We have been extremely happy with the quality and reliability of the car so we wanted to see some of the new features Lexus has added. Joey was fantastic to deal with. He was professional, knowledgable and we felt in no way to get the top of the line car. We asked us questions so that he knew what would best fit our needs. Top notch service.

My salesperson Larry Laurr, went more than out of his way to find me the perfect vehicle. And he was successful! The entire staff at Lexus of Lakeside are very professional and very personal. The ES 350 I selected was perfect! A car that is 2 years old you would expect to have a few little dents in them, but Larry made sure I was 100% please! I recently purchased a 2016 RX350 from Meade Lexus of Lakeside. I traded in a 2015 BMW X5 50i that was just not the right vehicle for me. I worked with Paul Deramo and Joey Fortuna who made the trade in and purchase of the new vehicle a seamless process. They provided exceptional and timely responses to my questions, presented options, addressed my concerns, and made the decision making process a breeze. Joey did a great job in explaining the different packages and options available and then quickly located an RX equipped and optioned to my needs from their inventory. We found this vehicle online and flew to Detroit to purchase, we were picked up from our Hotel and driven to the Dealership where we met Charlie Treba in person, prior to meeting have had several conversations over the phone, very polite. The experience was great even though we purchase a used car it was still seamless transaction. Ron Richey did a great job explaining the Nav and all the car features. My first experience with staff at this location was with Linda over the phone and email. She went out of her way to answer questions and look in to the history of the vehicle. In person I met with Larry, he cared for my pre owned purchase and was willing to work with me to resolve issues that came up. The dealership is clean, organized, and welcoming. I am young and being treated with respect just like someone with 20 years on me was a major key in the purchase of the vehicle.

I began as a Meade Lexus of Lakeside customer a couple years ago as a service customer on my used Lexus I purchased in Boston in June 2014. Every service experience has been extremely efficient and very pleasant experience. Christina Millitello is an excellent Service Advisor, she has been very responsive and shows great care for the customer, a pleasure to deal with. I really enjoy visiting the Dealership and waiting for my car to be serviced. The waiting room, with a nice, large TV, free wi-fi, food and snacks, acts as an office on the road for me. Frequently while service work is being done I stroll the sales floor. Two years ago I met Larry Lauer and he has continued staying in touch with me since. We discussed purchasing/Leasing a ES 350 a couple times. I felt bad for Larry because he really tried to make a deal but the timing and circumstances just weren't right. We were invited to a customer appreciation day on a Saturday a few weeks ago so my wife and I dropped in so I could show her the dealership. Larry encouraged us to take a test drive of a GX460 and immediately we wanted that vehicle. Larry did an excellent job preparing the numbers and we ultimately Leased a beautiful new Lexus. The process could not have been easier and actually was fun and rewarding. I was gratified because Larry finally got the benefit of his diligent efforts. I trust Larry, Christina and Meade Lexus of Lakeside immensely. I have great respect for the Lexus brand and it is executed with excellence. We will look forward to getting both cars serviced at Meade and likely will be acquiring a new Lexus sometime soon. You can not go wrong dealing with Meade Lexus of Lakeside - they excel!

