Was wanting to purchase my wife a new Explorer Sport for our anniversary. I live about 4 hours away from this dealer and another high volume Ford dealer close to this one. I contacted both of them about the same time and ended up getting a deal lined up with other dealer. I was contacted by MOG Ford salesman Goose and he all but begged me to come by so they could beat the other dealers deal. Since it was not to far out of the way I agreed. So we go by go through the test drive and them checking out our trade and everything. They came back with there offer and it was $3500 higher I politely refused and went in the little sales office to get my key from Goose. I was then asked by a man sitting behind a counter ( I later found his name and title Justin Carter sales manager) how the other dealer had gotten to that price I told him I didn't know that that was yalls job to work out the numbers but that's where I was headed. So I got my key and started walking off and that's when Justin told me "don't wreck". It took a minute to click what was just said to me but when it did I was infuriated and used some choice words. Me and my wife went to the receptionists desk and asked who his boss was and demanded to speak to him. So we wait around for a few minutes, I'm boiling at this point and John appears. So we talk to John about it who acts as if he really isn't concerned other than asking if he could look at the deal and he states that he would handle it. Needless to say we went to the other volume dealer just down the road and went with our original deal. So unless you like to be talked to very badly and wrecks wished upon you, oh and paying $3500 more do yourself a favor and drive 20 minutes down the road. Just Google High volume ford dealers in Georgia and you'll find them.

I wanted to write this review to recognize exceptional service. I have owned many cars in my life and I have received acceptable service from BMW, Ford, Audi, etc. I have owned my 2015 Mustang GT from Mall of GA Ford. I was pleased with my sales experience but I knew that service is a completely different section of the dealership, so I was a bit worried about what I might expect. I was introduced to my service advisor, Sterling Oliver back in June of 2015 and I have visited him ever since. These days nothing is simple, but Sterling and Mall of GA Ford makes this aspect of my life easy. I am a very high stress person about my car. I hear a lot of horror stories about dealership service but I have never seen that with this service center. Sterling not only makes it simple, it gets fixed and it gets fixed right the first time. He is the face of the service center so I must also thank those behind the scenes. The service techs, service managers, everyone is the process has earned my trust.I belong to a large Mustang car club and I often hear horror stories from other dealerships and people that have to take their car back 5 times to get an issue fixed, I consider myself thankful to be partnered with Mall of GA Ford and Sterling. I have come to consider this dealership like family and certainly consider Sterling to be a trusted member of my extended family! Kudos to Mall of GA Ford for hiring professionals and giving them the tools to be successful. To long to process purchase. Tried to sell me a type of financial service that was not needed. Did 10 inquiries on my credit score lowering my score for two years. Service facility is to cramped and far from the show room. The service facility has no area for consultations of needed service, everyone listens in to the needs repairs or recommended repairs.

We had 4 new tires put on and they match prices from their competitors. I did find them a few dollars cheaper so we got an even better deal! Don't know if you knew this but they do a basic wash, vacuuming and cleaning the windows for a great price and do a much better job than the car wash places!! My husband was very happy to have a clean car when I got home. It was a good experience and I was happy when I left. Thank you to Tony and Marilyn...

I had a great experience during the entire process. The only inconvenient part was having to listen to the finance person trying to convince me that it may be a good idea to purchase the extended warranty but that's not his fault. He is paid to raise the buyers outlay so I politely said no and he politely moved on.I think the price that I paid for the vehicle was very fair and am happy with the transaction.

First visit I take my truck in for service...strictly telling them to change one part in which they did not do and instead changed a completely different part costing even more money since I then had to go elsewhere to get the PROPER work done. Trip two...my fault for choosing them for convenience, ordered a part for my wife's car and told them I wouldn't be able to come pick it up until the following day. When I arrived to pick up the part I was informed it was returned back to the warehouse and I could come the back the next morning and pick it up. No thanks. I'll take my business elsewhere from now on.

Scratched the $#!* out of my 2007 Dark Emethyst Harley Davidson Edition Ford F-150. I just bought the truck and decided to bring it in immediately for a spark plug change and slip yoke service. Fixed one problem, caused another. Now I have a problem with hesitation that was not there when I brought it to the Ford Dealership where they have "Master Mechanics". I remember it was cold that day and the Mechanic I spoke with wore a blue jacket with a ZIPPER. I Know he may not have done it on purpose, but "Master Mechanic?" NO... Same story as almost every place you go to these days. They don't care about you or your vehicle. Just the money they make by scamming you cause you don't know without regard for any importance you may have for your own goddamn vehicle. Sad. Mall Of Ga. Ford Is Very Not Recommended.

We had a great experience from the very beginning. We went in Looking for a new F-150 truck, our salesperson Adam was very helpful and definitely got a good read on us that if he pressured at all we were out of there. He showed us a couple of different choices based on what we told him we were looking for and left it to us to make the decision overnight. These people are only out to get your money. They don't show you anything numbers wise and will do everything they can to scam every dollar out of you. Their used cars are crap. They sell high mileage vehicles that are filled with problems but priced as though they are perfect. I wouldn't recommend my worst enemy set foot on this lot after the way we have been treated. They don't even do everything they promise they are going to do repair wise because they won't repair a used vehicle when they get it in. Their used vehicles WILL cost you thousands of dollars to repair after you buy it because they are so filled with problems. Never will we buy a vehicle from these scam artists again.

The entire service department is fantastic; however, if you are lucky enough to have Marilyn Muir as your service representative then you will never stray. She is incredible. I went back to this delaership to buy another Ford Fusion from them. I drove the 2015 Fusion and asked them for an offer sheet. I was really dissapointed to see my 2011 Fusion that is valued at $8,300 minimum trade value on Kelly blue book was being offered at $7,000 for trade. They didnt realize I pulled up the price of the new car on thier website while I was waiting. ( Love my Iphone) They raised the price $4000 from the internet price. The price out he door came out at $21,700 on the first sheet. I called them out on it then it dropped to $17,000 something, I was ready to leave then finally they were drastically going to drop the price for me to $16,500, How nice, That was the internet price of the vehicle plus the correct trade in value for my car. They would have taken advantage of me if I didnt do my homework. I am buying a Mazda 6 today. If they tried this on a return customer what would they try to do to you? . Hopefully I am preventing this from happening to you.

By the time we made it here, we were getting burnt out on car shopping due to a few less than pleasant experiences with other dealerships. We weren't planning on buying a Ford, but salesperson Nick Scofield was very helpful in finding low mileage SUVs in our price range. The sales process was simpler here and we ended up buying a low mileage 2010 Ford Edge after being able to drive it home on an "extended test drive." Overall, a good experience and a good alternative to the high pressure tactics we'd already dealt with. Nick was helpful and cooperative and I would consider buying from this dealership again.

I've had three visits to this Ford Dealership Service Department. Issues that I thought they might look at me as if I was crazy...explaining squeaks or wind noise, etc. To my surprise they took me serious and found the issue the first time. I've dealt with Sterling each time and he exemplifies customer service and politeness. So often service departments can ruin a great dealership experience but that isn't the case at MALL OF GA FORD. I'm high stress when it comes to my car, so if they can please me, they can please anyone!

At first I was very pleased. The sales team was helpful and enthusiastic about when it came time for me to purchase a car. They even upsold me on extras. Six months goes by, I have a simple question and no a sole at this dealership would help me. I left multiple messages for multiple employees. After three or four weeks, I finally got an employee to speak with me only. I asked about why no one would call me back, to a response of you were a customer 6 months ago and we have new customers. Get's better, all the upsells (to the tune of 3K) the extended warranties, care packages, dint and ding packages were all for nothing. I specifically asked a handful of question upon purchasing them to see if that particular scenario would be covered, the sales person and the finance manager 100% ensured me they were... only to find out they were not. Their explanation was, I should have read the fine print and not listened to what came out of their mouth. I would have been a repeat customer...

