I've been looking for a newer car,pre-owned. I had been all over and wasn't able to find the right fit.When I shop for a new vehicle the way I'm treated is as important as the vehicle I'm purchasing. Eric was such a great guy and you could tell he really cared about my wants and needs. I showed up at closing time to look and he took the extra time after hours to help me out.In my book that says a lot. I had a great buying experience .Thanks Eric....You ROCK Gordy Stevens

Just purchased a 2010 Audi A-4. The whole sales process was great and low pressure. My sales person was Eric and he was extremely knowledgeable and easy to work with. The car is immaculate and runs perfect. I even got a great warranty from the finance guy Kevin who was also very nice and knowledgeable. Overall the best experience I've ever had at a dealership. I would definitely recommend them.

Sent them an inquiry regarding one of their vehicles and never received a reply. If you're not going to respond to messages then do NOT make that an option....

My daughter was looking to replace her current vehicle so we stopped in at Mark's.From the get go it was an excellent experience.The salesman was super low pressure and just an over all nice person. They went above and beyond to help my daughter since she was a first time buyer.They got her approved for a loan and she drove away in the car a few days later totally satisfied.All there staff is super friendly and they sell quality vehicles.Myself and my daughter would highly recommend Mark's to purchase a vehicle.I really cannot say enough about these people when I need a vehicle in the future I will be going back there.

I purchased a 05 chevy tahoe from Marks Discount Truck and Auto a few months back and have been very happy with the vehicle. The whole buying process was easy and the customer service was great. My salesman was Ryan and he was very friendly and knowledgeable about the vehicle I have recommended this dealership to friends and family. A great family run operation!

I've bought multiple cars from mark's discount truck and auto sales and it's hard not to buy more. Their vehicle quality and customer service is the best I've seen in years. Always ask for Joe, even though the other guys are great I garentee Joe will put a smile on your face as you drive away in the best car you'll ever own. I've recomended Mark's truck and auto to many friends and they are always satisfied.

Bought an 09 Cadillac from Mark's, was shown a safety report of a passing inspection. Drove the car off of the lot and the headlight and blinker are not working when the car moves. During the transaction the sales person has me sign a NH Notice of Sale of Unsafe Motor Vehicle and I am told that this is needed as I will be bringing the car to Massachusetts. The car is brought back, the blinker is fixed and I am told that the headlight is also fixed by tightening connections and observing the headlight for 3 hours (which is highly unlikely as the car was brought in with the gas light on and remained that way when it was picked up). The car is driven off the lot and 1 mile later the headlight is out again. It is brought back and the salesperson states that it is a computer beneath the light that is the problem. Having spent at least 6 hours traveling back and forth for issues that should have been identified in the safety inspection process, I became heated at the situation and asked to speak with the owners. I was presented with "Joe" . I asked for a return of the vehicle which was summarily denied and was told that some more research would be done and the headlight would be fixed. As the conversation continued I mentioned the amount of time that had been taken with this transaction, the likelihood that the car was not run for three hours (Joe states they "may" have put gas in the car which again is highly unlikely as the headlight tends to go out with any motion), and the suspect practices of the safety inspections at his dealership. The conversation ends with "Joe" stating that he would call me in the morning with a solution. When I am called back I am told that I will be responsible for 1/2 the cost of the replacement part. Deciding that this was unacceptable, I took possession of the car and decided that I would have the repair done at a reputable shop. The moral to the story is be careful what you are signing and ask questions during the purchase process when you are asked to sign a litany of documents. Also take what is told to you with a grain of salt as it probably is only partially true.

My wife was looking for a specific Jeep and we found it on this website. It said it was located at Mark's Discount Truck & Auto.. We first called the dealership and spoke to Joe who was wicked nice. We decided to head up, everything Joe said about the Jeep was true. After a test drive we put application in and we approved through a credit union with low rate. When we signed the paper work and took the jeep home we met Kelly in the office and she was extremely nice. Between Joe, Kelly and the overall experience we are super happy. Thank you guys!!

MY HUSBAND AND I WERE OUT DRIVING AND KIND OF GOT LOST. AND WE ENDED UP DRIVING BY AND PULLING IN WITH ALL INTENTIONS OF JUST CLARIFYING FOR DIRECTIONS. WE NOTICED A PATHFINDER ON THE LOT AND STARTED LOOKING AT IT. THERE WAS A GENTLEMAN OUTSIDE TALKING WITH A FEMALE HE WAITED A FEW MINUTES AND THEN CAME OVER. ( THIS WAS REFRESHING WHERE AS MOST CAR SALESMEN DONT LET YOU GET OUT OF YOUR CAR) WE TOLD HIM HOW WE LANDED THERE. HE IMMEDIATELY GAVE US THE RIGHT DIRECTIONS AND THEN WE HAD SMALL TALK. LONG STORY SHORT WELL I AM THE NEW OWNER OF A GREAT PATHFINDER. AND LOVE MY TRUCK.

The sales guy Chris I spoke to was a nice guy seemed to want to get the deal done but must have been NEW. But the sales manager Joe was a was not a nice or customer friendly . I asked for a few things to be fixed on the vehicle like the bald tires the muffler that was rusted with a hole and update the software ($2100)or lower the price. He refused to offer any deals. To bad the owner was not around i'm sure he would do better. I wasted my time 1.5 miles and money to travel to see a vehicle the won't pass inspection unless Mark's does it.

The sales guy Ryan seemed to be a decent guy on the phone and told me what I wanted to hear so that I would drive 1.5 hours to see the truck I wanted. Once I got there I find he has Lied about the condition of the truck and he was a no show. I had started the application process over the phone only to find out Ryan did nothing with it. The Owner was very helpful and honest and told me that there was no way he could get the sale done and apologized for wasting my time. He also gave me money for gas which was very nice. I was able to get a the truck I was hoping for somewhere else that day.
