This dealership is a total joke. I started by searching for a car on CARFAX (2013 Infiniti G37x). The CARFAX had showed a perfect car: No accident, one owner, excellent condition, and only 19,800 miles driven for only $14,900. I thought was a great price, I called the dealership and the sales person named Ana picked up my call. I asked her about the car and its condition, she said it was ready for sale and the price was negotiable. With this incredible news we took the 2 hour drive to take a look for ourselves. Turned out the CARFAX and Ana both lied to us and never said anything about any accident/damage to the car. They both scammed us and wasted our time with a car that neither of them said was damaged. This damage was not a little dent, it was a horrible accident which completely destroyed the driver side of the car, the mirror, and was not able to be driven in the condition it was in., This dealership is not honest, trustworthy, nor worth your time. They are scamming its customers both on the phone and on-line.

I went to major world looking for a simple car and I drove away happily in my new civic! I got a great deal for my car. The staff is friendly and accommodating as well. It was a bit of a wait, because all the dmv work is done on site but that also means I don't have to go to the dmv which is great. Thank you major world!

Prior to visiting Major World, I heavily investigated & researched this particular dealership compiling data in order to perform reliable comparisons in various categories in relation with other dealerships. I pored over both positive & negative online customer reviews of client/salesman/finance mgmt interactions, customer auto choice & determination of financial options/alternatives all of which gave me the mindset to "proceed w. caution". Upon my initial "face-to-face" with my salesman & intro to the particular auto(s) that was within my price range that was afforded me was not satisfactory as some had minor cosmetic, interior issues. On my 2nd visit, I was given an upgraded intro (I was in the market for a mid-size SUV) & introduced to a Dodge RT -fully loaded with ALL the amenities - for a great price! I gave it a MAJOR INSPECTION; checking hoses, cylinders, engine block, fluids as well as the undercarriage -A-Frame, exhausts, tranny, most everything! Rather than commit that day, I deferred in order to perform another exhaustive investigation of the vehicle itself. I thoroughly checked CARFAX, Salvage, VIN-Trust as well as Edmunds, Auto Trader, Kelly BlueBook & NHTS for info on this particular auto & it's brand (recalls, safety issues, etc) & found no major issues. Came in the next day, settled on price & drove off in complete satisfaction ( I even got a insurance discount on the Dodge & my '04 Pathfinder). Major World did right by me & did I right by myself by performing the necessary & total research on both the financial end & automobile reliability & capability . Would I recommend Major World to others? Yes indeed! Just do your due diligence, stay within your budget & use your common sense. Thank you Major World !(Shout out to Ismael "Lefty"- thanks bro')!

I went to Major World with the intentions of purchasing a vehicle that day, and they made it happen. The facility was very busy, crowded, but they were able to accommodate the crowd. I had intentions of buying an SUV body style vehicle, but I left with a Honda Accord. That was not what I wanted but it was the best thing that could of happened. They were willing to get me into an SUV, but the sales representative (Steve) took the time to map out what was affordable for me in effort to build my credit. He walked through the entire lot with me!! They could have put me into what I wanted which could have resulted in later financial complications but instead, he took me to some vehicles that he felt I would like, and I did! Steve explained to me that changing into a smaller but beautiful vehicle would assure me financial stability and that in a years time, I could return there and get the SUV if that was still what I wanted. He was more concerned about me being wise than making his sale. The staff was amazing, and they were friendly and kind throughout my process. They even accommodated me when I had to return with a gas voucher! Exceptional dealership! Exceptional Salesman! Exceptional Managers/Staff! And.... Exceptional car! Absolutely satisfied and guaranteed to be a returning customer!!

