From the moment to the actual appointment and then a little waiting, Lou Shub amazed me by their speed of work, being responsive to my needs and also took care of dealer coupons not issued by them...So I was very impressed. And yes the car was serviced to the best too.

My service consultant John Goode handled the oversight of my service very well. I had a recall item (airbag inflator) to be dealt with and wanted an oil change and tire rotation. He kept me informed about the progress of my service call and his time estimate was nearly perfect. The reading on my battery was very near the dividing line between yellow and red. He informed me that with winter coming that my battery would probably not perform as well as I'd like. I instructed him to have a new battery installed so I don't have to worry about having a dead battery when I 'm out driving. I appreciated the care in which he handled my service call.

I have been using the Lou Sobh Honda Service Dept. since they opened the facility here in Cumming, GA. I have always had good service and dealt with very pleasant people. When my 2005 Accord was climbing in mileage, I decided it was time to get a new car. This was the most delightful experience I have ever had for a car purchase. The salesman was top notch in every area: courteous, knowledgeable, patient, easy to understand and communicate with, took time to answer any questions, no pressure but just all round helpful. To my delight and surprise he even fill my new car up with gas before I left. I'll always return to Honda!

This was our first purchase at Lou Sobh Honda, and in all my years of buying cars this was the easiest process of all. We were offered an amazing deal, and were treated respectfully with none of the usual games at other dealers. Upon completing the purchase and before we drove away, we received the most thorough and straightforward walk through of the vehicle, it's features, controls, and the set up and use of the car's technology, that we have ever had. From my wife's point of view, the process was so easy she would feel comfortable negotiating a deal on her own. Thomas and Karen in the dealership's internet sales were great. I recently spent 3 hrs at Lou Sobh Honda waiting for my car to get its 45,000 mile maintenance. Although a rental car was offered, I opted to stay at the facility because the environment is so pleasant. I was able to study for a class at a desk in a quiet area. The coffee machine, great snacks, and clean rest room enhanced my stay. Right on the dot of 3 hrs later my freshly washed and serviced CVR was ready!

Lou Sobh service department did an excellent job dealing with a power steering problem as well as the normal wear and tear on my CR-V. A local mechanic had replaced the pump a year ago but the problem remained--the dealership found the hairline crack that was sucking air into the high pressure system. Improvement was immediate. And the service manager saved me money on a new battery to replace the one that was failing!

I began to sort through options to return to the Honda brand of automobiles in the late Spring of 2016. Initially I thought about the Honda Pilot, but as my decision came about, I actually decided to purchase a Honda CRV. I had an amazing experience at Lou Sobh. The majority of my interactions were with Kim Carr. Kim and I exchanged text messages and email messages for weeks leading up to my final decision. I came on a night that was Kim's day off and another member of her team, Thomas Owens took me for a test drive and explained the many electronics options now in the new CRV's. I was trading in a 2013 Nissan Rogue who had been a disappointment almost since I purchased that car over 3 years ago. When I came in for my test drive the dealership reviewed my Rogue to determine a trade-in price. I returned the following day to close the deal with Kim. Again my bottom line is this was my best new car purchase. My wife purchased a new 2014 Honda CRV not very long after the dealership opened, so that great experience and her service experience put Lou Sobh on my short list of dealerships to review for my next purchase. Thank you Lou Sobh Honda.

Lou Sobh Honda is a first class operation. Upon driving up to the lot, a salesman (Chan Her) met us immediately. We explained that we were interested in a used Odyssey that we had seen on the internet. The salesman walked us to the used Odyssey's and carefully presented the major features. Then we went for a test drive. We chose this dealership because they had several similar Odyssey's to choose from. We then drove several and chose the one we liked. Received a price from the Sales Manager. When we discussed price, we found a new Odyssey was only a few thousand more than these 2 year old models due to the nearness of the model change. We test drove a new Odyssey and the salesman allowed us to take it home for the night as an extended test drive. This worked well for us as it confirmed an Odyssey was not a good fit. We returned the car the next day and test drove a new Pilot at the salesman's suggestion. It seemed a perfect fit. The sales manager gave us a good price and we bought it. It was delivered on time in perfect condition. We are thrilled with it and this dealership. No pressure. Excellent service. Their sincere desire is to meet your needs.

Victor was my sales representative, and Victor was very knowledgeable of this car and Honda cars in general. Victor explained to me the features on my test drive as I drove it, with the test drive convincing me that this was the car for me. Also as I was waiting to complete in Finance, Victor and other office staff were very friendly, with the overall atmosphere of the dealership one of busy people, along with courteous and friendly people to be around. While checking on my original problem, the mechanic found a condition that could have resulted in a serious incident later if not corrected. While I expected a simple oil change and a replacement of my battery this discovery resulted in a substantial increase in the cost of repairs. Very efficient and professional. I am in the Automotive business but not employed for a dealer. Service is good overall and the value of the services is good also.During the service write up, I believe coming out of the desk and greeting the customer at the car would be a plus. Always presenting the maintenance menu for each mileage interval in order to educate customers will increase customer retention and your revenue. Customer do need to be always reminded of the Factory required maintenance as the majority of customers do not read the manual. Just like this, there are many other best practices I can share as I like the dealer and want to see it succeed. Thanks for all that you do.

