I knew I wanted a WRX and I was lucky enough to get Jordan Rock. He knows all about them! Jordan is one of the nicest, knowledge, caring the list goes on person you want to work with when you are looking for a car!! 3 years ago I realized I needed to bite the bullet and purchase a new car. In the past I have always been able to find a car for sale by owner, pay cash for it and be done with it. I was no longer in a position to do this and was wringing my hands about not only dealing with a car dealership but also about having a car payment. I was interested in a Subaru as that was my first car I had ever owned and loved. I had been doing some work with one of Subaru's marketing team at the time and he heard about my dilemma. That's when he he promised me that if I went to Subaru - it would not be as traumatic as I imagined. Guess what? He was right. I worked with Dave and opted to lease a vehicle. He never once made me feel pressured. Only that he was there to help me find what was best for ME not what he could finagle out of me for himself or the dealership. Recently after my lease was up I returned to decide what I should do next. At this point, because of the excellent experience I had with Dave in 2013 and the wonderful care and service I received from that time on I was positive I wanted another Subaru and that Dave would help me find the best fit for me. Long story short . . . he did! Dave and staff were 100% helpful, no pressure and truly enjoyable to work with. Thanks for the clam chowder recipe Dave! :) My opinions of dealerships have changed. Subaru for life!

We have leased a Subaru at this Dealership and bought a used Nissan at this location. Both times have been low pressure. We felt the Dealership was honest and gave us a fair deals based on a variety on price research. We worked with Dave Turcotte both times and it has been great. I highly recommend this Dealership. I also have had great experience with the Service Department.

I was looking to buy my first car and had a terrible experience at the first dealership I went to. We were talked down to and the salesman was so rude we got up and walked out. We then went to Mark Miller Subaru and was greeted by Dawn and she was so kind and pleasant to talk to. She was very up front with everything and answered all of my questions. She even stayed later, after close, to help us and let us test drive the car I was looking at. I would recommend Mark Miller Subaru and Dawn to anyone, hands down!

This dealership is the best with helping customers find the vehicle that best fits their needs. "Old" Dave Turcotte is one of the best sales representatives you can find. He is honest and genuine and will go out of his way to make his customers happy. We have a Subaru dealership two miles from our house, but will travel 45 miles to deal with "Old" Dave. If you are wanting a new or used vehicle, talk to "Old" Dave.

From the moment Ms. Saak first began speaking to me in the lot, I could see that this was going to be a very positive and enjoyable experience. Dawn listened attentively to my needs and concerns and was very accommodating. The feedback she provided was very informative, both about the car selections and the company itself. The tremendous pride she felt in working for Mark Miller Subaru and its products was very apparent. Dawn was terrific in following up with me, but never came across as pushy; just helpful. She and her colleagues really went out of their way to please the client. That is rare today. On a personal note, Dawn was unaware that my mother had recently passed and my inheritance from her paid for the car. I really felt like her exemplary service helped ease much of the pain associated with this purchase, and for that, I am truly grateful. We came in on a hunt for a new car because ours was rear ended and was totaled. Dawn was very helpful and answered all questions we had. We fell in love with our car right away. After looking for a few weeks for the "right" car, I came across a CPO Outback at Mark Miller that looked good. I live far from the dealership so I wasn't sure if I was comfortable enough buying a car sight unseen (vs. having to fly there and drive it back). From the beginning, Dave was great, answering all my (many) questions, sending me pictures, etc. without being pushy (Dave was responsive even outside of his working hours!). He also made sure I was comfortable throughout the process, to the point that, towards the end, I decided to have the car shipped (a first for me) and, when I got the car, it surpassed my expectations! On the Finance side, Chris was also very helpful and patient with all my questions on the various forms, extended warranty, etc. (and so was Tina, who had to jump through hoops to get the paperwork to the CA DMV...). All in all, I'm very happy with the purchase at Mark Miller Subaru and would certainly consider them again for my next car! Thank you, Dave, Chris and Tina! Edgar

Went in on monday, not sure if I wanted an outback or a crosstrek. Quickly decided I wanted the crosstrek, and Victor spent a lot of time trying to find me one. Apparently they're very popular. I was pretty picky about the color-wanting only black or grey. And low and behold Victor found me the only black one. We made a down payment and picked it up on tuesday. The whole process was quick and painless. We had a great experience with Victor, Jon and the concierge kid (self proclaimed nerd). Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Thanks again!!

When looking for a new car I had been to Mark Miller Subaru multiple times and had always worked with Garett. Most nights I was not there to buy but rather ask general question. He easily could have gotten sick of me but instead continued to be friendly and answered all my questions. Garett gave honest feedback even if it wasn't always what I wanted to hear. Dave was the best. Very low pressure but extremely knowledge, honest and helpful. Finance manager was helpful but took way way to long to complete paperwork and was overly aggressive and pushy trying to sell extended service contact and other add ons.

I was considering getting yet another VW when the lease was up on my Jetta, but the sales people at the VW dealership really turned me off with their stereotypical car salesman smarmy evasiveness. I decided to check out Subaru, and ended up talking to Dawn because she happened to be free when I walked in. Totally different experience than at VW. She was transparent and up front about options and costs, to the point of literally turning her computer screen around to show me how much each option would cost. I never got the sense she was trying to "sell" to me. But she did I leased a Forrester and have been extremely happy with the process, the car, and Dawn's fantastic, super pleasant, low key customer service style. Will definitely go back to her for my next car.

Dawn helped me find what I really wanted. After not questioning me about my ablity to pay (like other dealers who thought because of my age I could never buy my car). They put me in enough cars for me to decide what I really wanted. They custom ordered my car at no charge, put only the options on that I wanted, and gave me weekly updates. When the car arrived they got me in and on my way super quick without trying to upsell me all the useless things I didn't want. The whole experience was so stress free and I haven't had a regret since.

Dawn had superior knowledge of the brand and could speak to all of the features in great detail in a very matter-of-fact manner. We bought a used 2012 Honda Accord and loved the experience we had. We worked with Mark Kline, who was so helpful and not pushy at all, which was a refreshing change from other dealerships we had gone to. He was willing to work with our schedule and respected our budget and preferences and was not trying to push us into anything. We also worked with Chris, who helped us to secure our loan with America First and did all the paperwork for us. After looking at the EXACT car I wanted that was a another dealership, I came to Mark Miller to test drive a manual transmission to compare it to the 2014 Crosstrek Hybrid in Plasma Green (my dream car.) My experience with the other salesman and the other dealership left much to be desired. They hesitated letting me drive other cars, leave and think about it, or even call for another quote. They pressured me to make a decision on the spot and did not work with me to lower payments. Tony talked me through the process, told me that he could get the car over to Mark Miller, worked with me to understand how my credit score and payments work, and made the experience fun and exciting. He was great to visit with and made my girlfriend, her daughter, and I comfortable the entire time. I very much appreciate his care and service.

Such a great experience. While waiting in the service area for an estimate on repairs for my old car, I saw Tony walk by. I bought a car from him yeas ago when he worked at Mark Miller Toyota and I was amazed by how genuine he was. I was still trying to figure out whether or not I would buy a new car and if it would be a Subaru. As soon as I saw him, my decision was made. My fiances parents have bought their cars from Dawn at this location for the past 10 years. We bought a used car from them a few years back, and they went above and beyond by paying $4k of unexpected work to honor an agreement made during the final sale. This dealership is top notch and I have even more respect for them now, knowing that they hired the best car salesman in Salt Lake!

My wife and I decided we wanted to get a new vehicle. We can't stand pushy sales people and will literally walk out if we feel that we are being pushed. Our great previous experience in 2014 at Mark Miller Subaru Southtowne made us decide to go back again this time. My wife and I were able to walk around the lot looking at the different models. It was so nice not being bothered. We took our time, and found what we wanted to look at. We walked into the dealership and Mark Kline greeted us. He was happy to tell us about the two cars we were interested in, and explained the various options. Those were the new 2016 Legacy (my current car is a 2014 Legacy) and the Crosstrek. Mark was patient and told us about each car. We decided to stay with the Legacy as it is, perhaps, the car I have trusted and liked the most. I had ZERO problems with my 2014. Mark was able to come back with a great price for my 2014 as a trade in and a great price for the 2016. It was so good, I didn't even feel the need to haggle. It was a very nice change. As we finalized the purchase, we laughed with Mark. He was very friendly and we were at ease. We wish him all the best with his relatively new position at Mark Miller Subaru. If he treats all of his clients like he treated us, he will have a very successful career there.

We had the pleasure of working with Dave Turcotte. In my short 30 years I have never had a more present car buying experience... Not only did he show usexactly what we wanted to see but rather than trying to get us to buy a more expensive vehicle was able to find a something right in our price range under the first cost. Taking the time to listen to us and realize what we needed for our family was really important to me and I feel really lucky that superhero takes pride in customer service because I don't think I would've had the same experience elsewhere . I walked in thinking here I go again buying a car,,,, and walked out saying what a wonderful place to buy a car. Jason Murdock, and everyone treated like they knew me and wanted to help me, and they did. The whole time I was there was so friendly and warm, Jason made me feel relaxed and no stress. My car was filled with gas and ready to go, they had a man show me how everything works, how wonderful, what a good idea. There are very few if any dealerships in the country that match this dealership, They should get the best Subaru dealership in the country. I have a very hectic work schedule and had a million questions. These guys always got back to me with the answers but never blew up my phone with pushy sales calls. After test driving four brands, Mark Miller was the dealership that did not start calling me every day and leaving multiple voicemails every day to come in and buy. On the other hand they were very accommodating and returned phone calls when I did leave a voicemail with questions. One thing I particularly appreciated was that they gave me rough numbers on paper to work with. And when I closed, there were no surprises or extra fees. The figures were not the contract, but it was nice to know what I was going into before I arrived to sign with the closer/finance person. (who was also very professional.)I have never had one of those "horror story" car buying experiences. But I surely have never had a better one than the one I just had here.

My husband & I went in to Mark Miller Southtowne in early December to test drive an Outback and a Crosstrek with no anticipation of a purchase. I had been testing out vehicles for over a year, but was mainly reluctant because of the high pressure sales pitch I'd received at most dealers. I educate myself about prices, options etc. but have always felt that because I'm female the sales people think I'm easy prey. Dave allowed us to take out both models alone, which I loved! That way we could discuss our likes & dislikes with nobody else in the car working a sale. I knew that day which vehicle I wanted, but took a few more weeks to really firm up my choice. Dave followed up a couple times to make sure I didn't have any questions, but was by no means pushy or bothersome. Just a couple light emails. I emailed Dave just before Christmas to let him know what I had decided & he made sure the model & color I wanted was on the lot and ready when I came down. The whole purchase was seamless & not pressured in any way! He has even followed up with me twice in the month since my purchase to make sure everything is going fine! I would recommend Dave to anyone who wants a pleasant, no pressure, customer service oriented salesman! I will definitely be a return customer!

