I have great things to say about the service dept. My service advisor Rob Claus is excellent. I have recently had my first oil change, then my windows tinted and then just a couple of very small trim parts that needed to be adjusted. All three service appointments were handled quickly painlessly and were done sooner than promised. Rob has taken extra time to answer questions without making me feel like I am being a bother. His attitude is excellent and his follow up is top notch. The window tint guy and the tech that worked on my car both took a couple of moments to answer questions. I love my new 6, and would recommend it to anyone and happily am thrilled with Mazda of Wesley Chapel's service department. The pricing if you look at the online coupons for regular maintenance is very competitive and I will now even bring my wife's non-Mazda product in for regular oil changes and tire rotations. Thanks again Rob!

On 7/17/2016 I went to the dealership and has by far the most wonderfully amazing car buying experience. Tom Gohs of Mazda of Wesley Chapel along with the managers demonstrated what all customers desire, outstanding quality customer service. Tom's ability to treat us with dignity and respect coupled with his interpersonal skill sets truly have a very personal impact on our family. As a Corporate Trainer I along with my better half enjoyed what most of us deserve but few ever encounter which is being valued. From the phone call of inquiring to the arrival as well as through out the process being valued made the difference and allowed us to up-grade our 2014 CX5 to a 2016 CX5. I highly recommend this dealership as well as Tom personally. This is not your typical car sales experience. Gene in the Internet department immediately earned my trust, and I felt like he was working in my best interest. I am very pleased with my sales person Gene Honeycutt I originally started the sale online with a totally different car which was the Mazda 3 he gave me an awesome OTD price. Once I reached the dealership I changed my mind he was really patient and understanding I came in without an appointment in which he was very busy but still found someone to help me out ( which by the way his alternative wasn't that great) i want to say a big THANK YOU to Gene and Sonia who also helped out during the sale of my new Mazda 6! I just went to get an oil change and a minor repair for my 2012 Mazda 3 and decided to check out the new cars. I checked out the 2016 Mazda 3's and found one that I really liked the color and what was inside. The salesman Tom asked as I was walking back in if I found anything I liked and of course I said yes. So we test drove the car and came back we started talking about possibly of purchasing the car. The process of the buying the car went very smoothly and the staff there is very friendly and very helpful and will answer any questions you have. This is the second time I have bought a car from them and will recommend this dealer to my family and friends, they are number one in my book!!!

To be clear, this was a horrible experience for my daughter and me. I came along to ensure that her hard earned money for the past two years was not stolen from her. It was very fortunate that I did. I had all of the research and made a fair offer after inspecting the vehicle. The front line sales person was fine, but we all know that the manager controls the deal on price. They insisted on over FOUR thousand over what the vehicle was worth. We offered an extra thousand over value, but they were rude and caused a scene. The sale price was NOT honored, claiming that the collision was the reason, although the original price was on the same car with their knowledge of the collision history.....HUH? The car had a pretty severe rear end collision and therefore a bad carfax bring the actual resale value down 2K. The inspection revealed that the wobble we felt was NOT tire pressure, but actually THREE well bent RIMS that caused the air pressure to slowly leak out. The drivers mirror had been knocked off the car and was poorly repaired with paint and body work needed. The kicker was that they claimed that they knew nothing about the broken rims. LOL, they put the new tires on the car and TRIED to balance them. DISHONEST AND LIARS......Old school tactics in a consumer driven world. Buyer Beware. JM1NC26F980155789

I bought a 2010 Mazda 3 at this dealership. Unlike with past vehicles, I decided to get my car serviced regularly at the dealership. They keep very detailed records of work that has been completed over the life of the car, and use a very easy to understand system to let you know what kind of work needs to be done. The prices are fair, the staff friendly and knowledgeable, and the work is what you would expect from an authorized Mazda dealer who know their cars inside and out.

I worked with William, the Internet Sales Manager, and he was terrific. I was interested in the skyactive engine, for commuting purposes, and William worked with me via the phone to find the right car for me. On top of that, he was able to get me a great trade in value for my leased vehicle. William was efficient, and was not pushy. In the end, I drove away with a 2013 Mazda 3 with the skyactive engine and a few extras on the car. William made it a very pleasant experience. I would recommend this dealership to anyone.