I wanted to buy a 2015 Mustang GT. It wasn't a question of IF but a question of WHERE. I sent out emails expressing this desire along with my trade In details and car preferences. Told everyone not to call me as I wanted to do business at first over email. Only 3 dealers contacted me. One gave me a great price but wanted me to order a mustang. Mall of GA Ford via Adrian their Internet Sales guy started looking for a Mustang that fit my preferences. He found it In Columbus, GA...my exact dream car. I told him what the other dealer quoted me without any effort and he beat it. He gave me an out the door price, tax tag title everything. Keep in mind I never met the guy...he hadn't seen my trade, etc. There was still plenty of chance for things to go wrong....but they didn't! It took me about 30 minutes to complete the sale and paperwork. Sure the finance guy tried to sell me some things and I had to work on the interest rate, but nothing that made me upset. By the next day my Mustang GT was waiting for me at my dealer! Now that could be the end of the story, but I found some body panel alignment issues and a small ding from the manufacturer. I showed up all ready to fight, but after speaking with Stacy Kelley the Sales Manager, he rounded up a team of people to work on the issues. Keep in mind this is a MONTH after I took delivery. The service department and the entire body shop crew from the manager to the paint and body guys came and all worked on my car. The end result is it looks better than any car on the lot. 2015 Mustangs have body alignment issues folks..expect it! Buy from a dealer like Mall Of GA Ford because they stand behind their sale with some of the best service folks I've ever encountered. Oh and my dent was popped out without drilling or painting. It looks perfect. Gotta give these folks a hand. Especially the body shop manager, sales manager and Adrian my sales person. Car sales is meant to be this easy. Not sure why more places don't pay attention to how people want to be treated

He came in on his day off and had to change paperwork because we found a different vehicle we wanted and done it in a timely manner. I researched the car I wanted for one year and finally decided on the Ford Fusion Hybrid. When I checked all the dealers in my area none had one in stock. One offered to order one for me but the price seemed unreasonable.I finally found The Mall of Georgia Ford. Went there and they had a wide selection of this car with all three package levels. The salesman who helped me was incredibly knowledgeable about cars and showed me each of the three types, with the features on each one, and was able to discuss the advantages and disadvantages of each. I made my selection and then we had to negotiate the price. After a time of bargaining I finally got exactly the model I wanted at the price and for the financing I wanted. I was pleased. But once I had purchased the car, the salesman then joined me in it a spent time teaching my how a hybrid worked and how to work all the features of it. I have never had this kind of service anywhere I have purchased a car for the last 40 years. If you want a variety of selections, good sales service, good prices, etc., you should go here!

Sales process was a nightmare. I was in this dealership for an hour and a half telling the car salesman how much I didn't care about his stories or wanting to be friends. I came to the dealership to buy a car and instead I got someone who wanted to know everything about my life and why I was not buying the car at that moment. The famous line that every buyer hates was asked multiple times. "If I can make you a promising deal do you think that we can earn your business tonight?" Stay away from this dealer and go find yourself a peaceful and a less ignorant salesman that wants to do business instead of being your friend.

I would like to give a shout out to Marilyn Muir and the service team concerning a warranty repair I had on my F-150. This is the first Ford I have owned in many years and I unfortunately had an issue with one of the retractable running boards. Marilyn was my service advisor and they quickly diagnosed the motor was bad so they ordered a new one and by the luck of the draw, that one had some issues as well. They once again got right on it, expedited a motor in and they installed it and it is working great. Service after the sale is why I do business with a specific dealership and this was a very good experience dealing with a warranty issue. Thanks to a great team.

Salesman (Sam Hendrix) was either misinformed or deceitful. He told me I would receive $6,000 in rebates if I used Ford Credit but I would get AT LEAST $5,000 if I went with the 0% option. After qualifying for 0% and getting to the last page of the sales agreement, it turns out only $4,500 in rebates were given. Sam Hendrix was dishonest about the rebate system, made promises that the finance manager did not know about and when it came down to it, they got me for an extra $500. I should have walked, but after investing 4 hours of my life, I really did not want to go through it all again somewhere else. Salesman chalked it up to "miscommunication" when he was confronted in front of the Finance Manager. Sales Manager offered me 3 free oil changes, but could not give me anything in writing, I would just need to text him. I texted him "thank you for the free oil changes" at which point he told me they were conditional on me saying I was "extremely satisfied" on Ford's survey of my salesman because he "would lose his monthly commission". Have you thought about shopping at Mall of Georgia Ford lately? Think again. They got me, they won, I hope the $500 was worth it because they will not have a repeat customer. Be forewarned, use them at your own risk.I could give a much more detailed description, but you and I both know you don't want to read it, just be careful, get it in writing before you go back to finance guy. Lesson learned, a $500 lesson.

I contacted the dealership about the last 2013 Festive they had in stock. I was contacted by Andrew Benard. He followed all my requests to the word and was extremely helpful. I have dealt with lots of salespeople and dealerships in the past 25 years, but very few have been as pleasurable to deal with as Andrew and Mall of Georgia Ford. They worked a tremendous deal for me and got me the new Festiva that I wanted. I was very busy and Andrew even delivered the vehicle to my almost 50 miles away! Shopping for a Ford 150, and had a few minutes on Sunday 2/9 to look at a King Ranch at the Mall of GA Ford had on their WEB Site. The Salesman was very helpful but we explained that we had little time due to an obligation with our son. After a brief test drive the salesman had Gene Diehm come talk to us. We explained that we had little time but were ready to get specific details on the truck they had for sale. He basically informed us that if we could not purchase the truck right then, then we should go elsewhere. We explained that 1) We needed an exact payoff amount from my wife's credit union on the trade in and 2) I would need to transfer money for the purchase and could not do these until Monday. He stated that the truck would sell that day and we were not ready to make a purchase. If he was more willing to discuss options, we would have made a deposit or put down good faith money but needed detailed info to discuss with our credit union. My wife has stated " If they were giving the truck away, she would not deal with him". We both have purchased many vehicles over the years, and I have never experienced being dismissed like this. Gene is some kind of Training Manager, WOW, GOD help Mall of GA Ford if this is how they train their staff!

OMG! Where do I start! 1. The sales Dept. tried to exhort $500.00 out of my wife and I after the sale was completed!2. I took my car in today to have a SkyLink (a GPS based anti-thief system) installed and have the Zaktek paint protection applied. My car was returned with half the application still on the car and wet! You would think that if someone is going to apply a sealant the the car would be washed and dried properly before the Zaktek would be applied. 3. If that wasn't enough the car was returned to me with a scratch that wasn't there before prior to being serviced. When I complained to the service Manager Jason Oglesby he proceeded to tell me that wasn't a "Service Problem" but a sales issue. I requested to speak with the Sales Manager Scott Patterson. When he finally decided to show up. and I pointed out to him the defects he said to me "That is Karma when you pay me the $500.00. I'll fix the scratch" and rudely walked away! I have filed a complaint with Ford's Customer Relationship Dept. and they are launching an investigation. I will gladly submit for scrutiny my contract and ask anyone to show me where I owe them $500.00. The BBB is my next stop followed by FB and anywhere else the public can read this!

This goes back to the very first time we received service from Mall of Georgia Ford. Every 5000 miles without fail we drove from the west side of Cumming to MOGF for service. This is where we bought the car so it made sense to us to handle it this way. At 32000 (back in October) I was forced to put new tires on my car because of a huge amount of wear on my front passenger tire. The driver side had some wear but the 2 back tires looked to have the same amount of tread dept as a new tire. Now understand this, we as a part of service always paid for Ford's "The Works" package which included the oil change and tires being rotated as well as a variety of other checks and balances. I had just had the car in at 30000 miles in September for my regular stuff and the tires were supposed to be rotated then. After each visit we receive a vehicle health report that evaluates the tires and the report from just 2000 miles earlier was marked green (meaning there was little to no wear and the tires were perfectly fine). While parked in our driveway my husband noticed that the CENTER of my tire on the front passenger side had the steel belt showing through. He checked all the pothers and the two back had little wear and the driver side tire did have some wear but no steel showing. He called the dealership the very next weekday and we were told to get it to a dealership close to home so we could have it looked at. I took it to Billy Howell Ford in Cumming which is closest to my home. They would not even touch it . We were told it was unsafe to drive and we needed to have it towed to MOGF since they had all the records on the tires. So that is what we did. The next day we received a call from Tony to tell us that the front end is out of alignment and this is what happens when you buy a car with Perelli tires on it. Tony even went on to tell my husband that Perelli tires are not worth the rubber they are made of' yet this is the tire Ford puts on the cars. Basically, It was our problem (even calling customer service at Ford corporate they held the same stance)and they would do nothing but offered us to buy a new set of tires on a Ford Credit card with some special financing offer. We told them in no uncertain terms that this was crazy and we would take it somewhere else for a second opinion. Here is what we found from the certified tire dealership and manager: - Front end not out of alignment - Tires had never been rotated at the dealership- this is why the back ones were PERFECT - The reason the front passenger tire was so worn was because it is where the front wheel drive train is located -That we should have had closer to 45k miles out of those tires if they had been rotated like we had paid for - Tires on cars out of alignment do not wear down the center, they wear on the edges. Mine was completely worn and steel showing down the middle. If I had not turned into my driveway and been sitting at that angel that day we would never have realized the issue until it was possibly too late. I drive my children around in the car and I would hate to think if we had had a blow-out what could have happened. Buyers and Ford owners beware....