Recently purchased a CPO car from Meade Lexus. Larry Lauer did an exceptional job in the whole process. I really like his attention to details and the effort he put in to meet my needs. My wife and I recently had a poor experience with a vehicle from another manufacturer and were in need of a safe, reliable, and comfortable replacement. We stopped in with our infant son over a month ago and Charlie Treba was extremely helpful and patient as we test drove vehicle after vehicle trying to find the right one to match our needs. Once we finally found the right car for us, he was more than willing to structure a deal with us that actually saved us money, being fully transparent through the whole process. Regina was great from start to finish. She was very knowledgeable about the RX 350 and was not pushy at all. I test drove the vehicle and a couple of days later went back to look at it again. I let her know ahead of time I was coming back to possibly purchase the car and she had it waiting for me up front when I arrived. Needless to say, I drove home with the car that day. Joanne and I met Dennis over the internet inquiry. My main objective was to see how much leg room I had to sit comfortably driving the car with my physical challenges. I tried the RX 350 and had no leg issues. We took a drive and the car was spolid and easy to drive with many bells and whistles. After much thinking and numbers crunching I went for a lease option which I had never done before. We finally arrived at a color as well as interior color. None of those in the lot but Dennis found one in Ohio. The dealership tried their best to get the car to the dealership in a timely manner and rewarded us for our patience. Since we live over 100 miles away, Dennis offered to meet us in a mutually agreed upon delivery site. Their car instruction girl went over everything possible including bluetooth hook up of two phones. She gave us her number for any questions we might have in the future. This whole process was a pleasure and will be back in the future with no hesitation. Thanks Meade Lexus of Lakeside and their knowledgeable staff.

I was not in the market to purchase a car but my daughter was struggling to find something within her budget and wasnt a wreck. We drove by and saw the car we had been looking for and Regina had us in it and driving in minutes. She made us feel relaxed and by the time we returned the car, we had made our decision to buy. The process was easy and quick and we were on our way in 2.5 hours. While we waited for our paperwork to process, we were served lunch, drinks and great hospitality. Due to a recent accident with our car, we were suddenly put into the market to get another car. We looked at a couple other manufacturers, but the car we were replacing was an older Lexus that treated us very well. I happened to receive an email from Meade Lexus of Lakeside with leases on used models and one caught our eye. I stopped in and met Charlie Treba as I walked in the door, explained our situation and the email I received and in short time, had a deal on a 2012 model that my wife fell in love with. It was extremely similar to our other car, except 11 years newer, and she felt very comfortable driving this car. The day we picked it up, the car was very clean, Jocelyn Wyatt went over all the features on the car to make sure we were familiar with them, and signing the papers was a breeze. Was in the market to purchased a gently used preowned vehicle as a second car. Drove one hour to look at and test drive several cars at another dealership. None of them worked for us. Been looking at, and considering a used CPO vehicle for several months now. Considered BMW, MB, and Audi. After driving all three, I thought I'd check out the Lexus as well. Very happy I did. I'm an ex-journeyman auto mechanic and as a result, know cars pretty well. While all the above make excellent cars, the Lexus really stood out as exceptional. What really pushed me towards the Lexus was there recently revised CPO warranty. 3 years and unlimited miles made purchasing the Lexus a no brainer. Larry Lauer was great to work with and very professional is all aspects of the transaction. I would highly recommend working with him due to his product knowledge, willingness to work with you, and pleasing demeanor. Not high pressure at all which is also very nice. Larry Lauer sold us the last two. He is great to deal with you always feel he is working for you to get the best match for your needs and the best deal.The service is top notch, responsive and reliable. Their pick-up and drop-off service is the biggest benefit and a real time saver. When we have had any issues they have exceeded our expectations in resolution. For example when the vehicle was returned we noticed a nail in the tire who knows when it got there but they took responsibility and replaced the tire.

I found two different non-Lexus vehicles that I was interested in. My saleswoman, Regina was exceptional (except she didn't know my BMW I was interested in was actually a convertible~hard top.) However, she invited me in to look at the dealerships online view of the Lincoln MSZ and to her credit brought up the BMW as well even though I decided against it not being a convertible. The rest is history; bought, sold and delivered. I had two concerns with the BMW. First the brakes though 90% on the front and 70% on the back, pulsated upon braking. The dealership resolved that issue. The only other issue was the right wiper was not rested below the hood and that too was resolved the night I put a deposit on the vehicle. When Regina asked what it would take to seal the deal on February 29th, I somewhat jokingly said have the dealership purchase the 3 year/36 mile warranty for me at a cost over $3800. She came back with an offer to cover $1800 of the cost. WOW! That's a salesperson working for the buyer and MOST APPRECIATED. Not only would I recommend Meade Lexus dealership; I would personally recommend Regina to assist and sell them a new or used vehicle. Every dealership offers cars, it's the salespeople like Regina who offer a genuine relationship that can make the deal happen. I would personally (I did) rate her the hightest possible.

