My son and his co-worker went to the lot today, he needs a car and I told him I would cosign from here. He is told the Toyota Scion is an 08 with 89k miles on it, I actually get on the phone with Ray, he tells me the same and he will not come off the price. He tells my son that I can go online and check for financing. Well first red flag , the car is listed as an 05 with 138k, I call my son and tell him to get in the car and open the hood, more red flags, odd welding, trunk is rotted out, wheels are shot, front piece has been spray painted. Son verifies vin tag and sales sheet. Son and friend leaves. He also gave bad info on another truck , same routine. Be careful if you go there. The reviews that are good are most likely put in by the salesmen.

Good buying experience...Called this dealer ref. 2 cars they had...Did complete purchase on phone in 2 days...Very knowledgeable sales people...I dealt with Andrew and Randy... Will be buying future vehicles from them...

I got to the store where the car suppose to be, but It was not there. They had lots of cars, but I had to go to another place to see the car I wanted. When I got to the other place, nobody was there.

AT FIRST I THOUGHT THEY WERE SLOW HOWEVER THAT WAS NOT THE CASE BECAUSE THEY WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL THE VEHICLE HAD A CLEAN INTERIOR AND THE BUYING PROCESS WAS VERY FRIENDLY I WOULD RECOMEND THIS DEALER TO MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY NO DOUBT.I WILL BE BACK REPEAT BUSINESS.

Marvin Motors of Orlando is the best place to purchase a car. I bought my 2013 Chevrolet Equinox and very comfortable payments. The sales person (Humberto) helped me out through the entire process, and the finance director (Jeff) is a finance guru. I recommend this place to anyone and everyone that needs a car or wants a car. I'm coming back and definitely, will be asking for Humberto. Thanks Marvin Motors!

Saw a good looking Mitsubishi Endeavor on cars.com, called the dealership they said they still had it, drove from Lakeland Florida to see it (1 hour drive). Once we arrived we walked around for about ten minutes before a guy who didn't speak English came out and told us to "wait uno minuto" another guy walked out, on the phone speaking Spanish, and if my high school Spanish holds said something like "I'll call you back, gringos are here", he than told us the endeavor was "sold" and walked away, didn't even try to sell us another car or show us anything else in there inventory. They indeed removed the car from the cars, but weirdly a day later the same car showed up under newly listed. This is the worst car shopping experience I've ever had, McDonald's should be commended on their customer service when compared to this place. And most of there online reviews look like they're from the same person, and most of there online stock is fake. STAY AWAY!!!

I recently was very interested in a car that was listed from marvin motors and I contacted them and never heard anything back from them. I end up having to settle with a car instead of actually getting the one that I really liked. So I would say that their customer service is horrible

Found an 05 Chevy Equinox thru Cars.com....called Marvin Motors and immediately Gabriel called back to schedule an apt. and he was so friendly and easy to talk ...loved the vehicle, Drove it off that day it was completely ready to sell. Drove off in what feels like a brand new vehicle... Everyone I spoke with was very nice and treated me with respect. Very exceptional buying experience and I will definitely recommend

Everyone I came in contact with were friendly and helpful. I received phone calls which kept me up to date on what was happening with the sale. There was some confusion in the beginning because I was financed by my credit union, but everyone worked well to get what was needed taken care of.

Car broke down half block away from dealership. Took them 3 days to fix it. During that time, they promised over and over again that it would be ready. During the diagnosis, the owner smoked in the car. Turns out, the reason for the problem in the first place was that the guy they pay to do detailing work yanked the ground wire off of the battery and broke it, resetting all of the electricals in the car.

i have bought many cars in my life from buy here pay here but overall this has been the worst place and experience I have ever had in my life !!!! The staff is very rude have no customer service whatsoever starting from the manager all the way to the finance department. I first went there because my car the engine blew and I needed a car I had no way to go and come back from work so I decided to try it out, biggest mistake of my life they sold me a car that from the moment it left the dealer broke down on me. I have spent already 800 dollars fixing it . I called them to tell them what happened and all they said to me was that it wasn't their problem but yet called me a week later to tell me that if I didn't make my payment they would come get the car after I fixed it they don't Have any sympathy for there customers and don't offer any help. The three times I went there to complained they had the sheriff cars there with other customers trying to get their money back because they had been deceived and sold a broken down car too. My advise is be careful avoid this place !!! No joke I wouldn't want anyone to go through the nightmare me and some other consumers have had to live through.

I stopped by Marvin Motors on a busy Saturday morning, looking for a Jeep Wrangler. Unfortunately, my credit didn't allow me to finance the Wrangler but the sales staff at Marvin Motors greatly assisted me in finding a Jeep Commander that I fell in love with and was able to finance. The buying process was quick and painless! The speedometer in the Commander stopped working due to a bad sensor and Marvin Motors got if fixed for free and within 24 hours! Very friendly and helpful staff! They even have a referral program for customers! I have told several friends and family members looking for quality, used vehicles to give Marvin Motors a try! You will not be disappointed!
