We had an excellent experience buying a new truck. The product specialist- Neil Speiss was attentive, knowledgeable, professional and efficient. I hate the dealer price games, haggling and "I have to check with my manager"....and Neil bypassed it all! He brought the decision maker (manager) to us and they bottom-lined the two trucks we were considering, and explained the price difference so we understood. We made the decision, and were driving away in a reasonable amount of time. I will definitely go back to Lynch for my next truck or car. Well worth the drive to have this experience.

Khara was the the phone agent we had been talking with. She had been helpful and always answered our questions no matter how small. Found the truck online and decided to go look at it when we were in the area. The truck hadn't been detailed yet, but they quickly got it done so we could take it. The salesman, Bob, was very friendly and courteous! Nobody pressured us to purchase or tried to sell us something else. In fact, I felt very relaxed with everyone we met! We traded a truck in and they transferred everything in it to the new truck while we were taking care of financing. We were headed to a Brewer game, so the truck was packed with goodies! Even though we live 6 hours away, we'd drive back to buy another vehicle! Thank you Lynch motors for a great experience!

Choosing a new ride is challenging especially for someone, who knows it is time for an upgrade, but is emotionally attached to his/her current ride. To him/her nothing seems to be a perfect fit.I knew that I wanted another Buick, so I started searching the web for hours for one that would fit my needs and was similar to the one I currently owed then I realized I needed to find a dealership that I could trust.I loved my Buick van, but the customer service I received years ago at another dealership was not memorable, so I was not going back there! I began to ask family members and friends where I should look. Then it was back to more research on the web. Based off of family and friends advice as well as customers reviews, I had my search narrowed down to four Buick Enclaves that were at four different dealerships that were not in my hometown, but close by.My daughter and I took a day driving around to visit the four dealerships. The first dealership no longer had the Buick I saw on the website and was not very welcoming. I figured that they would show me another Buick similar to it, but I guess they were not too interested in helping me find my dream Buick.My second stop was Lynch in Burlington, but first we needed to get something to eat. We found a little corner restaurant called Martys in Waterford and what amazing food! While dining, I called Lynch to make sure the Enclave that I was looking at on the website was still in stock. Wow, what great customer service from the start! I knew from that first phone call that this was the dealership that I wanted to work with even if the Buick I saw on the website was already sold. Luckily, it was still on the lot. I called my significant other and asked him to meet me at the dealership. Fortunately, he was just finishing up work and met me. Nick Kramer greeted us as soon as we walked to the door and had the Buick Enclave waiting for me to test drive. He came along with for the test drive, which was a little different from other test drives that I took, but I greatly enjoyed asking him lots of questions. I asked to see another Buick Enclave that had more upgrades, which Nick was willing to show me, but we discussed the differences in features and price. He understood my familys needs and me, which is not easy to do. Also, he did not rush me. I hate being rushed!I found my new ride and dealership. The dealership is a ride from home, but the excellent customer service is worth it. I highly recommend this dealership for all your auto needs. Everyone that helped me purchase my dream Buick was extremely helpfully and caring. I am so happy with my purchase and all the perks the dealership has to offer.

All of the salemen that we encountered were also very good, gave us options, but didn't make alternatives. My wife and I began the quest to find a new vehicle for her parents. We were greeted by Pete Manos at Lynch GM. Pete was extremely helpful and showed us all of the options in the Chevy and Buick lineups. We decided on the Buick Verano and Pete arranged a test drive which included a stop at the potential buyers home to show the vehicle to them. After the test drive, Pete was understanding that there would be needed time to discuss the possible purchase and we parted company. Returning to Lynch a few days later along with the potential buyers, Pete was unavailable because of a promotion to a different division, but allowed Patrick Earl take over the deal. Patrick was a delight from the first greeting until the deal was closed. He treated our elderly parents with the upmost respect and made them feel comfortable throughout the process. Eventually after several options, test drives, pros and cons, the decision was made to purchase a Buick Encore. Patrick again made this process a fun yet informative process for all involved. We were not interested in the typical back and forth bartering so we told Patrick to just bring the best offer to the table and if it was acceptable fine, if not no hard feelings. The numbers were acceptable, but arrangements were made to take the vehicle home, prior to purchase, over the weekend to make sure 100% that they wanted the vehicle. A step above? I think so! He offered extra training at any time for my mother-in-law with the new technology or anything else she would need. Again, an outstanding overall vehicle buying experience. IF your in the market for a new Chevy, Buick or GMC, Lynch is the place and make sure you request Patrick Earl as your sales representative!