Stay away. This is the worst dealership i have ever dealt with. The pre owned sales director (Charles Aycock) is nothing but a cheat and a liar. and the salesman (Martin Williams) like a good little soldier fell into lockstep and started slinging the lies also. I cannot believe the ownership is ok with the way they treat customers. They care nothing about customer service. Ford motor co. also seems to care nothing about resolving any problems. I have owned fords since 86 And this will be the last one i will ever buy, Thanks to the way this dealer treats you. BEWARE. STAY AWAY!!!

I finally got my wife talked into buying a Ford. I bought and paid for my truck from this same dealership so I fugured to go back. Oh how things change!! We had our 3 year old with us(she comes into play later). She was looking at an Explorer 2014. She liked the car but when it came to negotiating the deal things went south FAST. I told the sales person what we wanted to do. I didn't like their first offer so after being there for 2 hours I told him to bring his best offer and we can either agree or wait. While he was out my son called so I was on the phone with him when the sales person came back. He was showing my wife the offer and I overheard. At this point I was done with the games so I stood up and said no way and that we were leaving. He then said "Well you could at least show me some respect and get off the phone". I turned to him and pointed and said "Don't ever talk to me like that again". He responded back with "Don't Point at me". I said this deal is over and he said "Good get out of here" then he came back and said "Don't forget your kid".....Nice!! While i waited for wife to get our daughter I asked the front desk who was the manager on duty however we decided to leave. After we left I got a call from the manager who seemed to not care at all about the situation. He gave me a half hearted apology....This is how they treat repeat customer??? Needless to say we will not be back....I CAUTION ALL THAT DO!! By the way the sales persons name was Jeff.....

I brought my F150 here for service. I had taken it to another Ford dealer who couldn't fix my problem, so I decided to give Mall of Georgia Ford a shot at it. Well, let me tell you... They were amazing! I first spoke to John Shaffer (my service advisor) who was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. As I was explaining, his boss, Bill, heard my issue and stopped to take a minute to identify the specific problem and how to fix it. They got my truck into service quickly and John kept me informed of the progress along the way so I wasn't wondering when I'd get my truck back as I had to go out of town the next day. I was really surprised when John called at 2:30 and told me my truck was ready!! I asked him if he could get the oil changed, too, as I was traveling some distance and figured I might as well do it before the trip rather than after. He said "Sure, no problem", and explained the process and offered me a special additive made by Zack (I think that's what it's called) which would help extend the engine life of my F150, and I said yes, as I love the truck and intend on keeping it for a long time. The truck has been running awesome since they fixed it, and I am almost ready to change the oil again. This is the first time that I have ever felt the desire to return to a specific dealership because of their superior service. John was really exceptional. I have never had someone who was so "on it", and I've been to many different dealerships in my travels. Given the experience I had at Mall of Georgia Ford with John, and Bill, I will definitely be coming back and recommending them to my friends!

Ford had sent me a recall notice on a part that needed replacing in my B pillar and another about my powertrain recalibration that needed to be done. Experienced car buyer who has been exposed to the good, bad and the ugly of car buying experiences over 45 years of doing it. With the advent of the internet, on-line vehicle pricing, rating and reviews and the amount of information that is out there for a prepared consumer, dealerships that are thriving have adapted to this reality. MOGF is such a dealership.Owner/Management's strong orientation toward customer service is evident in every aspect of the sale experience that I enjoyed. I had done on line research and arrived with the inventory IDs of the vehicle I was interested in - a Ford Escape for my wife. While Ford's business model involves too many overlapping options and trim choices thus making it difficult to understand and find cars equipped the way you want them and priced accordingly, Mike Dodson, my sales professional, demystified that .....he ought to move up to corporate management at Ford so he can straighten that crowd's business model out. Hyundai, for example, that makes the competing Tucson, has two trim levels in that model with less than 5 options in each of them. It's simple. It's one of the reasons, besides the high quality product, that has given them solid market share in the US car industry.Within a short time, Mike narrowed down what vehicles met my requirements both on his property and at other dealers in the South East. Clearly, you are going to get a better deal buying a car that is on the lot of the dealer you are visiting. Mike didn't try to force that issue, he instead, gave me the choices and I decided. One of the benefits of dealing with MOGF is that they have the biggest inventory of cars and sell more of them than any Ford dealer in the SE region within which MOGF is included. We negotiated the discount on the vehicle, Manufacturer's incentives and the amount given on my trade separately and the numbers I dealt with in the negotiating process were crystal clear. There were no attempts to hide costs.I received pricing on two vehicles simultaneously. The costs were broken down clearly on the offer sheets. Both offers were fair just slightly higher on the vehicle and lower on the trade than I had calculated it should be but, definitely ball park. I gave a counter offer and it was accepted. This entire process took about 45 minutes, this because I was prepared and Mike and I and his managers worked as a team. However, I never dealt with anyone but Mike in arriving at a selling price for the Escape and a trade value for my Wife's Mustang. This, to me, is a big deal. There is nothing worse than sitting in the show room while you are faced with dealing with a salesman, a closer and, finally, some high level management level type who has no interest in the sale other than protecting the dealer owner's profit. Good job, Mike and the floor sales management team. Once we had agreed upon what was coming out of my pocket, I was introduced to, Roger Luker. His job was to get through all the paperwork associated with warranties, titles, licensing, registration, insurance and financing. Those of you who have bought cars in the past know this is complicated. Roger took me through it in well under an hour. Roger knows his business and presents it clearly and without confusion. If you come to a place where you are uncertain, he'll slow down and thoroughly explain. Good job, Roger.Finally, I was introduced to Lavonne McIntosh and Maya Jackson, the Blue Oval reps, whose job it is to give you your keys, the manuals and explain a few things about the state registration and license plate process. My wife and I also got a pair of MOGF hats.This took just a few minutes mainly because these girls were so well trained and prepared to do their jobs. Good job to them and to those in management who train them.Finally, I was turned back over to Mike who took my wife and I to the readied Ford Escape which, by the way, had been detailed, filled up with gas and parked in the Blue Oval Area where new owners take possession of their new cars. Mike sat with Ann in the front seats and he explained the intricacies of Ford Sync as well as explaining basic functions of the driver controls. We were done in about the shortest time I have ever made a new car purchase.A couple of things worth noting about the process: After I had identified my vehicle choices among the many SUVs out there, the process of shopping for a car took a total of three days during which time I was also looking at the Hyundai Santa Fe (more comparable to the Ford Edge) and the Tucson. I was in contact with Mike on a daily basis by phone as we worked through the complex maze of how Ford (not MOGF) packages its cars and distributes them. Once I decided on the Escape and the day of the sale, we had jointly narrowed my choices of Escapes down to two vehicles. Upon entering the final stages of the sale, the entire process took about 4 hours. I'd say that's 2 hours better than the average for closing a car deal once a decision to purchase has been made.All-in all, a great experience. I felt like a got a good deal, a great car and was treated/dealt with how I wanted to be treated and dealt with. I give a lot of credit for that to Mike Dodson in particular and the sales team behind the scenes I really never met for figuring out I didn't want the prototypical car buying drama with musical salesmen and business managers. The process that MOGF owner's/management has in place reflects a good appreciation for the sophistication of most new car buyers these days. This ain't' your grandmother's car buying and selling world any longer. Hat's off to MOGF for understanding that and making it a reality in the lot and on the show-room floor.