Manager, Lorenzo, would not take no for an answer and was willing to make a deal; gave me a fair trade in value, and complimentary powder coated rims of my choice. My wife and I packed up our two young kids, and took a 2 1/2 hour ride from Tobyhanna, PA to Queens. We did this after shopping around online and finding Majorworld's site. The prices couldn't be beat, or so we thought. When we arrived at the lot and finally got to look at the vehicles, we were shown a couple. One was a 13 Honda Odyssey, the other a 13 Toyota Sienna. We saw some online and the prices were between 13 and 15 thousand. But when we finally got down to talking numbers, the Odyssey was 7000 more than we thought it would be, and the Sienna we were told wouldn't work for us since it was a buyback/lemon. We wouldn't be able to get financed on it. So after talking about the Odyssey for a while my wife and I were ready to leave. They asked for one more chance, so we waited a few more minutes. When they finally came back out, they told us they could get us a brand new 2016 Dodge Grand Caravan SE for a decent price. After debating it, and with my wife being taken to a different lot to see it (we didn't get to test drive it), we decided after over 3 hours to buy it. From that point it took another 2 1/2 hours to get the van and get out of there. We spent 6 hours there. So when we go to leave, we had to go to the other dealership to get the 2nd key and the owners manual. As I was about to hit the street the gas light came on. We had an empty tank. So we were lucky enough to be right next to a gas station when we picked up the 2nd key. After filling up I noticed the low tire pressure light. I stopped to fill the tire with air and noticed that the valve cap was missing. Is it possible the dealership knew about the tire issues? We filled up on the way home, twice, and after that it seemed fine. For a day. Then it came back on. I called my salesperson and he told me to take it to a local Dodge dealership. I called the local Dodge dealership and talked to Dodge online and I was informed that if it was the tire, I would be responsible for paying for it. A brand new tire and a brand new van.It turned out that there had been a worn out old screw in the tire. Most likely it had been there a while and the dealership knew, which is why the valve cap was missing. Makes sense, doesn't it? So I wound up going there under false pretenses, buying a car with no gas, no 2nd key, and no owner's manual, and then finding that the tire had a screw in it. They let me drive 80 miles, and 2 1/2 hours with my family in the car, all the while probably knowing about the tire issue. Nice. If I had to sum these guys up in one word it would be: shysters.I'm still trying to figure out if I really got the SE I was promised, or if I wound up getting stuck with the base model AVP. There's nothing on the vehicle or paperwork to inform me. As for now I will believe they help up that part of the bargain.

As soon as I entered the parking lot I was greeted, and guided to a sale person. Keep in mind this is a huge sales lot. Major world would not want you getting lost in there sales lot. The sales person was very helpful in showing me cars of my choice , and insured me it would fit my budget . I was given help ,with finding car insurance,,we shopped around for the best rates. I have no complaints with my vehicle. I have already recommended major world to others.

Showed up to major world first thing you notice is the amount of cars and employees that are there to help in any way they can. I went with a mind set of just looking around and checking out the prices of the cars. I was helped out by Ruben great guy with a great personality and good knowledge of the cars they had to offer. In the end I was walking away already nothing really caught my eye and price range I was looking for was king of off. Ruben came in with the prices of the car and made me a great deal I couldn't refuse so I ended up purchasing a Chevrolet Captiva '13. I would most defenitly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a good deal on great cars.

I thought it would be the stereotypical used car lot with a bunch guys with bad suits on. Actually, to my surprise that dealership actually has a large selection of new cars as well as used. They have there own maintenance shop and not only did they provided the Carfax report they also had another one to accompany it. It was very cold the day I purchased the car, the salesman Edgar Ysalguez was standing out in front of lot to greeting customers as they entered. I thought Edgar was very thorough in explaining the process of purchasing an automobile at Major World I told Edgar what I was looking for and put right on it.I would recommend going to Major World to anyone looking for a new of used vehicle. Thank you , Erick Mendoza and Talese (don't know last name). The only con I have is, I wasn't offered a cup of coffee.