I walked into Mark Miller Subaru on a Friday afternoon. I was immediately welcomed by "Old Dave" Turcotte. He was very warm and kind. We sat at his desk and discussed my likes and dislikes about cars, he showed me a video displaying the AWD system in Subaru compared to other SUV's. I decided I wanted to test drive a Crosstrek. There was one left, the color that I wanted. Dave let me take the car without him sitting in, there was no pressure or worry at any time. When I got back, I knew I wanted the car. We talked specifics and he was in no way pushy to sell the car, more willing to make sure that it is what I wanted and that it was going to be the right decision. I was on the fence about the financing so Dave treated me to lunch at the dealership and gave me ample time to think and decide for myself if it was a good purchase. I have never felt so relaxed at a car dealership and I have never been so comfortable with a car salesman. I decided I wanted this car, not only because it was exactly what I was looking for but because Dave promised that he would take care of me throughout the life of my car... He phrased it as "our" car and said to keep him updated if anything happened, if I didn't understand anything or if there was even a funny sound. I felt comfortable knowing that even if this car was a lemon, Dave would help me. I have been back to the dealership a couple times since I bought the car and he always makes sure to say hi, catch up and get me a car wash as well! Sales staff and management were excellent to deal with. Mark Kline and Jordan Rock are very easy going, non typical "car salesmen". No pressure whatsoever. They answered all my questions and did everything they said they would do. Would definitely recommend these guys to anyone! It was a pleasure doing business with them!

This was my third experience buying from a dealership. The last time was quite a few years ago so I wasn't sure how to proceed. I really hated the experience in the past feeling like I didnt Negotiate well enough, or not having the right sales rep. This was an entirely different feel and approach. I love what those guys are doing over there at Miller Subaru but I felt like I got even more lucky having Kevin Edwards as my guy. Hes been doing it for a long time so I dont know how much longer he will be working but he will be my guy til the day he retires. He made this the easiest and best experience possible.

I soon came to find that I was in great hands!I decided on the Subaru I wanted, and we went through all the paperwork (AFTER his shift was already over), and I changed my mind last minute! He was completely fine with it, and re-did the paperwork to get me the Subie I really REALLY wanted. I'm in college and a first time car buyer. The first day just looking around at cars, Mark and everyone else at Mark Miller were outstanding and not pushy. It was almost over a week before I even came back to actually buy a car. They helped us all day with working through loan paperwork, trade ins, etc. All the while making sure we had everything we needed. Even after we finalized the deal they still went out of their way to help with checks clearing, and even replacing parts the morning we picked the car up. A week later after having the car, the starter was having problems and we took it back and they fixed it for free. They even let me purchase the warranty after a week of having the car. Mark Kline is an amazing sells person, and you can tell the people who work here honestly enjoy their jobs! Big thanks to everyone, especially Mark and Keith, I'll definitely be returning in the future when I need another vehicle.

I really enjoyed working with "Old" Dave with his no pressure style of sales. He has a great personality and is very knowledgeable of cars. He didn't try to talk me into anything I couldn't afford or want. My finance guy was very patient as I asked a million questions.

"Old" Dave is the antithesis of what you expect of a car salesman. As a first time car buyer I was expecting anything but a pleasent experience. The second I talked to him on the phone I had a good feeling, although I was still wary. But as soon as he shook my hand I knew this was the guy who was gonna sell me my car. He was so personable and warm! He let me test drive multiple cars, even same model but different colors! And he never was anything but accommodating! I can't tell you how much I appreciated his jokes and stories calming my nerves and passing the time while waiting for the finance guy(who was also awesome!). I don't plan on stepping foot into any other dealership in the future...unless Dave has switch dealers ;) Oh and I also love the car he got me into!

Due to a accident one week before Christmas, my Wife and I were left in the situation of having to find a new or used car quickly. Having gone to several dealerships with no or little success we were left with the feeling it was impossible to find a "good" dealership where you felt treated fair. I had done some online research about the Subaru Crosstrek, it felt like a car we could really test out to see if it were a good fit for our Family. During our travels we came across Mark Miller Subaru at South Towne, what the heck we thought lets at least find out if Subaru could be a good fit. We were met by Dave Turcotte and immediately found out how down to earth he Approachable & Charismatic he is. Long story short we purchased the car, not just because Dave made the visit good, but because it is a good car and good brand, we drove it in the snow on Christmas and it did fantastic. I can say so far I am very impressed with Mark Miller Subaru South Towne, the time spent there was very good and not wasted.

Dave was super easy to work. Very nice and not pushy at all, compared to other dealerships as soon as you get out of your car they are already surrounding you. When it came time to signing paperwork and finishing my loan Keith and Dave were super friendly and laid back. Would def go back to this dealership anytime!

Mark Miller southtowne treated me exceptionally right from the first time I walked in to the dealership. I kept in contact with the salesman that helped me for almost a year and a half. When I was ready to order my car he kept me up to date on everything that was happening. I built the car online and was given a promise price that was $1500 less and it dropped even further by the delivery date. I was very well taken care of and will return to this dealership for my next Subaru.

I am a first time buyer and had been to several other dealers including Subaru dealers. Sales persons at other dealerships were either pushy or seemed disinterested. Before we even walked in the door at marks Miller Subaru we met an agent. They were polite, direct, and absolutely no haggling. It easy to find the vehicle that fit our needs and a price that we could afford. Our entire experience was excellent.

This Subaru dealership and salesman was simply amazing. Dave helped us get just what we wanted, he made the experience so easy and fun! Very thorough and extremely helpful. He answered questions he knew we would have in the long run, hardly had to ask questions he already had given us all the answers. He made the experience so comfortable and fun. He was not pushy like most salesman. He was extremely knowledgeable. I felt like he knew every inch of the vehicle. Every button was explained to us it was amazing. He knew exactly what we wanted and he did not push another vehicle on us. We wanted the 3.6 R Legacy and those are harder to find yet he made sure to get us just that nothing less. The transaction was very smooth. I love how he gave us tips we weren't even expecting or wouldn't have known otherwise. He made himself available to us at any day or time and picked up our calls quickly. After purchasing the vehicle the clear bra was put on the vehicle but started to peel the next day. Within a few days we had the issue corrected and a new one put in. They picked up the car (we live in Ogden) and dropped it off. No work on our end. The service is simply amazing. I would recommend them 100%.

They go out of their way to make sure you have a great experience - perhaps a bit too much. They were so thorough in making sure I understood everything and was well taken care of that I was kind of hoping they would just hurry - but that is a great fault to have. :)

Good service for repairs but I took my subaru into the dealership for a simple repair and they ended up doing a 24 point inspection and came back with a laundry list of repairs that weren't cheap and from what I could tell not needed. So I took my car to two other mechanic shops and they both came back saying there was nothing wrong with what subaru said there was..

I found a great looking deal on the internet that looked too good to be true. I went down to Mark Miller Subaru South Towne because I just had to see it. I used their chat service to make sure that the car was available and I was guaranteed that it was available and that I should talk with Dave when I came in. I walked into the dealership and it was such a breath of fresh air. No high pressured pushy salesman jumping on me like a piece of meat. Just a very calm friendly environment. I asked a person at the reception desk if I could speak with Dave and I was taken to Dave. Dave is one of the greatest salesman that I have met. No pressure, extremely nice, and able to answer all your questions. Dave allowed me to test drive the car and allowed me to do so by myself which is always a plus and so rare with these big dealerships. I came back Dave came out and chatted with me (on a cold day at that) and was able to tell me all about the STi I was looking at. Where it came from, who traded it in, why they traded it in, had the service records, Carfax, insured me the one flaw that I found (flaw was in the clear bra) could and would be fixed. I asked if we could talk about numbers and he brought me in and printed out the numbers sheet and let me talk it out with him. HE WAS NOT PUSHY AT ALL!! This is so rare and such a relief. I told him I would want to talk to my wife and I got the "oh sure go ahead, give me a call or send me a text with any questions." Unknown to him, he had me sold on the car right there!

I walked in the building and Tony was right there to assist me. He showed me all the options I was looking for. He organized the exact model that wasn't on the lot to be available asap! I was able to pick up my awesome new Legacy the next week and it was everything I wanted in the car! He made sure I wasn't taken advantage of and was an amazing sales man!

I had called earlier in the day to inquire about a vehicle; the sales associate, Jason, who took my call, was very friendly. He took my information and told me to come on in whenever convenient. When I arrived, he was prepared to show me the vehicle I was interested in right away - zero waiting. As I had done my homework, I knew the asking price was very reasonable. Jason answered all my questions very honestly as I looked over and test drove the vehicle, leaving me with no sense of suspicion. I told him I'd take it. We then went through the most hassle-free purchasing process imaginable, amazingly with zero negotiating involved. The finance manager had no problem when I asked to step out of the office momentarily to call a friend to get advice on whether to purchase an extended warranty. I did not feel muscled or deceived as in most car buying stories I've heard. I was out the door with keys to my new vehicle in hand in about an hour and a half. I walked out of there feeling great and couldn't have been happier about my purchase!

Financing and tech help, making sure my questions about the car were answered before I drove off, were both nice experiences. However, spending 28,000 and not getting a spare key leaves me in serious doubt about future service. Don't know if I'd recommend the dealership

This car purchase was the easiest and most hassle free that I have ever experienced. I love the One Price philosophy they have and they are true to it. Their dealer Doc Fees are also very reasonable.We had an issue with an oil leak on the used Mercedes we bought. They fixed the leak at their expense and have won my business for life. Neil Christofferson was great to work with as well. He took time to understand our problem with the car and made sure to take care of it for us. From the moment I arrived at the Mark Miller South Towne dealership, Dave Turcotte was helpful, knowledgeable, and very easy to work with throughout my decision and purchase.He went over each of the models with me, and helped me quickly understand which ones would not have the features I preferred or needed. At no time did he "dis" my choices of what I felt were important features.More than that, he put up with me changing my mind (repeatedly) first on which car I wanted, then on color--both exterior and interior--as well as features. Dave understood that I was personally in a place where rapid decision making was not advisable, and never pressured me to purchase now. Unlike other dealerships of a different make, he didn't call me repeatedly, nor did I ever get taken into a "closing room" or subjected to being turned over to a bigger gun.Overall, his patience had to span 3 different calendar months, and he and the dealership were awesome. Even when my car arrived, they gave me time to get my ducks in a row and held it for me for a bit.I would highly recommend Dave Turcotte and this dealership. I feel the price was good and that we both did OK at the end of the day. I'm from Las Vegas, after jumping through hoops with the only dealer here in Las Vegas. I have had enough of the typical nonsense with the local dealer I sent an email to Mark Miller Subaru at night. The next morning I had an answer and a quote on a new Outback. I sent them my info and pictures of my trade, got a response and quote within about 45 minutes. Deal was done in about an hour, went the next day to purchase. I've bought lots of cars over the years, this , by far is the easiest most pleasant car experience I have ever had. These people know what the are doing and will treat you with the respect you deserve as a customer. By the way the dealer down here adds all kinds of nonsense to the price, Mark Miller doesn't. Highly recommend this dealer!

I live in Cache Valley and went to Mark Miller Subaru with my dad to purchase a vehicle for him. While he was checking things out I was test driving cars. We both worked with "old" Dave who was more than willing to help us. I personally HATE shopping for cars but it's a necessary evil. My Dad and I ended up both purchasing vehicles. I purchased the full bra and permaplate. They sent me home to Cache Valley with my new car with a "we will call and set up an appointment" for your extras. I then had to turn around and head back to SLC 2 days later to drop off my new car. They gave me a rental to use and informed me I was responsible for making sure the tank was full when I brought it back, which I did, even tho I had just spent $25,000 on a new vehicle. Needless to say when I went to pick up my car it wasn't ready and I ended up waiting 6hrs while it got finished. Frustrating. But they finished it.

