We recently bought a used CX-5 from this dealership. Before making it to Mazda of New Rochelle, we went to 4 or 5 other dealers to test drive vehicles and generally shop around. Every other dealer used obnoxious, high-pressure sales tactics, repeatedly asking us what they could do to make us sign right away, making us wait to speak to a manager before letting us leave, etc. Anmar at Mazda of New Rochelle was a welcome change. He was friendly and helpful without being pushy, and when we said we wanted to think things over he said we should do that before making such a big decision. He also assured us that the dealer had no hidden fees - the price we had seen on the internet was the true asking price on the car. His attitude clinched the deal - we were so sick of all the hidden fees at other dealers (sometimes in the thousands of dollars), and we were happy to give our business to someone who didn't badger us into making a quick decision. When we signed the financing paperwork the manager, Philip, was, comparatively speaking, a little pushier, trying to upsell us on extended warranties and the like, but not too bad, overall. I would definitely recommend this dealer.

As another person said, if there was a 0 option available we'd put it. My boyfriend and I leased a Mazda CX-5 in August and are still having issues with closing everything out with them! I could go on and on but will mention a few... 1. A month had passed by and I went to change our account for our first payment on the car and come to find out they didn't even finalize anything yet. How that is possible I don't even know.... Oh and it looked bad on our credit because it was never paid!... They also agreed to pay the second month and have yet to do so which again reflected on our credit.. Way to go with customer service! Just kidding 2. they tried screwing us over when trying to pick up the car by trying to change the amount originally agreed to. We sat there for 3 hours our salesperson and Barry Debany (The General manager) were scrambling to get to the number originally agreed upon. Our insurance card are under both my name and my boyfriends name, Mazda called our insurance and had one name removed from the card and told them the other name should only be on the insurance binder. How difficult could this be to do?! 4. We told them multiple times that we both were to be on the registration, we both signed to be on the registration as well. The registration card came in the man and once again, it only had one name on the card! 5. Our XM radio is supposed to be set up for us and have 3 months of free usage, it's still not working. We've been back and forth with Barry and Sebastian Bergonzoli (Sales Manager/Finance) with all of our issues, but Mazda New Rochelle doesn't care. 6. Every time we've had and issue they never reached out to us, but we had to call andFind out... They never call you back and will leave you on hold and hang up on you. If you want to talk to someone do not give the receptionist your name, just tell him who you need to speak with because they will not answer if they know there's an issue... So now 2 months later we still yet to have a resolution to our issues with the 2nd payment or the insurance card. ... If you go there for a car, the sales side may seem smooth but seriously reconsider it because the process thereafter is continuously frustrating and apparently endless.

After so many years of buying cars I've never had an experience like this one. Kenneth treated me with respect, professionalism and more importantly as if I was one of his friends which is what made me feel comfortable to trust the handsome young man. I purchased a 2016 Mazda CX-5 after previously being a Toyota customer . My family and friends love the new ride and I couldn't thank you enough for making this exprience a great one. First review, of anything, ever! If there was a negative 1 billion stars i would use it for this den of scam artists, that's how bad this place is. Went there to view a used car listed on their website. Spent an hour with a sales person, took the car for a test drive, came into the office and agreed on a price, and then was told that the car had been sold pending an inspection before we even got there. What a joke.We then hear the salesperson LILLY laughing about it behind us as she gave the car to someone else. As our sales person hid in their back room for another 20 minutes, we finally had to ask Lily to stop laughing about it because it was incredibly insulting, and she rudely told us she had no idea what we were talking about. Literally 10 feet away laughing and making fun of us. LILLY might be the worst person i've ever encountered.Worst of all, the manager then came out and literally tried to upsell me on another more expensive used car, and then again on an even more expensive lease! Said they'd call the next day with some new ideas to "make us whole" but i never heard back. Not that i would trust them with one nickel of my money, but just another example of how terrible they are. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. We bought a much better car the following weekend at a MUCH better dealer/cost. Trust me, spend your money somewhere else or THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF.

I paid cash for my Mazda 3. A Mazda employee initially gave me the incorrect amount for the cashiers check, which meant I had to get a second check, and pay the additional fees. Then, once corrected, I had to wait over a hour to complete my purchase, while my sales person dealt with another potential customer. Part of my deal was Mazda would pay $1000 for my trade in, once an errant lien from Toyota was removed. (My 2001 Toyota had been paid off for 10 years, so knowing the lien would be removed could've been cleared up with a call, but Mazda wanted paperwork.) Once the lien was removed, and the proper documentation was provided to Mazda, I was told I had to wait a week for my check. (I was initially told all I needed to do was bring in the necessary documentation, and I would get a check that same day.) After a week had passed, and no check had come, I called and talked to a customer service person, who transferred me to her manager. The manager did not answer the phone, but let it go to voicemail. I left a message 3 days ago. Needless to say no callback, and still no check. You would think after someone has spent over $25,000 with a company they'd get more respect, and better service. I love my new car. But, I'm worried that the Service Department at New Rochelle Mazda may be like the Sales Department, in which case I'll have to bring my car to a different dealership for service. Many of my friends, once seeing my car are interested in buying Mazdas. At this point I'd have to refer them to a different dealership. The salespeople seem friendly, but now it all seems like an act to me.

Gave me the best deal ever, given that I did my research and comparison with other dealers, and asked for the truecar value, they gave me a lower rate than the true car value, love my new Mazda cx9. We actually enjoyed the whole experience. Also gave me an okay price for my trade in.Sales guy was very courteous and nice also, was trying to work with our demands and make us happy.And the finance manager Sebastian was nice too, didn't try to push the extra warranty or stuff like that the finance guys usually try to sell to you.I've had similar experience with New ro honda also, the same guys own new ro honda, mazda and toyota so i recommend them all.But from what i saw, mazda has better sportier design and interior quality.Cheers.

Another pleasant experience at Mazda of New Rochelle. Ivan, the service manager is hands down one of the nicest people you will ever meet. He takes the time to address your needs and answer any questions you may have about your vehicle. Always calm, courteous and professional, even when the Service Dept is busy, like it usually is on a Saturday. Everyone is really nice, the mechanics and other staff.

This dealership has gone back and forth. They called me multiple times. They told me that the RDX in used car inventory was going to get a replacement for the Takata airbag. I don't know why they can't just call me back when they say they will with that information and other questions I had. In fact Omar or Omar promised me 2 days ago that he was going out to look at the vehicle and call me right back to confirm its trim level. What's going on with these guys?

I can not give this dealership enough stars. i never give any place a review but the service i received makes me feel like this is the least i can do to extend my thanks. My product Specialist was Kenneth Lopez. He treated me with extreme professionalism, he did not make me feel pressured in anyway shape or form that i needed to do anything. He was clear throughout the entire process and very patient. I was shocked that he knew so much about the Mercedes Benz C300 i ended up purchasing from here regardless they do not carry the brand and i bought this car 2 days after they had received it so it shows he stays on top of the product knowledge. i was offered coffee and water and he even gave me the numbers to close by restaurants incase i wanted to order food while the car got inspected and detailed before delivery. Their finance manager Sebastian was also a delight to work with. i can say he truly does care about getting you the best deal he can and compared to other finance managers i've dealt with in the past he does not pressure you to get all the warranties and extra accessories but he does inform you about them briefly in case you are interested. PLEASE DON'T THINK THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE BECAUSE OF THE REVIEWS OF THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT OR REVIEWS FROM CUSTOMERS WHO ARE UNREASONABLE!!

