I fount this dealership MAGUIRE Subaru very efficient and extremely helpful ! I fount that Jon -Michael Ottenscot my sales man went out of his way to get me the best price and deal possible . He was very helpful in making sure my needs were met so it was possible to make a smooth deal that fits my finical needs. I found this dealership extremely pleasant without all the pushing that i have experienced at other dealerships! On that note Kudos to Maguire dealership and Jon - Michael he should be a valued employee to your business Excellent job !

our sales consultant was great and very helpful. make sure that you ask lots of questions about where the car prices come from. make sure you have everything in writing and bring it with you during the purchase process, especially if you have been to the dealership and have been given estimates before the purchase date.

Brian was extremely patient. My search started for a new vehicle about a month ago. Brian kept in contact with me. Without being overbearing or pushy. When the time came to pick out my new car he showed me all cars that I would have been interested in. He kept the process simple, easy going and fun. Not finding much to choose from in the way of a low-mile used car in our hometown of Canandaigua, we followed the example of our son, who purchased a car a year earlier through a Maguire dealership. We were actually surprised at the number of late model, used Sonatas on the lot from which to choose. Our salesman, Brian Nowlan, listened to what our needs were, directed us to just the right model, took us on a test drive, and we drove home with our Sonata the very same day.

Brian was extremely knowledgeable of Maguire's inventory and helpful in all facets of the car-buying experience. I came to Maguire ready to buy a used Nissan Xterra and left with a Subaru Forester based on his testimonies and Maguire's all around offers- including great price, extended used car warranty and the all around experience that Maguire offers. I would recommend Maguire Hyundai Subaru and Brian Nowlan as the sales consultant to anyone!

I bought a used car for my daughter, with it being her first car it was a hard decision to make. Brian Nowan was great! We test drive multiple cars, were told of all features and warranty with each one. Brain went above and beyond to make sure it was a nice experience. As a loyal Subaru owner (I've had four) I found my experience with Brian Nowlan at Maquire Subaru in Ithaca to be exceptional. As a woman buying a car I have been treated very poorly in the past. Brian treated me respectfully. He did not treat me like a stupid woman who didn't know what she wanted or didn't have the authority to make decisions. He explained the car and my options to me in a way I understood and answered my questions, without making me feel like stupid. Brian was upfront with me and I felt honest as well. I wasn't able to find what I wasn't able to find what I wanted on my first first so I left. Brian stayed in touch with me and let me know when new cars came in and were available. I ended up coming in a second time and found my car. I would recommend Brian and Maquire to friends looking for a new car for sure.

We came looking for a specific set of features in a new car. We were greeted by John-Michael who spent a lot of time familiarizing us with the various features of the Subaru cars. He was patient and thorough in his process, and answered all our questions in good detail, finding out answers if he did not have them readily available. He had a warm and open approach and clearly knew a lot about the cars in the lot and the various features of each. We appreciated his sense of humor and quick wit. We had a test drive in a car that fit all our requirements and we were pleased to complete a purchase in a matter of only a few hours. The environment at the dealership was clean and friendly. It was all in all a very pleasant experience, even for people who are not crazy about automobile shopping. We appreciate Maguire and we appreciate John-Michael for helping us find just what we needed and wanted.
