I had the best car buying experience of my life at Maxx Autos Plus. From the time I arrived until the minute I left the lot every single person I met was professional and 100% committed to making my purchase memorable and easy. David Wright was my salesman. He made me feel like family and he got the purchase terms I wanted. The manager Chris was awesome and very determined to get my deal completed to my satisfaction. The service manager Matt went above and beyond exceptional service, I truly felt appreciated for my business. Even the finance manager was great. I truly had the best all around, from beginning to end, buying experience ever. I give them the highest possible rating and more. Very highly recommended.

Came into MAXX with the intention of buying a particular car, and left with the particular car. Lee helped make it happen, and promised some small needed repairs on the car. All in all we came for the car, and left with the car and had a pleasant experience.

I bought two vans from Maxx Auto Plus. I am happy with both of my van, especially the second one. After my second car rec, I came back to buy a van. I could not come up with any down payment or cash at all. a sales guy Lee Bontempo still worked with me, and got me the van I wanted with lower payments, and found better bank to give me lower interest rate. I broke in to tears! He has great knowledge of good cars, and is honest about it. If you ever need to buy a car, this is the place to go!

By April 12/16 I have purchased a 2007 Lexus RX350 from MAXX AUTOS PLUS in Puyallup, WA. But today 05/27/16 I am still waiting for them to fulfill what they have promised (written in the signed contract). What made me disappointed is that by the time they are selling you are easy and friendly guys but then when you call or show up there asking for the pending parts or reparations, NOBODY TAKES CARE ABOUT YOU and/or give you stupid explanations. Per sure this is the first and the last time I buy a car from them. Very poor after sale service. I have been in different business for over 35 years and as Insurance Agent for the last 14 years and this is one of the worst purchases I have made.

I came here not looking to buy a car but ended up falling in love with my Hyundai! i got a great deal and had excellent customer service from Lee Bontempo! They fixed all of the minor issues (radio, low tire pressure) free of charge and made sure my car was clean and ready to go for me! I got approved through a great credit union thanks to Bob! Overall I had a great experience here at Maxx autos plus and would recommend this place to anyone!

I recently bought a vehicle from MAXX AUTOS PLUS a 2009 ford F150 xlt. I got the truck home from the dealership and the engine light came on. I wasn't happy I called the dealership and they told me to bring the truck in the next day. I brought the truck back left it with them for a couple days, the dealership told me it was the engine no money out of my pocket the dealership gave me a new engine block. I was without a vehicle for about 2weeks but it was worth it the truck runs like a new truck... I cant be any more pleased with the service I received. I highly recommend dealing with MAXX AUTO PLUS if interested in a vehicle. ask for Jeff the salesmen.

Our sales person, Lee Bontempo was awesome. He took us our for a test drive in the vehicle we were considering (a 3/4 ton truck) then took us in a 1/2 ton truck to see compare the comfort, drivability, and power. This was not a high pressure sale, and he brought us all the information possible on the truck (including the carfax). Good experience!

After having a bad experience at another dealer me and my fiance stumbled upon Maxx Auto and are very glad we did! They were all friendly and didn't make it feel like all they wanted was to make money off of us. The two men that helped us out was John and one of their Managers Christopher and I highly recommend going to see them if your in need of a vehicle. Jeff and his partner helped us purchase our first car from them. We came in with a strict budget amd absolutely no credit to give us a good intrest rate. We were there a good three hours negotiating down payment and the amount of money we could spend each month as a car payment. They fought for us to make the sale and a monthly payment we could afford. We are very happy with the customer service. The facility was clean and they had coffee and popcorn. Everyone was very nice and outgoing. We will most likely be back in the future. Great first impression and they genuinely care about their customers

My experience at Maxx Auto was a positive one, which seems to be hard to come across "nowadays" The whole team from management to the sales people all were great. They were able to shop my mediocre credit score around until they found someone that not only was able to loan me the money, but was able to keep it in my ideal payment range. I didn't feel any pressure into buying any vehicle to meet their needs, it was all about me and my needs. I would buy another car and/or recommend anyone to go at least check these guys out first. 5 out of 5 stars from me. Thanx guys!!!