This was by far my best experience at a car dealership. I decided it was time to trade in my 2005 Pilot. I was greeted outside and shown a variety of used cars. I fell in love with a Mazda CX9. The car looked brand new and was an excellent price. I drove home the same day. They even called me back on Monday to tell me that they found a better finance rate than they had originally quoted me. I was ecstatic. I will only buy cars from Wesley Chapel Mazda from now on!! Also, all the sales and finance personnel were a pleasure to work with and treated me with respect.

My wife and I were looking to purchase a 2013 Mazdaspeed3. After talking to our local dealer I decided to reach out to Mazda at Wesley Chapel for a more competative price. I was promtly contacted by Mike and was told he could most likely make the deal I was looking for happen. By that afternoon he informed me it was a go, the only issue was that they did not have the car in the color and options I wanted. Not only did Mike and everyone at Mazda of Wesley Chapel help us out, they went far beyond what they needed to make this happen. Their business manager contacted the 3 dealerships in the state of FL that had what we were looking for to attempt to get the car for us. Within 48 hours he had a car lined up for us and it was at the dealership the next day ready for us to pick up.Even though they went through a bit of trouble securing the car for us they honored the original deal that we started with.My wife and I couldn't be happier with the service that Mike and everyone gave us. Even though Mazda of Wesley Chapel is an hour a way from our home we will continue to shop for cars with them for the years to come. I originally made an inquiry through the Mazda website. I immediately recieved an email and phone call with a the price quote. All the negociating was done on the phone and an email was forwarded with a firm quote. The Sales Person Candice was extremely helpful and made sure we were getting our answers we needed to make a decision. The entire process when just as smooth when we got to the dealership, pleasant and friendly, quick processing and car was spotless. All went so well we decided to go back the following Saturday and buy a second car from this dealership. The price was the best in Tampa Bay! and the facilty and people were equally the "best". Make sure you ask for Candice when you visit.

I would think the majority of us do not look forward to the process of buying a car. For me, I found it took a lot of work, and a lot of patience. However, when I met with Shawn, my sales woman at Mazda in Wesley Chapel, FL. I found it to be comfortable. Shawn was very helpful, knowledgable, and very patient. I let her know I wanted to test drive several cars including several mazda 3, mazda 6, and possibly a mazda cx5. We test drove most of them except the mazda cx5 bc she let me know right away what would work with my preferred budget. You can tell she knew the cars she was selling because any question she had she knew what the answer was. At the end of the test drives, I was not ready to commit to buying a car yet. For me,I had to do extensive research on everything. She understood, and was not pushy and unreasonable. She has a way of feeling a customer out, and interpretting them in a way of should I push, or not. We test drove the car Mazda 3 several times, and to her that was not unreasonable, which I appreciate. At the end, I did buy a Mazda 3 hatchback. I felt I got a great trade in for my old car, and a price that worked perfectly for both of us. I appreciate everything she has done to make our buying experience not so bad after all, and her perfect follow up. If you are looking into Mazdas, and looking for a knowledgable, honest, cheery, helpful sales person, ask for Shawn.

I have been had my 2006 Mazda 3 serviced here since they opened and I have been extremely pleased with their service. They care about what they are doing, and try to make the whole experience as easy as possible. I now live over an hour away from them, but still make the trip there for service because I know that they will be honest and do a good job.Last week I leased a new Mazda 3 with the help of Mike Brockway. Car buying has always been something that I dreaded, but Mike made it so easy for me. There were no hard sells or pressure and I felt comfortable with the whole process. He listened to me and tried hard to accomodate all of my requests. The entire process was pain free and even fun!I am more convinced than ever that Mazda of Wesley Chapel is the best place for sales and service. And, or course I love the Mazda 3.