The Shark Tank !Recently purchased a 2016 Mazda CX-5 at this dealership. Lily, the salesperson was magnificent! Truly amazing experience with her. No pressure, she gave us a great price, and even though I had to threaten to cancel the deal because the car wasn't going to be ready the next day as promised, Lily came through and honored her promise. The car was ready the next day. Thank you Lily! You're the best. The car is amazing and we are totally satisfied beyond expectation!. Everything was going great and then we entered the Shark Tank, the financial guy! We left a $500 deposit and signed the contract with the great price Lily gave us. We were not given a copy of the contract. When we arrived the next day, I asked to see the contract but I was told the financial guy has it and he cannot be disturbed. When we entered the Shark Tank, I immediately asked Sebastian for a copy of the contract. He said "It's on the computer, I will print it out when we are done". I insisted he give it to me now. The first number on the contract was close to a thousand dollars more than what I expected. I asked Sebastian what this number was. He said "It's the sale price". I then asked for the contract that was signed the day before. He handed me the contract and I pointed out the sale price Lily wrote on the contract the day before. Sebastian then says, "Oh is that the price Lily gave you?, let me redo the contract again". At this point, I am just about ready to reach over the desk and strangle Sebastian. He redid the contract, handed it over to me, and guess what? He "forgot" to deduct the $500 deposit from the day before. There was a difference of about $1,280 including the $500 that was "forgotten". I couldn't help but wonder how many other people he may have pulled this number on, and how many people never matched the offered price against the final price the next day. I wonder if this is a standard practice at this dealership and the other two dealership's the owner has in New Rochelle, or was this just something Sebastian does to everyone or just to us without the management's knowledge? I wonder if the owner is aware of this, in my opinion, unethical business practice? The integrity of the people who work for the dealership is essential to having a successful business. The owner of this dealership should fix this integrity issue at Mazda of New Rochelle, in my opinion. Final note, Lily, next to John at Fiat of Larchmont, is the best salesperson I've experienced since 1968 when I bought my first car. Lily gets 5 stars!, Sebastian 0, and the dealership only gets 2 shyster stars. Mike

I drove there from Bayside Queens because the Mazda in LIC informed me that it might take up to 3 hrs to replace by airbags due to recall. So I decided to drive to New Rochelle because the wait time I was told was going to be an 1 1/2. They kept there word!!! I was done in no time. Secondly, the gentlemen at the front desk was very pleasant.

My husband and I purchased a Mazda sedan from Mazda of New Rochelle, and we both are extremely happy with the experience we had both of the times we were in the dealership. Our sales advisor Zakou made us feel comfortable with our decision, and worked with us to get a great/affordable price! We appreciate how patient he was during our first visit at the dealership, and also how he and his manager Barry worked together to make the process smooth. Typically, when a manager comes out during the number crunching, they put very high pressure on customers which is a big turn off for us. That is not the case at New Rochelle Mazda! The manager Barry Debany laid everything out for us, helped us get to a comfortable trade value, and just made us feel at home. Price played a be factor in our decision, but our experience there is what made the deal. Thank you both so much, I love my car and will send as many people I can to your store! :)

I leased a Chevy Cruze for my eldest son at the Chevy dealer down the street. We were slightly unhappy with the price so the next year we went to many dealers and Mazda for my youngest son.Immediately I was so happy with Mazda. The salesman asked if I was ready to lease today. I said yes and he sent for his manager. The manager gave me a great low price.. no games.. loved it. Just for a reference my Chevy Cruze was $229. a month and my Mazda 3i was $189. I suggest that everyone at least give this dealer a chance...

From our first moment with Zakou Ide we knew he was taking good care of us. He went out of his way to show us the exact car on the lot and then once we bought the car he spent more than an hour making sure we understood all the options, putting the bluetooth on for us and even setting up the navigation.He is a really caring salesman. Barry , the sales manager , made sure that the deal we signed on for was what we got and the Business Manager , Sebatian, even gave us an idea about returning our old car to another company's dealer. I went to the service department thinking the took my check engine light off. They assured me that my battery terminals was the cause they tighten and I thought that was it . The next day check engine on a again uggh spent 125.00 for a misdiagnosed of my car. I will have to take it back sat hope they could get it right very frustrated.

This review is to express my gratitude to Mazda of New Rochelle, my salesperson, and most of all the General Sales Manager, Barry. I have purchased about 40 cars in my day and this dealership has been THE BEST experience by far. I initially received a warm welcome by the manager of the store Barry Debany. A manager of the store has never greeted me in the past, so from the start I knew this store had much more to offer than others I have been to. He then introduced me to my salesperson Lily, who was not pushy at all, and the both of them advised me on the right car for my needs. She worked with Barry to get my a great price (I had my homework done before I went in the store). It is the small details that matter and she went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and happy. The entire process was facilitated perfectly. The paperwork from finance was done in a very reasonable time frame, the car was detailed perfectly, and the environment was just very positive. I usually do not write reviews but I am a person that gives acknowledgment when an experience just blows me off my feet. I strongly encourage anybody who is in the market for a Mazda, or any comparable car, to go to Mazda of New Rochelle and ask for Barry so you can see the type of store he runs. Every single person in that store is top notch! Keep it up guys, I can't wait for my next service appointment so I can visit you all again!

The staff is ready to take my car at the scheduled time, they drive me back to my (nearby) home, they provide clear explanations of any repairs or servicing needed, and they are always very courteous. It is always a very pleasant experience.

Ivan & all of the mechanics are all great. Ivan is consummate professional, addresses my car needs and works with my schedule. I have never had any issues with the service I receive at Mazda. There is no need for me to go anywhere to have my CX5 serviced.

Since leasing my CX-5, Mazda of New Rochelle has gained a loyal customer. They got me in the car I wanted within my financial comfort zone. To my surprise, a relatively painless process. They made sure I was on the road by that Monday as I was in a bad accident, my old car was totaled and needed a car ASAP. I forget the gentleman's name, but he was under the gun with time constraints, but he made it happen.When it's time for my car to be serviced, I bring it right to Mazda. Ivan is absolutely phenomenal. His customer service skills never lack and he is a pleasure to do business with. There is never that rushed feeling to get you in or push you out ~ meaning, when they are speaking to their client, its about there client and not 100 things going on at once, like some other places. I usually bring my car in first thing in the morning and, as a courtesy, they'll even arrange to drop me off at work (I'm not far from the dealership). Should you opt to wait for your car, the lounge is comfortable, with a flat screen TV, two Macs and coffee & tea. Bring your loyalty coupons as well, because of course, every little bit helps. These are "my guys" when it comes to taking care of my car. I will never stray. New Roc Mazda knows how to take care of their customers

I went in knowing what I wanted and got just that! I've heard horrible stories of people staying a dealers for hours (which has happen in the past to me) I walked in at 5pm and was done and driving off the lot with my new Acura by 7! Amar was very easy to work with and the Finace man Sebastian was amazing very quick look out for what was best for me and my consigner and gave me a great warranty! I would deff go back when I need something different maybe a Mazda this time from the Mazda dealer!! But over all I was pleased with the employees I delt and the car I drove away with!!!! & I get a free detail on my suv when I go back Yayyy!!

