bought this car with a 153,000 miles it ran good for a while the engine broke and they '' FIXED IT '' had nothing but problems with it ever since. NOW it's broke again and I have a warranty but they said that they would not fix it because it was not covered !

As a single woman I always dread buying cars. I feel talked down to and embarrassed. This was the first time I actually enjoyed the experience from start to finish. It was by far the most positive experience purchasing a car in my life. Joe was honest and straightforward, sensitive to my needs and limitations - and more than willing to work with me on the numerous credit issues. I started out just walking around and looking - he was able to help me decide what features were important to me - then show me several options in my price range. My credit is not perfect and I have had issues in the past. He worked through each item with patience and I was not embarrassed. That is very important to me. I hope this car lasts a long time - but I know where to come for my next one.

I had bad credit, and they helped me to find a car I liked at a down payment and monthly payment I could afford. I was never "hounded" to come back when I asked for a few days to think about it, and I know that I will come back next time I need another car!!! We were told somewhere else that we couldn't get into a Ford Fusion with how high risk we were. But Mike helped us and we had no problem!! We bought an amazing 2007 Ford Fusion that we love!! This place is horrible. I had mike as my sales man and he promised to fix somethings that were wrong with thecar before I bought it. I told him I had a busy schedule so I brought it back when I got time (like a month) and he told me the bent rim was from my driving (pot holes) and so were both left and right outter tie rods and air conditioning, that he didnt remember me saying there was anything wrong with the car when I bought it nand I would have to pay some ridiculous amount to get it fixed. I told him I would never come back to this ragity place because they were trying get over on me. He proceeded to tell me the key was in the car and I could leave. That he didnt have to get my car fixed. They will be great at getting you in a car but dont wanna fix anything thats wrong with it.

I am a senior citizen on a fixed income. I went to a big Ford dealership to look at buying a new Fusion and they tried to take advantage of me. They wanted to give me 2500 for my trade in. My experience at Magic City by far has been the best ever since I have started buying cars. I have gone through top of the line dealerships and I have never been taking care such as Magic City has done for me and my family. I and my wife have known Joe Kaisk and his family for years. We have purchased our last 4 or 5 vehicles from them and have had excellent service and respect from Joe and employees (family). I recently bought a 2006 Chrysler Siebring convertible from Magic City Motorcars and I couldnt be happier with it. The service was great and even though my credit was damaged, they got my financed with an affordable payment in the exact car I wanted. It the first car I ever bought on my own in 40 years! I just purchased my second Jeep from Magic City Motorcars. They truly do live up to their promise in helping build credit. They were the only dealer that would offer me financing on my 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee when I was 18 years old. I was surprised that they had financing through banks like the bigger dealers. This loan helped me so much that I was able to go back and see Mike and he found me the perfect 08 Liberty! I am very happy with the way I was treated. I told Mike what I wanted and I drove it home less than a week later. The financing process was easy, and I did not have to do anything except sign the papers and drive away! I will never go anywhere else!

I have always leased vehicles in the past, once my lease was up ,I made the choice to buy pre-owned, by word of mouth I was told to go to Magic City Motorcars, The selection of cars there is good, the staff makes you feel very comfortable, not once did I feel pressured to buy, I am very please with my purchase, love my car! I just bought my second car from magic city motor cars...although I live almost 2 hours away both times it was well worth the drive to go up there and buy from them. Kathy is a whiz at getting you financed regardless of your credit.Every time I have ever had to call up there for anything it has been taken care of immediately.They truly make you feel like you are apart of their family.I am sure the next time I am in the market for a car this will be the first place I will go.

Bought a really nice Truck from Magic City and left there with a great feeling. Financing and paperwork was done within 45 minutes. Even if you don't buy a car from there I recommend you take the time to at least look before you buy. It's an awesome Car Lot you don't wanna miss.

I have been dealing with Magic City Motorcars for over 10 years. I personally am not very comfortable with salespeople, especially when it comes to buying a vehicle.