After 50 years of marriage,this was my first solo car buying experience. Regina helped me to cut to the chase and hone in on just what I wanted in a car. I took home two printouts and made up my mind from there. I took a test drive on Friday and again on Saturday with the newest car and with the color I liked the best. Then I was ready to buy.. Regina stayed through the whole financial process and I drove home that afternoon with the car She even got me pizza because I had come to the dealer directly from the gym. I didn't want another customer to get my car.

What a way to start the new year with a New Lexus. When we first thought of Lexus we dint feel we could pay a high monthly note until we met Jackson. Nice to know a salesman that shows the car and explains everything as it was sold already before even looking at the monthly payment. Many dealers we have been to always ask what we want our monthly payment to be at before showing a car. Well that wasn't the case with Jackson. Though it was a little more than what we wanted to pay Jackson showed us a nice feature that saved us a good amount of money monthly. At first we thought it was a joke but I guess Lexus has been doing it for years. Great experience overall and I recommend Jackson to show you all how to save money on a Lease. Thanks

Charlie Treba was fantastic to deal with. My wife and I went to Meade Lexus of Lakeside to test drive a couple of models and Charlie was happy to get both vehicles out for us. He told us all about both vehicles and made our decision an easy one. I settled on a ES300h. I have a rather steep driveway and have had problems with other vehicles getting out of it in the snow. I expressed concern that I might not be able to get the car out of my driveway in the snow, and the staff allowed me to take the car home overnight so I could test it out before committing to the purchase. I returned the following day to finalize the deal and I am thrilled with my car. Thank you Charlie!

Made the trip from Cleveland Ohio to Utica, Michigan on New Year's Eve and it was well worth the trip. Not only was Joey Fortuna an excellent and highly knowledgeable sales specialist, the rest of the staff was pretty competent as well. They were all friendly/receptive and ensured that we were well taken care of; in my opinion, they certainly lived up to the Lexus motto and Lexus' high standards for customer experience. This dealership certainly provided one of the top experiences for any dealership I have ever had to visit, and definitely topped my local dealership, which seems to be in need of quite some work when it comes to quality of service and the warmth of the employees. While I didn't get the exact price I wanted for the vehicle I purchased, Meade Lexus of Lakeside, specifically Joey Fortuna, came pretty close and gave me a quite reasonable deal that was more than fair as it was barely above trade-in value and indeed well below market value due to the vehicle having sat for a few months; it was certainly the best deal (lowest price) on a certified Lexus GS350 within a 200 mile radius of my location, despite the fact that the car is nearly fully loaded. I am unsure of why this car sat for so long as it is near-mint and thus far I have no complaints with it. I like to think that it was waiting for me to buy it. As I said above, the dealership experience was top-notch and I would certainly recommend stopping by if you are considering a new/used Lexus - ask for Joey Fortuna.

Charlie was friendly, courteous, CALM and did not push me into any deal. He worked with me, figured out what my needs where and found an appropriate NX for me. I still had 4 months left on my lease, and lots of miles left to go. Not sure what I wanted to do, what with the sad condition of Michigan roads. There was no mini-tank Lexus model with a heated steering wheel. Plus, it is always difficult to say "Good-bye" to an awesome ES 350 (my third one). I surprised myself, and went with the NX200T in a color out of my "comfort zone". New adventure for me. My sales person, Dennis Mitchell, just took the time to work with me and helped me figure out what direction to go. As a result, I will journey on in a car that makes me smile.