I went to this dealership for a used Subaru Impreza 2013. I found a nicer one at another dealership that I should have went for earlier, but by the time I got home it was sold. Nonetheless, the Impreza is a nice car. I had Lily as a sales representative. She was nice, but lacked knowledge of the vehicle. To be fair, it was a used car from a different manufacturer on a Mazda lot. The more disappointing part of my experience (and her) was that she did not handle anything except the test drive. She couldn't negotiate a price; she had to bring us to her manager, who said he was as low as he could go. Also, she and her manager neglected to mention there was a NEED for the money by Monday. I was there Friday and did not know this. Called her Saturday morning and put a deposit on the car. She then told me, after the banks closed, that she needs the money by Monday at closing in order to have the deal they offered me and anyone else who wanted the car, since price was non-negotiable. I had a road trip planned out of state that we ended up canceling to get the car. We were disappointed by this very inconvenient part of the sale, but we felt the price was competitive and dealt with it.The best part is, after dealing with all this BS, Lily told us she had our keys. It looked like she gave one to me and one to my father, but he thought I had both. We drove home and immediately realized. I called Lily later that week and she said she only had one key, but could quote me for a new one. She didn't call me back. You sold a car with one key, but told the customer there were "keys". What dealership does that? I'm not even going to go into detail about the terrible job the "detailing crew" did with cleaning my windshield and rear window, leaving crumbs in the cup holders, and leaving the 60psi spare tire at 30psi. I left 4 messages for this "General Manager Phillip Van Riper" who comments on all these reviews. I hope you're reading this right now Phil...I left you messages with Elizabeth and Lucy with no return calls. Then I left you one over a week ago on YOUR voicemail and then one again this week. I wasn't yelling at you or even saying it was about a complaint. I just said I'd like to share my experience with you. Maybe now that I am giving you a 1 star on here and telling everyone I know how shady you guys are, you will give me a call back. My blog and other forms of social media are connected to thousands of people in the Westchester area, who appreciate honest reviews. I thought you'd appreciate the chance to talk before I wrote a review, but you lost that opportunity. I really thought you would call me back and I wasn't even going to write a review at all! You have my phone number if you decide you want to discuss this experience that I have now shared with endless amounts of people. I'm still open to discussion regarding this experience and I will update this review based on further interaction with the dealership. The ball is in their court.Update: Connected with Barry and Phillip soon after I wrote about my experience. Phillip wanted to know all the details about the experience, which was a long list, and worked with me to bring my Subaru in for a new key and re-detail. They also checked my battery and starting system, since the car has a long start at times. I felt that Phillip wasn't a bad guy and he seemed pretty blown away by how bad the experience was. With my limited availability, Phillip had my car picked up at my house. I was a little concerned the morning of the arranged pickup because the Mazda employee was around an hour late, but it ended up working out. Nonetheless, they brought it to Subaru for a new key, re-detailed along with having the battery checked, and then dropped off at my house at the end of the day. I feel bad that this was the only way to receive a response from Phillip, but I appreciate his efforts to resolve the issue almost a month after the sale.

Growing up, my mother used to always bring her car to Joe Shmos' autobody over the dealership. She didn't drive a mazda lets just say. I do however and I remained a skeptic about bringing my car to the dealer service center after (not mentioning what i did but yes, broke something). That was until I brought my new Mazda 6 into Mazda of New Rochelle's service center. The staff embody the small town, know you, care about you autobody shop you would find back home. They are more than willing to help you in any situation your in. I won't share my situation, but I am sure at another dealership I wouldn't be getting christmas gifts this year as a result. Mazda of New Ro did the opposite of what you would imagine a service at a dealship to do and found me the best solution to my problem. Not to mention I cancelled my service appointment a number of times and they were just as sweet, no problemo. Not only should you get a mazda 6, because it drives great, but you should get it at Mazda of New Rochelle if you want to be cared for while your leasing / owning the vehicle.

First of all and most importantly, I ended up with a great car at a decent price. They do the "bring the manager over" trick after you agree to the deal to do the old game wherein you hear the salesperson did not have authority to quote so low a price and they need to charge at least $500 more to "break even on the car". I did not appreciate that. I paid it although it was $50 more than the dealer on Rte. 119 because I was there, they had the exact car I wanted and I could get the car before my lease ended on what I was driving. Once I signed, the process became a series of annoyances and inconveniences. I was called on very short notice to pick up the car a day early so someone could include the sale before some internal incentive. No benefit to me, but it is always nice to help out. I had to return a lease car to another dealer and it took a lot of effort and some unpleasantness (someone had to come in on their day off) to get them to reschedule. We finished with the old dealer before noon. I asked for a pickup at the other dealer and it took 2 hours for the driver to arrive. I was not picked up by the salesperson as has happened every time I have done this in the past. We got to the dealer and cooled our heals for several hours. I still have no idea why. Eventually they brought the car around back, By that time it was dark. The car had a large dent (which got fixed nicely), a small dent (which they never fixed), and a faulty rain sensing system (they claim it was OK, it is not and a problem every time it rains). In addition, the nav did not work. This was brand new car delivered in that manner. I was told that Friday was the only time the "dent-fixer" came in and I had to bring the car back twice, once for the dents and again for the nav. It took three weeks to get a car in reasonable condition for a NEW CAR! It took three days to get someone to call me back to even make an appointment. I never once heard from the salesperson from the time I drove the damaged car out of the lot the first day, nor has the manager ever agreed to speak with me. As far as I'm concerned, it was the salesperson's responsibility to make right what was delivered wrong and at no cost and as little inconvenience to me. Big fail there. The first time I brought the car back to get the issues taken care of, they had no accommodation for an alternate vehicle. No loaner, no rental, not even an apology. I had to take a cab to a rental car agency and had to pay out of my pocket for the car and the cab. Several requests to get reimbursed for the rental were met with "we don't do that" comments. They fixed the big dent but couldn't bother with the smaller one. The nav was just a matter of installing something that should have been there day one. As far as service goes, the department consists of two guys (and I never saw the other one). You drop off your car at their back door and they wisk it away. There is NO service facility at the dealership. You have no idea where they take it. Now I realize that this is not BMW and don't expect that level of service and care, but this was well below the new car experience that one expects. I will never step foot in this dealer again and have directed others away (one of which bought a Mazda 6 elsewhere). The other reviews here seem to be fairly good, but this was a horrible new car experience for me. New Rochelle Mazda truly showed their stripes for care and service. I hope you fare better.

Ivan, the customer service manager at Mazda of New Rochelle, was the consummate professional. This is my first time using this service center with my 2013 CPO Mazda MX5. From the moment I entered, Ivan was personable, affable and thoroughly professional. While I was just coming in for a lube, oil and filter, Ivan thoroughly explained the safety check that would be included. I waited less than an hour and he was available to answer all of my questions about the care and maintenance of my new/used car that I purchased out-of-state in May. I am big on Internet reviews and was searching for a Mazda Service Center in Westchester that would take good care of my car. Based on my first encounter with Ivan and Mazda of New Rochelle, I will be returning here in the future even though it is 20 miles from my home and there are other dealerships that are closer. Ivan represents this dealership well and I was more than satisfied after my first visit. Well done Mazda of New Rochelle.