My wife and I were out shopping for cars for about 2 weeks and one night we went to the Mark Miller location in the southtowne automall. It was around 8:30pm and most of the dealerships had closed on a friday night before 8pm. So we were surprised when Dave came out and talked with us while we were looking at cars on the lot. We came back in the next day and found "Old Dave" and test drove the 15' outback. After driving that we knew that was the car for my wife and I. We wanted to look at 2 different colors and Dave let us know that the colors that we wanted we slated to arrive to their location within the next week or 2. Both came in and we saw a silver outback that had all the extra bells and whistles that we wanted and we jumped on it. Dave was very patient with us and rolled with our changes. We had a great experience and would recommend working with Dave to anyone that is looking for a subaru without hesitation.

I'd been driving my 97' Outback for the last 18 years and had a hard time bringing myself to trade it in. But some recent electrical issues convinced me it was time. I initially dreaded the car buying experience. But the salesman was very knowlegable about Subarus. He was very patient to answer all my questions and help me throught the process.

Both my fiance and I drive a lot especially in warm months. We both our outdoor lovers. So, we needed an outdoor friendly car for all seasons just in case both of us want to be in outdoors in cold months as well. So, we started with a test drive 4 cylinder Subaru Outback '15. We liked the 4 cylinder but we needed more power to be able to drive up hills after hills for our future adventures. We decided that we should purchase 3.6R version of Outback instead. It took us a while to wait for 3.6R to come by. 2 weeks passed and finally I gave a call to Subaru to see 3.6R is in yet. Operator transferred me to Dave and there we begin the actual purchase of 3.6R that we had been waiting for. Dave was friendly, professional and helpful. We drove out with our new Subie that night. It was already 10PM by the time we drove off Mark Miller South Towne. Dave was patient with us and made sure we got everything right before we drove off. Overall, my fiance and I had very good experience with Dave and Mark Miller South Towne Subaru.

Over the past eight years, we have purchased two new cars and two used cars from this dealership. In every case the purchasing experience was exceptional. We felt that the dealership gave us the best possible sale price they could offer and also gave us a very good price for the cars we traded in. We purchased all four cars from the same sales representative, Dave Turcotte. He has always been honest and straight forward in helping us with our purchases. Besides our liking of Subarus, he is one of the main reasons we keep returning to this dealership.

It took me a LONG time to finally choose a Subaru. I previously owned a Honda. I was looking at Honda's, Toyota's and of course Subaru's. After many months of research and several visits to all of these dealerships I finally landed with Subaru. Dawn has been our favorite car salesperson we have ever dealt with. We have purchased many cars from Dawn. And unfortunately a few from other people and every time we purchased from another salesperson we always asked ourselves why? On all the cars we have purchased from Dawn, we had never been upside down on a loan, so I always feel we have received a good deal from Dawn.

The experience of working with Dawn is simply wonderful. She is full of genuine enthusiasm for Subaru's and accentuates that with a wealth of product knowledge. She makes the buying experience easy, fun, and low stress. I never felt the need to be on my guard as a buyer, instead feeling like I had an advocate helping to watch out for me as we moved through the decision making process. This is the third car we have purchased from Dawn, and that's no accident. You would be hard pressed to find an equivalent experience. Dawn is simply wonderful!

I have never had an experience that was as positive as buying a car from Dawn Saak at Mark Miller Subaru. Dawn listens to you every need and desires and somehow makes it work out painlessly. She is the most trustworthy salesperson without any, and I mean any, hard core sales pressure. Once you buy a vehicle with Dawn she makes you a friend for life. Although I love Subaru, if she were ever to change dealerships I would likely change my car buying preference. But then again, why would she ever change when she has such a caring, ethical, and top notch dealership behind her! If you haven't bought your vehicle from Dawn at Mark Miller Subaru you are truly missing out!!!

Dawn is a treasure. Warm, friendly, outgoing ... I could go on, but the point is when you go buy a car, you generally don't expect to become friends with the salespeople. Dawn is quite different - her great personally makes her a delight. We have counted her amongst our friends for over 12 years, and two cars, now. Whenever we'd stop by for maintenance, it was always a delight. Although we have moved from the area, when we were looking for a new car, one email or call and she was on top of it. We've never had such a great experience in the automotive world before or since. She, and the Mark Miller Subaru crew, do an outstanding job. From seamless purchase, maintenance, support, consideration for their customers, and integrity. Wish all dealers took this much pride in their work.

Not enough adjectives to express my delight with working with Dawn when getting my new Surbaru(s). (historically - my 3 Foresters, 2 Foresters for friends, and now my new 2015 Outback) I can't imagine a better and more professional and caring person to work with than Dawn. Dawn has been my "go-to" as well as my "send-to" person since about 2003. I won't be ready for a new car (have only had my new OB for a few days) for a while, but I won't hesitate to send anyone in her direction if they even have a whisper of looking for a new car. So before i ever got to the dealership I went online and did my research. I did a lot of looking at what people were paying in my state, and surrounding states, and what would be an accpetable price for me. I went to a competing dealership, and told the sales clerk what i wanted to pay for a car with xy and z, when he countered with a number several thousand dollars above my asking price i walked out the door. Two days later i went up and met with Jordan. He didn't jerk me around he said he would have to look at my number before he said yes or no. After a couple minutes of moving some numbers around he agreed to my number. After we had agreed on the number we ordered my specific car from the factory and the wait began. It took a while, but Jordan was great about keeping me up to date, and helping me along with everything. The day the car arrived i was in and out in about an hour and half. TLDR Super painless, low pressure dealership. If i ever need another subaru I am coming here.

I would say I'm a very picky customer. I have high standards with who i deal with. I was blown away with the way I was treated by Garrett at Mark Miller Subaru in Sandy. From the friendly handshake at the begging to buying me lunch in their cafeteria. Garrett went well out of his way for me, and you could tell it was genuine and not just a "sales man" trying to make a sale. He as well knows a lot about cars in general. We went through several options of new and used cars, all sorts of makes and models. Never did i get the feeling he didn't know what he was talking about. So if anyone is looking for a salesman to take care of them in finding a new/used car this guy right here comes highly recommended.

I bought a used Nissan Murano from "old" Dave. Very nice salesperson, with genuine warmth. The dealership has the right attitude in their sales approach. On a different note, the facility was second to none. The tree lined lot was very beautiful. After visiting other lots, it was pleasant to interact in such a peaceful setting.

Came to this dealership three years ago and met "old" Dave. We loved working with him! No pressure, friendly sales guy... but in all truth the cars sell themselves! Recently upgraded from a 2012 Impreza to a 2015 Subaru (x2... One for me... One for hubby) and couldn't be happier. I feel like I'm driving a luxury vehicle. Suburu really is love! Speaking of love, I love this dealership... Its immaculately clean and everyone is so friendly!

I called ahead to check on the status of the Outback that I saw on their site, I spoke to "Old Dave" and he assured me it would be there waiting for my arrival. Upon driving into the lot I couldn't find the car, however this was because Dave already pulled it from the lot and had it waiting for me to test drive. Process from their on was effortless. My wife and I visited a couple of times to look at the XV Crosstrek before buying. The first time we met Dave Turcotte and spoke to him briefly about the vehicle and there was no pressure, just understanding of what we were looking for. By time we were ready to buy we happily called Dave and he made the buying experience as painless as humanly possible. A good man to work with and very helpful. We felt we got a fair deal and we'll certainly go see Mark Miller (and Dave) next time we are looking for a new car.

The car was the right size, shape, & color and had all the safety features she desired and wanted. Working with Kurt Moyer was the icing on the cake. He was really courteous, kind, patient, and very professional in his approach and knowledge of the vehicle. We appreciate his quick response, when called upon. Dreading to buy a vehicle because of past experiences over a decade and a half ago, the experience at Mark Miller was incredible. We found a vehicle through our own choosing without pressure. The price for the vehicle was even lower than online vehicle appraisal sites. A small cosmetic scratch found on the vehicle is also attentively being addressed for no charge.

Everyone I came into contact at the Dealership was superb. All my questions were answered satisfactorily, I never felt as if I was intruding in their day, I felt welcomed and I never felt pressured to buy anything...but I eventually did...and I'm glad I did. I've already used the Service Department twice and was impressed at their prompt service and professionalism. All in all, quite a change to many of my previous car buying experiences.

although I had a great service experience I noticed that they were very busy because they only had 1service advisor today. I think it would behoove them on Saturday to have an additional service advisor. other than that I was very pleased and will continue to take my subaru to mark miller for his every need.

We went to Mark Miller just to look around. We knew what we wanted but weren't ready to buy. We made sure we told Kevin that when he came over to talk to us. He said that was fine. He didn't force us to buy. We left without buying. Kevin didn't call and harass us. It was great. We came back when we were ready to purchase. They didn't have the color of the car we wanted. Kevin worked his magic and got it for us the next day. He was amazing! I love how great Kevin was with us.

We spent sometime looking for a new car and had been to several different dealers. The no pressure approach and the brand was what sold Mark Miller and Kevin to us. I had a great used car buying experience thanks to Mark Miller Subaru. I've always been hesitant and skeptical about buying cars out of state but found a car I really want. So my girlfriend and I made an exception and gave Mark Miller Subaru a try. We were not disappointed. Louis Mathews help made the process really easy. He personally came to the airport to pick us up. Louis was extremely friendly and so are all the other staffs. John "Limbo" helped me with the financing and was extremely knowledgeable. He got me in and out in no time. We got to test drive "my car" and I immediately know I'm taking it home. Louis did not rush me during the test drive and pretty much let me do what I needed to do. My girlfriend and I drove it home the same day, a 10 hrs drive, but we were extremely satisfied. Buying the car we want is one thing, but accompanied with great services and people completely puts the experience over the top.

After looking at Subaru's for the first time ever at the Auto Expo and then going for a test drive the next day at a dealership I fell in love! I did a lot of research on different cars in person, on test drives and online including the Edmund's app which is how I found my car. My experience buying the car was a typical car buying experience. We haggled a little and negotiated a price we were both happy with, for both the car and my trade. It was after I bought the car that I was impressed. I had already test driven new Outbacks at other dealerships and knew exactly what I wanted when I arrived, so I hadn't driven the car. After I left the finance office, Todd caught me in the parking lot and spent 20-30 minutes helping me set up my bluetooth, maintenance reminders, and explaining all the buttons. He showed me more than anyone had previously shown me during test drives. I had already purchased the car, so Todd didn't have to spend the extra time with me. But he did, just to make sure I knew how to run everything.

My sister purchased a Subaru Crosstrek XV from Dave and she said that he was just wonderful so we got in contact with him, let him know what we were looking for and he said that he would keep an eye out for us. It wasn't more than a few weeks later when he called us and showed us a 2002 Subaru Legacy Outback. He treated us well, kept us entertained and kept his word. We purchased the car and I love it. The overall experience was wonderful and he really followed through quite well. I would go back to Dave again. Great experience.

