This is the best dealership we’ve ever been to! Looking for a new vehicle for family of 5 is so stressful and confusing. They have a great service and very accommodating staff. My experience at Massey’s was great! Mr. Michael Martin was absolutely amazing from the time I walked through the door! He provided great customer service. He gave us a bottle of water from the start and found the car I wanted all within 10 minutes of being there. He made sure to let me know to reach out to him if I had any issues. I will definitely recommend Massey’s to anyone!

Spent a Saturday afternoon purchasing a new car at Massey Toyota and could not be more pleased with the care, courtesy, and professionalism exhibited by every member of the staff. We had purchased cars from Mr. Shell Davis previously, so when we saw him on the lot, I knew he would find us the Highlander that we wanted. What a pleasure to drive onto a car dealership lot where they don't chase you around the lot, where you can test drive unaccompanied, where you are not pressured into a decision, and where you feel like a valued customer throughout the purchasing process. We ended up with a hybrid model (I didn't even know what a hybrid was when he told us about it), and I LOVE the gas mileage. Thank you, Mr. Shell, and the other gentlemen at Massey for the best car buying experience around!

Scheduled an appointment about a week ago, stressing I needed my vehicle back before the weekend is done. Called today before bringing my vehicle to ensure this would be the case. Was told to call the jeep dealership because they likely would have to send it to them anyways. Instead of someone telling me this sooner, I now am stuck in a bad position with my vehicle having issues and now again having having make an appointment elsewhere and wait upwards of a week+ for a new appointment to have my vehicle worked on. This is highly unprofessional, would not recommend anyone going here. Edit after the response from Massey: I never brought my vehicle in after waiting over a week for my appointment due to when I called the day of the appointment to ensure everything would be in order, they told me to just go to the jeep dealer instead. I would not have had an issue with this had I have been told that in the first place. I purchased the vehicle from Massey and purchased the extended warranty from them as well, so I assumed they would be the ones I would want to have assist me with this issue. After posting my original review, the general manager called me and asked some questions, informed me he would ask the service department about it and call me back. That was two+ weeks ago. Still have not heard from him. They claim they were only trying to help yet this is not evident in what all happened.

I took my car to get my oil changed and tires rotated. When I received my car back there were several scratches on the front of my car. I was asked to bring it back in so someone in service could look at it and see if it was done there. As usual no one wanted to take the blame. I was told the scratches didn't come from them. What hurt the most is that my family has brought several cars from this company and when I think about it, the service department has always not given quality service. But normally that would make it right. I never asked for my car to be painted. I just wanted them to get the scratches out.As of now, we will take our business somewhere else. I also won'the recommend anyone to take thEirik car to be serviced.

I have bought two cars from Massey Toyota and both experiences have been great. They gave me fair deals on my trades and exceptional customer service. I live 4 hours away and they even picked up my trade and brought me my new car. They communicated well through the entire buying experience and was a pleasure to deal with both times. I really enjoyed the experience. Buying a car was a big decision and I appreciated the friendly service and atmosphere of the place. Everyone was so nice, especially my salesman, Eric who was so patient and kept us laughing the whole time. Thank you Eric for helping me find a good car. I was able to buy my first car (new!), straight out of college, with the help of their graduate/student discount. Very nice, helpful, and patient. And inexpensive. Only $1000 down, but that wasn't even mandatory.

The salesman (Reggie Whitfield) was great. Great communication, great follow up. He did everything that he said he would and then some. He went above and beyond to make sure my buy experience was the nothing less than perfect. The dealership was clean, fresh smelling and everyone was very friendly. Now the bad part. Before coming to the dealership in person for a test drive, I tried to buy (set the OTD price) the same car over the internet, via email and text messaging. The salesman (Eric) was not helpful at all. He did not seem to want to make the sale or just was not taking me seriously. He seemed more interested in friending me on social media than sell me the car. I then contacted the dealership through the online contact page. 4 hours went by and no follow up. Call Ryan Kelly (Internet Manager Master Sales Consultant) directly at the dealership. He never followed up with me. The next day I arrived at the dealership when they opened, I am so glad that I was helped by Reggie. He is a true gentleman and a man of his word. If you are in the market to buy a car Massey Toyota is the place to buy. Ask for Reggie Whitfield by name

I had been looking for a truck for about a month at multiple dealerships from Alabama to North Carolina. I continued to get the run-around on pricing, inventory, incoming inventory dates, etc. I finally found Massey Toyota in Kinston which was not a bad drive from Wilmington or Camp Lejeune area. I would STRONGLY recommend this dealership!! The salesman, Eric Lovern (ask for him!!) and the manager, Mr. Morgan, were wonderful. Terrific customer service. I got my dream truck for a great price. The process of purchasing was quick and easy. Eric even took the time to go over all of the truck's features with me and helped me download apps which interfaced with my truck. TOP-NOTCH! Thank you Massey Toyota and Eric!!!

