I could not have been happier with my recent pre-owned car purchase at Lou Fusz Kia. Steve Bedell was excellent to work with and could not have made the car-buying process any easier. He was extremely knowledgeable about the Volvo car we were considering, even though it was not one of the brands the dealership normally sells and was very fair and reasonable in the negotiations regarding the actual sale and trade-in. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a new or pre-owned car to talk with Steve at Lou Fusz Kia. I'm sure they will be as pleased with the experience as I was.

I needed to replace my car and my wife decided to go look at a Cadenza I saw on the internet. I went to the service center to get a free car wash. I was informed that I was in need of an oil change too (all at no charge). The service technicians were very personable. They directed me to the customer waiting area. The service would last about an hour. I was pleasantly surprised. It was like walking into to someone's home. The chairs and couches we super comfy, they offered free wifi and the baseball game was on the tv! The time went by so fast because I was comfortable. I will not be stressed about future appointments! Everything was great!

I bought my Kia Shortage from Sam at Lou Fusz Kia in 2008. I have used the Lou Fusz Kia service center for every oil change and other services for this vehicle. It is now 2016 and I am getting ready to roll 95,000 miles and Sam (now in the service department), and the rest of the service team, have been extremely nice and helpful over all of these years! Their new location is very clean and easy to get to. Looking forward to working with them for the next 100,000 miles!

I recent bought my 3rd car from Lou Fusz in February. This time a Kia Forte, so I worked with Steve Bedell at the Kia location, who made the buying experience extremely pleasant and stress-free. On Saturday 8/27/16 I brought my car in for it's first service at Lou Fusz Kia (In the past I did service at Lou Fusz Fiat location). I was immediately treated like I had been taking my car there for years. I don't recall the name of the guy who checked me in, but it was 11:30am that day. He was very nice and answered a few questions I had about the car, after having time to break it in. While waiting for my car to be serviced, I asked another gentleman from the service dept. a question about my extra key fab. He, too, was extremely nice and thorough in answering my question, informing me that the fab is covered on my warranty, should it malfunction again. These are the reasons why I will continue to buy any future cars from Lou Fusz. The customer service is outstanding and they make me feel appreciated for my business. Thank you all!

My car was finished at the time he promised. Charles helped me in selecting the Car I want & he chose the best suitable car for me & I just loved it. It was the KIA Optima 2016. The car is awesome, besides it was EXACTLY what I had in mind, including the dark blue color with Leather seats & backup Camera among the many features it's got!! Just bought a new Kia Soul. My salesman, Steve Bedell, was fantastic and all the staff were amazing, helpful, and nice. Even though they were in the middle of moving to a new facility, things went smoothly. Little hiccups that could have been a big problem (forms packed up for the move already, etc) were handled professionally and seemingly effortlessly. I was very impressed as I know how nerve wracking a move can be. So, I have my new car and I love it! If I could only figure out the presets on the Sirius XM all would be great...user error, gotta love it :)

I have been buying cars every 2-4 years for fifty years and this experience was at the top of my satisfaction list. Of course it started with my salesman, Larry Haywood, who took the time to understand what my needs were. My experience has been that the salesman tries to jam down whatever he needs to sell, but not Larry. He was more interested in my situation and made sure he tailored the sale to meet my needs. Then the supporting cast came into play. Larry's manager, Mike Wands, and the finance manager, Tracy Floyd, jumped through hoops to get me the financing needed because the deal I wanted was tough and very specific. Bottom line is that I am driving my new Kia Optima which happens to be my favorite car ever! Even beats out my previous two Lexus 450s. Thank you Larry, Mike and Tracy. You are an unbeatable group of professionals.

I was having trouble getting my car to start several days in a roll. So I called the dealership and talked to them - sounded like it was my battery, so I talked to the gentleman in the parts department. He was very helpful and told me about the battery they carry for my car and it having a life time warranty. After I got off work I run by the dealer ship and they were very willing to help me with my issue. The gentleman at the service help got me checked in and had the battery replaced in no time. As always very friendly group of guys. Would not go to another dealership - and I live in troy MO. There are a couple of Kia dealers closer to home, but I like the guys at the Lou Fusz Kia. I worked with more then one service guy... Let me add that I called auto zone an was told that a 2 year battery was $120.00, so when Kia told me I could get a lifetime battery for $150.00 that was a no brainer for me.