I've never had a service person assigned to me when I purchased a car...only a different person each time I've been in. Not only that, but my sales person, Dave Turcott also want me to text him to let him know when and for what service I'm coming in to have done, so he can check in on us too. And how about the conseirgeres, Josh, is coming to our house to set up our garage door openers and again show us how to use all the gadgets and we can call him anytime (and Dave, who gave us his cell and said call me anytime...24hr 7days a week) we have any question on how to operate anything on the car! I ordered a 2015 Legacy 3.6R and Dave was very helpful in providing all the info needed to get exactly what I wanted. He stayed in touch with us regarding updates as to when the car would arrive and then when we picked it up he was patient and thorough explaining all the technology, and there is a lot of technology in this car. We purchased a new 2012 Outback from them before so we knew what to expect. I'll probably return to Mark Miller for my next Subaru and if "Old Dave" is still around I'll definitely look him up.

I have bought many cars from this Dealership. I wouldn't go anywhere else. They are always focused on making your car buying experience a positive one. Car buying is stressful to begin with and to leave with an amazing car and a great experience you can't ask for anything better. We have bought a few cars with Garrett and couldn't be happier. He was personal, and did everything he could to make it a good experience. I recommend everyone to him. He doesn't try to get you out the door in anything and be unhappy, he makes sure it is something you want and that you are walking away a happy customer. I lease my cars so I come back every 2 1/2- 3 years so I am sure to come back to Garrett every time.

I found Jon to be extremely knowledgeable with the many questions I asked in regards to the Impreza WRX/STI model that I was considering. My story is a unique one in that 7 weeks ago, we had agreed to terms on a vehicle very much like the one I ultimately purchased 7 weeks later. Upon arrival at the dealership an unfortunate accident had taken place. The Impreza WRX/STI's rear bumper got scratched up. Jon was forthright with what happened and I made the decision to wait it out on a brand new one that was set for production and delivery in December 2014. I couldn't be happier with my decision. There is nothing like knowing your vehicle (2015 Impreza STI limited) is being made and shipped to the US and ultimately Mark miller South towne. All things considered, Jon and the dealership put honesty and integrity at a premium. Financing went fairly smooth with only an early speed bump encountered at the beginning. The finance dept was able to secure 1.9% financing which is virtually nonexistent in the current market. Garrett ( salesman) was not very friendly. Had no customer service skills whatsoever. He made me feel very unwelcome and like a bother. I did not buy a car from him and would not recommend anyone going to this dealership.

Christmas eve we made an inquiry. Got a call from Matt. We setup a time we'd come down after we spoke with the bank. Set an appointment time to come first thing after Christmas because they had were closing early. Was assured by Matt they wouldn't sell the car. Showed up 9 AM check in hand and it wasn't the right car we'd made an inquiry on... They had sold that car. After reading more reviews this seems to happen a lot with this dealership. My advice is avoid the internet sales team. Go into the dealership personally.

My experience working with "Old Dave" was very positive. It had been 12 years since I last bought a car. I was uncertain and somewhat overwhelmed in seeing all the cars out there. When I got to Mark Miller Subaru and met Dave things started to change. He was most kind and very well informed. He was patient with me. I had narrowed my search down to two car makes. I kept coming back to the Outback. It ended up being my final choice. I am so happy with the professionalism Dave showed and how he took time to explain everything.. Having searched for many, many months to find a use-friendly Subaru dealer who would actually talk to me, I was delighted to find Mark Miller South Towne! Dave Turcotte was the ultimate professional and a most caring human being! He made the whole shopping, test driving, picking out all the options, thinking about it, etc. etc. actually enjoyable, comfortable and easy. He found exactly what I wanted and kept me well informed of the whole process. The dealership then sent someone to my home to help me learn all the details of the 2015 models and have assured me they will help with any concerns or questions I have about the car. All the Subaru dealers should be like this one! Definitely one I will recommend to any and all of my car buying friends!

My friend has bought 2 cars from Mark Miller Subaru over the past 7 years. I've accompanied him during both purchases and on many of the trips for routine and maintenance that he's done with them. Because of his satisfaction with his cars and how he's been treated, along with my own observations, I purchased my first Subaru this past October. I used his same salesman, "Old Dave" Turcotte and am elated with the experience. Dave and the Mark Miller staff have proven over and over that they are a customer oriented dealership and they want their customers to have positive experiences so that they keep coming back. It's been a refreshingly pleasant experience and I'm happy now to be part of the family. The other Miller's in Utah (you know that guy) could really learn a thing or two from the Mark Miller company.

My wife and I found a great looking WRX on the Mark Miller Subaru web site. Our salesman Rodger was great to work with and eased our fears of purchasing a vehicle from out of state, he even picked us up at the airport early Saturday morning. We had a wonderful breakfast from the cafe at the dealership while we waited for some of the paperwork. We had much better experience with the Mark Miller team than our local Subaru dealer.

We absolutely loved the experience we had at Mark Miller. I started researching and emailing with the internet department. They were very quick to respond and answered all my questions thoroughly. We then decided to go look at some cars in person. I was dreading the classic car salesman pressure and the "What can I do to get you in this car today?" crap. There was NONE of that at all. Totally zero pressure!! I straight up told Matt that we weren't buying a car that day and he was perfectly fine with that. He said it was smart to get the research part out of the way. We took the Crosstrek, Outback and Forester out for a test drive before deciding the Forester was it. We talked to Matt about pricing and he took us to his office and gave us a complete breakdown of monthly payments and options we had. All this after I said we weren't buying that day. We left with a very good offer on the Forester (thanks to TrueCar). The way home we decided that we were going to get the car. A couple days later we submitted our finance application and Matt immediately texted me to get the process going. By the time we got there basically everything was done except the signing. We went to pick up the Forester and were in and out in probably 45 minutes. There were no hidden added costs or anything like that. They showed us options for different warranties but again, NO PRESSURE. Everything was our choice and if we made a decision, there was no up-selling. This is my third new car purchase and far and away, these guys were the best. We will definitely be back in the future.

First off I have experienced a lot of the dealerships In the SLC area over my 61 years. This is the first Dealership that was hassle free, No pressure and no sales pitch. They sold me a great car with no cover-ups. Service was quick to assist. We have been loyal Mark Miller Toyota customers for years. The Mark Miller team has always been good to work with. So...when we decided to look at the Subaru Outback, we went directly to Mark Miller South Town Subaru and have been so happy with the service we received there. We love their no pressure approach and working with Kevin Edwards was an awesome experience. Kevin was great from the second we met him. We ended up ordering our Outback. Kevin did everything possible to get the car we wanted. Kevin's recommendations for us were spot on! Kevin was honest and upfront and worked with us on pricing and financing. We made changes to our order after the order was placed, and Kevin (who was on vacation) worked hard for us and made the desired changes we wanted, without a complaint. Kevin was great at keeping us updated as to when our "Subi" would arrive. When it arrived, Kevin made sure he was there when they took it off the truck to inspect it. We received our new Subaru Outback last night a week ahead of when it was scheduled to arrive. The service at delivery was again exceptional. Roger Reier is amazing to work with! I told him what it was I was looking for, he found it at the other dealership and brought it to the Southtowne location. Just so I could test drive it. I ended up buying the car, the finance guys were able to keep payments where I wanted. Roger is honest and trustworthy, a great guy to work with.

Although they specialize in New Subarus, Dave got us into a newer pre-owned car for me that I not only love but would probably bite your hand off if you tried to touch it. This was by far the best car buying experience. Roger R was great, I was very specific about my needs and when I came in he had them ready to show and with Air on which helped in 100 degrees weather! When we were ready make a purchase, we agreed on trade in value and met on agreed upon amount without feeling pressured! Dave did our paperwork quickly and Cory got our tint in and it looks great! We had issue with windshield and scratches and they are taking care of that for us!. I love my 2013 XT! I'm so glad I went there

I was in there 3-4 times and test drove the car I wanted. None of the salesmen had to tag along. They offered to let me take it up the canyon to make sure it handled the way I wanted. Not ONCE was price or "what do you want your monthly payment to be" or "Do you have a trade in" or "How much are you planning to put down?" discussed. We didn't talk numbers until I was ready. Dawn is the nicest! Kevin was very helpful, and Pete is awesome! I have owned Subaru's for over 10 years and I always have them serviced at Mark Miller Subaru. The Service department is great. They do everything they can to maintain my car and make recommendations and make it easy on my wallet. I would highly recommend anybody in the market for a new Subaru (or I know they also have other used vehicles) to check them out!

Dave went out of his way to make sure we had the car we wanted, and in our price range. It was a great experience to work with him. This is my second time buying from Mark Miller Subaru. The first time was in 1996. Eighteen years and 210,000 miles later I guess, it was time for a new car. It was even better the second time around. There was no high pressure selling, no condescending or xxxxxxxxxxxx attitude, which is was so surprising to still find that as we started shopping for a new car. Dave was the first sales person we found and the last one we went back to. We looked at Honda, Toyota, and Hyndai and came back to Subaru. It was not a pleasant experience with these other dealerships. Overall, we love our new Forrester and had a great experience with Dave.

I honest have never bought a new car through a dealership, so for starters i was very apprehensive. Especially after my visit at Nate Wade Subaru which was bland, unhelpful, and a supreme disappointment. I walked into Mark Miller Subaru with my cousin and her husband and was looking at the 2014 WRX that was in the show room. That was when I was approached by Jordan who was telling me about the car and how he was an avid WRX and STI fanatic. When he asked how he could help us, I immediately told him about what I was looking for and we got to it. He upsold me on a 2015 WRX and told me about all the great features that were going to be in the new car. Then once I had ordered the car, he kept me updated every few weeks to a month with the status of the car. Unfortunately he was not in when I came to pick up the car, although i worked with George who was great as well. Was extremely friendly and great to talk to as well. I also worked with Chris who helped me with the financing and was joking with him about signing with blood and signing my soul away. They all were great to work with and Alex himself was great when it came to getting my car detailed before i had to go back to working on the road. Thank you guys for all your help and i look forward to the future.

We called on the phone knowing that we wanted a basic package on the forester. Jason produced three cars we could afford and helped us get the paperwork done over the phone. If that wasn't enough, he was also able to deliver the car to us because we had no way to get to the dealership. This goes above and beyond what we expected of customer service! As a first time car buyer, I do not think this dealership could have made this process easier for me. Tony, the sales consultant who assisted me, was very friendly and patient with all of my questions. I appreciated the relaxed atmosphere of the dealership as a whole. There was no pressure involved. I felt that the prices on the vehicles were competitively marked from the start. I was simply given information and options in order to make an educated decision on my own time. For future purchases, I will definitely be returning to this dealership.

It was nice to stop in to look at the subarus and not be attacked and pressured like some other car dealerships I've been to. I enjoyed the test drives, and looking around and talking to the salespeople. I felt like it was ok to just stop in for a quick visit, and I would easily be able to leave without people making a fuss over it. Very relaxing!!!