I was told that they have the towing hitch package in stock.When I dropped off our minivan....they mistakenly used it for another customer.To make up for this .... they gave me a rental car free of charge so that I can leave our minivan and have the towing hitch package installed the next day. I was pretty sure I had an out of balance tire making that scary cyclical noise under my Honda Fit, so I asked the nice folks at Lou Sobh to do a rotation and balance. Once up to 35mph on the way home, whack whack whack. Circled back around. They took it to the pros in back and brought it back out all fixed up for less than the price of the rotation and balance. Loose splash guard. First time I've ever been wrong about anything, seriously. But they were great, the price was fair, and I drove away a very happy customer, again. (They're always great.)

Mike helped me get my 09 civic in for oil change and brake repair. The job was completed fast and the job was done well. Mike also got me scheduled for tint work which he even knew the quote off hand. Very good customer service and I will continue to bring my Honda here until the wheels fall off. My husband and I purchased a Honda CRV this week from Lou Sobh Honda. I can truly say this was a very good experience for us. When we first arrived we worked with Russ and he was excellent. He was well informed concerning the specifics on the CRV and able to answer all our questions. He also went out of the way to make things easier for my husband, who is physically disabled, while we were there. After Russ had answered all our questions and rode with us for a test drive Tim then talked with us and worked out a buying price we were comfortable with. After we purchased the CRV Russ then helped move our personal belongings from the car we traded in into the CRV we purchased. The facilities are outstanding, sales person I dealt with not so much. The person, Nick Scofield, was patient and attentive, we test drove 4 vehicles and decided on one, being a salesman he promised a good deal and a one time best deal offer, not true. Three times with dickering between each, with Nick going "back" to his sales manage after each offer from me. Ok, I didn't get the best deal. The car was bought on a Sat. and promised to be ready on Monday, but due to my time scheduled I called and told Nick that Tuesday would be better. Nick agreed to the revised scheduled. My schedule delayed my by almost 2 hours, but 45 minutes before I could get there I called to confirm and was told that the vehicle was ready, NOT I e-mailed Nick about several issues and Nick replied that Lou Sobh had released my vehicle unfinished and that it would take another 1/2 day, so I am going to have to take the vehicle back, with the promise of a loaner car, and then pick it up, loss of my time.

Within minutes I was greeted by Nick Scofield. This was just the beginning of the most enjoyable experience I have had while buying a car. I told him about the past few days and what I was looking for in a car, as well as what I had narrowed it down to (the new Dodge Dart had caught my eye at another dealership) however, I have always had a yearning for a Honda Accord. Earlier I posted a review about my experience with Nick at Lou Sobh Honda - probably written too soon. Earlier I stated that there were issues around the deal to fix the console in an used Mercedes I bought from Nick. After phone calls and his efforts he has agreed to pay for the repairs as he agreed to in the sale. He did do exactly as he said. In this situation it took time for him to work it out but he did do the right thing and stick by his agreement with us. I would again get things in writing but I do think Nick will do as he agrees!

We recently purchased a used Mercedes from Nick at Lou Sobh Honda. We found the car on the internet and thought it was a good price. We drove to Cumming to look at like. We liked the car and sat down to "deal". Nick said the internet price was firm - we agreed because it was a good price. He offered us a fair amount on an old Acura that we were wanting to trade in. We asked for 2 things - it had a broke windshield and the console would not open - we wanted both fixed. All agreed and signed the papers. It was Labor Day so the service department was closed. When we were leaving he gave us a "we owe" document. I noticed that it said fix the windshield but "check" the console. I questioned this and Nick said "I have you covered". When we took the car back the service department not only would not fix the console but they broke it to get it opened. Nick explained that they just did not have the money in the sale to pay to fix the console - remember no negotiations on the pricing. He finally offered (after many phone calls) to pass along the cost only for fixing it - he got this from someone at another Mercedes dealership. We took the car to a different Mercedes dealership and got it fixed for half what Nick quoted us. Nick told me that his manager would be calling me to discuss. After a week Nick called me back and said he would not call me because everyone thought we got a good deal. My advice is to get everything in writing when dealing with Nick or this dealership - watch the words they use. Do not accept their words without it being in writing exactly the way you want it.

