I worked with Robert in service, and he was amazing! I highly recommend him. I brought my car in for a checkup to sell to another individual, and the dealership was so helpful in my entire transaction with nothing to gain from it. They let us use their fax, made copies, and even send to their email address to print stuff off. Incredible! I recommend them to anyone. They have the nicest most helpful staff! Best dealer experience I've ever had.

Matt was OUTSTANDING!!! Sales manager did a fair job. My 2019 Honda Odyssey Elite has a "major" windshield crack in the lower middle that was NOT taken care of. After trying to wipe off what appeared to be an external outside smudge on the middle, right in front of drivers view, windshield it turns out to be the begging of another windshield crack. Now, in the very near future those will require repair service or total windshield replacement. I asked about them, but was told that was the it was & that windshield replacements are way backlogged. They did NOT offer to offset my cost on the windshield. Also, the Van did not have the 2nd remote key immediately available. It might be at the Nissan of North Little Rock... i will not know for at least another 2-3 days. However, i was guaranteed by Matt that if original key fob is not found, they would pay for a new one to be made. Also, did not know in advance about having to make the first 3 payments with their finance/lender bank before refinancing to my own bank for more than a 1.3% better rate. Given all the above, i would still recommend this dealership for their entire staff was extremely accommodating, gentle & professional. I only wish they would have offered to make me "whole" on that windshield by picking up the repair costs or the full deductible of insurance replacement.

Renee is a very exceptional service technician! She is clear about expectations, knows how to talk to customers, and goes the extra mile. I always get my Rogue serviced at a dealership. So when moving from VA to AR I found McLarty. Renee's demeanor, voice, and helpfulness making coming back to McLarty a pleasure. She goes the extra mile for her customers as she helped me figure out how to get the tire jack placed correctly into my car. I just could not figure it out, I called Renee, she said bring it over we can help. Not only did she help, but also helped to remove the boxes from the car. She is an outstanding person and that's why I always ask for her.

I have already given a review about my experience with this dealership and it is no longer on the site so i put up a new one which the owner replied to as my first review wss still there & to respond to the response ibwas given on my first review which i still can't see on the review site when she clearly could have stated on my new review what she claimed to have responded to already. Obviously mine and from what others have said on the review site that the ratings are no longer available so the right way to respond would be to respond with the same message from before if i can no longer even see my first review. Still...would like my situation rectified because i was put in a faulty car

This was my first experience buying a car. I told the dealer what I was looking for and he came with diferent options and according to the budget I already told him I was willing to do. No rushing, no trying to sell me anything that I didn't ask for, very patient and looking for the best deal he could do. I will buy again from them. Hands down to the best guy they have. I've bought cars from several dealerships all over central Arkansas. My experience with NP was great. Our salesman was Benny Joe Roberts, and he was wonderful. Very accommodating, no pressure! I called him and told him what I was looking for..... he had a couple he wanted to show me.... I went to look at one at 7:10 at night. I wanted it and kept the entire staff (sales manager and finance guy) way after hours and they really didn't seem to mind at all. Soooooo...... if you are looking for a new or used vehicle, please do yourself a favor and visit Benny Joe and the people at NP Nissan. You won't regret it. You will regret it if you use Crain Automotive.

I thought the first two oil changes were free. I've had my auto since April 2014, it still does not have 6000 miles on it so hadn't yet needed two chgs. However, once I was inside the service area I found out that there was a time limit of 1 yr & my sales person had failed to tell. I was upset but went ahead to get the oil change & knew I wouldn't come back to Nissan for service. I went to lunch & upon return was happily surprised that the 2nd oil change didn't cost me, which was very pleasing but certainly only fair. However, there was no documentation at Nissan of my first oil change & service person tried to say I hadn't had the first chg! I feel the service policy at Nissan is not entirely customer friendly. And because of this snafu among others I've encountered, no I would not recommend this Nissan to friends at this juncture.