There has to be a more efficient way to run a service department. I purchased a new 2013 Explorer in Feburary. On March 6th my husband took the car in to the service department because the 2nd row air bag seatbelt was broken. The service advisor had to order the part, and we had to come back another day to have the seat belt fixed. My husband returned on March 13th and waited an hour and 1/2 for the seat belt to be replaced. On July 22nd I called the service department to let the advisor who took care of the seat belt in March know that it was broken once again. His name was Rick Gerace, and I was told he no longer worked at Mall of Georgia Ford. I spoke with John Shaffer. I explained my situation and wanted him to order the part so I wouldn't have to bring the car in two times. He informed me that I still needed to bring the car in. He said they weren't too busy and that it would take about an hour and a half. I arrived at 9:30 with my 4yr old twins. Two hours later after John checked in with the "technician" they confirmed that the seat belt was broken. He said he would order the part and it would be in in a 2-3 days. My children were ready to go, but I felt that it was unreasonable to have to wait 2 hours for someone to tell me that my seat belt was broken once again. I was also concerned about the safety of my kids. This seatbelt was broken 2 times already. Now one of my twins hadto sit in the third row seat. Were there any other issues with the airbag seat belts in other Explorers? All of these thoughts ran through my head as I was driving home. I called John to express my concerns and left a message. I also asked the operator if I could speak to th manager. I left messages on both voice mails. I did not hear back.On July 24th I still had not heard from the service manager or John. I called to see if the part came in and to express my concerns. John said the part had not come in but he would get Back to me if it came in the afternoon. In response to my safety concern about the seat belt , he said once it is fixed it will be safe. He was not sure about getting different kind of seatbelt put in but I could ask the manager. Once again, I left a message for the service manager and did not receive a call. Later that day, John called and spoke with my husband. They set it up so I would drop the car off Thursday night and it would be done Friday morning. They also scheduled a routine oil change. Friday, July 26th at around 2:00 John left a voice mail that my car was ready. I arrived at the dealership around 5 to pick up my car. I waited in line at the check out only to be told my paper work is not ready. The lady at the check out called John he didn't Have a clue who I was. I told him my name and he gathered the paper work. I then expressed that didn't understand how it took from 7 in the morning until 2:00 to replace a seatbelt and do an oil change. I also explained that I didn't understand why it took 2 hours for a "technician" to tell me my seatbelt was broken for a second time. He then took me to the service manager. Mr. Avery the service manager was completely unhelpful. When I expressesed my concerns these were the responses I received. "You could have waited 5 hours..." You made an appointment with the service advisor he doesn't know how long the tecnicians will take..." " I've run several dealerships and they all run this way..." "Look here with your mpp plan you could have gotten a rental... " " I see 150 customers a day...." "I only repair the cars..." The message I received from Mr. Avery is that he really doesn't care.A seatbelt should not break twice in a brand new car. It should not take two hours to diagnose a broken seatbelt. It should not take 7 hours to repair a seatbelt and compete an oil change. A service manager should treat a customer with respect. There needs to be more communication between service advisors and tecnicians. I notice a lot of positive comments in the sales dept, but the service dept needs some work

I started my hunt on a Ford Explorer 13 - XLT about 3-4 months prior to my purchase a couple of months back. We live in Columbus, GA and I probably spoke with over 10 different Ford Dealerships in and around Columbus, GA/ Phenix City & Opelika AL, Manchester GA, ATL surroundings etc. and even visited a few. I have to say that the initial over all shopping experience was way too overwhelming and frustrating at times. Until I got in touch with Andrew Bernard at Mall of GA Ford, he was absolutely humble, no pressure, no gimmicks kinda person to deal with. I started off with the specs on the vehicle that were absolute must for me and my preferences and finally the price. At each and every point he listened and did his best to locate and came through with, what I wanted and not what he wanted to sell me.As far as the price point of the vehicle, I totally understand that no dealership is going to sell a car at a loss. After all, we all have to make money on transactions and services rendered. BUT I can most definitely say that my final price of the vehicle with the options I wanted, was MOST competitive than the rest. Even better than the dealer from whom I had purchased two Ford vehicles, in the past 5 years considering they would give me a better price as a returning customer. Even the Finance guy, Kenny Jordan was a great person to work with at the end of the day and he laid out all the additional service plans, etc and without being pushy at all. It was entirely up to me, on what I wanted and what I didn't . The staff is incompetent. The only competent person I dealt with in the sales process was a finance person named Demetrius--who was let go probably because he stood up for a customer who was getting the runaround. Left messages for general manager and his assistant and STILL have never received call back....after 2 plus weeks. Took my car in for warranty repair and the service department gave me the run around as well. These people are incompetent. Very disorganized and misleading in every conversation. While getting my warranty repair, I was pushed to the front of the line and then heard service advisors saying "this is bull"$&*" about me getting service first. Wow- how unprofessional. The service advisor tried to make me feel like he did me a favor when he's really doing his JOB. He told me he did it for me and that his coworkers were mad at him. I don't care! Then... to take it in again when I had an appointment for the repairs to be done- they hadn't ordered the part they needed...but they're doing me a "favor" once again. The service manager was condescending , argued, and interrupted me when I spoke. It wouldn't be surprising if this dealership went under because every step of the way---it has been headache after headache. Wishing I had bought my car elsewhere! I'm sure any response to this will be as argumentative as every other conversation I've had with every other associate.

Buyer beware. These guys use tactics from the old days that gave car dealerships bad names. I have bought over 1000 cars in my lifetime...a car enthusiast at best, and I will tell you these guys are only thinking about themselves and nothing else. Customer service is the worst and the salesman and finance mangers will tell you anything to sell you a car. There are too many other dealership around. They will tell you that they only get a salary not a commission.......not sure if they should pay by commission, they might get better help. I have bought over $300,000 worth of cars from this dealership over the past 10 years and last week will be my last. Whoever is running this dealership needs to go! Please do not waste your time and money here!!

They delivered a new 2013 Raptor to my wife and I on a Sunday afternoon, only to turn around and tell me on Wednesday we needed to put more money down to get the loan approved. After driving back to the dealership for the 2nd time and agreeing to pay the extra down payment, they decided or told me the bank retracted the approval. I have bought over a 1000 cars in my lifetime, and 3 from this dealership under the old management company. These guys are crooks! Beware and avoid them at all cost. They assured me that the deal was final and approved on Sunday. So we were driving our new vehicle for 3 days only to be told they needed more money. What really happened is that they approved a deal that was not netting them the maximum amount they could sell that new Raptor for.

I have to say that the salesman, Tonna Branham, was very helpful and very nice. The trouble did not start until after I purchased the Ford Transit. My husband has ALS and we needed a van to transport him to his Dr.'s. He is also a disable veteran. We were granted a van grant from the VA to help with transportation. We picked out our Transit. Keep in mind that everyone knew this was a grant from the VA and the payment was coming from the government. Although I still traded in my car and wrote the dealership a check for $2748.51. This happened on April 5, 2013. After 2 weeks I started getting phone calls wanting to know where the money was. The phone calls were very rude in nature. My husband and I had never been through this process and did not know how it all worked. I would in turn call the VA and even had an investigation into where the paperwork was. At about 45 days I was called by the dealership and was told I had to bring the Transit back that day. They no longer had my car and they would keep my money. Once again I called the VA and found out that the Mall of Georgia had their money and they needed to check. This whole process was very stressful because of all the nasty phone calls. Our life is already stressful because of my husbands disease. I would recommend that the Mall Of Georgia Ford never help a Disable Veteran again that has been given a Van Grant. Update on our situation: We traded in the Transit for a Dodge at Mobility Works and we loved our experience and our new Dodge. Mobility Works are Angels !

I write this review in hopes to express how shocked and displeased I am with Buford Mall of Georgia Ford. Being a 24 year old female, I know to be cautious of the overly pushy sales people/mechanics... but I would have never imagined that a service department, of a dealership this size, would tell me multiple lies and try to cost me $1500 more, than what I actually needed to spend. Last week, April 2013, I went in to have routine maintenance done on my truck. I wasnt hearing any strange noises but just figured it was time that my brake-pads should be replaced. -30 minutes after them looking at my truck, a representative was explaining to me that I had completely destroyed my brake-pads AND rotors. -Because I went in for routine maintenance and take great care of my vehicle, I thought it was strange that my brakes were that bad. After questioning the technician, and being given a $1700 invoice that was written *on a post-it-sticky-note*- I decided to get my vehicle straight home, the rep warned me that it would be dangerous to leave the dealership. I was also told, before I left, if I would let them use generic parts, the cost could be dropped to ~$1300. Still, I made the decision to drive my truck straight home and get another mechanic to come out to my house and give me a second opinion. The next day when a different mechanic came out, he pulled all four wheels and tires (according to him Ford had bolted the wheels back WAY too tight) and told me that it was near time to change the brake-pads but they were not even all the way worn. He assured me that NO damage was done to the rotors and the routine maintenance I was initially hoping to have done, was all I needed. I hope that Fords attempt to SCAM me out of $1400 and my detailed review of the situation, will discourage anyone from going there and letting them have a field-day with your wallet and hard earned money.

Our salesmen went out of the way to show the vehicle we were looking for. Actually taking the time to get the truck out in the lot where we could look at it, explaining all the features of the truck. Taking us for a ride that was long enough to get the feel of the different features. His explanations were direct and accurate. We had done a lot of review and have owned numerous trucks. Old timers like us need a little extra time with all the new technology. We were extremely pleased with the professional attitude of the salesmen and especially not feeling pushed into a deal at the immediate time. After a few days we returned to be given an excellent trade in value on our like new vehicle. Len Allen met us in the yard at our first visit, we told him the vehicle that we were looking for, walking through the lot he explained the difference in several vehicles. We were looking for four wheel drive. After looking at several parked trucks, Len got one out and setting in the truck we went through the features that were important to us. Len was very professional and not a pushy salesmen. We had been to two other dealers looking at the same vehicle but after coming home and really deciding if we wanted to trade our Rubicon in we were sure that Len would get us the best deal on the trade. Back the next few days we were pleased with the trade price and with the truck Len was able to get off the other lot to satisfy us with color and all other features. The office staff got right on all the paper work and since my husband is not a very patient man Len kept right on the deal as to get us out as quickly as possible. The fiance staff were equally as caring. Overall they we all "GREAT". Couldn't have gone better.