I had Chris as my Salesman. He treated me like I was Royalty. And found a vehicle that I like and in my budget. And found a loan for me. That works for me. He also got G.A.P. insurance for me with 7 free oil changes. Plus anything needs to be done to the vehicle. It's covered. I highly recommend this dealer to anyone.

I wish my salesman had given me a complete answer when I asked how to open the passenger compartment with the 'key'. The answer is, that you have to take the door handle apart to do so. If I had realized this, I might have looked for a different car. After I purchased the car, a salesman showed me how to unlock the passenger cabin with the key and I was surprised at how awkward it is. If the battery of my remote dies while I'm out of the city, it will be very non-user friendly.Besides this, I do like the car. I got the basic LX model with only a moderate amount of technology. The car gets good gas mileage. I like the ability to have 'settings' in the computer --- like how the car handles headlights. I have set the lights to go on and off automaticly, but you can set it to do it manually as well.

Purchased my 2016 Kia Sedona SXL at the end of May 2016. I thought I was buying a "new" car, but after I got home noticed that I had over 4000 miles on the vehicle. Before we left the dealership, Joe Lehne, our sales rep showed us all of the features of the car. He did a great job, was friendly and knowledgeable. When we got to the GPS Navigation system it did not work. Found that someone took the SD card out of the unit. He told us to bring it back the beginning of next week they would fix it. My wife took it in and they couldn't fix it - wrong VIN number associated with the SD. Brought the car back a few days later to have the GPS fixed per their advice. Could not get to work. They ordered a new SD card. About 8 days later unit fixed.Brought car home and started playing with the GPS to load addresses into the unit. Tried to add addresses for my kids in Imperial and Herculaneum, Missouri - GPS can't find the addresses. Tried adding addresses for friends in the city of St. Louis, works fine. Seem's like you always have to wait to get someone to call you. If you're planning to buy a Kia Sedona and if it has navigation in it, but doesn't work - Run as fast as you can. They are a great dealership when you haven't paid for the vehicle but after they receive the check the problems begin.

I love bringing my Kia Forte to Lou Fusz for warranty work or oil changes. It's the most enjoyable experience I've had at the mechanic. I always feel as though I'm in good hands with Andy, my service manager. And you can't find a more comfortable waiting room with a selection of beverages and nice chairs to relax in while watching TV and waiting for your vehicle. I bring my Kia here all the way from South St. Louis because I prefer not to use the Kia dealership that is closer to my house. I trust Lou Fusz.

Called Lou Fusz Kia on a friends recommendation and talked with Kris Portnoy in sales. During our conversation he asked questions to find out specifically what I was looking for in my next new car and setup a time to come in for a test drive. On the day of the test drive (several days later), Chris did what he promised, he had a freshly washed Kia Optima EX sitting out front waiting for my wife and I. After walking us around the car and pointing out features, he answered some questions we had, and then were on our way with the test drive.Once we were back at the dealership, Kris sat down with us to see what we could do. Kris was fantastic to work with, extremely patient, and willing to help us in any way he could. ALL car salespeople could learn a lesson from Kris on how he treats his customers, with respect.Thanks Kris!!!

I came if for an oil change an a whim because I noticed I was over due for one. I was brought right in and only had to wait maybe an hour and I was back on the road. The service writer Zack was super helpful. The technician Andy got my car in and out super fast. They even took the time to vacuum out my car and wash it for me. My salesperson was Kris Portnoy. As a wife leasing the car, he gave his full attention to me; immediately understanding I was the one for his focus. (One Kia dealership we visited in the area did not show this courtesy; centered on my husband.) Kris was able to answer all questions about the features of the Soul on the test drive. The extras we wanted with our package; mud flaps, cargo tray, and spare tire were immediately installed on the car. Kris mailed a personal note thanking us for coming to the dealership for a test drive and offering to assist with the purchase. The general manager, Mike Feinstein, sat down and gave us an immediate "no nonsense" quote on the car after our initial test drive. When we moved on to other dealerships, Mike stressed that this was a firm, lowest quote possible, and he was right. Nathan Voorhees was another great employee of the dealership. He made the final paperwork flow easily and had us out-the-door within the hour. Oh yes, we were also introduced to the manager of the sales dept., Tom Day, and he quickly explained the workings of his area. My husband and I were torn between this dealership and another, but it came down to the opportunity to participate in the "Car Pass Member" program. This program is for the maintenance of your car with multiple locations available. Even my husband is changing his service to Lou Fusz, he owns a Kia Sorento but purchased from a different dealership 2 yrs. ago, which will build points to cover some of his oil change, tire rotation costs. Bottomline, we were clearly taken by surprise with the upper end treatment from this dealership. Kuddos to your training philosophy and personnel!