i has been going to the same place to get my oil change for five or more years and the service is getting bad and I mean BA D...... i asked them to rotate my tries and an oil change, so they called me to let me know that my car is ready, so i was about to pay for it all they have done and notices that my tires has not been rotated at all but they was still going to charge me for it until i told them that they have not rotated my tires. so they went to talk to the guy that service my car and he told them that my tries are good and they did not needed to be rotated but they was going to charge me. Plus after i left with just the oil change two days later my oil light and filter light came on. So that let me know that they did not reset my oil or filter setting in my car, this is the third time they have done me like this. i really like coming to North Point to get my car service but if thing dose not get better i will have to find somewhere else to get my car services. I also would like for the service guy to show me that my oil has been change every time I come get my oil change because i really wonder is they really changing my oil and filter...I have been not please with the service I have been getting lately...... it is sad to say because i really enjoy coming there and talking to the people because they are real freindly and nice but the service is B A DDDD....... i am so upset with them right now i just dont know what to do. I bought my first New car from this places two years ago i love the car but it making me think twices about getting my truck form this place.

Chris has always taken great care of me at the service center! I have never felt bad leaving there. He is always very informative and keeps me up to date on the services my car may need, as well as deals that they may be offering at the time of service. I have always been well taken care of! This past visit, I had the serpentine belt changed. On the way home, I experienced some problems with it and they were very quick to correct the problem with EXCELLENT care and consideration. It has been a crappy couple of months....but THESE GUYS! These guys right here (KP and Paul), have been the absolute highlight of my summer. I've loathed the car-buying experience for as long as I can remember, but the 2012 Nissan Rogue I bought from them this weekend makes the 2nd time I've walked off a North Point lot (hubby's car was from N.P. Toyota in NLR) thoroughly and incredibly impressed. I will definitely be coming back to North Point for everything I need in the future.Thanks boys!!! :)

My son bought a car and financed the sales tax. He had a horrible time getting it. First they told him it was in the mail, then they told him they would overnight it, then they said no one was there to sign it, then they said it would be sent regular mail because they couldn't send it fed ex. Finally after two more weeks we found out they had fed ex it to the wrong address.

Purchased a vehicle.. Process was illegal and had to use someone else insurance to get the vehicle. Returned vehicle in less than thirty days because I felt like I was forced into something I didn't want at the time of purchase. The manager and sales rep verbally abused me the day I returned the vehicle. They told me that they were going to ruin my credit and that I can not return it. They were unprofessional on handling the situation and fixing the issue. I left the car in their possession. Instead of the dealership trying to fix the situation, they took the car to a storage unit and sent me a letter stating all the charges to pay. This matter still hasn't been resolved because I do not want the vehicle. I called the corporate office and they were slacking on returning any of my calls. When corporate finally contacted me after three days, they said there is nothing they can do but pass my complaint off to the dealership because that decision is up to them on taking the car back.

Antonio and his sales manager really worked hard to help us out. As did the finance officer. We have plenty of income but bad credit and were worried about improving our credit and what we'd pay in the long haul for the vehicle as we are very budget/finance concious. I didn't feel like they jerked us around. They gave my wife and I space and privacy to discuss the purchase and didn't hawk us or push us. They ran multiple options for us to nail down loan terms we could work with. Also feel like they cut us a pretty good deal on the actual car price. I'm sure they still made their profit and commissions (and hope they did). I don't begrudge a business its profit. Good capitalism is win-win, and I felt like NorthPoint and my family both won in the arrangement. This was our first car buying experience and NorthPoint really impressed me. I don't like being pushed or hawked or rushed, spoke down to, etc. I feel like other dealers I've visited have seen me as the next sucker, and I don't appreciate that. NorthPoint was respectful and did none of those thing, which I can appreciate. If my next car is a Nissan (or other car they sell) I'll likely be visiting NorthPoint again.

I have used North Point Nissan for years. I have always been treated well. I counter act long waits by going to a nearby theater for a movie. They even give me a ride there and back if I want them to. Cole helped me the last two visits. He is an awesome young man.

We spent $220 in diagnostic fees, with no solution to the problem, According to them, they never experienced the problem. Even after we allowed one of the mechanics to drive it home for a couple of days. But ever time we drove it, it died repeatedly. I guess we're just unlucky. We'll now be shopping for a new vehicle since we ran out of options with our Maxima. But we'll not be shopping at NPN.