In the past we have worked with Pete the sales manager & did again, however Pete had Dave Turcotte assist us. We purchased a 2015 Crosstrek for my wife. I have purchase many cars over the years from various dealers but Mark Miller is by far the best dealership I have worked with. Also Dave is the most professional & down to earth sales person we have ever worked with. He took an interest in us & explained everything in detail about our new car. After posting a review about my experience with my used car the dealership contacted us they said to bring in the car so they could look at the car. Hopefully the problem is fixed. I'm glad they contacted us and tried to fix the problem, if i knew i could take the car back so they could look at the problem i was having, i would have taken it.

Jon was delightful to work with while buying the car and Pete was upfront about my needs in the service agreement department. The team at South Town are amazing! When we went to buy a car we let Jordan Rock (our salesman) know exactly what our parameters were. He showed us a car right off the bat that fit our needs, and in the price range that we asked for. After asking if we wanted to take it for a test drive he said he would get the keys for us and asked when we anticipated on returning. We let him know that we had a couple of errands to run and asked it two hours were ok. He said that was great. When we returned we let him know that we had taken the car to another dealer to compare a similar car but different make. He applauded us for comparing cars side by side and taking the initiative to be informed. After about a week of having the car our transmission started having issues. We took the car into the dealer to see what they could/would do. The had their mechanic, Billy, look at the trans. He let us know that it could be a couple of things. The most common cause was the casings. The dealership replaced the casings at no cost to us. When that didn't solve the issue they came to us with four different options, including giving our money back to shop elsewhere or to help find a car that fit the same parameters. The other options had to do with replacing the transmission. Long story short they ended up doing additional research to help find a solution that we were satisfied with regarding our transmission. The Finance manager Neil Christopherson was also amazing. He was very straight forward and honest with us during the whole ordeal. I normally avoid car dealerships when purchasing a car, but when forced to find a quick solution had to resort to looking at dealerships. We looked at several, and I mean several (3 full days worth) of dealerships. Although we found a car that was similar and that we also liked that was a little less in cost, ultimately we chose to get the car from this dealer because they 1. Were honest from the beginning (Didn't even try to get us to buy a more expensive car like the other dealers) and 2. Showed complete trust in us as buyers. 3. Even when our car was down they provided us with another car so that we weren't down a car with two full time jobs on different sides of the valley. I would like to note that the loaner wasn't just any car, it was a Brand New car with less than 1000 miles on it. I will be a customer for life if the service stays the same.

This was my first time coming to a Subaru Dealership. And my first time buying a Subaru. My Daughter and her Husband purchased a Subaru Outback. And they love it! She said, trying to buy a used Subaru. Is almost impossible. People buy a Subaru and will drive them until the wheels fall off! I love how it handled. And I was the passenger. So when I got to test drive the Outback I was impressed with the power and how it felt on the road.I was referred to Dave. I was pleased with how easy he was to talk to. We went over the manual and he explained it and made it easy to understand.I will be back! And I will be sending my Friends and Family!

I have bought all my Subaru's from Mark Miller, I was lucky enought to meet Dave Turcott on my last visit and he was very helpful in locating me a car and giving my pricing and financing options. When i was ready to make my purchase I went back to Mark Miller, and asked for Dave and he was more then helpful in getting me into my 2013 Subaru Legacy. Working with Dave was a very nice experience, no pressure and he even bought us lunch. It is so nice to work with a dealer and sales person that doesn't keep you hostage until you buy the car. Dave was also very helpful in showing me the features inside the car and teaching me how to use them. Thanks Dave, it was a pleasure working with you.

We purchased a 2014 Subaru Outback in January 2014 from MMS. What a great place to buy a car! I have purchased cars before at other dealerships, both new and used, but I have never had a more enjoyable experience than I did at MMS. Their team went over and above their duty when I contacted them by email regarding trading in my 2011 on a newer Outback. They put together two packages they thought would fit for me and give us the best deal possible, They were very clear on the choices we had and offered to get a car delivered from another dealership if we were not satisfied with your inventory. The car we actually bought was not on the lot at the time and they wasted no time in getting the car we wanted delivered, detailed and out waiting for us. We actually had keys to our new guy before we signed the paper work, which was a first for me. They also climbed in our new car and showed us how to pair my phone with my new Outback as well as pointing out some features and how to use them.The finance team finished up our paperwork and were very personable, and went out of their way to explain some things about my new Subaru that I did not know, and some features that I actually did not know I was going to have on my new vehicle, as well as some tips for how to enhance my driving experience and use my features more effectively. He made the experience a very nice one, and a short one. They made signing on the dotted line enjoyable, and we were quite happy with the deal we received. And Wait, Theres More!!! Upon arriving home we noticed that there was a scratch and paint knick on the front of our new vehicle. I was very concerned that your dealership would not want to repair this as we did not see it before we left the lot, but upon notifying them of this, he very nicely and immediately got his team to help me get this fixed with the help of the Subaru body shop in Salt Lake and even followed up with me on this to make sure that the repair was done to my satisfaction. .I realize that most people think that this is just the normal stuff businesses should do but in this day and age when customer service is becoming a thing of the past I appreciate this kind of service. Being that this is my second Subaru, I have also worked with the Service Staff and I have to tell you that they always treated me with respect and they were very courteous whether I was bringing in my 2011 for service, just calling with a question, or when I had to fix the scratch on my new one. All around the best dealership I've EVER WORKED WITH!!!

Even your shuttle driver is awesome. Most people would think that this is just the normal course of things for a business but, in this day and age when customer service is becoming a thing of the past, the treatment I get at MMS is refreshing.

This was my husband's first experience purchasing a new car and he is highly skeptical to say the least ... but Dave got us a great deal and made us feel completely comfortable with our purchase that we could not resist! I have dealt with many car salesmen in the past and I hope to only deal with Dave in the future! He proved to us that we were getting a great deal and insured us that we were going to get absolute great service after the sale. I believe him! We had worked with Jason for several months trying to find a car that matched our budget, and one that we felt was a great deal for us. We went back and forth with a ton of different models in the Subaru line, and finally found a great deal on a 2010 Impreza Outback Sport. I absolutely love this car, it has awesome features that made the deal even sweeter. Jason was awesome to work with. He always was looking for what I wanted and not for what he thought would be good, and if I ever didn't like something he was quick to change his searches and narrow them down to what I wanted. We put Jason through the ringer, and he still helped us out, and never made me feel like I was an inconvenience or bother. His knowledge of the vehicle was great, I trusted his opinion, and he was always upfront and honest with me. I could ask him for a straight-up answer and he'd give it to me - even to the point where I would be looking online and ask him for his honest opinion about a car, he told me that it wasn't what I was looking for and proceeded to give me the reasons why. The only thing that would have made the experience better would have been a little insight into the whole buying process. I was a first-time buyer and had literally no real clue of what I would need to bring to the counter to buy this car. I was caught off-guard by several of the documents they needed, and had to go and get the documents. They worked with me as much as possible, but a list of possible documents would have been great.I'd give it a 4 out of 5 stars, just because of the whole buying process, which I'm sure would have gone by very quickly had I known what they needed from me.Also, Pete Kuhn was awesome. He searched long and hard to find us an AMAZING rate that saved us a TON of money. He could have settled for any other rate, but he didn't stop looking until he found us the best one possible. I really appreciated his help, and am grateful he made the deal go through, because without Pete we might not have bought the car.

I walked in thinking that I was just going to look at cars because I did not know what I qualified for nor did I know what kind of car I wanted. I was met by Curtis Holt who welcomed me in the nicest way possible and had me sit down with him to talk about my options. He then proceeded to ask me questions about myself as far as what kind of cars I like and what I was looking for in a car and so on. I felt like he was actually listening to my wants rather than telling me what he thinks I should want. He then proceeded to ask me about what I think I could afford, but I was not sure about my finances. So he took my information and submitted it to their finance department where they did the work while he took me out to the parking lot and showed me some options that he felt would work for my finances. He explained everything in detail about each car and answered any questions I had about each car as honestly as he could. I felt valued and respected going through this experience. Once we discussed my options, we went back inside where I learned what I qualified for and who would finance me. I was amazed at how fast their service was! After that, I felt like I was in control and knew what all of my options were. I said "yes" and shook the hand of this great dealer and ended up driving off the lot in my new car that day! I felt like I had been treated fairly and honestly. I was not given any runaround. It was an amazing experience and one I would recommend to anyone. My husband bought his Subaru from Jason a year ago and loved it. I decided to trade in my Acura MDX for a Subaru at the time they didn't have one I wanted, but Jason never gave up he kept sending me emails & calling about some of the cars they got in to see if I was interested. He fought for me to make sure that I got the best deal possible and that we could make this car buying happen. Once I decided on a car and we went into Financing I worked with Dave. As with Tony, Dave made sure we talked through every concern or question that was brought up. I did not feel rushed or that my questions were a imposition. Dave answered each and every questions and concern. Every other car buying experience I have had has been awful and I was dreading deal with that again with this new car purchase. Our experience with Mark Miller Subaru, specifically Dave Turcotte, was nothing less of exceptional. I have always been leery of auto dealerships and have always bought used vehicles privately but Dave changed all of that. We found an attractive deal online and made a call. Lucky for us Dave was the one who answered. Thinking I was in store for several rounds of bids and counter bids I was shocked that we agreed to a base price within one conversation. Dave didn't pull any tricks. He was straight forward, honest, and his price was more than fair for this vehicle. The value was exceptional when it was all said and done. The experience over the phone was fantastic and our in store visit matched. We had a long drive to the dealership since we were out of state but upon arriving to the dealership we were warmly received. Several attendants asked how could they help and who was I looking for. The facilities were clean and had a great presentation. When we met Dave face-to-face his kindness via the phone and email showed immediately in person. He quickly got us in the car for a test drive with no questions asked. Upon returning we were set to finalize the deal. While we waited for the paper work to be processed Dave treated us to a free lunch in their cafe downstairs. While this food was far from gourmet, it was well appreciated after a 5 hour drive. Once our lunch was complete, we finalized all of the forms and were quickly on the road. I cannot recommend Dave or this dealership enough. Without a doubt we will return to Mark Miller and work with Dave when we are in the market for our next Subaru.

I found a potential car to buy on KSL.com. When I called the agency, I was referred to Roger Reier in sales. After asking a couple of questions regarding the car, I told him that I would be to the agency in about 30 minutes. Roger was waiting for me and had the car warmed up. We chatted for a few minutes and then took a test drive. We "politely" negotiated on price and I decided to purchase the Ford Escape. After obtaining some information from me, Roger took me to see Pete Kuhn. Pete did an excellent job explaining the various warranties, but I decided to opt out because I don't know how long I'm going to keep the car. I didn't want to pay for a warranty longer than I would keep the car. I'm sure Pete was probably disappointed that I opted out, but he didn't show it, nor did his friendliness change towards me. Both Roger and Pete couldn't have been more helpful. I left the agency very happy with my purchase and the experience while there.

Instead of applying pressure and trying to sell us a car right then, he agreed that it would be in our best interests to test other vehicles so that we could see the difference in quality and performance for ourselves. After test driving a CRV and running into the typical high pressure sales effort at Honda, we went back to Mark Miller Subaru and purchased the car from our test drive.

