Internet price and in dealership price $3000.00 different. They quoted me a price on a Toyota Tacoma at $44000, at their dealership and then I checked the Internet price was $41,000.I asked them about this ,and got a lot apologies etc,but when it comes down it,the dealer lacks attention to detail in their business,or is just deceitful

I took my car in for the standard oil change. My service advisor was Brian Michling. He took great care of my car and advised me to get a tire rotation as well. He also gave me a great price on new tires and I will return soon to get them. He knows his stuff and is very professional. Will go to Brian for all my service needs!

I stopped in for service (oil change, etc) and my Service Consultant Brian Michling checked everything and I was on my way with a 'sparkling, clean Prius. While Brian and his men were working on my vehicle, I met a super person, Mike Riess and he went out of his way to make sure that I looked, sat in, and knew ins and outs of the Avalon and the Camry Hybrid that I was looking at. Thanks and now, the decision is mine ... Thanks for your time and professionalism .... Herb Lorentz

I called the service department and spoke with Brian. I called for some information about the maintenance plan on my lease and inquired about service appointments. Brian was very professional and went above and beyond to make sure all my questions were answered. I learned that I can indeed make an appointment for service which would make my service experience much easier. I plan to visit the dealership this week for next oil change. Shout out to Brian for being very professional and helping me out! The service department is even better since Matick took over!

Since moving to Detroit a year ago from S.Carolina, I had been using Mcinerney Toyota for my Camry service, etc owing to close proximity to my house. I had a great dealership expereince with Jim Hudson Toyota in S.Carolina but unfortunately cannot say that for McInerney Toyota. On the first week of June I had taken my Camry for a Brake & Battery inspection... all seemed well BUT the service adviser advised to replace my Battery (since my charge reading was low!), I wondered why since my car did not have any battery issue? Anyways I still got the battery replaced and they charged me full price, labour et al. Few days later I received a Flyer form McInerney offering coupon for battery replacement. When I took the coupon I was curtly told by the service adviser that I should have shown the coupon at the time of service... I requested to honor their coupon since it was within the same month and week... but I was turned down! I feel I was duped into getting a new battery installed and I was not offered any battery coupon despite McInerney advisor knew that there was a promotion going on!!!

McInerney Toyota serviced my 1992 CA Corolla DX from October 1999 - August 2014 ;from 60,000 to 222,500 miles - that speaks for itself! ; I recently purchased a 2004 Corolla LE and McInerney Toyota completed my first of many future oil changes ( and all future maintenance services in between) on February 7, 2015. Toyota, going places!

McInerney has an EXCEPTIONAL Service Center. I have been a 20 year customer and have always used their service center. I have received professional, kind, curteous service.I appreciation John DeLadurantaye who noticed that my front fascia was cracked when I brought my lease in for it's 30,000 mile service. John was helpful, professional, kind and gave me a great price for the repair.Thank you John!Although I chose another dealership for the purchase of my new 2014 Toyota Prius I would still use McInerney's service center because I feel treated with respect, kindess and excellent customer service and my car is always in top shape when they work on it. Thank you!Alisa Audet

My car is a 2002 Toyota, and I love my car. Still runs great and the service at this dealership has been good through the years. The prices really aren't too bad. I use to own a couple of BMW's and the service prices were outrageus. Difficult to get your car in for service since so many other cars in for work. Not at Toyota.

This is our second vehicle from this dealership. We are very pleased with the sales and service we've had over the years and it's always nice to see the same employees during each visit. Scheduling of service, purchasing of our latest vehicle was simple and easy to do. Craig Muran and his team give each customer, new or repeat, the same courtesy and attention they deserve. There is more than one reason we decided to go back to Mc Inerney Toyota, they treat you like family. Great job everyone, many thanks!!

I bought a 1997 certified Toyota Camry over 14 years ago. As of 2013 I am still driving this car. The commercials on tv are on point, this car can be passed on to your children, but I can't make myself give mines up. I have had no regrets. When I buy again, I will return to McInerney Toyota.

I purchased my car new from this dealership. I have used the dealership's service department to keep my car maintained for over 10 years. I have never had an issue with any of the work performed at the service department. I have also had the occasion to take the car to their body shop a few times over the past 10 years. I've had glass replaced, doors replaced, and re-painting. Everything always worked out very well. This dealership is well run. Thinking about taking your car? If you get the service I've received over the past 10 years, you will not be dissappointed. I'm living in Florida now and often wish we had a dealership like McInerney's down here - I miss the place.