I haven't had any repairs done to my car, so I couldn't rate it, but I can't imagine that it wouldn't be anything but exceptional! Antonio Davis was my Sales Consultant and he was awesome! Very polite and professional. The Sales Manager, Raymond Russell was awesome as well. It felt like a family atmosphere there. Hands down, doesn't even compare to other dealerships I've been in. I definitely would buy from there again.

I love the 2015 Nissan Altima Dark Blue, but love 2012 Rogue more!!Renaye Benjamin my Service Advisor was really great. She also arrange a car for me, she was really helpful. The not so friendly man that took care of my 2012 Rogue was not friendly at all. My quote that Renaye gave me was $115 which she said the price wouldn't change. The unfriendly man mention to Renaye when he was question about the $115 why did it change to $300 plus, she said he said what about.With Renaye help again I did paid $248.30. Will I I use North Point Nissan again, YES!! This is were I get my car service.

We just purchased a 2015 Nissan Xterra. We bought a Blue Ox Baseplate and Lighting Set to tow our vehicle behind our RV. The service was provided by Gene Kook; an EXCELLENT tech. The installation was PERFECT!!! The slight modifications to the existing bottom panel, front fender and rear brake/turn/tail lights were done very smoothly and painted to match the original condition very well. The wiring harness connection port was BEAUTIFULLY done!! It looks like it was a factory job, not a modification/addition. ALL of our Xterra service work will be done at North Point Nissan. We will highly recommend North Point Nissan to all of our RV community/friends. Thank you very much!!

After a horrible experience at Riser Nissan in Hot Springs the day before, I called North Point Nissan to inquire about the Murano I was looking for. I discussed the car with JOHN ZINAMON and drove up the next day to look at the car. We made a deal with a minimum of the "car dealer game" I had gone through the day before. John came in the day after we made the deal when I picked up the car to make sure everything went smooth on the delivery, even though he was coming down with a cold. JOHN ZINAMON and the entire team at Northpoint treated me with a 100% level of customer service. I don't recommend many organizations, but this one is an exception to the rule, especially in the car dealership area. Thanks everyone at Northpoint!

I was assisting my God son in making his first purchase. He was assured that he could qualify for a new program for first time buyers that would allow him to finance the car on his own. After going through the hassle of gathering the necessary information, my God son got to the table to finalize the deal, only to be told that he would need a co-signer, which they knew he did not have. This experience substantially soured his view of how business should be done. It also assured that I would never do business with North Point, even though I own three Nissans.

We didn't show up to North Point expecting to buy the vehicle that we did, but woah, am I glad that we looked anyways and that Kelly worked with us quickly and efficiently reaching our true price point getting us a vehicle that will serve our family 100% better. I used to think Bale Honda had a great service department, but Northpoint has definitely taken the top spot. I normally have bad service issues with Nissan where they turn me away and tell me to come back due to them being backed even though I had to get off work early. This has happened 3 times and yet I still keep coming back. After one of the times I was turned away, I came back the next morning before I had to be at work and told them I had to be at work but they took a long time and decided to run my car through the washer even though I didn't ask them to and I was super late to work and got in trouble. Another time when I had time and asked them to run my car through the washer they did not. I wouldve have given them a 1 star rating if it wasn't for this last time when I actually got good service. The technician was very friendly and helpful. He even opened all the doors for me, very gentlemanly. The name on the service slip said his name was Cole but I thought he told me something else. Anyway, if it had not been for the service I received this last time I would have started driving further and out of my way to the Nissan dealership in North Little Rock.