I had been wanting the 25th Anniversary Edition Mazda Miata since I heard it was being retooled 6 months ago! I contacted Philip Van Riper who is the general manager of the Dealership. He explained to me that Mazda was setting up a website for pre orders and as soon as he hears it goes live he would notify me! Well true to his word, the day the website went up Barry Debany, general Sales Manager, called me to say Mazda put up the website and if I'm one of the first 1,000 people I'd be eligible for the launch edition! Only 1,000 of them were being made and it was surely going to be a special car!Mazda was hush hush about delivery although there have been many commercials! Well, yesterday I got the call ... "The Car Was In"! Kenny, my Salesman, took care of everything with my insurance company and when I got there, wouldn't let me leave until I understood every single feature of the car!Last but not least was Kamil Wojcik, the Business Manager, he explained all the after market products available but, was not pushy and not disappointed when we only chose to take the insurance on the high performance tires!Before we left we were introduced to the service department which looked comfortable enough if we ever need to wait around and have service done to the car. Overall, it was an extremely positive experience! As for pricing, Mazda dictated the price on the car and there was no negotiations! However, Philip and his entire staff were exceptional with their communication and ensuring I got the car!

As someone who is extremely frugal and always looking for the best deal, I scouted multiple dealerships in the tri-state area. I had already done my research and was just looking for the best offer. I had visited two dealerships prior to Mazda of New Rochelle and left angry both times when I was blindsided by fees or "miscalculations". Mazda of New Rochelle was my final destination when looking for a New Mazda3. Because of their professionalism and more importantly, the deal they offered, Mazda of New Rochelle won me over. If you are looking for a dealership that is willing to work with you, this is the place for you. I was helped by Lily and Kamil who were extremely patient and forthcoming. Honesty is not what I'd normally associate with car dealers, but they were the exception to the rule. They helped me work out a deal no other dealers could match. This dealership, namely Kenton S backed up by his boss Phil Van ripper, intentionally mislead me into thinking I was buying a brand new car when the car was actually a demo with over 2K miles and paint damage. I live on Long Island and was in phone contact with Kenton over a period of 4 days regarding a 2014 CX-9 that was listed as new. Retrospectively, I should have been able to identify the signs that pointed to the extremely poor customer service and Mazda of New Rochelle's primary focus which themselves. Kenton and I settled on a number on Thursday afternoon. I sent him the required documents he asked of me to put the buyer's order together, however he never got back to me until my 3rd phone call 15 minutes before the dealership closed with the necessary documentation I needed to proceed with my loan. Conveniently, their scanner wasn't working so everything needed to be texted to me. I received these documents at 9:00 pm. Kenton told me that he was off the next day and that if I needed anything to contact the other manager Carlos who would be in. Now, the majority of the time no one even answers the phone at this dealership and there is no way to leave a message which is just poor business. I was scheduled to pick up the car on Saturday and I've never bought a new car so I attempted to reach out to Carlos on Friday to confirm it would be ready first thing. I left him a message at 10:00 and again at 3:30. He never bothered to return my call and he is supposed to be a manager? What kind of customer service is that??? I had to contact Kenton on his cell phone and he assured me everything would be ready in the morning and told me that he stopped down on his day off to make sure the car went to detail today. What a liar! When I arrived on Saturday afternoon after driving 1 1/2 hours in the snow, I was told the car was still in detail which made no sense if Kenton had really stopped down the day before. When the salesman took me to the car to start going over the features, I saw the odometer which read 2234 miles!!! That's not a brand new car. My husband had just begun looking over the vehicle and already found some scratches and paint damage in a matter of a minute. That's when we were told that it was a demo, not a brand new car as I had been lead to believe. We were sent to see the owner of the dealership Phil Van ripper who is just as much of a disgusting liar. He says they made a mistake, they messed up and only realized when the car was just being detailed that it wasn't new there was a mistake in the notes for the vehicle. Right!!! That makes no sense if it went to detail when Kenton told me it did the day prior. So even if they did not intentionally mislead me like I know they did, they had the opportunity to be honest and to call me before I drove in the snow for an hour and half in traffic to let me know of the error and have me make a decision based on the truth about the car. Phil then offers to sell me the car for the same price if he gets it painted. No acknowledgement that the price should be significantly lower for it having 2000 more miles on it then it should. We say no and then he tries to sell me a lesser model for the same price while they have 2 other of the exact same model in stock! If this doesn't clearly show their intent that the price negotiated was based on the fact that the car was a demo, I don't know what would make it more clear. Nothing was done to reprimand Kenton for putting together this whole intentionally misleading deal, no compensation was offered for the 3 hours we spend driving in bad weather, gas and tolls and our time completely wasted. I can't imagine how they continue to run a business attempting to screw the customer at every opportunity. I have left several messages for Kenton and Phil and what a surprise, they don't even have the guts to call me back. DO NOT TRUST THEM!! Unfortunately, I learned several lessons the hard way with this sale due to their shady tactics.

During my first visit I found each of the staff to be polite, knowledgable and friendly. The gentleman who processed my issue (I thought my car was leaking antifreeze) suggested a quick check under the hood. To my surprise (and embarrassment) he quickly determined that there was no leak. There was no charge. A few weeks later I had a legitimate problem when my car slid into a guardrail and damaged a tire. The same crew fixed up my car and delivered it to my home in great condition. I was very impressed with the friendly and professional service I experienced from all members of this Mazda outlet. I'll definitely return.

To put it simply, Ivan is incredible at his job. I wouldn't even consider bringing my Mazda 6 anywhere else if I had a service need. I mostly deal with Ivan but any time I've spoken with other people in the service department they've been very helpful. It's really nice that when I walk in Ivan immediately knows me and my car. The whole experience every time is truly great all around service, in every sense of the word. I know this sounds over the top but this kind of service is rare in today's world, and I really appreciate Ivan's effort every time I stop by.

I hate to buy cars because of the time spent & price but with Otari it's totally different. No problems at all and quickly. We arrived late to the dealership and the only person that came to us was Otari. Everybody else was in a hurry to leave. Without knowing we were going to buy a car, he put attention to us and helped us answering all out questions and selling us a car on the next day. When the time comes to change our car, we'll definitely do it with Otari.

The reason we got this brand new Mazda CX5\-5 was because of Mohammeds very good sales talk and hospitality. Me and my wife came for a certified Honda CRV SUV. I was very attentive with the manager's presentation to this car and he convinced us to take the brand new one instead of going with the certified Honda CRV. I guess I gave Carlos a headache, but he was very patient with us, and he helped us make the right decision. Thumbs up for the both of you guys!

We really had a great experience. My husband recommended the Mazda and I was reluctant but after a horrible experience at Lash Volkswagen of White plains. I was really interested on the Mazda 6 since it was re-designed for the 2014 model. Since then I've reading every review I could find on this car, yet still some questions were left unanswered in my head until my first time in contact with Mason. Even on the phone you can feel that he knew what he was talking about and that was the exact type of person I was looking for. When I went in to pick up my new 2015 Mazda 6 every question I threw at him about the car he responded with a sense of superior knowledge, friendliness and confidence I would only be expecting from Mazda's Design Director Derek Jenkins himself. Mason at Mazda of New Rochelle is my #1 recommended sales person to talk to when looking for a new car. You will not be disappointed.

It was a pretty lean sized dealership with a good working staff. I had plans to go around and shop for cars and prices with other dealers in the area but Jose Cano's no nonsense approach to our negotiations lead my nephew to decide the purchase of a Mazda 3 on the spot. Comparing the documentation, credit check, insurance set-up, dmv set-up and so on to other dealers, this Mazda group is quick. If it wasn't for the insurance company's faulty power system we would have finished earlier. I would recommend this Mazda of New Rochelle to be at least in the list of dealers you'll want to visit and thank you to our Sales Consultant Jose Cano .

