I had a great experience working with Kevin O'Malley and the rest of the staff at Mazda of Bedford! Everyone was so nice and friendly at the dealership. Kevin helped me so much by talking about all the different options and trim in a simple way that made my decision easy. He also worked really hard with Scott and the finance team to get me a great deal which is something I really appreciate! I will continue to come back and work with him once my new lease expires. I also highly recommend this service department. I used them exclusively for my last lease and they always did a great job.

I started working with Tyler on Monday and drove home Saturday with the vehicle that was at the top of my list! After comparison shopping with a few other brands I ended up back at Mazda due to the outstanding customer service and compassion Tyler showed. I was in a difficult situation and not really prepared to be in the vehicle search process, but Tyler made the process painless and enjoyable. The fact that he listened to my story and worked with me to get me what I wanted at a price I could afford is something that I will appreciate for a very long time.

This dealership is excellent. I went in looking to test drive, and that's what I got to do. There was no financing pressure. My salesman was very interested in the cars themselves, not the dealership's bottom line. He was helpful, enthusiastic, and had excellent car knowledge. My experience boiled down to a fun day test driving cars, and lots of car knowledge. I learned about Mazda's philosophy and was really turned on to the brand by Phil. I now recommend this dealership to anyone interested in buying a Mazda, because this dealership is a shining example of what buying cars should be like. (Unlike another nearby Mazda dealership)My only gripe is that Scott came by before I left and asked me why I wasn't buying. When I gave my reasons, he dismissed them and told me that "buying a car is as easy as signing some papers!" That gives me a bad vibe, particularly because it's a massive under-representation of how car buying works.

Mazda of Bedford was the 4th dealership I contacted about a Mazda3. Am I ever glad I did! Best deal of them all. But the best part was the employees, like talking to old friends and family. Shannon in sales was great, asked me what I needed then came back with a price lower than I expected and was a lot of fun to talk to. Chris McCarthy wisked me through finance in no time and was great to talk to. Katrina helped me through paperwork for insurance and got my free XM up and running and was very nice to chat with. Scott did a great job of getting the after market options added for me so I could pick up my new car sooner than I would expect. All in all a really pleasurable experience for me. I'm from Pennsylvania but I chose Bedford Mazda because of their great selection. Because PA has stricter emissions regulations than OH they ordered me in the exact car I needed/wanted at a fair price. Sean was great; he even mailed me my license plate cover and parking tag that I forgot after trading in my old car.

Dealer personnel were very willing to answer my questions and look up information even when the cars I asked about were not the brand that they sold. They also tried to make us comfortable. We talked about several brands before deciding on our purchase.

Buying a car from Kevin was an absolutely smooth and worry-free experience; from the initial call all the way through leaving the lot with the vehicle. Any time I needed to call Kevin to ask for vehicle and/or financing info he picked up the phone immediately.Upon arrival, the entire transaction flowed exactly as planned which is super important when driving 200 miles out of state to purchase a 13 year old vehicle. The vehicle was exactly as described, including all minor problems and deficiencies communicated to me by Kevin over the phone. There were no surprises upon arrival besides how awesome the Mazda of Bedford team was to work with.Ray was a pleasure to work with as well in finance. He had all of the paperwork completed and ready for me to sign upon arrival. We had the sales contract reviewed and completed in under 15 minutes.Many thanks to Kevin and Ray!!! Mazda of Bedford will be the first dealer I shop at when I'm ready to purchase another vehicle!

I had a great experience buying my Certified Pre-Owned Mazda MX-5 from Teddy Ross. We drove both the new model MX-5 (which I was in love with), and then we drove a used MX-5, which was in great condition. Teddy didn't pressure me at all either way and helped me weigh my options, ultimately helping me make the decision that was right for me. Teddy and all the other people that I met at Mazda of Bedford put my mind at ease and provided a great sales experience - something that seems hard to find nowadays. Great dealership made great by great people!!

Kevin was fantastic when I was looking to trade in my car and lease another Mazda 6. I had compared prices at multiple Mazda dealerships in the Cleveland area and Mazda of Bedford was by far the best price. Working with Kevin was also much less stressful the salesmen at other dealerships. He was kind, professional, funny, and extremely fair. He worked hard to get me the best deal and was enjoyable to work with. It was a great experience overall and I could not be happier with my choice to work with Kevin and Mazda of Bedford.

I just picked up my second Mazda 3 and I'm very excited and happy! The car is awesome and my salesman was great. Kevin O'Malley was very knowledgeable about the car's features and the leasing process. Since this was my first lease experience I hesitated. But Kevin made the process extremely easy. Kevin's calm but professional demeanor gave me the confidence I needed to follow through with my car. This is my second car buying/leasing experience with Mazda of Bedford and I will definitely go back again, if need be! The service department staff are wonderful!

With apologies for plagiarizing McDonald's, we could not think of a better title to describe our experience in buying our new CX9. From courtesy and professionalism at the dealership to the luxurious ride and the quality of car that is the CX9, we still feel like we have a new toy. And not enough can be said about the sales staff, and especially Edward. He was thorough, knowledgeable about our car (and the cars of competitors we were comparing the CX9 to), and attentive without being pushy. This is our second Mazda (and the second from Mazda of Bedford). We are confident that we will continue to receive the same comprehensive, professional service on our CX9 from MOB's maintenance department that we are currently receiving for our MX5.We recently returned from a trip to Seven Springs, Pa.. During the trip we marveled at the lack of road noise as well as the safety features of our car - cruise control adjustment to vehicles in front, three different alerts when changing lanes, etc. We are still like a kid with a new present as we are trying to learn all of the navigational features and sound features. (Our goal was a week, and we are still finding out new stuff). In summary (and following through on our fast food theme) Clara Peller once asked, "Where's the beef?" Mitch, Shannon and Scott were all genuinely passionate about the Mazda brand and patiently answered my many questions before, during, and even after the sale. I had a second son on the way and wanted to trade-in my CX-5 toward a new CX-9, so they stepped me through the entire process. They also kept my needs for child safety and budget in mind and never pressured me toward a trim that wasn't a fit. From my initial phone conversation with Mitchell and our positive conversations at the dealership, the detailed voicemail from Shannon about safety details, to Scott personally dropping off the garage door opener that I forgot they were a seamless team. Overall, a very positive experience!

Our intention was to crunch some numbers, give the CX-5 a test drive, and go to two other dealerships (Acura & Nissan). The CX-5 was definitely a top pick, but we didn't anticipate waking in and leaving with a car, but we did! We were astounded to learn the amazing features that were "stock" on these models! I didn't even realize some of the technology in the packages were available. The test drive sealed the deal; to see all of the options in action. We went back and Edward and Scott treated us fairly and professionally to ensure the price was within our price range, while not haggling back and forth. The car, service, and price was unbeatable and we left happily with a new CX-5.

Everyone made my daughter's first car buying experience so positive. We shopped at many other dealerships on both the west and east sides and are so grateful we stopped in. Bill and Patrick helped her to find something within her budget. Michael did a great job with her financing. Scott was so friendly and appreciative of our business. I had a wonderful experience at Mazda of Bedford when I recently purchased my first Mazda (mazda 3). My salesman (Teddy) was fantastic - very knowledgeable and seemingly objective when presenting advantages/weaknesses. He was friendly and forthright without being the least bit overbearing or pushy. The other staff at Mazda of Bedford were equally amiable and a pleasure to work with. We got a fair deal on the car (toyota) we traded in, and I was also able to snag a recent-graduate incentive. I have no qualms about this dealership or my car (love it already!) and would highly recommend it to prospective buyers.

Everyone was welcoming and attentive. I felt more like a family member than a customer with courtesy and respect. There was some doubt about me wanting new/used and suv vs sedan but allowed to drive, sit ask or ask questions about all. Everyone was very thorough with finances, car details and warranty. I especially liked not having to haggle, saving time. The only thing I would change is the amount of paperwork involved, however, it isn't the dealers but the industry.

I stopped in Mazda of Bedford a couple of months before my RAV4 lease ended, just to start the whole search process. I ended up falling in love with the CX-5 and Kevin and Scott were there to help me every step of the way. This was my first vehicle purchased at Mazda of Bedford and it was a great experience. Our salesman was Phil Cohen and he was great. He was extremely knowledgeable about the product and was very patient and detailed when asking all of our questions. Overall, the staff are very friendly and helpful in giving you all the necessary information to make your decision about your potential purchase. Even though it is a good business, they are not immune to different sales tactics which ultimately made the experience less convenient. We were constantly asked to wait as decisions were discussed and ended up at the dealership for over 5 hours.

My experience was awesome the most important thing was they listened to my needs and went into to action to formulate a deal for the vehicle of my choice while staying in my budget without hidingnumbers. Also the CPO that came with this vehicle would offer anyone piece of mind when makinga big purchase. Even when I had reservations on the vehicle because of mileage they did not try to push me into it. They went to work to find the deal that would be right for my comfort zone.

We visited their website to see what they in stock on the previously owned lot. There was one car that we were very interested in. Once we arrived, everyone was very cordial, we discussed a price range, and although we were initially interested in purchasing a VAN, we eventually purchased an SUV. The SUV was the first vehicle we saw and drove. It was clean. Some of the other dealerships we visited showed us dirty, tobacco smoke smelly vehicles. (we didn't consider those at all.) Every step of the process was done in a very professional, but, friendly manner. We returned today to pick up the vehicle to take it to our mechanic for inspection and approval. We found a few blemishes which will be repaired. We will be signing all the contracts and picking up the vehicle in a couple of days.