My wife and I were walk-in customers looking at a particular model vehicle that was a newer model of what we were driving. We were greeted in the lot by salesman Nick Scofield and he immediately began to help us. I explained to Nick which vehicle we were interested and how I was loyal to a particular (non-Honda) manufacturer. He was very understanding and gave us the complete history of the vehicle I was interested in and its previous owners maintenance history. He provided the Car Fax information for the vehicle without even being asked and allowed us to drive it on two separate occasions with no hassle. Nick seemed very knowledgeable about all makes and models of automobiles and had a very professional and polite mannerism that put you at ease. We purchased the vehicle after agreeing to a price and Nick made every effort to make us comfortable.

Nick Scofield was our sales guru and I have recommended him and Lou Sobh Honda to everyone that I know is on the market for a car. He wasn't the stereotypical car salesman that made you want to run in the other direction. His easy-going approach to potential customers was a dream. I've had a round of routine maintenance done on my Accord and the service department was so accommodating...I actually look forward to my next service in a month! I was getting my CRV serviced for the first time at this dealer having just moved to the area. This dealer lot is brand new and buildings are spotlessly clean. It was 0900 and I was looking over a new Pilot in the showroom. Nick Scofield approached me and asked if I needed help. I had considered the Pilot when I got my CRV, however did not get it. Recently we had bought a new Honda Accord E-XL V6 2014 at Lou Sobh Honda of Cumming, GA. This is our 8th new car, so we have had a great deal of new car buying experience at different dealerships, including several Toyota, couple Honda, Subaru and Mercedes Benz (RBM of Atlanta). We knew that the salespeople and their managers are using different types of tricks and gimmicks (such as "oh let me go talk to my manager"!) to sell you a car at highest possible price, and after eventually buying a car you feel exhausted, disappointed and humiliated. In contrast, we have had a very pleasant and best to date car buying experience at a new Lou Sobh Honda. First of all it is a very impressive state-of-the-art facility with cutting-edge high-tech service department. Second, compared to other dealerships, the employees are really nice, all were courteous, helpful and friendly. Our salesman, Nick Scofield, went above and beyond to make sure that we were completely satisfied with our vehicle. He is a very nice young men, who cares about what he does and has a passion to help the customer; he spent a lot of time helping us to get familiar with this new more sophisticated Honda Accord. During the price negotiation with General Manager, Mike Sobh, we had a pleasant business and personal conversation for about 15-20 min to come to a mutual agreement. Mike has a great personality, very knowledgeable in his business, very friendly, never interrupts you, values your opinion, and just a genuinely nice person to talk to. The finance manager, Scott Baker, was conspicuous as well. He is also a very affable and interesting person to speak to. This was the smoothest car buying experience we ever had. As a result we bought a beautiful car we just love for acceptable price. We highly recommend Lou Sobh Honda to everybody who would like to buy a car hassle-free, quick, and easy; definitely, we recommend Nick Scofield. My husband I stopped by Lou Sobh Honda on a Sunday afternoon to look at their used vans. We were greeted immediately. Ted Mierzewski took us straight to the vans we were interested in. He stood by so patiently while we took our sweet time comparing the two. He offered great comparisons. We finally settled on our favorite and after a test drive we went inside. Ted showed us where the complimentary snacks and beverages were and we began the paperwork. The finance guys got us squared away with minimal issues and NO misleading ideas or slimy tricks! We had the pleasure of meeting Mike Sobh and we're able to learn a little about Lou Sobh Honda. Overall we could not have asked for a better experience. From the moment I stepped on the lot I felt welcomed. They greeted me at the door and ushered me inside and asked if I needed a beverage or anything. I told the receptionist that I was there to check out the prices on civic leases. She immediately had a young man come over. His name was Nick Scofield, he was the kindest salesperson who I had ever met. He was very courteous and was glad to help even though my intentions were just to check prices. We spoke for a while and I ended up getting a great offer. The dealership (Nick & Reza) went above and beyond to work with my requests and give me exactly what I wanted at the exact price I wanted. I went in for an oil change, and I came out with a 2014 Honda Pilot. That just doesn't happen, except in my case it did and it was the most memorable experience I could have asked for. I first went to Lou Sobh Honda a few weeks ago to get an oil change for my wife's car. The service center is state of the art and their customer service at the time was exceptional. I loved the service so much that I opted to go back to get my 2012 Acura MDX serviced there as well. While my vehicle was being serviced, I looked through the showroom. I couldn't help but look at the Honda Pilot, which had all of the bells and whistles that I could ask for, with better gas mileage. My wife has always loved the Pilot. so I figured it wouldn't hurt to inquire within. I first spoke with David Smith (Sales Manager) who then referred me to Nick Scofield. I had no intention of purchasing a vehicle, because honestly I didn't think it was possible. I was upfront with Nick about this, but that didn't seem to matter to him, as he still answered all of my questions and continued to treat my wife and I with courtesy and respect. I told him my situation, and he said "we'll see what we can work out". I've heard this before from other dealers, but there was something different here. There was a sense of honesty that was genuine, and that goes a long way for someone like myself, who has been in customer service all my life. After test driving the vehicle, the process was pretty much a done deal. David and Nick gave me a wonderful offer, lowering my monthly payments in the process. I spoke with the Finance Manager afterwards, who was also a great person to work with. No gimmicks, no back and forth, just simply sign and smile. I had some additional parts that were needed for the vehicle, at which time I spoke with Jessica Perritt, who was nothing but helpful. The whole thing seemed surreal at times, simply because I kept thinking "this can't be this easy right?" .... I can't begin to say how thankful I am of everyone I've interacted with at Lou Sobh Honda. They were all professional, courteous and willing to go the extra mile to make what I thought was impossible possible. They are a great team that feed off of each other positively. I never felt like I was being pressured, which from my previous experiences always seemed to ruin the experience. In the end, I drove away with the car that I wanted, at a price point I could afford. This dealership should be a model for others, as they can demonstrate what being customer focused really is and what listening to a customer can achieve. A++ in my book, and I will definitely refer anyone I know to them going forward. Great work everyone!