I recently purchased a CPO from Mark Miller South Towne and had a great experience. "Old" Dave helped make the process completely painless and a surprisingly fun experience. They had a great selection, and an atmosphere that wasn't bend on wheeler dealer tactics, but pure and simple service. I would definitely recommend it to anyone.

I have now purchased three vehicles with Kevin and Mark Miller; two Pontiacs and now a Subaru. This time around started with me looking at an used vehicle from another lot and it turned into a brand new vehicle. We knew what we wanted to buy, a basic Subaru Impreza. Dave understood perfectly that this would be our 5th Subaru and we know the brand well so there was no pressure to get something different. We ordered the car with a 4 month wait for delivery. But after a month they found the car we were waiting for. We bought both cars. The service was excellent, they responded to my e-mails immediately. Great job guys!

I was able to talk a walk around the lot with out being hounded by a sales rep and then when I entered the dealership, Tony was there to welcome me and offer assistance. Within about ten minutes, he'd handed me the keys to an Outback I was interested in and told me to enjoy - no pressure of any kind and I was able to take the wagon for a decent test drive and see how it felt (which was great!). I also test drove another Outback and a Forester, with Tony giving me some feedback on the perks of each model and citing the differences - he was knowledgeable and informative without overdoing it. I decided to purchase one of the Outbacks I'd driven. I was given a great price and then talked through service warranties by Rodney, who was happy to answer all my questions thoroughly and give me the coverage I wanted, not the most expensive option. I had a question after leaving the dealership and called Tony, who answered it right away. Overall it was a very pleasant experience with friendly employees who seemed relaxed rather than trying to pressure me into buying anything on their lot, like I have experienced at other dealerships. It was certainly the best car shopping experience I've had and I would definitely recommend them.

Dave understood instantly what I wanted, he checked your other sites to find my Rav 4 and even brought it to his dealership. It was so easy to talk to him and not just about cars but other things. He understood my buying the car myself and without a co-signer. Dave is the best !!!!!

I had a great experience with the internet sales department at Mark Miller South Towne. I was a very picky client, but they worked very well with me to get everything I wanted and on the time frame I wanted. They were very patient with me and I never felt pressured to do anything I didn't want to do. Dave LaCourse was very helpful in getting me into a good car at a great price very quickly. Roger Reier was amazingly helpful and patient with me as I was choosing the specs on my car. Garret Kelsch was great to work with, and got me a great deal. These guys were a great team and for my very first new car experience, it was great! I definitely would recommend this team when purchasing a car!

I was greeted as soon as I started looking at cars on the lot. I didn't have to search around for someone to talk to. I had a particular car in mind, and Tony searched the entire lot until we found it. He let me test drive by myself, which is a big thing for me. I may look young, but I'm not a child and I don't need to be babysat. I need time alone with the car to determine if this is right for me, if I can see myself enjoying driving this car on a daily basis. Tony was very respectful and never once did I catch a hint of "oh you're just some kids looking to test drive cars, you'll never buy one" attitude, which is was I experienced far too often at other dealerships, and even their sister deanship in Midtown. Overall, I went home that night with my Crosstrek. The EXACT model I wanted, and wasn't pressured to look at more pricey models or to add things on to the car I don't want or won't use. They even let me drive it for nearly a week before it was totally signed for, just to work around my busy schedule. Needless to say, I will send anyone and everyone looking to buy a car to Tony and to Mark Miller Subaru South Towne.

I purchased a 2013 Subaru STi. Initially I spoke with Dawn. She was extremely knowledgable about the car and was very helpful. I put a deposit on the vehicle (which hadn't arrived yet) and she stayed in constant communication. Matt also spoke with me and he actually owned an STi so he was very helpful with introducing me to the car. If your in the market for a Subaru this is the ultimate place to go. If your thinking about an STi I definitely recommend dealing with Dawn and Matt. Overall excellent first car purchasing experience!

We returned to Mark Miller Subaru because were interested in seeing the value of trading in our 2010 Impreza which we purchased from Mark Miller, for a 2014 Forester. Our sales rep Dave Turcotte was friendly, which is expected but we didnt expect that Dave would be so helpful. He was very educated on the features of the car rather than using sales tactics. After the sale was final he took the time to sit in the car with us and show us how to use the gadgets he even synced my cell phone to the cars hands-free feature. I would highly recommend Mark Miller and especially Dave good job GUYS!

Up until now I have always dreaded buying a new car simply for the fact that I can't stand car dealers. They have always been pushy and arrogant and typically don't listen to anything you tell them. That has all changed for me thanks to Mark Miller Subaru South Town and Roger Nielsen. I was blown away by the no pressure sales approach. Roger came up to us after we had looked around and asked if he could help. When we told him we were just looking he thanked us offered help if we needed it and walked away. When we came back a few days later he helped us find just the right car with fantastic terms. I would give this dealer an A++ and I will definitely be a repeat customer.

The wife and I have dealt with several different dealerships in the past, and this was hands down the easiest most smooth car buying experience for both of us.There was no hassle, or haggling at all. I did a lot of research and went to a few dealers. I kept coming back to Subaru . I've never owned one but from the information I've read it seems to be a great car. Once I made the decision to buy Kevin did an amazing job making things happen . He actually spent time with me in the car after the sale explaining all the features. We have been Subaru owners for 10 years. I would not have any other kind of car, due to the all wheel drive and how it handles in all kind of weather. I feel very safe with my grandkids in the car. I have owned a Forester, Tribeca, and now another Tribeca. I have never broke down and know that it is the most dependable car out there. We had a B9 Tribeca and loved it. We stopped in to get a key re-chipped, and was approached by Pete and Jordon and they told us they had a brand new 2012 for a great deal. Drove it around the block and bought it. Dave Turcotte and Rodney were easy to deal with no pressure sales just an old fashioned good deal for both of us. The price I received was fair market value based on my research and I feel Rodney worked to get me the competitive financing I wanted. I obviously don't have comments on the service department since I bought new but if it is anything like the rest of this dealership I will be very happy.

How often does a person say I wish everything I did was as easy as buying a new car?Almost never.Except with Mark Miller Southtowne. I contacted the Internet Sales Team to get a price quote on a new 2013 Forester. Within fifteen minutes, I had a detailed price quote outlining the price of the vehicle, taxes, license and fees.That price was $1000 less than I could find the other places I looked. Even my car salesman father-in-law was surprised at how good the price was.I met Dave LaCourse 45 minutes later and test drove the car. At my request, he ran some payment options on the car I originally was interested in and the premium model.Let me stress that this upgrade in vehicle was at my request. At no time was there any pressure to up sell me. There was no pressure of any kind.I thought that when I went into the business office to finish the paperwork was when the pressure was going to happen. Not the case. Brad D. explained all the numbers, told me about the extended warranties etc. I said I wasn't interested in the add ons and that was that. We finished, Dave showed me some of the features of my new car, helped me pair my phone to the bluetooth, and I drove away.I originally chose them because they had a bigger selection and their price. The fact that the transaction was so easy and the people were so great was a bonus. It's more difficult and much more frustrating using the self-checkout at the grocery store than it was buying a car from Mark Miller Subaru.It was such an exceptional experience I want to tell everyone about it. I've got other things to do than take time to post a review here, but I'm posting a review anyway. Why? Because Dave and Brad did such an exceptional job for me, it' the least I can do for them. Both in our Internet communications and when we were at the dealership, everyone was friendly, forthright and upfront with us. We felt like we were dealing with people we could trust. We were very satisfied with our car-buying experience. We felt like we had adequate explanations and that they were truly interested in us and our needs and not just in selling cars. We had spoken with Jordan Rock regarding this and he had been very patient with me while i tried to decide. Very great customer service from Jordan Rock, he is very patient and in no way did I feel pressured when looking for a vehicle. He was very smart when it came to talking about the different vehicles that were in stock and was very honest about the vehicles in question. I left a very happy camper in my new Mazda I had purchased from him. I will recommend this dealership to everyone as my parents did to me when they purchased their vehicle. My wife and I were involved in a pretty bad car accident that totaled our car. Someone ran a red light but luckily (amazingly) no one was seriously injured. We have been a 1 car family for years and we had paid off our car a year ago, so getting into a car quickly was a necessity. After encountering 6 scams on KSL, and no decent leads on craigslist, I started looking into car dealerships.Normally I hate going into car dealerships because they try to rush you into a car that might or might not be the one you want, need, or that is reliable. But Mark Miller was great. Pete was beyond helpful and seemed very interested in helping us in any way he could. He gave us options for financing, cars we could afford, etc. We found a great Civic which we purchased with a mixture of financing and the money that we got for the totaled car. Matt in financing was great as well. He found us a great credit union with a great interest rate which gave us a low monthly payment. All around, Mark Miller had everything. Great and knowledgeable people, options to help with financing, and a great inventory of used cars. We went to another dealership in the area and that particular sales person was no help at all. He didn't care about us or what we needed and the used cars they had were in horrible condition but they were trying to sell them at premium prices. Being able to get into a car that we not only love, but that we can afford as well, made the aftermath of our accident easier to get through. I will be sending my family and friends there if they need a car and we will return when we decide to be a 2 car family.