Went to Lou Fusz first had very pleasant experience, it was no pressure sales, they knew we wanted to check out Napelton's inventory before we made a decision, they enticed me to come back. 1st of all, they were very busy when we came into the dealership. But, we were acknowledged promptly. We dealt with Micheal Carroll. He was with another customer at the time. But, he made sure we knew that he would be with us shortly. He was apologetic for our wait. He helped us sort out pros & cons between the 2 different models we were looking at. We had decided on a Sorento. Unfortunately, the selection in stock was low, in the trim level with options we wanted. He and the general manager searched other dealers, for a vehicle that matched what we wanted. They had found 1 at an dealership, about 100 miles away. After working out the details, we agreed to getting that vehicle. All along Micheal was not in the least bit pushy. He was very attentive to our requests & did everything he could to get them taken care of. He was also very efficient with our time. He did a lot of multi-tasking. I hadn't bought a new car in quite sometime. The last couple times, I had felt like I was drained by the end of the purchase. This time was different, in virtually every aspect of the buying process, I felt that I was a valued customer. I am very appreciative for the way Micheal handled the process. Would HIGHLY recommend him & Lou Fusz Kia to anyone! In addition, the finance manager, Tracy Floyd, was very good to deal with. No high pressure to buy additional services or items.

Michael Cerva was our salesman and he is the best! He really worked for us to get us the car we wanted, he explained all the features on our new Kia Sportage thoroughly and linked our phones into the Bluetooth and set up all the other features before we left. Chris Portney Took very good care of me. He found a deal more than I really wanted to pay for but in the long run. It was a newer vehicle with less miles and factory warren tee plus I added the GAP insurance so I have more coverage. Plus 7 Free oil changes. I'm down to 6 now but that's a big savings because the car takes full synthetic the oil changes are $80 a pop. and they are willing to change for free. That was the deal breaker for me!!! Saved me money in the long haul.

Kris knew that I needed a third row quickly but didn't want a mini van. I didn't even have to drive in to the dealership until it was time to sign paperwork. He was able to get me hooked up with a 2016 Kia Sorento with a third row and multiple extra features that I was extremely happy with. I recently had a problem with my vehicle and Kevin in the service area did a great job in getting it in to determine what the cause of the problem was and to determine what the fix would be. After conferring with my local mechanic and putting Kevin on the phone with him, my local mechanic agreed with everything Kevin said and advised me that your proposal was very fair. My good experience then continued with Sam when I picked the vehicle up. He went out of his way to ensure my bill was credited to my Lou Fusz account even to the point of contacting me in the evening to get my account number that he had been unable to find after searching in a number of ways.

Through the years I have purchased several cars. This process of buying my cars was sometimes painstaking. All that changed last night when Kris Portnoy sold me my first KIA. The entire experience was over in a matter of days. It started with me searching online for a Red with black trim 2016 KIA Soul. I found that Lou Fuz had one. I sent them an email wanting to know if the car was still there. Within an hour I received an email from Cynthia saying yes they did. Well two things surprised me. It was Sunday and within that hour Cynthia had me setup for a test drive on Tuesday. (It was going to rain on Monday). I arrived at the dealership 1/2 hour early, met Cynthia and then was assigned Kris to start the test drive. I loved the car once I drove it. Now the haggling would start. But no it didn't. I could tell Kris was being truthful with me and did not pressure me into buying the car. I applaud the whole Kia team for the excellent customer service and for staying open past closing time. Within 3 hours I was in my new car. I will definitely tell all my friends and family about this dealership.