This is our first Lexus purchase for my wife. The features we concerned most were the safety related options. Shawn was very patient and sincere to listen to and figure out our needs. Then he explained how the option packages were bundled and some options might good for our daily driving experiences. He communicated very effectively to answer our questions and to educate us about the Lexus and the ownership benefits. We went there to buy a basic car with some key safety features but came out with a fully loaded one; my wife has been very happy with the decision. Besides, Shawn was very kind and friendly. We didn't feel he was trying to sell us anything. He was like a tour guide not only showing us the wonderful things but also taking care of our routine needs, such as drink and lunch. After we drove the car home and found the mpg was much lower than specified, I contacted Shawn by email and he replied right away to help me deal with the issue. Shawn Jajo was my salesrep . At first I was rushing into a different car. But then after talking to Shawn and he showed me a similar model car , I fell I love with it. Charlie and Dennis worked with me to find a new Lexie. I started searching 3 years ago (on & and off) - it was hard to look since I absolutely loved by Lexus SC300 which now has (20 years & 452,000 miles). I started seriously looking again last January looking at both an ES and RX models. I made many visits to the dealership and Dennis and Charlie were so helpful. I finally selected the RX350 with lots of cargo room and safety features and brought my husband in to see the RX. I fell in love with the Lexus LS several years ago but was having trouble with my "local" dealer who shall remain nameless. My "local" dealer was not helpful in trying to understand the factors that were important to me and they also struggled finding the year, make and model I was looking for - even after 9 months. I then found a possible fit using AutoTrader and contacted Meade Lexus of Lakeside. Regina was super friendly, listened to MY needs, provided some very helpful options and even called me on her day off to see if there was anything additional I needed to help make my decision. The drive to Utica is over an hour but Regina and her manager Eric Lacy suggested I visit the dealership so they could evaluate the car I would be turning-in (lease) so they could maximize my turn-in options (ie reduce my over mileage liability). Regina also offered a gas card if I made the trip and we couldn't make a deal. I actually had to make two trips (decision making issues on my part), but it was well worth it because I'm now driving my 3rd consecutive LS. Regina and Eric will be my first call when it's time to look at what's new in 2018... Thanks!!!

We were in the market for car with the newest safety features (rear view camera etc., we had checked out a number of cars by different manufacturers, all in a lower price range. One of my sisters and her husband strongly recommended we check out a Lexus, so we did. We ended up getting a certified, low mileage pre-owned Lexus ES350, that had all safety and comfort options we could wish for, at a price we could handle. It was a good day. I was shopping around for a car and was about to sign a lease agreement for an ATS when I thought to myself " I need to stop at a Lexus dealership before" I called the dealership and Larry answered, I told him I was about to lease a car I wasn't happy with and he had me come in that day and test drive an IS 250. I signed a lease with Lexus that same day for the IS. The moment I walked into the dealership Larry greeted me and was so helpful. Good assist in special ordering but thought I was getting the lane assist feature and it wasn't available on the standard LS 460. Definite miss communication. We arrived at 4:00 pm, financial officer did excellent job. Delivery was very difficult, finally the finance officer came and helped program our two keys to our individual requirements After three hours or so, they finally gave us the car and it was approximately 7:00 pm. Excessive time was spent on programing the keys so orientation was limited. We didn't drive the car because we sent an email to our sales person requesting the least expensive way to acquire a 460 vehicle with the lane assist that was so critical to us. His boss replied but we were not satisfied with the answer. A delivery specialist came to our home and was terrific in providing orientation, he said he would come again if we needed him. We have driven the car less than 700 miles and we have had it now for 2 months and 6 days, so we are not overly pleased. This is my second Lexus I have purchased from Meade Lexus of Lakeside. I bought my first one 12 years ago and only serviced it from this dealership. I have always been pleased with the service. My favorite part about the service is they will bring a loaner car to my work and pick up my car, take care of any problems, and return my car to my work. Last summer, knowing I was going to be purchasing a new car in the future, I met Jackson in the showroom. He was easy to talk to, and he gave me updates on the all the cars since I last purchased. I saved his card, knowing that he would be my salesman when I finally made my purchase. Last Saturday Jackson sold me my new Lexus RX350 F Sport. I have to say that I'm very satisfied with my first car purchase ever! The whole process did not take nearly as long as I expected. My past experiences with trying to negotiate a price lasted considerably longer. At this Lexus dealership, I wasn't waiting around in a chair for hours waiting for the sales person to return with a counter price. The whole process, in general, was very smooth. Overall, I don't think I could be any happier with my purchase. And I'm hoping it stays that way!

