At the beginning of October I went to test drive a Lancer Evo, that I had every intention to buy that day. The salesman and I could not come to an agreement on my trade in value, so he got the used car sales manager. The manager was one of the rudest people I have ever spoke to and called me a liar. They also tried to keep the keys to my vehicle and when I came back in to get them;the manager was yelling at the salesman. Worst experience ever. Went and bought a truck with fewer miles the same day. That was a little more expensive, so I'm happy, but feel sorry for that salesman with that guy as a boss!

Had car salesman Hunter that was extremely helpful in finding a used SUV for my price range. Showed huge variety and among a variety of brands and even let us drive home to see if it'd fit in garage no problem. Price was acceptable and car we got was great! Highly recommend Hunter as salesman as he was more than accommodating to get the car we wanted.

We recently purchased a 2014 Mazda 3 from Lou Fusz Mazda on Lindberg. My husband and I visited every Mazda dealership in the Saint Charles/Saint Louis area. Our salesperson, Chase Winters, was very knowledgeable about the Mazda 3 and was a pleasure to work with. He lets you make up your mind with no pressure to buy. Chase stayed late after the dealership was closed to make sure all the paperwork was completed and the car was cleaned and ready for us. Everyone we dealt with at the dealership was friendly and helpful. We will come back to Lou Fusz and Chase Winters the next time we are in the market for a car.

I was stating before that they were supposed to call me if the vehicle had sold which they did not, and we drove all the way 3 hours from Paducah to St. Louis and they never contacted me to tell me.

Well I found online a 2010 Volkswagen golf for sale at this dealership. I contacted the dealership and talked to a man. he told me they still had it, so we worked out a deal that I gave him my phone numbers etc and explained to him that Tuesday was my only day off. That I could drive up there, and that it was a 3 hour drive for me. So I asked if he could call me if anything changed, talked about trading my car in, etc. so then he was ok with it etc. I left my house by 8:30, and I got there by 11:30. when I arrived I asked for him, and first words he said were: they sold it this morning. I was livid! never again will I return to this dealership. how tacky!!!! At least they could have called me since they sold it first thing in the morning!!!

The cars were nothing like the pictures the used cars i looked at were all beat up rusted or cracked but overall they reply to your emails quickly and they were nice when i went to look at the cars.

Matt Dowell was very friendly and respectful. He provided all of the test-driving opportunities I wanted and then some. When I told him my dream car options that I knew I could not afford, he used his knowledge to find options for me in my price range-encouraging me to spend more for better quality, but also finding the cars that were actually in my stated price range so that I was aware of all of my options.

Extraordinary Service! Above and beyond any car buying experience wee had before. Our first exposure to Lou Fusz Mazda St. Louis was closing time on a Saturday night when we decided to walk around the lot. Even though it was after closing time, Chad Wintizer came out, introduced himself, and then patiently answered an hour worth of questions. Over the next few days my husband and I returned to test drive some of the used cars as well as some of the 2012 Miata. Due to our schedules, Chad gladly took us on separate test drives. Jim, the manager there, talked with my husband in person and with me over the phone, and took the time to answer all of our questions as well as make helpful suggestions. We were also impressed by Dave and Rick in finance, who found us the absolute lowest rate. It felt much more like we and the Fusz team investigated and researched the best options (versus the typical adversarial relations during a possible car buying/selling experience!), and the team there made it all happen, including orchestrating a trade for the car we were interested in at an out of state dealershipll for a very fair price.
