, to the continuous progress updates by the staff while I waited in the well appointed customer lounge, to the pickup and full explanation of what services were conducted.I would recommend Lou Fusz to anyone looking to purchase a new or previously owned vehicle, and specifically recommend Mark Cain for an exceptional customer experience.

People are always friendly and give fast great service. They haave a nice clean open waitinfg area that if comfortable and offer a large HD television to watch while waiting for your car to be serviced. There is a adquate supply of rading material available.

I went in to have my van's recalls fixed (there were 5). They fixed everything and at the end they handed me my KNOW YOUR VEHICLE fitness inspection and treatment plan. Well since the purchase of the van I have received this paperwork everytime there is service performed on the van, but one thing always irritated me: the enging type on the paperwork stated 2.8L 4 CYL TURBO DIESEL. I don't know much about vehicles, but I do know a Dodge Caravan does NOT HAVE A DIESEL ENGINE. It just erked me that everytime I received this paperwork, NOBODY actually read it (from the dealership that is), if they had read it they would have noticed the mistake. Well today I finally remembered before I left to say something. I told the guy who brought up the paperwork and about an hour later at home I received a call from this gentleman. He actually took the time to fix it and call me to tell me that he fixed it. THAT WAS AWESOME, I never expected anyone to fix it, let alone call me. Don't remember the guys name but I am very appreciative that he called me.

On December 16th, my 2008 Sebring took part in the Ice Capades and sustained damage to the left front (wheel, powersteering rack, clockspring, bumper). It was quite upsetting to see my front wheels like this: / \ (sort of pointing toward each other rather than parellel). Not only did the Service Department at Lou Fusz have my car ready quicker than I expected, but it drives BETTER than before! I liked my Sebring prior to the incident, however I always thought the steering was a little "sloppy;" now, it is much more responsive and tighter! When deciding where to tow my car, I had to make a quick decision between Fusz and the shop recommended by my insurance company. I am somewhat new to the St Louis area. I never heard of the other shop, but Lou Fusz has a good reputation--and the online ratings the shop received help me make my decision. I am glad I chose Lou Fusz. All my phone calls were dealt with in a friendly and professional manner and I felt like a valued customer. Even the insurance claims adjuster commented his positive interactions with them. So, while I hope to not slide off the road again, I do know where to take my Sebring for any other issues!

My Town & Country was in for service and we dropped it off over my husband's lunch hour. I was at home wihtout a car when my son's daycare called and he was sick and needed to come home. My husband could not leave to come home and get me to the dealer, so I called Greg. He arranged for a shuttle driver to come right away to get me at home so I could go pick up my son. He was so nice and I was amazed at how quickly he put it all together. I really appreciate those extra services that make the experience so awesome! Thank you so much! We will be back - this is the type of experience that makes loyal customers!

The Service Advisor, Amy Wokovich, is very detailed in the service required for my vehicle. Amy offered prices for each service before the work was started, explained why the service was necessary, and offered other suggestions, such as various tire brands with pricing. She is very knowledgeable and courteous, also.

Everything was great. They located and delivered the truck I was looking for. The parts I desired have been ordered and most have been installed at this point. Still waiting for tonneau cover. Look to have that as soon as possible. Other than that, everything went well.

New vehicle buying is not something I enjoy but for once, Alan Main and the Lou Fusz group made it an enjoyable experience. No high pressure sales, which is huge in my book. I have always owned GM vehicles but I am really loving my new Jeep. Thanks for making the transition such an easy, enjoyable one!!

Mark worked very hard to get me a car from another dealer and he succeeded. He was thorough, accurate, courteous and professional. He and the rest of the personal seemed very interested in do a good job. The deal went very smoothly. I never got the feeling that I was being played or manipulated, but instead that the staff really was doing their best to serve me with respect and fairness.I recommend this dealership with out reservation.

Had problem with fuel pump. Issue not resolved on first visit. However, dealership bent over backwards to resolve the problem and provide a very satisfactory solution for providing the wrong corrective action the first time. Received excellent care and very statisfied with resolution of service issue. Service department and managers wonderful to work with during my visits and phone calls.

Don Johnson was great. Not at all pushy like some sales people, Nick was the manager who just asked if we had questions. Tony was the finance guy that searched multiple finance companies to find the best going rate for us. They gave us a great price/value for the pre-owned 2010 Dodge Journey we purchased . I could not have asked for a more pleasurable experience. Anyone who deals with these guys, expect the red carpet treatment... they rule.