On 3/19 I went to major world because my friend recommended it. I called and was told to come in that I would get 1000 for my trade in. I met Mauricio he was a nice guy. Initially I began signing paper work before even seeing a car a hour later I went to go see the cars. I was with my husband and infant daughter. Not to make this story long I arrived around 2pm and left at 10pm I was exhausted. I told Mauricio I wanted to put 5000 down and pay around 200 a month. I was told that wasn't going to be piossible that I was looking at 250 a month. I went to look at cars and waited around 2 hours to see the financial manager I picked from 5 cars I had selected and chose a 2014 Dodge Journey I was told the car was retailed at 19,900 and my payments would be 324 at 11% he couldn't do better than that. After being told to go eat and come back in about a hour when I returned I had to sign more paperwork I wa a exhausted and wanted to go home. As I am reading through the terms I noticed the car was not 19,900 but 20,400 and total price of the car would be 31,391. I was not told about "dealershipsi fees" the car has 3 open recalls and the breaks seem flimsy. I am a mom of Four and I feel major world suckered me. I asked about the 2016 and was told that it would be too much. After coming home and doing some research on my vehicle the Msrp is 19,995 and is going for about 15,000 in other dealerships. They charged me over book value for the car. After finding out with other lenders in regards to refinancing which major Derrick Jordan said I couldn't get lower than 11% apr I was given a 5% with another lender. Overall my experience was horrible 10 hours and I was over priced I could have gotten a newer model of the car for what I am paying now. Horrible!!!!! Feel so let down and wish I would have went elsewhere! I won't recommend anyone to go there, while some employees may seem friendly and helpful they are all just trying to make a quick buck and stick customers with high payments!

I came to major world not knowing what to expect. But the salesman Kermin explain to me the process step by step. Showed me cars in my range, had me to choose a few. The finance dept. gave me quotes on what I choose and let me decide. The payments were excellent. They even help me with reasonable insurance. In all I would recommend major world to anyone. They don't pressure you and they help you to stay in or close to your means of what you wanna pay. My first real car purchase with a dealership. And it went excellent.

Major World sold me two cars. The first cash deal was a 2014 Nissan Maxima for $25,000. I was pleased with owning my Nissan and its performance, great car. Subsequently, I decided to trade my car in for a 2009 BMW Convertable Fully Loaded. I loved the car. Until, the BMW was found to be a LEMON USED CAR. This car broke down on me 6 TIMES in dangerious, frightening, and unsafe enviornments. Extensive amount of road side assistance repairs totaling over $500 was regretfully expensed all to me. I, reported major service issues needed at the time of purchase and was assured by Major World that everything about this BMW will be rectified and satisfactory. Sadly to say, I thought Eric L. Keltz. Esq Corporate Counsel for Major World customer satisfaction gaurentee was reliable but it was not. The staff is rude, disrespectful, inconsiderate, and have poor level of service. I would stay far away from this hassle, fraud, and dissatisfaction. I now have my legal council on line for this larceny. The company is taking accountablilty for the complaints but have yet to refund me my thousands of dollars and remdy the entire situation or bank deal. This is a company that have done bad business and have a strong questionable integrity.

I called them about the MDX that they're advertising for a really low price. I asked the typical questions like is the title clean and if they car is available. they confirmed both, clean and available. so I set an appointment to go test drive and possibly purchased. when my wife and I got and confirmed our appointment, the first thing the dumb manager said is that the car is salvage and its only good for parts. I said I thought the lady I spoke with over the phone said you only sale clean cars and why is it not stated in your advertisement that the car is salvage. he totally disregarded what I said and tried to sell me another car. my wife was very upset and almost flipped out on them. these fools wasted 2 hours of my life, hour and a half drive to get there and half hour in there. just because we said we didn't know whether we were going to purchase whatever car he wanted to show us, he decided that there was too snow out side so we wouldn't be able to see the car. see the "BS". since we're not buying, we're not worthy to see their inventory after lying to us to get us to their dealership. fool me once shame on you cuz once you fool me I can't get fooled again. these people are deceitful. they are advertising an MDX at an unbeatable rate. when i called they told me it was still available. i asked why was it so cheap and whether the car had a clean title, the lady said yes they only sell cars with clean title. i made an appointment to go see the car and when i got there, the first thing the guy said to me was: the car is salvage and only good for parts. i was like so why the xxxx did that stupid lie and made me waste my time? he then tried to convince me to purchase a new vehicle. i walked out. they have a bunch of over priced junks over there. unless your looking to get a new car or get ripped off, i suggest you stay away from that place. yeah im talking about MAJOR WORLD.