Everyone at the dealership that we have worked with are great. Also they all where ver professional. John Pohl stayed late to accomodate meeting my wife in helping us to pick out a new Escape for her. He went above and beyond all our expectations. in helping put her in the right car with everything she wanted on the vehicle. John help us in disposing of her old car which was 12 years old and had almost 200,000 miles on it. Because of the realibilty of her old Escape she jsut had to have a new one. John help my wife become familar with all the new items on the car that she was not use to and even had her come back the next day after she had time to experience it realizing that she would probably have question that would come up overnight that she had. I know when I get ready ot buy another vehicle I will definitely go to Mall of Georgia Ford to make that purchase. Also I would like to praise Rick in the service department when we brought my wife's car in for service. The repairs it needed where very expensive and he told us we would be better off finanically to buy a new or used car. I have been workign on my F-150 in the last month or so and he has been very professional in my dealings with him. I feel like I can trust Rick on anything he says about my vehicle needs. This is something that is real rare these days out of a service department or their personal. This is the first repairs I have had done to my F-150 outside of normal maintenance and I have 140,000 miles on the truck. I trust Rick so much now I will be returning for all service on my truck even just oil changes.

Every person we came in contact with where very freindly. When we took my wife's car in for service we found a valve had gone bad. With the age of the vehicle we figured that instead of putting money into a vehicle that was 12 years old and had close to 200,000 miles on it we would be better off buying a new car. John Pohl went above all our expectations working with us. He took the car in instead of us having to try and dispose of it. John worked with my wife picking out the Escape she wanted. He stayed as late as we needed to make the decision on which way we wanted to go to get my wife in a new car. One reason he had to stay so late is my wife had so many question on the operations of some of the new addtions that the new cars have now versus what she was use to. John even made himself available to her the next day for any questions she had on the car that came up overnight. I know when I get ready to trade my F-150 in I will definitely buy from Mall of Georgia Ford and come see John again.In the service department I have had several dealing with Rick and he has been very professional with his dealings with me. He help us in making the decision that financially it would be better to purchase a new car instead of fixing my wife's 12 year old vehicle. Also he has worked with me on my F-150 a few times in the last month. This is the first work I have had done on my F-150 outside of regular maintenance and I have 140,000 miles on that vehicle. I feel I can trust Rick in what he tells us as he has been nothing but honest with us in telling me what he tihinks which is rare these days.

My wife and I visited the Pre-owned department of this dealership looking for a vehicle that would fit our family of four. We had not made up our mind on a specific model, but had three specific vehicles we wanted to see. We explained to the sales person that we only had 1 hour and were just interested in seeing the passenger space of each vehicle. First, instead of asking which vehicles we wanted to see, this sales person wanted to go inside and talk. Once inside he asked us a few friendly questions and then asked which vehicles we wanted to see. He wrote the vehicles down and then asked if we would be trading anything. We answered and then he asked how much we were hoping to get from our trade. This is where the visit turned bad for us. I explained again that we only had 1 hour to see the three vehicles and until we had actually chosen a vehicle to purchase there was no reason to talk value of a trade in. The sales person continued to push this issue explaining he was saving me time in the long run. I explained again that we just wanted to compare the three vehicles so we could see which one would fit our family. At the point, the sales person said, "Have you ever sold a vehicle before? I don't tell you how to do your job." As I sat there contemplating leaving he then asks, "Are you upset?" I responded, "Yes, and if you are not going to show us the three vehicles we want to see we will leave." The sales person responded that he did not work on commission and it didn't matter to him and he got up and walked away. A second sales person came, got keys for the three vehicles, and showed them to us. HAPPILY PURCHASED 2013 FORD F-150 SUPERCREW FX4 AND 2013 FORD EDGE!I have been in discussion with Dale Lawrence at MOGF and in search for a Ford F-150 for a while. I am very picky about my vehicles and i knew exactly what I wanted. I have attempted to trade/purchase with other Ford Dealers that are closer to my hometown. Those dealers wanted to offer me a low trade-in price and not discount the new vehicle enough to satisfy me.The week of 01/07/13, I noticed on the MOGF website that they had (2) Ford F-150's, Supercrew FX4 that I was interested in. I had phone conversations and exchanged e-mails with Dale Lawrence over the week. I completed the online credit application and we were approved to buy anything that we wanted. On 01/12/13, my wife and I drove 70 miles to purchase our new 2013 Ford F-150 FX4. I really expected to be treated like the other dealerships of being offered a low price on trade and no discount on the new vehicle but I was very surprised. While we were there for this purchase, my wife looked at the new Ford Fusion and Ford Edge. Long story short, we went back 7 days later 01/19/13 and traded in another vehicle and purchased a 2013 Ford Edge. So far, we love our new 2013 Ford F-150 Supercrew FX4 and new 2013 Ford Edge. We traded in 2011 Toyota Tundra and 2011 Toyota Camry. We ask that you give MOGF an oppurtunity to sale you a vehicle. We were/are completly satisfied with the entire process of purchasing 2 new vehicles from them. Dale Lawrence, Kevin McBride and Kenny Jordan (Finance) were great to do business with and complete the entire process. MOGF has alot of inventory to choose from compared to other dealers as well.

I just bought a 2013 Ford Fusion from this dealership... I was at the dealership for over 5 hours. When we did the walk thru of the vehicle there were several scratches on the car and I pointed them out to my sales person, Peter. He then turned around and called Kevin McBride the manager and Kevin said for me to bring back the car and he would fix the scratches. After driving off the lot.... Ford, Kevin the manager is now refusing to fix the scratches. No one at this Ford Dealership will help me in anyway. If I was you... I would NOT purchase a vehicle here. They are rude, and their customer service is horrible!

Andrew and Brett gave me follow up calls/emails. Shelby addressed one small issue with the tail lights. I have had my truck for just over two weeks now and have been extremely pleased. ADRIAN was the salesperson I dealt with. He was extremely friendly (reminded me of my nephew), patient, knowledgeable, kind, did not go "overboard", explained what we were buying, told us about the discounts and price. He was not pushy. You are blessed to have this young man. KENNY did the paperwork as far as financing and I thought did a very thorough job of giving us a good mortgage rate. He was also patient, kind, helpful, and I must not forget friendly, and I feel he found us a good rate. He knows his job and can turn out the work and not waste time, this was in addition to listening to my husband. I cannot remember her name, but I am assuming it was ALLISON who gave us the keys and explained the title procedure, etc. She was right up there with Adrian and Kenny. She,too, knows her job and was as helpful, friendly, patient, kind as could be. Then there was DALE, who I am sure has the patience of Job, as all the interior workings of the car were foreign to me. I am still working on learning how to operate lots. Dale is patient, helpful, kind. friendly,and knowledgeable. Of course, I cannot say enought about these four people. They are the best and I am sure you are proud to have them on your team. I had actually hated to go out looking for a new car (my Mercury was 15 years old, but in excellent condition and I never had a problem with it) but this turned out to be a pleasant perience. Also, I felt I got a good deal. In addition to all their help, I know they stayed and worked at least 2 hours after closing. Thank your for allowing us to come up.

I was exremely satisfied with all the services Andrew gave me. The price was the best I could find anywhere, and we negotiated the price over the phone before I drove the seventy miles down to the dealership. I have a Ford dealer in town, and they thought I was kidding when I told them what I was paying and what I got. My only probem was that the car was not at the dealership and from the time I got there until I left it was almost seven hours. The manager was kind enough to treat me to dinner and an employee drove me to Hertz to return my rental car. I appreciated both of these acts of kindness. The car arrived just as ordered and I started my journey home in my BRAND NEW FORD EDGE. Love it!!!

I met Len Allen at the Mall of GA Ford dealership to test drive a Ford Focus. I was seriously considering the Focus, Cruze, Civiv, Mazda3, Elantra or Corolla. Within a few weeks, I had narrowed my search to the Ford Focus because I liked the Focus better than the others in most every area. I visited several Ford Dealerships in the North Metro area of Atlanta and in Charleston, SC. I enjoyed working with Len more than any of them. He listened to what I wanted, wasnt defensive when I talked about the competition, answered my questions honestly and was friendly throughout the entire process.When it came time to discuss the price seriously the entire team at Ford helped. Dale Lawrence worked with one day when Len was off. I have never enjoyed buying a car and going through the song and dance routine of price negotiation. At the same time I always push hard to get the best price. This experience was the best car buying experience I have had. (This is the eleventh vehicle I have bought for me or my family over the years)The worst part of most car deals is the finance office. Roger was excellent. He was knowledgeable, fast, effecient, polite and did not push unwanted or unneeded products. He simply told me what was available. Delivery was quick. Explaining the technology was good. There is so much to learn, that you need the basics first and then as you drive it is easier to learn more of what the vehicle tech can do for you.I have already recommended the dealer, salesman (Len Allen) and Finance (Roger) to a friend who has contacted the dealer already. I've N/A'd the price. I used x-plan so I cannot comment on the haggling process. I can say that this is not a high pressure sales dealership. They don't give you the hard sell, if you don't want something they take a decline politely and move on. They are quick. They don't pull that 'we are in control you have to wait' shtick that other dealerships seem to love so much. One of those rare dealerships that seem more interested in cultivating a loyal repeat customer base than jamming every customer and never seeing them again.