I was promptly greeted in a friendly manner by Andy Stumm. His attention to service was excellent and he had my car back for service in a few minutes. The work was done promptly by Chris Jones and now I feel much more confident that the key fob will work and I won't be sitting in a car waiting for a tow truck because of a bad key. You waiting room was a first time pleasure to me. I have had to wait in service waiting room numerous time but this was actually as a pleasant experience. Free coffee that was change/refilled while I was waiting (never happened before). Even though there are two other Kia dealerships closer to my house than Lou Fusz, I bought from them for reasons outlined here. I worked with four employees at Fusz including Julie Hallett, Mike Carroll, Nathan Voorhees, and Tracy Floyd. Julie, a sales manager, was my initial contact on the phone. Her seemingly genuine interest in providing whatever I needed to help me make a decision was much appreciated. She was also very responsive, coordinating things for me before my first arrival at the dealership which was really nice since I am not someone who likes to wait.Next, the extremely knowledgeable salesman Mike Carroll helped me out. He had answers for all of my questions and shared with me not just what was great about the car I was looking at, but also some of the (minor) things that were not so great. This made what he said much more credible, and I appreciated his honesty. It really helped my decision process.I also dealt with Nathan Voorhees, the General Sales Manager. I really liked the straightforward transparent manner in which Nathan dealt with me, sharing details regarding how he came up with the numbers underlying the financial aspects of the deal. The process of getting to the end deal avoided all the back and forth shenanigans that other dealers too often make you go through. It was a refreshing change and an approach that I wish other dealers would emulate. Also importantly, I think I got a really good deal since my monthly lease cost was $23 lower than what a competitor quoted, and the trade-in allowance I got was higher than what I was expecting.Finally, Tracy Floyd, the Finance Manager took me through the final steps. Here too, the process was superior to what I've experienced as part of other purchases during the last 10 years (at Hyundai, Honda, Acura, and Lexus dealers). Tracy prepared 90%+ of the documentation before I even went into her office so the process was very efficient. She explained each of the forms I signed, and she also described optional add-ons without the hard-sell that typically accompanies that process.I've just sat here for a few minutes trying to think of what recommendation for improvement I might include to end my review, but at least for now, I can't think of any.

brought my daughter to Lou Fusz Kia after talking to the salesman on the phone they had all her information and agreed on the phone that they had a car for $200 dollars a month and when we get there they told her her credit was not good enough she would have to have a cosigner after they pre approved her for credit over the phone they told her that they can get her a car for $300 a month which would have been nice if they would have told us on the phone so we did not have to drive an hour and a half to the dealership I'm very unhappy customer

My mother actually told me about this dealership because she bought a new car 2 months prior, so I decided to check it out. I made an appointment with Joe Shepard and I already had 3 cars in mind. Joe was awesome!!! I test drove all 3 he was very helpful, honest, and just friendly and very easy going. This made me feel really comfortable and I was grateful for his input on the vehicles I test drove. I came in with an old bucket "05 Optima" and they flexed and bent a few numbers and I drove away with a 2012 Optima which I love!!!! The finance manager David was also very informative and helpful so I would definitely recommend this dealership to family, friends, and strangers too!!!!

I have been looking for a car or SUV for a while but really wasn't sure what I wanted. Then I searched Lou Fusz's huge selection of used cars and found a 2008 Saturn Aura XR that I wanted to try out. I had been working with another dealer at another location and planned to have the car transferred to the other location to give the person I had been working with credit for the sale. I walked into Lou Fusz Kia and met Steve Bedell and explained that I wasn't going to buy from that location and planned on having the car sent to another location to purchase it there. He respected that and not only showed me the car, but offered his own time (knowing he wasn't going to make a sale) to allow me to test drive it and showed me all of the features. I was completely blown away with how much time and effort he took to show me the car even though he wasn't going to be the one selling it to me! He even took down some notes to try to get into contact with the other sales person at the other location.I contacted the other salesperson at the other location, and needless to say, for one reason or another he didn't pick up the vehicle for me. So, I stopped back by Lou Fusz Kia and Steve happened to be off for the day, but Melvin was there to greet me and started working with me. Melvin went completely out of his way to check whether or not the car was still available and for sale. He then went above and beyond to get the car out, let me look it over, take it for another test drive. After Melvin had worked with me, I knew couldn't pass this car down. He went way out of his way to make sure that the paperwork process went smooth and quickly. I have got to say, he knows what he is doing! I felt like I was in and out of there with the new car in no time! I'm amazed at how courteous, honest, knowledgeable, and friendly the staff I worked with there were!!!My Point is this, if you need a new car, start with Steve Bedell or Melvin Martin and you won't go wrong! Even if your car isn't at that location, they will go above and beyond to help you find what you are looking for at a very reasonable price! Both Steve and Melvin are very laid back and down to earth and didn't pressure me at all into buying the car. They were simply there to answer all the questions I had for them and went way above and beyond what I expected to help me decide whether or not this was the car for me! Because of them, I am now the owner of a 2008 Saturn Aura XR!!!Thank you Steve and Melvin for all of your help!!! I will definitely be reaching out to one of those guys the next time I'm in the market for a new car!