I would recommend this dealership to everyone looking for a new or used Toyota. I have purchased two Camry's from McInerney and have worked with the manager, Craig Moran, for many years on previous automobile purchases. He is professional, curious and takes care of all of your automobile needs. The dealership is honest and trustworthy. They made sure that I got the vehicle that I wanted and were very proficient at showing me how everything operated. The prices are the best in town and the service department is very efficient. Please do not let yourself of your loved one go to this dealership for service because they will rip you off in cold blood without blinking an eye. My ill-advised grandmother that only trusts dealerships to maintain her '99 Camry took her car in to diagnose a brake hissing noise. The dealership looked it over and told her she needed to replace the power brake booster with a new part to the tune of $960 for just that part, plus $200 in labor to install it. On a car that is worth $5000. Yes, the actual list price for this part is actually $960 for whatever asinine reasons and they act like this is completely normal for an old lady to pay.Of course my grandmother not knowing any better agreed pay the dealer to order the part and bring her car back in after the part arrives. Then she tells me afterward how much it was going to cost and then I feel sick for her. After researching the issue on the internet, the hissing can be related to the brake booster, however the common failure modes are typically a vacuum line leak or a gasket failure between the brake booster and master cylinder. When I talked to the service department, they do not even consider trying to fix the problem with the $2 gasket and will only try to fix the problem with the $1000 part. They told me they saw the booster leaking, but wouldn't tell me where from. If it is leaking at the attachment point to master cylinder, then I would logically believe that the gasket has failed.Yes the brake booster can still be at issue and need to be replaced, however boosters are typically much more robust parts than the gasket or vacuum connections and so it is less likely the part that needs to be replaced. In either case, my issue with this dealer is that they don't even consider the cheaper fixes first or offer to replace the part with a professionally remanufactured part that can be bought for as cheap as $150. In fact, the parts department acted like remanufactured parts don't even exist unless some private party had a hobby to rebuild a brake booster by hand and sell them on craigslist. Yeah, I'm sure the part I can go to O'Reilly Auto Parts and buy off their shelf right now is rebuilt by some Joe Schmo in his garage. After all of this, I made my grandmother go back to the dealer the next morning and cancel the order on the expensive brake booster part. No surprise, they "have" to charge her a 20% restocking fee for the part she hasn't even gotten to see yet.... yeah that's $200 they had charged her with the holidays coming up to have to put a part back on the shelf... Congratulations scumbag dealership, you got your $200 from her that you were going to make anyway from the ridiculously priced new brake booster.I hope this teaches my grandmother that not even dealerships can be trusted, or at least call me before agreeing to swipe her card for such expensive parts. We are going to find her a nice little shop that will happily work on her car and treat her like a normal person that won't have to pay outlandish prices to keep her vehicle on the road.So please do not let your loved ones get their cars fixed from McInerney Toyota on Gratiot in Clinton Township.

It was the best experience at a car dealership that I've ever had. All started online by using one of the greatest sites carwoo.com for biding on a brand new car online. My sales contacts were Craig Muran general manager, and Tim Hakim floor manager, both very helpful. They were polite, accommodating, efficient, and informative. Once we agreed upon a price, the paperwork was drawn up and I was so grateful they didn't try to hard sell any accessories or add-ons. They understood what I wanted and needed, and the signing went quickly. The sale was organized, including the finances with Mrs. Adler, which made the flow of paperwork easy and very fast. The car was professionally prepared, in less the one hour I was driving my own car out the dealer lot.Thank you guys!

Craig Moran is no nonsense when it comes to pricing ! The first quote he gives you will be the lowest price in town a dealer can sell the new vehicle for. He is also the General Manager of the dealership and always goes out of his way to make himself available to you when you need something ! I have been leasing Toyotas for years and would not buy a new one anywhere else !

McInerney Toyota is very good dealer to work with. Got to really work on them to get the best price. Service is great, friendly and fast. I would recommend them to friends and family. I wish they had a Toyota dealer in St. Clair County. Very happy with my Tacoma.

Arrived with my 2000 Sienna steering pulling to the left. Asked for them to find out why it was pulling. Write-up guys says "So, you want an alignment". I told him no, that I wanted to know why it was pulling. Arrived two days later to find out that they drove it up on their alignment machine, found out the alignment was fine, and that they wanted a crazy amount of money for an non-alignment. I asked why it was pulling and why they did not address my concerns, they just told me I asked for an alignment. Why I told them that I didn't ask for an alignment, they got an attitude. Then they tried to sell me tires to correct the pulling. Took it another shop and got a tech that told me that alignment was off and corrected the pulling. Same tires, no pulling. Will never return, suggest that you find a reputable dealer instead of this one.