I stopped in to have a fuse replaced on my 2008 Navigator. I was shopping for a new car and started looking at stickers.A salesman gave me a test ride in a 2012 Limited Explorer which I assumed was new.As we drove he said it had every option available on the limited vehicle.Since I was prepared to buy a 2013 I assumed i get a deal on the 2012.The sticker price was 41K. After dealing with the manager I was sold on the completely loaded 2012....After reviewing the paperwork I see that this is a used car. Once I realize that they came off $6000 immediatly. I was rushed for a Football game and paid cash plus trade it. I flew to Denver for the game came back and realized that this did not have all the options and after reviewing the price I could have purchased a brand new 2013 model, limited edition with all the options. This is the most dishonest dealer I ever met and I am 55 and have owned dozens of cars. After looking more closely there are paint chips stained leather and I am stuck as Georgia has no law to protect consumers.Stay away from this dealer, the comments on this site are bogus as I have spoken with others and they have all had games played by this dealer.What I am pursuing now is they would not let me leave and would not give me the keys to my car they were looking at for trade in.There are honest dealers and worth the drive. Stay away from these guys.They also wanted me to finance the car and pay it off in three months so they could steal from Ford Credit. That should have had me call the police to get my keys back

This was our second purchase of a new ford focus in the past year. The first experience is why we came back and this second one was even better. I normally hate purchasing a new car, but with this dealership I have had a lot of fun bargaining and they all take it in stride. I was able to get what I wanted and they sold another car. Thanks for a fun 3 hours. This one was for our daughter. We wanted her to have an economical and safe automobile, which is why we chose to purchase our second new Focus.Even when I take my other Focus in for service they always treat us as special customers. No matter where we end of living in the U.S. ALL our future cars will be purchased from Mall of Georgia Ford. Our first Focus is currently getting over 38 miles to the gallon after 12,000 miles. We could not be happier with this car. It is fun to drive and since last October when we purchased our first Focus, my Chrysler Van has been mostly parked. it cost $80 to fill the van, $30 the Focus and I can travel the same distance. I had visited the dealer earlier in the month and came close to a number but was still about $700 off of what I was willing to pay. This was after I walked out and they ran out into the parking lot after me with their "final number" Fast forward to July 31st I called the dealer and told them I received a $750 coupon in the mail and that I will stop by later in the week to buy the truck.The salesman begged me to come in that day since it was the end of the month and I wouldn't get the pricing they offered after that day. I was actually driving north over an hour away and he told me they would honor the coupon and he would personally give me $100 out of his own pocket.I agreed to take a trip to the dealer, they had the truck right out front, ready to go.I get inside and he goes "we cant accept the coupon because it was already figured into the price" So I drove over an hour out of my way only to find out they couldn't do the deal. I had even asked them if they could add 2 accessories that would equal the $750. Nope.I will NEVER even look at a car their again and I will make sure my friends and family will NEVER step foot on their lot. I have bought over 20 fords in my short lifetime and will shop elsewhere from here on out.

Went in looking for a 2012 Ford Focus. Percy was our salesman for the afternoon. Percy was a very nice gentleman. He was easy going and put absolutely no pressure on myself nor my fiance. After we both finished test driving the Focus we decided to talk some numbers with the dealership. I had a trade-in and was just curious how it would all work out. Percy introduced us to Kevin, the assistant sales manager, who was very friendly and loved to laugh. Percy sat us down in his office and asked what we were looking for exactly. We were interested in a dark gray Focus with the MyFord Touch and Sync. That is the only options we wanted. Percy found the exact vehicle we wanted after a few minutes "at a sister dealership." He took my keys so they could look at my trade-in. Without the trade-in nothing else really mattered. So we waited for approximately 30 minutes. At that time Percy returned to the office and had a very minuscule offer on my trade-in and someone had worked the numbers for the car we were interested in. How nice of them! I told Percy that without the value of my trade-in coming up significantly that no deal would be reached. I asked Percy to try again with the trade-in value and he did the typical dealer "okay, initial here" on a non-official document. I refused and he calmy stated that he understood and walked away.Enter Kevin. Kevin brought in the same piece of paper that Percy had just shown us and sat down across from us. He asked all kinds of questions related to what we were looking for and what value I needed out of my trade-in. We were $3500 apart and I had kbb.com to back me up. He left the office. A few minutes later he came back with another trade-in offer. He bumped it by $1000. Still not good enough! He then told me that the only way they could match my terms on the trade-in would be if I bought a car off their lot and not have it shipped in. The only option in the dark gray was a well equipped Focus with options we had no desire to own, but we decided to move forward and see where the numbers ended up. Kevin left the office once again.After 10 or 15 minutes Kevin returned with a new piece of paper with new numbers on it. The trade-in value was acceptable, the value of the car was a bit high but he made up for it by entering in $3950 in the incentives box. I quickly asked what incentives were included and he dodged the question saying "These are just the numbers we worked out." The numbers were right in line with what we were looking for and agreed on the deal. Kevin left the office and Percy came back in with a credit application. The three of us exclaimed "Wow, what a good deal!" and my fiance and I thought we had purchased a vehicle...Percy filled out the credit application himself. He was approximately half way through with it when Kevin entered the office and grabbed the paper with the numbers on it and stormed out. I yelled at him in a joking manner "You better not change those numbers Kevin!" and he said he wouldn't. A minute or so later Kevin reentered stating "wait wait there has been a mistake" and had a NEW piece of paper in his hand. I immediately focus on the bottom line that had the vehicle price and it had went up $2950 in the span of just a few minutes! I promptly asked what happened and Kevin said someone else entered a typo! The incentives box that Kevin had presented me 5 minutes earlier had dropped from $3950 to $1000. How was that a typo? He blamed it on some guy named Eric. A faceless void I'm certain. I wanted to give them a chance to make it right. Typos are understandable and surely they would work with us to meet somewhere in the middle as they had clearly tugged at our heart strings and then yanked them out entirely! Nope. Kevin wouldn't budge an inch on the price. He kept blaming Eric for the typo yet offered nothing in return to make it right. At this point I was livid. I blessed some saints and said some hail marys in Kevin's direction, shook Percy's hand and walked out of the dealership.My anger was out of emotion clearly, but my biggest problem with this entire process is the fact that they offered nothing after making a typo. If they made a typo in their favor, it would have never been mentioned. This non-trustworthy nature of car salesman and (st)ealerships will continue into the foreseeable future simply because they do not care about the customer. They care about the bottom line. How many cars have we sold this month? Its disappointing. I know I'll never do business with them again nor will anyone I come into contact with who is in the market for a vehicle.

On January 21, 2012 we went to Mall Of Ga Ford to look at some new cars. We were greeted in a friendly manner and Len Allen held out his hand with an offer to assist us with any questions we had. We startd out looking at the Ford Fusion but then moved to the 2012 Ford Taurus after learning about the great sales incentive that Len told us about. We were very indecisive and Len was more than patient in making every effort to fine tune exactly what we told him we liked in both color and options and even checked availibility at other dealerships if that is what it took to help us get what we were looking for. During entire visit which took several hours, he was courteous and professional and gained our trust by being friendly and going the extra mile. Never once, did he loose patience or make us feel like anything other than his most valauble customer. After many trips behind the door to try and get approval of the price we were wanting ,we finally became the buyer of a beautiful new Ford Taurus. Kevin helped at the end to push the deal through and we must add that he was so friendly and willing to make our time spent there a success for both ourselves and the dealership.. He smiled the whole time and displayed extreme professional courtesy.He even approved an added bonus of a full tank of gas. We moved on to fianance and R Ken Brewer was both friendly and very knowledgeable about everything involved to complete the paperwork and very efficiently prepared the documents and explained various options.After the car was ready to go Len Allen took us out to the car and again very patiently showed us how to use the options and sent up the SYNC by pairing my cell phone.. He added to feel free to call if we had any questions or concerns.This was a great experience and we are loving our new car.

