I just bought my dream truck from here. I highly recommend these guys. I also highly recommend Kenny pinto and Nathan, I don’t remember Nathan’s last name although he told me. These guys are amazing to work with, they will cut up with you and make the car buying experience amazing. These guys went out of there way to help me get the truck I wanted. Please ask for these guy when you come to marburger you won’t regret it. Also I meet chuck I believe his name is. I think he is one of the owner. he was really great also and super nice. All around a unforgettable experience.

I just purchased a brand new 2021 jeep Cherokee in June. When I pulled off the car lot it had only 15 miles on it. 2 weeks ago my check engine light came on; this threw me bc it's a brand new car. So I brought it back and everything was supposed to fixed. Well 4 days later the light came back on. Still I'm trying to keep cool. Once again the problem was supposed to be fixed, this was on a Friday. Today the light came back on! Now the service manger got a problem! This should not be happening to a new vehicle! I will not purchase another vehicle from here! The person that sold my car to me is very helpful but he doesn't work on the cars. I should have done better research on this place! I would not recommend this place to anyone! The service here SUCKS!!!

Brought my Chrysler to them... After 3 weeks, they still could not tell me what was wrong with my vehicle... Had to take my car to another dealership. The service guy Maverick was outstanding though... He was very professional

I can’t say enough great things about my experience with Alec and David!!! I told them exactly what I wanted and they exceeded all of my expectations. I, at first, had reservations because I’m an out of state buyer, but Alec listened to what I wanted and needed and asked me to trust that he was going to deliver my new car to my door step and they did just that!!! They even picked up my trade in the process!!! David was so professional, he checked in with me on the 8 hour ride here and was at my door at the time he promised. This has definitely been the most simplest and stress free car buying process I’ve ever had in my life and I highly recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to start and end with Marburger CDJR in Shelby, North Carolina!! Me and my husband are from KY! when we found the perfect truck online we decided to drive down and the guys at the dealership made it a quick and easy process and even held the truck for us till we got here. They were great I highly recommend!!

My wife and I don't have a perfect life we have had our bumps and bruises, a different dealership tired to put her in a car she hated. We stopped by Marburger late last night Travis met us at the door i explained to him what happened he set her a nine a.m. appointment for today and told her to be ready to take a car she wanted home.. Believe it or not before lunch time that is exactly what happened she drove off with a brand new Chrysler smiling like a kid at christmas. If you need a car please make this dealership your first stop so you don't waste hours like we did. These guys want to sell you a car that you like!!! I don't do reviews ever but I feel like I owed it to anyone looking to tell you where you can get a beautiful car...

I went to just drive through and look at a car that I had seen online. I had been looking at dozens of Nissan Maximas and had just not found the right one for the price and the options I wanted. Beverly Hudson came out with a smile and a handshake. She immediately asked if she could pull it out into the lot where we could have a better look. After a test drive and a very little negotiating on the price, I bought the car. It was a very easy and pleasurable experience. One I would repeat over and over again. The Marburger family is friendly, yet professional and not pushy. I'm so happy with their service and my beautiful car!!

After some thought and planning with my wife, we decided to help our credit status and our vehicle situation by buying a new car. I worked with Beverly and she was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. She told me what I needed to know and didn't try to just "sell me a car". She was cordial and welcomed me as if I were family. I asked specifically for a car that most dealerships would have moved me away from, but Beverly and the team at Marburger not only got me into the car I wanted, but gave me an incredible deal. I didn't know car dealers care this much still. From the second I walked in until the moment I took delivery of my car, this experience was one of the best I've had purchasing a car. Price transparency, customer service, clean facilities and the staff were all apart of a great experience at Marburger Chrysler. Me and my wife recently made a decision to purchase our first car. With low credit and really low income finding one for our newly started family was a challenge. After a few local and non-local car lots had discussed possible options, none were as ideal for our situation as Marburger. The folks at Marburger Chrysler Jeep Ram were there on the spot. I had just found out about their store online and happened to pass by. I often passed them by dismissing them as being out of our price range and affordability but after seeing them online and their options I stopped by one day after coming from another dealership....The next day I was driving! Thanks for the help Marburger; and also to our Sales specialist Mark Grant, who considered our income and provided the best option for our family. You guys do the deals the other guys won't... and have the cars the other guys don't!