I've never experienced such a level of complete disregard as a customer who just purchased a new vehicle from any dealership or staff. From being yelled at and hung up on by the service manager Frank, to being completely ignored for over a week from Phone calls and emails by the sales associate Mark; unreturned phone calls and emails from the DMV office worker, Bibi who is holding my trade in check of $2600.00 - my experience at Major World has been a complete nightmare. I would advise anyone who doesn't have time for chaos and unprofessional staff to stay away and save yourself the headache. I got a decent price, but I would rather be paying a little more per month - and be dealing with a hospitable establishment. Would strongly discourage anyone from getting involved here.

I had a very bad experience at this location. The President David Cohen call me (listen at my issue, told me He was gonna call me back) To today like 3 years, ago I'm still waiting for his call. Service was excellent the first day maybe because they want me to make my purchase. but they gave me one price and then when I get back home I look at the papers and they increase the price. I was a novice and I didn't know what I had to do. I don't want to write his name cause I know everybody has family and my intention is not to do any harm to nobody but check any papers before you leave. On Saturday, November 7, 2015, I went to Major World (MW) to purchase a car. A salesman named Al met me at the main entrance and directed me on where to park my car. Immediately I was disappointed because the car that I wanted was not available, but Al insisted on showing me many other wonderful cars until I was satisfied. After about a half hour of searching, Al showed me a 2106 Mazda that was there at MW for only 1 day. In fact, the car never lasted 2 days because I purchased it with the assistance of a wonderful finance manager named Derrick. Go Major World!

They lie, they pressure you, the cars listed on here and on cars.com do not even exist and they make excuses the whole time you're there as to why the car isn't there. They speak to you like you're an idiot and start upselling immediately. RUN AWAY. I went to two other dealerships in the same day that were wonderful experiences by comparison so it is possible to find.

The sales associate was very thoughtful and informant when it came to finding the right car for me. I first got a Honda accord and had it for about a month. I didn't feel that was the car for me. When I went back to ask for an exchange they were very quick and helpful to find the right car for me. The only issue was getting a different loan rate then pre approved for..Having said that though... Probably would not have gotten a better rate anywhere else...

When I arrived at the dealership I was immediately met with one of the sales reps who sat with me and my son and asked us what type of car we were interested in; he showed us around as we picked out 4-5 cars that we liked. We settled an a particular model and agreed on the price and awaited the car to be prepared. Everything was fairly seamless and straightforward; the only issue I had was that we waited around for 3 hours for the car and paperwork to be prepared. I have no issue with waiting, I have purchased cars before and realize it takes awhile. I would only recommend that the sales rep keep you informed as to what is taking place. Instead we sat outside for a couple of hours as he walked past us presumably to check on the status of the car without saying a word. We finally got tired and left to go have lunch at which time we were of course called to advise that the car was prepared to be picked up. Overall the service was good and the people friendly but quite frankly if it hadn't been a purchase for my son and he was excited to get his first car I simply would have left.Communication is key and we only had it at the beginning when we were discussing the vehicle and at the end when we were being handed the keys.

I went there looking for a vehicle listed on their website and had spoken to someone over the phone prior to confirm the availability. Once I arrived it was a quick process to get out to the sales floor to view the vehicle I had inquired about. After starting up the vehicle and making sure that it was as I wanted it, we got to begin the financing process. I was pre arrived for my loan before hand so it was quick and the financing employee even suggested warranty for an additional $15 a month and of course I did it, and I'm glad I did seeing how I already took advantage of it when I needed some wear and tear items replaced. Definitely suggest major world, I will probably be visiting them in the future to talk about a trade in.