Nick Scofield, my salesperson was eager to find what I wanted in a used car, but went beyond that and found what I really needed. It was way better than what I hoped for. I went to 3 dealerships the day I bought my car from Lou Sobh Honda (KIA of Roswell, Toyota of Roswell. And Lou Sobh Honda). I first went to Lou Sobh Honda, and was immediately met by one of the salesmen, Nick Scofield. Nick was very polite and courteous and we test drove a 2013 Honda Civic EX. I liked it, but thought it was a little cramped for my size. I told Nick that I was going to go check out some other dealerships and the sales manager, Mr. Smith, offered me some great deals on a Civic or Accord. This was quite tempting, because I didn't think I could afford the Accord. I went to the other dealerships and was not impressed, especially with Toyota of Roswell. No one approached us during our 10 minute trip to the Toyota place. I called Nick and told him we were coming back to look at the Accords. Nick was busy with another customer when we arrived, but politely referred us to another salesman, Steve McArthur. Steve is new to the car sales business, but was full of motivation and determination. He was very polite and went above and beyond. Ultimately, I negotiated an even lower price on a 2014 Honda Accord LX and bought my first new car. I qualified for 0.9% financing for 60 months and opted to enroll in the 6 year/100,000 mile bumper to bumper warranty, which only added about 20 bucks to my payments. Their service center is state of the art and I will definitely take my new Accord there for any servicing it will need. These guys were motivated to make sales and I would buy from them again. We recently traded in our 2004 Odyssey and purchased a 2014 Odyssey Touring at Lou Sobh Honda in Cumming, Georgia. I think we bought one of the first ten cars sold. Despite the fact that they had only been open a few days, the dealership was clean, modern, and inviting. The first thing that struck me was how everyone was so eager to meet my family and to help out. We met Mike Sobh, the general manager, as well as the sales manager and service manager. Everyone was extremely helpful, and top of that list was Nick Scofield, our sales guy. He made my wife feel very comfortable as they went out for a test drive while I watched the kids back at the dealership, and was able to answer all of our questions about the vehicle. We didn't even know this dealership was up on Exit 14 off 400. We stopped by and they had only been opened a week. We got a great deal on a great car. We bought a basic Honda CRV but it had all the things I had wanted. The basic model came with back up camera and blue tooth capabilities. Our salesman, Nick Scofield, was great to work with. The whole crew was very helpful and easy to deal with. Good experience for a good car. I needed a vehicle that had lots of room with a lot of storage.

First of all, having a Honda dealer AT LAST in the local area was a big reason I wanted to at least pay them a visit and see what possibilities were there for me to take advantage of not having to drive 20-40 miles to an out of town dealer. The new Lou Sobh Honda dealership is impressive in its layout, technology and its people that I came into contact with and eventually closed a deal. There's an enthusiasm and energy you can feel inside the new dealership that's missing from most all the others I've dealt with over the past many years. Perhaps it's the newness of it all for their people and I suspect that's part of it but I also think there's more in terms of how they go about their business and the way they hire their employees to be customer oriented and not trying to pull the wool over the buyer's eyes on any phase of the transaction. You don't get the feeling that you're being funneled down an assembly line to get your money and get rid you. If you've dealt with other dealers in the Atlanta metro as I have, you know what I mean. I've yet to experience their service department but did a brief tour of the facility, met the manager, and again must say I was impressed. My advice to the folks at Lou Sobh Honda: Keep the grand opening spirit going fulltime and you'll be in a class where it doesn't take long to call the roll.