I enjoyed my experience at Mall of Georgia Ford. I was met when we arrived and invited inside and offered coffee while I waited for Shawn Hetrick. Shawn promptly attended to our needs and questions. The overall experience was great. Everyone at the dealership was friendly, and did everything possible to make my overall experience a pleasant experience. No high pressure approach from anyone at the dealership, giving us time to select the vehicle that fit our needs. I will definitely recommend both Mall of Georgia Ford and Shawn Hetrick to anyone interested in a vehicle purchase.

Buying a new car from Mall of Georgia Ford was a great experience. They were knowledge about the Ford Edges (the car we bought) as well as other similar cars in the same class. They understood when my wife and I wanted to wait a day before we made our decision and we didn't feel pressured to buy a car that day. They were also willing to work with us on the price.Mall of Georgia Ford was extremely helpful getting us the best car that met our needs and fit into our budget. This was probably the best experience I have ever had buying a car. Kenney Jordan was extremely knowledgeable about the 2012 Explorer that I purchased. He explained all the features on this vehicle and there are quite a few! He helped me to set up the Sync system with my IPhone and never once during the sale did I feel pressured into buying. I would definitely recommend Mall of Georgia Ford to anyone looking to buy a new vehicle.

Paul Carahan responded to my e-mail inquiry immediately.Paul advised they did not have the Candy Apple Fusion SE in stock but would find one for me.Lee Newton assisted Paul in securing the vehicle I desired from Huntsville, Al. Paul ans Lee kept me updated every step of the way. They were also able to beat the deal I was working in Macon.Paul meet my wife and I at the dealership when came to sign the paperwork.One of the sales mangers introduced himself to us.Paul and another dealership employee showed my wife and I how the SYNC system worked and helped us set up our password to access the SYNC website.Paul also went over the basic operation of the vehicle bumber to bumber before we left to head home to Macon. Paul advised us to call him if we had any questions.Paul called the next day to see if we were enjoying the vehicle and had any questions.dealing with Paul, Lee & the MOGF staff was a pleasure.

I visited 3 other dealorships before I stopped at MOG Ford. They actually showed me features of the car. Many times when a woman walks into a dealorship, they are not shown features of the car - like the engine and other things that men are shown. At the other dealorships, they told me which color was a woman's color or didn't talk to me about the car other than to let me drive it. MOG Ford wanted to sell me a car but they were worried about getting me a deal that made me feel comfortable walking away with. I almost did not stop at the Ford dealorship because of my experiences with Ford when I was much younger. I've owned 2 Ford's in the past. I was very pleasantly suprised at how Fords have changed since the last time I owned one. I look forward to driving my Ford for many, many year.

After accident my ford escape was totalled & my insurance had vehicle replacement program with the kind of vehicle & options you wanted & I got four dealers in my area. Mall of Georgia Ford called me within 30 minutes of my request and had the exact ford escape I wanted! Simply put, STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS!!! The details are really too numerous to go into in this review, but I just would like to briefly advise people that value customer service, that value commitment to the customer, that value a with you to the end attitude or just basically like to get what you pay for, do not count on any of those from this dealership. Basically, I bought an Edge new in November 2010 and the Sync/My Ford Touch system has had many, many, many issues since that time, even making it un-drivable. It may have gotten fixed last Friday 8/5/2011, but the only way it got to the point is because I made it happen. More than 50 total phone calls, emails and service visits later and it may finally be fixed only because I harassed them into fixing it, to use their words. If is very possible that the issues are actually Fords problem, but the fact is that I bought the vehicle from the dealer, not from Ford, and I expect the dealer to stand behind it no matter whos problem it may be. I experienced an attitude of dont bother me and a sense of I dont have time for this from service advisers to the general management level. Not one employee went out of their way to make this right. I will admit that when I escalated this to Ford Customer Care, it didnt get any better, but I will save those comments for the proper forums.A clarifications to the above, the dealer did perform an update that may have fixed the issues as stated above and did perform an oil change at no cost to help with the situation. A little late, but a sign of at least trying to make things right.A Ford employee (not a dealer employee) did take offence to what was stated above, although I very much understated the situation and didnt go into the details of what we have really been thru in 9 months and she took the situation from really bad to even worse, so you bet I will address this in the proper places on the internet. Funny thing is that I tried for 173 minutes(several phone calls)today to get in touch with someone at Ford that may really care about our situation and was road blocked at every turn, it always came back to the same person that obviously doesnt care about us.Bought my first Ford in 1981 even before I had a license, I have owned many and driven many as work vehicles, because of the lack of customer care, this will be the last Ford I buy.

The folks at MoGF were excellent. I began putting feelers out via online by using Edmunds and met Adrian over at MofGF. We corresponded by email for several weeks before I made a purchase and during that time he was able to refrain from constant and annoying phone calls and was content to conduct the relationship on my terms. Once I had obtained all the information I required and made a decision, he expedited the purchase process. I was done in an afternoon and drove the a car off the lot for just slightly over invoice cost. The folks over at Mall of Georgia Ford are excellent and do car buying the old fashioned way. Definitely would recommend and will use again.

I want to say that I had reservations about visitng another dealership to purchase a vehicle. I have been to a couple prior to going to the Mall of Geogia Ford and did not like what I encountered. I was presently surprised when I wasn't attacked by a salesperson when I went to the Mall of Georgia FordMr Sean Walker walked up to me very casually and asked if he could be of assistance. He was very personable, polite and answered all of my questions. He was not pushy nor did he put any pressure on me to buy the vehicle. It was a pleasent change from the other dealers I visited.I worked with two other employess of the Mall of Geogia Ford and had a great experience with them as well. Unfortuntely I do not remember their names.I would recoommend the Mall of Georgia Ford to anyone looking for a new or uased vehicle. I belive they have gone back to the old way of selling no hassle, no pressure and let the vehicle sell itself.

This is the second truck I have purchased from Kenny Jordan at Mall Of Georgia Ford and I will continue to purchase from him in the future. Of course, the other dealers will tell you they will meet and beat their price and service, but in the end, they cannot. After shopping for weeks, I almost didn't call MOG FORD because it is several hours away from my home. However, they had the best prices out my exhaustive internet searches, and offers from 11 other dealers!!! I noticed that their new cars were priced lower than most of the used vehicles I had contemplated on buying from the "cheap" internet sites, private deals, and used lots.Well my very lucky day is when I did call !! Craig Roland provided the best price...but more so, made the process the friendliest, easiest, smoothest, and most seamless transaction I have ever experienced.The entire staff was amazing. Even people in back offices and at the coffee pot that I just "bumped into". I met some real nice people and had some great conversations. Oh yeah, for my new Alabama friend there...ROLL TIDE! I felt they all truly cared about me and my new purchase. Most rare, even the other sales people seemed happy that I was buying a vehicle from Craig. I never received the usual snub once they found out I was "taken". I'm not usually smiling while spending money, but I guess the dozens of other smiles there were contagious! AND, even if I was grumpy going in Ms. Carol Thomas's office...I couldn't have left anyway but smiling. She is real treasure! If you are sad, depressed, or just need a lift...go buy a new Ford and see Miss Carol !! Well...it was a long drive and a great deal, so I bought TWO vehicles!I am use to south Georgia, "small town friendly service"...well I learned it is "so called", because the folks at MOG FORD can teach them all a lesson.My advice to any one ... BUY A FORD!! None of that government motor company stuff ;)AND....save yourself a lot of time....googling...phone calls...emails...headaches and $$MONEY$$.Get your wife, kids and dogs and drive to Mall of Georgia Ford.I despise driving if the road is not DIRT...I HATE driving anywhere near HOTLANTA...when I do I always swear I will NEVER go back!! READ ENTIRE REVIEW!I had TWO separate experiences with this dealership and both should be accounted for.Reviews are meant for facts and for expression of your experience for others to reference. I had TWO visits this past week of MOGF. My first, was terrible!!!! My second, was 100% flawless, and GREAT! Here is the story!We dealt with Mall of GA Ford for an entire week. Begged, and begged to purchase a car from them that we found online. Our first trip in was anything but pleasing. We had a rude and non-willing salesman from New Car sales. We were told that our PRISTINE 2007 Edge SE was in "poor" condition. Take into account this car had NO stains on the carpet, NO wear on the leather, NO scratches inside or out, EVERYTHING worked perfectly, ALL maintenance was performed ON TIME, EVERY TIME, it ran like a dream and had 40k miles. After telling them there was NO way the car was being traded as "poor", they upped it to "good" condition, which I could have dealt with. I wanted the other car from them. We could have made it work! During the negotiating, the salesman repeatedly told us our car was "as low as you can get" and that "you can't get any lower, they couldn't sell a car like that because no one wanted it". After getting no where, feeling completely insulted and humiliated, we left. When we returned home, we composed a detailed email to the owner of the dealership, Mike Jordan, about our experience. He turned it over to the "main general sales manager" to handle.The next day, the "manager" of the dealership didn't want to budge $900 off the drive off price to help make this work for us, got ticked off with negotiations and in turn told me that he would not do business with me, to not call back, not come back and that I was never allowed to do business with them. Nice right? That's some customer service! Not. It get's better! Remember the part about not budging for $900 to sell the car? After telling us we couldn't buy it, he then goes online, lowers the price an entire $1000. Just one more nail in the coffin and a MAJOR smack in the face. After posting negative reviews about this salesman and manager, the dealership contacted me to see what the problem was, see if they could fix it, and to get the negative publicity retracted. We told them.....ALL WE WANT IS TO BUY THE VEHICLE!!!! We went THAT night with CASH in tow and bought the vehicle. Took an entire week of begging and arguing to buy a vehicle from them. Insane! In turn, I am basing this review off of my SECOND visit. NOT MY FIRST.It is also based on the people I dealt with the SECOND night. NOT THE FIRST!The only reason I took the vehicle was because, it was exactly what I was looking for. Color, mileage, year....everything. Not because I wanted to work with the dealership. But, I can say....I was treated with total respect and the customer service was top notch. I can't say that I will visit this dealership again unless our salesman we worked with the second time is present.This night, I worked with Eric Smith over the phone, our salesman was Felix Rosianu and our finance guy was William Cade. These three men are a TOTAL asset to this company. They go above and beyond to work with a customer. They made the process smooth, comfortable and easy. They started fresh and allowed us to have a great experience. I want to applaud Felix on how outstanding my service was. He was FANTASTIC. If anyone has to visit this dealership, I highly recommend going to him. He was wonderful and I can't thank him enough. He is not only accommodating, but he is a true giver and he strives to please. Take note MOGF, you need to reevaluate your employees and fill your dealership with people like him!I would have given my service for the SECOND visit 5 stars. My first, ZERO. I have to put all the kudos on Len Allen. He did more than his part in making the sale of the vehicle. I bought an Explorer. What I wanted wasn't on the lot and searching the internet Len found one for me that had all that I wanted. He worked with me over the week it took to bring the vehicle here, keeping me informed. He responded immediately to my phone calls. He was friendly and I felt he was working for me as much as the dealer. The first person you meet is the one who sets the tone for how the dealership is perceived.