He explained all the warranties and policies in a clear, direct and helpful manner. Mason was also friendly, in a non- pushy way which helped us feel comfortable with such a big decision. I recently purchased a used car from Mazda of New Rochelle. Alissa was amazing. She knew we would be coming from out of state with a 7 month old child and tried to make sure everything was in place to make the process quick and efficient. She was great with communication before we came down to see the car knowing that it would be a one shot deal to see and purchase the car. Unfortunately, upon doing the emissions inspection, an oxygen sensor needed to be replaced and the part had to be driven in from another location. If it hadn't been for that, we would have been out of there quickly. Instead it was a 5+ hour process with an infant. Even with that, everyone there tried to make it as pleasant of an experience as possible. Even the mechanic came out to apologize for the delays. They wanted to insure that the car was in tip top shape before we left, so while the delay sucked, we appreciated the sentiment. Luckily they had a playroom that I could put blankets down in and let our little one crawl around on the floor. That playroom was a lifesaver! All in all, I would definitely consider buying another car from them again. They gave us a fair value on our trade in, and treated us well even though we were buying used.

Bottom line, they artificially inflated my taxes so they could charge me an extra $350. How did they do this? They're very sneaky. They never provided an itemized list of fees. Instead they gave me a pen and paper and read the fees, taxes, etc to me. The numbers added up, so I gave them my debit card. Once I got home, I had a friend review the numbers (on the scrap paper I was given) and he immediately noticed a problem. He had another friend review them too and he also concluded that I was charged too much. The taxes were too high. When I returned to the dealership and questioned the finance manager, he became indignant and wouldn't come clean. Eventually he showed me the "sacred" computer screen and I spotted something called "Capital Cost Reduction", also known as a down payment. I hadn't agreed upon any down payment and that was never provided when we were trying to itemize the upfront fees. That's when I realized that this down payment was being hidden in the amount of taxes he quoted me. That's why the tax amounts didn't match between my scrap paper and his document. Needless to say, I was furious. They were literally trying to steal $350 from me by lying to my face, and they still wouldn't come clean, nor apologize. I demanded a refund, but they claimed it couldn't be done for several days since I had paid in cash/debit. Never use cash/debit at a dealership. We had to go back days later to get our money. It was a horrible experience dealing with them from start to finish. Stay away from these scam artists.

Mazda of New Rochelle is awesome! I got a new 2013 Mazda 3 from them about a year ago, and I definitely made the right decision going with these guys. The buying process was easy and comfortable. Ask for Ibrahim, you will feel right at home. My wife ended up getting a Mazda from them as did my cousin. The staff is friendly and sociable. They listened to me and what I wanted and came up with a package that felt right. There was never any pressure because they had the best Mazda deals out of any dealership, by far. Since my purchase, I have gone to them for my oil changes and services. They have me in and out within an hour. They have a great new facility with a place to watch TV that is comfortable. They will offer you coffee and water and make you feel at home while you wait. The service department is friendly and explains everything that was done with the car clearly. I have nothing but great things to say about these guys and their dealership.

I went to the mazda of new rochelle because they were open later than other mazda dealers. Mason was very friendly and knew a lot about the car (more than other salesman I have talked to before). During the negotiation process we didn't come to an agreement about the price/trade in value. I was ready to leave but he insisted that his manager Ibrahim Dincer wanted to talk to me. He, on the other side was very pushy and extremely rude. Needless to say I walked out really bothered. Mazda of New Rochelle would be a better place without this guy who has 0 people skills.

Just bought a new Mazda3.The salesman was a total professional his name is Mason Attmore.Showed me all my options gave me a tour of the vehicle and a test drive.Then negotiated for the price that I was very pleased with, saw the finance guy who also was very nice and helpful and left with a brand new car.I lease a car every 3 years and am 51 so have been doing it a while.This is my first Mazda and first from this dealership and will be back when my lease is up.

I appreciate the professionalism and respect that each staff member at your company showed during my visit there on Saturday. My overall feelings about Ms. Castaneda on a scale of 1 to 10 I would rate her a 10. She was patient, willing to go an extra mile to get the job done so that I could get the car on the same day of my purchase and she did it. It showed me that she wasn't just trying to sell a car because it's her job, she wanted to make sure I was happy but most of all she wanted to make my son whose going off to college happy,the car was being purchase for him. I found the perfect car for my son that will last him a good couple of miles long and I'm thankful to Ms. Castaneda and the rest of the staff at Mazda of New Rochelle. We are truly "Happy Campers". The leasing service was great. They provided and talked through reasonable leasing options, and upon delivery, the car was just as advertised. However, after driving off the lot, we were unable to get in touch with our sales associate when a problem arose. Our temporary registration expired leaving us without a car for 10 days. Also, a couple of accessories were on back order and were not made available for 2 months. When we finally got in contact with the sales associate, he was really quite unprofessional and rude. Still haven't heard back from him regarding an outstanding item. I'm sure the rest of the sales staff was great, but can't win them all!

The service department doesn't try to oversell me on repairs and services I don't need. This is the only Mazda dealership in the tri-state area which doesn't try to nickle and dime me. I like their staff and mechanics. They are quick and courteous.

I can't say enough about how happy we were to get our new Mazda from this Dealership.We have been thinking about getting either cx-5, Acura ITL or Honda CR-V.We went to New Rochelle just for a test drive planning on test driving Acura and Honda CR-V as well.Once we stepped inside the New Rochelle Masda dealership we were treated like familly members by Jose Canu and the rest of the team.After test drive we explain Jose that it was not in our immediate plans to go for a lease since our Honda lease was expiring in December.A big thank you to Jose for getting us a pretty good leasing deal. We had dropped our dog off at the groomers before hand and then need to pick up the dog but we weren't done so one of the salesmen took my husband in one of their used cars to go pick up the dog from the groomers and bring her to the facilities while we continued the buying process. They definitely went above and beyond.

If you're in the market for a new or used car I'd highly recommend checking out Mazda of New Rochelle. I recently traded in a Dodge truck for a used Mazda3 and received an excellent deal and even better service after the sale. Sales manager Kevin and sales associate Alissa Castro worked hard to get me an excellent offer for my trade-in. I ended up with a deal that was about $1000 better than any other dealership would offer. Secondly, this dealership is straight forward with their pricing with none of that expensive added fee nonsense that seems all to common today. Lastly, this company stands behind the cars that they sell. The day after purchasing the car I realized the front struts were leaking and badly worn and would need replacing. This isn't covered under a basic used car warranty and the dealership technically was under no obligation to me to repair the struts. My local mechanic wanted $700 for this repair. I called Kevin and he quickly set up a Monday morning appointment for me to have the struts checked by their mechanic. The dealership replaced not only the struts, but the springs and mounts too. All at no charge to me. I can't say enough how appreciative and thankful I am to Kevin, Alissa and the entire crew at Mazda of New Rochelle. They have earned my trust and future business. Give them a try, you won't be disappointed.

we had our Mazda tribute service at this dealership. the service was excellent the vehicle with 165,000 miles runs like the day we first purchased it. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The only complaint was the dealership parking is very small but everything else was excellent.