Came here in February looking for a new Kia Sorento for my wife. A friend of mine recommended the dealership and put me in contact with the GM that he knew. I spoke with him personally he was friendly and answered a few questions I had. He said he would give us the "family" treatment since I knew his friend. On the day we came up to look he wasn't working. He referred us to his manager to help us out.I spoke with the manager a whole 4 seconds. He came up and shook our hands and said his "best" employee would be working with us. He went back to what he was doing, which I later found out from his "best" employee, was washing his personal car.The dealer we had was a younger man. He admitted to only working at the dealership for 2 months. I thought he must be pretty good to be the "best" employee after only 2 month. Wrong. He was constantly pushy and didn't have any answers to our questions. He had to look up everything. Which is fine for some things but when you do it for every question, it gets annoying. Not only that, he talked to us about how he really didn't like his job and wanted to do something else.We finally got down to test driving a car. He picked a model that had way more features on it than we wanted (more expensive). He said it was fine and just to drive it and see how we liked it. We did like the car but again said it was too loaded for what we needed and it was in a color we didn't really like, we wanted black.We finally left after a very long and frustrating experience that got us not further than we liked the Kia Sorento.I got a call the next day from the dealer saying they just made a dealer purchase and got the color we wanted in and that he was ready for me to come up and sign the papers....what? I didn't even know how much it cost and in no way told him I wanted that vehicle. When I told him this, he got frustrated saying "what am I supposed to do with it now?" Seriously? You went and made a dealer purchase hoping I would buy it from you then got pissed I didn't. Awesome salesmanship dude. I told him I wasn't interested and we were going to look elsewhere.I got a call from the GM I originally spoke with a little later on. It became pushy again. I needed to buy this before the rebates ran out. Or it was I needed to buy because there is only 1 left. I didn't know dealers still got pushy like that with all the internet shopping out there. What really aggravated me about the conversation is he wouldn't give me a price on any of the models he would talk about. I would ask for a dollar amount and we would only give me what my payment would be. Always dodging and ducking the question. He finally got out of me that I wanted to keep my payment under $300...mistake. He then began crunching all the numbers and saying he could get me into that high end Sorento and keep it at $300 per month. When I asked how many years the loan would be for, he told me 6 years. Of course you can get the payment down that low when you are paying on it forever!!!I finally severed the deal saying we weren't interested anymore and were going to wait to purchase.I went to the Kia dealer in South County. Walked in told them exactly what we wanted. He pulled it up on the computer told me what the price was exactly. Bought the car the next day. No hassling, no BS, just straight forward business. Apparently that is tough for Lou Fusz Kia.If this was the "family treatment" I would hate to see what normal people get when they walk in. Bottom line I will never go back to Lou Fusz for anything and would caution anyone looking to go there. Unless you like the old school way of purchasing a car, someone pressuring you into a vehicle you don't want or need.