The truck that I wanted was not in stock at Lynch. My salesman, Patrick Earl was very helpful, and when we located a vehicle out of state the General Manager, Dan Loggins stepped in and, made a deal to get the truck, and made sure that the deal went perfectly. Most of this took place while I was out of town on vacation. When I returned everything was all set, and the closing took place quickly, and without a problem. Colin C. the finance manager was a pleasure to work with. This deal was one of the more challenging vehicle purchases I have made in years, but the tenacity and professionalism of the management and support team at Lynch made it easy.

My wife Rita keeps a car till the wheels fall off, and her 1999 Saturn that she bought from Lynch years back proved that. She was just 650 miles short of 200,000 miles when she was in an accident. She was hurt, but the car was hurt enough that she needed to go car shopping. Bob Labadie knows his customers and thus found a car that fit Rita and her likes, dislikes, and personality. A 2013 Chevy Cruze with just a little over 15,000 miles on it. Wintertime is not ideal to go car shopping, but Bob made the process hassle-free and was very accommodating. Rita works long hours in Pleasant Prairie, and has a 28, mile one way drive each day. When the day is over, she is spent. I drove about an hour to come and test drive a car. Dana my salesperson went above and beyond. I bought the exact car I wanted and the whole process was great. I have been to at least 10 dealerships and not one of them took care of me, I have been looking for a few months now. When I arrived Dana Aquado the Sales woman who sold me My 2014 GMC Sierra had the truck pulled up and waiting for me to look at it. She explained all the features of the truck, walked me through set up of everything after!! I found Dana very knowledgable, friendly, and professional. She was honest and straight forward about what Lynch could do for me and what they couldn't financially to get me into the truck I wanted. There was no pressure to rush to make my decision to purchase as I found out when another dealership called me 4 times while I was talking to Dana. I was pleasantly surprised when I recently dealt with Lynch Superstore's staff. I went in thinking I would just test drive some vehicles and probably not get any right now due to my poor credit history. Instead, I left in a brand new leased vehicle with a great deal for my situation. Chevy Tony was exceptionally helpful. There were a few details which he did not know about my car and he said he would find out and get back to me today or tomorrow. After reading the book I was able to determine the answers. The store is very clean and accommodating. The financing rep, I don't remember her name and her signature is not legible was a little pushy with the blanket coverage even after I said I thought it through and was not interested. I realize the dinner was starting and that you had had a big sale over the weekend, but I did not appreciate it. Overall the experience was satisfactory and I love my new Encore.

It was a little disorganized at first. I was directed to the wrong area, but that sales person made sure to come with me and find the appropriate sales person. Then the truck was missing and there was some confusion, but eventually it was found and the manager came and personally talked to me. Eventually we got it all worked out.

The closing takes too long. Why not spend some of the downtime while the documents are being prepared having the salesman go over the features of the new car. By the time we got around to the features, we were exhausted and simply wanted to leave. Our salesman was a very nice competent young man.

