Worked with a great sales person (Reza Mellati) who listened to our needs and concerns, instead of pushing for a sale. No harassing calls after you leave. I found the same to be true with the rest of the staff. The used car manager (Pat) helped with the trade and finding the right car... Low key and very nice. Had my son do the initial contact in finding a car and found other dealers would not give information or respect... Reza spent time with him and got me to go in. Just bought my second car from him, just months apart. Their prices may not be the lowest when searching the Internet, but they worked with us and ended with a better deal... Without the usual hassle.

I have purchased three cars from this particular dealership. Over the years it appears that they have tried to cut corners in many ways. There used to be an "Open House" which my wife and I would attend. This year we received no notification regarding the event. Every time we take the car in for a wash, there is at least a two hour wait - no matter when we arrive. Consequently, this effectively discourages me from getting my car washed at the dealership. I purchased an extended warranty on this particular vehicle (2010 E 350) and of course, most everything that the vehicle requires is NOT COVERED. There is a windshield washer reservoir that has a crack in the plastic right at the seam where the plastic was molded together (which indicates that the plastic that the part was constructed is of poor quality materials which, to me, should be covered since it is not a part that suffers from "wear and tear" conditions such as brakes. The dealership has refused to cover this item under the warranty.On a good note, the service department is always happy to see me and they bend over backwards to get me an appointment so I can spend lots of money.

First reason why I bought car from this dealership is coz of the agent, Richard Wright. I didn't know him at the time that I was just browsing coz I was just there for service but I know I was due for a new car. I could go somewhere else coz i also have met some agents in diff. dealerships. Anyway, he is very thorough, very professional and most of all, very patient. I couldn't decide yet 2 months ago but each time I had questions, he answered them promptly without pushing me to buy right away. He gives me a better perspective and considered what I was looking for in a car. I felt like I'm being helped/attended to not because he is a sales person but it's kind of natural for him. Even at the time that I'm not sure that I'm buying, He was still accommodating. Unlike other agents that you feel pressured on how they interact with you after some time of pure questions and no action/purchase, they will lose their interest in accommodating you. Not him. I brought my car in for a product I'd purchased (Dupont Protective Coat) and a warranty repair (keyless entry did not work on left rear door). Michael answered all my questions and kept me up to date on the progress of my car.When I picked up my car Michael was not totally satisfied with the cleanliness of the finish on the car. He called over someone who promptly fixed the issue. I had no chance to make any comment on condition, but I was glad of the improvement. I had to have my cracked windshield replaced which was caused by flying debris while traveling on the freeway. Mercedes Benz of Anaheim was able to replace the windshield in a day. The windshield installation required them to reconnect and test all the senses housed on the windshield. I could not have trusted any windshield replacement company with that task. I am glad I went to my dealer for the knowledge and added assurance. Thanks Mercedes Benz of Anaheim.

My parking brake wouldn't release. Unfortunately, this was the second time I brought it in for the same problem, so I wasn't happy about that. But this time, the experience was very good. I was in and out with a loaner car in minutes and when I came back to get my car, it was parked outside waiting for me. This time, they replaced the whole parking break system. Last time they just tweaked it. So hopefully all will be well.

The purpose of my visit on May 19 was to have the car carefully reviewed as to its condition. The report, as usual, was thorough. Anaheim took care of the handful of issues that were identified and the car was returned to me earlier than promised. But when I told him of my experience while looking and test driving cars at MBZ of Anaheim he agreed to go back with me and he was just as impressed, if not more, than I was. We left with a beautiful S550. They wanted to make sure the car was perfect so they asked me to come back for some minor adjustments. And I know that because they share that news when I called in to make your appointment. So Mike Gonzales was very nice and accommodating. When I picked up my car I dealt with Jeannette at the customer service counter and again my experience was personable and efficient. I also briefly met with Paul that verified the work completed on my car. The service guys do a good job of tag team in helping a client like me that always works with Ivan. However, what always makes my experience a 10 plus is the attention given to me by my service advisor, Ivan Ceniceros. Ivan is always pleasant, energetic and goes out of his way to make sure that my car is ready when I need it and communicates with me as to the status of my vehicle and any other repairs that might be necessary. Purchased a certified pre-owner 3013 E350 sport from John Gray in internet sales. John gave me the car and deal that I wanted. My only problem was where I had to conduct the deal. I did spend over 40,000 for a car and the area that we conducted our deal was overlooking the detail shop. Walking thru the front door of your dealership is impressive as a MBZ dealership should be. I was taken back to Johns "desk" not even a office . Well I do not have to explain where he is because you know where he is. I felt like we were doing a deal in the back room while the real customers were treated to the first class accommodations. John was great I truly feel that he and the customers that come in to buy a internet sale car deserve a little better place to conduct business.