Comment from a salesman at Mall of Georgia Ford: Are you kidding me? You are not really going to buy a car from those straight up crooks at Gwinnett Place. Do yourself a favor and bring me the buyers order Gwinnett gives you and let me show you how to really save money buying a car. I will blow any price they give you out of the water. Do you want $1,000 off of the USAA price? Guess what? I send him a copy of the order and the dealership came back with there is nothing we can do to beat their price....They are very proud of their banner on the ceiling, but will not back it up with customer service.

This was kind of a topsy turvy sales but in the end it worked out and we are pleased with the new vehicle. I was happy with the honesty of the salesman and the understanding he had of the vehicle. The salesman was Michael Hutchinson. I was also happy with the finance manager Ken Brewer. He was very helpful.

My experience with Mall of Georgia Ford was outstanding. The sales person Steven Albert was very friendly and helpful. I was very specific in my requests and the dealership already had many Expeditions to choose from based on my wants. Everyone was very nice and easy to work with from our sales person to the finance department. The cherry on top was taking the new car back in for the alarm setup and the guys in the Service department were happy to help with all my requests and questions. They are FANTASTIC at Mall of Georgia Ford!

I am sooooooooooo happy with my purchase of the Ford Focus. I told my friends and family about the Focus and how pleased I am with its performance. I really enjoy the great gas mileage as well as the blue tooth. Its funny, but I make unnecessary calls just to use the blue tooth feature in my car. In regards to your staff, my hat goes off. They were wonderful. When I walked in I was pleased to see my name on the board for an appointment, my sales person was ready and eager to assist me. The coffee was great too! The sales person Sean was able to listen to my needs and get me into a car I love (which seemed like minutes), that was right for my lifestyle and my purse. Your staff appeared to really understand my concerns, like not having a lot of money to put down, and how much car I could really afford. I have purchased cars in the past, but this was by far the best experience I have ever had. They were quick and seemed to care that I was happy with my purchase. The financial manager- William - was great as well. He was able to explain information related to the sale of my car in a manner that was clear and professional. I will most definitely recommend your dealership to friends and family as well as my wonderful Ford Focus .

We arrived with the intent of purchasing a Focus and left with a Fussion. Through the entire experience, John was attentive to our needs and provided "information" to us and not what he wanted us to hear so that he could pressure us into purchasing a higher end vehicle. John was there to answer our questions, accomodate our needs and educate us on some of the new technology we were not up-to-date with. He was patient, friendly and best of all he guided us through our decision making process and never pressured us. Amber Wells my sales associate at Mall of Georgia Ford was great to work with. She was very personable, professional and very knowledgeable about the Ford products. Joel jumped all over our problem on his 1st day of work with Mall of GA Ford. We have attempted to get an unresolved issue fixed for months with the service manager prior to Joel and had gotten nowhere. Joel pushed the issue with Ford and made them commit to my demands of changing out a part that has of now not resurfaced. he called me every day with an update until he got the OK to perform the work.Jim

Dear Sir:I was impressed with the service and the personnel when I was at your service department today. My appointment was because my check engine light was on but I also got the works package today. In addition, I asked them to check my right front tire since my low tire pressure came on during the trip to the Ford Mall of Georgia.Upon arriving they called for Mark Wilson that I was there for my service. In a very short time Mark arrived and treated me like we were friends, even thought this was the first time I met him. He went over what they were going to do and then I was shown the waiting area. Later he came in and asked me to go with him so he could show me better what he was talking about why the check engine light was on. He explained in detail which I could easily understand why it came on and what they would have to do if it came on again. The person that was also changing my oil was very pleasant and seemed to get along with Mark. (You know, if employees are happy it makes for a better working area and better quality.)Mark then came in when the car was completed and took me to Gloria to check out. Overall it was a very positive experience.Some other comments: Service took 2 hours from the time I arrived. Dont know if this is the average time to do repair or not. A salesperson by the name of Kenny, I think his name was, came into the waiting area and said a general hello to everyone. He then talked to a women customer and he was very responsive to her needs. He said he would call her and give her the information she needed. The only way it could have been better, in my opinion, would be for him to tell everyone his name and say hope everyone is being take care of any if anyone needs any help with a new/used car he would be glad to talk to them. Waiting area was small and the wifi area was larger and had better chairs. While I was there only one person used that area. Maybe an idea would be to knock out that wall and make the waiting area larger and more comfortable. Restroom could use some improvement. The top in the mens restroom looked like it was 20+ years old and had some stains. The plunger was aside of the toilet when, in my opinion, it should have been underneath the sink and out of site. Not to the standard of the rest of the area. When I left the plastic and paper was still in my car. This was there of course so no one driving the car would stain the area. However, I would have liked to receive the car the same way I left it (minor though). The waiting area was bright enough and the coffee was free although there was no sweet and low.Why did I come to your dealership instead of going to where I bought the car? Well I did call the dealership where I bought the car and I had to call back 3 times to set up an appointment because she told me they were busy in the service department. I then had to call up to change my appointment and after trying 2 time to reach their service department she said I should call back in 10 minutes because they were probably busy. Well enough is enough and I called you for my service and you answered the first time and I set up the appointment and it was a pleasant experience.General comments:One woman was there and she was there since 8:00 because she said she came back because they didnt have the part when she came in yesterday but she then found out that they couldnt get the part until 10:30am today. While, maybe she should have know that before she came in for the service. I will get my service there in the future because of Mark Last Comment Think about bringing a new car (you choose) down to the service area and have a salesperson come in and ask everyone there if they would like to see the new ***** outside and he would go over all the great features on this car. I know I would have gone because it does getting boring in the waiting area and in my opinion, its good customer service. What makes customers come back? MOGF beat the best deal I got from other dealers by $1500. I shopped about 5 other Ford dealerships. Plus they were about to find my 2011 explorer which is hard since the car just came out. I would HIGHLY recommend doing business with them. This is the second car I have got from them. Both times they crushed the other dealerships deals! If you want more money in your pocket go to MOGF

I wish so bad that I had never stepped foot in this place. They lied about everything. I cannot tag my car in GA or insure it in GA and now we are having to pay taxes on the car in Florida to have it tagged there. The car was purchased for my by my parents who live in Florida but to be tagged and driven by me. They knew this and said I'd have no problems. The tag office said that they should have known the rules, you cannot tag a car in GA wo a GA DL. The entire experience has been horrible, the price kept changing, they tried to 'change' the car, it was a nightmare!!!! Buyer beware!