Was looking to buy a Honda Pilot, but The manger was rude he had very nasty attitude. Other staff members who had clients of their own were loitering around being nosy while we were trying to make a deal for a vehicle. Did not but from them. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone. I stopped in at the tail end of my daughter's sales interaction with Edward Ross. Dads are always a little protective. No worries here. Edward focused on understanding auto needs and answered all questions. No pressure and no sales pitches - just a desire to present the best offer and let customer evaluate. They offered a good sales price on the CX3 and a fair trade-in appraisal that was at the high end of the Blue Book range without requiring back and forth to get to a satisfactory end point. I was looking for a dependable family vehicle for family to enjoy. I had test drive six cars from six different dealers on the auto mile. After a exhausting search I was heading home when I drove past a nice size lot of multiple vehicles with great prices. I saw the dream vehicle I wanted and approached it. A sales man from heaven approached me by the name of Phil. He went with me on the test drive and helped meet to figure out the cars features. I was ready to purchase. When I entered the building I was will greeted by all the staff. One remembered person was the sales manager Chuck chasips he did everything in boss power to assure that I went home with my vehicle. For a great price. They showed me the vehicles history and it's worth. They completed a full inspection of the vehicle. The staff was like a family and I felt right at home. I left very pleased. The vehicle after a few weeks had a minor issue, I purchased it as Is but Chuck referred me to Oakwood auto. They took very very good care of me. I thank God for the sales men at Mazda. I will refer any single mother that is looking for a dependable vehicle to them. I thank you.

I had called about availability of a vehicle and was told they were short staffed on Sunday so it took a minute to get someone on the phone. Was really good that the staff explained that ahead of time. A manager got on the phone but was not familiar with which state I would pay taxes in and said someone would call me tomorrow. That same day I received a very nice voice message from Tyler, a salesman. Tyler also called back this morning and was very pleasant to speak with, especially after some of the other places I've called and even dealt with in person. Although the car wasn't quite what I needed, I wanted to be sure Tyler got some credit for his time. You just don't see this kind of pleasantness every day!

I originally liked a Mazda from Montrose Mazda in Cleveland, but didn't feel very welcome and I was only treated as a number. I decided to try out Mazda of Bedford and I was immediately welcomed by Scott, the sales manager, and Kevin, a client advisor. They made me feel relaxed and comfortable as I looked around the lot. Kevin took the time to listen to me and find exactly what I wanted. My car was planned to be delivered to the dealership within the next few days and then it turned out that it had come in earlier that morning and I could take it home that same day! I originally went in for a test drive and to look around, but they made everything so simple that I ended up walking away with a new car. Entire process from sales to finance was quick and easy. I couldn't ask for anything better! Great customer service is extremely important to me and that is why Mazda of Bedford will have my business for a long time! There is no reason to go anywhere else. I met with the sales rep with a friend and we were both looking to purchase new vehicles. We were told by the sales rep that we would need to give a deposit so they could order the vehicles that we wanted. The sales rep Tyler gave us a form to fill out and ran our credit cards. Before we agreed to do this he assured us that if anything could not go through with the deal that this money would be given back to us no questions asked. I was nervous doing this because to get the vehicle I still needed my father to co-sign with me to get the financing along with getting title of my current vehicle signed over from my ex-wife for a trade in. He assured me that if anything happened with the financing or anything else preventing the sale of the vehicle the money would be returned. Well now that I can no longer get the title transferred for the trade in or get my father to co-sign due the price of the vehicle payments the rep Tyler and the dealership have gone back on their word. They have told me they are keeping my deposit and too bad. I have spoken to Tyler a few times and begged for them to do the ethical thing in this matter and he has even agreed that this would be the right and appropriate thing to do but says he cannot do this because the sales manager will not allow him to. I have also spoken to the sales manager Scott Newman on a few occasions and he has told me he will not give me my deposit back either and that he is keeping it. They have also threatened to keep my friends deposit and are either doing that or increasing her pricing since we are both no longer buying vehicles from them. That seems very shady and unethical to me. Either keep her pricing the same or give her her deposit back. I am hoping this dealership does the right thing and gives me my money back. My hands are tied, I cannot get financing but they don't seem to care and are going to keep my money anyways. Not good customer service or sales practices

I needed a car and went to three different dealerships in Bedford. Initially, Mazda was the underdog. I didn't know a lot about their cars and really had my heart set on a Toyota (Camry or Prius). However, with a great product and sales associate, Tyler was able to pull me over to Mazda. After going to Toyota, where I was unimpressed and my interest plummeted, I quickly returned to Mazda to buy my car. Thank you Tyler for showing me how great Mazda and buying a car could be. I've never had a better experience purchasing a car and do not regret my decision now, two months later.

This is my fourth car from Sean at Bedford Mazda. I went in for service on my current Mazda, stopped in to say hi to Sean and left with a brand new car. I had some time while they were servicing my old car and Scott suggested a test drive. They wrote up a deal I couldnt pass on and the rest is history. Excellent customer service. Many options to choose from due to large inventory. My sales associate had a vast knowledge of the Mazda vehicle as well as comparisons to competitor like models. Met with Jeff Claypoole today at the Mazda dealership. He was new to Mazda, but had been in the business for the past 20+ years so felt knowledgeable, even if he still had to look up or ask co-workers regarding some things specific to Mazda. Felt that the dealership was very friendly and easy to ask questions of to find out what I needed to know.I looked at a Mazda 3 while there and it ended up not currently including some of the features I was looking for, or when it did include others I wanted, it only had them in the highest trim level, which didn't compare to the competitors lower trim levels. That said, the staff there was excellent, so it wasn't a problem with the buying experience, just the features available at the time.Jeff even stayed after to allow us a test drive to compare features and that shows dedication. I went to the Bedford Automile hoping to drive (5) small SUVS I was interested in. My first and by far BEST CUSTOMER service came from Edward Ross at Mazda of Bedford. He was so knowledgeable and answered all my questions confidently and made me very interested in a car that was not originally even on my radar. I left feeling happy and kind of excited. I have not finalized my decision yet, but the Mazda CX-5 is in my top two now. That is not only because the car seemed sturdy and was exactly what I was looking for, but mostly because of how patient, respectful and AWESOME Edward was!

After a negative experience at another dealership, I was dreading going into another dealership. However, I need not have worried. Mike Marzak gave me an out-the-door price via e-mail. When I came to the dealership, we went on a pleasant test drive. The car was exactly as described. When it came time to work out the financing, the price was exactly what Mike had told me over e-mail. They gave me KBB value for my trade, and got a financing rate better than I thought possible through my bank. Just an excellent experience all the way around! I would highly recommend Mazda of Bedford to anyone.

I did have a long wait while waiting for finances to be sorted out, however, that is no fault of the sales team. Who showed me a car in my price range and budget. The trade-in price I was given was better than expected, and it really allowed me to get a deal done. I like that I walked in there with a specific price point, and Tyler made sure I looked at the right car, and Ray helped straighten out the finances that were causing the wait. I am happy with my car, and with the customer service I was given today from Tyler. He isn't pushy, and he comes across as somebody you feel like is on your team.

They were really friendly and explained everything we needed to know about the car we were looking to lease. Then we met Mike (The Wizard) and he got us a great deal. He also went over the lease with us and all the info we needed to know before we signed. They also let us make payments to the down payment and let us drive the car home same day. I just leased a new 2016 CX-5 after owning a CX-7 for 9 years. Sean Hardnick sold me the CX-7 and I went back to Sean for the new car. I would trust any of the sales people and this dealership - they don't have to "hard sell" anyone - the cars sell themselves due to the quality. I have never owned a car as long as my CX-7 and I traded it only because I wanted something smaller and better on gas. Sean showed me several options, took his time, talked about other makes and models and their records and let me come to my own decision. Then he gave me a great deal on my CX-7 and the new CX-5. I have been a Toyota groupie before my CX-7 but am sold on the technology and engineering of the Mazda. I tried hard to make the reports on Chevy, Ford, Honda, etc. sound better than Mazda, but in the end I knew I was getting the best car and the best deal at Mazda of Bedford. The owners were even there and spoke to me about my experience, the car I had, the car I leased and what I liked about the dealership. The service department is the best - have arranged service when I could come, know me by name and let me know when issues needed to be addressed. I feel safe in my Mazda and I know the service department will keep it that way. I would recommend this dealership, sales staff and service department to anyone who wants a great car at a great price. Thanks Mazda of Bedford for making my life easier!

This is the second car I have leased from Mazda of Bedford. I came back because my first experience was good. This time they had a different manager, Scott Newman, and my experience was great ! Everyone from my salesman Craig Toddy, to the finance manager Mike DeSalvo, to Michelle in service, couldn't have been nicer. Craig was very thorough at delivery explaining the various features of the car, Mike made the paperwork part of the transaction actually enjoyable, and Scott was phenomenal throughout. Honesty, integrity, and genuine concern for the customer seem to be the way they do business. That is hard to find today. I just want to say thank you to everyone involved in my transaction. I even had one of the owners, Chris Houdek, thank me personally for my business. Where else are you going to ever have that happen ? Kudos to Mazda of Bedford, you do it right and have a customer for life !