I came into Meade Lexus looking at the new RC350. I had intentions of getting the Sport. I went for a test drive in the RC 350AWD with Jackson Cheng. Completely impressed with the vehicle, Jackson then spent a great amount of time going over the minute details regarding the differences in the AWD and the Sport. I can't tell you how extremely important that comparison between the two vehicles was in making a smart decision for my driving habits and driving personality. Because of that knowledge I feel I made the right decision in getting the RC350 AWD.This is our 6th Lexus. However, the decision for the RC, especially being completely new, really depended on the knowledge of an experienced sales consultant and Jackson's knowledge was priceless in making the decision on this completely new model.All I can say is this is an incredible machine. Our visit, as always, exceeded our expectations. We drove in, received help instantly, were directed to the lounge for snacks, drinks, entertainment, and a family-friendly environment. Our kids played with a train set, lego set, read books, had fresh muffins, popcorn, etc. My husband and I were able to kick back, relax, and have a conversation with each other! Christina was so nice to us - we have a 1994 Lexus ES300, a 1999 Lexus ES300, and a 2002 Lexus IS300, Even though these are used vehicles, we are still treated just the same as if we were pulling in with a brand-new RC, always given the very best in customer care. To all informed buyers:I normally will never write a review about anything unless the service was either extremely exceptionally awesome or exceptionally bad. In this case, it is the rarity in which it was awesome. My wife and I purchased two Lexus vehicles on July 28th,2014 from the same sales representative. We purchased a GX-460 and a GS-350 F-Type. We worked exclusively with Jackson Cheng in regards to the sales side of the transaction. The sales experience was very professional and not rushed and not pressured. We were able to test drive the vehicles with out anyone wanting to ride in the vehicle to push the sale. In fact, I even took one of the vehicles (a ES-350) that I test drove out to a restaurant where my wife and I ate lunch and were able to talk about the vehicle among ourselves. When I brought the vehicle back to the dealership, we were asked if we want to test drive any thing else, and that is when I test drove the GS-350 F Type and fell in love with it. We have been to a lot of dealerships in the past two years and this by FAR was the best experience that we have ever had. We also both had good experiences with the financing department as well. I was even greeted by the financing manager and he shook my hand...I never have had any interaction with a finance manager. I strongly, strongly recommend this dealership to anyone. Definitely a different experience from other car deals I have done. Larry is great - friendly, knowledgeable, etc.We never actually test-drove the actual vehicle we leased before we signed, our fault. Would have liked the adaptive cruise control feature, as Larry did talk about it before we decided to go ahead with an RX350, but we didn't speak about what gizmos the one we were getting had and didn't have. Not a big deal.

We were hundreds of miles from home when we had an electronic problem with the RX330 engine sensors. The service folks at Meade Lexus (Chris Coleman in particular) couldn't have been nicer or more helpful to us: they took the car immediately and gave us a loaner so we could do what we needed to do today. They checked the database, discovered that we had recall work outstanding, and they took care of that as well. The work was finished on time, and we got our car back on the same day. My husband and I came to visit from NYC and realized we needed an oil change. Christina is by far thee most amazing service rep we have ever had. Very kind and gentle. Not rude at all. She didn't forced us or guilt us into getting anything that we did not want. Better than the service reps in NY. We got a good deal to change the air filter and cabin air filter. Power system fluid exchange, brake fluid exchange, replace PCV. Etc. Honestly l, everyone there at the Lexus of Lakeside in Utica were great. If I had a bad experience, I would have left with just the oil change and would have never recommended this place to anyone! But our rep, Christina M. Was in all honesty very informative. I liked the fact that she didn't empty my wallet or try to sell me unnecessary BS. I like that she printed out everything and explained to us the real time issues or condition of our 2008 es350. She had our car key batteries checked too. I got a free key cover too! She have us an amazing offer that we just couldn't let down. The prices were reasonable. Normally we get discounts from our local Lexus dealership. I love it when people put pride in their work ethics and the fact that they go above and beyond. She gave us an amazing first impression she was great when we made the phone appointment as well! I might as well take a trip every year to visit michigan just to get my car serviced here with her!