I personally didn't buy a car here but I was just about too. They had to do some repairs on the car before I was even condisdering buying the car they said the would call me and tell me how the repairs went and they never called I had to call them. Don't buy a car here!!!!! Lee is a pushy on selling a car and I almost felt peer pressured to get a car there

Been to several car dealerships in the area and would have to say that these group of people here have made us feel like we would never want to shop anywhere else ever when looking to purchase another used car in the future. After a long day of looking around we are glad we stopped here on the way home everything went smooth and the car we purchased checked out great as well as the prices were very fair. Me and my wife were very happy how good it felt to not be pressured like you are most of the time when you try to buy a car somewhere. Don't be lulled into this car lot by a Facebook page or other media that can be easily manipulated by the staff. Maxx Autos Plus is an average dealership with a warranty gimmick and a couple of above average salesman who know how to practice their trade. Research everything thoroughly. Don;t get complacent on the entire sales transaction as I did. Let the buyer beware. I won't patronize this establishment again and not recommending Maxx Autos Plus to my family and friends is a given

This was my first time buying a car off a dealership, so naturally i was VERY nervous. i talked to a guy named John over the phone and he was super helpful and genuine. we were supposed to meet with him but we got there too late so he recommend Webber. Needless to say Webber was very helpful as well and super upbeat. This car company is truly amazing. and i will definitely go back to get another car.

Great place to buy! My review is basically a copy of one written by L Wehmhefer from Puyallup, WA | July 16, 2015 with few changes. When you look at their gravel lot and office building, don't let it fool into thinking that you won't be taken care of by these guys! The offices are clean and neat inside, but not fancy! Their personnel, however, were first rate! They gave me great service and did so in a quick and efficient manner. I don't like taking my entire day to make a car purchase. Once I decided Iiked the car and to make a purchase, it was less than 2 hrs from driving off the lot. The warranty was unexpected. John Silva was very helpful, their administrative staff was knowledgeable and quick, making the entire transaction a pleasure! My trade in had issues which I did not try and hide and they were understanding and fair.

Been to many sales lots looking for cars in the Puyallup Tacoma area to buy cars over the years and I would have to say that this was hands down the best and most exciting experience I have ever had buying a car. My sales guy was Mike Weber (Web) and what a great pleasure it was to work with him and everyone else there. From beginning to end the whole process was great and there was no pushy sales type of stuff going on which is always nice when buying something. They have earned myself and my families business for years to come. Highly recommend this place if you want a good experience and nice used cars to choose from.

Although we had a change of heart about the vehicle we wanted which had nothing to do with the vehicle or the staff, we were really thankful that AL took the time out of his day to really help us and was honest about everything and all our questions, its really hard to find salesman that are really genuine and caring as AL was, and would recommend going to him if you want the best deal for a vehicle. These people are all great to work with. Our car got totaled recently and we were in the market for a new rig and after going to several other overpriced places in the area and sales people that seemed like they didn't even know what they were selling. We stopped in here and found a awesome group of people. We were treated more like we were family than just a customer. The process was smooth and we found the perfect car that worked for our situation. We dealt with Jeff and the manager Chuck who were great throughout the whole process. Prices were really fair compared to others we looked at and the cars were nice.

We stopped in here after looking all day long at other several car lots in the area and being pushed by other car sales people to buy something we didn't even like or want. On our way home and exhausted we decided to stop here for one last attempt to find something we liked and not only did we find many options we liked the staff here was very pleasant, patient and easy going. NO PRESSURE! After telling us to take our time and after a couple test drives we decided to take the plunge and do some negotiating which turned out to be pretty simple as well. Everyone from the sales staff to the person finalizing our financing paperwork worked hard to make sure our experience was nothing but the best from start to finish. Thanks again we will be back!!!

We have been looking for a small suv so we stopped here to look at what they had and we found something we really liked. I wanted to have it looked at by a mechanic but it was late so they offered us to be able to put it on a car lift to inspect it at a shop close by which I thought was going above and beyond for a used car lot. I have never been offered that anywhere when buying a car. Glad we stopped here everything worked out great.

i came in off a whim, and i found what i was looking for. i have terrible credit and the guys here helped me get into something that i not only like but i can afford. good customer service. i did not get the usual experience where you get hassled and pushed into a car you do not want or something you cant afford. i would recomend at least checking them out.

We came into this dealership while on our way to look at another car for our daughter elsewhere and not only were we pleased with the way everyone treated us from the very start but we found the same exact car we were going to look at elsewhere.