On June 16, 2014, I started my morning at Honda of New Rochelle, we had a app. with them at9. My interest was to DOWN Size from a Honda Pilot Touring, 2012 with 8,000 miles to a CRV. My mind was set on a precise amount for a monthly payment, I was forth coming from the beginning, we went back and fourth, came to and amount which I was not really HAPPY with and felt like they could have done better. I left Honda of New Rochelle a little discouraged. I had read the reviews on the Mazda CX5 and right down the block is a Mazda dealership, I was a little hesitant because I never leased a Mazda, always HONDA and ACURA, but when I walked in to Mazda, I sat with Jose Cano and told him exactly what I was looking for, CX5 with NAVI, and was very clear on my buget monthly, I did not want to put down any funds, only DMV and the first month, he inturn went to speak with Keith the manager which came over to us and introduced himself, the first thing he said was no PROBLEM!! He put me where I wanted to be montly, and honored my down payment. This was the BEST experience ever!!!! NO haggling, right to the point! Just to let you know when I called Honda to cancel my agreement with them it was to NO surprice how fast they at that point they where able to meet my monthly payment!!!!

My husband and I purchased a new 2013 CX9 from this dealership at the end of the summer 2013. We were generally pleased with our sales experience and decided to use the free service voucher we received from the dealership when we bought the vehicle for our first oil change on April 26, 2014. The next day we noticed that the service technician must have had grease or motor oil on his hands when he was entering/exiting the car because there were several large hand prints and smears on the interior roof of our new car above the driver's seat. We immediately called the service center and my husband brought the car back. They assured us they would be able to remove the stains with a special cleaning solution they had in stock. The GM Phil personally apologized to my husband for this having happened. We were horrified the next morning to see that not only had the cleaning solution bleached our headliner, but there is substantial "pilling" of the fabric from having been rubbed so hard. I have called the dealership more than 15 times trying to get someone on the phone to speak with me about our problem (I actually kept track!). I have personally requested to speak with Phil and left multiple messages for him. The receptionist is very polite and each time promises me someone will return my call. The ONE time Phil did return my call, I had specifically left a message saying I would not be at my desk until 11:30 am and he called at 11:09 am. I immediately called back, only to be ignored again. I also spoke with a representative named Steven who assured me someone would call me back and he even launched into a long story about how he aspires to be a customer service manager -- again, no one ever got in touch.Consumers be warned -- this dealership has appalling customer service!! My husband and I are now pursuing other actions to remedy this situation. Our new car is permanently damaged at the hands of this dealership and they have a responsibility to correct this. I would not recommend giving my business to a facility who values their customers so little. To not even have the decency to return a phone call to a customer for an error your dealership made is mind-boggling!! When we were shopping for a car, the dealership called twice a week to see if we had any questions they could answer. Interesting to note that they don't seem to care so much once you've actually purchased the vehicle and they have damaged it.

My wife and I went to Mazda of New Rochelle and purchased a 2015 CX-5 Touring AWD with options for our twin daughters. Just one car! They can share. We had visited another dealership and were quoted a higher price on a 2014 CX-5 Touring AWD with less options plus more money up front. Our Sales Consultant was Steve Locicero and it was a pleasure dealing with him. He was patient. Answered all of our questions and was never pushy. The Sales Manager, Pete Kahn was also an absolute gentleman. Finally the hammer that jacks up the price. The dreaded Business Manager, was Kamil Wojcik. He too was easy to work with and did his best for those without tier 1 credit. "No, thank you" meant just that and he quickly moved to the next area for consideration. We left after a couple of hours as if we had spent quality time with friends. No need for Advil Migraine. I absolutely recommend this dealership to all. I will return.

We were shopping for a car for my fiance last week and had a great experience at Mazda of New Rochelle. After hitting 3 or 4 different dealers we happened to walk onto the Mazda lot after seeing a Sonata from the road. We were greeted by Steve Locicero who proceeded to take the time to listen to our needs and review everything in their inventory that matched what we were looking for. He took the time to ask a lot of questions tin order to understand what we were looking for rather than trying push us into a vehicle. We didn't feel any pressure at all. Ultimately ended up driving a certified pre owned Mazda 2 which my fiance fell in love with. Steve worked with us on the numbers and was able to give us much more on our trade than we expected. Ended up purchasing the car and couldn't be happier with process. It was all very easy. Business Manager Kamil Wojcik worked with us to get the financing in place and was very informative and helpful in putting us into a great financing plan. This was easily the best car buying experience I have ever had and would certainly recommend Mazda of New Rochelle to anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle.

Steve was a nice guy and easy to deal with. It was my first time leasing a car and he made it easy for me. I got the car I wanted at the price I wanted and was driving home in it the next day as it had to be delivered from another dealership. I would be happy to deal with these guys again in 3 years when my lease is up.Just watch out if the finance guy tries to up your price before signing the loan. I just stood my ground and he let it go.

First visit to dealership was for a test drive only, since my current lease on another brand had 2 months to go. Was greeted immediately by Renique and he spent a great deal of time with me even though he knew I intended to test drive several other brands and models over the next few weeks. We kept in touch by email without being annoyed by repeated calls. Once I decided to go with the Mazda 6 and narrowed down my options, he came up with a competitive price. When he later notified me of a holiday incentive, I returned to the dealership . Once there, it was easy to make a decision to buy right away with a great final price. The financing was terrific and unlike past experience, I was in and out quickly without being pressured into unnecessary add ons. Overall, a great experience. I decided to sell my 2012 Mazda and get a cheaper car, they gave me a very fair price and I bought a used Honda from them. The New/old car is great. I highly recommend them, they are dangerdecent guys.

This was my first time leasing a car on my own without my mother. I felt extremely comfortable with Dana. She treated me as if I was her own daughter. She was not pushy, and did not lose her patience with my million and one questions. It was a lengthy experience but at the end of the day I left with the right price and extremely satisfied. I would absolutely come back to Dana in the future as well as recommend her to any future buyers. Customer service was beyond amazing!!! Just keep an eye out on the finance manager Camille. He will try to up the price you and your sales person already agreed upon. Other than that the rest of the staff was great!! Thank you Mazda of New Rochelle and most importantly thank you Dana!!

My husband I were searching for a new car after my 2006 Saturn Ion broke down. We knew we had to conduct our search quickly but wanted to make sure we weren't making any rash decisions. I test drove several cars at many different dealerships in the area. However, many of the dealers took a hard sell approach and bombarded me with follow-up phone calls. This was not the case of Mazda of New Rochelle. We worked with Mason, who was extremely knowledgeable and let the car speak for itself in our decision making process! Not once did my husband or myself feel pressured to make a decision on the spot! In our final decision we decided to lease a 2014 Mazda 3 Touring. We haven't had the car long but so far we both love it! And we loved working with Mason!

Go to Mazda of New Rochelle and buy your new or used car from Mason because he is the best. Very kind and knowledgable, and Camil will get you the best finance deal you ever thought possible. My situation was a difficult one but they worked with me and didn't talk down to me at all. My first contact was with Alexis and she started everything off very smoothly before introducing me to Mason. It just got better from there. Do yourself a favor and go there for your next car even if it's not a Mazda, they have a great selection of quality pre-owned cars. You will be glad you did. I am!!!!!

My wife and I had been shopping "off and on" for a new car for about 6-8 months and had finally decided on a Mazda 3 as the reviews were great and we wanted a car with a good record of long-term reliability. Add to this that we didn't want to spend much over 20K. We finally bought a 2013 Mazda 3 on the last day of January, 2014. Gaby was great to work with, friendly and very willing to make a great deal. My sister, who leased a CX-5 from Gaby, couldn't speak highly enough of her friendly manner and down-to-earth consideration of her customers. Gaby was a pleasure to do business with and we would recommend Mazda of New Rochelle in a "New York minute"!