I went to this dealership to look at the Mazda 6 after doing some extensive research on the internet for this model. I was promptly greeted after arriving but was not 'pressured' in any way during my conversations with their sales staff. Edward was incredibly knowledgeable and informative regarding the Mazda products and did a very good job of comparing and contrasting the various models that I was looking at. I was able to test drive the Mazda 3 and Mazda 6 with comparable equipment so that I could get a better feel for both cars. After I made a decision to purchase the Mazda 3 GST the rest of the process was seamless. I met Scott Newman, General Sales Manager, who was very friendly and accommodating to me and my wife. The financing side of the experience was one of the best that I have ever experienced in my life. I spent no more than 10 minutes with the finance manager who explained all of my financing options/choices but at no time did her ever try to 'hard sell' me on any products or services. Normally, a visit to a dealership to buy a call lasts 3 or 4 hours. I think that I was in and out in 1 1/2 hours, including my test drive. Subsequent to my purchase I received a phone call and email follow up from Edward ensuring that I was totally satisfied with my purchase. I would highly recommend this dealership for anyone considering purchasing a car, especially considering that Mazda is rated as the #2 brand by Consumer Review.

Today was our first visit to this dealership. We arrived apprehensive and on guard because of a horrible past experience elsewhere. We had contacted Mazda of Bedford and set up an appointment to see a specific vehicle. Jon Chaney was prompt and helpful in setting that up for us. We even called the night prior because the internet price had gone up by $770! Shannon Clark assured us that it was simply an error and they would honor the original price. What a wonderful relief it was to meet and work with honest people who respected us! Never once did anyone attempt to sell us a different vehicle. They were true to their word, honored the original price and honored a $200 off coupon we printed from the Bedford Automile website! Craig Toddy was a real gentleman and was thorough in his explanations and genuine in his care of our family. Ray in finance did a great job summarizing all of thr lengthy paperwork and answered every question. We're so happy with our purchase and thank God for each kind and honest person we met at this dealership!

I had a great experience for the 1st time in my life at a dealership (7th car I have purchased). It started with as soon as I walked into the door last night near closing time where Jon met me and greeted me with an offer to assist and get a beverage for me while I waited for a salesman. I worked with Kevin O'Malley who made me feel like I was talking to a friend versus talking with a salesman. Kevin had a great perspective on all of the cars that were similar to the car I was looking to buy (Mazda 6). He is definitely a guy who likes cars and likes to drive, I was very impressed with his ability to accurately compare each care to one another. I have spent a lot of time test driving cars this go around as I could not make up my mind as to what was going to best fit my needs and ended up driving 14 different vehicles. Keven not only was familiar with the specs on all of them, but also in how they handled and what the performance felt like compared to what they look like on paper. I thought he was just BS'ing as most salesman do, but when I continued to question him and press him about different cars he really knew what he was talking about and we had a few laughs, none of the awkward dealer ride along feelings I had at the other places. They were happy to work with my trade in as well and when we got to the contract write up Mike was super efficient and did not waste my time. Like I said it was a great experience and I will happily look to come back here for future car needs

I have been purchasing mazdas from this dealer and the same sales person for over 20 years. Need I say more? It is to the point that I can negotiate the purchase of a new car over the phone, subject to driving the car. We have also made multiple referrals to our sales person as well as to the dealership. Equally important, we have a great relationship with the service department that really takes care of us. We only purchase a car every 2-4 years; however, we regularly service our cars, so we obviously have more contact with the service department than the sales people. In conclusion, our family strongly recommends Mazda of Bedford.

Its immediately apparent that the people at Mazda of Bedford care about providing good customer service. As soon as you walk in you are greeted by someone who assesses your needs and finds someone to help you. We worked with the salesman Phil who was kind, extremely knowledgeable, and guided us through the car buying process even after we had agreed to lease from him. The manager also worked with us to address our specific concerns and checked in throughout the process to ensure that everything was going well. I own two 2014 CX-5's both purchased from a different dealer. I elected to use Mazda of Bedford for my service rather than the selling dealer (Eastside Mazda) because Eastside Mazda failed to provide warranty information on their extended warranty program at the time of delivery and then refused to honor the warranty after I completed routine maintenance (oil changes, etc) at NTB. In addition, Service personnel at Eastside Mazda were arrogant, aloof. Mazda of Bedford welcomed me, enabled my service needs by arranging short-notice service requests and then provided discounts even though I had no coupons. Most importantly, they completed my service correctly including service bulletin updates. The Service Manager, Michelle was cooperative and helpful, but I especially appreciated my interface with Milo Milosevic. Lastly, the service bays are clearly visible and accessible. Mechanics are friendly, willing to communicate/educate.

My wife and I went to Mazda of Bedford after visiting a Mazda dealer closer to our home. The first Mazda dealer located on the west side of Cleveland (Brookpark Rd)was a nightmare to deal with. We liked 2 Mazda 5s on the lot. We began to wonder when we saw our salesman walk through the showroom with jumper cables. Both brand new 2015 Mazdas had dead batteries. I guess it should have been a clue when the pic of the car had snow beside and no leaves on the tree. It was early October when we went to the first dealer on the west side of Cleveland. We decided to drive a little further and go to Mazda of Bedford. We had an awesome, professional experience. Shannon and Tyler were the best and I recommend the drive from the west side of Cleveland.

I just bought a new Mazda CX-5 to replace my 11 year old Mazda MPV which I was sad to say goodbye too. Evan Salsbury was EXCELLENT to work with "down to earth", personable, and knew a lot about mechanics too. If he needed more information he would ask his boss, Scott. He also spent quite a bit of time showing me how to use Navigation and Blue Tooth. I have used this dealership for years as it is where I purchased my prior vehicle. Their Service Dept. is excellent as well. My only issue which was upsetting was that I had some difficulty working with Ray in financing the car, as not all available options were mentioned after I specifically asked for alternatives. The option I was interested in is actually on the website. Things worked out but I was told about an incentive and then it was going to be removed.

We drove 2 hours from Pittsburgh to look at a used car and we were welcomed with the car we were interested in sitting out front for us to look at and test drive. We did have a monthly payment limit and they did everything possible to make this work for us. Scott Newman was very awesome to work with. We did have a long wiat because it was a Sunday, but they constantly checked on us and ultimately worked hard to make us happy. I definitely recommend this dealership. Worth the drive :)

My husband and i just got a fantastic deal on a trade in for a 2016 mazda 6. We love the car maybe just a little more than the people we worked with at Mazda of Bedford. Our sale person, Ed Ross, was patient, not pushy and very knowledgeable. We also worked with Scott Newman initially and Jon Chaney who were courteous and accommodating. Lastly we signed all of the paperwork with Ray Cieslak, who was well organized and efficient, which happily made the 30-odd signatures required for the sale not just bearable but a pleasure. With ten previous vehicle buying experiences under my belt, i can honestly say this was by far the best. If you haven't already, you need to see for yourself.

I made a Mazda website inquiry and got a price quote. I called to make sure that specific car was available. I was greeted by Scott upon entering into the showroom.. He had the car ready to show and drive. Before I took the car for a test drive. Scott showed me the trunk and engine compartment pointing out the different components. And he pointed out and demonstrated how to use the different buttons within the driving compartment. He did the same with the audio system. One of the first things he did in the car was synchronize my mobile telephone with the Mazda Bluetooth. This was definitely a good experience in buying a new car. Scott introduced me to a variety of other people working at the dealership and told me about the car dealership operations and service.

Dropped in to drive and purchase a 2015 mazda 3. The customer service was great and I didn't have to deal with the normal sales man stuff of them trying to sell me anything I didn't want. I got me into the car I wanted and I had it purchased and was on my way. Overall the did a great job. Also before dropping in I had communicated with them online and they were extremely helpful and responsive to me during that time.

We just purchased our Pre-owned Chrysler Town & Country. Mikal Mims was fantastic at assisting us with our purchase. He made the whole experience tolerable and surprisingly enjoyable, and this is coming from someone who despises dealerships on a whole. He was very personable and honest, and was able to work with us along with Shannon to find a deal we could agree on. We didn't feel pressured into the sale at all we really loved the vehicle and are glad we didn't let it slip through our fingers! It was definitely a good experience compared to dealerships we have gone to in the past. I think when we are in the market for another vehicle we will definitely check here first. I traveled across town to visit this dealership for its high customer service ratings. Tyler Phelps helped me assess the Mazda models without the pressure tactics to buy the product before I was ready. After I was sold on a vehicle I brought my family over for a test drive and they decided that they could not live with that model. Tyler was still gracious despite spending the time. Ask for this guy when you go there. You want to work with a sales professional with character. Tyler has character.

He is straightforward professional who is one of the most personable salesmen I encounter to date. With other car salesmen, I found myself spending a copious amount of my time listening to vapid and vacuous sale pitches. However, Mikal does not waste your time and only informs you of the facts needed to make your purchase decision. He is patient and does not pressure you to buy right away. Mikal doesn't just sell cars, he make sure that you drive away with the car that is best suited for your needs.

There was no pressure and he didn't try to talk us into something we didn't want. He was very "down to earth" and we really appreciated the relaxed atmosohere he created. The car that we wanted and eventually purchased needed to be serviced before we took it home, an issue we were told up front about. Evan did an amazing job at making sure that we were kept informed every step of the way. Evan and Jon were adamant about making everything right. The dealership itself was nice but in the end we bought the car from them because of our experience with Evan!