Mr. Shepard introduce him self and said how may I help you, because of his friendliness I proceed to let him talk to me about buying a car. I was only coming to look at the cars and see how much one would cost me, because my transmission had just gone out on my SUV and I was not prepared to by a new vehicle for I had no money to put down and I didn't know how my credit was either, but Mr. Shepard assured me that he could help and he did just that. I chose this dealership because I had a confirmed offer of financing by a third party that was specific to this dealership only. At the very beginning of negotiating the salesman told me that the dealership financing was a better deal than what I brought in. He stated that if I used their financing I would get $1000 off the car I was interested in. I repeatedly requested the price of the car, what my trade-in would be and what per cent loan was being offered. It took about an hour to get the trade-in value (Toyota 4Runner that had been purchased at a different Toyota Dealership). It took about 90 minutes to get the price of the car from the salesman.Then the problems began. I could never get an answer as to what the loan rate would be. Dealer said it would depend on my credit score (of course!) and that they would not run my credit until I was sure this was the car I wanted and we had agreed on a price. He showed me a pre-printed table of different loan rates, loan duration (months) and approximate monthly payments. Again he said that he could not be more specific until he ran my credit and that he did not want to do that because inquiries would impact my credit score.So we went back to the price of the car. The price was higher than what TrueCar.com said I should be paying. In fact, I printed the TrueCar.com Certificate from the salesman's computer because he/ his manager didn't believe me. More delays, discussion back and forth between salesman, manager and myself. This took about another hour. Finally, they agreed to honor the TrueCar.com Certificate for the recommended price of the car. Then they told me that I would no longer receive the $1000 off the car price for using their financing. That somehow that $1000 was "wrapped up in the TrueCar.com recommended price for the car". That was enough for me. I didn't feel that this was a dealership that I could trust.Also, they DID run my credit after saying that they were not going to. That inquiry dropped my credit score by three points.

It went something like this... (and it COULD have gone something NOT like THIS!) So, Emily and I are driving her Subaru Forester from Iowa to St Louis (wedding to attend), but mostly we're feeling 'vacation-ey' and everything is great... but for that noise. It creeps up on us, Friday night. By Saturday morning, it is a noisy noise: like a fan belt slipping or a water pump pulley going. So? So, we are not far from Lou Fusz Subaru and decide drive there, noisily. By some good fortune, we actually end up at Lou Fusz Kia, which happens to be open and ready to help us. Lou Fusz Subaru, it turned out, was next door (we somehow missed them), but were closed, so this worked out well for us. Mr. Jeff Skrivan, Service Advisor, has Chris Jones do some diagnostic work on the car, and it is determined that the noise is inside the engine. And this is not a good place to have a noise. So we make our own noises. BUT, Jeff and Chris are already PRETTY AMAZING. Here's how amazing: 1) Helpful and cheerful right away 2) Charged only $62 to determine the problem 3) Applied said $62 to ultimate repair 4) Prioritized us (fairly urgent situation, and we're from out-of-town) 5) DID determine the problem (lower engine pulley bearings GONE! And the bolt is bent) 6) Assured us they could repair it first thing Monday 7) Provided us a very nice rental car, at a very good price/day 8) Are friendly X friendly + friendly throughout the whole fretful time (had the bolt snapped, by the way, the engine would have been toast; and the bolt had just miles left...! Jeff said it was a testament to how well Subarus are made; he said he's never seen a bolt survive like this one did!) 9) Provided a written estimate 10) Fixed car on Monday (went out of their way to make sure they got all the parts necessary that day) 11) Final bill was LESS than the estimate (when does that happen?!) 12) Made us want to move to St Louis so we can have our Subaru and Infiniti serviced by Jeff Skrivan and Chris Jones and the other very friendly people at Lou Fusz Kia!!!!!

After six months of research into a new car purchase, my husband and I settled on a KIA Sorento EX V6 and we are loving this SUV. My experience with Lou Fusz KIA was fantastic from start to finish. Not only was our salesman, Charles Wagstaff, a great listener intent on meeting all expressed desires for our new car, but he was also personable, efficient, and well educated in all aspects of car design and functionality. We encountered the same efficiency and friendliness in the finance department without the slightest pressure to purchase extended warranties etc. We were also pleased with the reasonable purchase price, final detailing, and a full tank of gas. Charles made sure we had adequate instruction on using all car options and has followed up with us since our purchase to see if we had any additional questions or needed assistance of any sort. I was extremely happy with the internet specialist,Jessica Lipe, and my salesman, Mike Light. The person that was not as helpful was the sales manager.(didn't get his name) As I saw on another review, my husband and I had a hard trade-in also. We were first interested in leasing, but was told by the F and I manager that this was not possible because of our trade. We informed the manager that we were still interested in buying and that we were approved already through our credit union. He was quite rude and explained that the credit union doesn't explain everything about the loan. HUH? The fiance guy never tried to sell us the car nor did he try to fiance us, AT ALL. I had did the credit information on line, so he new everything before my husband and I had gotten there. We were ready to buy, and was never offered any suggestions other than we would have to put down $3,000 dollars. He never gave us any fiance numbers or attempted to find us a bank that would get me a car. We left the dealership upset and confused. I called my credit union and they were willing to give us more money to buy a car,as we told the manager when we were there. We went to another dealership that gave me more for my trade, and I purchased a new car that was more than the optima I found at Lou Fusz. THe fiance manager totally dropped the ball on this sale. Mike the salesmen againg was GREAT, and so was Jessica. I would recommed this dealership, but they have to get rid of that fiance guy. I really wanted to own that 2012 Optima, but I'm much happier with my 2012 Sonata.