The people at Mazda of New Rochelle were really great to work with, especially Mason, Ibrahim, Pete and Edwin. They all worked with me to get the deal i wanted. No pressure was added and it was a great experience. Mason was my sales consultant and was very knowledgeable during the test drive and when he showed me all the features of the car before i drove it home. I highly recommend Mazda of NR.

My wife and I moved from NYC to the suburbs and did extensive searches (5+ dealerships across various auto makers, dealerships and vehicles). We wanted a small and versatile SUV with a fun-to-drive experience. We met with Renique (our Sales rep) at Mazda of New Rochelle and could not be happier. With me (a guy, who also grew up in the car industry - my parents worked for GM and I'm a car guy) leading the conversation to start, Renique went out of his way to connect with my wife on what mattered to her, something that's sadly absent with many dealers these days. This was a great sign from the start. We ended up getting the CX-5 Touring Edition and it turned out that Renique and his wife have the same vehicle. He was honest, open but also effusive in his praise for the vehicle, which also meant a lot. He was patient and politely persistent (he is IS try trying to sell a vehicle afterall) but not pushy or carrying a take-it-or-leave-it attitude. Once we narrowed to the CX-5, Renique and Mazda of New Rochelle were the obvious choice. It was honestly a great experience which we had doubts about in general in trying to buy a car. Our first service was last week (oil change) and they could not have been better. Ivan, the younger (looks can be deceiving) manager of the Service department knows what he's doing and has a great customer-oriented demeanor. While this is a routine visit as it relates to car care, I felt he really has a can-do/hospitality -oriented attitude to his role there and listens - we were have a very minor issue with the navigation system and felt very comfortable after his description that it would be take care of. I would not hesitate in any way to give this dealership my endorsement. Great people, great service and, by the way, great product - we reviewed several small SUVs, ranging from an Audi Q5 to a loaded Ford Focus and could not be happier with the CX-5, handles like a fun car (I came from an Acura), very well appointed and sips gas at an avr. of 26 mpg. Don't leave them off your list to visit...

I'd like to thank Mazda of New Rochelle for the unbelievable service they provided to us during the leasing process of my new Mazda 3. Everyone there was phenomenal but specially Gaby Castaneda. She has incredible skills as a Sales Consultant, her above and beyond excellence in Customer Service are rare to find nowadays. Her ability to establish a sincere rapport the minute you walk in the door plus her genuine interest in helping you find the car that will best suit your needs are the main reason I ended up choosing Mazda of New Rochelle over another Mazda Dealer in the area. At no point was I made feel as if I needed to make a decision quick or rush into signing anything, she was extremely patient, always available to answer every single question I had, and she took the time to explain every detail about my options while trying to decide what was best for my situation. I also need to thank Michael Calabrese for her incredible support, he took time out of his busy schedule to conference call and explain some steps in the application process we were a little apprehensive about, it was well worth it. I have to add that when I went to Mazda of New Rochelle I was very ready to sign the lease at another Mazda dealer, I am simply glad I listened to my sister when she strongly suggested I should go talk to Gaby first. I have to admit, I almost never write reviews, but the service I received from Ibrahim was so outstanding, it stayed with me even though my fiance and I purchased our car in November. Both my fiance and I work in the education field and have backgrounds in research, so as you would expect, before we bought our first car together, we took nearly three months to investigate everything related to car buying in preparation of what we heard would be a very unpleasant experience. We decided our first stop along the car shopping experience would be at Mazda in New Rochelle. Armed with plethora of information and our secret weapon (my wise Uncle who drove us to the dealership) we began our journey at Mazda New Rochelle. And Im happy to say our journey stopped there.The moment we walked into the dealership, we felt the love from all ofthe staff, especially from our salesman Ibrahim who was great from the introduction, to the test drive, to the actual sale of the car. He provided us with a lot of information and while we understood that his job was to make a sale at the end of the day, we felt like he was very up front throughout the process. He was very personable and simply made the process much more straightforward than we expected. I would highly recommend New Rochelle Mazda and be sure to ask for Ibrahim.

Probably the least painless experience I've ever had leasing a car ! Ibrahim made my decision to lease my Mazda here - an easy one.GSM Michael was also very nice as well as all of the staff at this dealership! Mason gave me little tutorial on the vehicle while Ibrahim helped another customer. I recently purchased a new CX5 from this dealership and had a great experience with my salesman, Renique Henry. I had been to another Mazda dealership in Connecticut and told them that I wanted the car in a short time frame and was ready to purchase the SUV from them but they politely declined to negotiate when they didn't have my color choice in stock. Renique was able to deliver the car in wanted, in my preferred interior and exterior color choices and at a lower price than 2 other dealerships. He was professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with and I would recommend him if you're in the market for a Mazda.

Overall the best car buying experience I've had. This is the 3rd vehicle I've ever purchased and the process was smooth and friendly, and very little haggling. Would definitely recommend to a friend. Ibrahim was great and very willing to accommodate our needs until the deal was done, and even afterwards. Very positive.

I searched online for the best SUV that would fit my daily needs. I sent an email to Mazda of New Rochelle and I received a prompt response from Gaby Castaneda. I also had reached out to other dealers. However, because Gaby was so responsive and nice, I went to Mazda of New Rochelle. Everyone in that office is no nice. It doesn't matter that you aren't a customer of another salesperson; they all are so friendly and work very well together. Gaby was so diligent about getting back to me. She worked hard to get me the deal that I felt comfortable with. I really recommend seeing her. She is thorough and did not leave or forget anything.I didn't even mind paying the tolls!

Great buying experience, was worth the drive from Long Island. Ibrahim was an awesome sales person but everyone was great. Mike the manager and Alexis the phone rep were honest, professional, and accommodating. Got a great price, great service, great attention. The service didn't stop after the signatures. Ibrahim explained the car for almost an hour after the sale. He handled every detail with pride and passion. Mike made the financing a breeze and got me a great rate. Fist class dealership, highly recommend. I can't say enough good things.

I contacted Mazda of New Rochelle via email to get a quote on a new 2014 Mazda6. I explained that I had already test driven the vehicle elsewhere and I was ready to pull the trigger immediately, and that I was just shopping for the best possible deal. The internet salesperson put me in touch with Ibrahim Dincer.Although Ibrahim's initial quote was higher than what I receive from another dealer, he was willing to match whatever the other dealer was offering. Moreover, he offered to give me a lift to the dealership so that I didn't have to arrange for a friend to drive me there. I really appreciate salespeople that are willing to go the extra mile to make a sale. Ibrahim's demeanor was very friendly, and I was slightly concerned that he was just trying to get me into the showroom before spilling the beans about the hidden fees. Ibrahim got a good laugh about my hidden-fees paranoia and reassured me that there were none and that ultimately it doesn't pay to mislead the customer. Sure enough my fears were dispelled, and I purchased the car for exactly what we had agreed to over the phone.I also had the opportunity to work with Jon Saint-Louis. I was hoping to get special financing for the purchase but I was skeptical that I would get approved for it. By some great feat Jon was able to make it happen, so I can't thank him enough for that.This was my first time buying a new car and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. I owe it all to Mazda of New Rochelle and I would have no hesitation recommending this dealership to a friend or anyone who is shopping for a new Mazda!

Gaby did an excellent job explaining the different types of Mazda 3 HB that were made over the last few years. She reviewed all the aspects of the car clearly so this buyer was able to make a quick decision to buy 2012 M3 HB. All the managers helped to help make this car affordable to buy as well. The experience was the best out of all dealerships I have dealth with. Please get your next car here and a mazda for they are and will continue to be one of the most well built cars in the market!