I went in to Lynch just looking to see if they had anything that fit EXACTLY what I was looking for in a car and for the price I wanted to pay. My salesperson Jay, although only on his second day working at Lynch, was extremely knowledgeable, courteous, funny, not pushy and an all around great person to work with. He found me exactly what I was looking for (and I had a list). I did not have to settle with anything less than what I had wanted in a new (used) car, right down to the tiniest detail. Jay went above and beyond to make sure that we were always comfortable and informed throughout the entire buying process. Everyone at Lynch was extremely pleasant and courteous, it is extremely apparent that the people working at Lynch practice teamwork everyday as they all helped each other out and it did not seem like a race to see who could "one up" the other. I bought my last car at Lynch also and would highly recommend anyone looking to purchase a vehicle, new or used, go to Lynch. They will work their hardest to get you in what you want for the amount you wish to keep your payments at, and treat you like they have known you forever!!! Oh Yeah... Ask for Jay! :)

Lynch Internet Sales people were Extremely Helpful. While many other dealers internet sales people will send a barrage of emails that seem like they are computer generated, or will continually ask "when can you come in", Lynch actually took the time to understand which options I was looking for and what price range I was looking for. They actually listened to me, while others are more interested in pushing what they want to sell. Lynch was very helpful in my vehicle search.

She is very professional and goes above and beyond in providing a high customer service level to her customers. I have to relate this to you. This is the first time I used your body shop. I did that because of my previous truck that was purchase though Horter ( Tim Horter) and now also my present 2014 silveado. I liked the way Horter service me on my 2012, Tim Horters very up front way of doing business. I had a minor accident and wanted you body shop to do the work. A bit of a ride for me from Brookfield but when you like a business model , that is where I stay. Great job by your service department, Wayne Cole was very professional and not stuffy but good business etiquite and very enjoyable to talk with along with answering all my questions. What more could a customer want. A consisten business environment that is customer friendly. I will be anxious to go to the new location in Mukwanago for Lynch/Horter Chevrolet. Of course I will call Tim to meet with him on our next vehicle purchase, most likely a Chevrolet Equinox with a similar trade in. Great vehicle.

I went in under my maintenance plan for my free oil change and tire rotation. I was disappointed at first when I asked the customer service person to put my front license plate on and she said no, because it would take more time. Unfortunately I wasn't able to have the plate put on when I bought the car and without a garage at home I hoped it would be an easy job. I was very surprised and please that the plate was put on when I went to go pick up my car. Kudos to the tech. Thank you. It's the little things that will keep me coming back to a company.

The service department is great, however both times I have been there I wasn't sure if they realized I was standing there because no one acknowledged me. A "hello, we will be right with you" would have been great.

The woman who did the scheduling told me that I could not get a ride back to my home in Waterford, but I could go shop at Kohl's or walk to Menards. Also was told it would take 2 hours for what GM said should be a 20 minute fix. She said that they have to pad the schedule because somethings take longer. BUT on the good side service was done faster than the 2 hours I was quoted, I did get a ride to and from my job. And the courtesy car driver is a super nice guy. I truly enjoyed meeting him and chatting with him.

My young adult son was in dire need of a newer vehicle, and Kris Saucerman did an excellent job of scouting something for him. Her statement that she would not put him into a car that she would not put her own kids into was very reassuring. She texted photos and stats on various models and kept his budget in mind, so he was able to "shop" without taking time off school/work to do that. Lynch had such a great selection of solid vehicles, I almost got one for myself...and I am not even in need of one at the moment. After doing research we bought our Volt from Lynch. It was a hassle free experience. Our salesperson, Renee Johnson, went out of her way to locate the exact features and color that we wanted. She was able to locate the car out of state and have it delivered to Lynch in a few short days. We were impressed. We also liked the "customer appreciation dinner" that this dealership provides. Yes, it's a little hokey, but they don't have to do that, and I believe that most dealerships don't go the extra mile to keep their customers. Even when I stopped by to get the first oil change done on the car, there was Patrick Lynch, the owner, who may not have remembered my name (because it has been about a year since we were last in), but still recognized me and came over to shake my hand and make small talk. In most other dealerships that we've had dealings with in the past, we never even saw the owner! So, kudos to him for being so hands on, and bigger kudos to the staff for being so professional and efficient.

