Luxury Motors was amazing. I was able to speak with the GM Aziz and he was great. He was able to answer every question about the car I was looking at. Juanita in finance was equally as great. She was very easy to talk to and made me feel very safe in my purchase. I want to thank them both for their friendship and service in buying my new car.

Overall, my experience with Luxury Motors was very positive. That said, as with any used car dealership, I encourage the buyer to really educate themselves. It is hard to negotiate a good price if you know very little about the car you're buying.Frank, Glenn, and Abed we're all very kind. I came from out of state to buy my vehicle and they went out of their way to assist me. They offered to pick me up at Midway Airport, to buy me meals, and overall were very friendly.Before the purchase, I had the car inspected from Goodyear down the road, and the mechanics there found several general maintenance items that would need to be completed within the month. The staff at luxury motors worked with me on negotiating a fair price based on what the inspection revealed. Although I am certain I would not have received the price that I did if I hadn't done my research, the staff were at least willing to negotiate with me after I revealed what I had learned about the vehicle.I would recommend Luxury Motors to any buyer that is willing to do their homework and also who doesn't mind the negotiation process.The staff at Luxury Motors did a nice job of taking care of me and made sure that I left happy. This car was a birthday present for my husband and both of us are very pleased with our purchase! I promised before I left that I would make sure to share my experience online. This is me making good on my promise :-)

When I arrived to the dealership I was amazed how quick I received service and how beautiful all the cars where. I love foreign cars and they had plenty of them. I purchased a beautiful BMW 328i, the car was very clean like brand new. When I had an small issue with the car there was no hassle, most dealers when buying a use car would just forget you and say you are on your own, but they didn't and took care of me.

I have challenged credit. ok I admit it. but the staff and finance dept were patient and because of all the different lending options, they were laid out honestly in front of me and I chose the best one for me. no calling me back, no re signing. I couldn't have found a more comfortable atmosphere and a friendlier staff. thank you Frank and Glen in finance.

My husband and I traveled from Cincinnati to bridgeview Illinois to get a preowned audi q7! These vehicles are not easy to find! But at luxury motors credit I found a beautiful one with a rare red exterior and two toned beige interior!! The SUV I'd in great condition just like our salesman temo promised before making the 5hr trip! The price was great, service was great, the vehicle is AWESOME, and the facility is nice clean and inviting! ! Looking for a preowned luxury vehicle for Christmas? This is the place to go! Just ask for Temo valasquez! !

The staff was great and super friendly! I didn't feel like I was being hustled or scammed. The Owner "Romeo" and salesman "Temo" both felt like genuinely honest people.