Major world gives good customer service. They helped us to get the car that we want that is within our budget. However, to help them improve I suggest that they explain to their customers all the documents needed to be signed thoroughly and cleary. It seem that somehow they are in a hurry to discuss about important instructions and explain well the financing part of the car. But all in a, I can recommend this dealership.

He honestly made me feel like the money that I was going to spend was going to be worth it. There was a lot of didn't car available with a lot of different prices. Octavio wrote down all of the cars I wanted and gave me the best car which had the best price for the cash I was spending and the life style I'm living. He didn't once rush me into just buying any car just to get it off the lot, he made sure that I was buying the car I wanted the lowest price possible.There is also a lot more to. Major World is by far the WORST dealership I have ever seen. They will lie to you from the time you walk in, until the time you leave. They will push for you to spend more money than you can afford. Please research the company prior to going and you will see that they are all con artists!!! They sell lemons and over price their vehicles. I can assure you that these are the secretaries writing these reviews, notice how they are all the same, nothing really specific. I repeat.... DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from them, you will regret it!!!!!

I went to Major World on a Saturday so it was pretty busy. I was there for several hours but that's the norm when you go to a dealership to get a car. I got what I wanted, yet the salesman sent me across the street to get insurance and the prices were rediculous! I was about to get my money back but the salesman put me on the phone with Geico and I got a way better deal without the high down payment. Makes me think why he didn't advise that first, you figure it out. So overall my payments aren't too bad for my credit, yet I will try to refinance maybe next year. There is a large selection of cars, I would just advise that you not rush into anything, take your time and bargain as much as you can. Lastly, don't go across the street for insurance

They game a price I thought was fair. However, I continued my search and went to a few other car dealerships. The condition of the car and the price they gave me was far more superior than the car condition and the price I was offered by all of the other places. So, I purchased my car from them. I had come on a Saturday, but unfortunately there was a problem with my bank so I had to return on Monday. Upon my return all my information was set up and processed awaiting my signature. My experience with Major world dates back with different people and the service wasn't that great! For me I felt lucky to get in and out! I purchased my 2010 3 years ago; a new battery was needed a month later, which they changed, after that, no problems with my vehicle. A friend of mine told me maybe it's time to upgrade, I must admit I was reluctant to do the upgrade; if it's not broken why fix it? I went along and did it anyway. I got to Major and Hugo was pleasant, he worked with me till the end; I purchased a Chrysler 200 2015 and went on my way. one day later the motherboard for the vehicle shut down in traffic, but the car was still operational. I went back to Major and they tried their best to get that motherboard back up; it failed and I was given another vehicle. I'm pleased with my interaction this time around.

I believe it was a great experience to purchase my vehicle at major world because the sales people there were very helpful to me in helping me to pick the car i was really looking for. They are very patient with their customers and they show you everywhere you want to look.

I had a great experience when I purchased my car on 05/30/15. My salesperson Nurik and Franco were extremely helpful and very direct and to the point!! My only complaint is the process of once youve bought the car and signed the paperwork to once you are driving off the lot. There was a huge lapse in time between the two. And it was very noticeable that the service department is extremely slow and couldnt be found to get the long line of cars to be washed and ready to go. But overall it was a great experience, Nurik, Franco and Talese were absolutely GREAT!!!!

I've seen a million Major World Ads and heard plenty commercials but never paid them any attention, then recently I started a new job and was in desperate need for a reliable car. I Google searched used cars and again their website came up. I gave it a shot, reviewed their inventory, and decided to go in. There were so many reps which was great because upon entering, we were automatically assisted, no wait. I gave him my price range and necessary car features and he showed us so many different options. By the time we were done looking, I had way more to choose from than expected. When it came time to work out the finances, I was a little nervous because I knew my credit sucked but they made it so comfortable and easy. They were able to find me a loaner that offered the best APR percentage and affordable monthly payments. I went into Major World with the mindset of leaving with something small and no newer than a 2010 but they completely exceeded my expectations! I left Major World beyond pleased with a very sexy 2013 Ford Fusion and even though it's only been a couple weeks, I love my car! I would refer anyone and everyone to go to Major World