I was impressed with Jason as I turned in my 2001 Subaru with 141,000+ miles. My previous buy from the former owners was horrible, however I stayed with the dealorship simply because of their service team. Jason was professional, and extremely helpful in providing the best price options and in showing me the features of the car. After driving it home and then returning with my old title it impressed me again on Jason's willingness to help me with the manual shifting gears. I couldn't be more pleased and so here we go again with another great subaru -- thanks to all of you and your pleasant but professional and no-hassle buying. After working with Robert Baldwin for a decade, I knew that I would come back for a new car and it was time. Robert has always treated me with respect and understanding particularly when difficult service problems arise. I am gratful to all of the employees at Mark Miller Subaru -- If I wasn't retired I would be competing with Ron for the great transportation support that he provides me when I have to leave my car there for service. When I first arrived at Mark Miller South Towne I had an idea what I was looking for. I met Jason Murdock and he was just great. Even with the research I'd done he was able to tell me a lot about the car I was interested in. He is very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He was also a blast to take a test drive with.(ask him about the dirt lot behind the bank) We sat down to talk numbers and I asked if I could think about it and get back to him. This was not a problem. I decided to wait on the purchase and save some money up. When I talked with Jason about this he was very understanding and didn't push me to come back in or make any phony promises to entice me. He simply asked me to keep him in mind when I was ready.A few days later I stopped back in to look at some used cars that would work for me. That's when I found the 2013 Imprezas. I hadn't looked into them prior. It was in my price range and after reassessing my needs in a new vehicle I found Jason and took it, and another model for a drive. I came back the next day and again we sat to talk numbers. I've only bought one new car in my life ten years prior so I'm not much of a negotiator. We worked everything out with ease and while the paperwork was being run Jason and I just kicked back and chatted for a bit. I told him straight out that I didn't feel I was being "taken for a ride" and that I was very sure about my decision. That's a very good feeling, especially with a purchase as big as a new car.Then I met Brad Davis, South Towne's Business Manager. What a great guy. He was very efficient with all the paperwork. I was on bit of a schedule and was happy to speed the process a bit. He naturally explained all the of the additional warranties, insurances and protections available on their cars. Although I loved a couple of the options he was happy to let me take a day to mull it over. I ended up purchasing the Clear Bra and PermaPlate. Not because he pushed me but because it seemed like a good investment and also because Brad was able to fine tune my loan term so that my payments fit my wallet.All in all I couldn't be happier with my experience at Mark Miller South Towne. Dave was very patient with me as I tried to make a decision as to what "I" wanted and needed. I got the car I wanted at the price I wanted. I was pleasantly surprised by the friendly and professional atmosphere at Mark Miller Subaru South Towne. They knew how much I had to work with and they did their very best to get the price to where I needed it to be. I like the car I purchased from them and I appreciate the time they were willing to spend with us. When we began to crunched for time, they hurried things along as quickly as they could and were very considerate. I really loved they way they kept us updated very frequently on where we were in the process and how long each part would take. On a side note, an important one to me, I called the next day because I discovered that my CD player didn't work. I called Rodney and told him. He said he would need to talk to someone who was in charge of that and he would get back to me that afternoon about the CD player and our loan interest rate. I thought to myself, I wonder if this is going to be the typical promise to get back and it doesn't happen for days or longer. Well, I was again pleasantly surprised when Rodney called me in the early afternoon and told me that the interest rate was what we had asked for and that they would order in a CD player and also that they would install it for no extra charge. That was yesterday and he told me it would be a few days and they would call me when The CD player arrived so I could take the car in and have it put in. I have no reason to doubt that in the next few days I will get a call telling me that I can set up a time for this service. This dealership is amazing. I had a very, very scarring experience when I purchased my VW from the VW guys on the other side of I-15. 2.5 years later I was looking for a small truck and Mark Miller Subaru South Towne posted one on their website that caught my eye. I went down to check it out, was greeted by a very friendly salesperson Dawn Saak. Test drove the truck, liked it and wanted to buy it. This dealership does NOT play games like almost all others. No hard closing techniques or payment gimmicks. I was ready to whip out my financial calculator when the payment game started, but it never did, thank goodness!!! They laid it all out in front of me and asked if I wanted to take the next step. We did have some slight negotiations but I NEVER felt pressured at all. I was given outstanding customer service by everyone I interacted with. Dawn was so polite and easy going. Before even asking to run my credit they made sure it was a deal they could make work. Very, very honest and ethical employees at this dealership. When we moved to the financing department, I was concerned the contract would have the ridiculous spreads the previous dealer had given, but this was the cleanest contract I'd ever seen. Brad Davis is great. He set it up in writing, that they would get the terms we had already discussed. We even ended up getting a better rate than they quoted us at when everything was approved! This dealership does pride itself of excellent customer service and I will be referring friends and family who are in the market to Mark Miller Subaru South Towne! Completely changed my mind about dealerships which I am very grateful for. Thanks for the wonderful experience!

Mark Miller Subaru at South Towne is a first class dealership. I have never had sucha quick, painless buying experience. Dave Turcotte was kind, did not pressure me at all, and was very knowledgeable of the vehichle I was purchasing. He informed me of the options that are available with no pressure to buy them. I felt he truly cared about making sure he found the perfect car for me. Rodney Walker was also great; when I went to sign all the paperwork, everything was ready for signing. He was very good about explaining exacty what I was signing and answering my questions. Overall my experience with Mark Miller was above and beyond my expectations!

They we're all very friendly. I had gone in a few times trying to find the perfect car for me and each time I was shown some wonderful cars but they weren't right for me. Every time they get a new car Jason would let me know so I could come look at it to see if it was right. He was always very kind and patient while I looked for my car. I finally decided on the new impreza and I couldn't be happier with my car and the service I received to get it.

The Subaru Impreza 2008 that we bought from this dealership was presented to us as "no previous accidents, no problems with the car". When we went to trade it in 8 months later it turned out that the car had been in an accident but Carfax didn't have it on the list and that there was framework damage to the car as a result of this accident. I'm not sure the salesman knew but there is no doubt the dealership knew it. So we were lied to by the dealership, bought a car we wouldn't have bought otherwise and paid much more than it was worth to that. Wouldn't recommend this dealership to anybody.

This deal was done quickly, efficiently, and honestly from start to all but signing the final papers over the net and texting! We had a late model car to trade that just wasn't meeting our needs, Mark Miller Subaru was recommended to us for their parts department and a salesman (Dave Turcotte) was recommended. I knew what Subaru I wanted down to the color and options and Dave found it for me, just exactly what I asked for, no more, no less! They stuck with the price for the trade-in and the experience from start to finish has been an absolute dream! If all dealers were this good perhaps GMC wouldn't have needed a bail-out! LOL

Hands down the best experience I've had buying a used car. Dawn Saak was very helpful and found me the car I wanted. Two things that stood out beyond the awesome customer service. One: they have a sign at every desk notifying the buyer how much the doc fee is and what it for. This is required by the state, but I have yet to see it at any other dealers, normally it is just a surprise cost added on at the end. Second: As part of the purchase I requested the brake lights for a trailer be wired, as the car already had a hitch installed. My request was put in writing, I never felt like they were going to pull a fast one after the contract was signed and forget about the wiring.Dawn is such a great sales person and I dont make recommendations often, but I really believe that she would do all she could to find the best car at the best price.

This dealership was great! Everyone was so helpful and so friendly. I was not looking forward to my car buying experience but it ended up being very enjoyable. I worked with Dave who was great. He worked hard to get me the price i wanted and to make the car buying process as easy as possible. I didn't get the exact price i wanted but VERY close to it. My sister bought a Subaru from this dealership a couple months before i did, and my two younger sisters will do the same! This really is a great dealership and i would recommend it to anyone who wants to excellent customer service and wants to be happy with their purchase. I actually felt with this dealership that they actually cared about my business and overall happiness with the car i chose.

We found a car online that we liked. We called and asked if they still had it. They said they did, when we got there they actually had the car. Far better than other dealers we had talked to.When we arrived they pulled the car up and let us take it for a test drive. No high pressure sales just let us look and make a decision. The treatment we received was very pleasant.

I'm all about speed and price. I contacted Matt through Costco auto program via computer. He called the next day, set up an appointment; I came in and spent a hour with him thorougly going over the vehicle and financing options. I was able to get the vehicle I wanted with more options at a better price. I came back the next day and was in and out in 1 hour driving the new car home.

Our experience with Mark Miller Subaru was amazing. The need for a newer car came sooner than we would have hoped and the reality of letting go of our Subaru was setting in. We wanted something with better gas mileage, but with the same amount of excitement that our Outback XT brought with the turbo. After driving a few different Outbacks,the options looked dim. Matt was so kind to show us the new 2012 Impreza Wagon. The drive was incredible and the gas mileage equally as great. We are so grateful for the lady that passed the car up, allowing us to come in and make the switch. Matt was in constant contact throughout the week and provided us great customer service. He provided us with every option available and was willing to work within our budget. My wife and I both commented on how little pressure we felt throughout the buying process. They allowed us to consider all our options, provided us comfortable time to weigh our decision and make the right choice. There were no hidden fees, everything was as he had quoted us. We were able to trade in our old Subaru of many years, and drive away in something that will provide us many more years of reliability and safety. I was just driving through shopping for a used car to be my first car. I was getting very frustrated not being able to find one until i got to Mark Miller Suburu. I saw a little Honda Accord and Dave came out to help me, even though he seemed as though he was going home, he stopped to help anyways. Dave and the other employees that helped me were extremely friendly and helpful, when its time again for me to upgrade my car, they will absolutely be my first stop.

I came into Mark Miller Subaru South Towne looking for a first car for myself. I met Dave Turcotte, who led me in the right direction. Dave has a very personable, friendly approach to car sales. I didn't feel pushed into buying any particular vehicle. Dave called me when a (now MY) 1996 Subaru Legacy arrived at the dealership. I signed for ownership of the vehicle that evening. When I arrived at the dealership the following night to pick up my car, Dave was down on all fours washing parts of the vehicle. In other words, he cared enough to add some elbow grease to the package. I believe he wanted to make the experience as good as possible for me, and he accomplished just that. Overall, my experiences with Mark Miller Subaru South Towne and with Dave Turcotte were great. I would recommend this dealership (and the dealer) to anyone.

I went in to see what kind of a deal I could get when I turn in my lease on my Legacy. I had never leased a car before, and I had the Legacy for two and a half years, so I had some questions. I received a lot of help from Jordan Rock and a man who I believe is named Glenn. They were very friendly and helpful. I worked with Mr. Rock two and a half years ago so I knew I wanted to work with him again. He also sold a car to my daughter and her husband over two years ago.

I went into Mark Miller Subaru to see if I could find a car that would be suitable for my son and I. The customer service wasn't great. It took over 10 minutes to be greeted and helped. When Nathan saw that I was looking for someone to assist me in my desire to find a car he was very pleasent and greeted me with respect. He was kind enough to help me with my son and was a great help when I needed it. However, I did do some research for the car after I had purchased it and saw that most of them go for $11,000, I paid $15,000. Overall I am happy with the purchase and I don't mind paying that little extra for my satisfaction. I've had my Subaru for less than a week and I couldn't have asked for a better car. Thanks Nathan!

This is my 3rd Impreza ('02 WRX, '08 STI 5-door, and now an '11 STI sedan). My wife and I are from Washington State, and were on vacation visiting relatives. We didn't expect to make a deal, because Mark Miller South Towne Subaru's web didn't show any WRX or STI inventory. I had made an appointment with Brad Davis via email to discuss the possibilities. We walked into the showroom and there was a barely used '11 STI sedan in World Rally Blue Mica (my color!). It had arrived a couple of weeks earlier. Brad was friendly and quickly checked our credit record and so on, but Brad, you get asked a question, promise to answer it in a minute, and then disappear for 20 minutes--not good. The first 2 Subarus had yellow pinstripes, and I like them. But they were the vinyl kind--I wanted them painted on this time. Brad made the arrangements with a local master pinstriper. He arrived about 40 minutes later, painted them on from planning, taping and final job, while I watched, in all of 25 minutes.Keith, the money man, was great--paperwork was seamless. There was one hitch on the sales tax, which I'll get to later.When we were transferring our vacation luggage from the '08 to the '11, a couple of the other sales staff came out to admire the new yellow pinstripes. They had already complimented my trade-in (it only had 17,000 miles on it). The entire staff were friendly and helpful.It took about 6 hours to get gone, but part of that was waiting for the pinstriper, waiting for a couple of hours for the paint to stick well, and a few other details. Over all, it was a pleasant experience.So we park at our hotel in Clearfield, and that night some jerk stole the temporary permit off the back of the car. You guys need to start taping it to the inside rear window. Anyway, after a few calls to the Utah DMV -- yes, they would ticket me for not having a temporary license--and to the dealership, Brad said he'd have a new one issued and delivered to the hotel over night. He didn't keep us apprised of the progress as he should, but the temporary did arrive the next morning. I had to contact the front desk--apparently one of the dealership staff had hand delivered it, but nobody notified us it was there.We had a great drive back to Washington State. A few weeks later, I went to the county courthouse (a 90 mile round trip), to get WA plates and registration. The license clerk failed to notify me to bring my wife, so I was looking at another round trip. I had them send the paperwork to a local license outlet, but when I went to finish the paperwork, we found the sales tax check was made out to the county clerk, not to Dept. of Licensing, as it should have been. I got on the phone, and was directed to Carly, who commiserated with me, and promised to send a check overnight so I could complete the deal--that was on a Thursday. I called her back on Monday--she said she'd had to wait 'til that day. The check was in my hand the next day, and I was able to get my new tags. So yes, there were a few hitches, but the overall experience (my second with the Mark Miller group), was outstanding. I got a great deal at 3.9% financing, and a great car. The suspension refinements on the '11 are definitely noticeable and better than on the '08 hatchback. The '11 also sounds gutsier. I married my Cobb AccessPort to the new car, and upgraded to the 91 octane performance map--nice difference! I'm happy! Oh, by the way, the '11 sedan held all our luggage with room to spare, compared to the hatchback (which was full to the rafters!).

