I like Lubbers for a numbers of reasons. Originally, I heard their commercials and had talked to a friend who lives in Cheney. I've always been a Chevy fan so the short drive isn't much of a problem. The car itself is great and I've driven it a number of times to Colorado and to Las Vegas twice. Last week was the first time didn't start. The dealership sent a tow truck out, the car just needed a jump start and I drove it out there with no problems. They let me have a loaner car, another Malibu, and my car was fixed by earlier the next day. Best part was it is still under warranty and it cost me nothing.

Came in for scheduled oil change included in the purchase, wanted to have the transmition looked at because of the way it shifts out of 1st, tranny guy wasn't there so just the fluid level was checked but what I don't understand is why I was charged to take fluid out. I bought the truck 10 months ago and you guys are the only ones to service it so wouldn't that mean you had too much fluid in there to begin with? The $24 charge was explained to me before he adjusted the levels, but I just have been wondering since. Service is always good there otherwise.

Ken Schmidt is a wonderful salesman. We bought a 2010 Pontiac g6 and didn't even have it a week and it had to go back to the shop. All excellent, 2014 Silverado with 1,300 miles had a head gasket that started leaking back into the motor. Chevy recommend replacing the head and gasket and fluids which was done in a timely manner. Having called Lubbers management and my sales representative about the issue I had and about my questionable confidence in the vehicle. They gave me an option to trade for a new 2015 and worked with me to my satisfaction and I left a happy customer. I have purchase a high number of vehicles from Lubbers in the past twenty five years and will continue to do business with them for a long time.

Just purchased a 2011 Ford Fiesta SE from Joe Erdman at Lubbers. I couldnt be happier! I am a pretty picky, inquisitive, and impatient car buyer. Joe kept his cool, and ended up getting me into a great new car. My payments went down significantly as I had previously taken advantage of the services from FinanceCo which is the in house bank for Lubbers. I had credit issues, and they took care of me.. Now I am financed through GM and rebuilding my credit, thanks to Lubbers.

I had never before purchased a vehicle from a dealership and was rather worried about the experience. However, after sending my information and telling them exactly what car I wanted, I made a trip out to the dealership. The exact vehicle I wanted and needed was already by the front door waiting for me, and they worked hard to get me the best financing so that I could get the vehicle that I wanted. Nobody tried to upsell me, stuff me into a more expensive vehicle, or make me feel that this was anything but my choice. They did a wonderful job! I will definitely be going back! I had to take my 2010 Impala in for the key recall. It only took 20 minutes or so and Pam, the manager of the Chevy Service Center, did her usual excellent job in explaining and showing me what took place and answering all my questions. Lubbers and GM have a great amabassador for good will in Pam.

So I'm a first time car buyer with not the best of credit. I searched around dealerships and didn't find anyone who would help me with a loan. Searched and found lubbers and Mark called me right away. He got my information asked me what car I was looking for and got back to me within a hour saying that he had some good news. Being my first time buying a car and knowing the "horror" stories some people encountered, I was pretty nerbous. Went in the next day and really felt the great atmosphere. Mark was great! We took the car for a test run and he really knew his stuff. He worked with me to find a car I could afford and I left feeling great. It was such an easy process and I'm the owner of a brand new car. Would recommend EVERYONE to come here! When I get a new car later down the road, no other dealership will get my business besides Lubbers. Amazing experience, great prices, understanding and genuine people. Can't beat that!

This was the best experience I've had. I have gone to other loys and was treated poorly. The salespeople tried go sell me what they thought I deserved which wasn't much. The interest was high. I applied on Monday 3rd. Mark called that day. He worked his magic and he followed up telling me he had a great deal for me and asked when I could come in. I came in 10th and he toom care of me and got me into a great car. I was looking for a used car but Lubbers put me in a new car I could afford.

I've been meaning to get the oil changed on my wife's car for about a week and haven't found the time to make it happen. I called on Saturday morning and the service department was able to do a quick lube/oil/tire rotation that same morning. Thank you for the flexability and helping me with my busy schedule. I travel for work, and maintain another small business on the side. Sometime there aren't enough hours in the day, and I feel like Lubbers really helped me out. I've dealt with some of the other dealerships in Wichita and they are more focused on themselves than the customer. I work in an industry that requires great customer service and it is refreshing to receive that attention when I'm the customer.

I do not feel the dealership is at fault in any way but I am very disappointed with the tire sensor monitoring system on my Equinox. It has shown several flaws recently but the dealership can't find the problem. It is never in fault when I am at the dealership. I would think there should be some sort of history of faults in the ECM.

My wife and I had our first buying experience at Lubbers this last week. Derek Tanner was one of the best sales guys I have ever dealt with. We have damaged credit and Lubbers worked with us to get us financed on the lot. They treated us with respect and made sure that what we got was a good quality vehicle that we could afford. We drove off the lot in a 2010 Dodge Caliber with under 75,000 miles. Try doing that at a buy here pay here dealership. Big city selection, with small town quality. Truck did not come in as ordered. Electric sliding back glass not installed. Brake controller not installed. LED bed lighting not installed. I guess I will see if the "Lubbers Experience" is any different than other dealers I have dealt with.