Had a great buying experience at Massey Toyota. I bought a 2016 Toyota Tacoma that I found via cars.com. I contacted the Internet sales manager and worked the deal through email. They had the truck ready to go when I got there. I was in and out in a couple of hours. All the people I met were very nice. This is a great low pressure dealer!

Have purchased approximately seven Toyotas from Massey over the past 15 years or so. Always have a great experience in every way. Earl and Ryan are wonderful each time I contact them. I drive over 75 miles to get my vehicles serviced there (kudos to Bobby) even though there are at least 3 Toyota dealerships closer to my home. I am that impressed with Massey. I have recommended them to other friends and family and some have purchased vehicles themselves from Massey and are most impressed also.

I was looking for a good used car and stopped in on the way from one dealer to another just to see what they had in stock. I left and came back and ended up purchasing a great used car from them. I ended up with a much nicer car than I thought that I would be able to purchase and they put great effort into getting me into that car. Next time they will be my first choice.

This is great family-owned dealership. While from Kinston, I now live in Raleigh, but I did not want to purchase a vehicle anywhere else and came from Raleigh to purchase my new truck from Massey. My family has bought the vast majority of our cars here since the 1980's. They truly have a long history of satisfied clients.

I recently took delivery of a 2015 Toyota Highlander LE Plus. They didn't have the color I wanted in stock, but that wasn't an issue. I told the sales rep. what I need on Monday and they had it Tuesday. I have dealt with dealers in the past that were more interested in selling what they had versus what you wanted. This was NOT an issue with Massey Toyota. Best of all, I got a GREAT price. I will definitely recommend them to anyone.

Recently purchased 2014 Highlander from Massey toyota. I have purchased many cars and this was by far the best car dealership I have every bought from. Leith toyota and hendrick toyota we're impossible to work with. I actually made this deal on line with Massey Toyota. I highly recommend them. Customer service is excellent.

My wife and I already hado our mind made up on a vehicle. We thought we wanted a New Mazda. We were headed back to the Mazda dealership after work to see what we could work out. We were passing by Massy Toyota and I said let's pull in, just to see what a comparable vehicle looks like. We were actually really impressed by the overall feel, look, and room of the Highlander. We thought we were going to have some financing issues, but they worked on in the next morning and were able to get us going. I normally hate going to dealerships and kind of put a guard up when I get there, but they were actually really good people to work with. Glad we decided to stop by.

I recently purchase a new car at Massey Toyota. I previously spoke with Mr. Morgan, sales manager before arriving. When I arrived, I was introduced to a salesman, Anthony Patrick. Anthony is a great salesman to do business with. He listened to what I was interested in and what I wanted to purchase that day. The respect that was handed to me was great. I was in and out with a purchase in 2 hours. They do not smother you when looking. I respect that!!!! I recommend this dealership to anyone in the area and outside the area. Usually dealing with big car dealorships in big cities, I had a much better experience with Massey Toyota and at a better price. My wife an I purchased a new Toyota Venza from Massey a few months ago. I am almost 60 and it was the best car buying experience I have ever had, The salesman, David Phillips was very professional, yet was not pushy. We wanted a very specific vehicle and they found the perfect car for us. The process was very smooth and went without a hitch. We went to some othr dealerships and it felt completly different at Massey. Everyone was friendly and very helpfull. I recently bought a 2010 Toyota Camry from Massey Toyota and the entire experience could not have been better. Customer service was exceptional before, during, and after the purchase. I still get emails from them making sure I know to contact them should I have any problems with the vehicle. I will recommend them to anyone I know looking for a Toyota in the future.

Massey Toyota found exactly the car I was looking for, and they made buying it easy. They never tried to hassle or push me; they just listened and tracked down my 4Runner. It has never let me down, and I got a great deal. They will put you happily into the car you want, whether it's new or used, Toyota or not. Their service department does exactly what you ask for, no more, no less. In the past I never had my car serviced at a dealership, but I have been a happily returning customer for 7 years with Massey (and I no longer live in Kinston.) Their rates are fair and you don't have to worry whether the work was done or not. I've referred friends and family to Massey and they have all become lifetime customers too.