Both have small leaks in one tire than cannot be located and fixed. Both times when picking up from service we were told there was no leak. Yet every couple weeks I have to add air to the tires. Go figure!

On a whim I walked onto to the Lynch Chevrolet lot one day and met salesperson Renee Johnson. I was looking for a new vehicle but not really sure of which model I wanted. Renee sat down with me and went over my options. Renee was up front and honest and I felt like she was really listening to me and not just going through the motions. We ended up with a 2 year lease on a Buick Verano. I love the car! What I found really nice is that Renee still kept in contact with us even after the sale. Renee would call to just check in and make sure we were still liking the car or if there was anything she could do for us. When I go into Lynch for oil changes Renee always stops over to say "hi" if she is working. Our lease is coming to an end soon and I know that when we are ready we will once again work with Renee Johnson for our next vehicle. We had an excellent Sales Rep with Renee Johnson. This is our second vehicle purchased at Lynch through Renee in the last year. She is fair and honest and very personable. She took ample time to show us our new vehicle and how to use all the amenities. She continues to follow up as well to make sure we are satisfied and happy with our vehicles. The only negative part of the process was the hard core sell for the extended warranty. I do not recall the financial persons name but this process (which we thought was to be about financing our newly purchased vehicle) was the opposite of our experience with Renee. It was vague to the point of seeming dishonest. We did not appreciate being kept in an office for over an hour (at 9:00pm) to be pressured into purchasing something we did not want or feel we needed.

I came to a Chevy dealer to look at a traded in Ford. The vehicle looked nice on the outside and inside, but not underneath. I noticed on my first inspection that there was a lot of sand near the engine block. I questioned it an a salesman said it was just from 5 years of use. I did a test drive and it went ok, with some hesitation between 2nd and 3rd gear. I was given a copy of the Autocheck that said the vehicle had been in North Carolina and Wisconsin and "checked out." I took the vehicle to my mechanic for an inspection. My mechanic said that there was sand everywhere, from the rear wheel walls to all around the engine. He suspected that it had been under water at some point. It had unnatural rust on some parts in the engine. He said that although the electronics were sealed and water "resistant" that it was not waterproof. The back brakes were at 15%, instead of 20% minimum for used cars. The bumper had a ding painted over, something near the rear axle was leaking. Thankfully, I did not go for this "steal" as it would have needed repairs soon. When I told the dealers about this, they just shook their head and scoffed at me like I was crazy, so I must admit they were not professional, knowledgeable, or even friendly. I felt badgered from the time I put a cars.com request in until I actually came in. Even when I set up a test drive, I continued to get phone calls and emails about coming in. Unfortunately, my three trips out to the dealer was a waste of my 3 hours. I hope you don't make the same mistake as me.

Honestly this dealership is a joke I drove for half an hour to look at a car on Friday I applied for a loan (Lindsey) told me and my wife she has to talk to her supervisor what banks are best to submit our application and Call us back on Monday . I put a security deposit on the car and left the dealership . Monday comes no one calls I call them on Tuesday they submit the application to the banks (Lindsey) says i will call you in a couple hours . But, I checked GMC dealerships in Pennsylvania, Ohio, West Virginia, New Jersey, and Michigan to find a certain Acadia that I wanted, met my family's needs, and still fit into our budget. I finally found it there at Lynch. From the very start, Jeremy helped me with the trade details, Yvonne helped with fine tuning the deal, and Colin capped it off with excellent financing. They even met us half way in between at Toledo to swap our van for the SUV. My wife jokes that it is the craziest thing we have ever done, but she loves our new pre-owned Acadia. Arrived on time and my Service Advisor(Sue) was ready for my Pit Pass on my Traverse. She asked how I liked my new car(I love it) and if I had any concerns,I had just one,the headlights needed to be programmed to stay on after you exit the vehicle at night. The outside mirror on the drivers side needed to be replaced. The mirror had been ordered and was there,the technician changed the mirror,put nitrogen in the tires and programmed the headlights, Thank you Lynch GM Superstore Service Dept.Team!!