After my Ford rusted through the rear wheel well, rendering it inoperable, I was forced to scramble and look for a new vehicle. I've always had my eyes on a Mazda CX-5 so I decided to research it to find the new release of the CX-3. Unfortunately, the release of the new line was such a covert operation that no one was able to provide any more details. I waited and waited and waited and finally visited Mazda of Bedford for the third and last try. At this visit, Scott was able to share as much information as he could on the location, model, specs, price and tentative receiving date of August 24th. Being without a vehicle, Sean and Scott worked hard to work out a loaner vehicle contract until the new CX-3 arrives. I considered the plan, returned the next day and met Shannon. She patiently answered my questions regarding the specs of the vehicle and compared the CX-3 and CX-5 with me from bumper to bumper. I was convinced at that point that this was the best arrangement and they were able to provide me with a loaner the next day.Fast forward to 8.13.15, I received a series of texts and pictures from Scott announcing the EARLY arrival of the CX-3 as it was being unloaded. I returned at 9AM the next day, with Shannon and Sean greeting me at the door. I test drove it with Sean which he explained and highlighted the features (as we were both learning this new model together). Upon my return, Scott enthusiastically asked how the test drive was (he came in on his day off!). We compared the Touring and the Grand Touring model side by side in the lot and decided the winner was the Mazda CX-3 Ceramic Titanium GT.In comes Ray... Like being called into the principal's office, I dreaded talking about finance. However, I was delighted to see that Ray's experiences at work to find a fair interest rate and kept me within my budget without increasing the down payment. I was even able to purchase additional protections on the CX-3 as a part of the payment plan! (Unfortunately, there were no incentives, rebates or lease options at the time for the CX-3).Throughout the process, I met many employees of Mazda of Bedford. They were all friendly, easy-going, honest, fair and patient. Their knowledge of Mazda and passion for customer satisfaction was exemplified throughout my experience. Thank you again to Scott, Shannon, Ray and Sean for getting me back on the road again, happier and "faster!" I will see you soon for the accessories!

Before visiting Mazda of Bedford, I went to other dealers nearby and the treatment they gave me was horrible, like they didn't want to sell their cars; but at Mazda of Bedford I felt the difference as soon as I stepped inside. I had been to a few different dealerships looking for a compact SUV when I found a make and model that interested me at Mazda of Bedford. Antonio helped us out, was very friendly and not the typical "pushy" salesman...he helped us to take our time and make the best decision (which was to buy the vehicle!) In addition, the most impressive thing about this place was when I discovered some issues a few days after driving it off the lot, and they paid for ALL repairs...even down to my freezing windshield wiper fluid. I have been driving this SUV for seven months, I LOVE it and it runs great. Thanks Mazda of Bedford!

Edward took the time to explain the difference between Mazda Sedans. I had never driven one until 3 days ago and I fell in love with it! I explained what kind of money I wanted to spend on monthly payments because I wanted to buy the car instead of lease. I tend to keep cars awhile and it's a work car that will see many enjoyable miles. When I picked up my car today, 7-30-15 he took the time to explain all of the new features. I was coming from an '07 Chrysler Sebring and these new features confused me, but he guided me though them until I felt comfortable. Coming from a sales background I respected his approach and I would recommend this dealer and dealership to anyone. Thank you, to both Scott and Edward! Ps. Scott, you should buy an Apple Watch!!! :)

This is the second time that I went through Mazda and I had an awesome experience! I went in knowing what car I wanted and was lucky enough to get linked up with Edward. Apparently the car I wanted with the package and interior i wanted was very rare. They actually didn't have the exact car I wanted and was able to test drive one, that was just in a different color. Edward was very knowledgeable about the car, but even better yet, he was very down to earth. He wasn't pitching anything are information dumping on me, just telling me what I needed to know. I've been in sales the last 5 years and I cannot stand when someone tries to sell to me, and he was very low to no pressure, just making sure I got what I wanted and felt comfortable which i absolutely did. I expressed how i felt slightly uncomfortable with buying a car I haven't really seen in person which they completely understood, and it turns out the Sales Manager, Shannon Clark had the same car as mine and she let me poke around in there just to make sure I was comfortable. Once we sat down to talk numbers I had the pleasure of dealing once again with Shannon Clark. She was equally as awesome as Edward was. She showed me the numbers I was working with (which were all more than fair) but I then let her know my comfort level with the payments and she was able to make it work! I couldn't walk away with my car because as rare as it was they didn't have it in stock. Over the next couple of days of them looking for it they kept me posted every step of the way! Once they got the car they seemed just as excited as I was and I really appreciated that. Please go to Mazda of Bedford and INSIST on working with Edward and Shannon!

I arrived in the late afternoon on a Saturday, and it was busy but greeted by Craig and told that I would be helped, as soon as he was finished. He took a second to ask what I was looking for and took me over to the car in the showroom. I looked the car over and waiting just a couple of minutes before Mikal was able to assist me in purchasing my CX-5. I was so happy with how Mikal listed to what I wanted and gave me some great advice about my old car that was totaled in an accident (that I was still sort of attached to when arriving that day). I have purchased cars before (this being my third) and Mikal did not disappoint! He was friendly, caring, thoughtful and made an excellent effort to getting me in a CX-5 for the monthly payment I could afford. He even helped me schedule my first oil change! I would recommend Mikal in a second and all the staff at Mazda of Bedford.

Came into Mazda of Bedford about a month ago looking to lease a car. We had an 9:30am appointment to meat with Tyler Phelps to look at a Mazda 3. Get their with a car already upfront waiting to test drive. Get back and have a solid deal made on the car within 10 to 15 minutes. Could not have been a better experience. I would recommend this dealership and Tyler to anyone in the market for a new vehicle. As far as the car itself goes, I leased a 2015 Mazda 3 4 door with tech package plus nav and I absolutely love this car. This car makes driving fun!!!

Came to Mazda of Bedford dealership few weeks ago just to look at cars/prices, Was very impressed with sales person Sean Hardnick who showed different Mazda cars and described options available to purchase or lease a new car. Sean also introduced me to sales manager Shannon Clark. Although both of them wanted me to get a new car that day I wasn't ready at that moment. But I do remember not feeling sales pressure that many car dealerships put on prospective buyers. During follow up call from Sean I said I'll in his showroom the day I'll be actually shopping for new car. Few weeks later I had a list of seven cars of different manufactures I wanted to look at. The first on a list was Mazda CX-5 from Mazda Bedford. We went for a ride, liked the car, made decision not to look at other cars from my list, left deposit and went home. Next day asked on a phone for a quote for upgraded CX-5 model, few minutes later got a quote. The following day car was ready at exact time, paper work was done in advance, Sean described all push buttons, showed service department and I drove away in a new car with a good feeling of driving good car after dealing with smart intelligent friendly people. From the moment we walked into the dealership Shannon remembered our names and welcomed us with a warm smile and great enthusiasm. She offered any assistance she could and and told Sean we were here. Sean then left mid-lunch to come and talk with us, take a test drive and work out a great deal for us. From start to finish this was the least stressful most enjoyable buying experience I could imagine. No one pushed us into anything we weren't looking for and made sure we knew what the best deal was. We were treated like friends, not just customers. We laughed, we talked serious, and most of all we were comfortable with our purchase. This was by far the best experience I've had buying a car. Craig was personable and professional; he made the entire transaction so easy for me. He found me what I asked for and gave me time to make a decision with no pressure. My interaction with Jon was comfortable; he was straight forward and made sure the car was up to his standard before I picked it up. Both Craig and Jon were transparent throughout the transaction. Everyone at the dealership was great - by the time I left I felt like I'd been coming here for years. So far the car has been great - I love it! I've already recommended this dealership to a friend and will definetly be back when it's time to buy my next Mazda.

So very pleased with my entire experience here. I absolutely dreaded going to buy a car based on past horrible experiences with haggling at other dealerships, wasted time, etc. A car accident forced my hand in trying to get a new vehicle. Imagine my surprise, relief, and happiness when I found that not only was I offered a fair market price without ANY haggling or attempts to sell me upgrades I did not want, but offered a variety of financing options in less than 15 min after deciding to purchase the vehicle. I made the jump to Mazda with a 2016 CX-5 after having driven a Subaru for many years. I had a great experience with Tyler Phelps. The process never felt rushed, and Tyler was attentive and informative during both of my visits. Everyone else at Mazda was warm and welcoming too. Tyler introduced me to the service department once I purchased the car. He even sat in the passenger seat for about 20 minutes with me, teaching me everything I need to know about the touchscreen and features. A friend recommended Mazda to me. Except for the Miata & RX-7 I knew little about the brand. The dealership took their time educating me on the value of Mazdas and showing me much 3rd party testimony instead of just giving me their opinions. In fact, if you didn't specifically ask them what they thought you should do, they would not share their opinions with you. How often does THAT happen at a car dealership?! I have bought many cars in my life of 50 years, and I can say that this is by far the best dealership I have ever worked with on the Sales side. I understand their Service people are just as good, the manager having been there between 10 & 20 years.

The customer service is amazing, the deals I receive are extremely fair, and go above and beyond what any other dealership can do. Sean, Shannon, Jon, and Ray all treated my husband and I as friends and not customers. They truly listened and worked their hardest to get us the best possible deal; and they did. I wanted to replace my Nissan Altima with a new car. I still owed money on it but they figured out a way to get me approved and still have a reasonable monthly payment. My family has gotten our past two vehicles from Sean Hardnick and we have loved both of them. He took the time to allow me to test out several cars until i found one that i like. I ended up getting a brand new 2015 Mazda 3. I am extremely happy with the service i received i will be getting my next car from Mazda of Bedford!