I've tried various independent shops and even checke out other Mercedes dealers. But Gary in service is AMAZING! Fast friendly and quality repairs and service is done here don't waste your time looking elsewhere. Some shops are dishonest do shoddy repairs and service or overcharge. At Mercedes of Anaheim they look out for the customer and make sure you get the repairs you need to continue driving you love, your Mercedes!

Very satisfied, Mike, the man who helped me , even took time to set up my Blue Tooth device in my car. Now have blue tooth connected. I actually think servicing a Mercedes is expensive! But I guess the Mercedes owner must pay the price. Wish I had bought my Mercedes at Mercedes of Anaheim, Then I could qualify for a car wash maybe once a week. But , because the price at the time was right at Foothill Ranch, I bought it there. This dealer is not convenient for me(Foothill Ranch). Will not travel to foothill ranch for car wash/too far. Anaheim M. is about 3 miles from my house/very convenient. Maybe you can get my car-wash transferred to Anaheim. I am a senior, so now once a week I take the car to the local car wash!

We were traveling and a long way from home when the check engine light came on (on a Friday afternoon, before we were scheduled to leave for home on Tuesday). From the first call to make an appointment to picking up my car, every service team member treated us like gold. Steve, Ivan and the shuttle drivers were efficient, knowledgeable, and kind. Our service was done in no time and we were on the road as planned. This service department is excellent. Wish we lived closer-Texas is a long commute!

I drove from SF to LA to take my family to Disneyland and we encountered an issue with the car along the way down. I called the dealership and asked if I could bring it in for a few days while we were at the Parks to see if they could assess and fix the problem. They isolated the issue and had the car done well in advance of our drive back to SF. The techs were great. The people answering the phones were always personable. I highly recommend this dealership. I may even plan my next service that is due around our next Disneyland trip to let them do the service. The dealer was so much better than my local dealer. Kudos to you MB of Anaheim.

I expected a call to keep me informed as to when I can pick up my car. I had to make the call myself. The hour that they told me that the car will be ready was not true. They approximated 3 hours but did not include drying up of the windshield process, hence it will not be good to drive it as soon as they put it together. They're probably trying to get away with providing me the loaner car. So, I didn't get a loaner car as it was not offered to me then.

This dealership isn't a typical shark tank. Mike is greathe was so patient during the test drive and when he explained the car's features. He even offered to come to our house after hours to program our HomeLink buttons. Todd made the buying process super smoothvery low pressure; incredible lease. Service manager Ivan was genuinely concerned when I described what happened with our tire. He shocked me when he covered the cost of a brand new one. The staff makes a usually dreaded visit to the dealership something that's not just tolerated, but actually pleasant. The waiting area is comfortablecoffee and donuts if you're hungry, work stations to plug in your laptop. This is our very first Mercedeswe're so happy with the car and with Anaheim Mercedes that we're already considering a new one when our lease is up!

This is our third Certified Pre Owned - the 1st from Anaheim, the 2nd from another dealer towards the beach and we came back to Anaheim for the 3rd. Also, it's the unexpected attention like proactvely deciding to present the car on the showroom floor to surprise my wife when she came to pick up the car by herself. Or, the additional accessories that come with the purchase. Maybe others expect this, but we were very pleased with the price and then additional attention. This goes a long way!

I bought my Mercedes ML320 from Caliber Motors 11 years ago and have always had them do all the vehicle service. I can get in the same day and they always have a loaner car available. Each associate has always gone the extra mile to make sure that my car gets exactly the right service that it needs and nothing that it doesn't. I trust Caliber for their honest and I always get service with a smile! I love my Mercedes but it's getting time for a new one. I wouldn't buy from an dealer except Caliber Motors of Anaheim Hills!

I just completed a new lease deal and it was my fourth purchase/lease deal with MB of Anaheim (formerly Caliber Motors) and it was my simpliest yet! In fact, the hardest part was figuring out which model E-Class I wanted. John Gray is the best salesman to deal with ever. He is very attentive and does his very best to get you what you want at the price you can afford. Once I picked the car, he got me in and out of the finance office in literally minutes and the next day when I came back to switch cars, the car was waiting for me and the switch was also only minutes to complete.