My truck is a 2007, only 53000 miles, it cost me $1300.00 in repairs. Too soon for that amount of miles. Maybe GM should change their warranties, not based on the calendar , but on mileage only. The dealer said parts were corroded and shorted out. GM should cover that. I gave the dealer a 5 on question 2, but its really directed to GM. I guess if your vehicle is out of warranty, what is the benefit of taking it where you purchased it if they do not stand behind a product that's hardly used?

My experience at Lynch was fantastic when it came to my sales person and the service department. For the finance department I give you a one star and a not likely at all for recommending family and friends, I would warn them ahead of time about the high pressure sales pitch I received for "Gap Insurance". I repeatedly told this person over and over that I was not interested in purchasing this product, but I was continually harassed, pressured etc, at one point a manager came in to try to do the same thing even after I declined, I almost walked out on the sale. Very very disappointing. I have already told/warned quite a few of my friends about this.

I had an established date and time to meet with Ben, who knew that I was coming at this time. I already expected that once I met Ben, I would be seeing someone else based on his prior return email. Upon my entrance to the showroom I met Deb, the receptionist. Both her and I were in introductory conversation when one of the male salesperson's just butted in and interrupted our conversation that was happening. The look on Deb's face for this first time customer showed concern in that I did not need to have experienced this interruption. Deb did a professional and a wonderful job at service recovery with the situation and helped to ease some of my immediate concern that was put into place. Deb got a hold on Ben, who came from his work area, introduced himself and then introduced to Renee. All the events and transactions from Deb to Ben to Renee being so very professional helped to dismiss my initial experience with the interruptive salesman. Renee displayed an in depth working interest into what I was looking for and what my real needs for vehicle use were. Her questions asked helped to narrow the search for what I was looking for and needed. From the beginning to the end of my purchase of a new vehicle, Renee was very knowledgeable, helpful and experienced into the multiple stages on vehicle searching and purchasing. I am so pleased to have had Renee as my sales person. I was introduced to John this same day. I told John before I left that day that he needed to take care of that car as I was interested in that specific one. Sorry John, I took your demo car away from you. I also knew that if he liked the car, so would I. Clinton was also a very professional and knowledgeable person in his area of expertise. Clinton was able to explain the needed areas on shared information for decision making in an understanding format. I found it very valuable to have had him with both transactions needed for consistency. I have shared with Renee and Clinton one of my other reasons for coming to Lynch - that being my prior dissatisfaction with service departments. Both had indicated that if I every experience any concerns to please let them know. I was introduce to Keith so I now have a person in this department to share my concerns as well, if they ever arise. I find that I have been blessed through this entire experience. I would like to close with the concept that I have in my life experience - "you only have one chance to make a first impression make it count".

Awesome! I had a great experience with the oil change/tire rotation service I received. My brake light was replaced and my wiper blade on the driver's side. All at a price I could afford. I had a very positive experience at Lynch. My only concern is that I just purchased a truck about 3 weeks ago. I was automatically enrolled in your rewards program. I brought my car I purchased from you 2 years ago for basic service and I was told that I could not apply my work from my car with the same program. This doesn't make any sense to me and it gives me no incentive to use Lynch as my primary service provider for both my car and truck.

I recently took my 2011 Suburban in for an oil change. It turned out I was due for some other routine maintanance too. The service advisor explained everything up front and they did exactly what they said they would do, nothing more, nothing less. The staff at Lynch went above and beyond to find me the car I wanted. Their was some hassle in getting me the car w/in a day or two but in the end it worked out so it wasn't too big of a deal.
