I HAVE SEARCHED AT LEAST 30 CAR DEALERSHIP'S LOOKING FOR SOMEONE TO HELP ME WITH MY SITUATION. NO ONE SEEMED INTERESTED IN HELPING ME, AND THEN I FOUND MARYVILLE AUTO SALES. THEY WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND MY EXPECTATIONS, AND THEY ACTUALLY WANTED TO HELP ME. I WAS ABLE TO GET THE VEHICLE I ACTUALLY WANTED, THEY HELPED ME OBTAIN FINANCING AND I COULDN'T BE HAPPIER. Worked with Alf and had a great car buying experience. I told them what I needed and how much for. He showed me what he had and let me roll it out for a test drive. Then came and talked about price. It was refreshing way to buy a car especially since I really hate shopping for cars and dealing with high pressure car dealers.

They need a better mechanic that looks over the vehicles they are selling. Bought a truck from these people that had a bad transmission,3 major oil leaks , and wore out sway bar links i would not buy another vehicle from these people.

Brad and the Guys are GREAT !! Its hard to find a dealer these days that isn't trying to push a vehicle on you and pressure you to buy but these guys don't. I went in looking at one vehicle and when asked about certain things I told them I was really wanting something else but have had a hard time finding what I really wanted and they told me not to buy the truck I was looking at to hold off and let them see if they could find me what I was really wanting. NOW any other "salesman" would have sold me the truck but these guys didn't, they actually cared about what I wanted and are going to do what they can to find it for me at the best price. Now you go to any other lot in Knox or Maryville and see how many will let you off their lot in the mind set "hopefully we can find the car he wants" instead of just trying to sell you something they have on their lot at that time. I was very excited to buy the truck I was hoping for from Maryville Auto Sales. Jon, the salesman, was knowledgeable and helpful in the test drive and sales process. The staff were all friendly as well. The mechanic was knowledgeable and willing to fix the small repairs needed. The cleanliness of the automobiles and facility was impressive.