Well where to start....my wife and I went to Wesley Chapel Honda a few days ago and got approved for a newish mazda tribute. all seemed fine till we took the car home, found out that the car shakes terribly when it is in idoling. We then took it over here to Wesley chapel mazda to have it fixed. During a nice conversation with Kelly Plumer my wife had discovered that Wesley Chapel Honda had seriously messed up wioth our paperwork, putting in for a trade when we decided on not using our car as a trade, also messing with all of the numbers to just make a sale. After finding this we immediatly asked if we could just apply for a loan at the mazda dealership, also see if we COULD trade in our car. They had us floored when they said yes, no problem. unfortunately I have credit issues and past repo's so I was a bit on edge. Kelly made the whole buying process turn into an enjoyable one. Granted with our credit and being upside down ($6,000.00) in our trade we couldnt afford a car with all of the bells and whistles but hey, it's a new car:) They welcomed us with open arms and were constantly in an up-beat mood. Listen, I'm in sales myself so I can spot a dog and pony show from a mile away, they did NOT make us feel rushed, pushed or anything negative. No sleezy sales tactics and slick-backed hair cheap salesmen here. Just regualr people, trying to make a difference. The only thing negative about this whole ordeal is that I am now going to have to go over to Honda and demand my 1,000.00 back for being idiots and screwing us. Again I cant really describe the greatness that this company has acheived. If you need to look for a car, suv please do some research and make sure to take my word for it, you can't go wrong here! I have read all of the reviews from down below and I can say that the positive one's make complete sense, the negative one's well they just suck! They must of had a bad day, woke up on the worng side of the bed, maybe even had a bad case of karma. anyways thanks for reading this and make sure to ask for Kelly Plumer for your sales lady:) Thanks!!!!!!!

This is the third Mazda we have bought from this dealership and working with Mike and Jason was the best experience we have had in all our car buying experience there. We traded in my 2009 Mazda 5 for the CX 5. The model is pretty new, but Mike knew all the ins and outs and even helped me sync my phone to the car. I am not very "techy" so that was a nice touch for me. We have always taken our vehicles there for service and have been very happy. There seems to be a new friendlier attitude there, VERY HELPFUL and not pushy! Jason was very helpful with the financing, which we appreciated! We had to wait awhile because he was the only finance person there, but you have to expect that on a Saturday, however they made us comfortable and Mike even gave me his soda! I bought the CX 5 because I wanted something comfortable and fun to drive with good gas mileage because of my long commute and so far I love it! Thanks guys! Please see these guys, you won't be sorry!

He went above and beyond to find a loan I was comfortable with so I could buy the car that I wanted. (This was no easy task!!!)Although there are other Mazda dealers closer to where I live, it was worth driving 30 miles to find such wonderful personalized attention at the Mazda in Wesley Chapel.I was very impressed with the staff and think people should check it out for themselves.

When I went to buy my Mazda Miata I thought, honestly, that I was going to be trading in my '07 Miata that I also purchased from this dealership, as a lateral trade, just getting a 2012. It was beyond my surprise to find that Kelly was putting me in not only a 2012 but the top of the line Miata with all the bells & whistles for the price I wanted. She was upfront, honest and straight forward from the beginning and I can tell you that having that kind of experience is by far not the norm at other dealerships. Nathan and Jason were also quite the surprise. Both worked with me to make the sale at the payment I needed. We all know salespeople, but I'm telling you that anyone who wants to have a terrific buying experience with honest people with no sales BS, you need to go to Mazda in Wesley Chapel. I went on my lunch break to buy my car and within one and a half hours I was driving back to work with my brand new 2012 Grand Touring Miata. Thank you guys!

I purchased a black Mazda 3, 4door I touring with moon roof and bose music system all for a reasonable price no other dealership I talked to would provide. They were prompt at answering questions via email and they didn't pressure me to buy a car that wasn't a fit for me. I would recommend this buying experience to everyone, very down to earth people that won't treat you like your a number in line. Kelly was wonderful to work with. The rest of the staff I encountered was very friendly as well, from the internet sales manager to the financing guy. Everyone was friendly and helpful, not pushy at all. Kelly was informative and helpful, and also just a sincere, nice person whom it was enjoyable to work with. I got a 2012 Mazda3 Grand I Touring with Skyavtive, and I love the car. They also were able to get me a great deal that beat any other advertised price, even those on truecar, and Kelly was more straight forward on price than any other dealer I contacted online. They were also able to secure my financing for me, doing all the work and still going through my preferred credit union lender, getting a fantastic rate. I love my car and this dealer so much I will definitely try to go back when I eventually replace this car; although I expect that to be a long time from now. In the meantime I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Kelly Plumer & Mazda of Wesley Chapel to anyone looking for a new car.