After doing PLENTY of research my husband and I went to the Mark Miller Subaru South Towne dealership to check out a car they had. We have met and delt with a lot of shady dealers so we always expect the worst. We were so surprised at how open and upfront they were. We walked in and someone jumped up to help us. They knew a lot about the cars they sell and answered every question we threw at them. They laid out all costs and there were not hidden fees. The friendliness didn't stop after we bought the car either. They are still very willing to answer any questions and help where they can. We got a GREAT deal on our Legacy and love it!

Mark Miller Subaru is a cut above all of the dealerships I visited in the Wasatch Front. I had the pleasure of working with salesperson Pete Kuhn and his colleagues. Pete could not have been more helpful, friendly, patient, and dedicated to coming up with a cost-effective solution to my need for an all-wheel drive vehicle. To begin with, Pete spent a great deal of time with me looking at used-car alternatives at all the dealers in the area. In addition, he worked hard to get me a lease deal that was cheaper or comparable to the monthly cost of buying a used car. He made repeated follow-up calls to me, and never dropped the ball--something that most of the salespersons at the major car dealerships in the Wasatch Front all seem to do. The result is that I leased a brand new car at a very reasonable price. Finally, he made the experience as pleasant and unpressured as possible. He was genuinely interested in helping me out, not just getting a quick deal done. On top of it, his manager and finance officer could not have been more helpful either. Mark Miller Subaru gave me a great customer experience.

Jordan started out treating me well until it came time to discuss price. The price of the Outback I was looking at suddenly jumped from the $20k to $24k and they severely undervalued my trade over $1k differently than any of the blue book sites I'd researched. He withheld my keys and constantly kept pulling the "what need to happen to get you into this car today?" and then ignored everything I said and became argumentative and condescending.

Our family bought two new Subarus from Mark Miller over the past 2 months. In both cases, we drove out with the feeling that we had been treated totally fairly from the start. There seemed to be no need to do the traditional "haggling" that we had suffered through at many other dealerships over the past 20 years. We were never pushed to buy, and the first price offerred was, by all previous research we had done, very reasonable.

The least "painful" car purchase I have ever experienced! We got one--and it only took one--extremely fair deal offer, with an exceptional trade-in value on my used Subaru. Our first visit was on a Saturday night and we wanted to take the weekend to assess. There was no pressure. I drove away with my new car on Monday. I love my new Roo!!!

Individual sales person and dealership support team was VERY professional and helpful in responding to questions and working toward a sale that was fair to both parties. I visited the dealership three times before coming to a decision and each time the greeting and discussion was familar and picked up with specifics from the previous visit. The buying process was pleasant and i would recommend this team without reservation.

I bought a Subaru Forester from Nate almost two years ago, and enjoyed it very much. Over two weeks ago I was in an accident where I rolled my car. I was very blessed that I was not seriously hurt. The car was totaled, but when I went back to get my things from it I was amazed at how well the car had held up. I knew right away that I wanted another Subaru. I had a good experience with Nate so went back to him. He handled everything very well and arranged to have the car I selected brought up from St. George. I am very short and use pedal extenders. I was able to get them from my old car and brought them to Nate. He arranged to have them put on my new car, and then drove it to me in Midway, where I live. I hate car shopping with a passion, something about car salesman just send shivers up my spine.You get harassed for hours just making you want to leave, you get false promises and pressured into something you don't want.This is exactly the opposite of what happens at the Mark Miller dealerships (I should know, my last 2 cars where at MMiller Toyota).I went for a new 2011 Subaru WRX, discussed the pros and cons of the WRX vs the STI, at this time I had a lot of information from some coworkers who owned both, so I knew what to look for.I was pretty amazed that the sales manager (Matt Hendry) brought up these things all on his own without me saying a word.I got the WRX ordered at a very good price, they are willing to negotiate and are more than fair.The car took a while and I became impatient thinking about the STI at a higer cost, I then saw one online at the Midtowne store.1 Phone call and a decision later and the car was on its way to the southtowne store where it was to get clearbra and tint done the next day.I was kept up to date on the status of the car and the paperwork was EFFORTLESS!!Everything is digital and just flies by, not like the dealerships that still rely on all paperwork.Matt still stays in touch and the dealership is a comfortable place to visit, almost like a friends house.I'm very happy with my purchase and even more so with the people and operation that fall under Mr. Mark Miller.-Sheldon

I worked with Matt and Brad in the online sales department and ended up going with a new Outback Sport rather than the used one I had gone to the dealer to look at. The experience my wife and I had was significantly better than I've seen at other dealers; the staff we worked with were extremely knowledgeable and did not exhibit any pressure to 'up-sell' us in any way. We were given very direct, clear information on what all of our options were both with vehicles and with financing and had the leeway to make any decisions we wanted to without interference.I generally prefer to do a significant amount of research online before making major purchases and this sales model was tailored perfectly to my needs. I had a very clear picture of what I wanted going onto the lot and both Matt and Brad helped us really simplify our vehicle purchase as a result. I would strongly recommend working with them if looking at a new or used Subaru, they were very easy to work with on both fronts.

I would have to say that buying this car was by far and away the best buying experience I have ever had. There was no back and forth, no what can I do to get you in this car today, just fair, honest discussion about my new Outback. If anyone I know is looking for a new Subaru, I would highly recommend, no I would demand that they go and talk to Jordan Rock at Mark Miller Southtowne. Be careful Jordan, with your style you just may give car salesmen a good name!

We were very pleased with how respectfully the salesperson, Kurt Moyer, listened to our problem and then how quickly he set about to help us solve our problem. He was very friendly and courteous, and within a short time he had come up with used cars that could meet out needs. We felt no pressure and he kept reassuring us that they were working hard to help us. With the aid of his finance manager, Andy Peay, we were able to get a good used car within our price range. We are very grateful to them for meeting our needs so quickly and efficiently. Great job--we appreciate all you did for us!

I got my cute red imprezza at Mark Miller Subaru and I love my car, the four wheel drive is great in the winter driving, it has powerful headlights, highbeams and foglights. I got the "winter package" with heated seats, defrosters, winshield wipers, winter mats...etc.I also love the moon roof. This car feels fun and safe to drive.The sales-man Jordan Rock was awesome, he helped us choose the car. After the Test drive he sat down with ne and went through the car explaining all the windsheild/headlight stuff and then even opened up the hood to show where the fuilds go, how to change fuses and everything. I was impressed but his knowelege and his ability to answere any question I could come up with. The dealership even inculded a booklet of free services, free inspections for life and ski passes. I went back to the dealership two days later to get an undercoating done and trade in our 12 year old minivan and they treated me like an old friend, greeting me by name and taking care of me right away. Just yesterday I went back again to get the lisence plates and Jordan ran out to help even screwing the plates on for us.I would highly recommend this dealership, and the Subaru imprezza. Sporty, fun, safe and perfect for Utah driving! I LOVE my subaru.

I actually went into Mark Miller South Towne just to browse new Subaru models. I had owned previous Subarus, but was considering all looking at Nissans which some other members of my family owned. I had bought previous Subarus as another dealership, however this new location was closer to my house and decided to stop in. When I walked in I had no desire to listen to someone try and sell me something I wasn't sure I wanted. Jordan came up and asked if I had any questions and after I politely told him I was just looking; he walked over introduced himself, pointed where his desk was and walked away. Soon after browsing I had a question so I walked over to ask Jordan. I had a few questions about some changes in the models. Soon the conversation was more like talking to a friend about our past Subarus we had owned, rather than a salesman. Over the period of two days I test drove a number of them and I was surprised by not only the information they new about the new models, but also past models. I was able to describe what features I did and didn't like about past models. Also during the test drive process they were able to point features out that I didn't know about. Probably one of the best things was that while driving Jordan was asking me questions not only about what features I like, but didn't like. After a while I also found myself talking and joking about things that had nothing to do with cars. Jordan and Pete were able to help me select the car I wanted, which only took about an hour to do. They checked their stock, other dealers, and also incoming inventory to find the best fit for me. I was also impressed that they were able to interact with my girlfriend and involved her in the process. A little bored with the process they brought her a bottle of water and asked if she had any questions. Through the process I found myself in a very comfortable atmosphere. I left the dealership while all the financial stuff was being cleared and was called within 45 minutes and Pete asked "So when would you like to pick up your new car?" It was so fast I had to finish running errands first. Later that night I pulled up and my new car was sitting out front freshly washed and ready to go. After I signed all the paperwork for my new Forester Jordan walked me around the entire dealership and service center introducing me to the entire staff. The following day, after my purchase, he called me up to make sure everything was running smooth with my new car and to inform me that the additional parts were ordered and he would call me when they were in. I was very happy with the experience I had and can guarantee I will be returning to them in the future.

I hate buying cars. Most of you would agree the experience is usually less than pleasant. Dealing with Matt and Brad at Southtowne Subaru was actually a pleasure. They were honest, responsive and I ended up with a fair deal, getting the 2011 Forester with the features I actually wanted. They didn't try and sell me a car just because it was in stock but waited for the vehicle I wanted to arrive (just days later) in order to satisfy my needs. Most of the leg work was done over the internet and the process was fast and painless after visiting their showroom. I highly recommend Mark Miller Subaru and specifically Matt and Brad for your next vehicle purchase. Oh and by the way, I love the Forester.

We have been shopping for a new Subaru for about 6 months, we visited with Kyle at Mark Miller early in the Spring and told him we were not ready to buy right then, but we were seriously looking at the new 2010 look. He was very patient with us, no pressure, and very professional. We were able to look at all the cars we wanted, drive the ones we wanted, and walk away feeling no guilt or pressure. When we were ready to buy we did not hesitate to go back to Mark Miller and look Kyle up. Again, he was so easy and comfortable to deal with. We love the new Carmel Bronze color and fell in love with a 2011 Outback, which we drove off the lot within 1 1/2 to 2 hours from the time we arrived at the dealer. In our experience, that is record time, and very much appreciated! We so appreciate the Mark Miller experience we had, the no high-pressure sales pitches, the efficient professional staff all the way around. We would not hesitate to recommend Kyle and Mark Miller to all our friends and family, in fact we already have!

Hands down the best car buying experience I have ever had. Usually car dealerships are all about the price hassle and slipping in extra costs. These guys gave me the best price around, and completely without hassle. It was simple, quick, and they were an absolute pleasure to work with! Only wish they sold more brands...