So my boyfriend goes to buy a car and finds a sensible one for an okay price at North Point Nissan and decides to buy. He signs all the paperwork and gets the key but it was late so they decide to finish up the financing Saturday or Monday and they would call him to come in and sign the last paper. Over the weekend he had the keys and we were discussing it but had other things to do so we couldn't go get it and they said they would call when the last paper was done, WHICH THEY DIDNT SEEM TO BE IN A HUGE HURRY ABOUT AND THE GUY SELLING US THE CAR WASN'T EVEN AT WORK WHEN WE CALLED ABOUT IT ON SATURDAY, so we assumed we would finish it up today. THE JERKS SOLD THE CAR OUT FROM UNDER US ON SATURDAY!!! Even though my boyfriend had the keys and signed the paperwork! Just sold the dang car and didn't even inform us! I will be purchasing a big SUV soon and we thought hey they seem nice and we'll buy it from them and these could probably be our car guys for all other future purchases. HECK NO!! WHAT JERKS! HOW DO YOU GIVE SOMEONE THE KEYS AND THAN SELL IT TO SOMEONE ELSE. If this is how they do business than how else do they rip people off? Beware:North Point Nissan does not deserve your business. First, my wife and I tried to buy our Rogue at North Point. We were treated like children and basically told that the sticker price on last year's model was the final price- I assume because we are young. We went to another dealership and got the price we wanted and great service. North Point kept us going back and forth for 3 hours and, in the end, refused to negotiate. Secondly, I made the mistake of returning to North Point (it is close to my job) when I noticed that our Rogue's paint was messed up. The car is still well within warranty and, while they told me that the splotches I had were not warrant-able, they showed me that my paint was defective and had extremely heavy "orange peel." I was told by the service manager that they would have to repaint the entire vehicle. I said "great." They did an estimate. I waited 3 months and nobody called about painting my car even though I was told they would call. I called and found out that no warranty claim had ever been filed. I filed the claim myself and went to the dealership to have it looked at again. I was soon told that my paint was defective, but they would only paint the parts that looked the worst, not the whole car. This is a black car and I know that you will be able to tell that the car has been painted unless it is painted all at once- the whole thing. When I argued with North Point, they told me the offer was REVOKED!!! So I have defective paint that they said is covered under warranty and they refuse to help! They also told me their lawyers are "on it." So now I have defective paint that is covered under the warranty and I feel like have been threatened with legal action. DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND BUY ELSEWHERE.

My husband and I went looking to trade in our outdated minivan for an SUV. When we arrived at North Point Nissan we had already been to another car lot. We were greeted by our salesman Bryan LaRue who was very polite and did an exceptional job helping us find the SUV that was right for our family. We walked him all over the Nissan lot and when we thought it would be hopeless to find what we wanted Bryan looked up SUVs on the internet and found one we liked on a different lot in North Little Rock. He went out of his way to help us decide if the SUV he found was right for us that even though it was 7:40pm and they closed at 8:00pm he went to the North Little Rock lot got the SUV and brought it back to Little Rock for us to check out. It was exactly what we were looking for that compared to our minivan in space etc. that we bought the 2011 Honda Pilot from him that night. I have to say that Bryan has gone out of his way to help us; for example the check engine light came on the morning after we bought the Pilot and when I took it back to Nissan Bryan made sure that everything was assessed and fixed like new. He put me and my husband in a 2013 Rogue to drive until we were able to get the Pilot back. And he has even gone that extra mile out of his way as to walk me through turning off the anti-theft alarm on the Pilot after my daughter triggered it. Thank you so much Bryan for becoming a good friend to us though this experience and for your commitment to us before and after the purchase of our SUV. We will absolutely be back when we need another vehicle

They did not have in stock the color we were looking for, but he went out of his way to find one in the state and had it delivered it to us the next day. he gave us a new loner to drive home until our new car arrived. I bought a new 2014 Versa S plus, cash. All negotiating was by email/phone. They were extremely easy to work with & eager to make a deal. Everyone I dealt with was super! Would definitely deal with them again & recommend to anyone. My only tiny complaint was at the dealership to sign paperwork. This was the last day of the month (May) & they were extremely busy running some type of sellers contest & lots of folks were trying to get in on the deals. I had worked out all details, they knew at what time I was coming (I was 45 min. early) & I thought they should have had everything ready to go. (Write the check, sign the papers, leave). My daughter & I waited 1:45 hrs to be called back to finance & finish the deal, my only slight complaint (still gave all 5's). I expect it would be much better if not end of month (kinda like revenue office-ha). They all were very friendly, helpful, eager to please. I'm 61 & have bought alot of cars thru the years, last 3 by internet, so I have definite experience. This was by far the easiest most pleasant dealership (people) to do business with!

