We recently bought another car from Mansfield Motors. This was our 6th car that we have bought from them. They were excellent to deal with, professional in every way & always a pleasure to do business with. Mark, our salesman, was fabulous & all of the staff are great. We tell everyone that we know about the wonderful service we have always gotten at Mansfield Motors. We would never go anywhere else!!!

I just bought a used Pontiac torrent from Mansfield motors. All of the salesman were very friendly and not pushy. I did NOT get the typical "used care salesman" atmosphere as I have elsewhere. Al-tho I did not buy a 20K car they still wanted my business. The mechanics were also friendly and willing to talk to me. I would feel comfortable letting them service all of my cars. They came down a few hundred on price and even honored my request to put on a lift to inspect it myself. No other dealer has done this for me. This is the reason i purchased it. I will return for my next purchase and highly recommend them so anyone looking for a used car in the twin tiers. Other local dealers could learn something from Mansfield motors. A+

I called ahead to make sure the car I was looking at was still available since I would be driving from 2 1/2 hours away to come see it. They were courteous and took my number down just in case it sold between my call and the travel day. When I got there there was no pushy salesmanship, but the car had been listed online as automatic when in fact it was manual. I wasn't interested in a manual vehicle so I wasted 5 hours of my day driving.

I had recently been in an accident and was on a strict budget for a decent vehicle. We went to Mansfield Motors after finding a vehicle on Cars.com. They didn't have the vehicle we wanted to look at available, but Mark, our salesman, showed us other vehicles in our price range that were roughly in the same year range, overall quality, and perks we were looking for in a vehicle. This was my first car purchase on my own and they made everything so easy for us. Their facility was clean and organized. All the sales people were very professional and made my purchase so easy. I ended up buying a Ford Edge with AWD instead of a Ford Escape with 4WD. I am very pleased with the car and I highly recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to try Mansfield Motors.

I've had my car for fourteen years when my machanic told me it wouldn't pass inspection because of the underbelly rust. After looking at all the local dealerships, I found my perfect car on line at Cars.com. I made an appointment to see it at Mansfield Motors in PA and bought it right away. The salesman and the service were wonderful. I recommend this dealer for anyone looking for a good used vehicle.

After spending too many hours at a LARGE dealer north of these guys in New York, too be disappointed by a lousy trade in offer, I stopped in Mansfield Motors. There was no pushy salesman running out and heckling me to buy a car. I was able to look around and test drive cars with no hassle. Was offered a good trade in on my car and still came in UNDER book for the new vehicle I bought. We have had the vehicle for two weeks with NO complaints. Was looking for a place that would serve my auto buying needs and I believe these guys fit the bill. I can honestly say I will be buying more vehicles from these guys in the future.

The dealer didn't call back, so I called them. The car I was interested in was already sold but hadn't been removed from the website. Receptionist was terse but the salesman was friendly.

My wife and I traded in our vehicle here recently for something bigger for our family and the service was great. No one was pushy like you sometimes find at car dealerships.