Mazda of Wesley Chapel is the best dealership I have ever dealt with, in every aspect.I have just purchased my third car from there in as many years.I have yet to find a dealership that can beat their prices and exceptional customer service. Mike Brockway patiently put up with me for almost a month before I decided to buy.Mike was very knowledgable, friendly, and made sure I got the right vehicle that fit my needs.He went out of his way and worked around my schedule to help make this happen. I live over an hour away and gladly drive past another dealership and onto Wesley Chapel because they are an outstanding dealership.From the beginning to the end of this deal Mike was always courteous and I truly felt he was on my side. We had done our homework and knew we wanted a Mazda CX-7 but were not sure which dealership to use. Took in a car that was acting erroneous. Hoping to just get repairs and be on the way. Found out it was a bit more critical than I thought. Ended up leaving in a new 2012 Mazda3.Worked with Mike Brockway the entire time. Extremely helpful, he seemed like a real person, not just a salesman, and genuinely wanted to help. From the moment I entered the dealership - the service was professional all the way. I was greeting without the normal pressure of the dreaded car sales person. Both Kelly and Mike listened to my requests. Walked me about the showroom and offered full details of all the vehicles I looked at. Upon, returning the next day - Kelly treated me as if I was family. I was extremely satisfied with my new purchase of a 2011 CX-7. From the salesman being educated with the vehicle and very supportive in my concerns and interests. As well as, the sale manager coming out to greet me and make me feel like I was the only one that mattered. He was very patient with me in regards to how much I could afford and particulary responsive to my needs being met. And then to conclude in financing with a very patient consultant that allowed me to read and understand everything I was signing. I would definately purchase another vehicle from Mazda Wesley Chapel. Kelly and company were just wonderful to work with. The entire process of buying a new car, which is normally agonizing, was a pleasure with them. After the "deal was done" and we had come back to pick up the car, Kelly spent another hour plus going over everything about the vehicle and all of the CX-9's great features. She even paired our phones up to the vehicles Bluetooth and even but my hubby's number in the car's phone book for me. Kelly even made it a point to take and introduce me to the guys in the service department. Both my husband and I truly appreciated all of their hardwork and efforts to make us feel "special and valued".

I recently went to look for a new Mazda in Wesley Chapel. When getting to the dealership I was welcomed in by Kelly with a smile and friendly attitude. I had a Mazda 6 I was looking to trade in, and just wanted to see where I stood in price if I were to purchase a new vehicle. Kelly had asked what kinda numbers I was looking at for a monthly payment and what features I was looking for. After being there for several hours discussing different models I found that I would have to have a co-signer. So the next day I had gone back with a co-signer with great credit and after re submitting the credit papers I was told that I could finance a new loaded Mazda 3 with 500$ down and a 4% interest rate with fairly low payments. I was sold at the time and picked out my car. The next day I had gone in to sign the paper work and get the car, after getting there nothing was ready and the finance dept was so unorganized I wound up being there for about 4 hours waiting for all the paper work to print. After all said and done I left that night with the car and a contract financing a 2011 Mazda 3. I thought everything was all set until I got a phone call the next day saying they had good news for me and I had to go in. When I had gone back I was told that I couldn't finance the car, that the bank would only let me lease. I had doughts about leasing so they had Ron (the manager) come talk to me about the good of leasing. I thought it was very unprofessional to let a customer sign a contract and leave with a car just to call them back the next day and say if u don't lease then we are gonna need 4k or we need the car back. Well I didn't have the 4k on hand and I had fallin in love with the car and didn't want to give it up, so after having to throw the other contract away and wait another 3 hours for a new contract I am now in a 42 month lease agreement. My sales accociate Kelly was great, friendly, and had a lot of knowledge about Mazdas, the rest of the dealership( financing, Managment) was very unorganized and unprofessional. But I do like my car!