Bill went above and beyondand worked very hard to get us the most money for our trade in and get the 2012 Optima in the price that we were willing to pay. He was friendly, professional, and worked very hard to get the deal done. We were very happy his service and love the new car!

I purchased my 2010 Kia Soul (of which I love)on December 22, 2010. Not only on the day of purchase but a few days prior I was told both in writing (email) and in person that if I purchased a new or pre-owned car from them, before the end of the year (Dec. 31st) Lou Fusz Kia would pay my 2011 property taxes for my car. That was strong incentive and I believed Nancy and Lisa. My sales contract nor any other paper work given to me documented this promotion and when I asked how my taxes would be paid - before the sale and during the contractual process, I was told to bring in my property tax bill the following year and a check would have been held in my name until December then given to me upon request. I was also told that my sales contract had nothing to do with this promotion and that is why it was not mentioned in writing. I beleived and trusted them 10o%. Fast forward to a year later and now I am being told by Brian Brawley who was not even working there when I purchased the car that I misunderstood what was offered and that my car must have been discounted therefore they made good on that promotion. I would like to point out that no further paper work has been produced to show that i was incorrect. Prior to speaking with Brian Brawley, I was told by Kevin Jackson that in the 5 years he has worked there he has never heard of such a promotion - until I emailed him 3 seperate email correspondence between Nancy and myself. Then Keven told me he would pass on my file to Brian Brawley to review and get back to me. What is most disturbing is that I have written proof - from Nancy in emails that this was the promotion they were offering and that I never thought otherwise and still they are not doing anything to prove that I was incorrect nor honoring what was promised to me. They are doing absolutely nothing - not calling me back when they tell me they will, not responding to my emails, not paying my $332.32 property tax bill - absolutely nothing! They are leaving me with no other option other than to seek leagal counsel - of which I am on the verge of doing. I feel that as a professional courtesy and hopefully a valued customer they should at least try to explain to me what is going on. But all they are doing is passing the buck and resolving nothing. Why I am giving Lou Fusz Kia this rating is because I have been lied to and there has been a strong lack of customer follow through, communication honesty and integrity.

I would recommend this dealership because I had a great experience. We came onto the lot, knowing what we wanted and told Lou Fusz we had to leave by 3:00 and we were gone by 2:45! I was very impressed and everyone there was wonderful and friendly.

I brought my new kia at lou fusz. Before I purchased the vehicle I asked the sales person whether or not the vehicle had been hailed damaged. She assured me no and that if I see anything, the problem will be resolve as quickly as possible. I took my new vehicle home and noticed that there were two dents from the hail. Contacted the sales person. It has now been 3 months since I have brought my vehicle. Problem still not solve. In fact, she has not return any of my phone call. Will never return to this dealer again.

Purchased a truck within 24 hrs I notices transmission and coolant problems. The dealer took the truck back for a week to try to find the problem. I was then told nothing was wrong. Took the truck to another dealer AND a transmission shop, I was told there was DEFINITELY problems with the transmission and coolant leak. Issue still pending.....

O.K. dealership, but nothing special to write home about. Decent people that were polite. Showroom was attractive, and they had a good selection of new cars. They wanted full MSRP, and low-balled my trade-in.They were not price competitive, and I bought my car elsewhere, at a significant savings.They are in a convenient location, and I would have preferred to buy my new KIA there. But I was not willing to pay them a premium price.