I purchased a new Mazda3 from these guys last night and had a great experience. I dealt with Tyler Phelps, Scott Newman and Mike Delsavo. Everyone was exceptionally helpful and patient as this was my first time buying a car. They worked numbers around what I could afford, explained everything in great detail and helped make this a painless process. I walked in around 7 pm and walked out around 8:45 and that included the whole process of filling out a credit app, financing, paperwork and everything else. Kevin and Shannon were extremely helpful throughout the entire process. They were very informative and allowed me to take the suv on a test drive without any pressure to buy on the first visit. This is very much appreciated as I never buy on the first visit and some dealerships will make it extremely hard to leave as they "want to sell you a car right here right now". This was not the case at Mazda Bedford. Kevin and Shannon were both prompt and professional with their follow up and ability to answer questions. Overall great experience.

I went to Mazda in Bedford late after work last Tuesday searching for a new car to lease. They were about to close and both the manager (Scott) and the sales associate (Igor) had family plans that they put on hold to assist me in finding the best car for my needs. They were willing to work with me on different packages and pricing. Igor did his best to make us feel comfortable when going through this process, and was entertaining which loosened us up too. Overall, due to their commitment and effort I decided to make it worth their extra time as well by driving my new 2016 Mazda 6 Sport home that same night. Went to Mazda of Bedford because I was interested in their Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) Vehicle Program. I was really impressed with both their large inventory of CPO cars and their entire sales staff. They were all very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Great buying experience. The negotiations were simple and truthful. Scott the manager and Igor the sales associate listen to what I was saying, understood the amount I was willing to pay, knew what I wanted, and made it happen. The product is excellent. I wanted a manual transmission. The car wasn't on the Bedford lot and in two days they brought me my car from another state. It was clean and they even added a full tank of gas. I had a Toyota Rav4, which I bought new with one mile on it, and had it for 15 years and 256,000 miles. I was dreading buying a new car....I made the right choice walking into this dealership. This dealership exceeded my expectations.

I was in need of a car, and my fiancee and I had a very positive experience a few years ago when buying her Mazda 3 hatchback. I was in the market for a much less expensive used car, and Tyler was able to find a vehicle for me that met my standards and budget (very patiently, I might add). Unfortunately, this vehicle soon had some unforeseen transmission issues. When I notified Jon Chaney of the problem, I knew that my options were limited because I had purchased "as is". Luckily, Jon was receptive to my problem and offered me several different choices, one of them being that they would take the van back and work with me on a lease. Pretty impressive considering that they didn't technically have to. Tyler was incredibly helpful and attentive when I returned to the dealership. I was understandably quite rattled by the experience with the van and had some financial questions. He made the process of leasing as simple as possible and soothed all of my warranty concerns and my aversion to leasing based on some stories I had heard. He was able to provide me with real numbers when it came to mileage overages and damages. Unfortunately, the bank had closed and I had to return to sign the following day, when I was helped by Antonio. He walked me through the rest of the leasing process and was very friendly. He was knowledgeable about My 2015 Mazda 3 as well. I would have been lost without his guidance regarding some of the more advanced features. To top it all off, Jon came over before the deal was done, apologized again for the inconvenience, and asked me if I'd like to have the other vehicle towed that night so I could park in my driveway. And he did it. While the situation isn't ideal as a whole, I don't think I would have had even a fair experience at another lot. At Mazda of Bedford, I left feeling that I had been taken care of better than expected.

I have had a long standing relationship with this dealership and I have purchased 5 cars in the last 15 years. For the last three years, Sean Hardnick has been my sales person. Sean is an example of a perfect sales person. He gets to know the customers needs and makes sure they are satisfied. I have also had excellent experience with the service department. The service guys always address me by my name and make an extra effort to clean and vacuum the car before returning the keys. In addition, they are very honest and do not try to over sell repairs that I do not need. Great job guys!

The service at bedford mazda is amazing. i have been denied denied denied due to lack of credit and bad choices in my younger years. it has been a painful experience until i got in contact Justin. i explained my situation, what im looking for and what is in my budget. after a few text messages and a couple phone calls, he explained my situation to Mike (finance manager) who scored me an unbelievable deal. the BEST deal i have EVER been offered on anything, let alone the car i have been wanting. I walked in to see what was available for me and expected to go through a sales process that scares many potential customers. I was surprised at how genuine every was, especially coming from a sales background. Kevin really helped me with the selection process and never once felt pushy. The conversation never felt like it was geared to simply get a car. I scheduled my oil change on - line (at my convenience ) . As I had previously met Milo and Michelle ( when purchasing my 2014 3 hatchback, and 2015 Miata ) they recognized me when I arrived, and my scheduled oil change proceeded at 9:00 - no waiting!My oil change only took approximately 20 minutes - I passed the time by chatting with Craig Toddy and Shannon Clark about the new 2016 Miata and when it might be available to this dealership.Tremendously Satisfied !!

My mom was just browsing for my first car and that's when she met the best salesman at Mazda of Bedford. My mother wasn't interested in speaking to a sales person that day, but as she recalls Mikal was so welcoming, that she was convinced to let him help her out. From that day my life was completely changed, because of MIkal. There were alot things that scared me about getting my first car, but Mikal was so reassuring about everything, that it made more comfortable in making mature decisions. The thing that I valued the most about MIkal was that he told me 100% of the truth on every question I had. Now I am completely blessed with a beautiful 2004 mazda 6 because MIkal always want the best for his customers. I went in with a unique situation in early December, and clearly identified right away that I would not be able to purchase and to please not even bother asking for my social to see numbers because I wouldn't be giving it out. And for that matter, even if I wanted to do anything, I wouldn't be able to until at least mid January. Tyler totally understood and was very pleasant to work with. Because I said I was extremely familiar with the area he allowed me to drive my own test course. He was conversational and knowledgable about the car (2014/2015 Mazda3). Though I test drove the 2014, he continued to work with me and allow me to tinker with a 2015 they had in the show room to see the difference in "infotainment" set-ups. When I had asked everything I wanted to and seen everything I wanted to, he still did not push for getting number information but printed out a basic payment view (at my request) so I could take it to look over. For the next month I did not hear from him. It was wonderful finally not being pestered by a dealership reminding me of my unique situation and checking in with me to see if they were going to get my money. When I finally called him to make sure he was working when I wanted to go in, he was warm and welcoming. It turned out that he wasn't able to be there when I came in but went out of his way to make sure I knew who was expecting me and that I wouldn't have to start over from scratch. Sean was also wonderful to work with. Human, personable, conversational, knowledgable. Took me out for a test drive in the specific car I was interested in, and went out of his way a few times to work with numbers, made sure I understood everything that was happening, sat on hold on the phone for a while trying to figure out insurance. Just extremely helpful. THE ONLY THING IN THE ENTIRE EXPERIENCE THAT WAS OFF was the fact that when I went in to sign papers and make the deal final, I was given the wrong paperwork. I noticed something off right away, and it was fixed very quickly, so still not horrible. Overall a very wonderful and pleasant experience and I am happy to continue to be Mazda Loyal with a second Mazda3 in the family (2007 & 2015).

Days leading up to the visit communication with Kevin was very helpful. My fiance and I had drove 5 hours to see a car knowing that online it was listed to be Q-Certified. When we got the dealership not only was the vehicle in the shop getting new breaks put on, but when we took the vehicle on a text drive we noticed a number of issues that should have been noticed prior to the certification and should not have been certified with all the issues we found (suspension, electrical issues, headlight being out, ect..) all due to the service department looking over it and the sales manager Jon listing it as Q-Certified. Kevin was awesome, he was knowledgeable as well as friendly and personable, we waited about 2 hours for them to finish working on the vehicle prior to a test drive that only lasted a few mins. Of course the experience didn't go as we had planned, but that is not due to Kevin it is more due to the fact that nothing was ever checked prior to the "certification" and our visit. Kevin offered us to look at another vehicle and was very understanding when we told him what we had found and our decision to not purchase, he was not pushy and we appreciated that. Jon did not offer to lower the price nor did he come speak to us while we were there, he seemed fine with us just leaving; however we also had already informed Kevin that we weren't going to buy this car no matter what. If you decide to or are interested in doing business at Mazda of Bedford I strongly recommend that you request Kevin as your sales associate. Even though my finance and I didn't buy a vehicle from them and didn't have the best of experience, Kevin is the sales person that we highly recommend and we were upset at the fact that we were unable to give him a sale. His understanding and personable demeanor is what we appreciated and that is why we told him we would give him a good review. We hope that Kevin decides to go work for a dealership that has more appreciation for their customers. I went to Mazda of Bedford looking for a new car and I worked with Antonio Byrd, I was looking to trade in my current vehicle for a newer car with less miles but I decided that I would wait and pay a little more on my current vehicle so that I would have less negative equity when I did my trade. However when I am ready I will definitely got to Mazda of Bedford and work with Antonio Byrd because he made me very comfortable and was very pleasant. Antonio even found the best car that would fit me and as I was unsure of what I wanted to get since I travel a lot for my employer but now I know what I am looking for when I am ready to return and make that purchase. So if anyone needs a car I recommend that you try Mazda of Bedford because they are very friendly and professional, and will definitely work with you to find just what fits you.