It has a gorgeous interior and exterior design, is very comfortable, performs extraordinarily, and has top of line in-vehicle technology. I have purchased numerous vehicles from many different automobile companies, and the sales people and I have always worked well together to find the vehicle I wanted to purchase. This time was different though, I did not go to Lexus to purchase a vehicle. I went there to take care of other business. When I walked in the dealership I met Jackson Cheng. He very politely helped me take care of everything knowing I wasnt there to purchase a vehicle.My lease happened to be up with another automaker in a few weeks and I had planned on leasing another vehicle with them, but since Jackson was so helpful I thought I would give him a chance to find a new car for me. I mentioned to him that a few years ago I saw a Lexus I really liked at the auto show, but it did not have AWD. I wanted AWD especially after this past snowy winter. He told me the car I liked now came with AWD. I gave Jackson the features and color I wanted on it, and he found the perfect car for me. He had it delivered to the dealership the next day so I could take it for a test drive. The car has a lot of fun gadgets on it; Jackson was so patient and showed me how they all worked. I loved the car so much I ended up leasing it. The funny part is, I did not go into Lexus to buy a car, but I left with one. If it was not for Jackson, it would not have happened. Engine blew up on my Lexus 450 h (has 96000 miles) without any warning. It took two weeks for them to diagnosis that engine has blew up. It took 3 days before providing loaner. They told me they have only 10 loaner and none was available but website states 75 + loaner available. Altogether it took 5 weeks to get my car back (I was talking to head quarter and it took about 1 week for them to decide offering $ 1000 toward the repair)It cost me $ 8259 for old engine replacement (Lexus headquarter paid $ 1000 towards this repair so I paid $ 7259.My car was returned dirty (dust all over dashboard, steering wheel, console etc)Also had bad experience with them to fix my audio system. They tried four different times to fix the problem and one time they had kept car for 1 week and even then they could not fix the problem. I took car to Ann Arbor Lexus (50 miles away from my home) and they fixed the problem in one visitNot a single time I got a call from manager (I guess he did not know or did not care). I don't think Christina had any authority to make any decision, she was just following what she was told to do.I have quite a few friends and I will tell them about my experience.

I brought my 2009 IS250 to Meade Lexus of Lakeside for the first time a few days ago for service and couldn't be happier. I needed an oil change, as well as front brakes. Other dealerships and repair shops were not friendly, and took way too long for simple service work to get done. Once I pulled into the service drive at Meade Lakeside, Chris immediately greeted me at my car. I had originally come in for an oil change, and Chris said it wouldn't take long and he personally walked me over to the lounge. About 30 minutes later, Chris came to me and mentioned that the oil change was done, but, the technician noticed my front brakes were dangerously low. After I told Chris to go ahead with the front brake job, I only had to wait about an hour or so for my IS to be done! I think I finally found a reliable place to take my car for service!! I went in thinking I would meet some high-end car sales guy that would talk me into things i didn't need. I could not have been more wrong. I met tony and he was really sincere and honest right off the back. He immediately put my fears to rest. He took very good care of me and I felt like he went that extra mile without being asked. I would recommend Tony and Meade Lexus to anyone who is in the market for buying a car. I am definitely going back to tony when I buy my next car!