I didn't have the best experience with my actual sales rep., but I can say that it is people like Afraz Ishmail that really made the difference on the day that I purchased my vehicle. I spent the entire day waiting for processing and delivery on the vehicle. Ishmail made me feel comfortable in the waiting area and answered any questions I had with honesty and sincerity while I was researching and contemplating. It was clear to see that he is a genuinely nice guy who enjoys his job and prides himself on customer service. He certainly didn't have to deal with me or even speak to me for that matter, but he went out of his way to ease my mind about a big decision. This says a lot. You can rest assured that if you ever need to deal with the service department, Ishmail will take great care of you and your vehicle.

I purchased a 2014 Mazda CX-5 this past July and I just LOVE IT!!! I decided to work with this dealership because of my highly professional and super friendly sales consultant Gaby Castaneda. She was a sheer delight to work with and her customer service is impeccable. We immediately hit it off on my first visit as she politely greeted me when I entered the dealership. Her approach is not aggressive nor hostile, but warm and polite. She is very knowledgeable on the Mazda vehicles and products and is honest and up front about figures. Although I visited the showroom about 5 times before I closed the deal, she was patient with me and even welcomed my many, many questions. I never felt pressured to close the deal because of her need to "fill a quota". Her style is more about working with "her customer." Other dealerships would call and be so aggressive and insensitive with their approach and that turned me off immediately. I felt that I could call and ask her questions and get clarification on anything, no question was a silly one! Once we sealed the deal, she continued to be supportive all the way until I drove off the premises with my new car. YOU ROCK GABY!!!

I was looking to lease my first car, which was quite overwhelming, and took a trip to Mazda of New Rochelle toward the end of my search. Ibrahim greeted us warmly, and right off the bat, was able to answer any questions I had. Sorsha was wonderful. There was no pressure to purchase a car. The dealership found a needle in a haystack (green Mazda 2 with 5 speed) in record time. I've had the car two weeks so far and love it. The seats are comfy and the car itself is really zippy. Also, I LOVE the color. I can definitely find it in ANY parking lot. He was the first sales person I met on my search for a new Mazda and he asked me at the time if he'd have a shot a final bidding when I was through shopping around. My internet research took me south, to Maryland and north to New Hampshire. But even when a nearby dealership offered me a similar price, I returned to New Rochelle Mazda because I knew that they'd give me the fairest deal without pressure. They actually went above and beyond and I now own a 2013 Mazda3 GT. I got in the car yesterday and Zoom, Zoom!

My wife and I went to their dealership for inquiries and to just check what they have. We were warmly greeted by Ibrahim. Very informative and friendly. I realize they have to be friendly in order to sell, (lol), however, he built rapport with us. He talked to us and gave us info about the car we wanted. Very knowledgeable and talked about the different packages. He almost made it his personal mission to get us the car that we wanted. As for his boss, who actually dealt with all the financial endeavors, we had certain paperwork difficulties that we encountered, but he did his best to get us a good deal on the car that we wanted. THE DOWNSIDE: We were there for almost 4hrs due to the financial aspect of getting the car. OVERALL: we would totally refer our friends and family to this dealership and to Ibrahim personally!

My husband and I leased a 2014 Mazda 6 Grand Touring Edition from this dealership about a month ago. At time of signing the lease we were given a very good deal on the lease and was scheduled to pick it up a few days later. Between the time I had signed the lease and picking up the car, I had been in contact with the salesman, Renique (at least one time going into the dealership), numerous times and had asked each time if there were any issues and was assured EACH time we were advised everything is fine. On Saturday, when my husband and I went to pick up the car and after Renique going through the whole car, we went to sit with the financing guy (do not remember his name). At this point we were advised that our payment was going up because we did not meet Tier 1 pricing. I had advised the gentleman in financing that I had spoken to Rnique several times and was never advised that my payment would be increasing. His reply was that it is against Mazda's/ JP Morgan policy to speak over the phone about financing. When I asked why was I not advised when I came in the day before, he had no answer. After we threatened to walk without the car and demanding our money refunded, we were finally able to come to an agreement. Fast forward approximately 1 month. I am very happy with the car but have been waiting on my registration to come in. Just a side note... my husband had also leased a new car from Acura of Westchester and was picking up the same day (Acura is amazing and we highly recommend them!!!- 3rd car from them). I receive a call from Renique advising me that they did not have the correct insurance information and that my registration was not done. They already called my insurance company and insurance company needed to speak with me for confirmation. When I called my agent they advised me that they had sent all the needed documentation about a month ago when requested and not sure why they are asking again for it. In between conversations with my insurance agent, I spoke with Renique and demanded an email/ letter from his manager stating that if I am pulled over for invalid registration that they will incur any costs. Surprise, Surprise... Have not received anything even after they assured me they will send me something. There is no question that we will be buying/ leasing another Mazda 6- love the car and not too expensive BUT we will never go back there. I plan on bringing my car to another dealership for any repairs or oil changes that are needed as I am scared to see what else they can screw up. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time at New Rochelle Mazda. They are unprofessional and lack customer service.

I was looking to lease a car for my son. I went from dealership to dealership and I got the same old song and dance. Quoted a very high price, then the salesman goes to see the manager and the price is miraculously lowered.I never felt I was getting their best price. But at Mazda I felt that I did get their best price. The manager came over and gave me a very low price on my lease. I felt that since it is a new dealership that they are trying to push sales to get a foothold . I am very happy with the deal on my car and I am very happy that the old song and dance was held to a minimum.

My family had the pleasure of working with Ibrahim when we came into the Mazda dealership to purchase a new car. He was very friendly and welcoming, and did his best in accomodating our numerous questions and concerns. He conveyed a genuine interest in helping us find a car that fit our needs, and was patient throughout the entire process.At no time did we feel pressured into making a decision we weren't comfortable with. He personalized the entire experience, and even went as far as gifting us with key chains from his home country! I walked into the dealership looking to trade my 2010 Mazda 3 for the 2014 Mazda 6. They gave me a great trade in offer and worked with me on a lease price. I walked out the same day with a brand new Mazda 6i touring. Overall very happy with the whole experience. Very professional staff.

Sales reps are so friendly. Showed all we need & answered all of our question. Try to get the best deal & financing we could possibly get. Dealership is very clean, neat & having a feeling of home.

Renique was patient and showed me the different pricing options of leasing vs. owning on a New Mazda 6, New Mazda 3 and a Certified Used Mazda 6 2012. We worked together for a total of 5 hours and I never felt pressured or persuaded to go one route or the other. He always had a smile on and managed to get me in a 2014 6 because I felt comfortable with the Leasing Terms and NOT because he was pushing it on me.

William was great to work with. It really sealed the deal for us when the dealership coordinated taking the vehicle to our personal mechanic so that he could check it out for us. The mechanic said the car was well taken care of and that the price we were paying was reasonable for the vehicle. When the car came with only one key, the dealership worked with us to get a spare at no additional cost to us. Even after we drove off the lot, any last minute details were no problem and pleasantly handled by any staff member that we spoke to. All in all, it was our first dealership experience and a pleasant one. I would recommended this dealership to anyone looking for a car.

Renique was very knowledgeable about all the features we were interested in and was able to answer all our questions. In my experience, dealerships have made the experience stressful, but Renique did not pressure us and was very accommodating. I would definitely recommend someone interested in a Mazda to go to Renique.Thanks!