Mazda of Bedford does a great job representing a great car. I had about three hours to finalize a deal on a car I knew I wanted and Mikal did a terrific job making it come together. Their service department is easy to deal with and very efficient. My CX9 and 6 have been great so far and I look forward to the same experience with my CX5. I recommend this dealership and will be back.

Ad read" Engine & Transmission in Excellent Condition" "certified". Drove it 56 miles and transmission almost killed me!!! These people wanted no responsibility for it. The way Jon Chaney handled this (or failed to handle) cost them any repeat business. They lie and say anything to get you to sign as they stab you in the back. If your female your doomed. Zero customer service! Zero professionalism just the worst experience I have ever had. I just purchased a vehicle a week after this at Spitzer, and I am still getting calls wanting to make sure everything is going well. Now Spitzer will get my repeat business!! Mazda of Bedford are crooks!! Kevin O'Malley was ok...he was just Jon's messenger. Watch your back with these people!!!

I worked with Tyler to purchase a certified pre-owned car. The only car I'd previously purchased was brand new and many years ago, so I wasn't quite sure what to expect from the dealership. Not only was Tyler extremely professional, he was also very friendly and did not "push" us in any direction. He was knowledgeable about the car and the warranty and worked with us to come to an agreement that everyone was happy with. It was definitely a more pleasant experience than I had in mind for "car shopping" and, whenever the time comes for another car (hopefully not too soon!), I will definitely be looking this dealership up again!

I had to get rid of my Jeep as I am expecting a child. The 2 door Rubicon was not conducive to having a family, but I am very happy with the change. Milo & Steve were great; the dealership offered me fair price on my trade which four other dealerships failed to do. I would go back again or even recommend anyone to visit Mazda of Bedford.

It started with KEVIN O'MALLEY, He was Awesome! He came up to me and my husband immediately and we all hit it off great. He was eduating us the few vehicles we were inquiring about, and just was the perfect customer service rep for the last leg of our car shopping needs! Steve was awesome as a very nice as well! we did have a hiccup once going through the finance portion and we thought we wouldn't be able to get what we wanted for the price we wanted with the interest rate that was offered. I immediately was a little upset and stepped out to see what other options we had and thats when RAY CIESLAK came back and said he tried again with a company and they brought it down an extra 5% and we got what we wanted for a GREAT PRICE!ME AND MY HUSBAND COULDN'T BE HAPPIER WITH THEM.... Went to purchase a car at Mazda. in Bedford Everything went well until we were ready to sign off.All of a sudden the numbers changed and we got sucked in for more money than we had discussed. Iwas very disappointed in the whole experience. needless to say that is the last Mazda we will everbuy.. All car sales people are shisters. It has always been true and still is. I had a great experience at Bedford of Mazda working with Kevin O'Malley. He wasn't the usual pushy car salesmen and really listened to what I was looking for, an affordable compact suv. We ended up getting a great deal on the CX-5. Kevin really made sure we were happy with our car and before I left helped me connect my bluetooth and showed me how to work all the extra features in my car. Overall, the service was very welcoming and I would definitely return to them to buy another car.

Beware of Vehicle Inspection, Dont Trust! Went a looked at one of their used plow trucks which has 26k miles on the lot that has been for sale for 25 day since inspection per internet salesmen. I did drive 80 mile to view this once talked to the internet salesman which told me there was nothing wrong with it and in great condition and all serviced. During the viewing I noticed many issues for bad manifold, no tail lights, head lights not working, the hydraulic spinner didnt work, power steering issue these were some of the major issues I found. Please note I am not a Mechanic. We did discuss them fixing the issues and adding a hitch to the truck and I would give them list price and they agreed. They did keep me informed on the progress of the repairs and when they were done they want me to come back to view the truck and sign the purchase agreement. After another 80 hike I get there to discover there is a hydraulic oil puddle under the truck. During the discussion the sales man (Mike) informs me that they will not be doing the hitch because repairs were more than they expected. Please note they told me I could buy it as is since repair would only be $1300. Bottom of the line they backed out of our agreement basically because they never inspected there vehicle before and my time and travel was not enough for them to keep their word.

Mr. Omalley was very patient with us as we arrived very late on a Sunday afternoon. He stayed with us to "complete the deal" well into the early evening. We ended up buying 2 brand new 2014 Mazda 2's. Kevin was very professional and courteous. We certainly recommend Kevin.

We worked with Kevin O'Malley for a new Mazda2. He worked with us to get us a fair monthly estimate before we even took a test drive. Once we realized we were in the ballpark, we test drove two different vehicles and ended up selecting a new Mazda. There wasn't any 'haggling' with Kevin. Up front he gave us the down payment, what our trade was worth, the loan conditions and the monthly payment. When asked if we could take off a couple of dollars per month, Kevin had to politely decline and inform us that they wouldn't be able to sell a vehicle at that cost to the dealership. All-in-all trustworthy and helpful salesman who did everything he could to help. Highly recommended.

This dealership, while it has good reviews, it also has bad reviews. Unfortunately I must give it a bad review. I will tell you that I did buy a car from this dealership and I love the car I bought. The problem was more with the customer service after I left with my vehicle. Let the buyer beware. If you are buying a used car from this dealership make sure you go over the car in detail. Here is my story.... I went to this dealership in February because they advertised a vehicle I wanted... a 2012 Jeep wrangler. The car was everything I was looking for so I took it for a test drive and liked what I saw. The few defects I found were dismissed by the salesman as normal used car issues and I bought it, and also bought the car. Then about a week later when I went to pick up the vehicle, I saw a big chip on the hood about a quarter inch in diameter. I hadn't seen that when I took the test drive and I mentioned it to the salesman. He again dismissed it as a normal used car issue and that they didn't want to try and fix it because the color could be mismatched. Again I bought it. However, as I drove away I noticed a few small chips on the windshield. As it was raining and dark outside and it was outside my field of vision, I didn't think much about it until the next day when the sun was shining and I noticed that one of the chips was actually a small crack. I called the dealership and was told to stop by and they would look at it. So the next day, I live over 60 miles away, I stopped by and talked to the used car manager who said "no problem, we'll take care of it". I then had to wait another week until the "windshield" guy was there and he looked at it and put some glue on it and said it was ok. Now mind you that it still has about a half inch spider crack and is very annoying on a sunny day. So I called the manager again and he basically said they would not do anything more and I was lucky to get the deal I got. I thought, "what an attitude". Not happy with his response I tried to get in touch with the General Manager who to this day has refused to get back to me. I have to assume that he doesn't care anymore then his salesman and managers do. I will now take care of this issue myself and say good riddance to this dealership. They seem to take no responsibility for any issue you might have and I am sure they were well aware of this before I drove off and they failed to disclose it to me. Any place that is that deceitful doesn't deserve my repeat business or a good recommendation from me. So the moral of this story is....... don't buy a used car from this dealership........ If you do be very....very ....careful... good luck!

I came to this dealership because of a great advertised Internet price on a Mazda 3. I liked the car, but the salesman was not entirely forthcoming about a couple of issues that we discussed during the test drive. The low tire pressure light was on during my test drive, and he said that they just needed to put some more air in the tires. The light came on again after I got home, and I found that the tire had a leak that I had to fix on my own. The windshield wipers were old and streaky, and should have been replaced at the dealership. I replaced those on my own too. I was told that the car had a USB port, but it does not. The rest of the car was nice, the advertised price was nice, and the people were nice.Here's the real kicker. When it came time to sign the purchase agreement on the car, the price that was on the agreement was over $5,000 higher than the advertised Internet price! When I called attention to this fact, that agreement was whisked away, and a new one laid in front of me with the assurance that this one had the correct price. When I examined it, I found that it was over $700 higher than the advertised price! When I called attention to this as well, the Internet manager expressed confusion, and I had to produce a copy of the preliminary purchase agreement that I had signed the day before to show him the price we had agreed upon. In the end, they honored the agreed-upon price. I am a trusting soul, and I am trying to convince myself that this was an honest mistake. At the very least, it was an extreme lack of attention to important details! When I left, I decided I should find another dealership with which to do business in the future. If you plan to do business there, you will find some very nice people to help you buy a car, but you should examine the numbers on your purchase agreement carefully!

Definitely not a pressure situation or emotional purchase, just seeing what was out there, so we decided to stop by one Sunday. First stop, first salesman (Kevin O'Alley) who seemed to be casually outside taking a break, first model we saw, first test drive.....DONE! No pressure, no rushing over and jamming a card in our hand, no hard sales pitch. Kevin was great, stayed late to answer our questions and went to bat for us during the price negotiation process. I would definitely recommend seeing Kevin to any of my friends looking for a car!

Despite the rainy day, I had seamless experience at Mazda of Bedford! Everyone at this dealer was kind, courteous, and efficient. Kevin rocks! He did an impeccable job showing me the Mazda2, then demonstrating its numerous features after I drove it off the showroom floor. Every step of the way he was both friendly and professional. My only complaints are trivial - I wish they could have offered more for a potential trade in (please don't call my car scrap), and I hoped for just a little bit more model-specific knowledge from my salesman. Other than that, I couldn't have been more pleased with the all-around level of expertise at this dealership. Oh, and try the popcorn! It's delicious!