I never look forward to buying a new car, however Larry made this a good experience. He found the car I wanted in a timely manner and answered all of my questions. I had my last Lexus for 12 years and loved it so I was already interested in a new Lexus. The test drive confirmed that this was the car I wanted. I love my new car and especially the fact that it uses regular gasoline. The changes made over the last 12 years have made this new car safer and a lot of fun. I have an IS250, I get is regularly serviced from another lexus dealership. I worked in sales and deal with customers on daily basis and customer service is very important. The team for service at the dealership were beyond phenomenal. As the title describe amazing, doesn't do justice in describing their work. They are a group of hardworking individuals who listen and work with you to make your experience simple and easy. I was in a rush, they made sure I was in a out in under 10 minutes. I live 30 miles away from this dealership, but will defiantly go back just for the wonderful service. I highly recommend this lexus to everyone!

This is our fifth Lexus purchased from Meade Lexus but the first time dealing with Tony. He was excellent in every regard. Honest, knowledgeable, super friendly and made the entire buying experience a pleasure. Our experience with the dealership itself, including the service department has always been nothing less than the best in customer service and something we have come to really value. As for the cars, even though we loved our very first Lexus LS 400 we decided after that car to try another luxury brand just to see what we might be missing. Our Lexus salesperson at time said, "That's okay. You'll be back." Well guess what? He was right. We did go back and have never looked elsewhere.

We have a RX 400h and we have taken this to the dealership 4 times because the Tire Pressure keeps showing "Low Tire" on the dashboard. During the last visit, my wife had to take time off from work to take the car in. Chris Coleman, the service technician did not even offer to assess the problem for free since we had been there the previous three times for the same issue. He was irate that my wife complained about the tire and they returned the car after an hour of wait, with the problem light now disappeared. Guess what, after 4 days the problem is back and the "Low Tire" light is back on.We've had it with the lousy service of Meade Lexus, Utica and will try our luck with Belle Tires or some other tire store. If a simple thing like the tire could not be fixed by the dealership, it makes me wonder how will they handle any other complex issues with the vehicles engine or transmission? Its been really a harrowing experience so far for us.Sourin and Seema Rao

I had a very nice experience with Christina getting my car serviced. Everything that was promised was done. The car was in service for a couple of days and I had received a loaner car to use in the mean time. Throughout the days that my car was in the shop, I was updated on the status. The service tech had noticed another problem while replacing my brakes and the part was immediately ordered and installed the next day. The car came back repaired and clean. Good experience.

Dennis Mitchell confirmed why I buy purchase my cars from Lexus. In a world where mediocre seems to be considered acceptable, Dennis proved there are still people out there who go out of their way to help, even after the sale is final. I am always in a hurry...squeezing too many tasks into a day, and the day I purchased my vehicle was no different. I forgot to bring the title for the Lexus I was trading in. I also did not think to remove an expensive I-Pod attachment, and my family was not happy about that. When I went home and looked in the folder that contains all the titles for our 3 cars, mine was nowhere to be found. I work out of town, and Dennis made it super easy for me to obtain another title...all I had to do was sign in three places and scan the document back to Dennis. He took care of the rest, which helped me tremendously on a very busy travel day. He also arranged for me to retrieve my I-Pod attachment, and my son is thrilled to know he will enjoy it in his car. I received a phone call from Tony Smetanka just as I was about to go out of town, & we talked about the year end deals & the possibility of upgrading to a GS 350. The weather made it impossible to visit the dealership that day, so over the course of a few phone calls (mostly during stopped traffic), we made a deal. I was able to come in 2 days later, & everything was taken care of. During car wash probably mirror was pushed backward. The seat setting were reset, Mirrors control were off.This was our first service, I do not know it happens during service that all seat and mirror setting are reset.It was a good experience overall.

Very friendly and prompt service. If my salesman was with another customer, another person was instantly available to assist and that was always the same person. I visited on my own, then again with my husband. The staff was very patient and explained all questions.