I was trading in a Mazda so I started shopping for a new car at Mazda of Wesley Chapel. Thank goodness we did. We first met Kelley who introduced us to our sales rep. Mike Beach. He was a nice young man who gave us all his attention. We test drove a couple cars until my wife figured out which one she liked, which was hard because all the models were beautiful. Buying the car was easy...I gave Mike the numbers of what we could afford and after a couple visits from the factory rep(who has a 850 credit rating, I know, I didnt realize anyone could get a score that high:)), and a few tears from my wife(she loved our old Mazda MPV) they were able to get us the monthly payment we were looking for! Believe me, I have a couple of glitches on my credit history, couldnt believe they got me such a low interest rate. I rarely, this might be my first one, respond to things like this but I just wanted everyone to know what a great experience we had. By the time we left it felt like we knew everyone personally and I cant wait for my first oil change because of the great waiting room they have there:) Thanks for a great car,Pat

Kelly responded to my inquiry immediately. I had responses from other dealers at the same time, but no one would send any specific information nor provide any pricing. Kelly worked out all the details of the car I was interested in along with my trade in. The purpose of using the internet for pursuing the car was to get information (specifically pricing) prior to coming into the dealership.All the other responders only wanted to get me into the dealship. Kelly not only was willing to provide everything I needed, but was extremely responsive and timely. I never had to wait for anything. She was dead on and we ultimately worked out a deal and I was able to purchase the car I wanted. She could not have been more helpful or easier to deal with. She also handled the delivery process very well going through all the details of my car including even downloading contacts and phone numbers into the car's Blue Tooth directory.Most people do not like the car buying experience at all. Kelly made the process easy, quick and enjoyable.We will soon be ready to replace my wife's car and I will certainly contact Kelly again.

I have been car shopping for what seem likes forever. Once deciding upon a Mazda3, I shopped all around Central Florida for a good deal. I had a very specific color combination that I wanted. After making an inquiry with Wesley Chapel Mazda about they model I wanted, they located one (all the way in Jacksonville) and made me an offer I couldn't pass up all within a matter of hours. The next morning, I went in to sign the papers. They went and got the car and had it ready for me the same day. Throughout it all, they maintained constant, clear, and friendly communication. This is a great dealer with awesome people that took great care of my wife and I with a wonderful CX-9. With Ron, our sales person, he made the transaction very smooth. Ron allowed us to drive the several times and even allowed me to take it home to show my wife. This was our first Mazda purchase. We have always been a Toyota family. We had many Camrys and several Siennas and I am so upset with myself for not making the Mazda family switch. We love our CX-9 grand touring and we love this dealer.

Michael B. had actually been the salesperson when we bought my husband's car 3 years ago, he was great then but the previous dealership wasn't, we were glad to see him. Michael made the entire buying process so easy and smooth, he even took us on a test drive in a Hyundai from the sister dealership next door. We ended up buying a CX-9 and I LOVE IT! I am happy to say that my experience at Wesley Chapel Mazda was the best I've had in years. Allen, AKA Superman, was the best sales person I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. My wife and I went in there and traded in our two old cars and bought two new cars. I felt bad for the rest of the crew, as we decided to go in at 8pm when they were closing. But instead of saying were closed, these guys kept the doors open until we were able to make a deal. Allen was kind enough to give me a ride home and even buy me a cup of coffee. This guy is the best of the best, I recommend Allen and the whole Wesley Chapel staff just because they didn't give us the pressure a lot of dealerships gave us. We had been shopping around for weeks and we finally found a dealership that treats us with respect and kindness. The pricing was fair, the cars are great, there is a good selection and the service is outstanding. Allen went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed including giving us the mats from the Mazda 3 that were missing. Allen, you're the man! We love the cars, we're happy with the service and we don't feel cheated like we normally feel when leaving a dealership.