I have dealt with Mazda of Bedford for over 15 years now when purchasing or leasing a new Mazda. I wouldn't consider any other dealership...period. They have the best selection of new and used vehicles, and their sales and service departments are top notch. My salesman, Sean Hardnick, is the best. I never feel any pressure when I go in to see him when I'm ready to buy or lease a new Mazda. I tell him what I'm looking for and he does his absolute best to find the car I want at a price that fits my budget. I would definitely recommend Sean, and Mazda of Bedford, if you're looking for a new Mazda. I recently went in to see Sean because my wife was ready to replace her Mazda 6, we were interested in the Mazda CX-5 and Sean was able to find the model, color (interior and exterior), and options we were looking for. Sean is low-keyed, honest and has integrity, which is, we believe, hard to find in the sales world of today. Kevin demonstrated the most important traits you want to see in a sales person, interest in the customer's needs, already a good knowledge of the products and features and an easy going , no pressure, approach to matching the right car for the right reasons.Shannon Clark in sales management is a joy to work with, extremely knowledgeable and quick to offer a fair deal. All in all I would rate my experience at this dealership as one of the best.

I wasn't looking forward to the whole process, but Kevin was very helpful and willing to keep going back to run numbers, to fit in everything that i wanted. Felt he was being honest and not taking advantage. Could tell he was new, had to go and ask his coworkers for additional info a couple times, but that wasn't a big hassle. Eventually narrowed down the options and selected a Mazda 3 5-door. Overall a good experience. Very happy with the car.

It was a no pressure atmosphere- gave me facts and test drives. Have been in for oil changes and servicing- very timely and quick. We felt no pressure to purchase - gave us additional info about tax rebate from insurance- due to accident situation. Financing was same day and they even stayed open so that we could drive home that night. I would and have recommended this Mazda dealership to many people. Keep up the good work....

I test drove a 2014 Mazda 6 on 9/9/2013; that evening, both the salesperson and internet salesperson contacted me via phone and e-mail. We agreed on a price, I put down a $500 deposit and was told to come in two days later to pick up my new car. On the day I was supposed to pick up the new vehicle, the internet salesperson called me to tell me that they could not honor that price and refunded my deposit. Highly disappointing and unprofessional.

I test drove a 2014 Mazda 6 vehicle on 9/9/2013 at this location. The salesperson and internet salesperson contacted me that same evening via phone and e-mail. After some bartering, all parties agreed on a $5,500 trade in (pending inspection) and a $22,200 purchase price on the vehicle. They took a $500 deposit over the phone and asked me to come in at noon on 9/11/2013 to pick up my vehicle. At 9:30AM on 9/11/2013, the salesperson called me to tell me that they cannot sell the car at that price and they would be refunding my money. Highly disappointing and unprofessional.

I went to Mazda of Bedford after visiting one of the small "wholesale" dealers in Willoughby(which was a total disaster) and had an amazing experience. I was looking for the 2003 acura tl that they had online but wasn't thrilled. While we were out on the test drive they also brough out a 2002 acura tl that had just arrived and asked me to take it for a test drive. this 2002 was night and day compared to the other cars I looked at. I let James know that it was more than i wanted to pay so he brought Shannon over so we could discuss it. After a brief discussion w/Shannon we were able to reach a number we both could agree on. Both Shannon and James treated us w/respect and professionalism during the entire time we were there. James even went so far as to have our Honda Civic washed & vacuumed while we were meeting w/Shannon! Talk about customer service! They were both very informative every step of the way and a true pleasure to work with and I got the car i've always wanted at the right price! Way to go Shannon and James! We will be refering everyone we know to Mazda of Bedford from now on.

My wife and I purchased a certified pre-owned Mazda from this dealer about a month ago. While everything in the purchasing process went smoothly, dealing with Mazda of Bedford after the sale has been a nightmare. After getting the car home, we discovered that the car was missing the driver's side front floor matan item that is clearly listed as required on the Mazda Certified Pre-Owned inspection checklist. Since we had driven 2+ hours from out of town to purchase this car, I called our sales rep and asked to have the mat mailed to us. He agreed. When I didn't receive anything for over two weeks, I called back, and after a couple of unreturned voicemails, I finally managed to reach our sales rep again. It turns out that he had mailed the mat to the wrong unit in our apartment complex, having failed to confirm my address with me before mailing or check his records against the address listed on the purchasing paperwork. I've checked with the residents of the apartment where the mat was mistakenly sent, and they claim they haven't received anything. Instead of admitting his error and offering to make this right, our sales rep was unapologetic and implied he couldn't do anything until the Mazda of Bedford received the mistakenly-mailed mat back. When I asked for him to just mail a mat to the correct address this time, he said he couldn't do so until a manager signed off on it. After two more days being given the "just waiting for the manager" runaround, I've given up all hope of ever getting the mat that was supposed to be in the car. Throughout this entire process, our sales rep, Thunder, has been a complete disappointment. While he's nothing but nice to your face, out of the several times he claimed he would call me back "in 5 minutes" or "on Monday", not once have I actually received a call. Out of the several voicemails I've left him, not one has been returned. I never got the sense that he was actually working in good faith to resolve thisevery action that has been taken required me to call him every day in the hopes of reaching him. I strongly recommend that you stay away from Mazda of Bedford. If you absolutely have to buy a used car there, I can't recommend that you work with Thunder. There's no reason you should work with people who will treat you like this.

Car purchase was fine. Had to really work to get a half way decent trade in price for my 2002 4Runner. The overall sale of a certified preowned 2009 Mazda 6 went fine. Because I came from Michigan to buy the car they but the paperwork through immediately.. it was Sunday and the dealership was closing so they had me sign the paperwork quickly and we were off. During the negotiations for price on the car the salesman informed me of what certified preowned covered and he said also that this particular car had additional roadside service and .... if I ever lost my key or it broke that I was entitled to one free key... the brochures from the previous owner on this policy were in the packet they gave me. Fast forward about 9 months... we lost our key and needed a new one. We called a local dealer and they said there was no record of our car being covered for a key. I called Mazda of Bedford and talked to the sales manager. He said we signed off on that policy and we had no coverage for it. I told him the salesman told me that I would get 1 free key and further asked him how I would even know that I was entitled to a free key. He proceed to tell me that I could have read it on a brochure in the dealership and because there was no way I could prove it they couldn't get me a key. (So basically was saying that I was lying about what the salesman told me before the sale) The salesman had left the dealership so there was no way to verify what he told me. So I had no choice to say ok I guess I got shammed on this one by your past salesman. Then I asked if they could sell me a key a dealer cost because of what happened.. the key cost about $250. He said he would talk to the general manager and get back to me. That was on about July 16... it is July 30th and they never called men back. The sales manager acted like one of those stereotypical tough guys like and was not at least regretful about what happend... more of the attitude that I was lying and just trying to get a free key out of him. Nothing could be further from the truth.

I recently bought a used car. My sales rep. was Mike and he is very arrogant. He was rude all the time and forced to buy the car. The car was not cleaned and the interiors were damaged. Mike even didn't even gave me time to look at the car.My biggest problem is that Mike's attitude was very rough and rude. I won't recommend this dealership AND salesman to the people who are looking to buy a used car. There are many other good places around to buy a used car. Don't buy a used car from this dealer.

In the past my husband and I have absolutely dreaded the car buying experience...We worked with James at Mazda of Bedford and he was absolutely fantastic from beginning to end! His customer service was wonderful and he worked with the necessary people on his team to meet all of our needs! My husband and I would truly go back to him for every future car purchase if we continue to buy Mazda. Overall great experience!

I Had been looking around for a mazda 3 hatchback for a few days at other dealers and then stopped by Mazda of Bedford On Saturday. I was greeted by Craig Toddy who showed me 3 cars and I was able to purchase the car I wanted! He was vey knowedgeable about his product and iI felt to pressure at all during the whole sale process . I met with Mike in finance and He was very helpful and I must say I bought the car I wanted for at least 6oo.oo less than anywhere else i looked! I was able to meet one of the owners while I was there ,,, Bill Klonaris,,,, I told him how happy I was with my purchase and how great everyone had treated me,, Within a few min my car was ready for me and it looked beautiful! Bill explained that all cars are cleaned by the dealerships own detail and reconditioning depts !!! Another bonus !!!! I look forward to working with there service dept in the future to keep my vehicle looking and running like new, I would definatley recommend Mazda of Bedford to anyone looking for the best deal around !!!!!!!!!!!!!