Charlie Treba did an outstanding job putting us in the 2014 RX 350 we purchased. He explained the purchase price and the available discounts offered by Lexus. He was able to offer a vehicle with the equipment we wanted as well as the interior color and exterior color we wanted. After the sale/paperwork Mr.Treba took the time to explain the vehicle and it's operation.Mr. Treba is certainly an asset to the Meade Lexus Family. Brain Middel did a great job getting us in our Lexus RX Fsport. He answered all our questions regarding the RX line, and was very accommodating in showing us the differences between colors and features. He was tireless and a good brand enthusiast. Chris Coleman deserves an A+ for customer service. I brought my loaner car back late and he had to scramble to find a loaner for another customer as as result; however; Chris was just as friendly and courtous to me as if nothing happened. What a positive customer experience Chris created!

I have been a Meade Lexus customer since 1993 and the experience continues to exceed all expectations-just as its vehicles. I have known Keith and Chuck for years and was introduced to Jackson Cheng, my sales representative on the sale of the ES350. Not only was Jackson extremely knowledgable with product information but professional, honest and helpful in assisting with the selection process. I was nearing the end of my lease on a RX350 and uncertain as to a selection of a SUV or a sedan. I am thoroughly enjoying my choice in the sedan and can't imagine driving any other brand or shopping at any other dealer. Thank you Jackson, Keith and Chuck for making it so simple! I recently acquired my second RX 350 from Meade Lexus. Jackson Cheng was my sales associate for this transaction. Jackson was very knowledgeable and helpful. He provided quotes for both leasing and purchase and explained the benefits of each. He also demonstrated all the new features of the RX and was extremely helpful. I just purchased my second Lexus from Meade Lexus of Lakeside. A lot of the reason I purchased a second care there is from the relationship I have established with Lindsay in the Service Department. Lindsay is very knowledgeable and never pressured me to have more service done on my older car than was necessary. I like working with Lindsay!Dennis also is very knowledgeable about the pre-owned car I was considering purchasing. He was fair in my negotiations in purchasing my second car. In addition, he has helped me with learning more about my car after the purchase and has made it clear to me to feel free to continue to contact him if I have further questions.I have to drive about 25 miles to service my cars, but I feel it's worth it with the relationships I have established with Lindsay and Dennis.

Had a wonderful experience visiting Meade Lexus of Lakeside at Utica right from my first visit to this showroom.Dennis who helped me with my purchase was a thorough professional who helped me walk over the features of the car and also helped me work out a good deal on the lease.I have visited quite a few dealerships of other brands as well but by far this has been the best experience i have had.I shall certainly recommend this brand as well as this dealership to all my friends who might be interested in purchasing or leasing a new vehicle.Thanks guys and keep up the good work

I am very pleased with the degree of service that I received at Meade Lexus. Upon my arrival, I was greeted with a smile by Lindsay who went out of her way to help me understand my vehicle and the service being performed on it. Although I have heard that Lexus is known for excellent service, Lindsays degree of technical knowledge and professionalism far exceeded my expectations. My car was completed in a timely fashion and returned to me washed and vacuumed. I could not ask for a better experience and look forward to my next visit.

I wish I could enter a number higher than five for this salesman. He was excellent! Larry was thorough and eager to answer our questions or get someone who would have a more definitive answer. We were treated as VIP even though we were there at the end of the work day. Can't get much better than that. This Lexus dealership is conveniently located for us and while we visited another Lexus dealership about the same distance as Utica, we enjoyed our experience here enough to come back and purchase our vehicles with Larry. Thank you for giving me an opportunity to praise Larry and this fine dealership.

Charlie Treba provided me with the professional attention my wife and I have come to enjoy as previous Lexus owners, even though we live in Georgia. We were able to locate this automobile through a company we used to help find exactly what we wanted, and this made no difference in the way I was treated. His attention was exceptional which made a 600 plus mile drive from Georgia worth it to complete the deal. Furthermore, my locater source has now found a dealership and contact on which he can rely.