I currently had an expiring lease agreement. I have been looking around different dealerships to find a vehicle to purchase. I came in to Nissan, only to test drive a Juke and Cube with no intentions of a purchase. When I arrived outside the dealership there stood this salesman (Dusty Combs) with white sunglasses. I told my companion to avoid looking at him because he probably would not be able to assist me with the expertise I was accustom too. Well, to my surprise, he was knowledgeable, courteous and provided me with superior service. Dusty, conferred with the floor manager, Kevin Richardson. Together, they provided outstanding service and maintain a consistent,courteous, presser free efforts to make sure all my endeavors regarding a purchase were met. I wasn't looking to buy another vehicle but was comparing /Nissan to other brands. Our son bought a Nissan several years ago from this dealership and has been completely satisfied with what he bought and service. From the time I met the salesman until I walked out with my "new" purchase, I was impressed that the dealership did EVERYTHING that they said they would do, in a timely manner. They worked with me in everyway to insure that I was satisfied and most of all there was NO HIGH PRESSURE to buy anything. I would highly recommend North Point Nissian to anyone wanting a great company and product.

I would not recommend this dealership because at the expense of its bottom line it does not appreciate its long-term customers, utilizes employees who have (or exercise) little common sense and apparently only responds to complaints when it receives one directly from Nissan (no doubt because it's hoping customers will not exercise the energy going directly to Nissan). I purchased a certified used car from this dealership in April 2010. Three months later, my alternator went out. When I returned to the dealership to have it replaced, I was told by the used car sales manager at the time that though there was nothing wrong with the battery, they were going to replace it just to be on the safe side as the alternator and battery work in conjunction with each other. Two days ago, approximately 1 year and 4 months later -- well within the traditional warranty period of 2 years provided by ANY RETAILER ON ANY CAR BATTERY SOLD, my battery died. When I returned to this dealership yesterday for replacement, I was told by a service representative that the battery replacment would not be covered by the warranty because it provided a one-time only replacement and I'd already had one battery replaced. Ridiculous given that the first replacement at 3 months should not have been necessary - esp. at the expense of my warranty's one-time only replacement provision. Therefore, I of course expected the dealership to step up to replace the battery at its own expense (which is what should have occurred the first time they replaced the battery), so I spoke with Kevin Richardson, one of the used car sales managers. After I cut short his intended explanation to me of how my habits may have caused the battery to fail in such a relatively short time, he finally went and spoke with the service department on my behalf and returned to advise that they once again denied coverage for the battery replacement. I left without having the battery replaced and immediately contacted the Nissan One-to-One Center (that conducts customer service surveys for the service centers) as well as the consumer affairs department at the Nissan national office, lodging complaints with both.This afternoon I received a phone call from the service manager at the dealership who after initially offering me the token free oil change, did offer to reimburse my expenses related to purchasing and having installed a new battery yesterday at another facility. However, while I appreciated his effort to right the wrong that occurred yesterday, clearly this dealership responded to my complaint only because I had to exercise the frustrated effort of contacting Nissan directly. Yesterday the North Point Nissan dealership employees were not at all concerned with my complaints and level of frustration with their glaring lack of common sense and/or unwillingness to recognize their responsibility in the issue that arose. As a result, yesterday I was forced to waste additional time and money having yet another service center replace the battery that North Point should have been decent enough to replace while I was at their center, which clearly did not occur. I have little time and even less money to waste; therefore, I expect a much higher level of customer service from entities that I patronize - esp. on a regular basis. I am very disappointed with North Point Nissan, and I will no longer be a returning customer.

I love North Point Nissan, everyone there is nice and courteous. Tim Hatley is one of "THE BEST" salespersons that I have ever met. I can see him working in higher positions at Nissan. This is the second New vehicle that he has sold to me and my Hubby. I appreciate all that he has done to make my family happy about our car buying experience.