I purchased my car (a 2009 Civic) going on 1 year ago. Before the purchase I was promised a free tank of gas, that my car would be cleaned and that the oil would be changed. They did none of the above and after I had signed the papers and asked about it they told me that they weren't going to do any of that. I gave them a bad review on their website, the used car manager Doug called me to find out what happend, I explained and he basically said "sorry about your luck" and hung up. I thought about it more, called back and demanded that I get what I was promised. Doug then talked over me while I was talking and was very rude. He then gave me the tank of gas and the oil change (after arguing with me more about when I should have it done), but not the detailing. Since I had purchased the car, every once and a while it would not start on the first try, but then I could turn the key back and try again and it would start right up. No lights were on. I decided to have it checked at Autozone because it was still under warranty and if the alternater was bad it would be covered. The alternater tested bad and the battery tested good. I took it into Mazda and they charged me a "$100 deductable" and replaced my alternater. The same day I picked it up, I stopped somewhere to grab food, came back out and the whole car was completely dead. I then called Mazda and told them I expected that they cover the tow and re-replace my alternater. They told me "if it is determined that the cause of the car not starting is because of us then we'll pay for the tow." WOW. Unbelieveable. So they tow it back to Mazda and I find out that whoever installed the new alternater DIDN'T TIGHTEN DOWN THE BOLTS so it short circuted and had melted some plastic stuff under the hood and was not charging my battery. Mazda then told me that my battery was bad, but I had paperwork showing that it wasn't before it came to them so I asked that they replace the battery free of charge. Again, they pretty much said well too bad and sold me a new battery at cost "to be nice". I thought about that more and called and demanded my money be refunded for the battery because it was fine before they touched my car. I then went to Doug (the same used car manager) and complained and he told me that it wasn't his problem and that whatever service does is what they do. He also said to me that they had never had anyone complain the way that I was and I find that extremely hard to believe.They refunded my money for the battery finally after I had to pled and complain a case to Doug for 20 mins and he walked me over to the service department. The service manager there would not look me in the eye and barely spoke to me. I felt very uncomfortable like I was inconveinceing them!Then after I thought this whole nightmare was over, I get in my car after work one day, start it up, and the battery light is on. I drove it straight to Mazda and was livid. Since the THIRD TIME THEY FIXED IT, everything has been fine. Finally, I was given a Carfax report that showed that there had been 0 accidents with this vehicle. I have taken my car to a Honda dealership and the driver side door is a factory replacement meaning that for whatever reason (most likely an accident) the door was replaced. (I do realize that Mazda can't help what is on a Carfax). But this door then started to have some light surface rust on the top of the door frame where a protective tape is suppose to be (what I now know is a $10 part). Mazda did not bother replacing it before I purchased the car and told me that they would not take care of it now, that I could come in and have it looked at and get a price. I decided to go to Honda and had to spend $220 to have it fixed. (BTW, Sunnyside Honda in Middleburg Hts. was amazing. They treated me more than excellent and the work was perfection with a lifetime warranty). Unless some catastrophic malfunction occurs, I will never step foot in this establishment again. Stay away from these people. Don't forget that when you purchase a car, you get the dealership along with it. It is worth a little extra money to deal with people who respect you, care about you and want to make you happy. THIS PLACE IS INSAINE AND HORRIBLE. THEY WILL TREAT YOU LIKE DIRT THE SECOND YOU SIGN YOUR NAME ON THE DOTTED LINE! BEWARE!!!

This dealership exudes the upmost level of professionalism. There was no pressure when buying my new car. During the transaction, all the employees were highly organized to make for a smooth and efficient close to the purchase. All employees were very friendly and the showroom was immaculate. There was a nice waiting area for my two small children and the employees were so friendly to them while we looked at cars and signed the paperwork. I have owned a Mazda for 20 years and only use the service department at Mazda of Bedford because I know there is no duping. From sales to service to financing, everyone treats you like they would want to be treated-friendly, organized, fair, and with 100 percent integrity.

We had such an excellent experience the first time we leased a car at this dealership that we came back when it was time to renew. Second experience was as good as the first one; consistency is a good thing. John Martin in sales took very good care of us, understood what we needed understood the competitive options we were looking at and was able to sell us on Mazda again. The leasing process is smooth and quick. The service shop is outstanding. We come back for maintenance and Tom Metzger always takes excellent care of us. Vehicle is serviced on-time, loaner is available without glitches, process of getting in and out is quick and smooth. The best part is that the car is truly great, reliable, excellent ride. Will come back agin.

I had a very good experience with this dealership and Michael Shanes (salesman). I originally went in to look at test drive some new vehicles, Michael was very helpful, and not pushy. Ended up purchasing a used car and I am very happy with it. There was a minor repair that was needed on the car and Michael took care of everything. He made the appt., picked up the car, left a loaner and returned it the next day. He also had another salesperson who was more familiar with my new car go over all the functions with me. They were both very helpful.

Manager Shannon contacted me shortly after emailing Mazda of Bedford about my interest in the Cx-5. Before purchasing we needed to know whether we could fit our carpet cleaning equipment in the vehicle. She was so kind as to bring the vehicle to our home so we could ensure that our equipment and our son's car seat would fit perfectly. AND IT DID! The next day we went and made the deal. They accommodated the price range we needed. They are hard workers up there. My husband and I are very pleased.

Mazda of Bedford is a great place to purchase a vehicle. We have a carpet cleaning business and an infant. We needed a vehicle we could use to fit our equipment plus leisurely drive. Milo was our sales guy and he did an excellent job negotiating with us. We told him what we wanted our payment to be and after negotiating we ended up getting exactly what we wanted and needed. I even baked cookies in appreciation of his hard work. All employees were nice. The facility is nice and clean. What is great about Mazda of Bedford too is free car washes and they even vacuum the inside of your car. WONDERFUL!!!!!

Simply put, the experience was terrible. At first it was good while we talked to a salesman but then the manager stepped in. He stole the salesman's seat, treated me like an idiot, and then hurried me into putting a hold on the car. The next day I went back to the dealership and took the car to NTB. They said that the rotors were bad and that the piece keeping the rotors together was sagging way down. I took the review back to Mazda of Bedford and Doug took the paper, looked it over, and CALLED NTB. He yelled at them, told them that their review started WW|||! He then tried to explain to me that there was nothing wrong with the car. He treated me like an idiot for getting the car checked out and then proceeded to tell me that he would drive his children in it. I told him that I don't want the car but he wouldn't take no for an answer. He just kept throwing numbers in my face. Finally, I got fed up and told him that there was too much drama with buying this car and that 6500 for a rusted, broken car with 137,000 miles on it is too much to pay. To recap, everything was fine until Doug stepped in and hurried the process, started "WW|||", and then wouldn't take no for an answer. Management at Mazda of Bedford is of very low quality.

Well I went to look at a used car, looked ok in pics. Yeah had dented quarter panel, took for ride on what looked liked new(er) tires. Salesman blamed tire brand for road noise... Like a truck with off road kidder tires. Broken belts in tires more likely. Also not much in way of wanting to negotiate cash price.

I just feel like the company didn't have my best interest at heart. I wish I would have waited and did more comparison shopping. I was in a rush, my engine blew in my car after renting a car for a month I needed to find me one. At the end of the day I might end up paying $12k( the price of a 2012 Mits.Lancer) for a 2002 car worth about $3k at the most! Oh well, live and learn! Don't think they will get my business nor would I recommend this to my friends!

I discussed the price of a vehicle with this dealership and they told me that they would sell me the vehicle for $9,400 out-the-door. I agreed to buy the vehicle at this price and after I drove an hour to fill out the paperwork I found out that they were charging me $1,000 more. They brought the price to $9,400 AFTER figuring in a $1,000 down payment which I had not even paid. So the actual price of the car was $10,400 out-the-door. They made the numbers "work" but were deceitful and dishonest in arriving at the agreed upon price. I read a similar complaint about this dealership and assumed that it was just a result of a miscommunication, but there was absolutely no miscommunication in this matter. The salesmen at Mazda of Bedford were attempting to charge more money than what they had agreed to sell the car for. I would not recommend this dealership at all!! Not only did they try to charge more money but then they proceeded to "explain" the numbers to me as if I were ignorant and incompetent at reading. I strongly advise you NOT to go here.

Bought a 3 yr old $30,000 "Q Certified" Used Vehicle on a Monday, brought it back the very next day because the brakes were squeaking and they told me thery're "ok". took it directly to my mechanic and he says there are no pads left on the back. I called 3 times, emailed twice and cannot get anyone to call me back, and there is suspose to be a 2 year warranty. Buyers Beware!!!!

Thankfully, due to the reliability of the Mazda brand, I only do the New Car Dealer Dance every eight or ten years.My wife talked to John, and several days later we went in and had a very nice conversation with him. While I had every intention of purchasing the base model, John did what it took to get me into the Touring 2. This is my third new Mazda, and I am certain that it won't be my last.I was so impressed with John, the GM and the awesome new line up Mazda's that I have referred three or four people to the Brand, Bedford Mazda, and John in particular. Several friends have admired my 2 and I tell them "Go to Bedford Mazda and ask for John ! "When all was said, done, signed and delivered I realized that it was not just THE most enjoyable car buying experience I have had, it was one of the most gratifying purchases I have EVER made.My Mazda looks sweet, handles beautifully, and gets better mileage than any vehicle I have ever owned. The fact that Mazda gave me a 0% loan for the term, is simply icing on the cake...My Protege 5 had the lowest repair coefficient my brother has ever tracked on a car, and I hope that my 2 will surpass the 5 I traded in on it.

I had a great experience at Mazda of Beford. My salesman greeted me outside, I told him what I was looking for. He showed me the car, I test drove it, we sat and talked about leasing versus buying, and then he worked on the financing paperwork with me. The process was easy and smooth and I would recommend to anyone. Also there were other employees who helped out during the process as well that were helpful and nice.

I went to Montrose Mazda two weeks ago, and they tried selling me a Mazda 2 for almost $22,000. After calling me four days in a row, when I already left with my vehicle, I returned it to them. I felt like all I was to them was money. I looked into Mazda Saab of Bedford, and even though I didn't get the 0% interest for 60 months like I was told, I got the same car for $18,000. Its now day 2 and they haven't called to have me "come sign papers" and give more money. They were much more friendly, Art is definitely a great guy. Hes funny, professional, and the my favorite part about the whole experience. My boss also feels the same way.

Their special employee financing and deals are a joke. Their pricing is extremely poor. They will lead you on with one price and switch when you have waited and are about to pick up your car. I wish I got the car from FRED VINCENT! I have no relationship with Fred Vincent, I just want people to know NOT to go to Mazda of Bedford. Go to ANY other car dealer, just NOT THEM!
